En Nombre del Amor, February 11, 2010--Where's Rodolfo?

Luz tells Paloma that Gabriel left for good and gives her a box that contains an hour glass and a letter from Gabe; Cristobal tells his mom that she has a granddaughter.

Rufi tries to get Pal to read the letter (even though Luz said she shouldn’t read it until she’s in Mexico City). Carlota comes in and puts on a woe-is-me-act about how alone she’s going to be when they leave. She’ll probably never leave there since her memories and deceased loved ones (among them, Macarena) are there. Emiliano shows up and informs them that Dr. Bermudez disappeared--it looks like someone attacked him at home but they don’t know if he’s dead or alive.

Padre Benito points out to Madeleine that first Pal has to be told that Cris is her father. Cris has it all planned out with Dr. B. and Rufi, but mientras tanto, Maddy will have to be patient. Cris then mentions that it’s Pal’s birthday and he wants them to go give her a hug. Madeleine is overcome with emotion and thanks God for so many blessings. Suddenly, Padre Mateo bursts in with the bad news about Dr. B.

Luz and Rafael wonder what happened with Dr. B. Apparently the police have already checked all the hospitals but he’s not there. Luz feels sorry for Pal and tells Rafa about Gabe leaving para siempre because he doesn’t want Pal to see him die.

Rufi cries that she doesn’t understand and Pal cries that it can’t be and runs off to her room. Carlota thinks to herself that she left Dr. B. dead, so what happened?

Ines has returned from her honeymoon and is visiting Diana. Diana tells her sob story about how she can’t find Samuel anywhere (and he has the deed to the house) and begs Ines to help her.

Samuel is on the phone with a scuzzy guy who says that Sam better get the money ASAP, or else.

At Dr. B’s house, the police tell Eugenio that the attackers came in the back door and Dr. B. was caught off guard. Eugenio asks whether there was more than one attacker--they don’t know yet, but it was well-planned. When one of the cops asks who took the body, Eugenio shrugs (with a somewhat guilty look on his face) and says they have to think that Dr. B. is still alive. The other cop thinks if that’s the case, then Dr. B. had to have someone help him.

Cris and Madeleine have arrived to see Pal. While Maddy talks to Pal, Cris asks to speak to Carlota. As soon as they’re alone in the study he grabs her forcefully and accuses her of getting rid of Dr. B. in order to prevent Pal from leaving. Once again he invites an anvil to come crashing down on him by saying that he’ll prove she’s behind all this if it’s the last thing he does. Carlota claims that it couldn’t have been her since she couldn’t have carried the body away, but Cris has no doubt that she had something to do with it. She snarks that now that he’s no longer a priest, maybe he should become a detective. He swears that her days are numbered.

Madeleine tries to encourage Pal not to lose faith, etc. In a real “well, DUH” moment, Rufi wonders who would have wanted to harm Dr. B. Maddy promises that she’ll personally ask Eugenio to help find Dr. B. Emiliano announces that it’s time for him to go so Pal walks him to the door. He tells her that she’s not alone, he’s there for her.

Romina stops by Camila’s store, where Cami and Orlando have been discussing the disappearance of Dr. B. Upon hearing the news, Romi is all upset that Pal isn’t leaving town now--what bad luck I have! Cami is disgusted and calls Romi selfish. Ro-it’s-all-about-ME-na stalks off.

Madeleine is still trying to console Pal. She thinks that this incident isn’t going to stop Pal from starting a new life, and she’s sure that this is the beginning of the end of Pal’s hardships. Nobody leaves this world without reaping what they have sown. The baddies get theirs, and the good ones like you will receive blessings. Yeah, ya hear that Carlota?

Angelica talks with Anamar about working at the platería--Anamar assures Ange that she’s not going to leave town and won’t leave her in the lurch (in terms of work) no matter what happens with Emiliano.

Rufi agonizes to Cris about how all their plans have gone down the tubes. Cris says their plans have only been postponed. Rufi tells him to pray for Dr. B to be alive, because they can’t take yet another death.

Madeleine asks Pal to forgive Cris; Pal replies that she can’t think about anything other than the doctor right now, but agrees to think about Maddy’s request.

Carlota calls German and demands that he find out what happened with Dr. B. German reminds her that he doesn’t work for her anymore and hangs up on her.

Samuel is waiting outside Romi’s house when she arrives home. She asks whether he’s there to deliver the furniture he was supposed to buy or to return the money he stole, then tells him she doesn’t have a father anymore. He asks her to listen to him and says there is an explanation for everything.

While shopping at Camila’s, Ines tells Cami that she should be worried about Sam--he and Diana were romantically involved and he asked Di for the deed to her house, and now he’s nowhere to be found.

Samuel tells Romi he had no choice but to give the money to those guys, or else he’d be killed, and claims he didn’t know they were crooks. He gets on his knees and says he needs money--if she doesn’t give it to him he’ll have to leave the country for good and he doesn’t want to lose her again. To top it off, he pretends to cry.

Cami calls Rafa to tell him about Diana giving the deed to the house to Samuel. Cami’s on her way to Romi’s to tell her what Sam did to Di.

A squirmy Orlando has a phone conversation with his business associate in Houston--the guy’s wife has some houses picked out for Orly and Cami to look at. Ok, but don’t say anything to Cami yet because I want to surprise her that I’m buying a house there. The guy wants to formalize/legalize their business relationship already or something like that, so Orly tells him that Angelica will be coming to set things up, blah, blah blah. Ok, see you and Cami here in Houston the day after tomorrow. More uneasiness from Orly.

Pal prays in her room for Dr. B. to be found safe and sound. Carlota comes in says she and Rufi can stay there as long as they want. Pal says that in addition to Dr. B, she’s upset about Gabriel, who left town without saying goodbye. Carlota takes this opportunity to observe that that was to be expected seeing as how he’s dying and all. Oops, you didn’t know about that? Pal flips out.

Romi is trying to access her bank account online before she writes her dad a check but can’t get the computer to connect. He’s all nervous and wants her to write the check right away. She tells him that all this stuff he told her better be true. Oh, and I don’t like it one bit that you had a romance with my husband’s mother. Sam claims there was nothing between them. Cami arrives and asks what Sam is doing there.

Carlota lies that they discovered Gabe’s illness recently, so Pal takes that to mean that he got sick when he arrived in Real del Monte and therefore it’s all her fault, because everyone that loves her dies.

Camila is outraged upon learning that Romi was going to write her father a check and she and Sam start arguing. She yells at him about taking the deeds to Di’s house and Romi is shocked. The phone rings, and the maid answers it and tells whoever is on the line that Romi and her mom are fighting with Romi’s dad.

German meets with Eugenio and hints that he has some good dirt on Carlota relating to what happened with Dr. B.

Romi asks if Sam swindled Diana. Cami grabs her phone and says let’s call right now and find out, but Sam grabs her arm and puts her in a choke hold. When Romi demands that he let Cami go, he yells for her to give him the check, so she goes to write it while Cami tells her not to give him anything.

Pal cries while reading Gabe’s letter (we hear his voice saying the words), but I’m so distracted by the inappropriateness of his peppy song playing in the background while she’s all weepy, that I don’t really care what the letter says. Something about how he has other plans that he’d rather not share with her because it’s better that way, and he’s leaving his legacy to her, and don’t look for him, he hates goodbyes.

Sam shoves Cami to the couch and demands that Romi sign the check. She calls him a coward and he grabs her and shoves her. Rafa arrives and he and Sam start throwing punches.

German tells Eugenio he thought that what Carlota proposed (to German) might interest him. Although German told Carlota to take a hike, Eugenio wants him to go back to her and say that she can count on him after all. Listen well to what you are going to do.

The scuffle continues between Sam and Rafa. Cami calls the cops but Romi protests because she doesn’t want her dad to get in trouble. Cami can’t believe Romi is still defending him. Sam calls Cami a whore and they yell at each other some more. Rafa tells Sam that he’s going to pay for everything he has done while slamming Sam’s face in the wall.

Pal talks with Rufi about Gabe--she thinks maybe he hid his illness from her because she had mentioned to him once that everyone that loved her ended up dying, and he didn’t want to worry her. Rufi advises her to talk to Gabe--ask Luz or Eugenio to put you in touch with him. Pal thinks she loves him more than she thought (but not more than Emil because she’ll never love again the way she loved Emil--oh, the tragedy). Rufi tells her not to let Gabe go.

The police--including the same guy who was investigating Dr. B’s case earlier--come to take Sam away. Romi is only worried about what the neighbors must think about all this. The cop says Romi has to come to the station to make a statement but Romi doesn’t want to; Rafa and Cami manage to convince her to go. Cami thanks Rafa for his help.

Romi tries calling Emil but he doesn’t answer. She looks on sadly as the police car takes her father away and worries about him being left in jail.

Emil sees Pal walking down the street and runs up to ask if there’s any news about Dr. B. She informs him that Gabe is out of her life and starts up again with her sobbing-heaving-speed-talking that is like nails on a chalkboard to me about how she’s destined to be alone and how marrying Romi was the best thing for him because it keeps him away from her and the bad luck she causes everyone she loves. Emil asks what Gabe has to do with it but she just walks off.

In Mexico City, Gabe is at a doctor appointment mooning about how he misses Pal. The doc comes in and says that his heart is responding well (though he should have died 15 years ago). Doc asks if Gabe has done anything different to feel connected with life; Gabe admits he fell in love for the first time. The doctor thinks the desire to live and love are strengthening his heart.

Pal calls Luz to ask for the truth about Gabe; she tells Pal to find Eugenio.

Carlota talks to herself about how she was able to keep Pal from leaving and, even better, she won’t have to get rid of Gabe. But she’s worried about the situation with Dr. B.--where is his body? Because he’s got to be dead, I killed him.

Avances: Someone calls Carlota with a message from Dr. B. saying he's not dead, and Emil walks in on Romi and German in bed together.

Wow. Thanks for that snappy recap, Deb. I agree, when Paloma gets going on that high-pitched chipmunk speak it's really grating. I prefer husky low-pitched voices.

The previews sound exciting. Often they're just a tease, but with it being so near the end, looks like some secrets will come out.

What a lame diagnosis...your heart is getting stronger because you're in love! Still, Dean Ornish, MD., who's done a lot of studies on reversing heart disease maintains that being in a loving relationship is good for the heart. So....whatever....

Is there anybody who's hoping Paloma will end up with Emiliano? Anybody? I'm voting for Gabe the Babe myself. And with him, she'd have a better father-in-law. I wouldn't want Orlando looking over my shoulder the rest of my life.

Debbie thanks so much for the recap what a good episode.

Wow Sammy i guess is really going to end up as the big ugly convict bunk mate.To use violence and then RoMEME of course what will the neighbor's think.I don't want to press charges Que the heck?

Another sign to Camila that her hell spawn needs a lot of therapy. Her look of disgust when RoMEME threw a fit upon learning what happen to Dr.B was priceless but you know that you maybe beyond the point of no return when Orlando was looking at you with the same face of disgust.

Eugenio is setting up the mad Purple one big time i can't wait for the fireworks. Why hasn't German showed Eugenio the copies of the will yet, stop the stalling tactics and just reveal the contents.

Even though the Purple one is worried and scared about where Dr.B's body is she never fails to cruelly torture her niece.

I also was wondering if La Loca would call around the hospitals to see if Dr.B was admitted, figures she would get someone else to get to do it for her.

Loved the beat down Rafael gave Slimey Samuel.

I know we didn't cover this yesterday so i'll bring it up for this episode. When Carloca gave the necklace to Paloma saying that Mac had left this to give to her, love ow Rufi called her out on another lie that the necklace was given to Mac from her Mother why does she have it and all those years Mac didn't she had any jewelry or finances.

It seems all of the jewelry and money that Carloca has in the safe deposit box that she goes to and gloats over having it may all belong to Macarena. At least half of it.

Just how far back i wonder has this sick heifer been so jealous, envious and hateful to her sister. Also at the beginning of this novela wasn't it implied that their mother died a long time ago.

Way before their father passed away.

Judy i hope we'll have a ending like Querida Enemiga but i doubt it but so want it.I'm done with stalker Emoon.

Loved the previews for tonight someone calls La Loca in the middle of the night telling her he knows where Dr.B is. Finally giving the purple beast a taste of her own medicine mental torture love it.

Clueless catches his best bud in bed with the lying and poisonous RoMEME can we say whip your cell phone and take a picture please.

Thanks Debbie. Loved your recap. Way too much Orly/Cami/Samuel last night, but at least we may have seen the end of Samuel. He was creepy to have to watch. but of course, that opens the can of worms with what to do with Diana. Rafa makes a good hero. How appropriate he's beating the crap out of snaky Samuel while slimy Orly is sweating through his Houston mess. Man, just fess up. What is your problem??

I just knew La Loca would be the one to spill the beans to Pal. Was just too tempting to be able to twist that knife in. But her moments of self-satisfaction are getting fewer. Germy, thank goodness, told her to take a flying leap and Cris has made it plain he's on to her. I mean really, people are starting to add up the corpses and every grade school kid learns PATTERNS and are starting to see the connection. (Well, except Pal. Must have been sick that day.)

Guessed right on Gabe, but as true TN medical fashion, we get the lame explanation on the diagnosis and little detail. If only for awhile I want that boy and Pal to get together before she's subjected to a life with Mr.Mope and his crazy family. ( I would so much rather have an in-law like Don E. )

Snow again today - light-but I'm so done with this stuff. Any takers on sending this stuff somewhere else?

Thanks for the recap Debbie. Maybe we are done now with Sammy. Good riddance.
With Gabe having a better diagnosis, I think this now means he will be done in by Carloca, unless the writers surprise us and stick Pal with him at the end.

Daisynjay.. PATTERNS.. Just what I thought when Pal was talking to Carloca. She was going over the list of people and I was saying, ok, look who's left, just you and Carloca. Get a clue. :)

An exciting recap, Debbie. It's all coming out in the wash now....

I, too, think Gabe the Babe's diagnosis was kind of silly. I'm sure being in love is good but I don't think it's a cure all.

You know, I'm beginning to think maybe Emoony and Pal are alike and belong together I'm beginning not to like either one. He's mopey and a stalker and all she knows how to do is cry and be a sad sack. I just feel sorry for Gabe. I don't know who he can be paired with.

Also, if German helps with getting LaLoca accused of the murders, then I even think he's too good for Romena. Poor baby.

Ann-NYC

Had a condo association meeting yesterday when this was on, so missed it, and I'll also be out tonight at a Chinese New Year banquet. But the dvr is set, so I'll watch what looks to be two exciting episodes this weekend!

So, it seems that Pal has met Cris's mom and knows its his mother, right? And she saw the picture of Cris grandmother that looks just like her. So, did any bells go off in Pals brain that maybe she could be related to Cris. Like, maybe be his daughter? I guess not.

Debbie, thank you. I really appreciated all the details in your recap as so much was going on.

I'm kind of confused about where the writers are going with Gabe's prognosis. He seemed to be having more and more serios episodes with his heart recently, and Eugenios's overheard conversation with the doctor about Gabe's condition seemed to be preety grim. But now of all of sudden, his tests results are posiitve? What the....? I've never had a doctor discuss my love life specifically, but maybe I should bring it up myself from now on when I'm having my annual checkup : ) Anyway, if they spare Gabe the babe, it's all good.

Most of us believe Eugenio knows where Dr. B is, so how is able to withhold this information from the police? Well, he is a criminal attorney so I guess he knows what he's doing.

So many loose ends, so little time. For instance, is Sam the Slime ever going to reveal that he saw Carloca in the Pachuca hospital? Is Arcadia's incriminating letter ever going to reappear? Is the hit-run truck driver going to show up?

Can't wait for tonight's fireworks when Emoonio walks in on Romina and Germy in flagrante delicto. I foresee another beatdown, but maybe E. will take the high road and just say they deserve each other.

Vivi, Pal's brain synapses don't fire off that quickly, I'm afraid. She needs a road map to follow the clues.

Jackie

Even if you gave Paloma the road map, she would just put it away in the cupboard and forget about it. Not the sharpest, that one. And I agree, her gaspy emoting is just grating.

Can't Gabe just have some new-fangled kind of surgery to fix his heart? Too bad Dr. San Roman isn't in love with him; he could take care of it.

Romememena may be too far gone to redeem, but I still have high hopes for Germy. Yes, I freely admit that this is mostly because I am shallow. He has a very feral sort of sexiness. Can't wait for the ballistics display tonight when Emo catches them. I think he'll be way more upset with Germs, his supposed friend.

You know when Macarena used to act like Paloma all scattered brained i used to believe it was because she was diabetic and the way Carloca kept messing around with her insulin medication.

Now i see is just these two didn't get a lot of brains handed out to them like everyone else, perhaps they stood in the wrong line.

How many darn times is now that Paloma and Emoon have had their goodbye Para Siempre moment Ya Basta.

Julia i would recruit Dr. San Roman to do brain surgery on several of the residents of RDM.

Jackie, I think I agree with Julia, Emoon will be quite upset with Germy and RoMEEE. That picture of him they showed in the avances, man, he looked royally p*ssed. Fireworks tonight.

Julia.. You'll have to comfort Germ after tonight's beatdown by Emoon the terrible. ;)

Pal probably got her intelligence from Mac as Cris still has his. :) But, guess Mac didn't have enough to go around. :)

This comment has been removed by the author.

Jeff i was thinking the same thing poor Paloma got all of her brains or lack of from Macarena. Cris and his mother only seem to be the smart ones in that family.

Hi everyone, thanks for all the comments. Jackie--I wasn't exactly sure what the doctor was saying and didn't have time to rewind the scene multiple times to figure out. But I seem to remember something along the lines of things weren't looking good awhile back and they had to increase and/or change Gabe's medication. If the doc thinks Gabe is doing better now, maybe that means his episodes were more frequent/painful before he came to Real del Monte? I think the writers are giving Gabe a reprieve in order to maintain the Pal-Gabe-Emoon love triangle. After all, Emoon needs something to be jealous and mopey about, and Pal needs something to anguish about, right?

I'm not joining the dump on Paloma train. As I understood the conversation between the padres, Cris and Maddy no one mentioned Paloma by name. Or with all the music I missed it. I though Maddy also missed the obvious. Cris tells her she has a granddaughter but he can't introduce her yet. He has a plan with Doc B. Doc B vanishes in a puff of purple smoke and the foursome plus body guard go to the House of Death where Maddy sees the girl from the courthouse. Does it connect in her brain that one Cris is concerned, two the girl who looks like her mother is involved NO. She sees the girl is angry at Cris but just tells her to forgive him.

Paloma is only a very young 18 who only found out that her mother had once been in love with Cris. We are all a lot smarter and exposed to life then she ever was. Also we must remember that they don't teach Math in Telenovleland because no one EVER adds two and two and gets the right answer.

True to her vile nature Purloca "accidently" drops the Gabe is dying news. Oh pobrecita Paloma just another person your lousy luck has caused die. Actually with any luck at all Pal's bad luck vibe should waft over in a giant cloud ofpurple glory and finish off her tia.

As for the Sammy beat down how stupid are those women. Two women stand around gawking while he chokes Cam and neither one thinks to call the cops, pick up a vase and clock him? No of course not. Then enter Rafa to the rescue and while Sammy is beating on him we now have three women standing around like dolts. Pick up something and hit him already.

One priceless moment to take away from the episode - the look on The Great Purple One's face when Germs hung up on her. Must never have happened to her in her life.

I too forgot to comment yesterday on the strange bit about the necklace. Should have remembered once a lying thief, always a lying thief. After all this is the women who stole an engagement ring off the finger of the sister she shoved over a balcony. Ripping on the family jewelry had to be a piece cake.

I agree Jeff. I'm sure Emoon will be all over Germy. You would think since he's been trying to figure a way to dump her Royal Selfishness that he would be dancing a jog and hand her over to Germy on a silver platter - You want her, be my guest.
But he's out Emoon, and he'll get all despressed and upset and feel betrayed, we know the routing by now. Almosy will make me want to cheer on Germy and hope he beats the daylights out of Emoon.

ITA daisynjay. Emoon should be jumping with happiness he caught them together. He should say you make a fine couple and I wish you the best of luck. Maybe half way through the drubbing, he'll think, hey, this is good you two were together. :)

I'm worried they are just making Gabe better so they can have Carloca finish him off. If Dr B is conscious and able to talk, they better take her in as she will cause more harm. Carloca did say, since Gabe is gone, no need to kill him. If he comes back, he'll be on the list again.

Thanks Debbie. I was so very distracted by the upbeat "Gabe hearts Pal" song too. That was quite inappropriate. So now what? I was resigned to the fact that Gabe would go to the Great Beyond soon. I am with all others who thought the whole diagnosis was completely lame. Even by TN's standards that was silly.

We all knew Crueloca would drop that bomb on Pal but until you actually see it...WOW! Her feign of concern with a quick flash of vile vengeance when Pal isn't looking, well she hit a record low. It left me once again yelling out to my tv...hubby smiles and politely shakes his head.

Can't wait for tonight. My dvr cuts out before the previews and seems Emoony will finally found out about Romina and German.

Juia...I am feeling what you say about German's feral sexiness. Could be because he acts like he is stalkig Romina like his prey and pounces at every chance.

Exactly! It's not his looks, certainly...he is very well-groomed and civilized-looking. He just seems to run very hot at all times, and tends to act on his impulses. Lots of fast-twitch muscle fibers in there, ready to jump.

Thanks for the recap Debbie. You had quite an episode. This is getting good.

Regarding Gabe, I think the writers are just trying to torment us here. The fact that we didn't see Pal and Gabe kiss told me that they will not be together as the final credits roll (just a guess). Now with the lame "you're better now b/c you're in love," what happens if his heart gets broken? Will he live? Will Luz have to pick up the pieces?

Since Pal is a bit slow, how do you think she'll react when she finds out all (or even part) of what her tia has done (aside from faint)? Once the shock of living with a homicidal maniac is over, I'm interested to see her response.

Excellent recap, as always Debbie.

ITA about the "duh" moment when Rufi wonders who would harm Dr. B. It's pretty frustrating when Paloma and Rufi ALMOST connect the dots, but never quite do it. No matter how many times Carloca, feigning sickening sweetness, dumps awful news on Pal, she never gets it.

Que the hell? about the hourglass. Gabe didn't quite tell Paloma he was about to croak, but sending her an hourglass seems weird in any context.

Love Sammy in the slammer. Maybe he'll come up with Carloca's hospital stay as a bargaining chip. After all, he asked the nurse there what was wrong with her, so I think he knew about the belladonna poisoning.

For some reason I was thinking Madelaine knew that Paloma was her granddaughter. Cris told her she would see her soon. Of course, we didn't see him tell her WHO the nieta was. So I guess that meeting between Madelaine and Paloma is up for personal interpretation until they clear it up.

Excellent, Debbie. And it was an excellent episode. I particularly liked the fight scene and Romina’s reaction to it. She seemed to veer back and forth between being horrified and not wanting to give up on believing in her father.

Wonderful comments, too.

Daisynjay – Send your snow to us here in Southern California! We’ve had a drought going on for a few years now. We are excited because we’ve had some nice storms that dumped snow on our mountains, and we need that for the spring melt to fill up our empty reservoirs. For us, who can’t water the lawn except during certain hours according to rules which have been set, seeing all that water in the form of snow just piling up in your streets is an amazing sight.

Not that I’d want to shovel the stuff…

Maggie:
I'll make sure they leave it off the driveways and sidewalks!! And for any Texas folks out there, I did NOT send the snow today. I have a niece in Dallas who would kill me if I did that.
Maybe we should send it to RDM.It would clear that something in the air and some of these people will start thinking like normal human beings.

Ok for German lovers did you catch his bit of hesitation when carloca told him she will get his job back and give as much money as he needs. He was tempted but i do believe our hero Eugenio has put the fear of god in him if he does something crooked again.

Decie girl you're right they don't teach Math or how to add two plus two,but there are three people who suspect Carloca and have a inkling of what she is capable of.

Cris because he confronted Carloca when in jail and ask her point blank did she murder Alonso.

Eugenio was trying to figure the mystery of Carloca why he knew she hates and is obsessed with Cris he just couldn't figure out why until he learn Macraena was Paloma's true mother.

After helping Cris find the fake father that Carloca bought to pretend to be her father, Eugenio knows how much a liar and evil manipulator Carloca is but still does not the other main reason. The inheritance left for Paloma and her verbal and mental and sometimes physical abuse of Paloma which he witness himself.

Now he is the main person we suspect who helped Dr.B and got him to safety, once he reads the copy of the wills German and whatever trap he has in store for La Loca it will be over for her.

Now for the third person Rufi remember during one of the Paloma good guys meeting Rufi had the flashback of Arcadia and telling Carloca that the police are looking for a dark suv that hit and run over Arcadia.

She also saw the repairmen who came to the house to be paid by La Loca, Rufi was scared by these thoughts and could not make the leap or belief that she was living with a serial killer for all of these years.

I actually don't think that Emoon will have a beat down on Germs. It's not like he really cares who does the skank. Why get upset? He has been told before that there was something going on so in my book he should just whip out his cell take a few candid shots and tell Germs Thanks BFF I'll meet you in the cantina for a few shots of Patron. She is All Yours. The only beat down I see is Her Royal Skaniness hitting Germs for getting caught. In any event it should be fun.

Let me add two others but they can't seem to focus on the issue at hand, Orlando Cris has told him everything concerning Carloca but since we all see how self absorbed he is he doesn't count.

Then there is Paloma herself during the trial when Natalia told why they were gathering to investigate Paloma's inheritance, she brought up how Alonso suspected Carloca of killing Inaki.

Paloma then had a flashback of when RoMEME was consoling her over Inaki's death in her bedroom with candy. RoMEME asked her why she didn't think her aunt killed Inaki.Gabriel seeing Paloma's reaction ask her does she believe that Paloma says no but RoMEME thought of it at the time.

Let's include RoMEME on this list she was the first one who said Carloca had something to do with Inaki death why? I'm going to chalk it up as crazy recognizing crazy.

I think Emo will be the least flipped out of the three when he walks in on Germs & Skanky. Romi will flip because her game is up. Germy will be between the sword and the wall. I think on some level he feels bad about betraying Emiliano...not really terrible, because he knows Emo doesn't even want Romina, and not enough to make him stop going after her...but still, it's a jackass thing to do to his friend and he knows it.

Great recap, Debbie and I so needed it for comprehension. Ya, where is Waldo...I mean...Rodolfo. I'm afraid he is not traveling around the world at this point...maybe in the great beyond somewhere. Sure hope he somehow survived.

GinCA

Julia all German had to do was tell the truth from the beginning that he was dating RoMEME instead of hiding it and sneaking around with her. He's never had the courage to telll his best friend Emoon this i don't know why.

Can't help wondering if anyone will ever learn that Macrena did not do a swan dive over the rail. There is all kind of evidence being gathered about Doc B's disappearance, there is some on Inaki, Rufi had her doubts about Acaria. What they all need is a sit down with a jug of tequila and spit out what each one of them knows or suspects. Then maybe SOMEONE will have a light bulb moment.

Since, as someone said the other day about the puppy and bird killings probably not being a first for the Purple Monster, I've started to wonder about the heart attack her father had. She used that as a club over Macarena for years - your slutty behavior caused Papa to die. Perhaps that was the first time she used belladonna. I don't remember her asking about its properties when she bought it in the first place.

I simply can't see her confessing so I have to think in the end she'll have one of those crazy moments and stand at the top of the stairs caressing her lace scarf and shriek that no one will be happy in this house ever and that she made sure of it by killing her sister. Then have one of those maniacal laughs and throw herself off the balcony saying now you will all blame yourself. I win. Nope I don't think so.

Novelera I don't recall Sammy asking why LaLoca was in the hospital, but do you think a nurse would divulge the condition or reason for a patient's stay in the hospital?? Just wondering. But then, this is a TN.....

Loved your comments Decie girl.

Ann, Sammy found out what room Carloca was in by sweet talking a fairly homely nurse. Then he tried to find out from Her Purpleness herself why she was in the hospital. No dice. He then had a conversation with a rather pretty young nurse in the hallway after he left Carlota. It's been a while, so I can't remember if he sweet talked her or bribed her. But I'm pretty sure she told him something. My memory says she started out with the patient confidentiality reasoning, but got talked (or bribed) out of that.

Ann.. Well, if I remember, Sammy turned on some of that vast charm of his and the nurse told him what he wanted to know. Some of the women there seem to have a weakness that is missing by all the women on this blog. I don't know how that can be. :)

Anon 4:30, Germy wanted to tell Emiliano that he was seeing Romina way back when...in fact, he wanted to tell everyone, and be a real item.

Romina, however, was fixated on Emiliano, so she blackmailed Germs, saying she would denounce him for corrupting a minor, since she was underage when they first slept together.

This would have been a very serious accusation and could have cost Germy his legal career (which he has now lost for the moment anyway).

JeffMN & Novelera - Thanks for the info on Sammy and the nurses.

It took me forever to read all the many comments...so many laughs.

Yes, we know Romemena was one of those people on the list onto Carloca's evilness. Last night when she blew a fuse learning Dr, B had disappeared, I thought she was going to say it had to be La Loca at work again, killing people. I should have known she wasn't upset for the Dr, she was enraged with jealousy that Pal had to stay in RdM. She just wanted Pal gone so she could have Emo all to her delusional self. Also she made that unholy alliance with the Purple One to falsify the DNA results, so I guess the less said about Carloca the better.

Gin, that's what I thought RoMEE was going to do as well, finger Carloca. Then, she spoke and a duh! moment. Why you dummy Jeff, that's RoMEE we're talking about! LOL

Also for me, almost felt sorry for Sammy. He was in that police car and looked out at RoMEE. Looked like a little puppy. :)
