Anyone up for a recap, of any length, to get the comments started?

lejos

No time for a recap, but all day long I've been mulling over a question about Sadakat. Assuming she's the one Doctor Klinc, senior is talking about, did she jump or was she pushed? Either way, no wonder she is worried about him being in the area.

I'm worried About Zerrin. Will she have to marry Sedat? What about the leering Demir?

Why don't I like the Dr. Klinc, junior?

#38 – A Quickie

Alya explains to Cihan that she called Dr. Ugur to check for the baby perhaps having a heart condition. When Cihan says Ugur has been getting too close to Alya, she gets angry.

Cihan is seething with jealousy for most of this episode. He goes to Mine’s office telling her first to not approach him when he’s with Alya. And second, to get Ugur off the staff. Alya has been eavesdropping. Mine emphasizes the coffee Alya had with Ugur to get in her digs.

Alya and Cihan begin to argue in the corridor. Cihan says they’ll talk at home.

Sahin gives Zerrin a chance to back out of marrying Sedat. She’s set on going through with it. Mahmut, his wife, Remziye, Sedat and some servants arrive for the ceremony of Sedat asking for Zerrin’s hand.

Alya and Cihan argue. Cihan flat out says he wants Ugur out because he had coffee with Alya. She’s outraged and accused him of jealousy. He denies it and falls back on cultural norms.

Sada asks Cihan if Alya asked about “the child” comment she made.

I’ve given up hope this family will ever eat a meal together. Kaya is ordered by his mother to sit. He doesn’t even get a bite before his toxic mother tells him about what Zerrin is doing right now. Kaya bolts. Cihan basically says “what the hell” to his mother and races out. Alya also leaves the table.

Mahmut offers to buy the ring, Zerrin’s wedding dress and whatever. He says they’ll go tomorrow. Sahin looks like he’s swallowing something bitter but agrees to come.

Kaya bashes out the windows of the Nalhanoglu vehicle. All the men come down. Sedat and Kaya scream their desires to kill the other. Cihan arrives and takes Kaya away. Later he has a heart to heart with Kaya, telling him the bitter truth.

Cihan gets drunk in his man cave. Alya thinks he’s gone to Mine, but he kind of staggers into their bedroom. Deniz is in bed, and Cihan at first thought it was Alya. He catches her with her hair in a towel.

Sahin tells Ecmel he has the clans he wants. Ecmel orders him to take Cihan’s lands immediately. He goes on to say that the marriage with Mahmut’s family will bring more clans to their side.

The night before, Cihan didn’t pick up when Mine called. And in the morning, he’s very short with her.

Sahin calls Cihan and wants to meet. They both seem to know the location.

Mine gets bold, telling Alya she’s been useful to Cihan. She’s his right-hand person.

"CASILLAS"
Howdy from the Alamo City CarayCaray Family. Here's my super-short recap of last night's episode.

*Annoying Laura & Santita get rescued by Ismael & Co.,

*Diana & Co., take KMV into an ambulance to avoid being spotted by Cifuentes' lackeys.

*Annoying Laura & Ismael arguing during the ride back to Casillas HQ.

*Cowboy Schmuck & Little Miss Schmuck heading over to another location.

*Not sure how the explosive confrontation between Leo & Slick-Haired Glasses & Co., ended.

*Ismael & Co., arrive at Casillas HQ & right on cue: Ismael goes ballistic on Diana for bringing KMV from the hospital.

lejos

That was such a stupid comment about the child! I guess that secret is going to come out at some point.

Mine is getting dangerous.

Cihan is jealous.

Kaya is a hothead. Some is going to get hurt. I want to like him, but he puts others at risk when he’s out of control.

Hmmm. Sahin and Cihan are meeting. What’s that about? Loyalties seem to change daily here. I’m confused!

I still don’t like Doctor K, junior. I still dont know why.

Babachita

Lejos

Babachita, perhaps you don't like Ugur Klinc because you want Cihan and Alya to end up together. Ugur is the plot device to delay that longer, and to eventually reveal Boran's father. - Agree with people who wonder why Sadakat hasn't put Ecmel's rejection of her in the rearview mirror. Maybe it's her personality. Besides her lack of social position and money back then, that would be another reason for Ecmel to reject her. Except he has the same personality. Those two have been annoying each other for 45 years. Enough already.

Lejos

Novelera, thank you for the recap. I haven't had a chance to watch yet, but I will know the dialogue when I finally have time to watch . There is a lot of rinse and repeat in this show . Susan

Lejos

Thank you so much Novelera!!

At the end Cihan was setting up a shipment just with the lawyer who asked “Just the two of us?” I wonder if Cihan suspects him of being the mole and is setting him up.

How can you get all your wedding stuff just a few days before?

Maggie

lejos

Thanks for getting us started, novelera.

Not sure what Cihan's plan is yet but I'm sticking with Halis as the snitch. He looked particularly suspect to me in the last episode. He also made a big show of anger at the last raid. And IIRC, he wanted Cihan to make that deal with Nedim and his people.

I don't like Ugur either, Babachita. I get a bad vibe. I agree with Anastasia that he will uncover the Boran-Ecmel connection. I made a comment about this on the previous page.

Kaya is the wedding terminator. He won't stop. You're right Babachita, he puts everyone at risk.

Sahin - Cihan meeting. Sahin asked his dad, who's the mole? Does he know and that's why they are meeting?

I don't know if there's much to do since this wedding is the religious one that doesn't legally count.

Song that played when Alya cut the picture for the locket:

I think I'm getting an interesting episode to recap this weekend.

Lejos

I finally got to watch the last two episodes .
I remember seeing the family parade arriving with flowers and gifts for the bride to be in other dizis. Sedat is a nice looking guy and seems quiet and calm. I know that Kaya is the true love, but Sedat is at least better than creepy Demir.

Mine is ever present skulking and ease dropping . Susan

Lejos

Uh oh. Just saw the end of the last episode . Sedat wasn't so calm after loose cannon Kayo bashed in the car windows . Once the again , Cihan has to try to smooth things over after baby brother goes BSC. I am starting to feel sorry for Cihan always being the one to put the fires out . Exhausting . Susan

"CASILLAS"
I will not be able to watch tonight's upcoming episode because of the First Round of the 2025 College Football Playoff between my beloved 9.) Alabama Crimson Tide (10-3) vs 8.) OU Sooners (10-2) tonight on ABC 12 KSAT-TV San Antonio.

lejos

IIRC, Sedat sexually harrassed Zerrin and would have abused her physically if Kaya hadn’t rescued her After that Demir “gave” her to him as a reward for his loyalty. But now I think Demir is interested in Zerrin also.

I’m not sure about my recollection. I have had a bad feeling about Sedat. Maybe I misjudged him?

Babachita

lejos

Sedat is a thoroughly bad apple. And he's come from a bad apple tree. Yes, Babachita, Sedat fixated on Zerrin because they were attending the same college. I don't remember all the details, but Kaya went off on him verbally at one point because he was trying to get Zerrin, and Zerrin was really scared of him. The event that ended up with Kaya in prison was Kaya arriving to see Zerrin. She was fast walking, almost running through those narrow medieval streets, because Sedat was after her. It seemed he planned to trap her and...who knows? Daylight rape seems unlikely, but methinks he had a lot of groping in mind. Kaya ran after and rescued Zerrin. Sedat pulled a gun. Kaya lunged, they grappled, Zerrin got a flesh wound when the gun went off. Eventually we got the classic two men on the ground, the gun goes off, and either a commercial or the end of the episode to make us wonder. Sedat was the one wounded, and Kaya accused of attempted murder.

The bad tree is Sedat's father Mahmut. Quite a while later Cihan discovered from some security camera footage that a guy on a small motorcycle had been filming what happened. Mahmut kidnapped the guy to protect his rotten son, and I assume planned to kill the guy. But Cihan, as usual, saved the day. What I don't understand is why, since the judge saw the video, Sedat isn't locked up.

"CASILLAS"
Dondi356 & Kat in SC: I missed last night's episode due to watching my beloved 9.) Alabama Crimson Tide (11-3) defeating 8.) OU Sooners (10-3) 34-24 last night in the First Round of the 2025 College Football Playoff.

Did anything crazy happen ?

Lejos
Babachita and Novelera , thank you for explaining that Sedat was the bad guy chasing Zerrin when Kaya rescued her . I am.getting all these dark haired , bearded guys mixed up. Sedat = Bad guy Susan

Lejos

Novelera - I’m so glad you remembered the scene with Sedat chasing Zerrin. With this whole wedding thing I was wondering if I was remembering it wrong - was it another guy? -because how could the very unhappy Zerrin be forced to marry him when there was the motorcyclist’s video showing what happened? And yet, yes, her father has given her to a would-be rapist. And his own father knows what his son tried to do. Unbelievable!

As for Sedat, who would want to marry a girl who recoils to your touch and is so miserable about marrying you?

#39 part 1

Mine says she’s Cihan’s right hand. Alya thinks that’s a very important title. Then she brings up Mine’s offer of another girls’ night. Can we do it tonight? Mine is onboard. She’ll leave early and pick up dinner.

Cihan and Sahin meet on a makeshift soccer field. Cihan notes, the boundaries of this field are still in stones, they haven’t fixed it. Flashback to a childhood game. Boran to Cihan to Sahin… goal! The team celebrates. End flash. Cihan smiles at Sahin, you were a great forward. And you, a great passer, Sahin returns. He adds, but in the end, I’d make the pass, and you’d score the goal.

Our lives are defined by what we give up, Cihan says, that’s why you should look at what you’ve given up and not what you’ve chosen. Sahin replies, I can’t forgive your mother. Cihan can’t forgive Ecmel but he says, no matter what happens we’re still brothers. Nothing can break that. Sahin explains, Cihan, I fought for our brotherhood for years, but you all destroyed it.

Don’t exhaust my patience, Cihan says, if you have something to say, say it. Sahin looks around. I want the part of Albora that my grandfather left my father. Cihan says it can’t be divided. Then give it all to me, Sahin replies, one way or another, you’ll give us what’s ours. Cihan repeats, it can’t be divided. If you insist on getting it back, you’ll have to kill me. That’s what you want, isn’t it?

Sahin says that would be easy. I have the trust and support of the tribes. They are abandoning you. Your shipments are failures, and you have no sales. You’re at a standstill because of your spy. How about making a deal? I’ll save your business by telling you who’s been sabotaging you, and you give us what is ours.

Cihan turns and walks a few steps away. He thinks, then goes back to Sahin. With a resigned smile he says, I entrust you to God. He pats Sahin’s shoulder and walks away. Sahin imagines Cihan as the boy he played with on that field. Cihan turns and raises his hand for goodbye. Sahin nods in acknowledgment.

We jump right into Zerrin’s wedding day. The celebration has already begun. Guests arrive. Music, dancing, food. Fidan says to Sahin, let’s go see your sister.

Poor Zerrin. It’s like she’s waiting for the angel of death. Fidan tells her she looks radiant, elegant. A beautiful bride. She gives her daughter a hug that’s not returned. Zerrin gives Sahin a hug. He asks if she’s okay. She puts on a brave face—yes. Fidan tells her, Sedat will let you continue your studies. [how generous.] You will live a life of luxury in his house. He is the only son, and you will be the lady of the konak. Let me hug you again. We’ll come back to get you later.

No surprise, Kaya shows up at the wedding disguised as a baklava deliveryman. He has an accomplice. They manage to get by the guards. Kaya hurries off and busts open the window of Zerrin’s bedroom. He proclaims, I’m here to rescue you. Zerrin tries to fight him off. You’ll get us both killed! He picks her up and tosses her out the window. Lol. She shouts and struggles. He manages to get her to the car the accomplice has waiting for them. They drive off.

Zerrin panics. They will kill us! Kaya answers, they can’t hurt us. Let them come, we’ll see what happens. She tries to open the door. He turns on the radio. [It’s the song he sang to her at that dinner flashback in an earlier episode that was cut in ours, Mardinli Güzel Yarim, My Beautiful Love from Mardin.]

#39 part 2

Girls’ night. Mine pours the coffee and gets right down to it. How are things with Cihan? Alya replies, what things? The recent incidents at the hospital, Mine answers. I think he’s overreacting to your friendship with Dr Ugur. You must feel the same. You come from another country, you’re a modern woman. You’re used to your freedom. Nowadays, people get to choose who to be with, right?

Alya kind of nods at that. Mine continues, Dr Ugur is handsome though. Alya quickly answers, I don’t care if he’s attractive. Our relationship is strictly work related, nothing more. He’s an excellent cardiologist. Besides, I’m married. Mine smiles. You’re saying that because I dated a married man. Alya denies that. That’s your business, not mine. I’m talking about myself. I’m a married woman and that’s why I don’t notice whether someone is attractive or not.

Mine says from that point of view being in a relationship with a married man must seem awful to you. But the reality is very different. Would you believe me if I told you I was the victim? I was. I’m in love with a man and despite how long we’ve been together, his family wouldn’t accept me. They forced him to marry another woman.

Alya asks, he was forced? Mine says, I was the one who was betrayed. And yet, he still can’t leave me. And I can’t let him go either. Our relationship continued. I even helped his wife in a life and death situation. Alya asks, what are you trying to say? [she must get it by now…] She was dying, Mine says, and it was for him that I did everything I could to provide the best care for her.

Alya sighs and looks annoyed. Mine continues, I became a savior in addition to a lover. I always tried to be there unconditionally for the man I love. But I was the only one ever to make sacrifices. I realized our relationship had always been like that. It still is. Alya looks like she’s losing patience but listens in silence. We’re still seeing each other, Mine says. He secretly comes to my house, as if it were a crime, and I let him in. Later he leaves without looking back. Do you know where he goes? Alya asks, where?

The doorbell interrupts the conversation. Mine is upset. Alya offers to get the door. Surprise, it’s Cihan. Merhaba. Mine comes to the door. Hoşgeldin, Cihan Bey. He replies, hoşbulduk, Mine Hanım. Alya asks him, why did you come? He says, I was in the neighborhood, so I came to pick you up. You guessed I’d be at Mine’s and came for me, she asks. Cihan says his men are outside, they told me you were here. I was nearby and came.

Alya says, if they were here, why does this bother you? It doesn’t bother me, Cihan answers. Mine invites him in for coffee. Thanks, but maybe some other time, he replies. Come, Alya.

Alya turns to Mine and says she should visit them one day at the konak. Mine says okay. Alya goes to get her coat. Cihan glares at Mine. Mine walks away. She apologizes to Alya. Alya thanks her and leaves with Cihan. Mine says to herself, she’s beginning to understand.

Alya sees the men outside Mine’s place. She tells Cihan there was no need for him to come. He repeats he was in the area. She doubts that. You’re never around here. How would you know where I go and don’t go, he asks. She notes his workplace is nowhere near here. Were you smuggling merch, she asks. He tells her to stop talking about that. I came to get you out of kindness.

lejos
#39 part 3

Kindness? I planned to stay longer, Alya says, you showed up and interrupted us. I don’t call that kind. It’s rude. They continue to debate. Cihan reminds her that his men inform him of everything she does. She knows that but says he only appears when there’s some sort of danger. She asks, are you telling me I was in danger with Mine? [Ha, Cihan’s the one in danger here.]

Cihan asks, why are you so keen on visiting Mine lately? She counters, why are you so keen on always questioning me? I already explained. I like to leave the konak to socialize with people from work. Any other questions? Cihan surmises, she works for me, and you wanted information, didn’t you? Alya nods, sure. In fact, I went to make her an offer she couldn’t refuse. Careful, you might lose your employee. It would really hurt you to lose her. Alya walks away.

Cihan shouts after her—Ugur. Ugur Killinc, right? You probably came to ask Mine not to let anyone fire him from the hospital. Mine already told me she wouldn’t, Alya replies. They get in the car. Cihan asks, so what did you talk about? What’s it to you, Alya fires back, I never ask you what you talk about with her, do I? You don’t need to ask because you spy on us, he snarks.
Alya wants to know why he came and if he’s hiding anything. He denies hiding anything. She finally asks, are you in a relationship? Cihan freezes, then weakly asks, with whom? With Mine, she answers pointedly, you’re in a relationship with her, aren’t you?

Cihan is caught. With Mine Hanım? I told you she works for me. Are you joking? Alya says, don’t lie to me, Cihan. You know exactly what I mean, stop lying to me. Cihan asks, if I were with her or any other woman, what difference would it make to you? None at all, she replies. He asks, you wouldn’t care if I were in a relationship? Of course not, she answers. [does he look disappointed? She looks annoyed, maybe jealous?] He wonders why she asked him that.

Alya claims she just wanted to know. If you two are involved, you can tell me. No need to hide it. If I were in a relationship, I’d be honest with you. He asks, if you were in a relationship? Yes, she replies, I’d tell you. He tells her she’s not allowed to have relationships. You always say your relationships are none of my business, she asks, so what’s the problem if I had one?

Cihan makes it clear that it doesn’t work both ways. You are my wife, the wife of an Albora. You can’t do something like that. She snaps back, if you can do it, so can I. He denies being in a relationship. She doesn’t trust him. I told you that you can tell me anything, Cihan. Just be honest with me, then I can trust you. He just stares at her and nods. She adds, if you are not [honest]… I’d be really hurt. He starts driving.

Back to the wedding that won’t happen. Demir arrives. He greets Sedat and his parents and then Fidan and Sahin. He takes his seat at the family table! He looks at Sedat and says to Sahin, so you’re marrying Zerrin to that coward Sedat after all. Wow. Sahin just sighs. The imam arrives. It’s time to get Zerrin.

Fidan and Sedat go. As they get to the room, Fidan tells Sedat to wait, she will go in to get Zerrin. Fidan calls, Zerrin? She sees the mess in the room and the broken window. Sedat enters. Where is she? He sees the mess. He yells, Zerrin? Where is she? He runs off.

lejos
#39 part 4

Sedat shouts for his father. He takes out his gun and starts firing into the air. Zerrin’s been kidnapped! Sahin rises from his chair. Mahmut asks, what do you mean? Sedat’s mother exclaims, we’ve been disgraced! Demir smirks with enjoyment, I’m surprised she didn’t leave earlier. Sedat is certain that Kaya kidnapped her. Look for her! I’m going to kill Kaya! Sahin asks his mother, where did she go? Fidan panics, I don’t know where she went.

Kaya arrives at the destination. He tells Zerrin to get out of the car. She won’t, she wants to go back. He asks, you really want to marry that fool? She replies, just take me back. He picks her up. She yells and hits him. Ah, there’s Kadir, smiling. He opens the gate for them. He tells Kaya everything is ready. There’s food on the table. Wood for the fire. No dessert though. Kaya says okay, don’t tell anyone.

Zerrin begs for Kadir to help her. Kaya carries her into the house and shuts the door. Kadir turns and sighs, yes, Kadir… help me, Kadir… come on, Kadir… you can do it. Stupid Kadir never says no. He picks up Zerrin’s shoes and tosses them at the door. He mutters, when Cihan finds out about this, what’s going to happen to you, Kadir? May Allah punish you, Kadir, he sings, may Allah curse you, Kadir.

Unhappy ChiAl arrive home. Ummu, Pakize and Sada come out to greet them. Alya quickly walks past them. Sada asks Cihan, you had a fight, didn’t you? Leave us alone, Cihan replies.

ChiAl bedroom. Alya stalks off to the bathroom. [why the song? There’s no song in the original.] Alya washes her hands. She looks in the mirror. Really? Why are you insisting to know? What will happen? He said no.
Cihan is down in the dumps, too. Deniz enters and calls for his mother. Cihan calls him over. The boy asks, where’s my mom? He tells her she’s inside (bathroom) and will be back soon. Deniz sits. Cihan asks him what he has in his hands. Deniz answers, you got mom a locket for her birthday. I have a surprise for her, too. Cihan wants to see. Deniz keeps it behind his back.

Alya emerges and gives her son a kiss. She asks, where’s my hug? Are you angry? No, he replies, I have a present for your birthday. Are you ready? She opens it. It’s a framed picture of the 3 of them, Deniz, Alya, and Cihan taken at the farm. Alya and Cihan look at each other.

Deniz asks, do you like it mom? She likes it very much. He turns to Cihan, do you like it, too? He does. She gives Deniz a kiss and a hug and a thank you. Deniz asks, where should we put it? She lets Deniz choose. It’s going to stay on Cihan’s side. Cihan places it on the coffee table. Alya and Deniz leave to do watercolors. Cihan looks at the photo and sighs.

Kaya brings a change of clothes for Zerrin. She says the best thing to do is to let her go. Don’t upset me, he replies, take that dress off. I won’t, she answers, what will you do if people find out you kidnapped me? Let me go back, she pleads. Never, he tells her, you need to understand. She asks, what is this place? He says Kadir prepared it for us.

This can’t be happening, Zerrin complains, how long do you think you can keep me here? Until we get married, Kaya replies. Why are you surprised? I’m the man you love, have you forgotten? She snaps, I told you I don’t love you anymore. What you did to me and my family…

lejos
#39 part 5

Oooff, that again, Kaya shouts, don’t start! Keep hating my family if you like, just like I hate yours. But we’re still getting married. She says no way. Kaya tells her, you’re not going anywhere until you say yes. They continue to argue. He wants her to change clothes. She throws them on the floor. He wants to throw the wedding dress into the fire.

Fidan, Sahin, Sedat and his father and men, along with Demir, show up at the Albora konak. They demand to be let in. The guard says he’ll inform Cihan. Cihan says let the men stay outside but the others can enter. Sada wonders what they want. Alya comes out, what happened? Cihan tells her stay back, it’s dangerous. Kadir arrives at the konak. At least we see Demir has stayed outside.

Sedat shouts for Kaya. Cihan comes downstairs to meet with everyone. Muzzafer and Sahin tell Sedat to calm down. Fidan shouts up to Sada, give me back my daughter! What do you want, Sada shouts back, what does Kaya have to do with your daughter? Cihan tells Ummu and Pakize to go inside. Sahin asks Cihan to call Kaya.

Cihan asks what happened. Sahin tells him Zerrin disappeared from the wedding. Sada looks panicked. Cihan asks, you think Kaya took her? Sedat pipes up—who else could it be? Zerrin couldn’t have escaped by herself. It was Kaya who kidnapped her. Sahin puts his hand out to stop Sedat. Mahmut moves forward, too.

Sahin says, bring Kaya to me. I want him to show his face and tell me if he took her. Cihan says Kaya is not here. Fidan shouts, he’s probably hiding my daughter here. Sada replies, do you think I’d let your daughter set one foot in my konak? Speak properly, Fidan shouts, I’m asking you to give my daughter back! Give her, and I’ll leave! We didn’t come for nonsense! I want my daughter!

Cihan barks at Fidan—yenge! Neither Zerrin nor Kaya are here. Mahmut thinks Cihan is lying. I’m not you, I don’t lie, Cihan replies, if I say they are not here, it’s because they are not. Sahin holds Mahmut back. Sahin asks, then where are they? Cihan replies, I don’t know. Fidan warns, if Kaya kidnapped my daughter, if he took her… she points at Sada… I’ll burn you all! She points her finger in Cihan’s face… I’ll burn you, too.

Mahmut declares, this is a matter of honor. If I see that bastard with my DIL, I’ll kill him.

And we are out!

As you predicted, dondi, you got a real barnburner episode! Somehow, I just couldn't believe Zerrin was going to end up in Sedat's bed. Kaya, Kaya, you have scared me, though. Unless Cihan can get Kaya and Zerrin out of the country, I fear bloodshed.

I'm confused about the land thing. Sahin's request seems reasonable. It seems the father of Azem and Ecmel left them each 50% of the land. His father is in prison, so why shouldn't Sahin get what his father owned? Why is Cihan so sure that can't happen?

I forgot about Alya being badly hurt. Can someone refresh my memory?

Why does Mine say she works for Cihan? Is this the role Alya thinks she has: spying on Alya? The hospital is owned by Demir.

One thing I always enjoy about dizis is the terrific henchies the protagonists always seem to have. I feel like planting a kiss on his cheek every time I see Kadir. And Muzzafer is a total mensch.

Thanks for the Turkish greetings. I type these comments and/or recaps on my desktop computer. I've never mastered quick typing on my phone, only occasionally hunt and peck a fast reply to an email. What I mean by that is I'm just now typing on my keyboard, but I can easily turn my Reverso app to Turkish...English from Spanish...English and look them up on my phone. I'm pleased to say that, because of studying since 1990, I don't need to look up a word very often in Spanish.

It's funny the niceties they performed when Cihan showed up to get Alya away from Mine. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Mine has had her last overnight visit from Cihan.

lejos

I meant to say, and forgot to do so, that I loved the poignant meeting between Cihan and Sahin. As we saw from the beginning and as Cihan said, they are brothers. It's killing both of them that Ecmel and Sadakat have created an unbreachable rift.

lejos

Novelera, you are so right about that scene with Cihan and Sahin. It was very sad because these closely bonded relatives are being forced into conflict. I will hope they can find a way to overcome this.

Babachita

lejos

I have no idea how Kaya and Zerrin are going to get out of this unscathed. I wonder if they will consummate their relationship at the hideout.

novelera, the land thing is confusing to me too. My memory is vague. Does it have something to do with the bad blood between Ecmel and Sada? Or that Ecmel was convicted of a crime? I figure Ecmel will get out of prison eventually. Maybe we will get more information.

I often find the supporting dizi characters are often more interesting or likeable than the leads. It’s too bad they are cutting scenes with the konak employees.

“Is this the role Alya thinks she [Mine] has: spying on Alya?” I think you’re right, novelera.

Alya almost died after Sada shot her.

Yes, it’s funny how Cihan and Mine are so formal with each other when they cross paths in public. Who do they think they’re fooling?

I feel sorry for Cihan and Sahin. They are both under tremendous pressure from their families.
