Blue Lass, Disenando Tu Amor did follow "QT" in Mexico, but DTA is already being aired on Univision at 8PM (E). We're on Ep 20 for tonight.

Thanks, RGV. We're trying to figure out when QT will wind up so we know if we'll be recapping smashed-together episodes for the duration. Seems like it.

My cable guide only shows one week in advance, so my life is full of surprises.
 

ECDLP #38

- Marcelo breaks the kiss saying he knows Rebeca more than she imagines. Milagros returns to the apartment and after a quick introduction, Rebeca leaves.
- Marcelo wonders why Milagros returned to Puebla.
- Daniela tells Ligia about Marcelo how she’s trying to get him back. Daniela mentions Lucia and Ligia says she knows Lucia’s ex.
- Marcelo tells Milagros that Rebeca was there to ask him to take care of the factory in Alonso’s absence.
- Magdalena asks Rebeca why Alonso is staying in the guest room.
- Amador and Rodrigo have told Brigida about Nora losing the baby. Rodrigo is sure that Nora is happy about it and he is too.
- Magdalena and Lucia chat about Alonso’s reaction to Nora’s accident. Magdalena tells her that Alonso left the hospital. Lucia decides to return home to be with him.
- Magdalena realizes she forgot about her dinner date with Mario.
- Rebeca remembers the kiss. Marcelo thinks aloud that she will pay a steep price for what she did to Federico.
- Alonso is happy to see Lucia back at home. She says she’ll take care of him. He never believed Nora but was obviously worried about her current state. He wants them to be a happy family again.
- Teresa tells Lucia that Rodrigo is there to see her.
- Nora isn’t happy that Lucia is back. Rebeca thinks she should thank Lucia that she isn’t pregnant anymore. Rebeca tells her about Marcelo’s ex trying to win him back.
- Rodrigo tells Lucia that he already paid the price for what he did to her. He wants to be friends but Lucia says no. He says he feels alone.
- Marcelo having arrived at Casa Gaxiola sees Lucia and Rodrigo talking.
- Magdalena apologizes to Mario about the night before. He’s not interested in hearing her reason for standing him up. He tells her that he has feelings for her. He kisses her. She tells him what he just did is ridiculous.
- Teresa tells Rebeca that she’ll move some of Alonso’s things to the guest room for him. She tells her that Marcelo is there talking to Alonso.
- Alonso wants Marcelo to go see Mario to review a document that appoints Nazario as a power of attorney. He wants Marcelo to support Nazario in anything to do with the factory.
- Rebeca accompanies Marcelo to the door. She gives him a note with an address to meet up later.
- Marcelo ignores Lucia on his way out. Lucia tells Rebeca there’s nothing between them.
- Nora can’t believe Lucia is home after what she did to her. Lucia says her conscience is clear. Lucia doesn’t want to fight anymore for Alonso’s sake. She has a right to be there as it’s her house too.
- Nora thinks Lucia has plans to see Marcelo. Lucia says she doesn’t want to see Marcelo ever again. Nora taunts her by wondering aloud then if Marcelo back with his ex, Daniela.
- Milagros and Daniela talk. Marcelo doesn’t know that Daniela is still in Puebla. Milly says she met Rebeca but that they should be careful of her.
- Magdalena tells Trini about what happened with Mario. Trini encourages her to take the same advice that she’s given to Lucia.
- Rebeca lies to Nora saying she’s going to see Amador and Brigida. Nora doesn’t want to see that family again. Nora notes Rebeca is dressed up and wearing perfume.
- Marcelo suggests leaving Federico’s ashes in a niche at a church but he can’t take them now as he has somewhere to be. Milagros finds a note Rebeca gave Marcelo saying where they’ll meet up.
- Alonso tells Lucia that Marcelo was there and says he thought she was interested in him. Lucia says they don’t have anything in common. Alonso wonders if Lucia still cares for Rodrigo.
- Nora enters to see Alonso and he sees the bandage on her wrist and asks if the injury was from the car accident. She rushes out of the room. Alonso wants Lucia to tell him what happened. She does and he’s understandably upset.
- Rebeca is waiting for Marcelo at a condo but he’s with Nazario.
- Rebeca decides to leave when Marcelo doesn’t show up. As she walks to her car, Milagros and Daniela show up to confront her.
 

"MEPS" Episode 138/139:

"MEPS" Episode 138 (XLIII):

546.) Over in Villa Madero: Steve & Clingy Erika continue their ruse with Padre Arcadio in order to get a replacement baptism record for Franco Santorro by circumventing Padre Bosco & using Steve, Jr., as the witness.

547.) Meanwhile Gullible Aurora gets ready to tell Mother Superior how things went between her & Psycho Barbara OMG.

548.) Psycho Barbara in the meantime, is on her way back to Grupo Lactos & while driving back to Mexico City, she's in 7th Heaven over her so-called reconciliation with Gullible Aurora: Wake me up when Gullible Aurora finds out who you are really are!

549.) Speaking of Grupo Lactos: Redhead is looking on insider her office as Franco comes up with an intriguing excuse convincing Jackass #2 Camilo that Psycho Barbara getting majority control of Grupo Lactos from Daddy Elizalde will benefit them all financially in the long-run.

550.) Let's just say it doesn't go over well because Jackass #2 Camilo refuses to go along with this plan of EVIL StepMommy taking full ownership of the family enterprise. He's pissed at Redhead for bowing to the feet of PowerMilk Corp.,; he also launches insults at Franco, Steve, Jr., & the Uppity Gringos (referring to PowerMilk Corp.,), whom he thinks is taking advantage of the financial situation.

551.) Franco then tries to tell him the contract says the Elizalde children will get all of the profits from the business for the next 10 years & it'll be worth twice what Psycho Barbara stands to make off the deal. Jackass #2 Camilo still blatantly remains opposed to this proposition "Only over my dead body will that woman get my father's business!"

552.) Franco tells Redhead because both EVIL StepMommy & Jackass #2 Camilo are thick as thieves they really are; he's also certain she will make sure Jackass #2 Camilo doesn't screw up with her plans. Redhead then asks Franco if he knows Gullible Aurora.

553.) Colegio Buena Esperanza: Gullible Aurora tells Mother Superior about how changed Psycho Barbara was & seeming sorry about the way she treated her blah-blah-BLAH! Mother Superior, who's getting suspicious about this version of events, wants Gullible Aurora to give her a detailed specific rundown of EVERYTHING that happened inside the Elizalde Mansion starting from the moment she met Psycho Barbara.

554.) Over at Grupo Lactos: Redhead tells Franco about Florecita seeing Psycho Barbara entering Colegio Buena Esperanza in Puebla Purification; she also fills Franco in on how EVIL StepMommy had thrown out Gullible Aurora after so conveniently catching her in bed with another man even though Gullible Aurora really loves Dumbass Santiago. Nobody knows who the man was & Psycho Barbara wouldn't say. The wheels started turning inside Franco's head.

555.) Bravo HQ: Liliana FINALLY has new clothing when she comes in for a little chat with Uncle Artemio Bravo; she asks him if she ever told him he's very much like Daddy Elizalde (Liliana's father). This angers him & pisses him off, but she continues to state they're brothers & sons of Don Jeronimo Elizalde (Liliana's grandfather).

556.) Artemio then changes the subject & suggests to Liliana about going off & traveling across the globe: Liliana gets excited & starts looking for places on where to visit such as seeing Egypt & the pyramids & various museums. Body Language says a whole different story as the music gets dramatic & dramatic.

557.) Grupo Lactos: Redhead tells Florecita that she plans on visiting Colegio Buena Esperanza herself to speak with Mother Superior & discuss the connection between EVIL StepMommy & Gullible Aurora.

558.) Meanwhile later that night at Colegio Buena Esperanza: Gullible Aurora sleeping & dreaming of Dumbass Santiago coming back for her & the baby LOL.

 

QT #94/95, Part 1

- Val & Padre G speak of many things. First they wonder what Art might have done to Tito's Mom. Then Val says she's marrying Leo after all but hates the way he treats HER Mom...you know, Magdalena. (Padre seems to be the only Rosarense who didn't know this. Doesn't he realize everybody is SOMEBODY'S Mom?) He tells her she needs to cowgirl up and poner some reglas around there.

- Art does not take the news of Chacho & Bere's marriage at all well. He tells them to divorce immediately, then orders Chacho to divorce Bere, then announces he'll find a way to dissolve the marriage himself. Finally he threatens to disinherit Bere, which doesn't work either, and everyone goes off without dinner.

- Leo cackles off Dalia's offer of a 3-way split and says he'll settle for...100 percent. "That's your problem," she tells him. "You want it all." (Bingo again!)

- Carlo's visit to his father's grave was so upsetting that it's knocked the accent right out of him. Sabina consoles him slurpily, and this time it looks like it's going somewhere...but it only makes it as far as the second floor of the restaurant when Carlo realizes he can't go through with it. Sab flounces out.

- Val and Leo poner some reglas...

V: Okay, I'll marry you, but I won't SLEEP with you.
L: Okay, but you have to act the perfect wife OUTSIDE of the bedroom.
V: Okay, but Mags isn't a servant anymore; she's a HOUSEGUEST.
L: Okay, but the wedding's on SATURDAY.
V: Okay, but I'm not PLANNING it.
L and V in unison: Okay, AND DON'T YOU TOUCH MATEO.
 

QT #94/95, Part 2

- Dalia asks her lawyer BF to defend Aaron. Sigh. Didn't she JUST make up with Esme?

- Urial sells Sandi an ultrasound of some other lady's right-sized baby.

- Dalia falls for Sandi's crocodile tears and reproaches Mat for moving back into the little house. Esme defends him. Mat tells Dalia that Sandi is only nice to her because she's the administradora of the inheritance.

- Val & Padre G go to City Hall to talk to Art, but he won't receive them, so they create a huge fuss when he comes out onto the square. He lobs their accusations right back at them: it was Dorotea who left him and took the boy, and now that he's finally found him, he's...going to accuse Val of kidnapping. Guau, he's quick.

- Mat catches Leo & Sandi making out in Leo's office. Fisticuffs ensue. Unfortunately the farmhands break it up, but in the process Sandi gets knocked down and hams it up like a World Cup soccer player.
 

QT #94/95, Part 3

- Sandi insists on being take to the hospital, so everyone in town ends up there and finds out about Tito's parentage. Sandi is very concerned about Tito...getting a third of the Cabrera inheritance.

- Val pretends not to believe Mat when he tells her about Leo & Sandi, which he finds very frustrating.

- Art tells Luisa that he's bringing Tito back to live with them...tonight. She must have already heard all the gossip because she's totally sanguine about it. I guess nothing surprises her anymore.
 

"MEPS" Episode 139 (Part LXIV):

559.) Mooching Damian convinces his little brother Creepy Vlad that he's on his side. However, Creepy Vlad records a video spilling his guts on everything in order to use it as blackmail.

560.) We don't see the following people in today's episode: Jackass #1 Anibal, Priscila, Jackass #2 Camilo, Steve Norton, Jr., Venus Garcia (AKA Lovely Norton) or Martina.

561.) Mother Superior & Redhead both traveling to see each other, but neither don't know where they're supposed to meet. Florecita calls Redhead to tell her that Mother Superior has arrived, but Redhead advises Florecita to hide Mother Superior somewhere & make sure EVIL StepMommy doesn't see her.

562.) Gullible Aurora wants to try to speak with Redhead but after multiple attempts, the Nuns won't allow it because it's against the rules of the convent; She finally manages to invite Redhead inside. Those cell phones must be very damn good for backup LOL.

563.) During the conversation, Redhead is able to straighten out the following misconceptions: EVIL StepMommy is the devil, do NOT trust her (we all know Gullible Aurora is NOT the smartest light bulb in the room), Dumbass Santiago knows nothing about anything, he has know idea Psycho Barbara is visiting Gullible Aurora at the convent; he's busy in Florence, Italy like the doofus he is.

564.) Gullible Aurora tells Redhead she's PREGGERS & that Dumbass Santiago is the Baby Daddy. Then she finally tells Redhead that Jackass #2 Camilo drugged her & took advantage of her inside one of the rooms of the Elizalde Mansion that fateful night.

565.) In the meantime, Florecita (AKA Redhead's loyal sidekick) is wrapping Mother Superior with paper & lots of it to prevent Psycho Barbara from finding out what's going on.

566.) Nagging Gardenia RUINS the moment & tries to get people into trouble. This confirms that that Buji maid from back in the day is related to Nagging Gardenia so there you go.

567.) Somewhere in Mexico City Suburbs, Clingy Erika (some of y'all are here because of "ACUERDAS") is having some frappucinos with her so-called "friend", who is really her ENEMY. The so-called "friend" then ups the ante by showing Clingy Erika the picture of Franco & Redhead & even revels in watching Clingy Erika's misery.

568.) Franco goes to visit Liliana with Psycho Barbara. Liliana was instructed by Artemio & his cronies NOT to tell that she & Artemio are leaving town, but we all know Franco managed to pump the information out of her by talking & crying about how he & her family don't want to see her leave. He even uses Liliana's emotional state in making her give him Ana Gregoria's secret diary WOW dude you're some so-called friend of Liliana.

569.) Meanwhile Gullible Aurora isn't convinced Psycho Barbara is a bad person OMG. How stupid can you get ? Maury Povich needs to expose Psycho Barbara & Artemio Bravo are her biological parents for God's sake.

570.) Big question is what will Redhead do with the information about Jackass #2 Camilo drugging & raping Gullible Aurora ? That's going to be very key down the road.

571.) Artemio still wants all of the Elizalde family's financial assets in his sinister EVIL scheme against the Elizalde's.

Leo telling Dalia to go to hell and shoving her wheelchair into the corridor... even his father wouldn't have done that.

I wonder whether Don Patricio will make another appearance or did the fire at his grave send him to hell?

Probably the worst thing in this episode was Sabina showing so little concern for her child. Since she owes the state the next 15 years of her life for having murdered Amara ten years ago, I see Dalia's warning as a prophecy.

Art's arrogance has no limits. He has no legal authority to demand his daughter divorce her husband; they are both adults. Chacho may be unemployed but that sooner or later happens to most people. I wish Eva had put up more of a fight about this.

I hope Victor solves this case quickly and lives to become chief of police.
 

ECDLP #39

- Rebeca tells Milagros and Daniela that she and Marcelo are meeting a client there because it’s close to the factory. Rebeca quickly leaves but not before saying Marcelo is unprofessional for not showing up.
- Rafaela is in Puebla. She didn’t want to be in the city alone.
- Sara is on her way out after checking up on Alonso. Rebeca gives her an insincere thank you.
- Lucia tells Rebeca that she told Alonso the truth about Nora’s suicide attempt.
- Alonso tells Rebeca that he deserved to know about what happened to Nora. He apologizes for taking it out on her (R).
- Alonso insists once again that Nora needs psychiatric help. Rebeca still refuses.
- Marcelo tells Rafaela that he wants her to stay with him in Puebla. He doesn’t want to talk about Lucia but still has revenge on his mind.
- Nora asks Rebeca if she talked to Amador and Rodrigo. Rebeca says no. Nora is on her way out supposedly to see Gloria. At first Rebeca forbids it but then says she doesn’t care.
- Rodrigo goes to Ligia’s apartment and she suggests they go out somewhere.
- Lucia and Magdalena leave mass. They see Marcelo and Milagros, who ignore them, walk in with an urn. Lucia tells Magdalena that Marcelo’s brother committed suicide.
- Nora goes to Marcelo’s apartment and Rafael thinks she’s Lucia.
- Milagros tells Samuel that they only want to leave the ashes there temporarily and have a mass.
- Lucia meets up with Sergio and asks him to reach out to Rodrigo. Sergio reminds her that Rodrigo deserves everything that happened to him. He asks her about Nora and says he doubts Nora has learned her lesson and to be careful of her.
- Rodrigo and Ligia are at a club. Ligia kisses him and at first he’s hesitant but eventually gives in.
- Trini and Nazario talk about Lucia’s and Magdalena’s aversion to men. They talk about their own marriage.
- Magdalena apologizes to Mario. He thinks her reaction was logical and understands. She has realized that she would be dumb not to take advantage of an opportunity for something more with him. They kiss.
- Rafaela tells Marcelo that Nora went looking for him.
- Brigida is waiting for Rodrigo. He tries to lie saying he was with Sergio but Brigida says Sergio had shown up looking for him. He tells her that he was with a female friend but not to worry about things getting more serious than that.
- Leti arrives at the law firm for her training. She sees Marcelo arrive. He has a meeting with Mario. She thinks he and Lucia should talk. He disagrees. Ligia recognizes his name.
- Leti calls Lucia and tells her to go see her at Mario’s office. Lucia thinks something is wrong. Leti tells Sergio of her scheme.
- Marcelo and Mario reviews the documents for the power of attorney. Mario will have them notarized.
- Alonso and Amador talk about Rodrigo and Nora. Amador says he’s close to closing a contract. Alonso wants him to consult with Nazario first as Naz will be in charge of the factory. Amador is upset.
- Leti tries to stall Marcelo from leaving. Outside they run into Lucia. Leti wanted them to clear things up. Marcelo isn’t interested and walks away. Lucia is angry at Leti for what she did.
- Lalo has found a commemorative cross that was made at the factory the year before. Nazario decides to take it home for Trini. Amador threatens Nazario but Naz is unfazed.
- Rafaela meets Lucia and says she’s glad that Marcelo met Lucia. She thinks that Lucia should get to know Marcelo more. She thinks Lucia is the only one who can save Marcelo from ruining his life.
- Marcelo and Rebeca talk about him standing up. She won’t tolerate him sending his mom and ex girlfriend to confront her.
- Milagros and Daniela talk about Rebeca. They talk about the relationship between Marcelo and Lucia souring. Rafaela berates her for meddling in Marcelo’s life,
- Rafaela says that if Milagros doesn’t leave Marcelo alone she’ll tell him how his father really died.

 

QT #96 Part 1 of 3

Artemio told Luisa that Sandy was in hospital and that he would kill Mateo if anything happened to her or the baby.

Matt was already upset as he and Esmeralda talked about this and he told her about Tito.

Valeria, Magdalena, and Dalia were elsewhere in the hospital. Val explained to the others that Art was going to file charges against the residents of La Noria over Tito. Dalia said she would call Guillermo. Leo's lawyer had said that they could not do anything if Tito's mother could not be found. Tito did not yet know; Val could not figure out how to tell him.

Luisa and Vicente talked about this. She told him what Art had told her: That he and Dorotea had been in love, had a son, and she had disappeared two years later, leaving the child with him. Neither Luisa nor Vicente believed this. Both were asking whether Art was capable of murder.

Sandy trash-talked Matt to Dalia, who considered her son to be incapable of deception. Now she also said that Leo caused the situation to hurt Matt because of their mutual hatred.

Art paid off two bearded thugs who said they would have the problem solved before nightfall.

Vicente talked to Sra Ophelia regarding the situation. She had been told the same story. She described Tito as rebelde and once had a visit from a man claiming to be his uncle. Vicente said that Dorotea had no siblings He then asked to speak to other employees. She escorted him to see Ermilo Vega.

Val visited Sandy [Why bother?] to tell her about Tito. Sandy simply referred to him as a brat and did not give a damn about him. She accused Val of using this as a pretext to get to Matt. Val told her this had nothing to do with Matt; it was to help a child. She accused Sandy of manipulating Matt and Sandy replied that she will still have Matt despite what he saw in the study because Matt never believed that. He was blaming himself for it. She boasted of having gotten it on with Leo multiple times. Val told her she was worthless, saying how she hurts others with her mind games. Sandy threatened her in the “Don't mess with me” mode. Val – in an impressively impersonal manner – asked in view of her dalliance with Leo whether she knew who was the father of her baby. Sandy answered that it didn't matter because either way it was the grandson of Don Patricio and therefore heir to the property. Val shook her head and told her she was garbage and that she pitied the baby to have her for a mother.

Dalia, Matt, and Val told Tito that Art was his father while Sabina told Angelita. Neither child took this well.

Vicente and Ophelia found Ermilo dead in his bed.

Dalia gave Tito the maternal blessing as they told him he had to go to live with his father. Matt told him to count on him if he needed him. He did not want to live with Art, who arrived and dragged him out screaming. Leo said nothing but seemed to get off on the tears of the others.

Vicente called the authorities regarding the murder. It was made to look like a suicide. He accused Art.
 

QT #96 Part 2 of 3

Esme brought Val some tea and said she was never fooled by Sandy, although Matt had been. She sensed that Val was hiding something because she looked sad. Val's uneasy request to be left alone satisfied Esme's intuition and she had the same exit line as Matt had for Tito.

Luisa tried to comfort Tito but he already missed Dalia, Matt, Val, and Angelita. Art watched this from the doorway and he looked less than thrilled.

Corina, Lorenzo, and Padre G talked about this. Lorenzo was concerned about Tito because he considered Artemio evil. Padre G intended to keep an eye on this to get Art for any mistreatment.

Aaron went up before the judge. The charges were kidnapping, document fraud, and identity concealment in substituting a deceased baby of unknown identity or Esme's son. Aaron pled guilty to all charges. The judge lambasted him for being a disgrace to the medical profession. Guilermo moved to present a defense but the judge said that would be at a later date. He also rejected Guillermo's request to not send Aaron to a dangerous prison.

Minnie and her shot glass tried to torment Esme, saying her time would be next. Esme was not bothered by this, telling her that she and her snobbery are why Leo is the way he is. “He has hate in his veins.” Minnie drunkenly accused her of taking all her men: Don Patricio, Aaron, and the son of her lover.

Luisa put Art on the couch and went to bed. Tito was asleep. She thanked God for him.

Sabina – despite the revelation of Tito's paternity – persisted in thinking him garbage and Ange argued about this. Sab called her rude and left her room. Dalia was just outside and overheard at least some of this. She tried for the nth time to get Sab not to treat Ange this way. More class snobbery from Sab [who has no right to it] and Dalia told her she would eventually pay for her attitude. Sab insisted that Dalia was a bad influence on Ange. Dalia said that she would lose Ange some day and know what pain it was to lose a daughter.

Full moon! Val walked on the grounds and Matt was also out there alone. He had sepia flashbacks to happier times with Tito vs earlier that night. Val went back without speaking with him.

Next Morning: Luisa told Padre G she didn't believe the story about Dorotea. She was trying to find out more. She also said that she didn't think Art sincere about assuming custody of the boy; it was all about his image. She left and Padre G called the orphanage. Ophelia told him they found Ermilo dead and were sure it was murder.

Vicente's former colleagues were in Art's' office. He was doing spin control, disputing the rumors that he had abandoned Tito. Handed out with the usual political BS.
 

QT #96 Part 3 of 3

Matt visited Sandy who said she didn't feel any better. He asked if she wanted a nurse but all she wanted was to accuse Val of wrecking their marriage. She said that when Val and Leo marry it would go back to the way it was. They would be back to normal and their baby will be a Montes heir. Matt told her she was the only one interested in the inheritance. She mentioned her mother's comment that money changes people and she said they would have money and position, etc. Matt said he wasn't sure what would happen but he knew what he saw in the study. There was neither affection nor respect between the tw of them. She went off into la-la-land.

Luisa and Val talked about Tito and their mutual concern. Padre G then called Val.

Uriel went to see Sandy and said something about the placenta. She went into the bathroom so Uriel could spin some medical BS for Matt. All about her needing rest, etc. Matt listened, then said he was going to go and pay the bill. She grinned after coming out of the bathroom and Uriel told her she knew the price of this performance.

Val went to Padre G who told her about the murder. Once she digested that he said they had to talk about her upcoming marriage. He had seen she was not happy. She tried to say she did not love Matt. He asked if she loved Leo and didn't believe her Yes. He was hoping she would change her mind before it was too late.
 

QT #97 Part 1 of 3

Leo talked with a wedding planner regarding the upcoming wedding, mentioning it would be small because there were a lot of orphans in his household, so not much family. The man showed him something on his tablet. Probably the menu because Leo then mentioned wine and liquor. Next he nixed flowers, saying that this would be an intimate occasion. The planner was surprised since it was usually brides who do the planning and most want everything. Leo played the Model Groom (and Politician), saying that she was too busy with community work. Leo then asked for a small group of musicians to play baladas and not a mariachi band.

Matt vented to Carlo over beers. He could not get Leo's boast out of his mind and began wondering whether the baby was Leo's. Carlo could not stop thinking about Esmeralda.

Sandy was “home” and Dalia said she would help, but did not want to involve herself anymore in their marital issues. Finally she told her that if it turned out that Sandy did fool around with Leo she would not allow Matt to be hurt anymore. Magda was present for this and heard it all. They left Sandy alone in her room.

Victor and Vicente discussed the death of the orphanage worker. There was no proof yet that Art had had anything to do with it. Victor was not willing to make any moves without it and looked skeptical. Vicente volunteered to do the investigation himself. Art entered without knocking and began making fun of Vicente who then asked “Do you know anything about the death of Ermilo Vega?” to which Art replied “Who?” Vicente looked back at Victor who was watching Art carefully. Art told Vicente to leave “if you know what's good for you.”

Val and Matt slmost argued about Sandy. Matt knew what he saw. Val said Sandy was manipulating him; she knew that Sandy had been with Leo multiple times. Of course it had to have occurred to him to question the paternity of Sandy's baby but now Matt said nothing about it. He told her he didn't want to talk to her anymore. It obviously hurt him to say that.

Victor talked with someone on the phone – probably Ophelia – regarding this case. He was looking for the connexion between Art, Ermilo, and Tito. As he ended the call he said to himself “You will fall, Artemio. Sooner or later.”

Sandy saw Art's interview in the local paper. Minnie and her shot glass entered the room without knocking and taunted Sandy. She took it easily, or so it seemed. Minnie finally said that she would die rather than allow this rancherita to get her hooks into Leo. “You don't say,” Sandy said as Minnie left.

Art thanked the reporter for the story. As he ended the call Matt entered his office and castigated him for abandoning Tito. Art denied having abandoned him and questioned Matt's right to accuse him. Matt raised the issue of him being involved in Ermilo's death and Art punched him. This turned into fisticuffs which brought Victor and a uniformed cop into the office. They took Matt out and Art ended up with a bloody nose.
 

QT #97 Part 2 of 3

Luisa kissed Tito goodbye as she left for work. He took the jar that held Ramona and hid elsewhere just as Art and his bloody nose came in calling for Luisa as though he were her injured child. He sat on the couch and took out his handkerchief. [Why he walked around like this is what went through my brain.] The boom fell and he heard it. Tito came into the living room. In absense of an audience Art showed his true colors in his disdain for the boy. As he made his way to the bathroom Tito left.

Tirso spoke with his shrink saying that when he looks back he wasted time.He spoke affectionally about Ange and how he loved her letters and other small things in life.

Ange was not hungry and in pain. Sab threatened to punish her is she didn't eat.

Tirso talked more about Angelita, and even smiled. The doctor asked. He said he wanted to be free and to get Magda back. He said she was the only woman he ever loved.

Juanito and Justino were cleaning the stone pavement in the stable area when Tito sneaked back into La Noria. He got Corina's attention when she was brushing the dust out of a large area rug [What, no Dyson?]

Magda told Val she could not deal with her marrying Leo. She tried to get Val to explain her decision.

Corina brought Ange to Tito and went back with the rugs. Tito told Ange that it was hell in the mayor's house. He wanted to be back at La Noria. Ange said it would upset her mother, Leo, and Minnie. Then she fainted. Tito could not revive her so he ran for help.

Val and Magda continued in the same vein until Val said the final word: She was marrying Leo y punto and if Magda didn't accept itshe'll go it alone, as she had with everything else up to now.

Sandy got dressed and made up to go to Carlo's opening. Matt reminded her of doctor's orders for rest. She was her usual stubborn self. Matt was about to leave with her when Tito ran in calling for help. Matt ran out with him. Corina heard this as she came in and Dalia sent her to get Sab. Sandy groused about Tito always causing problems. Dalia asked “Didn't you hear that? Angelita is sick. Besides, the boy is your brother.”
“You know what? That filthy brat will never be my brother.”
“I'm going to pretend you didn't say that.”
“I'm sorry, suegra,” she said with scant respect. “It's not wrong that I don't love this brat and I don't care who knows. Now tell your son if he isn't here in ten minutes he will miss seeing y mother and the inauguration. Bye” She left.
Corina found Val first and then kept looking for Sab.

Luisa went home and called for Tito. Art appeared along with his reproach at her paying Tito more attention than to himself. He called out the boy's name as Luisa went into the kitchen and returned alone. Art had been in the shower so he didn't know when the boy left. Realizing it was likely that he returned to the ranch, Luisa called La Noria and got Sandy, who denied that he was there. She dismissed Luisa and ended the call with a gesture of contempt.
 

QT #97 Part 3 of 3

Matt, Val, and Tito were reviving Ange when Sab arrived. She asked Ange what happened and when Tito began explaining Sab grabbed him and became threatening. Val jumped between them and pushed her back. This became a shoving match that Matt broke up. Sab was trying to be on her high horse, insulting Val because of who her mother is. Dalia and Magda appeared and Dalia told Sab to calm down.

Later Magda went to Esme to talk about the upcoming wedding she could not endorse. Both women knew that Don Patricio had been a monster. Esme told her “You're her mother. You need to be strong.” Magda agreed and said she would go to the opening of Carlo's restaurant with her. She asked Esme to come with her, if only to annoy Sab. Esme agreed.

Both Val and Dalia told Sab not to touch Tito. Dalia said that the important thing was to find out what was wrong with Ange. Sab said “No. the important thing is for this nasty brat to stay away from my daughter.” Both children looked sad. Matt sttarted to call for a doctor. Sab insisted she was in charge of Ange. Val reminded her that Ange had fainted. Sab pulled the I-Am-Her-Mother card and led the girl inside. Matt said they had to do something because this could be serious [My dinero says appendicitis]. Dalia said that if Sab doesn't want to they couldn't force her to call a doctor.

Esme gave Sandy a piece of her mind about how she treats Matt. Sandy treated her with her usual contempt but Esme told her that Matt is not alone. He has not one mother but two who will defend him. She addressed her as “Sandra.” this caused Sandy to ask if Matt has no pants. Esme told her off, saying she had no noblesse or decency, which Matt has. That is how Sandy had been able to take advantage of him. He will sacrifice for his child, which is why he is with her. If he were truly in love with her this would end very badly. “Why are you fooling around with Leo?” Sandy smugly pointed out that Val is about to marry Leo so Matt would only be able to hide behind his mothers' skirts.

Corina went to the restaurant to check up on Lorenzo. [Did anyone taste anything on that table?] Carlo finally tasted it and praised it.

Matt told the others that Luisa was on her way. Tito said Art was a bad person and he missed being with them and the animals. Ange asked why and Val explained that there were legal issues. Leo called Val, who went inside to talk.

Sab shooed everyone out of Ange's room. Val ended the call, saying that Minnie is still at the hairdresser's. Dalia said she would go back to her room to wait for Guillermo. Val went to her room to get ready.

After Dark: Leo ended a call with his lawyer who was working on taking money Matt (supposedly) wanted to take from him. He blamed Minnie for making them too late to come with Val. She told him what happened with Angelita.

In the broadcast, they clipped out everything about Aaron. Do you think he's just going to disappear now? Not that I really care what happens to him.

It's pretty comical that no one present questioned how the "suicide" managed to shoot himself in the side of the head and fall down on that same side with his shooting arm under him and the pistol three feet away. I know, I know: there's a special crime beanie. I'm looking for mine now.

Urban, I was hoping that in the full-length versions either Val or the Padre would show a tiny bit of remorse for a) violating the seal of the confessional and b) indirectly causing that poor man's death. But I guess not.

Art had a heart twinge the other day. Maybe he'll have a full-fledged heart attack soon.

Nothing was said about the confessional. As I read your comment it occurred to me that even without this murder telling the truth here really didn't benefit anyone, especially Tito.

The poor boy doesn't need to be in a toxic household like this. We have every reason to believe that Art killed Dorotea. It would have been better to say nothing which would have kept Matt out of trouble
The only good that can come of this now would be finding that out and Art getting his just desserts for it. Thus would be the first step to getting the corruption cleaned up. Victor is hot to accomplish this.

Sabrina is really showing her worst. We can't be far away from a serious medical crisis for Angelita. As for Aaron, I can see where this could go with all the slicing and dicing. It's not good for Univision to do this to us.

I don't remember ever having a situation where the last THIRTY episodes of a tn had half of their stuffing removed. Is this a new low?

And does Telemundo do this as well? I don't think I've ever watched one of theirs.

I heard that Telemundo's Reina de Corazones was cut to pieces. I don't get why.

I haven't watch their stuff since they fell inn love with narco stories. I id watch Un Poquito Tuyo when it aired because it had Jorge Salinas, but stopped recapping it after about two weeks because nobody was watching or commenting. I had another recapping commitment at that time and limited time to devote to all this.
 

ECDLP #40

- Rafaela notes that the death of Marcelo’s father was very strange. Milagros says it’s not strange that he died of a heart attack.
- Rafaela says he never had any heart problems BUT that it happened just when Milagros found out that he was going to leave her for another woman.
- Milagros says that she was skeptical about who Marcelo meeting with and why. She doesn’t trust Rebeca. Marcelo thinks she and Daniela are up to something.
- Sergio runs into Rodrigo on his way out of the law firm. He invites him out to eat. Ligia sees them and says hello to Rodrigo.
- Brigida tells Amador about Rodrigo’s new “friend”. She wants to know who it is. Amador doesn’t care who Rodrigo hangs out with.
- Lucia tells Trini about meeting Rafaela and the things she told her about Marcelo. Lucia still thinks Marcelo is hiding something and it might have something to do with his dead brother.
- Daniela goes to see Marcelo at the factory. She hopes maybe they can be friends. He wants her to take Milagros back to the city but Daniela she and Milagros will keep each company in Puebla.
- Nora and Daniela meet. Nora threatens Daniela about stealing Marcelo from her. Daniela says that Nora, Lucia and Rebeca are all the same. Nora slaps her when she mentions Rebeca.
-Daniela tells her to tell her mom not to get involved with what isn’t hers. Nora is confused and Daniela tells her to ask Rebeca.
- Alonso brings up to Rebeca again about finding psychiatric help for Nora.
- Nora barges into Marcelo’s office saying that his ex girlfriend insulted her mother. She doesn’t want to repeat what Daniela said. Marcelo says Daniela couldn’t be worse than her. Nora says nobody care about her.
- Leti apologizes to Lucia. Leti tells her that she has a crush on her boss.
- Magdalena tells Sara that she’s dating Mario. Magdalena asks her if she ever dated again after her situation with Leti’s father. Sara says no.
- Marcelo and Rebeca plan to meet up again. Alonso overhears and wants to know who she’s meeting with. She says she’s meeting with another man who’ll give her what Alonso doesn’t.
- Rebeca says she needs a man who makes her feel like a woman. Alonso won’t stand in her way if that’s what she wants. She turns it around and says she would never be with another man. Alonso is still the love of her life.
- Rebeca says she’s actually meeting up with Brigida.
- Nora tells Lucia she went to see Marcelo at the factory and he was very nice to her. She doesn’t want Lucia to think she does things behind L’s back. Lucia wants to know what Nora intentions are regarding Marcelo. Nora wonders if Lucia changed her mind about Marcelo but Lucia says no.
- Nora says she met Marcelo’s ex girlfriend. But maybe they’re back together
- Magdalena tells Samuel about patching things up with Mario. She asks about Marcelo and his mother leaving an urn there at the church. Samuel tells her that he’ll dedicate a mass to Marcelo’s brother, Federico.
- Nazario talks to Amador about running the factory until Alonso returns. He doesn’t want any problems.
- Rafaela thinks Milagros suspects something is going on between Marcelo and Rebeca. She tells him to be careful.
- Magdalena and Lucia talk about Mags relationship with Mario. Magdalena tells her that a mass will be held for Marcelo’s brother that evening.
- Rebeca meets up with Brigida. They talk about Nora and Alonso. Rebeca calls Alonso so Brigida can send him well wishes. After the call, Rebeca says she has to go.
- Lucia arrives at the church. Daniela sees her and puts her arm around Marcelo possessively.
- Alonso and Nazario talk about their respective conversations Amador and Rebeca.
- After the mass, Marcelo says he has things to do and leaves. Daniela thinks he’s meeting with Lucia.
- Lucia cries and thinks to herself that she lost Marcelo for good.
- Amador and Vinicio talk at the factory. If Amador ever needs him, Vinicio will do whatever.
- Marcelo and Rebeca meet up. He doesn’t think that’s her first time leaving Alonso alone. They kiss and move towards the bed.

572.) We see Franco begging Liliana not to take the trip with Artemio Bravo. They're both crying & choked up: even the ghost of Ciro Palafox is getting choked up.

573.) Psycho Barbara easily covers her unhappiness with Artemio's latest plan regarding Liliana being moved. She however, wants to know what does he plan to do with all of the Elizalde $$$; it's on a need-to-know basis with sinister ulterior motives being cooked up in that mind of Artemio's. Meanwhile, Franco shows up (apparently with Ana Gregoria's diary that Liliana gave to him) & Psycho Barbara wants to leave, but Artemio tells Franco to have a seat: he wants to know how Liliana is doing, Franco says she's remaining calm, but we all know Artemio is quite suspicious.

574.) Over at Colegio Buena Esperanza: Redhead tells Gullible Aurora that she wants her OUT of there ASAP considering she's the best person to find out what EVIL StepMommy wants with her. Just like that Mother Superior knocks on the door of Gullible Aurora's room & the pajama party is interrupted LOL.

575.) We see the aftermath of Clingy Erika being unhinged & angry at Redhead & Franco (thanks to the EVIL so-called friend of Clingy Erika's giving her the photographs in question). Be honest folks: who's here because of Psycho Ivana from "ACUERDAS" ?

576.) Redhead is back talking with Mother Superior inside Mother Superior's office ; Mother Superior realizes that Redhead is the person Gullible Aurora trusts. Redhead is also worried about numerous folks threatening Gullible Aurora.

577.) Las Animas: Venus is getting all uppity with Steve, Jr., what else is new folks ?

578.) Martina walks back inside Las Animas with all of the party invitations for the so-called engagement party between Venus/Lovely & Jackass #2 Camilo (this will be very intriguing next week).

Back inside Mother Superior's office at Colegio Buena Esperanza: Redhead tells her that she found out about Jackass #2 Camilo drugging & raping Gullible Aurora on that fateful night at the Elizalde Mansion. 580.) In the meantime, Franco fills Psycho Barbara in on Artemio's plans taking Liliana to somewhere in the world, but Psycho Barbara still thinks Liliana is a crazy nutjob & doesn't believe him.
