ECDLP #97

***I think there’s about 25 episodes left***

- The woman, Aída Lugo, claims to not know what Marcelo is talking about and tells him to say hi to his mom on her behalf. She’s sure Milagros will remember her.
- Marcelo attempts to catch up with Aída and her friend outside but is too late.
- Mario asks Magdalena why she didn’t tell him that she met up with Ric. He thinks she doesn’t trust him and says he’s losing trust in her as well
- Ricardo has dinner with Leti and Sergio and Leti asks him why he was talking to Magdalena in the park. Ric knows Mags is married.
- Alfredo remembers Sara’s words about not trusting Rebeca. He calls Rebeca at the factory.
- Sergio and Leti argue about her bringing up Magdalena to Ricardo.
- Mario is at a bar drinking and has his secretary cancel his appointments. He ignores a call from Magdalena.
- Roman visits Lucia at the factory. He asks for a tour.
- Amador asks Normita who the guy with Lucia is.
- Nora asks Brigida to tell Rodrigo that she isn’t interested in him anymore and is interested in Sergio.
- Amador tells Rodrigo about Lucia being with another guy. He mentions that Lucia refused to renew the contract. He thinks Rodrigo told Lucia something
- Rodrigo offers to help Lucia show Roman around. Lucia tells Roman who Rodrigo is and what he and Nora did to her.
- Rebeca tells Nora she’s going to see Brigida but Nora notes she’s getting too dressed up. Nora tells Reb that Lucia and Roman are dating.
- Rebeca goes to see Alfredo. He asks her why nobody likes her/cares about her. She goes to leave but he makes her stay and they hit the sheets.
- Nazario tells Marcelo about Amador renewing the contract. Since Marc investigated the contract before, Naz wants his help in breaking it.
- Alfredo tells Rebeca how he looked for her everywhere. He says he would’ve left Daniela’s mom for her.
- Marcelo runs into Lucia as he’s leaving Nazario’s house. He tells her he’s leaving Puebla soon.
- Nazario tells Lucia he asked for Marcelo’s help to end Amador’s contract. Lucia is upset about it.
- Nora notes Rebeca’s satisfied/happy demeanor after R’s supposed visit with Brigida.
- Alfredo returns to the hospital and Milagros notes she can smell woman’s perfume on him.
- Amador tells Brigida he thinks Rodrigo betrayed him.
- Sergio tells Rodrigo that he shouldn’t get his hopes up with Lucia. He suggests maybe Rodrigo should go for Daniela. He tells him about his argument with Leti. Rodrigo calls him an idiot.
- Leti confesses to Sara that she confronted Ric about seeing him with Magdalena. Sara is angry and warns her not to tell Lucia.
- Sara calls Magdalena and they talk about what happened. Mags wonders how Mario found out.
- Marcelo tells Milagros about meeting Aída Lugo. He wonders if Milagros has more to tell him about his dad.
- Marcelo tells Daniela that he wants to get back together with her and they kiss.
 

ECDLP #98

- Mario returns home disheveled and tells Magdalena he stayed at a hotel. She asks him if they’ll continue to ignore each other or will they separate. He says he doesn’t know and she tells him to make up his mind soon.
- Milagros tells Rafaela that Marcelo met Aída Lugo.
- Alfredo calls Rebeca at the factory. Normita transfers the call to Rebeca’s office. He tells her that he wants to keep seeing her even though he’s returning to the city.
- Normita tells Lucia about witnessing the exchange between Rebeca and Alfredo at the factory where he called her “Adriana”.
- Lucia barges into Rebeca’s office and confronts her about using Adriana’s name to also seduce Daniela’s father. Lucia wonders show many other men Rebeca had affairs with.
- Lucia asks Rebeca if she is worried that Nora could find out about all this. She says that while Federico is dead, Alfredo or any other man could open their mouths.
- Sara visits Mario at the law firm and tells him that Magdalena was helping her deal with Ricardo. Mario doesn’t believe her.
- Sara tells Sergio not to tell Leti that she was there at the law firm.
- Just as Daniela is being discharged from the hospital, Ric arrives and is informed. He runs into Magdalena and she blames him for telling Mario that they met up. He asks her if she spoke to Rebeca about Adriana’s death.
- As Magdalena walks away Alfredo sees Ricardo but Daniela tells him a confrontation isn’t worth it so they leave while Ric watches them.
- Rebeca tells Normita that she is her boss not Lucia so Normita owes her her loyalty.
- Lucia apologizes to Rodrigo about the way she treated him in front of Roman.
- Marcelo gets Daniela settled in his apartment where they will stay a few more days before leaving Puebla. Marcelo asks Alfredo for the contact information of Alf’s PI.
- Rafaela visits Lucia at the factory and tells her that she is returning to the city with Marcelo and Milagros. She hopes L and Marcelo will eventually be reunited.
- Nazario tells Amador he won’t fulfill Amador’s client’s order. He reminds him that he’s now part owner/shareholder of the factory. Lucia witnesses the scene with a satisfied expression.
- Nora and Gloria talk about their plan to separate Sergio and Leti. Nora says everyone in her house thinks she’s crazy.
- Mario’s secretary tells Leti that her mom stopped by to see Mario.
- Milagros is depressed about returning to the city where memories of Federico are. She needs to go to the church to get his ashes.
- Alfredo doesn’t want Daniela to pressure Marcelo to be with her.
- Amador wants Rebeca to support him with the contract and dealing with Nazario. He thinks Naz is getting revenge on him since N thinks he killed Trini.
- Lucia is happy that all of the workers (except Vinicio) defended Nazario. She tells him that Rafaela is leaving Puebla with Marcelo.
- Nora is in a session with Roman and claims that she isn’t interested in Marcelo anymore
- Leti asks Sergio why her mom was at the law firm earlier but he says he doesn’t know. He ignores a call from Nora. Leti takes his phone and sees the missed call from Nora. She calls and tells Nora to leave Sergio alone then tells Sergio to leave.
- Padre Samuel suggests to Milagros to do confession.
- Marcelo tells Rafaela that he thinks his mom’s sour mood is because he told her something the day before. He leaves his apartment in a rush.
- Milagros confesses to Padre Samuel that she hasn’t been a good mother to her older son because she is the reason her son grew up without his father.

 

ECDLP #99

- Padre Samuel asks Milagros what she is referring to but she doesn’t answer and quickly leaves the church.
- Lucia asks Leti if she’s sure that it was Nora who called Sergio. Lucia doesn’t think Nora would steal Sergio from Leti since she’s always been interested in Marcelo.
- Leti doesn’t think Marcelo gave Lucia a valid reason to hate him…unlike Rodrigo.
- Mario goes to talk to Samuel about his issues with Magdalena.
- Sara tells Magdalena about Mario rebuffing her attempt to apologize to him. She encourages Magdalena to tell Mario about Ric’s apparent role in the mystery surrounding Adriana’s death.
- Samuel scolds Mario for being insecure in his marriage.
- Milagros tells Rafaela that she is afraid that Marcelo will go looking for Aída again.
- Marcelo asks Alfredo’s PI to investigate the business of Amador’s supposed client as well as locating a woman named Aída Lugo.
- Lucia asks Nora why she is contacting Sergio again when he is Leti’s boyfriend. Lucia hopes Nora will never feel disappointed/deceived by Rebeca.
- Alfredo invites Rebeca to dinner. At first she declines but he gets her to change her mind.
- Mario picks up Magdalena from the hospital. He just wants to know that she doesn’t care about Ric anymore. She swears on Adriana’s memory that she doesn’t.
- Marcelo gets Daniela a new wheelchair. She’s happy they’re returning to the city but wants Marcelo to stay in her apartment with her before they leave. Alfredo tells them he’s going to get dinner.
- Roman tells Lucia that Nora resumed her sessions with him. Lucia is sure their relationship won’t affect Roman attending to Nora. She tells him she feels at peace with him especially when it’s hard living with Rebeca.
- Lucia doesn’t want to leave the house that belonged to her parents. Roman suggests they go away for the weekend. She will think about it.
- Alfredo tells Rebeca he thinks Daniela and Marcelo are back together. Nora has followed Rebeca to the restaurant and surprises them asking R what she is doing with him.
- Nora calls Rebeca out for claiming she didn’t know Alfredo. Alfredo tries to defend Rebeca. Rebeca drags Nora out of the restaurant.
- Nora says she talked to Brigida and B said that she never saw Rebeca the day before. Nora followed Rebeca to see who she was with.
- Rebeca tells Nora she’s known Alfredo for years. Nora says Lucia was right in saying Rebeca doesn’t have moral authority to question her or anyone about anything.
- Daniela convinces Marcelo to join her in bed. He stops her before things go any further between them pointing out that she’s still recovering.
- Marcelo goes to get Daniela something to eat since Alfredo hasn’t returned.
- Brigida tells Rodrigo that Nora told her that she (N) is interested in Sergio. Rodrigo warns his mom that she may find Amador in a bad mood.
- Nazario tells Normita that the factory workers are on strike because they’re defending him against Amador.
- Rebeca tells Lucia that Nora found her dining with Alfredo. Lucia says she can’t imagine Nora’s reaction when N finds out that Reb had an affair with Alfredo and used Adriana’s name. Lucia cannot wait for Rebeca’s downfall.
- Rebeca throws it in Lucia’s face that Marcelo is back together with Daniela.
- CUT SCENE: Alfredo tells Marcelo that he doesn’t have to stay overnight with Daniela.
- Vinicio tells Ric about the TG factory workers going on strike because of the contract Amador is trying to push.
- Brigida asks Amador how he’ll handle the workers going on strike and if Rebeca will support him. She tells him that Rebeca has been using her as an alibi as of late for things.
- Daniela and Alfredo argue about him previously abandoning her, among other things.
- Daniela goes into Alfredo’s room when he isn’t there and finds everything his PI gave him on Rebeca and Federico. She confronts Alfredo and concludes that Rebeca is the woman who caused Federico to kill himself and says Milagros will be glad to know this information.
