the tv guide is showing Trumps SOTU speech,(which was originally scheduled for last Tuesday), will be this Tuesday, so it looks like we get the gran final of "Jugar con Fuego" on Monday with 2 hours of the show.
FYI..regarding the schedule...I’ve been watching this TN on demand. Xfinity on-demand has listed the the upcoming shows as feb 1, 2, 4 and 5. Not really sure what to expect because Ive seen conflicting info before between what’s on line...and what the guide is showing.

Wish more Carayers were watching and/or commenting. I am thoroughly enjoying Jugar con Fuego. It has a first-rate cast. It has two absolutely despicable villains. It has scenery of miles of coffee plants.
So, a couple of things about last night. Fabrizio and Andrea are madly in love and getting ready to leave for Miami, where Andrea has a job offer as a photographer.
Gildardo's obsession gets worse and worse. He came into the little store the family coffee business runs and seemed to suspect Andrea had been there. Minutes before she and Fabri had been kissing passionately. But when he came in Fabri was studiously writing something in the accounts.
Martina's adored father thinks the world of Jorge, and Martina did NOT tell him that the scumbag had gotten a crooked shrink to say she was incompetent - in a letter. This resulted in the bank's freezing her accounts. She stated something I suspected all along. All the money was hers and he didn't have two beans when he married into her family. Not to say he's a freeloader; he's worked very hard. But it's outrageous to cut off her credit out of spite because he thinks she's having an affair.
I had thought Dolores wasn't really Fabrizio's mother, something about his saying she was the closest thing he had to a mother a few episodes back. But last night he called her mother and it seems as if she did give birth to him.
Dolores has threatened Camila with showing Peter the emails she sent to Fabrizio. She wants $500K. Interesting that narcos and blackmailers always want dollars. The Colombian currency is a peso. Dolores also offered to set up a bordello with Fabri, something he was NOT up for.
And Jorge lured Fabrizio to some remote land he owns. Gildardo and Eliseo have already dug a grave. After Fabri almost gets the better of Jorge, the other two villains grab him up. But we saw in the premiere that he somehow got away and was driving a vehicle with another one following and shooting at him.
Novelera: I've been watching "JUGAR" since it debuted. You're right about Gildardo the PERV: his obsession with Andrea is getting WORSE & disgusting.
1.) It seems that Jorge might know Fabrizio had banged Andrea & a few other things.
2.) Dolores threatened Camila ? Uh-Oh this will NOT end well. I wonder if she knows about Camila banging Fabrizio ? Plus: I got to think one of the housemaids will open their mouths to Peter by telling him what's going on.
3.) I see that Jorge is a GOLD DIGGER when he married Martina & bleeding her dry of her $$$.
4.) Something tells me Andrea will NOT be heading to Miami, FL for that new job once Gild the PERV follows through on his obsession over her.
5.) Wishing somebody can tell Martina's Daddy NOT to trust Jorge the GOLD DIGGER.
6.) Looking forward to seeing the Gran Final since I've got the DVR ready to go.
Steve, I'm pretty sure Jorge has no idea that Fabrizio is involved with his daughter, Andrea. He's wanting to murder him because Gildardo took some pictures of when Martina went to see Fabrizio. Fabri embraced her for a moment because she was crying, sad to see her dreams of a relationship with him were up in smoke. Gildardo told Jorge, IIRC, that the two went inside and made love.
Fabrizio was sort of frozen when Jorge was going on about Fabri being a lothario. He thought Jorge had discovered his relationship with Andrea. But then Jorge said Fabri was %*&#@ing his mujer and Fabri vehemently denied it.
Yes, I was surprised Martina just let her father go on and on about love and family without telling the old man that his golden son-in-law had cut off her access to any money.
So Jorge's plan for the Brazilian, Thiago, who is the music teacher at the school Martina is involved with, is revealed. The guy is beaten and threatened. I suppose because the height and dark wavy hair are similar, Thiago boards a plane to Mexico with a Mexican passport and the name Fabrizio Rodriguez. I couldn't tell if it was a faked photo or they had stolen Fabri's passport and hoped no one would look too closely at the photograph.
The plan is for Fabri to leave the country, returning to Mexico. Thus no one would notice that the real Fabri was murdered. And Jorge cooked up a story about him having stolen $30K pesos from the coffers of the coffee business.
Somehow Thiago, IIRC, got drunk on the plane and made a scene. This appeared in the Colombian newspaper, and Jorge shows it to Martina. She doesn't seem to believe he stole money.
Poncho goes to the little house where Fabri was living. He sees that his clothes are gone, but the not-to-smart guys who took them managed to overlook his shoes.
The villains are ready to put Fabri in the pre-dug grave. He manages to get a gun away from Eliseo and puts it to Jorge's temple. Of course, he's a nice guy and doesn't shoot any of them. he throws the gun away and runs. He gets shot in the side and a loooong search of some sort of jungle results. Eventually he gets out of the jungle and fires up some car. I have an idea it was his own because when Jorge wanted his keys prior to putting him in the grave, he said he left them in the vehicle. And then we see the same car chase, with Jorge being shot at and missed that we saw in the first episode.
This was an exciting episode and well acted by all.
I'll have to check if deb is right about a two-hour finale on Monday because of the State of the Union speech.
novelera- yep, they posted 2 hour gran final on the closing avances Friday.
it looked liked Thiago's pic on the passport, I'm guessing this was one of the things in that packet Jorge paid for, not sure if Thiago's rukus on the plane was real but Jorge did give him a flask to sip on and instructions.
and what did Thiago tell that kid to do? he went straight to Martina but got brushed off by the maid and spotted by Jorge.
Thiago left from "El Edén International Airport" in Colombia if anyone wants to know where we are, and I think he will be the only one leaving town.
Thursday, Eliseo was complaining on the big hole they were digging but Gilardo said it was for 2, you think that would have got his gears turning.
wow, the all night chase in the jungle and they were back at the car, anyone feeling sorry for Gilardo's broken glasses.
is Andrea thinking he skipped? and is she preggers?
Martina is pretty much stopped cold, but she looks defiant, I hope she at least stops the meds.
Delores is pretty street wise but will she keep the upper hand in her blackmail of Camila? and what will she do when she finds out what Jorge is up to.
and the ominous cops are looking for Fabrizio, but Jorge was short on details, Martina noticed.
and then there is Peter.
and this is what coffee does to people?
Deb, Ha! Loved "and this is what coffee does to people?"
Thanks for mentioning the hole too big for one. I kind of thought Gildardo, and maybe Jorge as well, were thinking Eliseo should not be running around knowing too much.
Oh, and there was a PSA about how the law works, at least in that part of Colombia. Maricarmen told Poncho that it wouldn't do her any good to tell the police what Eliseo did to her. He's the capataz at the coffee plantation and she is just a worker. Frankly I was surprised to hear him called capataz (foreman, overseer). He never seems to do anything except stand around with an evil look on his face.
Enjoying this TN...wish it was longer.
Do we know what andrea was planning with the creepy Gildardo...when they were in miami. Beyond dating and later aborting a baby...he alluded that the 2 of them had a plan or did i misunderstand

Thanks, Novelera, Deb, and Nett. All caught up.
Looking forward to the finale. I'm hoping Martina and Andrea band together. Putting up with Gildardo is just too much.
Deb: Bold Prediction: There's NOT going to be a Happy Ending for anyone in this TV Drama.
Niecie: Let's hope Martina & Andrea move to Miami ASAP.
I've got the DVR ready for tonight :)
