Tuesday:

Emir is swimming and thinking about Nihan telling him she’s leaving. Zeynep is watching him and asks if he’s mad about Nihan. He tells her she’s playing with fire. She hands him a towel and he pulls her into the water. They start to get close despite her initial protests that someone might see. Emir leaves her after claiming that she’s lost all attractiveness.

Tariq is speaking to Tufan. Tariq asks him what did he do to Emir to get him so angry. Tufan doesn’t respond. Soon Emir dials Tariq to ask what he’s done so far. He doesn’t want them to kill Tufan, but he does want answers, and so Tariq tells the men to approach the captive.

Zehir calls Kemal and tells him he’s found nothing at the home so far, but he’s going to search the computer next. Meanwhile, Kemal was just called by the secretary to go see Hakim in his office. Kemal tells Hakim he feels honored but cannot accept the shares because it’s unethical and unfair. He knows that Asu is expecting more than he can give her, and so he tells Hakim that he won’t accept the responsibility. Asu enters unannounced. Kemal tells Hakim that he’s being honest. He announces that Nihan is getting divorced. Hakim and Asu are shocked, Asu claims Emir would never allow such a thing. Kemal is ready to leave and tells Asu he doesn’t want to hurt her anymore. Hakim asks if this is his decision, Kemal affirms it is the right thing to do. Asu follows Kemal into his office to beg. Hakim watched her leave, concerned.

Asu tells Kemal he will regret his decision because Nihan will disappoint him again. Kemal doesn’t care because he can’t live without her anyway. He repeats to Asu that she is his friend, she demands that he stop calling her that. She wants a chance that he won’t give her, and so she angrily leaves.

Zeynep is trying to hide her soaked self from everyone in the house. Vildan just missed her by the stairs. Efsame sees her and Zeynep shrieks. The maid asks if she’s ok, so she explains she accidentally fell into the pool. Efsame smirks as she walks away. Zeynep enters the room and Ozan is sleeping.

Fehime answers the phone: Asu is reporting everything. Kemal is leaving with Nihan because she will divorce Emir. She claims Emir will kill Kemal if this happens. She’s worried something bad will happen to him. She continues to bore this idea into Fehime’s head. Fehime swears that Kemal and Nihan will never be together, over her dead body!

Zeynep answers her cellphone in the bathroom. Asu called her, claiming she will go to visit her immediately and hangs up. Fehime then calls Zeynep too. She wants to know what’s happening with Nihan. She’s asking if the divorce is true. Zeynep gets shocked and tells her she doesn’t know. Fehime says that Asu called her earlier asking for help. Zeynep reports that Kemal and Nihan have been spending a lot of time together the past few days. Fehime is adamant that Nihan is ruining her son.

Onder finds Leyla walking alone in the woods. He’s happy that she’s living in Kemal’s house. She retorts she will get her house back and tells him exactly how she lost it the day of the auction. Onder intently listens. Leyla declares she needs to leave, and Onder calls Nihan once she’s out of earshot. He asks Nihan for the license plate number regarding the car from the accident that delayed them on their way to the auction. Nihan reports that she doesn’t remember the plate and that in the end nothing was filed against them, and asks how he even knows about it. He doesn’t give her much of an answer.

Fehime called Hussein to tell him the horrible news about Kemal and Nihan. Shortly after, Hussein sees Salih and waves him over. He wants to know why he hasn’t been coming over to the barbershop anymore. He hasn’t had time, Salih claims. Hussein says he’s lying because he intentionally avoids them. Salih starts to spill the beans about Kemal and Nihan, and his shady business dealings with Salih. He tells him that things won’t end well for Kemal.

 

Galip’s henchman is reporting over the phone. Galip doesn’t want him to lose sight of the subject.

Nihan is with Yasemin. She’s talking to Kemal over the phone, asking what happened at the meeting with Hakim. He tells her that he won’t accept the shares. She proves to see if he said anything else. Eventually she gets out that Kemal told both Hakim and Asu that he will spend the rest of his life with Nihan. She gets very satisfied. Kemal sees a children’s store and something catches his eye. He hangs up saying he will go buy something for a princess. Kemal is looking at a dress for a toddler. The first one was too big. The lady asks how old his daughter is. He says he’s not a father yet, he just wants to buy a dress for someone. He picks a white dress for a one year old and small pink shoes.

Yasemin asks Nihan if Kemal and her are lovers again. Nihan refutes that and reports she will get a divorce instead, to begin a new life with Kemal. Yasemin is astounded and congratulated her. She’s happy for them both.

Zehir is checking Tufan’s gmail account. As soon as the doorbell rings he closes the laptop and hides. A man enters the home, looking around and makes a phone call to his boss, saying that Tufan is not home, and that no one is around. He leaves just like that. Zehir exits the apartment to watch the man leave in a black car and calls Kemal to report. Zehir then follows the car.

Kemal exits the store with a pink bag and he drives away.

Galip asks an advisor if despite the losses, will Emir continue with the project? He dismisses him and someone else comes in to say that the case will be investigated. He dismisses him too.

Leyla is frustrated that Onder is before her again. He tells her he has information regarding the car accident the day of the auction. He believes that Galip played dirty and that’s why she lost her home. He offers to help her, but she rejects it. She asks Onder to please leave her alone. Once he does, she has a very concerned look.

Asu is convincing Zeynep that she can only remain close to Emir if his marriage to Nihan doesn’t dissolve. She continues to plant into her head that Kemal will die if Nihan manages to get the divorce. Zeynep tells her not to say such things, but Asu emphasizes it. Then she reiterates that if Nihan escapes, Zeynep would lose Emir. Zeynep looks convinced. Soon Emir is on the patio and Asu tells Zeynep she needs to speak with him alone. Asu threatens Emir not to do anything to Kemal: if he does any harm to Kemal, she will make sure that Nihan will never be with Emir either. She tells him to just disappoint Kemal and make sure that the lovebirds never end up together.

Emir makes a call before driving off. He tells someone that he’s putting the project aside and that he will give Kemal Soydere a new life. Asu watches him leave, her arms still crossed.

Zehir tells Kemal that so far he is following the man to the beach road. They believe and hope that this man will lead them to the extortioner.

Emir arrives to talk to a beat up Tufan. He wants to know why Tufan wants revenge on him. Tufan doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Emir tells him he knows that they’re brothers, but Tufan swears that he isn’t, the evidence had to be planted. He reproaches Emir for always suspecting him as a traitor. He tells Emir that someone else is manipulating him and gives Emir his loyalty again. Emir doesn’t believe him, and Tufan begs him to do another dna test. Emir doesn’t listen and demands to know who the extortioner is, but Tufan cries that he doesn’t know. Emir punches him and claims he doesn’t believe him at all and that his lies are worthless. He leaves and tells Tariq to get a doctor because the dna test will be done again.

The man is in a parking lot. Kemal is in his car with Zehir, watching. Soon the man receives a call that warns him he’s being followed. He gets into his car and leaves. Kemal is upset and gets Zehir to go to back to his car to continue following him.

 

Nihan enters her home and asks Efsame to prepare a luggage for her. She enters the living room to speak with Vildan and Onder. She declares that she will divorce Emir, and Vildan asks if she’s crazy, because that would put Ozan in danger, among losing their benefits. They try to reason with her when Ozan and Zeynep enter the scene and overhear. He can’t believe what he just heard and starts to guilt Nihan “You can’t divorce Emir! What will happen to me?” Nihan stands her ground. “I can’t believe you’re doing this to me!” Ozan exclaims like a child and stomps away to his room. Nihan follows him and essentially motions Zeynep to shut up. Zeynep dumbly says to her in laws that she doesn’t understand what is happening. Vildan asks Onder to convince Nihan not to do it. He assures her he will.

Kemal is at his parents’ home. Hussein was watching tv, a novela it seemed. At Fehime’s suggestion, he starts to inquire his son: he wants to know what Kemal is investigating, and is it related to Nihan? Kemal responds by asking why is he acting like his mother. Hussein continues that he wants to know who Zehir is, and adds that he knows his son is after Nihan again. He tells him that he remembers when Kemal first came back home after five years, when he swore to them that he’s not doing anything bad. The flashback plays, where Kemal claims to have learned much from his father, that he understands Nihan means nothing to him anymore; she made her choice and he will continue on with his own. Back in real time, Fehime is watching from the kitchen doorway and holding her hands in a twist as Hussein reprimands Kemal because they trusted his word when he said he wasn’t after Nihan. He wants to know what is happening now that he isn’t keeping his promise.

Asu and Emir have some kind of real business pact?

Zeynep is ridiculous if her plan was to become his mistress, and how disappointed will Kemal be when he finds out Asu manipulated her that way.

Tufan is confusing what was the point of switching the vials?

AnonFri, huge thanks to you for Tuesday's recap. You catch so many details and I really appreciate your time and effort in keeping this patio rolling.

Nina, can't answer your Qs from Monday's epi very well. Not sure whether in hospital, but at some point Nihan did tell Ozan he was in the clear, that the video showed bags of blood being place on Linda, but Ozan was upset and kept repeating he killed her. I don't think we know who the blackmailer is. Several mysterious one-sided phone conversations, Tufan and Galip both.

Asu and Emir might make a nice couple. Kemal has to keep putting Asu firmly in the friend zone, she is shameless! I think Emir told Asu he wouldn't hurt Kemal cuz he has other tricks up his sleeve.

Zeynep is trying to figure out what the big secret in the house is; she thinks it has to do with Ozan. She told Asu something is up that has shifted the Kemal/Nihan/Emir dynamic.

So that was Tariq who beat up Tufan? Mercifully we did not see and there were some other guys there, but Tariq has sunk so low, even pulling a gun on Kemal to try to return Nihan to Emir.

We know Tufan is not Emir's brother, because he substituted someone else's blood sample. And because the other DNA test, that Kemal did comapring DNA from Tufan's glass to Emir's hair, came back that he was NOT the brother.

Tufan keeps talking to someone on the phone [the extortionist?] about hopes that their master plan works out, and Tufan expressed concern he was putting himself at risk by Emir thinking he is the brother.

Baby clothes? Totally lost here. For the first time I felt like slicing and dicing going on. As far as I know there is no one-year old girl on the scene? Did I miss something? Was Kemal buying for his princess, his future daughter with Nihan?

Too much optimism too soon about Nihan and Kemal finally getting together. Nihan said she'd consult with a lawyer tomorrow, nothing will stop her this time. In TNs such comments are usually fore-shadowing tough times on the horizon, right?

Wednesday

Kemal is speaking to Hussein. He admits that he spoke the truth at the time of the flashback. “So what’s happened?” Asks Hussein, “You said you had a broken heart because of that girl.” Kemal tells him that circumstances have changed, but Hussein interjects that nothing good can come out of a married woman. Kemal tells him Nihan is getting a divorce. Fehime butts in and asks if he really is going to go back to Nihan. Kemal tells her she’s not the bad person she thinks she is. Fehime insults Nihan by calling her a “cualquiera.” She tells him he can ruin his life if he wants to, but what will happen to the lovely girl, Asu? Kemal reproaches his mother for thinking of Asu at all. Fehime says that if he continues his path, she will alienate herself from Kemal. He counters the same: “If I lose he woman I love, you will lose a son too, mother.”

Nihan and Ozan are speaking. He still can’t believe that she’s doing this. He says she’s not being conscious of her decision because Emir is capable of anything. She says that he won’t do anything. He lays the “You’re going to sacrifice me, your brother” She responds that they’re not brothers, they’re more than that, they were born at the same time. Zeynep is snooping. Ozan tells Nihan that she’s essentially switching her brother for Kemal. He’s done talking and Nihan leaves, making a face when she sees Zeynep.

Vildan and Onder are discussing Nihan. She blames Kemal, but Onder doesn’t believe that’s the source. He believes Nihan must have other powerful reasons. “Fine, lets let the married couple decide on their divorce then,” Vildan sarcastically says. She him asks about her own divorce proceedings. He doesn’t give her much information.

Leyla gets a message from her attorney. He confirms it’s possible there was foul play on the auction. They might be able to annul the whole thing and try again.

Kemal is in his car waiting for Nihan, it seems. He texts her “Can I see you?”

Nihan is packing a suitcase. She sees his message and responds: “with pleasure.” Soon Emir sees Nihan heading for the door with her luggage. He asks her where she’s going. She tells him she’s not his wife anymore. She doesn’t have the noose tying her down either. She walks out.

Zeynep is spying in Emir’s despacho. She’s trying to unscrew a safe or drawer. As Emir is getting close to the door, Vildan stops him because she’s concerned about the impending divorce. Emir is unfazed. She asks him “she’s going to ask for he divorce, but you won’t let her, right?” He affirms. Then he asks “you’d prefer for your daughter to have a grand happy life or you prefer your son’s peace?” She said “It would be a mistake for you two to divorce. Everything would be much better if you two stay married”

Zeynep is sitting on the couch pretending to wait for Emir. He claims he will have to get a lock now. She says tonight is different because he will be alone from now on. He tells her Nihan beat her to the punch: her plan so far has been fruitless because he hasn’t chosen her over his wife. Zeynep thinks back to her conversation with Asu yesterday, when she said that Nihan and Emir shouldn’t get a divorce because it wouldn’t benefit either of them in getting Kemal or Emir. Then Zeynep thinks back to moments ago when Emir asked Vildan if she would choose Ozan over her daughter’s happiness. Emir finally dismisses her by telling her to go back to her husband.

 

Kemal seems to be holding a ring and is waiting for Nihan. She arrives by telling him that the sortija he’s holding doesn’t go well with the mural of cries. She realizes that they’ve been so happy these past few days, and asks “what will happen if we both go back to crying again?” He says everything that happened years ago was a trap, but this time they’re moving on from that. She claims her brother was the one who separated them, but he says it’s not true, it was Emir. “So what will become of our families?” she asks. He says they will have to accept the situation. “What if they don’t?” He’s still hopeful. Nihan’s spirit lifts and they start to express their love. They think back to when Nihan had told Kemal that she only needs him and will go with him wherever, while he looks at her surprised that she’s so willing. In the present, Kemal tells her that if he had known everything he would never have permitted her to leave him. She starts to cry asking him never to leave her. They hug each other.

Kemal drops her off at a hotel. A man recognizes them and starts to take photos. Meanwhile Nihan asks Kemal to stay with her for two minutes. He agrees and escorts her to her room.

“So you’re going to abandon me now?” She asks Kemal. He says he has to go. “Fine then,” she says, kind of upset. He says he wants to see her go into her room first. “Don’t go,” she asks, and starts to caress him. He asks her not to make this harder. She finally concedes and is about to enter her room when he hastily grabs her by the arm and says that he desires her so much. She says that she does too. “Soon this will all be over,” he says and watches her go inside the room.

Vildan visits Fehime to talk about Nihan and Kemal. Fehime stops her from entering the home because she just cleaned the floors and so she demands Vildan to take her shoes off. Vildan stares at the pair of shoes at the entrance. Soon she’s in the living room, taking everything in. “Are you here to insult my house?” Fehime demands. She reminds her she hasn’t forgotten the humiliation she was subjected to before. Or how she treated Zeynep. “I never liked your daughter for my son,” Vildan states. Fehime was ready to kick her out but Vildan claims she has a way to stop Kemal from pursuing Nihan. They talk.

Nihan and Kemal are speaking to an attorney. They are ready to roll with the divorce. It shouldn’t take long.

Galip gets a call from his lawyer. It’s about the auction. “Didn’t I pay you enough, why is this an issue?” He knows that Leyla is behind it. He hangs up and goes to see Leyla in her office to say “So you’ve chosen to be my enemy instead of my friend?” Leyla says she’s always told him that he was her enemy. Galip gets to the point: he knows that she’s trying to void the auction. Leyla says she will get her house back, but Galip tells her he tried to solve this in the best way possible that would suit both of them. He warns her that she has chosen the wrong path and will pay for the consequences. Leyla doesn’t cower and takes his challenge.

The red head secretary hands Emir the DNA results. He doesn’t want a coffee anymore and asks her to leave him alone. The ETERNO face reveals that Tufan is not his brother. He calls Tariq so that they can let can let Tufan go.
 

Hussein approaches his barbershop and finds it raided. He finds a gold colored bullet over a piece of paper with the words: “Take care of your son.” He gasps.

Tufan finds Kemal in the street. Kemal wants to know who beat him up. “Emir Kozcouglu,” he says, and starts to blame Kemal for everything he just went through. He says Emir thinks he’s the extortioner, which Kemal admits that he also does too. Tufan hands Kemal an address and tells him to never bother him again. He doesn’t want Emir’s hate anymore. “Why should I trust you?” Kemal asks. “Don’t trust me, but that [address] should be enough.” Tufan leaves. Kemal calls Nihan, who’s at the hotel. He goes to pick her up.

Alien spaceship phone call comes in. The extortioner asks Emir not to leave his office because something will be arriving at his door soon. Emir hangs up and pours himself a drink.

Night fell. Nihan and Kemal arrive at the destination Tufan handed over. “Emir’s brother will be here?” Nihan asks. “We’ll see,” Kemal says. They notice that the place looks empty and get ready to enter the home anyway. “So how are we supposed to find him?” She asks. “Maybe they only want us to enter,” Kemal says and they open the door. Nihan wants to know what they are looking for, but Kemal only knows that he must find something from this place. He sees an envelope and finds a letter in it.

It’s a letter directed specifically to Kemal. The brother says that they will soon discover who he is, though he doesn’t want to be found because of Emir. At the same time we see that Asu is visiting Mujan Kozcouglu. The voice in the letter is hers and she begs Kemal not to find her because she doesn’t want to die. She breaks out of the letter and asks her mother if she heard her: she put herself at risk by helping out Emir in keeping Nihan at his side, so that she can get Kemal.

At the same time, a man hands Emir a flash drive. It’s surveillance footage of Ozan killing Linda. They were fooling around and when Linda lays on the bed, Ozan aims the gun at her and pulls the trigger not knowing that it was loaded. Ozan panics when he sees he killed her and calls Emir for help. It shows Karen appearing at the door, Emir trying to calm Ozan down and later on Emir is seen moving the body out of the room with Ozan.

“Let’s see if you really get to leave me after this,” Emir says, thinking of Nihan.
 

No wonder Asu and Emir understand each other! They’re both pushy, obsessive and dangerous. It was probably Asu who sent someone to destroy Hussein’s barbershop. Maybe she works with Salih too? He was weird yesterday. It seems like she’s taking pointers from Emir.

I suspected that Ozan killed Linda. He was very adamant about having killed her. Regardless, he should have faced the consequences of his actions and not held his sister hostage for years like that.

Zeynep is kind of comical at times, when we see her spying around trying to get information. No one tries to stop her. Would Ozan’s secret benefit her in anyway? I don’t think so.

Clara, thanks again for filling in the gaps. I also thought Asu and Emir would make a good couple but nope, they’re siblings! Nina, I wish you could slap some sense into Asu! And ETERNO face. I guess Nihan’s escape is officially derailed unless she stands up for herself and lets Ozan face the consequences of his actions for once.

I think it was the other two men who beat up Tufan yesterday but Tariq was giving the orders.

What happened to the baby clothes!? And what was that ring that Kemal was holding, about?

I won’t be able to see tomorrow’s episode!

So the writters pulled a fast one on us, swifched it from bro to a sis. A
Dangerous sis too. She is obsessed at
Having kemal. Just like emir is with nihan. Two sick twisted siblings. So
Since the child emir's mom is asu, so what happened to her father? We'll get
To that later I guess.

So all this plotting to keep these two from Each to together. I hope this ends soon. But they won't. Maybe well, before Thanksgiving.

Maybe Hakim is really Asu's father, but for safety reasons he calls her his niece? Technically he would be the stepfather, as Mujan claimed Galip was the real father of the child. And Emir and Asu are so much alike, it would make sense that they are full blood siblings.

From the way Ozan acts whenever Nihan questions him about Linda, I think he is guilty. It was an accident, but we have to wonder who put in the bullet? I'm not so sure that Emir is fully running the show, because this footage would have been much more useful to him years ago than whatever he was holding Nihan hostage with. But then how did Asu get the footage? Why would she be interested in ruining Nihan's life from the start, if she didn't know who she was back then? Was this master plan actually aimed at Emir but fell to Ozan instead? It's starting to seem like Emir didn't plan this at all and was really given a golden ticket with Nihan.
