So, we have a new boy in the show. His name is Carlos Gascón, a Spanish actor whose lisping drove me mad sometimes. He reminds me a little of Guy Pearce.

Thanks for the pics Aribeth. That guy is cute. We certainly have a large amount of man-flesh to choose from in this novela. Whew!! About time.

Here's something that is driving me crazy--I notice the difference in the way the fisherfolk/townfolk speak compared to the upper class. Are they doing that on purpose to differentiate the classes or is that just the way they speak?
