My focus is definitely suffering this week I apologize. I forgot to comment yesterday and now I am not sure what I remember...

I think it was one of those episodes with a lot of talking and not much progress. I do remember Lil reminded us that Marta did indeed have an affair with her husband and once again Marta acted entitled instead of repentant and mocked Lil. I struggle so much with this dynamic because on the one hand, Lil is such an unsufferable witch that I can't blame Marta for wanting to stick it to her; but on the other hand, the 'good girls' don't go out and steal other's husbands and then act as if it's the wife's fault and they are themselves blameless and innocent. I think that's my problem with both Marta and Luci - they behave as if they are entitled to whatever it is they want and are above reproach in all situations. It's grating

Did anything else actually show movement? I only remember lots of the same conversations.... oh, and Mark is now out of jail and staying at Juan's so a real danger to Perla. Why did he have Perla's phone??? I can't think of a good reason unless he wanted to search it and make sure she wasn't talking. Maybe he was calling Susan from that phone?

Vino. Darcy, with all you do commenting, recapping etc, even about this flawed novela, I think that you're entitled to an occasional rest. What I remember about yesterday's episode is about how both Luciana and Miguel kept whining and complaining both to each other and to anyone who would listen about the lack of equality in their feelings for each other, the reasons why it was a good idea to break up, Miguel's love for the vineyard, yada yada. Also, from time to time the writers seem to have forgotten that Miguel has been fired (quit?). The sooner this plot strand is over, the better. Lilian, as you describe, is mean as usual and Marta not beyond reproach. Maybe today the plot will actually move on and Miguel will go to work at Erika's. Please, let's have a more interesting plotline!

This flawed novela.... lol that's putting it kindly but we have Sonia to keep our spirits cheered! Every time she says 'Lion Cub' I smile!

Marta doesn't make me smile!!! She is just plain out of line, first telling David to stay away from Luci and then telling Luci for the umpteenth time that she cannot be with the boss. It's annoying, it's insulting, it's borderline degrading and did I mention annoying? Ugh. Luci is a grown woman and her love life is none of your business!

The guys giving Miguel a hard time because he wants to move across town seems a little much, but I tried to remind myself that they grew up together and spent their whole lives together on that vineyard, that's more than just the typical co-worker bond.

I had to LOL when Miguel said Ramon would take his place and Ramon said he wasn't sure he was up for it. Surely, Ramon has been working the vineyard since before Miggy was born, right? Why wouldn't he be up for it??? It's sad, but it reminds me of some very bright capable people I've worked with who never climbed the ladder or went into leadership because they didn't think they 'could' when in reality they had everything they needed to advance except confidence in themselves!

Vino. Totally agree with everything you say, Darcy. And jus when I think all of this whining and complaining and criticizing will end there's more--Mara telling David and Luciana what to do, the other workers criticizing Miguel for leaving, Miguel going to work for the Santa Barbara winery--but no just yet. Kind of funny how Carito is trying to take advantage of Miguel's breakup with Luciana to get him for herself. When Miguel does relocate, I hope this novela moves on to a new set of conflicts.

Vino. And even from Spain Graciela is trying to use Fer to sow discord. Oh deAR.
