Preemption Alert: Fugitivas and La Historia de Juana will be preempted on Wednesday due to fútbol! El Precio de Amarte will air at its regular time.
Welcome to page 1 of Primetime TNs/Series. La Historia de Juana is still moving along quite well with Liz providing some juicy recaps! Diana is stalwart with her recaps for Fugitivas…and so appreciative of help from others! So let’s cheer them on and join in on the discussions!! As always and PLE-E-EASE!!, if some other brave soul(s) would like to contribute a recap or just some highlights for any of the listed TNs, it would be greatly appreciated. You can also add to or clarify scenes/details, especially those that are favs or not-so-favs. The TNs covered by this page are:

FUGITIVAS #40 Part 1
Ismael tells Alejandro he is going to be taken to the prosecutor’s office; Alejandro strikes a casual pose putting his feet on the table. We see the camera flash to Lorena’s worried face as she listens from the basement.
“Where is Lorena Martinez Ismael” rages?? This is beginning to be as oft repeated as “Where in the world is Waldo?” 😊
Florencia and Vero have their usual sparring argument; Vero is contemptuous of Gabriela and badmouths Lorena until Flor tells her “basta”. Vero spills vitriol, singing the same old song that Lorena is a murderer.
Ismael tells his team that Lorena is nowhere to be found, vamos! He takes off his bullet proof vest as he gets in the car and glares at Alejandro who is looking out the window. Alejandro descends the stairs and comforts Lorena, they’re gone. Alejandro tells her that she is safe but he is worried about his tio, where is he?
Frida talks with Marta. “What is wrong” Frida says? “You” Marta answers honestly but not unkindly. She isn’t happy about her relationship with Dario. She brings up Carmen and a tearful Frida grabs her hand and tries to explain. “I love him with all my heart” she tells Marta. Montse comes over and immediately knows she has interrupted something. Frida tells her and Montse hugs her. “You knew?” Marta asks incredulously to which Montse answers yes. Montse tells her they are happy. Having heard enough, Marta walks away despite Frida’s tears. Montse tries to soothe an inconsolable Frida.
Alejandro goes to his uncle’s house, yelling for him but there is no answer. He runs into the back yard…
Alejandro goes to the police to see if they know anything about Alfredo.
Vilchis is seen by the doctor who appears to have good news as his sister is finally smiling rather than crying. Vilchis no longer looks like he’s at death’s door.
Alejandro and Lorena talk and hold each other’s faces tightly. They kiss and he mounts the stairs.
Ahhh, here’s Alfredo, being Interrogated by Ismael and Patricio.

FUGITIVAS #40 Part 2
Much to their dismay, the thug tells Ismael and his sister they are leaving. Ismael leaves with a suitcase of medicine.
Nicolas informs Arturo that Lorena wasn’t arrested and is still “free”. Patience exhausted, Arturo screams and assures him that the police are useless. He goes into Flor’s office and tells her Lorena is gone. Flor says she is clever. Did you talk to Nico she asks. Yes. She urges him to calm down.
Alejandro goes to Ismael’s office wanting to know where his uncle is.
The thug, Vilchis and his sister get in the car. All of a sudden, Vilchis, sitting in the back seat, grabs the thug from behind, arms around his neck as his sister injects him with a hypodermic needle!
Alejandro tells Ismael his uncle doesn’t know anything. Patricio comes in and he tells him he wants his tio freed. Ismael says let me talk with Patricio. It doesn’t appear they have enough to hold Alfredo.
Lorena is still in the basement, lying on the cold floor…
Patricio comes into the interrogation room where Alfedo is and has him sign a statement. He tries to shake Patricio’s hand but he won’t take it.
Vilchis and his sister are in a house, agitated and quickly leave, she rolling a suitcase out.
Alejandro and his uncle finally meet up. Alfredo assures him he is fine.
The thug finally comes to and sees his prisoners are gone. He grabs the hypodermic needle and says “maldito”.
Nico eavesdrops at Amanda’s door as she is on the phone. Hearing her conversation, he now knows she is the one from the prosecutor’s office leaking confidential information! She pleads with him not to turn her in to Ismael. When Ismael appears, she stares at Nico, eyes big as saucers, silently begging him not to say anything.
The thug has to face Arturo and tell him what happened. Arturo, already having a bad day, is livid. He tells him to find them.

FUGITIVAS #40 Part 3 of 3
Marta’s phone rings and she smiles. Good evening Patricio she says. They are both grinning like teenagers when they agree to go out.
Lorena hears footsteps; the door opens and it’s Alejandro. They hug tightly as he asks her if she is all right. She comes upstairs and Alfredo greets her. She hugs him and he gives Ale the thumbs up sign behind her back. They are getting ready to leave for Guatemala.
Erick enters the bar and approaches an upset Lisset. What’s wrong princess he asks. I think she says it’s her mother’s birthday (?) He is very kind and sweet to her giving her butterfly kisses…
Alejandro and Lorena bid a fond farewell to Alfredo and drive off.
Ismael comes home and Florencia purrs saying she was worried about him. She asks about Lorena and he says they didn’t find her. “Maldita Lorena” she mutters…
Vincente and Gabriela are having dinner. He tells her she isn’t alone, she has him. Te amo he says as they kiss with the Coca Colas front and center as usual.
Oh no. Alejandro and Lorena have arrived at a checkpoint. He tells her to be calm although his face reflects he is plainly worried. Buenos Noches the policeman says, and after shining a flashlight in their eyes, asks for their IDs…
40 episodes down, 40 more to go.

Nice job, Diana. Loved the "Where's Waldo?" I wonder how much companies pay for product placement. Another entertaining episode.
EXTRAS
Alejandro tells Ismael that he is going too far and that he better leave him alone or he will file harassment charges against the prosecutor's office. He has no evidence to take him into custody. Ismael answers that Alejandro has been lucky so far but his luck is going to run out.
Alejandro told Ismael that he was taking some time off of work and that is why he was out in the country.
Flo tells Vero not to go arguing with Gabriela as if she were a fishwife. (Funny but she looked sort of like a fish in her reaction) Vero is outraged that anyone would call her that but no worries, she won't be saying a word to Gabriela again!!! Flo doesn't look convinced.
Ismael, Patricio and crew return to Mexico City.
Frida tells Marta that she just couldn't help falling in love with Darío. It just happened. Marta insists that she tell Darío the truth that she is a fugitive.
Alejandro threatens Ismael with filing a complaint of abuse of power against him if he does not release his uncle since they have no evidence to hold him on either.
Patricio has Alfredo sign a statement that he was not tortured during his interrogation. Alfredo first has to give the statement a quick read and then signs.
Alfredo tells Alejandro that he was never was going to give the police info an innocent woman and furthermore Lorena is like a part of the family considering how much in love Alejandro is in love with her.
Not only did Amanda leak the info but she let it look like Nico was at fault keeping herself squeaky clean in the eyes of everyone. She insists she only did it once and that it will never happen again. That is not enough to satisfy Nico. He will not miss an opportunity to restore his reputation. He says he's sorry. End of conversation. She looks worried.
Alfredo is going to let Alejandro use his vehicle to take Lorena to the border with Guatemala. Alfredo cannot drive them himself because he is being watched by the police. Alejandro will then return to Mexico so as not to raise any suspicions since he is supposed to be taking a few days off in the country.

Fugitivas
Lisette was upset because it is her mother's birthday. She says her mother would never forgive her because she believed in honesty and Lisette robbed someone. So now we know what she was in for. Though when she first got out she was looking for stolen money so that makes sense. I don't think her mother ever visited her in jail.

It seems inevitable that Dario will find out about Frida from someone else which will upset him even more.

Juana #35 part 1
Juana and David walk into layers office and Gabriel is there. Everyone is blaming everyone else. Claudio explains he was just telling Gabriel about David’s friend and didn’t know Gabriel was involved. Claudio tells Juana to please sit down.
Carmen is still outside the office building. He gets a call telling him he’ll be sent the floor number.
David is saying he’ll marry Juana and claim the baby. Gabriel tells Juana he loves her. Claudio says let’s find a solution.
Camila tells her mom she married a millionaire and he disappeared, she doesn’t know if he’s dead or alive. Reny knocks and when Camila answers Camacho takes her. Meanwhile Manuel is on the phone saying Camila isn’t there, he’ll let him know when she is. The coworker that was worried comes in and asks about his sister and him. She tells him she can count on him. He asks if she’s seen Camila.
Best scene, the lawyer mentions the 3 of them, David says 4-the baby too. Claudio says 3, Juana, the baby and Gabriel. You’re just an observer. Juana doesn’t feel she can trust Gabriel, he says he could feel the same way about her, she happens to end up working at the brewery when she’s pregnant with his baby.
Ramon is thinking of Josefina and the kiss. Margarita brings him tea, she thinks they should move in with Josefina. Ramon says no, it’s not the best for everyone. He never should have returned.
Gabriel says Juana could be after her money. Juana says David cares more for her and the baby than Gabriel. He says it’s not true.
Paula tells her mom she remembers Juana. She was crazy with jealousy and ran out and had the accident. Mom tells her about Camila overhearing about Paula taking birth control pills when she was in the hospital thinking she was there for a miscarriage. Tania overhears this.
Juana just wants to come to an agreement so she can have a calm pregnancy. Gabriel asks about their love and magical relationship. Juana doesn’t agree about the relationship, but Gabriel says it’s still our baby.
Paula says Gabriel must not find out. Amparo says Camila won’t have the chance to tell him. Tania is still listening.
Camila’s mom wants to go to the police. Reny says she can’t, the man is very powerful. Then she says she should have defended Camila against her dad. Reny says he’ll help Camila.
The lawyer has papers. They each agree to sign.
Camacho has brought Camila to Rogelio. He’s addicted to her. He calls her a traitor, you were supposed to vote my way. Camila asks him to leave her alone, he’s a monster. One of his men is going to the jail to see her brother. And don’t count on Gabriel to help you.
Leaving the lawyers, Davis apologizes for Gabriel being there. Juana feels it worked out well. David doesn’t think Gabriel will abide by the paper. The gunman appears, Juana shouts Gabriel’s name and David pushes him aside and gets shot. Gabriel calls for help

Juana # 35 part 2
Manuel drinks from a flask. Carlos asks where Rogelio is. He has a bad feeling and Camila isn’t there either. Manuel says Gabriel isn’t here and that’s not strange.
The police are at the lawyers building and Caimen has shed his hoodie and walks out with a briefcase.
Two coworkers mention David and Juana to Dani. She’s fine with it. They say how modern she is, they remember the kiss.
David is on a stretcher in the ambulance. Juana gets in with him.
Salvador asks Inez about Camila. She says others need her too but she’s not answering her phone. Salvador wonders if she disappeared like her husband. He then asks Manuel if he’s seen her. He wants to ask if she knows her husband is in Spain. Manuel says he doesn’t use social media.
Enriqueta is going on about how great the business is doing. Carlos stops her to tell her about the shooting but doesn’t want people to know yet so don’t say anything.
Josefina’s neighbors bring in two posters of Juana’s ad. Then they do the song and dance from the commercial. Jenny tells them they don’t want to know anything about that beer. When the two ladies leave Jenny and Josefina laugh.
At the hospital Gabriel asks Juana how David is. Juana cries, he lost a lot of blood, it’s not fair, he’s such a good person.
Ramon is crying and packing. He looks at a picture of Margarita and says she’ll have Josefina, Jenny and Juana. And Felipe will turn out to be a good brother. He writes a note.
Amparo helps Paula to bed. She’s worried Camila will talk so calls her. Camila tells her she’s wore about Gabriel’s life, tell your father not to do anything. I forgot to say Rogelio took off his belt, we didn’t see him beat Camila, but he did.
Margarita comes home and calls for her dad.
Jenny asks Fabio why the Rubio beer is here. Fabio tells her Ricardo’s roommate works there. Jenny listens to a message from her dad. He loves her very much and is sorry for the years they lost. He asks a favor, never leave your sister alone.
Paula is calling Gabriel and can’t reach him She asks her mom if she thinks Rogelio would hurt Gabriel.
Camila asks Inez where Gabriel is. Inez asks her why she’s so worried and she says she has her reasons.
Camacho gives Rogelio a drink and asks if he hurt Camila. He did what Rogelio asked and brought her to him. Rogelio starts talking about light and darkness. He would like to bring light inside of Camila, she’s the only woman he feels passion for, maybe love.
Inez is calling Gabriel and tells Camila there’s no answer. Manuel appears and takes her into his office. She tells him his dad is manipulating her, Manuel says he understands but Camila say’s no, he tortured me. Manuel tells her the detective saw a photo of Francisco on social media, in Spain.
Gabriel brings Juana water. She can’t get what happened out of her mind. The sound of the bullet, David on the floor. Something could have happened to her or the baby. The bullet was meant for him. He knows, she asks why, he doesn’t know. She tells him he needs to increase his security. He tells her he loves her. She says we’ll parent the child separately, you and I are done. David took a bullet for you, he’s part of this story.
Liz
Manuel drinks from a flask. Carlos asks where Rogelio is. He has a bad feeling and Camila isn’t there either. Manuel says Gabriel isn’t here and that’s not strange.
The police are at the lawyers building and Caimen has shed his hoodie and walks out with a briefcase.
Two coworkers mention David and Juana to Dani. She’s fine with it. They say how modern she is, they remember the kiss.
David is on a stretcher in the ambulance. Juana gets in with him.
Salvador asks Inez about Camila. She says others need her too but she’s not answering her phone. Salvador wonders if she disappeared like her husband. He then asks Manuel if he’s seen her. He wants to ask if she knows her husband is in Spain. Manuel says he doesn’t use social media.
Enriqueta is going on about how great the business is doing. Carlos stops her to tell her about the shooting but doesn’t want people to know yet so don’t say anything.
Josefina’s neighbors bring in two posters of Juana’s ad. Then they do the song and dance from the commercial. Jenny tells them they don’t want to know anything about that beer. When the two ladies leave Jenny and Josefina laugh.
At the hospital Gabriel asks Juana how David is. Juana cries, he lost a lot of blood, it’s not fair, he’s such a good person.
Ramon is crying and packing. He looks at a picture of Margarita and says she’ll have Josefina, Jenny and Juana. And Felipe will turn out to be a good brother. He writes a note.
Amparo helps Paula to bed. She’s worried Camila will talk so calls her. Camila tells her she’s wore about Gabriel’s life, tell your father not to do anything. I forgot to say Rogelio took off his belt, we didn’t see him beat Camila, but he did.
Margarita comes home and calls for her dad.
Jenny asks Fabio why the Rubio beer is here. Fabio tells her Ricardo’s roommate works there. Jenny listens to a message from her dad. He loves her very much and is sorry for the years they lost. He asks a favor, never leave your sister alone.
Paula is calling Gabriel and can’t reach him She asks her mom if she thinks Rogelio would hurt Gabriel.
Camila asks Inez where Gabriel is. Inez asks her why she’s so worried and she says she has her reasons.

What would a person do in Alfredo's position if he didn't have a nephew who is a lawyer? Would they have released him if Alejandro hadn't shown up? I got the impression everyone was just furious the mission failed so having Alfredo was'at least something'.
I like Frida, but 'I couldn't help falling in love' doesn't work on those who aren't on this love drug unfortunately.

FUGITIVAS #41 Part 1
Alejandro and Lorena have been stopped at the checkpoint. Shining flashlights in their faces, the agents have asked for their IDs. Alejandro has no issue with his as it reflects his true identity, “Alejandro Castillo”. However, Lorena’s ID bears the name “Angelina Jolie”. The agent laughs at her having the same name of the famous actress and any tension is immediately broken. They are allowed to proceed.
At the bar, Dario tells green wigged Frida she looks divine. Her eyes fill with tears as she walks away.
Arturo and Florencia discuss Lorena’s truly amazing “escape”. Florencia is relieved Alejandro has eluded capture; had he been arrested, her affair with Juan Pablo would have come out ending her marriage to Ismael. Florencia sneers to her father Lorena is Juan Pablo’s murderer.
A sad Frida talks with Lisset and Montse. She tells them about her conversation with Marta who wants her to tell Dario the truth. Montse brings up Carmen and then Lisset dissolves into tears about it being her mother’s birthday.
Dario comes into Matias’ room singing happy birthday. He gives him a black box containing RAZZ sneakers which seem to be the latest and greatest. Matias breaks out in a huge grin and hugs him.
Matias seems to express some misgivings about his birthday to both Dario and later, Marta…
Alejandro is sleeping in the passenger seat of the truck and wakes up startled and he and Lorena laugh.
Marta hugs Matias and wishes him a happy birthday but he doesn’t smile and is still rather cold. He gives his father some attitude much to the chagrin of his father and grandmother.
Nico strides into Amanda’s office with a far too cheery good morning. She asks if he is going to keep quiet. I didn’t understand his answer but it looks as though he has insisted she agree to something she doesn’t want to.
Vincente gives Gabriela a pep talk and kisses her on the cheek.
Marta enters the bathroom and Frida is there; she tells her it is Matias’ birthday. They talk but I don’t think anything was resolved. Frida tells the other women about Matias’ birthday and it seems Montse is going to be in charge of the gift.

Lorena and Alejandro are out and about in the sunshine. They have a nice lunch and share a sweet kiss. They laugh about their experience at the checkpoint.
Florencia gives her father design plans as he rages and rants about Lorena.
Erick is at a house looking for a woman saying he is her sobrino.
Montse is all gussied up for her shopping trip with full makeup and fresh attitude.
Dario and Frida kiss passionately and break apart quickly as Marta comes in with an armload of shopping bags. Frida blows him a kiss behind Marta’s back.
Amanda has one of the agents in her office. They are watching a video of one of the fugitives on his phone. It is Soledad with a man with a gun on the street. They go right into Patricio’s office.
Alejandro and “Angelina Jolie” talk to one of the owners (?) of the hotel. He refers to Lorena as his pregnant spouse.
Nico and Ismael talk about Lorena; they go into Patricio’s office and Amanda plays the video for them. Nico interjects something which Patricio declines…
Vero gives a folder to a man to hand to Gabriela who is sitting but a few feet away. Gabriela gets up to talk to her trying to find a way they can work together but is met with stone cold silence. Gabriela gets the message and walks away as Vero raises her eyebrows in disgust behind her back.
Alejandro and Lorena have checked into a room and kiss, lying down on the bed.
A man at the video store asks Montse for some advice on a futbol video for his son. He invites her for coffee and she agrees putting her arm through his…He seems charmed and asks for her phone number. “Cecelia Ramos” she replies, he introduces himself and kisses her hand.

Marta and Frida are prepping for Matias’ celebration.
More afterglow and pillow talk for Lorena and Alejandro, him talking about juntos.
Lisset returns to work and Charo is delighted to see her (NOT).
Montse finally returns home and hands a less than enthused Frida the video. She is not pleased at or seemingly interested in Montse’s adventures. Montse points out everyone has someone except her.
Nico wants Amanda to do something I didn’t understand; he is my father she argues. Then sensing that she has no choice, she agrees. He leaves wearing his smarmy smile.
Alejandro calls Sofia, telling her the police had intercepted their previous call. She asks why and he says it’s a long story. She knows Lorena is involved and tells him to be careful.
Everyone is in the decorated kitchen when the birthday boy comes in; they serenade him and Matias smiles saying thank you. Congratulations they say as Lisset hands him the video and gives him a hug and kiss. The table is laden with food and they all sit down; Dario cuffs him on the shoulders and Matias smiles.
Arturo is continuing to ream out The Thug when Vincente arrives, stopping at Gabriela’s desk. He makes a kissing motion at her, smiling and then enters Arturo’s office. “Hijo” Arturo says. Vincente immediately recognizes the man as the one in Vilchis’ hospital room. He puts two and two together and immediately asks him if he has any involvement in Lorena’s case!
For me, this was the most difficult episode to translate of the series thus far. There were a few scenes during which I gleaned almost nothing and a few others during which I drew a blank. I apologize. Anything that you can add would be greatly appreciated.
Comcast’s schedule for the remainder of the week has changed. Again. I will address that tomorrow.

Ismael tells Flo that his intuition tells him that the woman on the motorcycle was Lorena. Somebody must have tipped them off because they were tapping Alejandro's phone and there were no calls. He will capture Lorena. Flo adds that she has to pay for killing JP.
Matías is a brat to his father about not being properly groomed for school and reminds him that since he is 16, he can now got to school on his now as they had agreed to sometime in the past. Marta tells Darío that Matías is a true teenager. She decides to plan a birthday supper for Matías anyway.
Nico appears in Amanda's office. She asks what is his silence going to cost her. He wants to work with her. She answers that is what they do. He clarifies himself saying he wants both of them to catch the remaining fugitivas together. He tells her she is a good detective and they can make a good team.
It is up to her and she agrees.
Frida tries to make things good with Marta by telling her how it was never her intention to fall in love with Darío and cannot get him out of her heart. Marta apologizes for being so hard on her She doesn't want either Frida or her son to come out of this situation hurt. Frida wishes she could tell her that isn't going to happen but she knows that isn't how it will be. Frida knows Darío will never forgive her. Marta says that is why now is the time for them to leave. Frida will miss Marta a lot. Marta will also miss her. They love each other and share a hug.
Flo tells her father that is okay with Lorena not being caught because she doesn't want Alejandro to make good on his threat and tell everyone about her and JP because then she will lose Ismael. Arturo will never forgive Alejandro for defaming him in public.
Lorena and Alejandro get new cellphones.Next thing is to find an apartment.
Alejandro is covering all expenses.

Frida is worried that Montse is going to draw attention to herself dressed as well as she is. Montse says nobody would expect a fugitive to be dressed like she is.
Alejandro and Lorena get their story together before they go to rent an apartment. They are a couple. He will be coming and going because he works for the Jolie & Associates construction company and is scoping out locations.
Frida tells Darío how lucky she was to have met him. He argues that he was the lucky one. He blesses the day that she came through the door and asked him for a job. She changed his life and he never wants to be separated from him. Frida agrees.
Amanda tells Patricio it is one of the fugitives Soledad Ureña on the video. She is stealing auto parts. Patricio tells her and another officer to track Soledad down and the victim of the crime to see if he filed a complaint, etc.
Lorena and Alejandro go to rent an apartment advertised in the newspaper. The owner says a six month rental would be fine. Alejandro says he is in town because he is scoping out land for a construction company he works for. He will be in and out of town while his wife will definitely be staying there.
Nico tells Ismael that Claudio Vilchis was discharged yesterday but never came to ratify his testimony against Lorena.
Nico wants to help Patricio track down Soledad. Patricio quickly turns down his offer. Amanda notices. Ismael tells Patricio about Vilchis. Amanda wonders if Lorena is threatening him again. Patricio wants all of the hospital security tapes from the last week to see if Lorena was around.
The man with Montse just got back from Colombia after spending many years there. He is a civil engineer specializing in bridge building. Montse says she is a physical therapist who works with people at their homes. She says her name is Cecilia Ramos del Campo. He introduces himself as Facundo Alvarez.

Neither Lorena or Alejandro are happy about him having to go back. Lorena says if he doesn't go back the police will be out looking for him and he used his passport to cross the border. His plan is to go back for a few months and keep busy with other cases so there is no link to her. When things are calm again, he will come back to be with her. They can make a life together in Guatemala. She says he won't be able to be a lawyer. He says he can do other things like opening a bakery!
Nico reminds Amanda that they made a deal but she is not keeping her part of it. They were to be working together. He wants to be a part of the Soledad case. She argues that the commander is in charge of the case. He reminds her that he is her father. She can't do a thing. Nico concludes that it is time for him to tell Ismael that she was the one who leaked the info. Suddenly, Amanda is motivated to get him on the case.
Arturo tells the thug he doesn't want to hear from him until he has taken care of Vilchis and his sister.
Frida is worried that Montse is going to draw attention to herself dressed as well as she is. Montse says nobody would expect a fugitive to be dressed like she is.
Alejandro and Lorena get their story together before they go to rent an apartment. They are a couple. He will be coming and going because he works for the Jolie & Associates construction company and is scoping out locations.
Frida tells Darío how lucky she was to have met him. He argues that he was the lucky one. He blesses the day that she came through the door and asked him for a job. She changed his life and he never wants to be separated from him. Frida agrees.
Amanda tells Patricio it is one of the fugitives Soledad Ureña on the video. She is stealing auto parts. Patricio tells her and another officer to track Soledad down and the victim of the crime to see if he filed a complaint, etc.
Lorena and Alejandro go to rent an apartment advertised in the newspaper. The owner says a six month rental would be fine. Alejandro says he is in town because he is scoping out land for a construction company he works for. He will be in and out of town while his wife will definitely be staying there.
Nico tells Ismael that Claudio Vilchis was discharged yesterday but never came to ratify his testimony against Lorena.
Nico wants to help Patricio track down Soledad. Patricio quickly turns down his offer. Amanda notices. Ismael tells Patricio about Vilchis. Amanda wonders if Lorena is threatening him again. Patricio wants all of the hospital security tapes from the last week to see if Lorena was around.
The man with Montse just got back from Colombia after spending many years there. He is a civil engineer specializing in bridge building. Montse says she is a physical therapist who works with people at their homes. She says her name is Cecilia Ramos del Campo. He introduces himself as Facundo Alvarez.
and kisses her hand.
Neither Lorena or Alejandro are happy about him having to go back. Lorena says if he doesn't go back the police will be out looking for him and he used his passport to cross the border. His plan is to go back for a few months and keep busy with other cases so there is no link to her. When things are calm again, he will come back to be with her. They can make a life together in Guatemala. She says he won't be able to be a lawyer. He says he can do other things like opening a bakery!

Nico is loathsome but he knows opportunity when it knocks. Hitching his wagon to Amanda was a smart move; her agreeing to their "partnership" was a bad decision. But in truth, she brought this on herself.

Several times last night we were told Fugitivas will return on Friday.
This is not reflected in Comcast's schedule (as of this moment) but that's nothing new.
My brother will be here for Thanksgiving and I will not be able to recap Friday. I realize this is a major holiday but if anyone is able to watch Friday or has a VCR and can watch sometime over the weekend and post even a few highlights that would be wonderful.
I will have to wait to watch until the episode is available On Demand on Monday. I will post a few highlights only as I'll be recapping Monday night too.

I think you are right, Diana, about Amanda’s redemption since she is Patricio’s daughter. They are both bull-headed when it comes to work but he knows the moral limits. Her morality is shaky at best.
I am one of those people who is always interested in the geography of shows/movies and how well the writers have done their homework. It gets bad when I personally know the city or place and writers make errors like having parallel streets intersect. : (

Juana # 36 part 1
Gabriel can’t imagine his life without Juana. She says it’s finished. As she walks away Gabriel says, “for you”
Rogelio gets a call from Paula but doesn’t answer. Camacho gets a call, Caimen failed and shot David.
Paula is upset, she asks if her dad would really hurt Gabriel. Amparo tells her the hate for theRubios was passed down to Rogelio for generations. Paula feels He should go after Juana and the baby.
Fabio, Jenny and Edmundo are talking. Fabio loved the kiss the boss gave her. She disagrees. She then gets a strange voicemail from her dad and calls Margarita. Her dad isn’t there but she thinks he’s gone out. After hanging up Margarita sees the note from her dad. He’s coughing a lot and getting on a bus. Meanwhile Josefina is thinking of their last conversation and the kiss. Pepito comes in and starts counting money.
Manuel brings forms that Gabriel asked for to Inez. Camila is upset that Gabriel isn’t there. Inez points out that a lot of them aren’t there, and names our main characters.
Carlos and Enriqueta are at the hospital. David was shot near the heart. Carlos says it’s someone that knew Gabriel well. Salvador comes in, he feels the disappearance of Francisco and the attempt on Gabriel’s life are connected. Juana is telling Enriqueta what happened, she’s sure the guy was trying to kill Gabriel. Enriqueta thinks Juana’s family should know, she’ll call them.
Salvador asks Carlos and Gabriel if they suspect anyone. Carlos does but doesn’t want to name him without proof. He tells Salvador he thinks whoever was behind the contaminated beer is behind the shooting. Gabriel disagrees
Rogelio arrives at Paula’s and says he didn’t do anything to Gabriel and promises he won’t.
Inez tells Camila what happened and asks her if she knew something. Camila says she just had a bad feeling.
Manuel goes to that girl coworker and kisses her. She removes his hand and tells him first he calls, they go out, date.

Felipe brings Enriqueta to his home. No one’s there so he has a thought. Enriqueta says no, come to my place. He gets some clothes.
Juana is at Dani’s. They can see David tomorrow. Dani gets them food and Juana explains why they were all together at the lawyer’s.
Gabriel is at the hacienda telling Almita and Tomas someone tried to kill him. His guards are there. Camila was found wandering around outside the house. Gabriel wants to talk to Camila alone and sends everyone out. She tells him it was Rogelio.
Josefina wakes up Margarita. She wants to go back to their place, maybe Ramon returned.
Felipe has cooked breakfast at Enriqueta’s. She asks how he feels about his dad leaving. He says it’s worse this time because he left his daughter. He thanks her for being here for him. She gives him a set of keys and tells him this is your house too.
Dani and Juana go to see David. Juana tells David she doesn’t want to come between the friendship he has with Gabriel. She’s having the baby of the man she loves. She thanks David for his friendship and help. Gabriel comes in happy to see David better. He wants to talk to him alone so the girls leave. David seems to say he took the bullet so Juana would fall in love with him
Dani can tell by Juana’s face that she loves Gabriel. Juana says he thinks I hate him. Dani tells her how wonderful David is, she should give him a chance. Juana says Dani loves him.
Gabriel tells David Juana has a big heart, she could marry David and raise the child-but what about love. David says he’s patient. Gabriel thanks him for saving his life. David asks about who did it. Gabriel tells him Carlos’ theory and that Camila named someone, he won’t say who. David tells him to be careful, they’ll try again.
Carlos accuses Rogelio of trying to kill Gabriel. Rogelio says that’s ridiculous, but then goes on about how the Rubio’s took their land and everything. There’s almost a fight but Manuel breaks it up. Carlos blames Rogelio for Francisco’s disappearance.
David agrees with Carlos’ theory. Gabriel leaves and talks to Dani in the waiting room. She’s the reason he met and got to know Juana. He tells her all the encounters that she was behind. He tells her you’re her best friend, I want you to know how much I love her. He says David saved my life and you gave me a reason to live.
Josefina has the family together. She tells them Ramon has an aggressive cancer and is dying. Jenny is crying and even Felipe looks upset.

Jarifa, wonder how far the pueblo was from Mexico city. They did drive all night. We did many a cross country trip of 700-800 miles with 3 small children. If the starting point was a couple of hours away it is certainly doable with 2 drivers. . . My longest solo trip was from South Jersey to near Omaha NE. That was a 6 stop 24 hour drive. And my 4 year old daughter was a dream companion on the journey.

I'm caught up on all 4 shows in watching finally. It will be easier when I only follow 2 evening shows and perhaps share recap duties again. That was my hope with this one but no one took on sed de Venganza so I went over to that one with no idea how many episodes I'm in for.
