I've been watching El fuego del destino. Sometimes, after the episode is over, I see the start of Infiel. Often I'm confused and think that I'm still watching El fuego del destino. It turns out that one of the actors in El fuego del destino is apparently also in Infiel: Berkay Ates. In El fuego del destino, he plays a reporter named Ozan, and it's a major role. According to IMDB, in Infiel, he plays someone named Aras Atesoglu. I know nothing about this character, but the actor looks quite similar in both dizis. I think if I were watching both, one right after the other, I'd find this rather disconcerting.

Juanita, you are correct. The actor is in both dizis. Also other commenters here have mentioned that he appeared in one that aired, I think, on Uni. It was called Madre and he was a horrific villain. He's a good guy in both dizis. I've been trying to figure out how closely they were filmed and if he looks a bit different. He's a good actor. The journalist in destino is a more humble guy, hardly (at least from what I've seen) able to express what he feels about Cemre. He had amnesia in Infiel, but now he's gotten his memory back and is a powerhouse businessman.

I fell behind a couple of epis on destino, but infiel is definitely holding my interest right now. The protagonist, Asya, has a scumbag ex-husband who causes Viewerville to hiss every time he appears. And, as I said in a mini-cap, the guy is like bedbugs, never goes away.

Susanlynn, very good analogy. From what I gathered, Leyla is willing to divorce, but she is conspiring with Derin to slow it down. I thought I understood that her motive was more $$. This is all a bit confusing because she signed something. They did say something about 4 days from...who knows. Maybe she plans to throw a monkey wrench into things before the 4 days are up.

But Asya and Aras mounted the stairs in his house, so that part of the relationship moved along. I am always amazed, as a telenovela veteran, how little they show in dizis and how they imply things when a couple "does the deed". In telenovelas I think there's a whole job title for these scenes: Skillful arranger of bedsheets over people about to have or just having had sex.

Yes, the Turkish dizis are quite discreet and leave a lot to our imaginations. However,they certainly know how to do romance

Yeah I am team Ara all the way. Now that he is back large and in charge; he may want to hire some decent bodyguards and set up some serious cameras and so on.

I've been watching this show for quit some time. When I couldnt watch it on tv(cable went out)
I watched on yutube. Could not get english subtitles. The actor that plays ali Arya's son. That kid is a bit annoying to me. And his father is using him against his mother. He knows his father is a jerk but he wants his parents back together. Volken is like a bad rash. He wont go away.
In the beginning of the show earlier episodes he actually told beria his doctor friend that he thought he could have derin and asya. I think he's a sick twisted guy. He verbally abused asya when he and derin and zeynep came back from the US. The man is psychotic. I can't stand him when he comes on the screen. And I almost feel that way about ali. I know he wants their parents together but this kid is unbearable at times.
