Tony doesn't have a tracking device, so he stashes a cell phone in Cabra's car with the gps on, as they leave he runs to the TEA, letting Santi and Mari know he'll be gone, (and I'm waiting to see Martin jump out of the bushes) Jefe Miguel hates to call the Colonel after their fiasco that morning, but he does and the Colonel is in.
Diabla chats with God in the church but two police arrive, they leave and Diabla sees her and God are on the same page, she asks for something, that Albeiro won't leave her, if he does this for her, she will do something... nice.
Calvo also asks for something, that things work out with Hilda.
(I can see these two not getting their prayers answered and going berserk)
and as they have their talk with God, Hilda and Margarita have a talk about witchcraft, Margarita says it always comes back to the person that initiated it, she tried it once to get a certain guy and it made things worse.
Cabra's wife calls him, yep, it was their house that was raided.
Mirta, Liset's mom, gets her affects while she is in surgery, finds Cata M's number and calls her.
Titi calls Dayana, she spills on Liset, he doesn't care if she is in a wheelchair, he wants her in his bed.
Hilda and Margarita search for clues, nada, Margarita suspects Calvo, Hilda calls him (with Diabla listening) and asks if he had anything to do with Yamile disappearing, he doesn't answer.
no matter how much Cata G whines and flirts with Cabra she still has to wear the hood, Titi has let some of his guys go home because he is going on a honeymoon.
Albeiro conspires with albeiro la pequena to escape, they make plans, and when night comes they are out the window.
Dayana has disappeared, nope, she is meeting with Diabla, drawn by the smell of money, Diabla cuts her down, you're no Demonia, more like a stupid angel, Dayana makes the call to give Titi the news. (Diabla has told Calvo, Titi is her ticket to freedom, Titi needs to find Diabla for Villa who wants to kill the competition)

Many thanks yet again, deb. I again missed what Tony did to track CataG back to Titi's. So if he left a phone in the car with the gps on, how can that tell him or anyone else where the phone is? Would someone have to call the phone, thereby alerting Cabra to the fact that there's a phone in his car that he hasn't put there? And is Tony physically following Cabra? How does that relate to the gps? And how will Tony avoid being seen? Indeed, at one point Cabra stops the car; I was half expecting to see Tony drive by and be noticed.
I had a hard time figuring out what was going on between Diabla and Dayana. Why does Diabla want to see Titi? Also, you mention that Titi needs to find Diabla for Villa. Who is Villa?
What's with Titi? Dayana tells him that her sister is in the hospital, and he doesn't care. He wants her in his bed. So it's less the sex than the power that turns him on?
Wow, it looks as if Evageline nailed it: the house the police raided was indeed Cabra's, and his wife did call him to let him know, just as Evagelne had predicted. Nice work, Evageline!

Villa is/was Chalo's main competitor in Mexico. I included the 'is' since they don't know Chalo is dead. Chalo's drugs were supplied by Diabla, and Villa's supplier is Titi. I am sure you get the logic now. If Villa finds Diabla, he thinks he can maybe get rid of her, that way, Chalo's business will go down. And Villa will stay on top.
Also, I am not a supporter of rape plots, and I do not know if I am a bad person for saying this, but I would love it for Demonia to get a taste of her own medicine. I mean that by, Titi forcing himself on her(she doesn't like men), that way, she can understand what it's like to be forced to sleep with someone.

Thanks so much, deb. I really appreciate your putting up the recaps! Juanita, I don't know anything about GPS, but I think just having the phone turned on in the car Cabra is driving (probably owned by Titi) the TEA can track the vehicle to Titi's lair. In fact, they showed the stereotypical blinking red dot on a map in HQ. I assume they can look at the same blinking dot in some device in their cars while they head his way.
I think the actor portraying Cabra is doing an excellent job. He's burning with lust for Cata and torn between that and his fear/loyalty towards Titi. Cata is playing him like a violin! The jealous look he cast toward Titi when he touched Cata's behind on their way in may presage...something. Don't know.
Another interesting plot point was Titi giving his crew big stacks of money and sending them away so that he could enjoy his luna de miel (honeymoon) with Cata. This raises the odds of the TEA and other guys (local cops? I'm unclear about which cops work for which jurisdiction) being able to storm Titi's hacienda. I also don't have much confidence in his being captured tonight.
Speaking of zero confidence, I don't think Albeiro is going to get away with Albeirito tonight either. I think they actually showed a bottle by the bedside, so our fears of el pequeño starving in his mother's absence were unfounded.
This show is so dark I just never think anything is going to work out for anyone.
It's just insane that Titi would want a young woman who is banged up and undergoing surgery to be in his bed.

Titi and Cata G's romantic dinner is interrupted by Diabla's call, she wants to meet, tomorrow she will have Dayana bring her to him.
Cata prompts Titi for details, hears Villa is his partner.
Diabla pays off Dayana, did she drool? (she now gets Cata G too, right?)
Albeiro and the kid make their getaway, did they pass Diabla and Calvo returning, he stops for a coin toss, heads it's Catalina, tails it's Hilda, tails it is.
Tony and Miguel discuss strategy with the Colonel in taking down Titi, all for naught because tonight is Operation Hell, the capture of Diabla, public enemy nunmber 1.
Diabla arrives home and no one is there, did Manga sell them out, they grab the money, Dani's ashes, and slide on down to a fancy Hotel, while the Colonels caravan of crack agents is on the way.
Titi surprises Cata G with the ring, he proposes, and they get all mushy, tears in their eyes, she says yes, and the sky is full of fireworks.

Thanks for another great recap, Deb, capturing everything perfectly.
Here we go again with the incompetent police. They've known where Yesica was for about a week, they should have acted immediately, but by now, there have been numerous chances for Yesica to find out about the raid (she didn't), or just leave for some other reason (which she did). I think she thinks Manga must have turned for money, but actually he wasn't there when Albeiro summoned all his strength for a getway, and ironically (as usual), Albeiro had no car, but Manga pulls up, goes inside, leaves his keys in the car (great move) and Albeiro takes Mangas's car! Don't know how Al got the baby seat secured with a seatbelt, in fact he didn't originally, but later they showed it.
I loved how just as Hilda prays for Albeiro, Yamila and the baby to show up, they do (well, 2 out of 3).
What ever happened to back up for protecting Mariana? When Tony left, he asked Santiago to guard her. This is stupid, they should have called another agent. Of course Santi leaves for Soraya. Mariana, unlike most of our characters, is pretty smart, but can she stop the super trained (and super crazy) Martin? I notice that in the song at the start of each episode, they show lots of past stuff, including Martin when he was a normal, highly trained TEA agent (at least in appearance).
Dayanna is so happy now, but one day she will get payback, I'm sure. Now that she got the money for setting up the meeting between Titi and Yesica, who cares about Liset? I also found it interesting that when she talked to Yesi, Dayanna used the familiar "tu", I think she's from Cuba or Puerto Rico, where tu is used a lot, whereas despite Yesica's higher status as boss, she was using usted with Dayanna, because in her part of Colombia, that's the norm (in other parts they use "vos", which is super familiar. I remember in the original show (and even sometimes in this one), people who love each other don't say "te amo", they say "lo amo" if talking to a man, which sounds funny to me, since it's formal, but they're saying an intimate thing like I love you. But every culture is different, I'm sure some of the things I say sound funny to people from cultures different from mine.
CataG had to say yes to Titi, but will she get through the night without having to you know what?

Great recap, deb! Many thanks. This one had more of the subtle snark that you do so well. For example, "...they grab the money, Dani's ashes, and slide on down to a fancy Hotel, while the Colonels caravan of crack agents is on the way." I loved "slide on down" and "Colonel's caravan of crack agents is on the way."
I noted that you said "we think" about the call to Santiago being from the hospital. I wondered at first whether Martin had found a way to get Santi out of the house, but I don't think Martin knew enough about Santi's situation to do that. Moreover, it made more sense (to me, at least) for Santiago to again make a bad decision, abandoning the daughter he promised to protect in order to go to [expletive deleted] Soraya. I'm continually amazed at how few characters in this novela I like. At one point, briefly, Santiago was one of them, but he's certainly not any longer. Indeed, he fell off the list even before last night's episode.
Hombre, I kept saying "Yes! Yes! Yes!" as I read your comments, especially the ones about the police incompetence, Manga's "great move" in leaving the keys in the car, and the disappearing back up for Mariana's security. And yes, I think Dayana will eventually get payback, but it can't happen fast enough as far as I'm concerned.

I assume "you know what" is sleeping with him, but why should it matter whether she does so or not? She has already betrayed him by trying to help the police find him and by agreeing to marry him. What's the big deal if she sleeps with him? Or did you mean something else?
(I guess the urgent phone call from Mariana probably answers the question of "will she do you know what," since it's unlikely that CataG will stay at Titi's that night.)

Anonymous, I would not assume Valentina was killed. I'm almost certain they would have shown us. As some have remarked, it may be that Martin's goal is to capture and imprison various friends of CataG's. He even has a list of those names, which we saw in a notebook in the last episode. If he captures them, and they're alive, he can use that as a bargaining chip to lure CataG to his lair. All this is pure speculation, of course. I'm still keeping faith that Val is okay (although suffering tremendously).

I've been staying away from my computer all day catching up on the World Cup quarterfinals. England advances! I enjoyed the game. Both England and Sweden played clean, crisp games. No diving. No nasty fouls. It was a pleasure to watch, especially after seeing the travesties of Brazil and Colombia who both have teams full of extremely dirty players. I don't dare turn on my computer lest I see a score in my emails.
The second game wasn't nearly as good. Croatia won on penalty kicks. I really expected them to beat Russia more handily.
IDIOT Santiago. He leaves his daughter alone. Cata has told him the danger she's in. So he leaves her, and his adored granddaughter, alone to run to the side of the nut case he should have let bleed to death in the bathtub when she tried to off herself.
The character of Martín and all the sniffing the air and licking things is hard for me to take. I've never been able to watch slasher movies; and, he seems like he's right out of the mold. Horrible, sexually perverse guy and lots of pretty young girls in danger. It's sick.

I was thinking about logic today. [I know, I know...a foolish thing to think about when it comes to telenovelas.] But, presuming Mariana knows where the hospital is in this town that is never mentioned, why wouldn't she call her big, strong father, even though he is a bonehead, to come to her rescue. Instead she calls her mother, who it seems has gone a long way out of the city limits to Titi's hacienda.
I suppose this plot device is to have our sorta-kinda heroine not have to do the deed with Titi.
But wouldn't Martín have made Mariana Bourguignon by the time Cata could talk Titi into letting her leave and then get there?
