TELEMUNDO Y MÁS (#1): El Señor de los Cielos 8, Juego de Mentiras, Secretos de Sangre, y más: Week of May 22, 2023

Welcome to Page 1 (Monday edition) of the Telemundo y Más page, issued twice a week: Mondays and Thursdays at 8:00 PM.

Here are the current telenovelas (all times are Eastern Daylight Time):

9 - 11PM - El Señor de los Cielos 8**
9 - 11PM - Secretos de Sangre**
12 - 1AM - Juego de Mentiras**

**El Señor de los Cielos 8 will have its 2-hour gran final on Monday. On Tuesday, a new Turkish novela, Secretos de Sangre, will have a 2-hour premiere. So what happens to Juego de Mentiras? Apparently, Telemundo has moved it to MIDNIGHT!! Telemundo's website seems to claim both that Juego will run at midnight AND that it will run as usual (10-11 PM) beginning on Wednesday! Everyone else (Zap2It, Comcast, and others) are listing the move to midnight as permanent, while Secretos de Sangre will run for 2 hours all week (and probably beyond). Sorry this page is so late. I had hoped I'd find some clarification to this absurd mess, but....

Everyone is welcome to join in the conversation. Since discussions of all the novelas share the same page, please remember to put the name of the telenovela you're referring to at the top of your post, so readers can easily find the conversations they're looking for.

By common agreement, this group DOES NOT discuss previews, trailers, or any other plot information not found in a current or past episode of the current production. Spoilers WILL be removed by the admin. This includes reference to earlier productions of the story, and even the original novel. Thanks for your cooperation!to earlier productions of the story, and even the original novel. Thanks for your cooperation!

Sorry for the delay in getting this page up. Mejor tarde que nunca, as they may or may not say.

General

I am pretty angry about Telemundo's crazy scheduling. I don't object to two-hour finales. We've had them before. What I do object to is a whole week of two-hour episodes of their newest Turkish offering. I have watched a few of these dubbed Turkish novelas and have liked most of them. I especially loved the Fatmagul one.

I have even looked up the cast of Turkish novelas on Wikipedia and recapped the first episode.

I do not plan to recap any two-hour episodes. I would only do if that were the finale of a novela I enjoyed all the way through.

I will be watching Juego de Mentiras either at midnight or the next day, depending on my energy level. But those of us who have wondered why in blazes Telemundo chose to show Juego at 10:00 PM and a narconovela at 9PM the last couple of months still cannot decipher Telemundo's scheduling. I suppose it's all about ratings, but Latino households had to send their kids to bed early to avoid narco violence.

Don't know whether Telemundo is trying to burn off either Juego or Secretos for something else or whether they just don't respect their audience.

"SENOR 8" EPISODE #1244:

15.) Apparently, Creepy Aguirre has something planned for Zambrana due to somewhat avenging his parents who were killed years ago.

16.) In the meantime back at the Casillas Family Ranch: It doesn't take too long for Ritula, Laura & Diana to FINALLY figure out Creepy Aguirre was using them all along.

17.) They start getting their heads together & figure something out including discovering the transactions, etc.,

18.) While that was going on, Grenas using his flying camera thingy via computer i-pad to see what's the lookout of the Zambraba Ranch grounds.

Juego/General/Scheduling

Juanita, thanks for trying to find some clarifications to this absurd situation.

It must be something in the air. Univisión got jealous of Telemundo doing stupidities with the schedule and put a 2-hour episode of Amor Invencible on Tuesday, for no reason.

Novelera, I also wondered why the heck they put a narco novela at 9 and Juego at 10. And now at midnight! It doesn't have very mature content anyway.

Have I ever mentioned that in my country they once put Falsa Identidad at 2 IN THE MORNING? And then La Patrona following that at 3?

Maybe, just maybe, they should hire people who actually know what they're doing at scheduling. Companies actually PAYING them might help. Just a thought.

"SENOR 8" EPISODE #1244
*Part II:
26.) The DEA Special Agent-in-Charge informing both Mecha & Chatarrero of their arrest, etc.,

32.) Tata shows up inside the living room at the Casillas Family Ranch & gets informed by Ritula, Laura & Diana on the situation, etc.,

33.) Assuming Creepy Aguirre was speaking with Della Street 2.0 over the phone or someone else.

34.) Both Creepy Aguirre & Henchie both packing heat with the Backup Crew just in case of the upcoming showdown against Aurelio & Co.,

35.) Aurelio, Ismael, Grenas, Skinny, Vitaminas & Co., leave the Casillas Family Ranch.

43.) We're back with another steady diet of commercial breaks ensuing on Telemundo including newsbriefs.

44.) We see Isturiz joining Skinny, Grenas & Co., in the action of taking down Zambrana & Creepy Aguirre.

45.) Skinny & Co., rough up SquirmingDude & make him talk to tell what is Zambrana planning including whereabouts of Creepy Aguirre.

46.) Safe to assume SquirmingDude got whacked off-screen.

47.) Pompeyo hands Ritula some notes about something; Ritula, Laura & Diana are on their laptops.

48.) In the meantime at the Old Mansion: Professor Said & Mommy Rivero discussing something.

51.) Vitaminas, CreepScruff, Skinny, Isturiz & Co., getting their backup weapons.

52.) In Cancun: The situation between Psycho Jaime & Berenice continuing to escalate even further.

53.) Berenice of course, calls Diana to complain about Psycho Jaime's hiring of law enforcement officers & security guards, etc.,

54.) Diana & Berenice talking on the phone.

55.) How desperate does Psycho Jaime want to be President of Mexico & live in Los Pinos (Residence of the Mexican President) in 2024 ?

56.) Of course, Psycho Jaime rants over the phone while Alfaro listens.

62.) Earlier, we see a confrontation between Creepy Aguirre & Zambrana as he lashes out at Zambrana for killing Creepy Aguirre's parents.

64.) Of course an ambush takes place against Creepy Aguirre, who loses his wounded right hand courtesy of Ismael, who rips it off: Gross!

65.) An all-out shootout takes place against Zambrana & his backup crew.

66.) Aurelio & Co., split up & hunt down Zambrana while Felina & BodyguardDude point their guns at both Creepy Aguirre & Henchie.

67.) While that's going on, Ritula, Laura, Diana bring backup of their own courtesy Pompeyo, Leonardo & Co., bu putting guns to the heads of Della Street 2.0, Gertie 2.0 & others as they're forced to walk down to the computers section.

68.) Ritula & Co., packing heat force Della Street 2.0 & Gullible Lawyer to reveal the transactions, etc., we then see Ritula & Co., shooting the computers & other stuff while Della Street 2.0 & other gullible idiots scared.

69.) Felina & BodyguardDude both shoot Henchie to death & we see his cell phone, where it shows an email message was sent out hmmm 🤔

70.) Felina shows Creepy Aguirre video of his business company on fire in Mexico City & we see Ritula, Laura & Diana bragging about it.

71.) While Felina & BodyguardDude were distracted by shooting the remaining backup crew of Zambrana's, Creepy Aguirre escapes; Aurelio avenges Corinna by FINALLY shooting Crazy Tracy to death with the headshot right between the eyes BABY once he launched insults at Mazano.

Aurelio, Colon, Castillo, Ismael, Skinny, Vitaminas & Co., head over to Mexico City at a church where Aurelio meets with President Gomez Labrador, Alfaro, Psycho Jaime & Manzano.

While Aurelio was talking, we see some bombs ticking plus seeing the robot hand of Creepy Aguirre, who had something sinister planned. Suddenly, Aurelio noticed the bomb tickers going off when all of a sudden, the bombs go off at the church & with that, Season 8 ends with Season 9 returning in 2024.

señor8

Excellent recap of the gran final, Steve! Thanks so much for providing all the recaps for ESLDC (aka El Señor de los Depends) season 8.

They sure waited to the last minute for all the secrets to come out. It seemed a little too rushed.

Aurelio choked the life out of Zambrana the same way as he did to half bro and Ximena’s dad, Don Cleto. Is Zambrana really dead, though? Had to laugh at Rutila not believing Aurelio could have killed her grandpa.

Bye, bye, Crazy Tracy Lobo. Ha, ha, Ismael wanted to hear her out, but Aurelio was not in the mood for more of her BS and he made the kill shot.

Enjoyed Bere blackmailing Jaime. The look on his face was priceless. He’s such an idiot.

Who is Felina’s bio son? We heard he has connection to the story somehow but we’ll have to wait until next season to find out. What could it be?

Hey Mecha and Profesora, is Aurelio really worth fighting over?

Wonder if Colon and Castillo are going to start working for Las Casillas. That’s if they survive the blast at the church. Who will live, who will die?

See you in season 9, Steve.

Telemundo

Count me as one who is ticked at the network. They’re getting beat by Uni and I guess they are desperate. ITA with novelera’s post. I’m not even watching Juego and I think it’s a stupid move. Disrespecting viewers is not a good idea.

I’m looking forward to watching Secretos, but to cram it down our throats like this is a bit of a turn off. I thought about doing some recapping but 2 hours every night, especially 9-11p, for the foreseeable future is impossible for me right now.

señor8

I would also like to thank you, Steve, for doing ALL the recaps for Season 8. I only watched the first two seasons of this one, so I didn't have any comments. But I do appreciate all your efforts in recapping the whole thing.

juego

So, who has DVR? Last night's episode was interesting, but I don't really want to be the only one keeping up. I watched it and saved it. But if the schedule change has completely killed off our community for this one, I'd like to know.

Juego

I missed last night's episode , but I will try to remember to record tonight 's. I would really like to get the answered to all the mysteries the writers have thrown at us. How many episodes are left?

Secretos

Hi, Dondi, I will give this show a try. The actor was a despicable villain in " Amor Eterno." Is he a good guy in this one ?

I miss having a Turkish dizi to watch. I miss Engin and Burak. I have been watching "Mujer" on Uni. Nobody is recapping it, but I read the English synopsis online . It is sad , but I like the scenes of Turkish life .

juego

Novelera, I too am furious at Telemundo for its handling--make that MIShandling--of Juego de Mentiras. But I too have a DVR and have now looked at this rather interesting episode. I'm not sure whether someone is planning to put up a recap. Since it's now after 2 PM Pacific time and thus after 5 PM East Coast time, I kinda doubt it.

So here are a few items from the midnight episode (#51, I think).
Francisco Javier tells Tomás that Chuy betrayed both of them--Tomás by destroying the embryos, and FJ by sleeping with Alejandra. They talk about who Cara Sucia is. It's someone who has access to a computer with governmental protection. No, says FJ, not Ale. But could it be a sibling? Ray?

Ray, meanwhile, comes to César's house to see Camila. He tells her and Elvira that he may be able to help get César's sentence reduced. Why is he doing this? He says it's for Camila.

Pascual and Renata apparently have some good sex with each other for the first time in a LONG time. Pascual suggests that perhaps they should try to get back the good relationship they once had. Renata tells him she needs more time--she feels guilty about Eva. And indeed, she looks out the window and thinks she sees Eva and thinks Eva says to her, "My blood is on your hands." And later she thinks she sees her sitting on the couch.

Adriana continues writing something she hopes Noelia will eventually read. She explains to her that "Everything bad stopped when we (she and her twin) became different people. But she also writes that nonetheless, "Resentment grew within me and within Cara Sucia."

Chuy promises Ale that he will not let Lucy ruin things for Ale. We see him go to Lucy's house. He claims he has come to apologize, and to explain that he really did feel something for her when they were at the restaurant. She seems to believe him. He thanks her for being so understanding, and they kiss. They wind up in bed. Chuy then tells her he doesn't want her to hurt Senator Edwards. He then strangles her and then shoots her! He wears gloves, so there will be no prints. Oops--he takes her phone and types a message on it saying "Sorry, everyone, I can't continue living this life." But he's no longer wearing gloves when he does this!! He puts the phone (presumably with his fingerprints) down next to Lucy's dead body and leaves.

Pascual tells Adriana that he's not leaving with her for Canada. He first has to deal with problems in his family. But she should leave immediately and he'll join her in Canada, and from Canada they can fly to Spain. Adriana is puzzled that he thinks she should leave immediately. "Cara Sucia thinks I'm dead." Pascual points out that Eva saw Adriana, and Eva told Renata. He has told that the person Eva saw was Mariana, but Eva is still suspicious. He adds:"I'm sure whe's aloready had Chuy following me." Adriana reacts strongly to his mentioning Chuy. He says, "Chuy, the gardener. Do you know him?" Needless to say, the episode ends on this note, and it looks as if we now know that Chuy is Cara Sucia.

Juego

Juanita.....thank you so much for the recap. Wow and yikes it did look to me like Chuy was in the Bad Bunny suit....his athletic shape and the way he moved , hopped, and leaped. Now he has committed murder for conniving Ale. No wonder my tablet keeps changing " Chuy" to "Thug" It was trying to tell me sonething!!! AI??? So, is Chuy Valerie's son ? Is Pasqual his dad ?

juego

Thanks, Juanita, for the recap. Yes, all signs now point to Chuy as Cara Sucia. The first hint was when it was revealed that Chuy was adopted. They didn't at first say what age, but later IIRC Chuy himself said he had some bad things happen before he ended up at Casa Del Rio.

The actor is doing a good job, moving on from the sweet, tank-top-wearing hunk to a really evil guy.

The thing that surprised me is that DAMAS never encountered Chuy when she was pretending to be a rich socialite from Miami. I suppose she was always shown at the Foundation rather than at the mansion. Still...odd that the writers presented her as very surprised hearing the name Chuy last night.

And we do not know how or why ChuySucia came to hate Adriana so much. I suppose it could be that he wanted her to get that million bucks and go away with him (as per the messages in Adriana's things found by Linda and César plus the one on the rock thrown through the window).

"SENOR 8" EPISODE #1244 RECAP:

Dondi356: Big question is whether Colon or Castillo survived the church bombing attack. Let's not forget about President Gomez Labrador including Psycho Jaime, Alfaro & Manzano, who were with Aurelio & Co., when the attack occurred.

Personally: I would like to thank you & everyone else on CarayCaray for enjoying my detailed sometimes short crazy recaps of Season 8. Mecha & Professor Said need to calm themselves down.

I'm going to assume that Ritula took both Humberto & Isidro to the US with her since it's implied that Diana & Laura also moved to the US as well.

I didn't see Karla at the church last night, but I'm assuming she'll be back in Season 9.

Novelera: Glad you enjoyed the recaps.

juego

Yikes, I was just looking at what I wrote, and I came upon this garbled sentence: "He has told that the person Eva saw was Mariana, but Eva is still suspicious." My brain seems to have been out to lunch when I wrote that. It should say, "He has told Renata that the person Eva saw was Mariana, but Renata is still suspicious."

Also, thanks, Susanlynn and novelera, for your helpful comments. Susanlynn, I'm assuming that Chuy is Valeria's son, but unless Pascual used to be an actor, he doesn't fit the description Valeria gave of her baby's father, "a young actor."

Yes, novelera, it's quite possible that Chuy wanted Adriana to take the million-dollar payoff and go away with him. I recall at one point Adriana saying to someone that she had been in love with someone but she wouldn't do what he wanted, or something like that. We still have 29 more episodes to go, if indeed there are 80. I'm wondering whether they can really stretch this novela out without some other surprise. Then again, Telemundo may hack it to pieces. It's been known to happen. Sigh.

Juego

my take on a few things from Monday's "midnight trash can" as Juanita so eloquently put it,

Chuy not only killed Lucy but also Estela and Jacinta, and left the gun in Lucy's hand like the others. (and I think (not sure) afterwards Chuy wiped Lucy's phone clean).

Adriana says I taught an innocent person to kill and...

also she says Cara is after her for betraying him with Pascual.

I'm pretty sure Adriana knows Chuy the gardener, it's just the thought of Renata having Chuy follow Pascual that's driving her nuts.

juego

Juanita, for some reason I remembered Valeria saying the father of her stolen baby was a young artist rather than an actor.

juego

Oops, I think you're right, novelera. Still doesn't seem to match Pascual, but yes, ARTIST, not ACTOR. Thanks!

juego

Thanks very much, deb, for these very important additions. I'm not sure, though, that Adriana was upset just at the thought of Renata's having Chuy following Pascual. You may be right, but I thought her response was too strong for that. I assumed that "Chuy" might have been another nickname that Cara Sucia had at the orphanage. (I have read that it's a Mexican nickname for boys named Jesus.)

secrets (and some dizi OT)

We have an English label? Too many other shows with secretos and/or sangre.

Hi Susanlynn, yes Kaan was the despicable Emir in Amor Eterno. He is supposed to be a by the book, highly ethical prosecutor in this one. I only saw the first few Turkish eps so who knows if he will stay that way.

I’m not missing Engin—I’m watching him and Demet Özdemir (Pájaro Soñador) weekly in Adım Farah. This dizi is based on the Argentine show La Chica Que Limpia (US remake The Cleaning Lady). It’s getting better with each episode. The show is fast paced, with a lot of early revelations. It goes on summer break after next week. Ratings are not great but the international sales are good, so we are guaranteed at least 26 episodes. Maybe it will come to our screens.

Speaking of international sales, I read that Akın Akınözü’s latest show, Tuzak (Trap) was sold in the US. I don’t have confirmation. I saw a couple of eps and he wasn’t as bad as in Hercai or Amor y Traicion.

juego

Juanita, thanks for the info on Chuy being a nickname.

I'm assuming Cara/Chuy/Jesus is the reason Adriana ended up haunting the del Rios to begin with, her and Cara in their role playing games, but now that the killing monster she created is after her, I think she's freaked about him possibly discovering her, that she is still alive.

secrets

Yes, dondi, you're right about why we have an English label for Secretos de Sangre. I know that secretos and sangre were both taken, and possibly secreto as well. But secrets was available, so....

juego

deb, thanks for saying a bit more about the reason for Adriana's being terrified at the end of the episode. I agree with what you've said about why she's so freaked.

Juego

Wow These writers just keep peeling off the layers.

I thought it was odd that man magnet DAMAS had not bumped into big hunk Chuy as she made her way through the Del Rios house . Who knew mild mannered Chuy would turn out to be a stone cold killer. If he is obsessed with Ale and she rejects him.....uh oh.

To not give everyone heart attacks I am back! Not forever but my new style of viewing telenovelas allows me to keep on track with this community.I dont watch shows based on time continity because mysekf I dont have the time for it.

My today' scene watch was from a season of El Senor de los Cielos where a rape scene happened .Yet again a SA scene but it was more realistic then others. There was no constant yelling .A hint the character's name begins with L and it ended with smooching which was as unexpected ad my arrival here.

juego

I watched last night's show and it's still on my DVR. I'll put up something in a while.

Juego
#52 Adriana is very nervous when Pascual tells her that Chuy has been hired by Renata to follow him.

Valeria tells RR she’s at the mansion to stay and that she’ll look for her son.

Elvira is thrilled Ray will try to get a shorter sentence for César. [This whole thing is nuts. He’s already in the pen. No trial yet. Shorter sentence for 1st degree murder? Maybe 30 years at best. Cami keeps talking about his spending time with Noelia? Maybe with her children?]

All TNs need a rando to which the protagonist tells Viewerville what he or she is thinking. In this case it’s César’s new cellmate. He tells the guy Linda is going to research orphanages to find Cara Sucia.

FJ is leaving The Zoo for his apartment. Ale, looking like a big navel orange, says she’s his wife. He tells her he’s not going to out her to the press. Maybe she’d like Chuy to join them in bed.

Uh oh. Chuy remembers Mariana getting shot. He was there. [Inside the bunny suit?] He tells Ale that Lucy won’t talk.

Olga tells Ale she only cares about her career. But Ale says that, if it weren’t for the election she’d leave this house with Chuy.

Pascual and RR talk. She says that Eva wasn’t sure if she saw Mariana or Adriana (in the new hideout where she also saw Pascual). RR is still suffering from guilt [But not for being the worst mother in CA.]

Chuy whines to Olga about helping with Eva’s body because he needs the job. When she turns her back his face changes and we get an orphanage flashback. Adriana calls a boy Chuy. The brown-haired boy tells her he wants to be rich. And whoever gets the big bucks first must give it to the other.

Adriana has charged Mariana’s phone and uses it to call her husband, William. He’s angry she hasn’t come back from San Diego.

Chuy calls Adriana and uses the name Adriana. He identifies himself as Cara Sucia. He says he’s tried to find her for years on social media. She says she’s married, with a six year old. After she hangs up, he gets that homicidal look on his face and calls her traitor. [So he knows it was Mariana who died? How?]

Cesar refuses Ray’s offer to represent him.

FJ again grills Big Ed about his taking Mariana’s things from the hotel. He doesn’t believe him when he shows text messages from Eva. Pascual also shows him “Eva’s” social media posts, one in San Francisco.

Noelia overhears Cami talking to Linda and that Cami thinks her father is guilty.

One of the JetAir female employees shows Renata Eva’s social media posts. RR is baffled.

Adriana, still wearing the Eva wig, wipes down the car she drove to SF and pushes it into San Francisco Bay.

juego

Thanks VERY much, novelera, for stepping up with this concise and helpful recap.

I'm glad you mentioned the "brown-haired boy." That's the way he appeared in one or more earlier episodes as well, which has made me wonder how he became the very dark-haired Chuy. I know that some babies start out with dark hair but it becomes much lighter over time. But I'm not aware of babies who start out with moderately light hair that turns jet black in adulthood. You'd think they could have found a kid with very dark hair to play the young Cara Sucia.

I found myself puzzled when Adriana looked at the photo of Mariana with her two kids, and again when Adriana called "William" and said she was still in San Diego. I wondered why she bothered to do this. But in thinking more about it, I guess she wanted to be sure that Mariana's husband didn't come poking around to find Mariana.

I agree with you that the whole business with César in prison is nuts. First of all, because he hasn't yet been tried and convicted, and second of all, Ray's offer to be César's lawyer. I think César is right to recognize that Ray is using him to woo Cami. As you say, what exactly does Ray think he can accomplish, given the fact that he thinks César is an assassin? A sentence of 30 years instead of life? And would he really work on César's behalf, knowing that if he were able to prove César is innocent, Cami would instantly go back to César?

For a minute, I wondered whether Adriana was just fed up (with Chuy after her and Pascual not coming with her). It looked as if she was planning to drive the car into the water. But once she started carefully wiping her fingerprints off the car, I realized what she had in mind. Tossing Eva's pocketbook into the car before pushing it into the water was a smart move.
But I wonder whose passport, credit cards, etc. Adriana will be able to use now.

I thought the episode would end with the car sinking under the water, but instead we get back to Ray and Cami. Arrgh.

juego

great recap novelera !!!

interesting point you made about Cesar being in prison and looking at 30 years, and he hasn't even had a trial. Of course the show started with him being guilty of killing his wife who wasn't even dead, so how long do we get to look at his beatup face?

rando is a new word for me.

the faces Renata makes when she is freaking out are cracking me up, loved it when Sandra showed her Eva's latest facebook posts.

not sure what Pascual's lovey-dovy with Renata is, is he playing her, he seems to be stepping in to run the show putting his family first, I don't want to be around when it dawns on Adriana that Pascual isn't coming, I think her brain is starting to smoke.

there are some interesting things going on in this show but they are in the cracks, like Adriana talking about how her and Chuy would pretend to be other people, and now I can see that in Chuy being these other people and he doesn't even need a costume, no wonder Olga liked Renata's kids better.

that call Chuy made to Adriana, I think that was a flashback to when they reconnected years after leaving the orphanage, and then calling her a traitor, I think that was in reference to running away with Pascual instead of him, I think he mentioned not being able to share his new fortune with her (because he still thinks she's dead)

and that scene when the young orphans were talking, I think Chuy killed a cat and they were burying it. (so do kids that wear glasses sometime grow out of them?)

I think Mariana's husband, William, barked out not to call him or the kids till she is coming back, then hung up.

I liked the scene where too cool expensive lawyer Raimundo is at the prison and Cesar nails it, Camila feels sorry for him and Ray is just trying to woo her, and he is not interested in dealing with a couple of rich kids.

Dear Diana, thank you so much for another excellent report on all the drama.

It is interesting that as in " Perdona" The writers are giving us an extremely evil man who has heart issues , his Achilles heel . Perhaps it is a metaphor for the stone cold hearts these villains have . Dont these villains usually seem invulnerable in their power and evilness?

I didn't notice the doctor seem to recognize Leona . Seems unlikely since 15 years have passed and Mar had dark hair .

Gee, Clara is a mean girl with a mean girl posse who don't like Consuela's sex advice . I guess the young are not the only ones who can be mean and judgemental.Thank goodness Consuela has a wonderful, devoted husband who always has her back. Truly a gift from God to have a life partner like that . They make the bad times better and the good times better.

Romeo, Romeo , Where forth art thou ? Wow, you have a very high opinion of yourself. Kika must be satisfied with your body . Anaju gets your tiny , cold heart ..Who gets your hair ?

Oliver's doll still creeps me out , but it seems to comfort him .

Now, on to the fun....Colomba is a girl who just CANNOT take "N O" for an answer . " If at first you don't succeed in the bedroom...beside the pool ...try the shower . Gael was really vulnerable there , and it did work for creepy Elena in " Perdona." Anyhoo....Gael wasn't having it. He , evidently, is made of stronger stuff . Bravo, Gael. I am on your team. Go, Gael, go.

David and Camila seem to get closer and closer , but are the writers just leading us down a path away from David and Leona only to circle back to a HEA for these two old buds.

Leona was speedy quick to slap the happy out of Dave When he kissed her , but if you remember Gael didn't get a slap after he planted that galan kiss on bedazzled Leona ...just a scolding ....hmmm.

Can't wait to see where the writers take us next.

Whoops...so sorry . I posted this at the wrong place .

juego #53

FJ moves back to his apartment.

Pascual dumps Adriana over the phone, he will stay and rebuild his family.

Val son's father was an artist named Brian, Tomas and Ines will help her find her son, tracking down her last contact, Father Alberto, and the orphanage he was part of.

Renata tells Val her son died right after birth, confirmed by Pascual and Olga.

Camila suspects GumChew of planting the passport and threatens him over not having a warrant to search Cesar's place.

Adriana shows up at the orphanage she and Chuy grew up in, and hides out as sister Mariana.

btw, it looks like there will be no shows on Fridays.

Thanks so much, deb, for the quickie. You got all the high (low) points. I'm having a hard time figuring out how this can last for so many more episodes.

I LOVED GumChew getting put on the spot by the only type of person he takes it from: a rich person. And, again, why didn't Elvira speak up about his putting a gun to her head to get the photograph that showed Cesar, Noelia, and Cami in Colorado?

Deb, you were right. Chuy did contact Adriana when she was married. Can't remember exactly why I thought otherwise.

I'm sick and tired of Olga. She goes right along with whatever outrage Renata commits.

Loved Adriana in the nun's habit. I also enjoyed the way she went off on Pascual beside San Francisco Bay. I want her to survive. Why can't they just show a nice divorce so Cami and Cesar can end up together, with occasional visits with Noelia?

Hmmm. Valeria said the father was Brian, but Renata has said Pascual also had a thing with her sister. So Big Ed used protection? Or Valeria doesn't want to out him as Chuy's father?
