Daytime TNs...Y Mas (#1), Week of December 11, 2023

Welcome to page 1 of Daytime TNs! This page is to give those who are watching daytime TNs on any channel a place to discuss the TNs aired prior to 7Pm. If you would like to contribute a recap of just some highlights for a daytime TN, I’m sure there are those who watch the same TNs that would appreciate it.

 8-10 AM: Sonadoras (Unimas)

10-12 PM El Privilegio de Amar (Unimas)

12-2 PM: Apuesta Por un Amor (Unimas)

3-4 PM: Vino El Amor (Univision)

3-5 PM: Amorcito Corazon (Unimas)

5-6 PM: Por Ella Soy Eva (Unimas)

6-7 PM: Abismo de Pasion (Unimas)

This page can also be used as a forum to keep in touch, discuss strolls down the Caray! Caray! memory lane, or anything else that is of interest to the patio.

*** As seems to be our every other week tradition, Zap2it is once again showing pre-emptions for Vino on Tuesday and Weds for Futbol. I am assuming Unimas will have similar pre-emptions, but Zap2it was glitching on the Unimas page and I couldn't get the data after refreshing several times!!

Vino

Well, Leon and Sonia are having fun....at least someone is!

Perla is learning to fear Juan, which she probably should! He seems to have genuine affection for her, but you know if she got in his way that affection would disappear!

Fern is feeling better, and Bobby is becoming a brat!!! Did they need to switch places?? I can understand wanting attention especially at that age, but he bursts into the room in the middle of Luci's business call, talks at full volume even after it's clear she's on the phone, and throws a fit that she's too busy for him. It's eye roll inducing, especially since he hasn't been that unreasonable until the last two weeks or so. If David has to work then he's neglecting Bobby and if he can't go to a work event because he needs to be with Bobby, he doesn't care about work! Both Luci and Bobby sounded like petulant 8-year-olds complaining about David not having time for them! Poor guy can't win, I don't feel sorry for him.

How can Bobby go to school in San Francisco?? I am not an expert on CA geography, but I know enough to be reasonably sure that San Francisco and Sonoma are too far apart for a quick morning jaunt to drop off the kid at school. Is Gracie getting her boarding school wish, closer to home?

I would say it good to see Lil draws the line at murder, based on how aghast she was with Gracie's comment that Mark should have killed Luciana and did them all a favor. But I can't help but wonder if her reaction would be the same if it had been Marta almost killed? Would she be wishing Mark pulled the trigger? Or thinking that there were more civilized ways to get rid of someone??

Erika is hanging in there, but I'm not convinced we are out of the woods yet.

Futbol on Tues and Weds....I don't really mind pre-emptions as a rule, kind of nice to have a break; but there have been A LOT of them during Vino's run!!! And especially now that we are getting closer to our 'por fin' moment, I wish the pre-emptions would stop and we can get to the anvils!!!

"VINO" Highlights Discussion:

Darcy: Erika still alive for now, but I wouldn't be shocked if she kicks the bucket later this week.

Crazy Whacky Blonde wanting Luciana dead. Good luck with that nutjob.

Pete Wilson 2.0 (Buji Lillian) still a Jackass.

Now we see Perla slowly being scared of Creepy Juan LOL. Gut feeling both Perla & Juan will get their Karma anvils soon.

The only good thing of yesterday's episode: Sonia & LionCub.

Vino. I grew up in Napa, which is about 60 miles from San Francisco. When I was in school, San Francisco was the object of school field trips to museums, etc., and in middle school and high school school clubs and other organizations would occasionally go to the theater, to Fisherman's Wharf, to tours of historic areas, etc. I believe that Sonoma is a little closer, but still way too far to go to school there every day. Where I live now, Chicago was my children's San Francisco. And btw, does San Francisco even have a futbol school? I also hope that Sonia and Leon make it official soon--it would be a pleasant change from all the dysfunctional romances. I too wish there were fewer sports cancellations. The sooner this novela gets over the better.
