"MEPS" Episode 101 (Part III)
26.) While everyone is scheming & plotting, we see Santiago finding Damian on the street after he was shot by Psycho Barbara.

27.) Eduardo/Frranco & Redhead were stopped by the cops. What could possibly go wrong ?

28.) Over at the police station: we Clingy Erika showing up & Redhead thinks Clingy Erika is a great gal & Franco's a very lucky guy: Yeah right LOL. We know deep down Redhead really has feelings for Eduardo/Franco.

29.) Santiago explained to Redhead that Damian was shot in the leg by an unknown assailant (we all know Psycho Barbara was the one, who shot him) & will be taking him to Cruz Roja. Redhead says she'll be going to be there as soon as she can.

30.) In the meantime over at the Elizalde Mansion: Jackass #2 Camilo (AKA The Latino Bill Cosby) was done penetrating & stretching Aurora very wide through RAPE. He starts taunting the drugged idiot & kissing her all over her naked body.

31.) Over at Cruz Roja: Santiago takes Damian into the hospital & two nurses tell him to wait in the lobby while Damian is being rushed for emergency surgery.

32.) Psycho Barbara pulls her best epic Oscar-award winning performance: going beast-mode & scolding Gullible Aurora for "cheating" on Santiago & messing around with Jackass #2 Camilo. She even throws all of Aurora's clothes out of the closet & demands the gullible idiot pack her bag.

33.) Back to Franco spinning some weird tale: Fast Forward!

34.) In the meantime at the Elizalde Mansion: Psycho Barbara continues her most epic-ever Oscar award winning performance of scolding Aurora non-stop & her inner thoughts want Aurora to suffer some more.

35.) Over at the club: we see Jackass #2 Camilo putting the moves on Venus.

36.) Sounds like Franco gave the cops his real driver's license & stuff as Eduardo Juarez. Dude: you need to make sure NOBODY finds you out!

37.) Daddy Elizalde looks disgusted at Jackass #1 Anibal for still thinking Liliana whacked Buji Monsterrat from 20+ years ago. This jackass is going to get his Karma SOONER OR LATER y'all watch! With 59 episodes left to go, it'll be coming.

38.) Priscila & Rolando having dinner: typical brother & sister discussing the situation regarding STUPID Dope (Jaime Correa), etc., it appears that Florecita is cleared & back working at Grupo Lactos... for now!

We see Aurora walking away from the Elizalde Mansion in the rain & walking into the woods.

"MEPS" Episode 102 (Part IV)

39.) With 58 episodes left, we're getting into the home-stretch of this awesome Telenovela that I enjoyed alot back in 2008-09. Anyway, we see Damian asking Redhead if she still loves him.

40.) Psycho Barbara seducing Daddy Elizalde with her satin robe inside the Elizalde Masnion. We also get to endure another boring evil scheming thought bubbles of the Psychopath.

41.) Back at Cruz Roja, Damian still NAGGING & whining. OMG Redhead is just NOT that into your expletive you up-to-no-good money grubbing MOOCHER!

42.) Jackass #1 Anibal makes snide remarks regarding Damian the Moocher getting shot by the unknown assailant. I think Daddy Elizalde needs to tell his GROWN-UP kids to MOVE OUT of the house & get their own places to live.

43.) In the meantime over at Casa Santorro: we see Steve, Jr., waiting on Eduardo/Franco coming back to celebrate: the type of celebration: Venus being a brilliant student of seducing Jackass #2 Camilo (AKA The Latino Bill Cosby) & we noticed that Eduardo/Franco informs Steve, Jr., that he was close to being exposed as Eduardo Juarez at the police station, he was nervous but the news of Damian the Moocher getting shot saved his ass.

44.) Jackass #2 Camilo shows Venus his intriguing apartment: this dude probably seduced or raped multiple women for all we know. I think it's safe to say Venus will eventually fall in love with the sociopath.

45.) Now back at Casa Santorro: Eduardo/Franco noticed the envelope (which Nagging Gardenia had placed behind the pillow sham to drive Eduardo/Franco nuts & expose him as the original EJ). The rage of Franco Santorro shows us he's pissed off but he doesn't know that Nagging Gardenia is the mastermind of destroying his revenge mission against Psycho Barbara.

46.) We listen to the dangerous music in the foreground as Franco gets enraged.

47.) Across the hall, we see Nagging Gardenia giggling so EVIL. This expletive needs to GO AWAY. I am getting a feeling Eduardo/Franco will fire her ass on the spot soon.

48.) The next morning, we see Franco showing Steve, Jr., the letter.

49.) Over at the condo crib: Martina tries to give Liliana that the doctor has prescribed to her for the medication, but we see Liliana is distracted seeing the ghost of Ciro Palafox. What could possibly go wrong ?

50.) Venus has no clue that Jackass #2 Camilo is just using her to get her into the sack & throw her away afterwards. Steve, Jr., had been working to assure Venus that the sociopath is NOT really in love with her.

51.) Adolfina is flat out too loyal to Dr. Obregon LOL.
 

QT #55 Part 1 of 4

Val talked to Magdalena about Leo's reaction to her kissing Matt. Magda told her about having seen Leo kissing Sabina and showed her the video on her phone. Val was fed up and ready for a confrontation. Magda had her promise not to mention the video. Val thanked her.

Matt and Padre G talked about the wedding ceremony the padre declined to perform. He told Matt that he and Sandy were not ready to commit to a solid marriage.

Dalia's lawyer heard her out and asked if all of Leo's accusations were lies. She told him that Don Patricio appointed her as administrator because he trusted her. She had never taken any money for herself. She then lost her breath. He called a servant and they brought her inside.

Val confronted Leo. She did not reveal the source of her intel and called him a hypocrite because of his earlier verbal abuse about her having kissed Matt. He turned it back on her, blaming her for refusing to have relations with him. He was then stupid enough to grab her and she would not take this. She walked away, saying he was never to touch her again.

Sab was just outside in the corridor. Val got her to admit that this was not the first time and finally told her “You can have him,” which confused Sab.

Sandy was distributing campaign posters for her father when Matt arrived and said those dreaded words “We have to talk.”

Dalia admitted she had not been feeling well these past few days. The maid gave her chamomile tea. The lawyer told her he was going to challenge Leo's' claims.

Sandy told Matt she hadn't told Padre G anything serious and asked why he didn't want them to marry. She took her father's side against Padre G, accusing him of trying to control people's lives [¿WTF???] This almost became a fight. He admitted having kissed Val, saying it was a mistake. She did not admit having done much more than that with Leo or anything else she told the padre. Matt realized she was hiding something.

Leo went after Magda who did not admit being Val's informant. She told him if he wanted to cheat with Sab he should be more careful because this small town is full of gossips. She also told him she was not afraid of him.

Matt and Sandy's argument continued. She foolishly said that the padre was trying to get back at her father. Matt denied this, saying that this was a matter of conscience. She said she would get another priest but Matt would not allow that. She insisted that he drop Padre G as a friend but he would not do that. In fact, he said he was coming to think that Padre G was right because they were always fighting. He left and she had a mini-tantrum.
 

QT #55 Part 2 of 4

Carlo told Dalia he was confident the lawsuit would go in her favor. After some teasing he told her about his plan to buy the saloon and turn it into a restaurant. She loved the idea.

Sandy followed Matt aross the town square but he ignored her. She heard voices going down the main street. Business owners were angry at the pending closure of the street and letting Basurto know that this was an abuse of power by Art. Someone was catching this on video with his phone, including Sandy's childish attempt at embarrassing these people because her father had the authority to do this. She called them muertos de hambre, nacos, and pobretones. Basurto corralled her and got her to leave, which wasn't enough to satisfy the protesters. Basurto suggested they could lose their licenses.

They were not about to take this one lying down. The young man who shot the video showed it to them and it immediately went viral. Remi laughed when he saw it as did Camila, who instantly sent it to Juanito.

Padre G went to Padre A about Matt and Sandy. Without revealing anything from either's confession he told Padre A that he could not perform their marriage ceremony as a matter of conscience. He did not know what else to do. Padre A told him it was his right as a priest to refuse to perform their marriage rite but he could do no more than that. The right to make life decisions comes from God so he could not prevent the marriage altogether.

Dalia slapped Leo [Was this a smart move? I think not]. She said he was a liar and unworthy of the Montes name. He insisted his father's wishes were null and void now that he was dead. She told him his father would be ashamed of him. She was no sooner out of the den that Leo's blue mirage appeared again, telling him that Dalia was much stronger than she looked. “Get out of my head!” Leo said. “She is right. You don't deserve the Montes name,” Don Patricio vanished. Leo cried.

Padre A told Padre G since he had heard their confessions he was free of any further responsibility here. They were free to go on to their destinies. Padre G was still concerned about Matt marrying an evil woman and ruining his life. Padre A said he was not to judge; that was only up to God. He also reminded him that he was under no circumstances to reveal what he heard in confession. [Too bad Remi hadn't “overheard” them].
 

QT #55 Part 3 of 4

Tito and Ange looked around for Ramona. She was carrying the net. She spotted her but so did Servando. Tito smacked him with his toy rifle and he fell down unconscious. Val appeared around the bend.

Matt showed the vid to Aaron[¡Olé, Camila y Juanito!] saying she isn't the girl he thought he knew. He pointed to the comments and Aaron told him that this and theh padre's refusal to perform the marriage is the least of it all. He asked “How do you feel?” Matt admitted to confusion. “Maybe the padre is right. If you have doubts, don't get married.” [So when is someone going to dig up all those racy photos?] Val called Aaron from the stables to tell him Servando was hurt. They left.

Corina showed Carlo into Leo's den. Leo remembered him from their youth. He had no present plans to sell the saloon but Carlo pointed out the political advantage of doing so and he was prepared to make him a generous offer. Leo told him that Dalia would have a say in this and Carlo told him that she was already on board with it. He picked up his briefcase and opened it to present the down payment. Leo looked tempted.

Servando came to as Aaron applied the bandage and he was riled up. Aaron ordered him to bed for the rest of the day. Juan and another ranch hand escorted him to the bunkhouse. Angelita said she had better go home or her mother would punish her. Tito tried to joke his way out of this but Matt was not taking it. He finally told the truth [BTW, Ramona was safely in a jar.] Val told Matt not to shout. Matt said the kid deserved this scolding so he would learn how to behave.

Luisa went lingerie shopping. The saleswoman tried to get her to buy black lacey stuff, which gave her pause. Vicente saw this and watched as the saleswoman recognized Luisa as “the mayor's wife.” This caused other customers to turn and stare. Luisa thanked her and left the store. The two other customers began whispering as she departed.

Tito had taken off. Matt and Val argued about her correcting him in front of the boy. They sounded married already until he brought up their perceived class difference. She hauled off to slap him but he caught her wrist and pulled her to him. He was about to kiss her but then deliberately didn't. How Rhett Butler of him.
 

QT #55 Part 4 of 4

Luisa was at her counter when a little boy delivered a pink box with a ribbon. She asked who sent him and he shrugged, then left without a word. It contained something black and lacey. She put it back inside and closed the box just as Sandy came in. She demanded to know who sent it and what it was. She snatched the box, looked at the black lingerie inside and made a comment about her father before she left. Luisa looked at it again and worried about having been seen in that store.

That evening Berenice was going home when Chacho left some compañeros to show her the viral vid of her sister, Lady Muerte de Hambre. She had already seen it. He asked her where she was going. She saw Padre G and told Chacho she wasn't going anywhere. She kissed him so that Padre G would see this. This was not lost on Chacho.

Minnie's shot glass was taking a break from duty that was then filled by her teacup. Ange came in politely and asked her what was up. “You've been nice to me since Ramona bit you.” Minnie said she was alright and thanked her for her concern. She started making nice with Ange and her plush rabbit. She even took out a gold box of chocolates and offered her one. Ange asked her what this was all about and Minnie asked her “How would you like it if I were your grandmother?” etc. Ange replied she would love to have a grandmother who would love her. [We know this is really all about Ange's inheritance.]

Val went down to the kitchen and talked with Magda about the fights with Leo and Matt. However, when Magda asked how she felt about her mother, Val said rencor and that she would never abandon a child. Magda said nothing.

Thanks, Urban. Hard for Padre G to be told he could only go as far as not officiating the wedding, but couldn't try in influence the couple. Hoping the pieces fall into place to break up Mat and Sandy.

Enjoyed seeing Sandy mocked on the streets after her name calling stunt with the store owners.

Leo tries to be tough with blue spirit Patricio, but still breaks down in tears at the end. He did have a definite gleam in his eye when he saw Carolos' case full of bills.

Is Dalia taking her blood pressure medicine? She keeps having the spells, which do not bode well for her ability to fight Leo.

Was it yesterday that Mag and Remi were gossiping at the cafe table? Remi really enjoyed dishing to Mag.

Urban, I had the same thought about Mat pulling a Rhett Butler move on Val. Let us hope that more memories flow into her parched brain.

So--Blue Lass and Urban--have we heard from any other peeps who are watching? Are we going to condense the recaps?
 

QT #55

Despite Sandy's atrocious behaviour I think it's too early in the story for Matt and Sandy to be completely splitsville. He will have to find out she boinked Leo.

I agree that Padre G must feel tremendous frustration at this situation. There is likely to be worse to come for him because nobody has really abused the confessional yet.

Let's not forget the possibility of Sandy or Minnie interfering with Dalia's meds.

No new volunteers yet, unfortunately.
 

I'll probably make tomorrow's recap more abbreviated.

Thanks, Urban. Good call on Padre G opting out of the wedding. I'm not sure I've ever seen that on a tn before. Haven't seen a tarantula, either -- so I guess there are still cliches out there waiting to be exploited.

I thought Sandy was *already* messing with Dalia's meds. Didn't she buy something similar looking and swap out the pills in the bottle?

Quererlo Todo Recap #56 Friday March 26, 2021
Notes on events from today. Feel free to correct or fill in details. Scenes may be combined for continuity.

Part 1/3

Artemio and Sandy are talking/arguing about the viral video of her on the streets, trash-talking the merchants. Also about other current events or something. I was getting settled and didn’t catch everything.

The search for Mat’s bio parents commences. Aaron is going through hospital birth files, hits pay dirt, and folds the envelope into his inner pocket. What will he do with it?

Camilia and Carlos are talking about Esme’s lost baby. He/she would be 30 years old, more or less. As for Esme, Carlos likes her the way she is.

Artemio is slumped on the couch, watching TV. Luisa approaches softly, wearing the black lace teddy with a sheer pink robe bordered in matching lace. Art realizes what she is wearing and exclaims “Why have you put this on?! Go take it off!” Luisa wonders why he doesn’t like it? He thinks she looks totally slutty and unworthy. She runs off in tears.

Luisa goes to see Padre G for counsel and comfort. She asks how a man should treat his wife? She’s treated like a worthless drudge and isn’t getting any respect and love. Padre reminds her that before others will love her, she needs to love and respect herself.

Shortly after, the padre and Luisa are in the street while they end their conversation. Sandy is in the street and sees them. One more opportunity for Sandy to spread evil reports.

Eva escorts Esme to the kitchen of the inn, keeping her hands over Esme’s eyes. Carlos is there with another special table setting. He shares his news—Leo agreed to sell him the cantina for a café. They lean in and kiss over the table.

Carlos and Esme review their past relationship. She’s old enough to be his mother and can’t believe he really loves her. He does love her, age doesn’t matter. Esme will give him the restaurant, but she’s not included. They will be friends and associates, but nothing more. She leaves, while Carlos sits at the table, totally deflated.
 

QT # 56 Part 2/3

Magda knocks on Val’s bedroom door. A sorrowful Val says she can’t stay at the hacienda any more. She doesn’t know how she will pick up the reins of her life. Then Val goes to Leo’s office, says they need to talk calmly, without anger. She needs to terminate her relationship with him. He doesn’t want to hear this, since he has so many memories of their life together. She, however, has no memories of this previous life.

Leo says this hurts him deeply, but agrees. Where will she go? Val replies the only life she knows is the one here at La Noria. Leo says she can take as long as she needs. Sab is listening outside the door and is almost squirming with glee.

When Val leaves, blue spirit Patricio says Leo gets the prize as manipulator of the year with the ladies. Leo has bolted down some tequila and throws the glass at the ghost’s chair.

Sandy and Mat are seated together, fighting over the wedding preparations. All the details and arrangements so beloved by Sandy are a dream for her, but a nightmare for him. Mat doubts that things are OK with them as a couple and their relationship. He needs to calm his mind and put the wedding on hold. Sandy won’t stand for this, shrieking in tantrum mode as she flounces out.

Sandy’s first stop is Dalia. She tells her almost-suegra that Val has stolen Mat away from her and he is cancelling the wedding. She even weeps in Dalia’s arms (probably frustration rather than fake tears). Dalia’s son is a good man and she will set him straight.

When Mat arrives in his mother’s kitchen, he confesses he is unsure that Sandy is the woman of his life. Dalia reminds him of all the reasons in favor of his fiancée. He must choose Sandy. Mat says he has to think, he just doesn’t know.

Val also comes by to tell Dalia her plans to leave. Dalia tears into her, calls her an adventuress and a rich girl who has ruined Mat’s wedding. She says Val can’t destroy this relationship out of ego. (I’m surprised Dalia hasn’t had another of her spells after all this drama.)

 

QT # 56 Part 3/3
Sandy goes home to tell Art that Mat has cancelled the wedding. He is furious. Not content with stirring up trouble about her own issues, Sandy then tells Art that Luisa was outside the church talking to Padre G. He tells her about Luisa’s lingerie earlier in the evening. Sandy saw her picking it out in the store and insinuates that Luisa modeled it for the priest in the church. Art, in a complete rage, turns to get his gun. He’s going to kill both Mat and Padre G.

Luisa comes in and asks what is going on. Art screams at her and punches her in the face. As the tears stream down her face, she glares at him with hatred in her eyes.

Comfort for Dalia as she receives a call from the lawyer. She can sleep well and think of good things rather than legal matters. She smiles and thanks him. (I didn’t hear any specifics on this good stuff, so not sure?)

Tirso is working in the prison laundry, while he meets another prisoner, Fantasma (ghost). Upon inquiry, Tirso says his life goal is to kill Sabina. If she won’t live with me, she will die with me.

Mag, in Val’s room, is watching her (still undisclosed) daughter pack. Val sadly explains that she destroyed Mat and Sandy’s wedding plans and broke up with Leo. She doesn’t want to leave La Noria. How to begin again? She has no memory and still loves Mat. Consoling hug from Mag.

Outside at the stable, Val asks Mat if his wedding is indeed cancelled. Yes, he says. They gaze into one another’s eyes. “With you, everything is different”, he murmurs. The gaze melts into a kiss.

 

"MEPS" Episode 103 (Part V):
52.) We see Martina crying to Franco about letting Liliana running off on her watch.

53.) The seriousness of the music playing in the background gets more louder.

54.) Back at the Elizalde Mansion: Psycho Barbara & Mooching Damian getting their freak on.

55.) Gullible idiots Daddy Elizalde & Redhead still have no clue that Mooching Damian & Psycho Barbara are lovers.

56.) Santiago tells Redhead he looked everywhere for Aurora but no luck. Redhead calms her baby brother down.

57.) In the meantime we see Aurora walking out of the bus depot station in the outskirts of Mexico City & walk way down the other side of the tracks.

58.) Jackass #2 Camilo insults both Jacinto & Nagging Gardenia on the grounds of Casa Santorro.

59.) Jackass #2 Camilo & Steve, Jr., discuss Venus (AKA Lovely Norton).

60.) Liliana walking all the way in the middle of nowhere, before she falls asleep.

61.) Martina gets scolded by Redhead after informing her & Santiago about Liliana running away. Franco calms everyone down at the condominium.

62.) Jacinto believes Liliana is Eduardo/Franco's problem.

63.) Old Witch calls Psycho Barbara about the Aurora problem.

64.) Back at the condominium, we see Martina crying & praying for Liliana's safety & return....
 

QT #56

Gracias, Paloma

Luisa should definitely seek help for her immediate problem and help for her issues. Artemio will use any pretext to abuse her. Telling her that only sluts wear sexy lingerie is insane and hitting her is that absolute limit. She needs to run, but I doubt there is a women's shelter in this town.

Padre G doesn't need or deserve any more grief. His backstory is sad enough and his recent problems are undeserved. Sandy is looking to stir the pot out of revenge. All her true colors are showing now. Eva should be getting on her case and making her work at the pension so she has no time for shenanigans.

Tirso has gone off the edge.

Valeria needs Remi. He knows her better than anyone else. He should talk to her shrink for advice. Val might not want to go back to modeling, but she should remember how much money she had in the bank before the crash. Leo has virtually isolated her from him in an effort to control her, which really isn't working. I hope the writers don't keep her in this condition for the duration of the story.

Dalia shocked me when she blamed Val for the cancellation of Matt and Sandy's wedding. Val has shown who she is despite the memory loss. Matt has responsibility for the cancellation and he needs to be honest with Dalia about the real reason for his decision. Sandy had always played the goody-two-shoes in front of Dalia and that has contributed to Matt's sunk cost fallacy for still being with her.

Why hasn't Minnie shared the news with Leo, as in "Congratulations; it's a girl"?

OMG UA that would be an awesome twist. But that kiss was pretty hot, and I don't think I've (yet) seen a telenovela dabble in incest. As Paul Reiser once said on MAD ABOUT YOU, "There's not enough therapy in the world, babe."

Actually, did you ever see Mi Pecado? That had an outrageous example of incest. I also consider sex between cousins to be incestuous and there were past examples of that, although 2nd cousin ones are not as egregious.

Esmeralda hasn't boinked Carlo and is hesitating, but I still want to think that Mateo is her son. Aaron knows more than he is revealing and I think he is probably the only person who knows. Dalia should suspect it, but doesn't seem to.

Since Artemio likes to think he's a player we can also suspect him of being Carlo's sperm donor at least until he says anything about his childhood.
