FUGITIVAS #62 Part 1

Daniel wants Natalia and the baby to be with him; they will be a family once Natalia is released. Daniel kisses Natalia through his jail cell bars. With that, she is dragged away (screaming and crying) to be transferred from jail to prison. He tells Natalia he loves her and she returns the sentiment as Amanda stares, seemingly unmoved.

Lorena tells Frida that Alejandro told her Ismael may be open to the fact someone other than her may have murdered Juan Pablo. Lorena also tells her Ismael is divorcing Florencia. She says she is madly in love with Alejandro.

Patricio seems to thank Ismael for giving Amanda another chance. Ismael stops him and says he thinks very highly of her. Just then Amanda bursts in and tells them about Natalia.

Teo has brought Lucre to the outside of a beauty salon; she is on the threshold, looking in with great trepidation. She won’t enter. What is it he asks? He tries to alleviate her fears. She is still looking scared and looks as though she wants to bolt. Eventually, she takes a few tentative steps inside looking very uncertain.

Patricio is there as Daniel is released. He asks about Natalia but first and foremost, Patricio wants to know where the baby is. Daniel tells him honestly that he doesn’t know. Patricio thinks they are with her friends. Daniel tries again to tell him he doesn’t know where she is. If you find out let me know Patricio says and then sighs as Daniel leaves.

Elenita is nestled in Frida’s arms and with Dario listening outside the door, tells the baby she isn’t alone; she says things are complicated with her mother (I’ll say!). Dario comes in, tears running down his cheeks. How are you she asks concernedly. Mal he answers. He felt helpless in not defending Natalia. I think he also says he was glad Frida wasn’t with them or it would have been disastrous. She tells him to be calm; they both lean forward ready to kiss but he pulls back at the last second.

Amanda puts a big red X on Natalia’s picture on the board but doesn’t look the least bit upset.

Ismael tells Patricio and Amanda that Nico is plotting against him; he asks them to make Nico believe he is in control (AS IF!) and that his presence at the office is vital.

After a wash and color, Vincente tells Lucre she is bonita. Indeed the transformation is amazing. She has more misgivings but thanks Vincente.

A nasty guard is making Natalia’s prison homecoming even harder to endure. She is also harassed by a few other prisoners but finds her friends who are happy to see her. Is it a boy or girl one asks. A girl she smiles. She tells them about La Superiora and the other fugitivas.

FUGITIVAS #62 Part 2

Gabriela brings Florencia a report and we are shocked to see Florencia actually hasn’t forgotten how to smile. Gabriela thanks her for all she and her family have done. Flor says te quiero mucho (I don’t think she means a word of it). All of a sudden, Florencia gets indigestion and then, beats a hasty retreat as she start to throw up, not unnoticed by Gabriela.

Natalia calls Marta as the girls play cards. She asks her about Daniel. Natalia asks Marta to give him their child.

Vincente and Lucre are being given a tour of the rehab center by the doctor. Vincente asks her what her impression is; “bien” she answers. She leaves to return to her street friends, at least for the moment.

Amanda, Patricio and Ismael are looking at the fugitivas board and appear to be zooming in on Frida and another woman “Alina”.

After a bit of urging, Marta calls Patricio but gets his voice mail.

Florencia sashays into Nico’s. He offers her wine or a drink but she declines.

Patricio calls Marta: it sounded as though he told her Natalia is a good girl and has a boyfriend who was released.

Nico is watching futbol and is more interested in the game than her. When he finally zeros in on her and tries to give her a hug, she pulls away, stiffens her spine and tells him she is going back with Ismael.

Lucre gets the attention of her friends who comment on her new look and encourage her. She takes out Vincente’s card.

Nico is really upset. He thought she was getting divorced. He is my husband she says, fueling Nico’s fire. Nico yells and screams. He sarcastically tells her to be happy and then opens the door, slamming it behind her.

Natalia cries on the top bunk as one of the other women offers comfort stroking her hair and kissing her head.

FUGITIVAS #62 Part 3 of 3

Marta and the fugitivas greet Dario warmly. Marta prepares to take the baby and Dario offers to go with her but she says no. Dario and the girls seem to discuss their false documents but I couldn’t really follow…

Vincente ignores his phone and Gabriela correctly guesses it is his mother. She urges him to talk with her…Vicente opens up admitting his mother was overbearing; she caused him many problems. After he held an unauthorized party at her house and one of his guests stole all of her jewelry, she was furious and their relationship fractured. Gabriela continues to encourage him to talk with her.

Everyone gathers to say goodbye to Elenita, the tiny tyke is swaddled in a blue blanket; Dario kisses his mother on the cheek.

Lucre’s friends are cleaning up and one of them finds Vincente’s card.

Marta finds Daniel’s house; as he lets her in he stares at the baby stammering, asking if it is his daughter. As he holds Elenita, he grins ear to ear, clearly delighted. Marta tells him how she knows Natalia.

Frida runs into Dario in the kitchen; they smile at each other and it appears the great thaw is underway.

Florencia is on the phone as Arturo comes in yelling (is it something about her mother??) Oh and Vero sticks her head in and says something about the clinic appointment much to Florencia’s consternation. It looks like Arturo’s radar is up.

Oh noes!! There is a loud knock on Daniel’s door! He peeks out the window, and there is Patricio, larger than life. He tells Marta and she is impactada, saying this is going to cause problems. Marta and the baby go into the other room and Daniel opens the door. Patricio starts to talk about the baby and right on cue, Elenita starts crying!! Patricio asks the obvious, is the baby there and on this ominous note, we end for the night.

Big talk and small talk; so much talk!! Tonight seemed endless. Kindly add what I missed and correct what I got wrong.

Juana #55 part 1 of 3

Jenny thinks she must be dreaming. She doesn’t want to stop kissing Salvador. He says they’re putting on a show, as a couple of people are watching. He says they have a private room but Jenny says they have to look for Juana and Gabriel. He needs to call Julian first.

Carlos tells Felipe that Juana can also be charged in the,jrder. Paula is very vindictive. Felipe defends Juana, she’s a university student and a photographer. He says Jenny and Salvador went to look for them. Carlos tells him to try and get a message to them, Gabriel needs to call Claudio. Felipe agrees to try.

Salvador and Jenny have moved the action into their room. The sheet is down and Jenny asks for help pushing the beds together. They start undressing, are on the beds, and the beds separate. They both fall to the floor laughing.

Reny and Dani are in the cafeteria. He made her a flower from a napkin. Than he pulls a coin from her ear, puts it in her hand and it disappears into her flower. She says he’s good looking and does magic. David passes as they are enjoying themselves.

After seeing g the news and the interview Juana understands why Gabriel wants to surrender. He says he’s doing it for her, the baby and the brewery. Rogelio will destroy the brewery. Juana is afraid they will kill Jim, he tells her that’s why he will surrender to Salvador. Juana wants to call her mom but he says the family’s phones are probably tapped. She says she’ll use the hotel phone but Gabriel says her face is all over the news. She says they’re trapped.

Felipe is telling the family the situation with Juana and Gabriel. He says surely it’s a conspiracy and someone planted the body on his land to blame him. Ramon wonders if Paula’s family is behind it because of Gabriel divorcing her. Josefina is upset that Juana loves Gabriel. Felipe says it’s his baby and they’re already a family, they have to help them. Josefina picks up her phone.

Jenny and Salvador are quite busy on the floor between the beds when her phone rings.

Camila goes in to Manuel’s office to tell him Quiroz came to see her and is digging into her past. He says his dad and Quiroz are friends and want to have Gabriel and Juana disappear, his dad for vengeance and
Quiroz for political power and money. Camila thinks they’ll finish her off too.

Rogelio, Paula and their lawyer are talking about the shares he’ll get from Elvira. And with Paula married to Gabriel she can vote on his shares. He tells Paula
Gabriel will spend the rest of his life in jail. He says without Gabriel Juana is nothing. Paula reminds the lawyer she wants the baby. Rogelio orders champagne.

Gabriel now thinks they’ll finish should call Salvador. Jenny thinks that will alert the bad guys to where they are and they’ll kill him. He says he’ll go far from her.

Rogelio questions why Paula wants Gabriel’s baby. It’s because he’ll inherit Gabriel’s shares.

Camila is crying and Manuel brings her some pills to take. She says his father is going to kill her. Manuel says if he is it’s because she has power over him, she has to decide how to use this power she has.

Rogelio seems to think it’s better for the baby to disappear. They toast to the last of the Rubios.

Juana #55 part 2

Juana is in bed crying and asks the baby to forgive her. She know she has to be strong but is afraid. If they get separated they may never be together.

Dani are having a good time. The two friends who updated her style, makeup and hair are pleased. David is asking Inez how Dani met him. He’s surprised it was social media. Inez tells him lots of the girls would love to be with Reny. David doesn’t seem to agree and Inez thinks he’s jealous. He thinks she has no idea what she’s talking about.

Enriqueta asks Carlos how it went with Felipe. He says he doesn’t know where they are but he told him to tell Gabriel to contact Claudio if he gets the chance. Enriqueta asks how
Felipe is. Carlos says they’re not teenagers, she can ask what she really wants to know. Then he tells her he thinks Felipe thinks he doesn’t deserve her. He says if you can intimidate me just think how Felipe feels. Emriqueta asks if she really intimidates him, he says yes.

Enter the most annoying haracter. Yadira comes to the house going on about what’s happening. Felipe tells her to be quiet, she’s upsetting Josefina. She goes on about what’s happening the news is saying. Felipe has to ask her twice to leave while Josefina tells her to shut up.

Gabriel comes in and asks if she’s calmer. She doesn’t want to be far away from him and maybe never see him. He needs to protect her and the baby. Their story will not end there.

Jenny and Salvador are still in bed, talking about how good it was. Her phone rings, it’s her mom. Salvador tells her to call back on the room phone. Josefina wants to know why she didn’t answer her calls and she says she and Salvador were busy. Felipe wants to talk to her. He tells her what Paula said and how Gabriel needs to call his lawyer. Jenny and Salvador are packing. Jenny is very worried that the police could kill Gabriel and Juana. Salvador says that’s not going to happen because they’re going to find them first. He’s also going to call the press so it will be harder for anyone to kill Gabriel. Julian calls. Jenny tells Salvador he always has a plan and she feels safe with him.

Enriqueta and Carlos ask Camila how she is. Carlos is proud of the way she defended Gabriel to Elvira. Camila wonders if they know Rogelio is against all of them and they are risking everything for Gabriel and he isn’t here. Carlos says they know the danger they’re in. Camila says It doesn’t seem just. She can’t stay here, she’s afraid. She leaves. Felipe calls. He tells Carlos he spoke to Jenny and gave her his message.

Manuel has two coffees. I is a is at the elevator and he tries to hand one to her, just the way she likes it. She’s not happy with him. He asks if she’s jealous of Camila. She is, she gets in the elevator and he follows. They start kissing.

Dani brings David some reports. He’s kind of abrupt and Dani says she’ll leave. Then she asks about her new look. She tells him Reny is handsome. He’s a gentleman and a magician. David tells her she needs to concentrate on work. She says she will as she looks at him. He thinks she’s acting strange.

Salvador and Jenny are driving in the car, looking for the car Gabriel was driving. Jenny is worried but also very happy with their love. He tells her they’re going to be fine. She’s worried about Gabriel and Juana. He says they’ll be fine too, they’ll take care of them.

Juana #55 part 3

Vivian comes in and sits at her computer. Her friend wonders if she’s been doing yoga or something. She says she was kissing Manuel in the elevator. He’s a great kisser. Her friend tries to finger comb her hair.

Anjelica is at his computer when Inez comes in and tells him David, Carlos and Enriqueta want to see him. He looks worried.

Camacho is telling Rogelio that Quiroz’s men are looking for Gabriel but aren’t working with Castillo. Rogelio says that’s strange and Camacho tells him that what’s stranger is Castillo is not investigating Juana’s family, which he told Quiroz he was doing.

Salvador and Jenny find the car. He thinks they must be staying in a hotel or house nearby. Jenny wonders if they’ve been kidnapped. Sal says they’ll,would have heard from the morgue. Jenny says she’ll never forgive him. He’s sorry, he was talkingabout professional information. He tells her to be calm, he’s defending their love.

The trio ask Manuel to sit down. They tell him they know Rogelio is going to ask for Elvira’s shares, they also saw Paula’s interview. They need to know who’s side he’s on. He says he’s in a difficult position. David tells him whatever decision he makes they’ll respect him but many families depend on the brewery for their jobs. Rogelio would have her 20% plus his 10% which gives him 30%. Manuel corrects them,40% because he also has Samuel and Jamie”s. Carlos is angry. He knew Rogelio was playing dirty. Manuel can’t go against his dad. And he wants this discussion to remain private.

Rogelio tells Camacho that Castillo is working with Gabriel. Camacho has several of their phones tapped so they can trace them if a call is made.

Reny is taking Camila’s mom for street tacos. Her mom invites her but she says she has a lot of work.

Gabriel is going into the town. Juana wants to go with him. He tells her no as they hear noise at the door. Salvador and Jenny. Jenny gives him the message to call his lawyer. Salvador agrees he needs to turn himself in. They hope he gets a fair judge.

Rogelio is at Camila’s apartment. She asks that they stop this,war between them. She leads him to the bedroom. She’s naked under her robe. (I forgot to write she sent him a text when he was with Camacho

Salvador will get some of his officers to help bring him in safely. Gabriel wants to call his lawyer. Salvador gives him his phone, Gabriel asks if it’s secure. Salvador says they have no other option. He calls Claudio but Camacho listens in

I can only think Daniel will go into the next room and retrieve the baby leaving Marta hidden. If that happens, hopefully she will go right to Natalia with Daniel able to get custody soon (?) Fingers crossed.

FUGITIVAS #63 Part 1

Shortly after Marta arrives at Daniel’s with Elenita, there is a loud knock on Daniel’s door! Daniel peeks out the window, and there is Patricio, larger than life. Marta is impactada but manages to stay calm. She gathers the baby and the bag and goes into the other room.

Patricio more or less pushes Daniel inside. Patricio starts to talk about the baby and right on cue, Elenita starts crying!! Patricio asks the obvious, is your baby here? “Yes” Daniel affirms.

Daniel walks into the other room and pulls back the shower curtain where Marta and Elenita are hiding. They whisper and Elena tells him to take care. He comes out with the baby and says how precious she is. Yes, she is pretty Patricio readily admits. Who brought her to you he asks? A friend of Natalia’s Daniel admits but evades subsequent questions. Marta is listening to this all the while and gently shaking her head.

Vero apologizes to Florencia for opening her mouth in front of Arturo. Florencia looks like she wants to shoo her away like a fly. Vero is expecting to go to the doctors with her.

I believe Patricio tells Daniel he has to have legal custody before he can take Elenita.

You look happy Lorena tells Frida. Indeed she does. She is waiting for Dario’s very slow thaw…

“Vamos” Patricia says. Daniel goes back to the other room and updates Marta. He thanks her for looking out for Natalia. He grabs the baby’s diaper bag and goes out into the main room. He and Patricio leave as Marta breathes a sigh of relief.

Florencia and Vero arrive at the doctors. “And Ismael?” the doctor inquires. No need, Vero is there (or so she says). The doctor gives Florencia an ultrasound and they hear the heartbeat; both women smile.

Marta surreptitiously sneaks out of Daniel’s and heads down the alley.

Vincente gives Teo what appears to be a black rock from Lucre (we’ve seen it before, I’m not sure what the significance is) and Teo smiles.

Patricio gives a vague description of the woman who had Elenita to Amanda and Ismael.

FUGITIVAS #63 Part 2

Montse has lunch with her white haired fox. They hold hands and he gives her a gift, a pearl necklace. He mentions “esperanza”. She is thrilled and says it is beautiful.

Daniel is in an interrogation room, Ismael sitting across from him, Amanda and Patricio standing behind him. Daniel murmurs lovingly to Elenita as the other three look on almost smiling.

Dario asks Frida and Lorena where his mother is. Frida and Lorena enlist his help with the meal they are preparing.

Lucre has lost her initial beauty shop glow…

Frida texts Montse, where is she?

Marta returns home and tells Dario, Frida and Lorena what happened; Daniel is a good father. They all agree jail is no place for a baby.

Vero natters on and on about the baby as Florencia stares stone faced. Florencia isn’t spouting supportive words about Ismael as Vero lectures her.

Natalia is talking to her friends about La Superiora when a warden calls her into the visitor’s room. It is Daniel and Elenita. She takes the baby smiling. Daniel tells her everything is fine; he is going to get a lawyer. We see Patricio sitting at the table behind him. They briefly hold hands and speak kindly and lovingly to each other. I love you Daniel says as he kisses her hand. Patricio sees their love and affection for their daughter and each other are obvious. Daniel leaves her with words of love and support.

After Dario, Matias, Marta, Lorena and Frida have an enjoyable meal, Lorena and Frida muse about Montese’s absence. Lorena texts Montse but gets her voicemail.

Alejandro calls Lorena and they bring each other up to date; I believe Alejandro says Sofia is continuing her investigation into the Marquez’ family.

Daniel and Patricio leave jail and Patricio is encouraging. I wish I understood exactly what he said as he laughed and patted Daniel on the shoulder.

Lorena and Frida complain to Lisset about Montse.

FUGITIVAS #63 Part 3 of 3

Sofia arrives at Alejandro’s. It appears he gives her some over the counter pills. He talks about Lorena and Guatemala and smiles dreamily. He waxes poetic about Lorena as Sofia smiles.

Dario is even helping Marta make the bed! Natalia calls Marta and tells her how happy she is. Marta is thrilled for her and Dario smiles broadly.

Vincente and Gabriela are studying for her exams. His phone rings and she asks if it is his mother. He ignores the phone but she just stares at him.

Montse comes in as the girls have their wigs on ready to go to work. Frida and Lisset give her a hard time. Montse asks them to put themselves in her shoes – they (even Marta) all have someone except her! She likes her new love; he is so generous. She pulls out the necklace to prove it but they are unmoved. They tell her why they are concerned but she isn’t having it! She fights back verbally and finally Erick comes in and the girls (sans Montse) head out.

Florencia assures Charo all is well and she will see her tomorrow. Charo looks like she doesn’t believe her.

Vincente’s phone rings again; this time Gabriela tells him to answer it and he does. She starts in yelling about his father and when Vincente responds, Gabriela indicates by moving her hand that he should lower his tone. His mother is screaming like a shrew about money and won’t let him get a word in. She harps on the Foundation and speaks badly of Gabriela, the sister of Juan Pablo’s murderer. The conversation ends on a bad note. Gabriela closes her eyes and goes over, hugging him. They talk a bit later and she tells him she is behind him. Te amo he says and kisses her before he leaves.

It seems Montse has lied to Dario about where she has been and looks a bit guilty.

Ismael is pouring himself a dink when the doorbell rings. It’s Florencia with a file in her hand. Did you sign the divorce papers he asks? No she says as he looks upset. Why not? You are going to be a father; I’m pregnant. As Ismael tries to process this shocking news, we end.

Wow, Arturo’s ex is something else isn’t she??? Kindly fill in what I missed and/or got wrong.

Juana #56 part 1 of 3

Jenny is worried the surrender might not be safe, or it’s a trap. Salvador says the trap was the body on Gabriel’s land. It’s not just the Fuemayors, it’s the Fiscual and people at the brewery. Juana says those people have power. Salvador says they don’t have any other option.

Carlos is talking to Claudio who is on his way to Gabriel. Camacho is watching Claudio and calls Rogelio but gets his voicemail. He leaves to follow
Claudio.

Rogelio starts off telling Camila she was bad, but he’s also kissing her and saying she’s his weakness. Then he grabs her, slaps her and tells her if she ever is a traitor again he’ll put a bullet in her head. He then goes back to kissing her.
Carlos is telling Enriqueta that
Claudio I had a call from Gabriel and is on his way there. Enriqueta says then Felipe did good. They will have to be strong in the face of what will happen.

The family is watching a video of Paula’s interview. Josefina says she’s lying. She and Margarita leave and Felipe says it’s very strange. Ramon asks what’s strange and Felipe says the man that came to see him to give the message to Jenny is the man that is now with Enriqueta.

Dani is all upset looking for what David wanted when Inez comes in. She tells Dani that David was jealous. Dani doesn’t think so. Inez asks about the date. It was great, Dani had a good time, Reny made her feel special.

David is talking to the two girls, Viviana and the redhead. He seems to be asking them about the perfect date. They say a date with a Rubio. David asks if Dani looked different, they say yes and start talking about Reny. They show David a picture of Reny without a shirt on. David gets mad and walks off.

Salvador and Gabriel are talking. Gabriel asks Salvador to take care of Juana. He doesn’t like that Paula implemented her in the murder. Salvador says those are the words of a jealous woman. He tells Gabriel he will probably be jailed. Gabriel is upset because he won’t be able to prove his innocence. Jenny and Juana are in the bedroom. Jenny admires the ring. Juana tells her we’re are kind, wonderful man he is and he’s innocent. Jenny knows and loves how Juana defends her love. Juana says he treats her like a queen, she feels so special and loved. He’s the love of her life.

Camila asks what Rogelio is going to do to her. He says it depends on how she behaves. She says she has proof that Paula tried to assassinate Juana. Rogelio says Paula was weak but now she’s strong. He grabs Camila and tells her if she does anything to hurt Paula she’ll end up in jail.

Inez goes up to Enriqueta and says she looks nervous. She is. Then she tells Inez about the night Carlos was at her house and Felipe came over. Carlos later told her she intimidates people. She asks Inez’s opinion. She agrees with
Carlos. Enriqueta says Felipe always felt insecure with her.

Chimis asks who the guy was that came to talk to Felipe. Chimis could have fought him for Felipe. Felipe says Carlos is a better match than he was for Enriqueta and all he can think about is Juana anyway

Juana #56 part 2

Dani brings David the papers he wanted. She trips and falls down. He goes to see if she’s ok and she’s laughing because the shoes are the reason she fell. He wonders why the change. Her life wasn’t working out so she wanted to change. He tells her she was good before. He helps her up and tells her
Claudio is going to meet Gabriel and Juana. She’s glad they’re ok

Camacho is overlooking the blue house as Claudio drives up to it. He calls Rogelio to tell him he’s there. Rogelio feelsGabriel finally committed an error. Salvador asks Claudio if he was cautious. Claudio thinks it’s ok. Salvador mentions his phone could be tapped. Juana tells him there are people that want Gabriel dead before he gets to jail. Claudio tells Gabriel that Rogelio is set to take over the business.

Rogelio tells Camacho not to do anything. He’s going to contact Quiroz to send some of his men to take out Gabriel. Camila overhears.

Salvador is worried they’re all in danger. Then he gets a call from Pacheco, who tells him Rogelio and Quiroz were talking and Quiroz sent a couple of his men off. Salvador hangs up and asks if there’s another way out. Juana tells him and he leaves, telling them to continue with their legal strategy. Salvador is outside, where the blue house is red. Julian calls him to tell him that they’re not being followed anymore. Salvador says it’s what he’s suspected, they’ve been discovered. He looks around the corner of the house and sees
Camacho on the hill.

Rogelio is talking to Quiroz. He feels Salvador is with them. Quiroz says he’s checking out Juana’s family. Rogelio doubts it. He wants the men Quiroz sent to eliminate Gabriel, and maybe the lawyer too. Quiroz says they have to be careful because a secretary of the government checks on them. Pacheco sees Rogelio leave.

Our principal brewery people are at the table talking about
Claudio being with Gabriel when Camila bursts in and says Rogelio knows where Gabriel is. Meanwhile Salvador is planning how to get everyone out of there. Gabriel will go with Salvador. Jenny and Juana will take the little blue car.

Rogelio announces to his family that he has wonderful news. He knows where Gabriel and Juana are. Paula wonders if they’re dead, then wants Gabriel alive so she can visit him in jail and humiliate him daily. A,paro and Manuel are not happy, more like shocked at the happiness of father and daughter.

Goodbyes are said, with Gabriel promising he’ll always be with her and Juana agreeing. They kiss. Jenny asks Salvador to be careful and they kiss.

Amparo can’t believe this is her family that is talking about assassinating someone on the street. She knows Paula hated Gabriel but this isn’t right. She tells Rogelio that he’s destroyed their family and is ruining his daughter’s life. She’s crying and Manuel takes her out of the room. Rogelio says her mother’s crazy and Manuel is with her, but you’re with me. Paula looks thoughtful.

Diana, for some reason tonight's episode either didn't record ( I looked for it around 9 p.m.) or it wasn't shown so I can't add anything to your recap. I've been playing catch up again this week with the holidays. Hopefully it will make it into my library this weekend, otherwise your excellent recap will have to suffice.
 

Juana #56 part 3

Claudio tells Juana Gabriel is innocent and he will do everything he can to prove it. He leaves. Juana and Jenny go to get their things. Juana asks about that kiss with Salvador. Jenny says you kissed Gabriel. Juana says everyone knows she loves Gabriel. Jenny declares she loves Salvador. Juana thinks it’s great they both found love at the same time. Camacho watches
Claudio drive off. Gabriel and Salvador walk to the car and are putting on bulletproof vests when Quiroz calls, doubting that Salvador is with the family. He says he was but he got information from Juana’s grandmother and know has the suspect. Quiroz asks where he is, the man is very dangerous. Salvador moves the phone around and says he’s losing the signal. He puts his light on top of the car.

The officer group wants to know how she knows. She tells them everyone knows she’s his lover,he forced her. She overheard him. He’s going to send men to kill Gabriel.

Quiroz calls Camacho and tells him Salvador disobeyed his orders when he wanted to send his men to help in the arrest. Camacho says only the lawyer has left. Quiroz tells him to go down and kill them both and when his men get there they’ll say they resisted arrest. Poor guy looks all over the house and can’t find anyone. Jenny and Juana have reached their car and get in.

Rogelio tells Quiroz that they had escaped. He suggests killing them when Gabriel turns himself in, but Rogelio says there’s too many reporters around. Salvador’s car pulls up with his siren going. The office three are there too. As reporters ask if he really killed his best friend Claudio says he’s his lawyer.

Rogelio and Quiroz are talking. Quiroz says Gabriel is being questioned. Rogelio wants him in the jail but Quiroz says he’ll be separated to keep him safe. Paula wants to know about Juana. Rogelio says Juana is nothing, but the baby will be a sone in their path. Paula wonders what he’ll do. He’ll take care of it with patience and intelligence.

Juana and Jenny are home. There’s a family hug. Felipe tells Ramon to join them. Josefina calls Margarita in, they’re all Bravos. Juana is worried about Gabriel. Josefina says the Virgin has never let them down yet.

Quiroz is waiting in the jail cell. He tells Salvador good work. He tells Gabriel that just because he’s rich he’s not getting special privileges. Gabriel knows that, he’s going to prove he’s innocent.

I know you are watching quite a few shows; I don't know how you keep up especially as you are recapping! :)

Fugitivas is moving along, granted not rapidly but at least is keeping pace. I still have no more of an idea as to who killed JP now than many episodes ago!

Daniel tells Patricio that the woman who dropped of his daughter was short, thin, with a dark complexion and black hair. He guesses that Natalia met her when she was on the run. She only told him that Natalia said she wanted the baby with him and she left. Daniel explains that he was't in the right frame of mind to ask any questions about the he was so taken with his new baby. She dropped the baby off and she was gone. Patricio informs him that as they wait for the judge to determine custody, the baby will have to stay with her mother. He has to turn the baby over TODAY. Before they leave, Patricio says it sounded like he was to talking to somebody else in the other room. Daniel says he was talking to his baby telling her he was taking her to her mother.

Frida is happy that Darío is smiling at her again but is worried about him when they have to leave town.

Vicente tells Teo that his mother sent him this rock with the message that in this little piece of rock there is a little piece of her so that he can always feel that she is close by.

Montse 's boyfriend Facundo invites her to a wine tasting on Reforma. (UH, that is in the very the center of the city) She says she would love to go.

Daniel asks if he can hand over the baby to Natalia himself. Ismael readily agrees.

Lorena assures Darío that his mother is fine and must be talking to Daniel.

Facundo is totallytaken with Montse. He gives her a diamond firefly necklace saying that it represents hope and renewal which is exactly what he feels that Montse gives to him. She returns his sentiments and thanks him for the gift.

Lucre is trying to stay sober. She admits that she was going to get more drugs but she stopped. She wonders what stopped her. Her friend says it was her boy. She has to understand that if she keeps taking things, she will never be able to be with him. Lucre was (still is ) very anxious and took some of the money she got from washing windshields to buy some gum. Both of the girls chew a piece.

Montse reads the text Frida and tells her boyfriend it was from a friend but she will talk to her later. She gets in his car.

Flo tells Vero she doesn't want to be a single mother. She wants a traditional family. Vero tells her she needs to tell Ismael about the pregnancy and be ready for anything from him. Vero says she and her baby can ALWAYS count on her.
Flo look less than grateful.

Daniel and Natalia seem to be a love match beyond being the parents of the baby. He assures her that nobody was harmed in the baby being delivered to his home. He will give her the details another day when he visits.

Alejandro tells Lorena that he is going to meet with Sofía so they can go over Arturo's hard drive and hopefully find some incriminating evidence against Vicente.



Patricio tells Daniel how much it moved him seeing the three of them together. Somebody very special to him has made him see that not all female inmates are bad people. Many are in prison for making a mistake, like his girlfriend. He is also going to see to it that her sentence is reduced for good behavior so the three of them can be together. Daniel thanks him.

Alejandro tells Sofía that a part of him would love to just leave all of this behind and to go live happily in Guatemala with Lorena. Sofía doesn't think he would ever be happy giving up practicing law for baking bread. He answers that Lorena is everything to him.

Charo can tells something is going on with Flo but Flo refuses to tell her she is pregnant.

Vicente's mother doesn't waste words. She asks Vicente if he wants to be a good-for-nothing his whole life.

Gabriela apologizes to Vicente for putting him in that difficult position with his mother. Vicente says that is how it has always been with both of his parents

Juanita, thanks for the additional information on this episode. It is in my library on my phone so I will watch it later. I just have an observation I'd like to make. I personally think Natalia should keep her baby in the jail. It sounds like it was an option for her. I've seen news shows about this option and the child and mother thrive. Honestly a child's memory is negligible about most things before the age of 5, but the nurturing memory I feel is felt from the beginning. It would be good for both and shared custody with dad will help both parents have a strong bond with little Helenita.

Jarifa, thank you for all the gems you uncovered. They sparkled brilliantly.

I did think Daniel gave a fake description of the woman who "had" the baby but I wasn't sure. My heart sank a bit as I wonder what the fallout will be when it is discovered it was Marta. Patricio will be upset she didn't tell him but I'm banking on the fact he has a huge heart and won't hold it against her for long (nor will Ismael - Amanda is of course another story).

Montse isn't making any attempt to stay out of sight but then again neither is Lorena, right??

"Vero says she and her baby can ALWAYS count on her. Flo look less than grateful" had me smiling. Just wait until Vero finds out Nico is the father!!

I loved "Daniel and Natalia seem to be a love match beyond being the parents of the baby" which was perfect and oh so true! So happy Patricio will get her a reduced sentence - what a guy!

Again, Vincente's mother was just horrid and the thought occurred to me she might be far worse than Arturo.
