Monday #82:

Fifteen mins or so I wasn’t able to watch:

Asu calls Tufan to tell him that Nihan and Kemal won’t be a problem anymore because Emir will receive photos. Tufan reiterates that she’s putting their revenge plans at risk again, everything that they’ve gotten this year so far. She puts him off by telling him he’s never been in love.

Kemal and Nihan are together at Yasemin’s House (I think). He asks her if Yasemin knows why she borrowed it. Nihan asks Kemal if he’s hungry. Sushi and some other thing is on the menu. “Maybe you can just put them in the oven?” He asks. Nihan says he should trust her. The lights go out and she asks him to investigate. He does as told, but she’s following him around because she’s afraid of haunted spirits. Kemal reports that the fuse burnt. Nihan continues to complain and he tells her that she shouldn’t. He thinks that all she thinks about is food, she eats too much. She gets annoyed and tells him “Fine don’t eat then, since you can’t eat anything that isn’t well done.” He asks her “How is it that we’ve fallen this low and seriously are we not going to have dinner?”

Banu is driven home by Tariq. He apologizes for what he told her that morning, but she brushes it off as it can’t be as bad as what she did to him. They both agree that perhaps their breakup was for the best. Tariq tears up.

Zeynep is opening a pregnancy test. She’s remembering taking a pregnancy test from Sema’s pregnant friend in some public place. Zeynep hides the unused one under towels in the sink drawer, and holds the real one. She’s getting ready to tell Ozan, who’s knocking on the bathroom door. She hands it to him but he doesn’t know how to read it and asks her to explain it for him. She tells him she’s pregnant. Ozan wants to tell his parents but Zeynep begins the emotional blackmail: she’s not sure she wants to keep the baby because he refuses to confide her his secrets. She doesn’t want to have a baby while the relationship is the way it is now. She gives him an ultimatum: “tell me everything or I’ll abort.” He leaves. Zeynep is wondering if her plan will work.

Nihan is sitting in the living room, calling out for Kemal. She’s afraid. He asks her what’s wrong, she replies that her battery died. He comes out with candles. She gets happy. She asks him what if this was her last night? He barely looks at her. Just as they’re getting closer, she suddenly freaks out and claims to have seen a mouse. He doesn’t necessarily believe her. She doesn’t want to stay there anymore, but when he doesn’t seem to budge she agrees to stay. He tries to scare her with the whole ‘mice eating human noses as they sleep’ story. She thinks he’s just making fun of her now. Then he asks her if they can step out and watch the sky.

Soon the lovers are laying on the grass. Nihan feels that whenever she looks at the stars she feels more connected to him and invincible. He praises her beautiful eyes. Nihan wants this moment to be memorable forever.
 

Emir is in his room. Onder enters Nihan’s room and finds no one. He runs into Emir in the hallway, tells him that his daughter is fast asleep, don’t bother her. Emir didn’t seem too convinced but leaves and Onder calls Nihan only to get to voicemail and so he asks her where she is, that Emir almost found out she was gone.

Asu is texting Emir. She tells him “Is this how you take care of your wife?” and sends him photos and the article of nihan and Kemal at the hotel. He calls Asu immediately to ask what is she doing, but she asks him “Why are you letting your wife sleep in Kemal’s bed? Do you know where your wife is right now?”

Emir enters the room and realizes that Onder lied. He calls Asu again and demands that she finds to find them immediately. She’s about to lay her conditions but Emir threatens that he will tell Kemal everything about what she’s doing. Asu stays quiet and does her part.

Nihan and Kemal wake up together. They say good morning to each other. She was on the big bed, he was on the love seat couch. She asks “How am I going to live like this?” He tells her not to say that because it scares him. She says she can’t do this anymore, she feels like she’s drowning all the time. He has hope that they can continue to spend more time together, but Nihan tells him that Ozan is at risk and Emir is making the war more difficult than ever before.

Asu calls Emir to let him know that Nihan and Kemal are not far. She will release the information if he upholds the conditions of their contract.

Emir is driving to bring back Nihan.

Ozan enters the room and finds Zeynep sleeping. He’s thinking about telling her the truth. She wakes up and asks him what his decision is. He tells her to get out of bed first and that they will talk.

Kemal follows Nihan up the stairs: they go out to the patio and towards the gate. She walks out to the street and doesn’t want Kemal to walk her to the car. She tells her it ends here and now. He’s not willing to let her go. She says she’s sorry and starts to pull her hand away. She walks away and looks back one more time, only to return to him for a long sad hug.

Nihan and Kemal part ways. Emir observes them. He calls Tariq, who’s dying ringtone wakes him up. He orders him to bring Nihan to the hotel. Then Emir calls Pelin and orders her to rent the same hotel room that Nihan had rented out days ago.

Ozan and Zeynep sit outside in the garden. He confesses that 5.5 years ago he killed someone. Zeynep asks what does this have to do with Nihan and Emir? When Ozan stays silent, she deduces that his sister was blackmailed in exchange for his freedom. Even she looked dismayed at what Ozan has done. He asks her if she’s rethinking the marriage. Her face says she is.

Nihan is in Tariq’s car. He asks if she’s ok, but she rolls her eyes and doesn’t respond. Kemal notices that they are together and he follows them.

He asks her if she recognizes the room. She believes so. He tells her this is the room she stayed with Kemal. Nihan looks at him like he’s crazy.

Tufan calls Kemal to tell him about the news article regarding his affair with Nihan.

Emir shows Nihan the article. She tells him it’s not what it appears. He asks if she’s been with Kemal, and she responds no. She tells him she has no reason to persuade him to believe her. He doesn’t believe her and she tells him she hates him with her life. Emir doesn’t care, he’s tired of waiting for her and so he will make sure her hate turns into love soon.

Kemal goes up to find the room, against the receptionist’s permission. He yells for Emir throughout the hallway. He didn’t find her in the first floor and so he goes to the next.

Emir tells Nihan today is the day she will be his. She says it won’t be: she’s in love with Kemal. Emir is unfazed by her crying. He tells her she’s his woman and she can’t escape his world. They’re interrupted by Kemal’s shouting in the hallway, who’s fighting off the security guards. Nihan tells Emir not to confront Kemal. He tries holding her back from leaving him, but she refuses to do as he says. Emir begins the blackmail again: he’ll kill her, Kemal, her brother, her family. She asquieces.

Kemal is forcefully taken out of the building.

Emir turns his back on Nihan, a few tears in his eyes. Nihan goes to the balcony and is ready to jump. Kemal notices her and calls out her name. The shouting makes Emir turn around and see Nihan jump. Kemal yells and runs to her side. He tells security to call an ambulance. He pleads that she survives. Emir is standing traumatized from the balcony. He falls on his butt and can’t believe he’s reliving this again. He’s blaming himself for her fall. He gets up to run out and get to her. Kemal continues to touch Nihan and wishes he could trade his life so that she can live.
 

Nihan is imagining herself at the seaside. Kemal appears to kiss her. She says she could die happy at this instant. He tells her not to say that, she says it doesn’t matter then. They hear a boat and she wishes she could be on it. He tells her he’s here with her now, but she says “this is hurting me.” She gets up to leave him but he doesn’t let her. As he touches the side of her head, his hand gets stained with blood. He starts to panic as she falls into his arms.

Kemal wraps his necklace around her wrist. He demands to know where the ambulance is. Emir runs out of the hotel lobby just in time to fight Kemal off. Kemal yells at him that everything is his fault: Nihan is dying because of him, because he wouldn’t acknowledge that the problem was between them, and not her. Emir, still teary, asks if she’s alive and the EMT responded that she is. One of the paramedics asks Kemal if he will get in, but Emir threatens he will burn down the ambulance if he dares. Kemal closes the door and the ambulance leaves without either of them. Kemal turns to tell Emir that he swears he will get Nihan far away from him.

Zeynep is still looking at Ozan like he’s garbage. She’s distracted by the fact that he killed someone. She tells him she’s cold and wants to go back to rest. He asks if she wants to leave him now. She says she’s not sure. He begs her not to leave him. Efsame declares that breakfast is ready. Ozan tells Zeynep that his child is innocent and he would do anything for him. Zeynep tells him briskly she needs to think everything through. She goes inside.

Zeynep and Ozan are sitting together at the table. Onder comes and asks Ozan if he has spoken to Nihan since last night. Vildan comes in asking about Nihan and Onder says he doesn’t know where she is. Vildan yells “She’s making us go through shame!” And throws the tabloid on the table. Efsame comes to tell everyone that security has taken Nihan’s car into the garage this morning. Onder calls Emir but he’s driving and can’t be bothered to pick up. Vildan curses and says “Emir must know about what’s happening, what are we going to do?” Onder threatens that if Emir dares do something to Nihan, he won’t get away with it. Vildan blames Zeynep for everything but she defends herself by replying that Nihan was obviously not forced to get into an affair with Kemal. She continues that at least Nihan didn’t get with her sister’s fiancé. Vildan loses it and throws a plate in her direction. She demands her out of the home. Zeynep plays her card and says that she’s not sure what to do with her marriage, especially now that the baby is coming. Onder and Vildan are shocked, with Vildan saying “So you got pregnant to assure your place in this family!” Kemal calls Onder at that moment to report that Nihan had an accident. Onder asks if she’s alive. Kemal tells him that she fell off the balcony. Onder wants to know if Emir did it. Kemal says no. Onder gives everyone the news.

Leyla received a text message and she says “May god bless her, and protect her.” She goes to the hospital.
 

The ambulance arrives at the hospital and she’s rushed into the operating room. Kemal arrives first and runs into the hospital, Emir runs in after. The nurse won’t let Kemal in and she can’t give any updates yet. Emir and Kemal argue again. Emir tells him that the lovebirds will never be together again. Kemal can’t believe that Emir continues with this. Kemal tells him to pray for Nihan’s wellbeing, or he’ll kill him slowly later. The Dr comes out and tells them that Nihan needs an operation because there’s an internal injury. Emir grabs the Dr by the collar and threatens that he better save Nihan. Kemal yells “Basta!” and wants Emir to let the Dr do his job. “Please forgive him,” he tells the Dr, who abruptly leaves. Kemal is left touching his tattoo.

The whole family arrives at the hospital. Onder asks how Nihan is, but Kemal couldn’t respond, so he goes to Emir. He demands to know if he did something to her. Emir tells him that she threw herself from the balcony. Vildan immediately blames Kemal for everything. Ozan blames him too. “Everything was fine until you show up!” He yells. Kemal tells him it’s his fault that she’s living this hell. Ozan says “At least she was alive then!” Kemal then blames them all for putting Nihan through this all and Ozan begins to show a bit of guilt. Zeynep asked her brother to not say that, but Kemal continues and Emir begins to counter blame. Onder stops their argument from escalating.

Ozan starts to get an emotional breakdown and slides down the wall, shaking. He blames himself for what Nihan is going through. “What am I going to do if she’s not here anymore? She’s a part of me!” He cries. Onder, Vildan and Zeynep tell him it’s not his fault and Onder helps him stand up.

Emir calls Tariq. He wants to punish Kemal for getting close to Nihan. Galip interrupts and asks Emir what happens. He tells him that it’s all Kemal’s fault. Kemal angrily watches him. Emir tells Galip that this story should remind him of something. Galip charges at Kemal but they’re separated and Leyla tells Galip that this isn’t the time or place. He tells her to shut up. Onder demands respect from everyone.

A reporter is snapping pictures of everyone and Emir immediately takes him down. Then he walks away from everyone and Zeynep follows. Emir tells her not get her hopes up that Nihan will die. Zeynep says that Nihan will get better, but he will not feel better with the way things are going. Ozan demands to know what she’s doing there with him. Emir says she was only consoling him.

Tufan messages Asu to tell her to watch the news. The presumed affair and Nihan’s suicide attempt was on TV. Hakki and Asu get worried. She immediately calls Kemal to ask how Nihan is. He tells her he’ll call back when he gets news from the operating room.

The Dr comes out and reports that Nihan is stable but will have to stay in the hospital for a few days. Everyone is relieved, even Galip.

Asu tells Tufan that she will find out what happened: Nihan’s suicide attempt was not part of the plan. Tufan tells her that Nihan has everything to gain from this If she survives. Asu hangs up and reflects.

Leyla hugs Kemal as he cries and she tells him to calm down because Nihan will get better. He tells her he will never leave Nihan alone. She believes him, and he says “Emir won’t stop me. I’m going to take her with me.”
 

I didn’t think she’d jump! I also thought Emir might change a bit, but nope.

No sympathy for Ozan. It’s his fault. Zeynep did look a little affected though.

I thought Asu would happy but it seems she does have a conscience.

So emir says "today is the day you will be mine". Well What was he gonna do rape her? That ain't love stupid.

Missing ten mins

Efsame thinks of all the times that Zeynep has been weird. She doesn’t report any of those instances to Vildan, but does let her know that she will from now on start to pay attention to everything in the household. Vildan drinks her tea.

Emir is released from jail. His lawyer lets him know he will be arrested for not obeying police orders.

Kemal texts Onder to let him know he’s at the hospital. Onder lets him know he has an hour. Kemal enters the hospital through a back door. Soon he’s in Nihan’s room. She’s sleeping but awakens to his slight touch. She’s happy to see him and he tells her he won’t leave her alone. She tells him that she remembers he made a promise to her, that she just can’t remember. He tells her he was very afraid and she apologizes. He lets her know he feels guilt for what happened, because he thinks he hasn’t done enough for her. Nihan hands back Kemal’s necklace. He wants her to keep it and when she’s almost convinced to hold on to it, he takes it back. Nihan then asks him if he also likes hospital food. He’s confused about he question but she lets him know she actually enjoys hospital food and she’s hungry right now. He laughs.

Kemal arrives with food. Nihan is so happy that the food arrived. He starts serving her chicken soup. She wants to know what else he’s brought. He jokes that she shouldn’t be ambitious because he’s tried his best. She tells him exactly how to feed her, Kemal is happy to know that she’s recovering. She promises to eat as much soup as possible so that she can recuperate faster. Kemal asks her why did she give up on them that way. She replies that she didn’t give up on him, she jumped because she wanted to get away from Emir. She tells him what happened that day. When he hears that Emir wanted to sleep with her, he tells her to stop. He tells her that he was so worried for her, and promises that he will save her from this hell.

Tufan drops off Emir at the hospital.

Kemal watches Nihan sleep. He tries to hold back tears as he touches her hair.

Onder sees Emir going down the stairs. Emir asks him why he left Nihan alone. Tariq looks a little worried and Emir heads immediately to her room, with Onder and Tariq swiftly following him. When he enters, Nihan awakens. Kemal was not there- he was already running down the stairs and out the door.

Zehir is entering a house and trying to open a safe. He takes whatever he finds there.

Emir requests Onder to leave him alone with a nihan. Onder asks him how he dares call Nihan his wife. Emir opens the door for him to leave and Onder tells him that the day Nihan leaves him will be the happiest day. Nihan is mad that Emir corrió her dad out. He says he wants privacy. She tells him he’s sick. He says that she hates him so much she’s rather die. But that doesn’t change the situation. He kisses her and lets her know she’s not alone anymore. She hates him so much she couldn’t cry.

 

Emir tells Tariq that Kemal is not allowed in this hospital.

Onder goes to see Nihan again. He tells her that if she wants to get rid of Emir, her only option is Kemal.

Zehir is in Kemal’s car. Kemal is planning to leave the country. He holds a bullet and says he will use it to show Emir his bravery.

Leyla brings a small girl from Nihan’s art program. She brought her flowers and asks what happened. Nihan says it doesn’t hurt much so it wasn’t very important. The little girl hands Nihan a boxed gift from her admirer. As soon as Emir enters, she hides the letter under the sheets. He introduces himself as Nihan’s husband to the little girl, who looks at Nihan as though she knows Nihan doesn’t love him. She declares it’s time for her to leave. At that moment Vildan enters the room and brings Nihan something that will make her feel better. Emir leaves, Leyla rolls her eyes and Vildan tries not to look so annoyed.

A travel agent asks Zehir for the date of his departure and return. There is no return date. She plans the flight and hands two tickets over. Zehir takes them and lets her know they’re not his, then he calls Kemal to let him know the travel is set.

Galip is thinking about his confrontation with Nihan. He wants to know where Nursen is.

Nursen is with Kemal. She doesn’t care if Galip finds her. He promises he’ll find her son. When going over he details, Kemal looks at a photo that brings a flashback. He’s seen that photo before, and she recognizes this. She asks if she may have seen him. He says no, but asks to keep the photo. She says so long as he’s looking for her son, he may have it. Kemal walks out of the building and realizes that someone has that same photo.

A psychologist is asking Nihan if Emir is the reason why she threw herself from the balcony. She tells her that she threw herself to end with her misery already. The psychologist asks if he hurts her. She wants Nihan to report her husband. The psychologist chooses to leave, claiming that Nihan looks very tired. When she exits the room she lets Emir know that he should not come to see Nihan for a few days. She believes that he influenced Nihan’s choice to attempt suicide. Vildan repeats “suicide attempt.” Zeynep ridiculously says that she doesn’t believe Nihan made a suicide attempt. Galip calls Emir at that moment and demands him to leave Nihan alone because everyone is there now. He wants Emir to visit him now!
 

Nihan takes out her boxed gift. She finds a necklace with an Infiniti loop. She remembers when Kemal told her last night that he felt her suicide attempt was his fault. “It’s enough with you at my side,” she says “I don’t need anything else.” Nihan suddenly remembers something from five years ago, when Vildan and Onder were arguing about an opportunity that has arised for Nihan and Emir. She goes out to the garden and wishes Kemal would call her. Just at that moment he does, and tells her something happened: he had a bad feeling and wants to know if she’s ok. She tells him that she heard her parents arguing. He says that he actually heard it all and shows up behind her. He asks her to think of him whenever she is hurt, or feels bad, or someone is doing something against her. They kiss.

Nihan is brought back to the present. She asks to be freed from this nightmare.

Hakki and Asu are eating lunch. He wants to know if she will visit Nihan. Asu responds that she likely won’t, because Nihan would be embarrassed. Hakki adds that her parents must be very upset about everything. Asu realizes that Nihan has done exactly what Mujan did years ago. Then she asks Hakki if he loves her mother, because he’s known for so long where she was, yet he hasn’t visited her. He claims that he loves her from afar, he still loves her and would like to see her before she dies. Asu ponders that response.

Emir continues with his plan and gives Nihan no relief at all. Maybe Nihan should confess everything to the psychologist and go from there.

I’m not sure why Efsame is covering Zeynep.

Maybe afsame's waiting to get a lot of stuff on zep so she can stick it to her, or she don't like Vildan. Who does anyway?

Emir is pitiful. "He kisses her and let's her know she's not alone anymore. He is just truely sad.

Tufan is nursen's baby boy? He looks like he's sick of everybody. Gettin all beat up for asu for emir by emir.
Poor baby blue eyes. So Galip stole her son. Who raised him?
