the story is moving right along,

Paco and Paloma end up parked in a mud puddle in the woods, they had called for a tow truck 2 hours ago, but now Paloma's phone is dead and Paco has no signal, Paloma leans over and kisses him, then apologizes, he leans over and kisses her and... they don't say, but Paloma dresses real nice for work the next day, her mother notices, do you have a boyfriend?

Luis checked on Nat, she was out cold, some over-the-counter sleeping pills by her side, when Paco finally gets there he tells him her vital signs were good, they just let her sleep, morning comes and it looks like Paco put her in the shower, they are both all wet, Nat just wants to sleep.

later Paco gets Nat to the beach, she hates him for it, smells the air, barefoot in the sand, they start splashing each other, she smiles, she tells him someone ?? said get a girl to smile and you'll win her heart,,, but she has never seen a clown with a lot of girlfriends, asks Paco why he bothers, as he hallucinates seeing Paloma (it was another girl walking the beach), he says he needs her, more than ever.

apparently Anita told Rob about Aurora and Juanjo, he plays it cool till she lies and he goes ape, lots of choking, throwing her around, smashes her phone, rips out the house phone, tells her he will kill her then himself, they sleep together (is all they show), and stops her from sneaking out early, takes her keys and locks her in, Sara heard all the noise, he explains how she is cheating on him, did you hit her she asks, of course not answers Rob.

Anita rips on Sere for using her desk, Juanjo tells Anita to sit someplace else and gets her keys to the lab.

Luis sees the Aurora lab setup and accuses Juanjo of cutting him out, JJ explains about Anita not letting them use the lab, Luis then rips on Anita, I can defend myself.

Aurora was supposed to be there early, doesn't answer her phone, Juanjo is worried.

Anita's cousin shows up at work, Apparently Anita went out last night but told Luis something else, he wants the truth.

Leo has a chat with that girl again, he new he was a girl when he was three, she fills him in on how it works, and what she went through.

Rob joins Cris and family for a meal, (Dimas taking bites between oxygen hits) he leans on Cris for not telling him about Aurora and Juanjo, the truth always comes out (do you hear yourself Rob), but he will fix things, what's important is her son and her family, things will be changing (Cris, do you see yourself in Rob).

Many thanks, Halimacandy and deb, for your excellent recaps. I found it a very difficult episode to watch, given the extended and rather vivid portrayal of Rob's crazed violence toward Aurora. I did have the feeling (or perhaps it was just the expectation? hope?) that Cris and/or Meche may have been somewhat uneasy with Rob's account of how he'll soon get Aurora back into shape. Dimas too looked a bit uncomfortable. Perhaps he can talk some sense into Cris? Unlikely, but... deb, I loved your "(Cris, do you see yourself in Rob?)."

I sure hope the smart, sensible, determined Aurora gets back from whatever planet she's visiting. The sniveling, wussy victim Aurora has got to go!

Halimacandy, your comment about Aurora being arms length from frying pans was so true. I literally gave up and assumed it was some sort of twisted foreplay for Aurora...There were too many missed defensive and offensive moves that could have saved her. At this point I'm sure she knows better.

Nat woke up. Props to Paco for being there for her...and making her get out of the house. Fortunately i was wrong thinking she was going to try to drown herself. And Despite last night's kiss and past insinuations of unfaithfulness, it took months for Paco to get a kiss. Far from a womanizer he's more of a misunderstood lil boy. I dont think he had it in him to make the first move...his Paloma fantasies are pretty innocent and juvenile. She showed her boobs to an old man for money and he kissed a young girl...what's next for these two?

Anita was put in her place twice but problem is she's only been given the role of a bitter opportunist who betrays her own family with their arch enemy. Time will reveal what she's made of.

Cris, and maybe Meche, picked up on Rob's misognist comments about Aurora. He knows Rob plays dirty, and Rob's already on his sh*t list so his eyes should have opened. In the end, with full knowledge of what's going on, Cris WILL protect his family.

When it comes to fear and intimidation, Rob always looks like a kid testing the waters. Put him in his place and he'll back down.

Halimacandy--Rob sure did "shovel a ton of bull" at dinner and I hope Cris, Meche & Dimas got indigestion or at least a clue.

Spanish Student, totally agree about Anita as "bitter opportunist". Doubt she will learn anything.

Paco flirts with danger again. He went through something similar with Kimberly. I don't remember if there was any kissy-face involved.

So much seems to happen off camera:
Did we miss a face to face meeting with Anita & Rob? Maybe we will get a flashback? It would have been interesting to see the look on Rob's face when he was told about Small New Wine and Anita's reaction. She needs to get scared straight.

How did Roberto get Fatal Attraction Sara back in line? She seemed like her old harmless neurotic self again.

I'd like to see someone other than Juanjo rescue Aurora.

Dondi356, you are right about Sara. She heard Aurora begging and crying and she didn't do a thing. Would she really side with Rob when she has reason to doubt him?

I think the writers led us on about Paco and Kimberly, so up until yesterday, he was guilt-free. Not to make light of the kiss but he's not one of the bad guys. His interest in Paloma, desire to help Delores, and the way he handled Nat yesterday, are evidence that he sees women as his equal and supports them. since he doesn't have a hidden dark side or agenda, I'm hoping they'll get through whatever is at the root of their marital problems.

Paloma hasn't been kicked out for suing the family business? Must be for a reason.

wow, this show is really popping, they don't even have time for the credits, do they?

Sofi sees Leo hugging some hot babe and she is gone, never wants to see him again, but wait, her mom is Doris, what?, Leo hangs till she will talk with him, he explains, the girl was Alejandro, a guy, (there must have been some more to this because she didn't run) Sofi is back on board.

Paloma wants to know what's up with the MIA Aurora, Meche tells her not to meddle, Paloma goes to see Rob who is resting upstairs, sees his phone instead with the live cam still on showing the inside of his home, she relays to Juanjo, he and Sere go calling.

Aurora looks around for a way out, something, finds Rob's gun, and when Rob comes home forces him the give her the keys and let her go, nope, he grabs the gun because she didn't shoot (ah, would there have been a surprised look on Rob's face if she did) now he holds her at gunpoint, and pulls the trigger, the gun wasn't loaded (did he know).

Aurora has crumpled, Juanjo and Sere have arrived, he loads the gun, she answers the door, but won't let them in, Rob to the side, gun pointed at her head, she blows them off, doesn't want to do the small wine thing anymore, they leave.

back at the winery, Luis says I know what's going on, Anita told him about her working here, Anita's version is he wasn't happy but he didn't go bonkers either, Aurora is the one with the attitude. (somebody steal her red lipstick)

Leo's family with Dimas in tow gasping for oxygen, show up for his soccer match, Sofi spots Alexis, who lives near here and stops by to watch some of the matches, Sofi drags her back to the family seats, (as Alexis is saying, no, no, no), Leo scores, they win, and all back to the house to celebrate, Leo introduces Rafa (the guy who was arrested for beating on the gay) he makes a play, Alexis is playing it cool but I know she wants outta there. Rafa says they are sure to be in the final five, Leo gets a text and I think they are, (but I think he has other plans).

JJ goes back, but Rob sees him looking in, and makes it nice with Aurora (where is spy Sara as Jaunjo sneaks around) JJ reports back, she is just playing house.

Paloma is all prim and proper, looking her best, awaiting Paco at work, he shows, with Natalia, Nat compliments her on her work with the new book and leaves as they meet with the publisher ??, meeting over Paloma calls Paco on, you have been avoiding me, they agree to forget about the kiss, he leaves, but comes back, they kiss, and... this time they do it.

meanwhile, Nat is telling Susan, and of course they are sipping some wine like all of the other scenes in this show, how Paco saved her life, and how much he really loves me.

Susan gets a call, a friend of Wilmers wants to make a statement.

Paco is all guilt, this is the first time I have cheated, Paloma won't hold him to anything, she understands, but it was amazing, they kiss again.

Rob has been toying with the baby as a horrified Aurora watches on, he will let her out once she understands what it's like to be a good wife, he goes for a shower, tells her when he is done, he wants her naked and willing.

Steve, no just once Nat gave in to an old, lonely man's request in order to win a contract (against Cris).

Aurora takes Rob's abuse for another day. While home alone I think she finds an old, uncharged phone but immediately throws it away. Why? Who hasn't waited a few minutes for their phone to charge? The writers have turned her into someone unrecognizable...weak and foolish. She doesn't love him so why is she holding back? Losing interest in her storyline.

But Nat is back revealing a kinder, less tyrannical side...for now. Glad they didn't prolong her sadness.

Without much passion in the air, Paco and Paloma go all the way. He says he loves his wife and Paloma says no pressure. But since Nat told Susan how wonderful Paco was throughout her ordeal, I suspect something will go wrong.

Was yesterday a day off? Cris and family spend the day at Leo's game and Rob was at home in full torture mode.

They finally gave Leo more time. I'm still clueless about what identity change to expect from him. He loves his liberal girlfriend, hasn't shown an interest in men, likes dressing up as a woman, and now has a friend from the lgbtq community. Some would say he's borderline normal these days.

Anita doesn't have any knowledge or skills so she can only offer pettiness and juvenile discussion.

Serena, must be hard for her...do i put forth the energy to save my bff who'll likely steal my man or do I let her solve her own problems. I get it...if Aurora is free FROM Rob then she's free FOR Juanjo. It's time for 2 eligible bachelors to enter for both Serena and Paloma.

Another difficult show to watch.

Time for the writers to rescue Aurora from this story line. If she can extricate herself, fine, but please don't use Juanjo to do it. Stop making Aurora's parents complicit in the abuse. It would be nice if she had the support of her parents to help her break free.

Spanish Student, I like your take on Serena's dilemma. She's become my favorite character in this mess.

Hoping that the other sommelier, Cristian?, comes back for Sere and Jordan comes back for Paloma. Or maybe both women will realize they don't need a man to be successful and happy.

Leo is transgender but there's not much time left to resolve anything. The writers were bold enough to go there but perhaps they don't want to go very far into it.

Yes, dondi356, this was certainly another difficult episode to watch. The only good thing is that if the story line follows the usual path, things get very grim right before the Happy Ending. But I'm not sure how many more episodes of domestic violence and a brainless, spineless Aurora I can stand.

Great recaps, deb and Spanish Student! One small point, deb: when Leo looks at his email and sees the list of people who have made the top five, his name is #1, but Rafa's is #6. That may be one reason he didn't want to talk about the email with an optimistic Rafa sitting right there. deb, I loved your "(somebody steal her red lipstick)"! And I too wondered whether Rob knew the gun wasn't loaded. If I had to guess one way or the other, I'd guess that he knew. He knew that he had bought bullets for the gun, and he probably remembered that he hadn't put any in. Of course, Aurora could have found the bullets and loaded the gun, but I doubt he'd have thought of that. And in her present zombie state, he's probably right not to have thought of it.

Spanish Student, I so agree with your saying that the writers have turned Aurora into someone unrecognizable. I too am getting fed up with the portrayal. I also enjoyed your take on Anita. (And I sometimes think that without her red lipstick, her face would fall off.)

in "Sin Senos" Cata was taken to a safe house, but when she started thinking maybe she should leave, she found herself a prisoner, behind the drapes the windows were bricked up, those that weren't had bars, and the doors were solid with no glass, this is not the case with Aurora, I see hundreds of ways to get out of there, it took Rob no time at all to open a window (but we didn't see what he did) but a chair would make a nice hole in it, and there is always the shoot the locks off (of course this might scare the baby but attract the police), the writers are really toying with us making Aurora a prisoner.

Aurora gets away by clocking Roberto with a wine bottle. (The camera revealed 2 bottles near him yesterday and i was hoping she'd use them.). She escapes frantically with baby. Sara comes, sees bloody Roberto, buys his victim crap, and despite protesting, lets him drive her car. Aurora does the only thing that could further complicate things...running to Juanjo and Serena. Roberto, always ready to spin a story and give himself good PR, drives himself to the police station to press charges against Aurora. He immediately passes out (or fakes it) and is transferred to the hospital where Cris and Meche see him beaten up. Cris appeared to fall for his story but I think Meche knows her daughter isn't the uncontrollable, self-centered person Rob speaks of.

If anyone could (and should) see through Rob it's Susan. I don't think she bought Sara appearing as a witness for Rob. His name has crossed her desk so many times lately. Her character needs an expanded role in order to solve his long list of crimes. If Auror's arrested she can use tge time to finalky press charges against him. Time to introduce a criminal or family law attorney.

Halimacandy, you made a good point. Those cameras are Her saving grace. Before her attack on Rob there were days of abuse proving he kept her against her will.

Paloma needs to stop with the nervous glances, smiles, gestures, and of sex with Paco in the office. Unlike Kimberly, she's showing a lack of discretion that'll surely land Paco in the doghouse (deservedly so). Is it her youth cuz I'm not sure she cares, i.e. the writers haven't given her any thoughts of guilt. She's just asking to get caught.

I also agree that Leo's story is hard to get into to. He's better served in the office spying on Rob.

wow, thanks so much Spanish Student for your write up, yep, Rob seems to be getting better with the stories he spins, plus he gets more pain killers.

anyway I wrote up some stuff, I'll go ahead and post it, I admire you guys for watching in Spanish, so maybe some of the details I glean in english will be of interest.

Roberto forces Aurora to have sex, and throws in how nice things will be when she gets with the program, the next morning Aurora coming out of the bathroom sees Rob is still out and she goes for the keys, he awakes and grabs her, madness in his eyes, she wacks him with a wine bottle to the head, stuns him, next she wacks him with a laptop ?? puts him down, bloody and out cold, she runs for it with the baby, still in her PJ's.

Sara sees the commotion comes to check on Rob, she gets him back to life, he demands her car keys, she dresses his wound before letting him go.

Rafa gets in to the university, Leo is not so lucky, apparently someone quit the team, Cris knows Leo is the better player, says he's proud of him anyway, gives him Emilio's watch, it's a MAN's watch, later Leo skypes Alexis and spills, she suggests he come to a meeting and hear stories from others.

Sere comforts Juanjo, but he can't perform (Sere is like the perfect girlfriend).

Nat was afraid she would lose Paco after their big fight, now she just wants to please him, she wants to go jogging with him, not knowing it's a Paloma date.

Paul, the editor / publisher ?? of the book wants 6 more interviews, will bring it to 200 pages, easier to sell, also they will pay $5000 to ?? to do an exposition thingy to promote the book, Paloma says she will do it, but needs help, Paco, while they are sorting things out, Paloma, being a free spirit, wants to do it, and someone shows, will they get caught?

Aurora races to the cop shop to get help, but wait Rob is right behind her, she takes off, Rob doesn't, he goes in to file a report, but collapses, and Susan takes him to the hospital, the doctor confirms the blows could have been made while he was lying down and unaware, hmm, that makes it premeditated.

Aurora makes it to Juanjo and Sere's place, she is a wreck, and spills all, Joaquin is also there, after Juanjo cools down they decide to go to the police.

Rob is released and goes to the station with Susan to file a report, Susan tells him before he signs, if they find Aurora and she is injured or says Rob hurt her, things will change, enter Sara the neighbor to back up his story.

Earnesto barges into Jaunjo's place, arrests Aurora for attempted murder.

Thanks VERY much, Halimacandy, Spanish Student, and deb, for these excellent recaps. I don't really have anything to add, except to mention that at the start, the friend of Wilmer tells the police that Wilmer really wanted to get back at someone because that person did something very bad and should pay for it AND he messed with his (Wilmer's) family. That leads the police to visit Dolores. They ask whether she has any enemies or people who gave her a hard time. One of her young sons pipes up: your boss, mama. She tries to deny that there was ever a problem, but Susan asks the boy for the name of the boss. Was it Crisanto? No. Roberto? Sí. So in addition to Aurora's earlier attempt to file a denuncio against Roberto, Susan also has this information about Roberto giving Dolores a hard time.

I have a feeling, though, that Halimacandy nailed it when she mentioned the cameras as witnesses. That would be such fitting irony!

One more thing, though not all that important: I'm somewhat confused about Leo and Rafa and the university. Somehow Rafa got into the university to play soccer but Leo did not? That's peculiar, since the email message that Leo got from the coach in the previous episode listed the best players, and #1 was Leo, while Rafa was #6 (and the list was supposed to name the top 5). So then why should Rafa have been selected to play soccer and not Leo? Or did Leo turn down the opportunity and not tell his parents that he had done so? He tells Alexis that he doesn't want to have anything more to do with the macho soccer world.

Deb, Attempted murder? Seems a little extreme. I hope she doesn't back down...she can counter with her long list of charges.

Paloma or Juanjo should tell Aurora about the cameras.

Cris gave Rob a warning last week but i guess he was only thinking of business. Rob landing in the hospital a few days later after a fight with his daughter should make him suspicious. Guess Rob didn't mention he was pressing charges against her.

Juanita, thanks for clarifying the statement from Wilmer's friend. Wilmer's trying to speak from the grave, but where is the tablet and money?

Leo was number 1 on the soccer list and Rafa number 6. Leo turned down his place so that Rafa would move to the 5th position and get the scholarship.

Juanita, I guess I glossed over this, Leo actually quit the team moving Rafa into the five slot, but no one knows that except he discussed it with Alexis who thought it was a bit extreme, Leo was insistent, soccer represents everything he is fighting.

Spanish Student, knowing about the cameras at this point may not be much help, since they never showed Rob recording anything.

Deb,are the cameras not recording? I don't know the recording capabilities of the camera but i figured even if it only retained 24 hours there was sufficient abuse by Rob during that time. And soon as the others tell Aurora about it, she'll understand how Rob used it to his advantage.
