Univision's website came in as Not Secure this morning, which explains why the las two episodes of El Angel de Aurora have not been posted on either source from which I re-watch. Here is hoping this matter is addressed quickly so I can complete this series for you and future readers.

El Angel de Aurora #134
Part 1 of 4 (Including deleted scenes and fragments)
We pick up where we left off.
[DS] Demon explained that he did not know about the forensic medical report until recently. He had lost sleep over this ever since. Aurora was still angry that he did nothing about this. She accused him of not respecting her. He talked about his mother's obsession in remaining on top of the company and putting him there. She told him she could not understand Jezabel's depriving him of a father. That his father never got to hold him. She was not believing his tears or regret, calling them lies. He told her he loved his father and she told him that if that is true he must denounce Jezabel for what she did to his father. “She's my mother,” he said, clearly anguished. “You are just like your mother. Incapable of love, including your own family.” [/DS]
Angel prepared a video as bait for Pintas. He mentioned there having been friction between them in the previous encounter but that they should take another opportunity. Helena said something about family. They kept it short and a little too sweet. Antonio said they did a good job and Helena agreed.
Aurora and Demon talked about whether she loved him or not. He was still thinking she was only using him as a child as a substitute for her missing son. She came back with his efforts at getting her thrown out of the company. He confessed having done that, mentioning the time he messed with her presentation. He had not loved her. Also that he and Jezabel had planned to kill Angel. She slapped him. Hard. Then she asked how he could even think of doing this. He quickly said he had no idea Angel was her son. She said that didn't change anything. He went through apologies, saying he knew now that he could not have done such a thing. He went on to explain he was investigating Pintas to learn of the connexion between him and his mother. She said she would not denounce him but told Demon he would also go to prison when his mother is captured and their crimes are revealed. He said that was not important. He wanted her love again,
[DS] Jezabel asked her accomplices if they could obtain a car. They said they could but trying to drive out would be dangerous at this point. She also needed pain medication and said they'd need to go to Mexico City for that. They did not sound enthused.
Demon told Aurora he always loved her. He sounded like he was crying. He told her that his mother wants to kill her. She could not take any more and left the room. He cried in earnest.
Patricia flashed back to her office visit with JC and telling him about the murders of Elvia and Linette. He had asked her why she didn't call the police and she told him she was afraid to. She needed protection. [/DS]
Angel got a message that Pintas wanted to see him.
JC came to Aurora who told him about Demon. She wanted to believe him but wasn't sure she should. He said they needed the whole truth. She said Demon was in a bad way. He said they needed to talk to him. She entered the library. He had a pistol and was holding it to his head. She shouted “No. No, Demon!” JC heard her and ran in. “Don't do it!”
Angel sent a reply. Pintas answered, sayin this could be a trap Antonio said not to reply too quickly. Helena suggested not doing this at the event. A good thing, too, because the reply was actually sent by Vampi. Angel typed in the reply.
Aurora and JC tried talking Demon down. His conscience was at work Aurora and JC talked about how his father would not want him to do this, telling him that his child would need him. He was feeling guilty and told Aurora to go to Angel and be happy. She rushed into embracing him and JC got the gun away.

[DS] Jezabel took pills for her pain and wanted to leave right away. The men said it was too dangerous and that they should go in the morning. Jezabel said the servants were resting and she needed to make plans with Demon.
Demon walked out of the library with Aurora and JC. She talked about life giving people tests and challenges and other such things and the light at the end of the tunnel. Demon was sure Angel would want revenge upon hearing of the murder intent. Aurora told him she would talk to him and that Angel wasn't like that.
Morning
[DS] Aurora led Demon upstairs to his room. She made him promise not to do anything suicidal again. He promised this and to learn to love and other people in his life. [/DS]
Vampi went to see Edgar and Briana to tell them he thought Angel had set a trap. He wanted to get away from Pintas so he wouldn't fall with him. He was also looking for money. Edgar said this could solve both their problems. He said not to worry; he'd get enough money. Edgar told him to go back to the medical shack “for now” so Pintas wouldn't become suspicious. Vampi left. Briana asked “Why not kill Pintas? Kill the dog and the rabies are gone.” Edgar said not yet because he needed a fall guy.
Night
Helena entered Demon's room and stroked his hair. He woke up and they talked about his changing attitude and behaviour. He regretted his past treatment of her and Aurora and wanted to be a good person and stop doing bad things. Helena said she would want him in the baby's life. He accepted that she will be happy with Angel.
Aurora thanked Pascual for the delicious-looking food on Carmelita's day off. Helena said they needed to support Demon because she truly believed he was changing, Aurora agreed. Angel was not convinced, Antonio said he had the right to change and that this was sometimes an act of desperation. JC said Demon was suffering the consequences of his previous actions, both personal and professional. Aurora said to Angel that they needed to forgive him. Angel looked doubtful.
Pintas got upstairs into Edgar's digs. He went to the photo of Teté and asked “Are you feeling lonely in hell? Don't worry; your son will accompany you very soon.” He kissed the photo and said Edgar had betrayed him. Vampi said they had to go because Edgar's men were on their way. Pintas thanked him for his loyalty...not. He drew the sword out of his cane and held it close to Vampi's throat.
The Lunch Crew – with a few guests – was in a restaurant to celebrate “The two best detectives in the world, Aquiles and Glorio...and Rolas!” Applause all around. Until Patricia crashed the party. “Just look, and that's how you grab the darlings, eh? You guys are great at complaining, inventing things, right? But they are such good at keeping their word, eh? They said that I was going to be the godmother of I don't know how many things and they didn't even invite me to the wedding.” Esperanza said “The truth is we cordially withdrew your invitation for deception.” Patricia claimed to be the deceived over the USB. She then pretended to be nice and began flirting with Aquiles which was more than Cassandra could take. She stood near Aquiles and staked her claim with a kiss, much to the delight of the actual friends present. [/DS]

What are you talking about, Mother?” He told her several times to put down the pistol. She finally lowered it and said “I would never hurt you. I'm here because I love you. Now can we go? Let's go – you and I – wherever you want. Please, I beg you. Everyone here hates us. Your Aunt Aurora hates us the most.” She pointed the gun into the mattress near him and kept talking madness. “How did you enter the house without being seen? You don't look well, You have to see a doctor.” “Don't yo know your mother is a woman with many resources? I know this house as well as I know you, baby. You have the veins full of ambition. You are my living portrait, You are a charming man.” The gun was still pointed into the mattress.
Demon was tired of fighting. Jezabel went on about his weakness. He refused to go with her despite being in the path of her gun. She talking madness again. She pointed the pistol at him again, saying “Then come with me. Come with me; let's go.” He refused, saying he confessed all to his aunt, including what happened to his father. “You are stupid. If you have the slightest chance of saving yourself, it's gone. What more did you tell your aunt?” He said nothing. “What does it matter? I don't know why I came. You deserve what's going to happen to you. Let's see if that way you become a man.”
[DS] Aquiles asked Cassandra if she meant it. A few words later they kissed. Edgar walked in saying. “You swapped me for this clown, Cassandra?” The merriment stopped dead on the dance floor. [/DS]
Demon told Jezabel he planned on becoming a good, even great man. “You will never have love because you don't have where to get it from. You are the grandson of Miguel Campero, you are the son of Jezabel Campero, You have in your genes all the evil, all the filth.” “I have my father's blood, too. And my aunt's blood.” “Fabrizio Morga was your father? He was my only family. Are you saying that he wasn't my father?” How do you have the heart to insult his memory?” "Well, what a shame you didn't get a DNA test done. Can you imagine what would have happened to Fabrizio if he had also had that doubt? Never if I had left the psychiatrist.” She laughed. He told her multiple times to go. She pointed the gun and said he would have to live with the doubt of paternity. “I hate you, Demon. You shouldn't have been born because I don't know, imagine what if your father is the worst scum in the world, just like you.” She flicked the gun metal and laughed when he flinched.

[DS] The Lunch Crew gathered in front of Aquiles and Cassandra to face Edgar. Mané and Maggie took Rolando and Anita home. Glorio was ready for a fight which Edgar tried to laugh off. Luis was ready and Edgar told him to watch out or “It won't go like the other time,” Luis grabbed him by the lapels, saying “It was you! It was you who had me kidnapped. You re a coward, a disgrace.” Edgar laughed. Patricia was sitting at the bar; she saw and heard this. [/DS]
Everyone else heard a noise and went upstairs. Jezabel was gone. Demon was panicking at first, then told them she had been there. Helena tried to tell him Jezabel was lying and that he was stronger than she. He told them about her paternity comments and wondered whether Pintas was his father.
[DS] Pintas started to give Vampi something containing to lock up. Vampi's phone rang. It was one of Edgar's men. Pintas asked why he had that number. Vampi put it on speaker and the man said there was a woman who wanted to see Edgar. It was Jezabel, [/DS]
Antonio called police. Angel said he was going to meet his dad and Anita. He left. JC told Antonio that Jezabel killed Elvia and Linette and Demon had seen it all. They went into the study to continue talking.
Jezabel was with Pintas in the makeshift hospital room.
[DS] JC said that Patricia told him this in the hopes of going free for the info. He was sure she wasn't lying to him about this, Antonio was sure she was not involved in all of Jezabel's crimes. JC reminded him of the night that Aurora was almost attacked and they got there in time. According to Patricia Jezabel gave the order to the caller to lure her out on the pretext of seeing Gabriel. It was still blowing his mind that Jezabel did so many bad things to Aurora, Again, speculation on whom Aurora truly loves. [/DS]
Pintas asked why she was there. He made some tasteless jokes in her style and said she had not yet made good on her promise, which was to arrange for them to meet, but not to worry. He actually said that Angel had invited him to his wedding. She laughed and said Helena will divorce him and marry another soon. He told her about the video and that it was about them all living in peace. Jezabel said they will take advantage of this so he could kill Antonio and Pascual.
[DS] Antonio and JC thought one step ahead and seemed to anticipate this final showdown. They agreed to take all risks for Aurora. They shook hands on it.

Angel / Aurora #135 Gran Final, Pt 1
I was hoping to have both done today but it looks impossible. The dialogue -- especially Jezabel's -- is too juicy so I will put as much of it in as possible.

Angel/Aurora. Once again you're going above and beyond, Urban1 Jezabel just keeps getting crazier and crazier.
El Angel de Aurora #135 Gran Final, Pt 1
Part 1 of 6 (Including deleted scenes and fragments)
We pick up from the handshakes in the two last scenes from the previous episode.
[DS] Antonio said they needed to be united on this for the good of their families. JC agreed because Jezabel had no limits, proven by her threats to Demon, her own son.
Pintas asked Jezabel what she wanted. She said that they go to Las Flores where he is to complete his mission. At breakfast Aurora announced that they will be celebrating Anita and Rolando graduating primary school [They're 12 years old]. Everyone at the table applauded, then Aurora noticed Demon, who was dressed for the office. He declined to join them, saying that he had caused so much pain to people who didn't deserve it. [DS] Patricia entered her hotel room with Briana who told her she was getting an apartment. Jezabel peeked in from the closet, said Hello, and both turned to face her. She raised her weapon as she said “You miss me?” Both mother and daughter tried moving sideways toward the door, but she said “Don't even try.” Her right hand was shaking.

[DS] Antonio said they needed to be united on this for the good of their families. JC agreed because Jezabel had no limits, proven by her threats to Demon, her own son.
Pintas asked Jezabel what she wanted. She said that they go to Las Flores where he is to complete his mission. If it weren't like that I'd have opened fire and killed you both.” One of her accomplices came to the door and got her out because the other guests heard the shot and security is coming. Angel spoke of working to upgrade his family's lives and help his mother. Demon sounded like he was tearing up when he apologized for his actions. He ten told Aurora he needed to go to the office about JC's new position and also to denounce his mother. He promised all that he was not going to flee.
[DS] JC told Vampi they would double his payoff if he delivers Pintas to a specific location. He agreed. [/DS]
Aurora told Demon she will go with him. Helena told Demon she hoped he would fight his way out of pain and find happiness. He thanked her.

Demon asked forgiveness and Aurora thanked God. “Love is winning over your hate and rancor, Jezabel.” Demon said that now for the first time he felt like he belonged to a family. Vampi went to the Las Flores house with an accomplice where a minion of Edgar's stopped them. He told the guy he wasn't going to just take the chickenfeed Pintas paid him. He showed off the contents of the bag he carried and gave a wad to the “guard.” “El Pintas and Jezebel see us as fools willing to risk our lives for them for free, but soon they are going to find out what in him. Now we are going to do the business of our lives with that pair.” said Vampi. “When do we get the rest?” the guard asked. “A few minutes before Pintas is trapped.” The three laughed.
[DS] Demon addressed the office staff. “Team, I know I wasn't the best but fortunately it's never too late to rectify myself. Today the best I can do is to stand in front of you and ask you to forgive me. It's time to give a new spin to the company, a new era. Today I retire as a partner of Campero Corporativo and deliver all my shares and total control of the company to my cousin. Angel Gabriel.” He saluted him. “I'm sure he has many innovative ideas and bring progress to everyone who is part of Corporativo Campero.” All applauded, Demon and Angel hugged. Aurora thought “Seeing my son Angel and my nephew Damien together like this is one of the best gifts life is giving me. The union in these times is what will give us strength as human beings to get ahead. It's putting aside differences to face a good together.” Everyone shook hands, hugged, and Pepe symbolically raised a white handkerchief. [/DS]

JC declared himself as Damien's lawyer and told him he had no more to say. The cop asked Damien if he agreed and if he had anything else to say.

Aurora thanked God for the colors and flowers as a parade walked along the main drag in Las Flores, etc. As she walked along a quieter street she thought “This is where my son was born and where I also lost almost everything, my parents, Gabriel, myself. But those losses that drove me away are the reunions that today bring me back to you, my beloved people. So that you can see how I revive and like your streets, my heart blossoms full of joy. I have returned to my home. [/DS]
Briana thanked Edgar for his help when she was alone and preventing her from revenge against Angel and Helena. He said she decided that because of his mother, actually Victoria. She said the little time she had with her had a big effect on her. He said “Because of that, dear sister, you have to get the most important lesson of this business into your head. Here there is no place for love. You can't get carried away by feelings nor show pity for anyone.” “Yes, now I finally have it clear. Where do I go from here? News of the murder charges Damien brought against Jezabel were on television. Patricia was also mentioned. She saw this on her phone with Pintas commenting, “Raise crows and they'll put your eyes out. All the trust you had in your descendant and look what I'm paying you with.” “Where are the boys?” she asked. “They're watching the little sheep.” He laughed. “They're not letting us out of the corral.”
Damien addressed the audience from the podium, talking about productivity. Patricia arrived and took a seat in the rear. Vampi called Antonio to tell him the encounter will be in a few hours. The two minions put the masks on a table as they left the area unnoticed.
[DS] Damien told Angel to take good care of the baby because he won't be there.. Angel told him that yes, he will be [which we can assume means he will not be doing time in prison]. Damien got up saying he felt strange. He wasn't sure why but he felt a premonition coming. Angel also had that feeling but said not to worry as long as they were together. Jezabel would not hurt them and together they were strong. They joined hands. Damien hoped that Jezabel was far away and found peace in some way not to come back to hurt them again, but he was not sure. Angel said not to worry about her; they needed to think about Pintas. “We don't know if he will appear as Antonio planned.” Damien asked him to take care of Helena and the baby because they don't know what will happen. Angel had already promised. They shook hands and hugged again. This time Damien smiled.

JC and Esperanza talked about his return and his feelings for Aurora who had still not made a decision. She was encouraging him.
The Lunch Crew was eating together; Anita and Rolando were with them. Everyone was so happy and Cassandra actually invited Patricia to join them. Anita and Rolando were not happy at this. Patricia continued her prevarications by telling Cassandra that four bullets landed in her upper arm. Pepe announced that he and Esperanza will be returning to Monterey, their home town. Patricia tried to say she was asked to be in a novela shooting there which she turned down [for the one she was just fired from.]. The two minions walked through.
Aurora told Helena she wanted her to take her place in the company while she was away on a trip
[DS] The two accomplices told Jezabel and Pintas the event was over and the employees had all gone out to restaurants to eat. Pintas asked about Vampi. One said he was checking that the pickup truck was ready. Jezabel asked about Aurora. They said she was with her future nuera but when they got there her son and “your son” arrived. Also another gentleman. She was satisfied at the prospect of doubled suffering. They were dismissed. Jezabel said that first they were taking down Aquiles and Glorio, then Pascual and Antonio, then Aurora. “When you're done, I'll see you on the road where we stayed to say goodbye for the last time.” “So be it, my dear Jezebel. Just as you imagine it.”
Aurora asked if they'd like to relax at the hotel. Damien said he'd prefer to be out in the sun with them. JC said Pascual and Antonio had gone back to the hotel and that he and Antonio made a deal with someone about Pintas. Helena hoped that her father succeeded with this. [/DS]
Antonio was talking to Vampi who told him that Pintas will be waiting at the specified location. “I hope you're not lying. If you want to see the two million you're missing –” “Where are you going to leave the money?” “In the located street. There is a garbage can by the corner. I left it in there.” Vampi told Antonio things would begin in 30 minutes.
Pascual was worried. He suggested calling the police. Antonio said no, saying that Pintas would disappear. He said to take care of Angel. He took a pistol out of his suitcase and told Pascual he was prepared. Pascual told him to be careful. They shook hands.
[DS] Jezabel, Pintas, Vampi, and the two who sat in the audience walked down the street as if going into the OK Corral. [/DS]

The Lunch Crew was eating together; Anita and Rolando were with them. Everyone was so happy and Cassandra actually invited Patricia to join them. Anita and Rolando were not happy at this. Patricia continued her prevarications by telling Cassandra that four bullets landed in her upper arm. Pepe announced that he and Esperanza will be returning to Monterey, their home town. Patricia tried to say she was asked to be in a novela shooting there which she turned down [for the one she was just fired from.]. The two minions walked through.
Aurora told Helena she wanted her to take her place in the company while she was away on a trip
[DS] The two accomplices told Jezabel and Pintas the event was over and the employees had all gone out to restaurants to eat. Pintas asked about Vampi. One said he was checking that the pickup truck was ready. Jezabel asked about Aurora. They said she was with her future nuera but when they got there her son and “your son” arrived. Also another gentleman. She was satisfied at the prospect of doubled suffering. They were dismissed. Jezabel said that first they were taking down Aquiles and Glorio, then Pascual and Antonio, then Aurora. “When you're done, I'll see you on the road where we stayed to say goodbye for the last time.” “So be it, my dear Jezebel. Just as you imagine it.”
Aurora asked if they'd like to relax at the hotel. Damien said he'd prefer to be out in the sun with them. JC said Pascual and Antonio had gone back to the hotel and that he and Antonio made a deal with someone about Pintas. Helena hoped that her father succeeded with this. [/DS]
Antonio was talking to Vampi who told him that Pintas will be waiting at the specified location. “I hope you're not lying. If you want to see the two million you're missing –” “Where are you going to leave the money?” “In the located street. There is a garbage can by the corner. I left it in there.” Vampi told Antonio things would begin in 30 minutes.
Pascual was worried. He suggested calling the police. Antonio said no, saying that Pintas would disappear. He said to take care of Angel. He took a pistol out of his suitcase and told Pascual he was prepared. Pascual told him to be careful. They shook hands.
[DS] Jezabel, Pintas, Vampi, and the two who sat in the audience walked down the street as if going into the OK Corral. [/DS]

She said “These pearls are for you, Aurora” and kissed it before reloading the gun. “I hope this time you don't reject my gift.” One of the two came up up her window saying where the employees were. Pintas laughed, then said “Look, that's ready, my Vampi, follow him, yes and at best I consider you to be my adopted son.” “Jezabel's sister and her cubs are in the event area,” said the bearded guy. “We have to move now.” Pintas looked him in the eye and said “Ruan. You're coming with me to get me out if I'm in trouble. See you where we left off,...no, better when I'm done, they pass me in the car, eh? That way it will be faster.” “No, no, no my Pintas, that's not the plan,” said Vampi. “We wait in the street where we stayed because we have the car.” “Let's go,” said Pintas.
Barrio buds Titi and Motor walked past Vampi and the unnamed accomplice. They pulled out their guns and the fight began. Jezabel spotted her prey, saying “There you are, fat beggar. Angel/Aurora. #135. Once again, thank you, thank you, thank you, Urban for the excellent detailed summary. There seem to have been even more deletions in this episode than in most of the others. Demian really is transforming for the better, and that's even more obvious in the deleted scenes than elsewhere. Ah ha! Demian feels a premonition! (aka foreshadowing?) I loved the OK Corral reference--I suspect an intentional source on the part of the writers.

We pick up from Jezabel's murder attempt in the street.
Titi and Motor got Vampi down, destroyed his cell phone, and knocked him out.
Aquiles and Glorio were found by the rest of the Lunch Crew. Pepe called for an ambulance. Luis deduced this was Jezabel's doing and yelled “Jezabel. Get back here, damnit!”
[DS] Antonio walked down the alley and put the cash bag into the public garbage can.
Aurora and the others checked their watches. Aurora assumed something happened because Antonio didn't answer his cell phone. “Where are they going in such a hurry?” Jezabel asked as she, Ruan, and Pintas arrived at the scene. JC motioned for the others to stop. [/DS] Jezabel pulled her gun on JC, Aurora, Damien, Angel, and Helena. “Put the gun down, Mama,” said Damien. “Jezabel, don't be a fool,” said JC. “Many witnesses, the police are near.” “Think. Put down the gun. Let's talk, please,” said Damien. “No,” said Jezabel, getting a little closer. “I will finish what began 30 years ago. Or rather, to correct a mistake I made at that time. I didn't have to have sent Pintas to rape you, I should have killed you. And Las Flores is your grave; here you will be buried with my father.” Her teeth were clenching. “No, enough, Jezabel,” said Damien who was in front of the group, “No, Damien. Come here” said Aurora, who was the farthest to the rear. “And you don't call me Jezebel. Even if you don't like it, I'm your mother. Do you see what you are doing? It's all your fault! You stole your love from me! You are my son, don't forget that.” “Maybe there are moments where I don't want you to be my mom. I'm very sorry, but as much as you gave me life, you turned my reality into hell and a real mother doesn't do that to her son.” “Son, but you are what I love most in this world. You “ have to go to jail and I will stay here with my family. This is over.” Jezabel said “It's not over, Damien.” Damien turned around to join his chosen family. Pintas drew his concealed sword and charged in. Angel stepped in front of Damien to block Pintas. He backed him against the wall saying “I won't let you do anything to my cousin! He is my family and for him I'll do anything.” He grabbed Pintas' weapon hand and raised it. JC held Helena back, out of danger. Damien ran toward Jezabel. She fired two shots, but neither bullet hit anyone. Pintas cursed Angel, saying “Curses! You are not my son!. You better die!” As Angel stood up almost against the stone wall and Pintas began his mad charge Damien got between them and was skewered through the chest by Pintas' sword. “Damned dog!” shouted Jezabel. Helena cried out “Damien! Jezabel shouted “I will kill you!” and went after him but he hit her several times until she fell to the pavement. “I came to consummate my revenge!” He looked down at Jezabel and shouted “I avenged everything you did to me! Everything is paid for in this life, Damien, Jezabel, damnit!” Pintas and Ruan got away.
JC stood up and went to Angel and Damien. Angel told him to call an ambulance. Damien said “Yes. He saved me.” Helena and Aurora told Damien not to move. To Aurora he said “Aunt, God don't forget me, bless me with you. I love you.” “I love you, too,” she said, then kissed him. Jezabel called his name as she slowly got closer. He looked at her, his right arm out. “Don't touch her. She was never a mother to you.” He looked at her and with a faraway expression said “Mama.” Jezabel crawled toward Demon but he died before she could touch his bloodied hand. “You will never hurt him again. Jezabel,” said Aurora. She and Helena cried. Jezabel's fingers curled back into claws. Patricia was just outside the gate, shocked. Angel closed Damien's eyes as JC threw his hands up in frustration.

Pintas ran toward Antonio who was armed. Pintas started shouting for Vampil who was probably twenty miles away by then. Ruan said “All yours, Sr Murrieta, Pleasure doing business with you.” “Damnit! I will kill them all!” Pintas said, holding his cane like a baseball bat. “You aren't going to kill anyone. And you can stop running away because you're not going to escape.” Pintas stood with his arms up but he still had the cane. Ruan was behind him, aiming at his back, but he left the scene. Flashback to 30 years before when Antonio told all the construction workers he would kill the rapist. “If I had been in front of you, I would have killed you with my own hands.” Pintas taunted with “Too bad it wasn't like that. Surely you already know that it was Jezebel who sent me to enjoy the kisses of your fiancée. Whatcha gonna do to be, give me a slap? A little bit, very murderous. No, a little pistol Little by little that gives you courage.” Antonio put the pistol down and challenged him to a fist fight. “You and me. Alone. Just like you found Aurora. Alone, damned coward.”
[DS] EMTs covered Damien. Aurora and Helena were crying. Patricia knelt next to Jezabel, saying “You did a lot to me, but no one deserves to have their son killed like that. And the police are coming for you?” Police sirens were in the distance. “Don't worry.” [/DS]
A few blows in Pintas taunted Antonio again. Antonio knocked Pintas down and he got the sword out. Antonio grabbed Pintas' weapon arm and folded it behind his back. Pintas dropped it and Antonio finally got him down on the ground, pinned him, and kept on hitting. “You are going to pay for what you did to Aurora,”
Patricia saw Titi and Motor. They told her about their encounter with Vampi. Police sirens were in the background. She thought herself lucky with nothing to prove her guilty of anything.
Antonio got up, telling Pintas he will die in prison. Pintas picked up two glass bottles and broke them against each other to use as weapons. He swiped at Antonio several tines but Antonio dodged quickly and efficiently. Antonio got him from behind, Pintas dropped the bottlenecks, which shattered on the path. He then shoved Pintas before he could straighten up and he fell face first into the shards. He stood up holding his face in his hands, blood streaming down to his jaw, yelling “My eyes! Antonio Murrieta, I will kill you, damnit!” “It's over, Pintas,” said Antonio. “You can't deal out any more pain to anyone.”
[DS] Damien's casket sat in the church. Anita and Pascual were in the nearest pew. She got up and stood by the casket thinking of him. She saw him in a suit saying to her “You saved me. Thank you. And, and...” “And what, Damien?” “You are right. I needed a brother. I always felt so lonely after my father went away and when he left I had all those toys, Anita, but nobody to play with,” He was crying. “I was never able to talk about this, not with my mother nor with my aunt.” “But now it's different,” Anita said, touching his face. “Because if you want next year the kings will come to Rolando and to me although we are already going to enter la secu let's play with them.” “It's a deal if you let me.” “I'll let you.” He hugged her. “Thanks, Uncle. Outside the church entrance Antonio told Angel and JC that Pintas was in prison and will not escape again. Vampi and the others were also captured and confessed to everything. JC told them that Jezabel had not said anything. Angel asked how long she would be in the house in Las Flores. He said “Only a week. Don't worry; it's a judge's order until the doctor pronounces a result.” “It's that I worry she would be able to escape and pretend. She already did it once, didn't she?” “Jezabel's body is completely paralyzed. That will not happen.” “I understand how you feel, Angel, but she is well-watched,” said Antonio. “Only Patricia is allowed to see her for what she requires.” “Do you think she will recover the ability to speak?” asked Angel. “We don't know but it's important to the authorities that she does. One thing I do believe, Jezebel's deceptions and manipulations have come to an end.”
Thoughts: Aurora: That after 30 years we can finally live in peace. The evil force had lost its strength and could not hurt anyone anymore. Antonio: For a long time we were at the mercy of lies and of a person weaving a net in which we were all trapped. But in the end we are together, finding light and truth and we could free ourselves. JC: Now the evil that kept us prisoners has been vanquished and the person who started this has found her destiny, submerged in her anger and hate, incapable to escape in the trap of her own body.
Patricia pushed Jezabel's wheelchair, telling a doctor they were sure that Jezabel could not escape. The doctor said she had Gillian-Barré Syndrome. They were trying immunoglobulin injections and hoping that this works. The detective told the doctor that they needed some recovery during the week dictate by the judge to be able to process. Patricia asked about consideration for Aurora, She was sure that Jezabel would be able to talk and to confess to all she had done. Outside the church entrance Antonio told Angel and JC that Pintas was in prison and will not escape again. Vampi and the others were also captured and confessed to everything. JC told them that Jezabel had not said anything. Angel asked how long she would be in the house in Las Flores. He said “Only a week. Don't worry; it's a judge's order until the doctor pronounces a result.” “It's that I worry she would be able to escape and pretend. She already did it once, didn't she?” “Jezabel's body is completely paralyzed. That will not happen.” “I understand how you feel, Angel, but she is well-watched,” said Antonio. “Only Patricia is allowed to see her for what she requires.” “Do you think she will recover the ability to speak?” asked Angel. “We don't know but it's important to the authorities that she does. One thing I do believe, Jezebel's deceptions and manipulations have come to an end.”
Thoughts: Aurora: That after 30 years we can finally live in peace. The evil force had lost its strength and could not hurt anyone anymore. Antonio: For a long time we were at the mercy of lies and of a person weaving a net in which we were all trapped. But in the end we are together, finding light and truth and we could free ourselves. JC: Now the evil that kept us prisoners has been vanquished and the person who started this has found her destiny, submerged in her anger and hate, incapable to escape in the trap of her own body.
Patricia pushed Jezabel's wheelchair, telling a doctor they were sure that Jezabel could not escape. The doctor said she had Gillian-Barré Syndrome. They were trying immunoglobulin injections and hoping that this works. The detective told the doctor that they needed some recovery during the week dictate by the judge to be able to process. Patricia asked about consideration for Aurora, She was sure that Jezabel would be able to talk and to confess to all she had done. Vampi was in prison with a heavily tattooed cellmate. Pintas was placed in their cell, His voice echoed un Vampi's head, asking him to read the newspaper to him. A judge's voice echoed in Pintas' head: 115 years in maximum security for one rape and three murders. Pintas said “Don't tease me, my Vampi. Life is a carnival and for this animal the dance doesn't end until I say so. El Pintas is El Pintas.” he opened his sightless eyes but lost his evil smile when another prisoner grabbed him by the neck from behind.
Patricia arrived at the Las Flores mansion where Jezabel was still under house arrest. She argued over the phone over being offered a novela role as a maid. She said that there was no proof she ever committed a crime. The produced abruptly ended the call. Jezabel was in a wheelchair. Patricia had documents she wanted Jezabel to sign. She dismissed the armed guard, then put the pen into Jezabel's right hand. After the “signature” she used an ink pad to put Jezabel's fingerprint next to the signature. She then left her at the very edge of the pool, saying to enjoy her last look at the water. Jezabel could not speak.
[DS] As Patricia danced off, feeling clever at the prospect of having Jezabel's assets, Jezabel looked down and saw figures in the water. They came up out of the water, the ghosts of all her murder victims, and surrounded her. A moment later they reached up out of the pool and pulled the chair in. Jezabel fell into the water, her body already stiff and incapable of movement. She fell to the pool's floor, her hands shaped like the claws of a bird of prey. A bird's eye view a moment later showed her body on the surface, the dark image of her ghostly avengers disappearing.
Helena and Angel stood by a huge pair of golden wings. Love talk, and a new proposal. The ring was in a heart-shaped box.

As Pascual and Anita join Angel and Helena:
Miguel: Angel, you are my grandson, the link that was going to unite my family and I cut off your wings.
Vicki: I open my arms and let you go with a heart full of hope. Go back to th arms of the woman who gave you life and who never gave up looking for you. I release you because only a mother can understand what pain it is to lose a child and the happiness to embrace him again. So go with your mother, son. Love her and respect her, as you did with me. From the sky I continue to look after you.
Aurora in her garden spoke about the many faces of love, Antonio read from the book about first love with its intrigues and how it liberates people, JC contemplated Autumn Love [and we have heard about these things more than enough times].
Helena talked about the love of friends and that of lovers who fight to not be separated. Angel spoke of love as a refuge.
Aurora made her decision for the man who restored her faith in love, gave her strength and courage to face the difficult times and now for the first time she was living a full life.
Months Later
Aurora left Angel a voicemail from vacation and said she was sending photos.
Aurora had chosen JC. Travel photos from Rome, Paris, and London. Antonio had released her to love and he felt good for her. A young blonde flirted with him as she passed him in the park. He went on from there.
Closing shots of kisses and past romantic moments of Aurora and JC.

I have so many WTAFs but what bothered me the most about the finale was the fillers of lectures on love. This is a novela, not a talk show!
Having said that, the slicing and dicing will always bother me. US viewers who don't watch on Vix or their cable company's On Demand missed so many good scenes by Jose Pablo Minor in these last episodes in addition to the confusion about other things because of other deletions. We deserve better than that.

Thank you UA for covering this entire show and going into double duty mode for it. I have always loved your work and continue to. My biggest WTAF is why Univision would choose to delete Jezabel's fate from the broadcast when the UniNovelas YouTube account always posts reels of her doing this, that, these and those because they know she's the main event of the show.

--- Wardrobe, hair, and makeup good with nothing really outrageous for its own sake

I just watched the finale, but won’t be able to read your recap until this afternoon. I loved the hug between Demon and Angel and hated that Demon had to die.
Jezabel I guess has a just punishment but would rather see her suffering and in jail.
I hope when I read your recaps I find out Patricia didn’t really get those shares and Edgar and Briana aren’t home free.
The biggest surprise for me was that Aurora’s back with JC. Although I did prefer him.

On that last note above, I have to wonder how many people still think that too many women are like Jezabel under the skin.
I loved the flashbacks to the young adulthoods of the primary characters. Much of Jezabel's mental illness is traceable back to her father and his insane attitudes about women. 1993 is too recent a time for his seriously twisted notions about women and girls. The young Antonio was the perfect modern young man: Hard-working, loving, supportive, and immune to Jezabel's attempts at seducing him. The one flaw was his failure to investigate the anonymous call he go while en route to the wedding that never happened. As I wrote this I find it surprising that Miguel even approved of him.
We don't know why Miguel had favored Aurora before her non-transgression. Maybe she looked more like her mother than Jezabel did; I cant imagine anything else. That she became such a dangerous, narcissistic sociopath and psychopath was inevitable because there was no way in hell Miguel would have sought mental health assistance for her.
Both sisters were too isolated from other kids in youth and Jezabel did the same thing to Damien.

I really thought Patricia was going to push Jezabel in the pool. If not for your recap we would have thought Jezabel was still alive. But I have to wonder if Jezabel really has the shares in the company.
Demon really turned himself around and I hate that they killed him off.
They left so many scenes out that were important to the story. I can’t imagine why they would do this.
I guess I would have to say I liked most of the way it ended. But it would have been nice to see the funeral, a wedding, and maybe even the baby’s birth. I picture them naming him after his dad.
DNA tests would have been nice.
I did like the way we saw the photos of the wedding trip. My TV isn’t huge so I couldn’t tell who was in the pictures. So it was a surprise when I saw JC. Antonio will have to concentrate on being a great grandfather. Although the young woman eyeing him seems to tell us his life won’t be without romance.
The show seemed to get darker as it went along. I’m ready to close the book on this! Although there are unanswered questions. Edgar is leaving and Briana will run his business. They may not be happy but I guess the power will please them. But they needed more of an ending.

When I saw the broadcast I was outraged when Patricia walked away, leaving Jezabel at the edge of the pool. Later it occurred to me that this was not the end of her punishment. I could not see the full episode until yesterday and I was satisfied with her end. The few minutes between her fall into the pool and the drowning would have been torture.
The only prison condition that would have been satisfactory would have been life without parole and solitary confinement in a maximum security facility. However, her death meant that everyone could sleep at night.
Pintas was likely to get finished off considering his rap sheet. I'd like to think that the four million pesos involved in this case was returned to JC and Antonio.
I also thought about Patricia's cleaning out Jezabel's assets. This situation looks legally questionable because of Jezabel's inability to even speak and that those $$$ xfers were not notarized. Such a situation could take months to resolve but I doubt she could win this case, especially with JC on a long vacation.

I was disappointed in the finale. I wanted to see Angel and Helena have a beautiful wedding .I wanted to see the baby surrounded by his loving grandparents. I wanted Demian (Demon no more )to get a goodbye funeral after sacrificing himself to save Angel.( I figured that he would sacrifice himself to save someone, but I thought it would be Aurora, who was more of a mother to him than Jezabel ever was

I was surprised, too, but JC was an incredible romantic. I wonder if he stuck to the intent to get that castle in Tuscany. But Antonio vanquished Pintas. When I saw the broken bottles and heard those taunts I knew Antonio wasn't going to lose his cool.
During Damien's redemption arc I made the decision that henceforth there will be no nicknames not applied by the characters. Initials like JC will go on for ease of typing.
Finally, I have to say that I was deeply disturbed about the possible DNA issue around Angel / Antonio / Pintas. It's about more than the risk of incest.

Angel/Aurora. Another (and final, whew!) heroic and extremely well-done recap, Urban! You are my hero. I hope you get some rest now. That was a very intense confrontation between Demian and Jezabel. Dermian met a moving and heroic death, even if it was a bit of a cliche. And yep, the question of Angel's paternity should have been cleared up. Pintas's punishment seems about right. Jezabel seemed to get off too easily; they should have shown the full version in which she drowns in the pool after seeing the ghosts of her victims. I totally agree with Anonymous and Liz on that point. I also think that JC was a good choice for Aurora, among other reasons because they have both gone through traumas and come out on the other side.
