Corazón Salvaje Episode #110 Mother is Alive!

We get to hear again the verdict and to see the in your face kiss between Reggie and Juan. They profess their love for each other.

Phillipe is still on his quest to find a job. Now he as gone to what looks like a farm. He gets a job milking cows. U can see disaster ahead.

Renie is not a happy camper. The judge makes the announcement of la finca and the house now is the property of Juan and Renato. The judge tells Juan all the properties that we confiscated are going to be returned to him.

Renato is home fuming and informing his lovely wifey of the verdict and the announcement the judge made about Juan getting half of the Montes de Oca's property. Aimee as alwyas does not miss a beat to start talking trash about Reggie.

Juan is thanking Noel for getting his inheritance for him. Juan says he doesnt care about the finca. Juan says he is going to used to help people. Noel asks Juan where is he going to take Regina to live. Juan says wherever, el penon del diablo or his hut in the fishermen ward. Noel tells him that he had rebuilt The Paradise and he built a special place for Juan and Regie. Juan is very happy at the new and said Reggie would be too.

Phillipe loses is job again.

Clemencia is telling Reggie about MDR unfortunate life in the catacombs of la finca. She is asking Reggie for her discretion about this because she is affray something bad would happen to her. Reggie asks Clemencia to take her to see MDR.

Juan is looking forward to continue his life without any vengeance. Life is good and is looking better. Gabe tells Juan life has prepared a big surprise for him. Juan asks what is it? Dr Pablo tells Juan to be patient, in due time he'll find out. Juan asks about Remi and Coli runs in very happy and tells him he has a message for him. Juan thinks is about Remi. Coli tells him you have to go to the beach. There is a big rock and there would be a person that is very important for you waiting for him.

MDR is desperate to see her child. MDR says once she sees Juan she can die in peace. I think MDR's days are numbered. She is coughing and she looks very weak. Jimena and I can't remember her name are telling her that everything is going to be OK.

Clemencia walks in and tell MDR that there someone there to see her. MDR thinks is her son but no, is Reggie his wife. Reggie and MRD click immediately.

Rod and Leo are walking around town like a married couple. Leo makes the observation that Renato left right after the announcement about the finca was made. Rod says he can understand why. Leo realizes that everyone is looking at them funny and screaming at them that they are murderers. Rod says maybe is because everyone has heard what was said about the bastard in the trial. Rod always the arrogant bastard he is tells Leo to ignore the townsfolk and keep her head up the Montes de Oca would never be humiliated by anybody. Rod tells his lover to go to la finca and he will catch up with her later. Leo tells him she misses him a lot. For some odd and unclear reason Doctor Pablo is looking at them. Rod puts her in the coach and then once again blames Juan for all the Montes de Oca family disgrace.

Clem and the sisterhood and planing to fix up MDR before Juan comes.

MDR tells Regie about their love story with JDSR. Reggie tells her that is the case for her and JDSR Jr. MDR tells her Rod was the one who did all this bad things to them. Regie tells her she is daughter of Rod. MDR does not mind and tells Reggie that the children do no have to pay for their parents sins. Clem and the ladies walk in to tell MDR she has to get ready to see her son.

MDR is at the beach reciting her poem "in the sea I found him. In the sea I lost him, and the sea is going to return him to me." Juan arrives in his horse and is surprised to see MRD. I am surprised to see he cut his hair. Wow! Juan thinks MDR is kookoo when she tells him he is her son. Juan tells her she is mistaken, her son is dead, MDR tells him you are my child. You are the child of JDSR and MDRMO. Juan can't believe his ears. Jaun My mother is dead I have visit her in her tom. MDR nope I'm you mother. I am alive. Juan nope you don't know how much you are hurting me my mom is dead as a dodo. MDR nope I am alive. The hope of finding you keep me alive all this years. I endure just to see you. Juan is not having any he keep saying his mom is dead. MDR tells him when you met me I was crazy of pain. They hugh and MDR sees Juan's birth mark and she shows him hers. Juan is now convinced MDR is his mother. This is very touching. A lot of crying and huging and I love yous.

I think Celia is a masochist. Celia comes in Aimee's room to inform Aimee Renato is in his office. For her troubles Celias gets pushed out of the way and called something nasty. Aimee goes to see Renato to talk about Juan and Regie. Renato esta que no lo calienta ni el sol. Ranto is pissed because Juan got Regina and half the finca. He tells Aimee to leave him alone.

Regie, Clem and Jim are at the San Roman's mansion. They are very happy with the new dig. Jimena asks Reggie if she is not going to miss all the luxury she had before. Reggie says she'll be happy wherever she is with Juan. I would too.

Back to Jaun and his mom. They are talking about lo que pudo haber sido y no fue, (what could have been, but was not). Juan vows to his mother that they'll never be apart again. MDR keep coughing. Juan wants to know why everyone thought she was dead. MDR tells him she'll tell him, but no know. MDR just wants to enjoy her new found son. Juan asks his mother who was that had everyone believing she was dead.

Leo is back home and Aimee starts complaining about Renato behavior. Leo is not in a good mood.

MDR makes Juan promised her he won't look for vengeance before she tells him Leo was the one who had her locked in the basement of the house for all those years. Juan swears he is not going to seek vengeance against the people who did all this wrong to MDR. MDR tells him. Juan asks why Orca always said MDR was his wife. MDR tell Juan Orca was only follwoing Leo's orders.

Leo is bringing Aimee up to date on the news about Juan getting half the finca and then getting all his money back. Aimee is really chewing on her fan blaming Reggie and how the whole town is going to me talking about Renato' interest in Reggie. Aimee says the world is full of ironies. Leo start talking about how people with a good name have to defend it at all cost. Leo blames Aimee for everything that is going on. Aimee is now showing her true colors and tells Leo that her, Aimee, does not love Renato any more. I am confused I think she never did. Any way Leo try to slap her but Aimee hold her hand and tells her to do not cross the because everything has a limit. Leo start to fell bad and Aimee pretends to be concerned but Leo tells her not to touch her. Aimee is relieve that everything is now in the open.

uan asks MDR he wants to break his promise. MDR tells him no can't do, she is my sister. MDR tells him no mas hate in this family. MDR is getting very agitated. Juan says ok I'll do as you say. MDR tells him about how she is ready to go meet JD Sr. Jaun is very sad and ask MDR not to talk that way. Juan tells her about the JD used to talk about her and how much he loved her. MDR asks Juan to take her to JD's tomb. Juan said he'll do whatever she wants but before he wants to tell Reggie.

Juan and Regiie run in their new home kissing and hugging. I wish Renato and Aimee could see this. Reggie asks him why he cut his hair. Juan tells her is because he wants to star a new life. Reggie likes the new Juan. Reggie tells him how much she loves and Juan says he loves her more.

Episode 110

Thanks, Jeri. I was out late last nught and haven't had a chance to watch this episode. It sounds like MdR is not long for thisd world now that she has finally been reunited [and it feels so good] with her son. Her life has been so sad, but we must remember that the white dove will come for her and she will be reunited [and it feels so good] with Juan's papa , her onetruelove para siempre. [In college, my roommate and I read Crime and Punishmentin World Lit class which featured a character with consumption, so every time one of us had the sniffles or a slight cough that winter, we would look at each other and mutter...''Consumption !] The pit of vipers [Rod, Leo, Aimee, and Ren] are now left to devour each other. I am hoping that in Monday's episode Juan and Reggie will FINALLY do some comsummating [and it feels so good]. Just. Do. It. Already. Times awastimg.

Good point, Mad Bess. I could swear Juan looked at Regina's abdomen while he was talking to her in the cottage. I believe he might be thinking of baby making.

Yes, consumption/tuberculosis was a death sentence for a long, long time.

I always want to tell them to head for Baja California and the bone-dry desert air there for their best chances.

But they never listen to me in historicals.

Jeri, I caught that too; Juan looking at Regina's belly. I'm thinking like you that he's thinking how he loved to pregnant with Regina. The suspense is terrible. Writers do like to prolong these things, don't they? Best scene of all was the crushed look on Renato's face when he realized he had lost. And then, humiliation upon humiliation, gets to watch Juan and Regina's rather passionate reunion. What a joy!

Thanks Jeri for posting the discussion page for us and also to Sue for volunteering to recap. I'm glad Noel set up a cottage for Juan and Regina since he knows them all living at the Finca wouldn't be an ideal place for our lovers. So Aimee has now admitted to Leo that she doesn't care about Renato. I hope this doesn't mean she will try to go after Juan now that he has recouped all his fortune. The mother/son reunion scene was very touching and heartwrenching. I too believe that MdR may have TB with that persistent cough. This just adds to the cruelty of her being imprisoned for all those years. Her health would eventually suffer as a result. I was also surprised that Juan did away with the long locks. He looks handsome either way. Loved seeing him and Regina so happy for the time being.

Jeri, thanks for recap. I did watch it and it was definately worth staying awake for. So glad to see Regina and Juan in each others arms. Can't wait for them to make love! I thought the moment when Juan found out his mother was alive and embraced MDR was acted so beaufifully. I wonder when they will have Renato finally manup and get sober and on with his life. He is so pathetic to watch when he whines and begs Regina to be with him. Loved the stares and whispers the town people gave to Leo and Rodrigo.

Thank you Jeri and ahead of time to Sue. Thanks to all the recappers that stuck with this show when it was moved to midnight.

I was very moved by Juan and Mom's reunion. I wish she would stay around for a while at least since they just found each other.

And yes, lets hope there is some Juan/Regina loving on Monday.

Thanks Jeri for posting a link for discussion.Victory is sweet!! It was all worth it just to see that look on Renato's face. when the love birds hugged and kiss, he looked so defeated.Sweet. I found Jaun's confusion about his mom very believable. Here's a woman he has cared and worried about, only to find out she is his long dead mother. It's enough to shock anyone. It was beautifully acted. I also believe that MDR has TB.It won't be surprising giving where her sister kept her hidden. Leonardo's troubles are only just beginning.what a wicked woman.
Sue, thanks in advance for the recap later.

Hanna

Thanks for the recap, Sue!

Thanks for the recap Sue!

I agree that during the scene between Juan and his mother the acting was profound. I was an emotional puddle watching the gamut of emotions play out in that scene.

I miss the hair extensions (even as bad as they got in the last few episodes.)

Looking forward to some quality Jaun and Regina time soon!!!

Bernadette

Sue, thank you for the recap, I appreciate it. Yes, the acting in this episode was truly noteworthy. It is really too bad that Uni didn't see what a wonderful this novela this has been. If they had, they never would have moved it to the middle of the night.

Thank goodness Juan and Reggie have enough sense not to return to the finca.

Looking forward to Monday and more Juan and Reggie screen time.

Rosemary

"So Aimee has now admitted to Leo that she doesn't care about Renato. I hope this doesn't mean she will try to go after Juan now that he has recouped all his fortune."

Of course she will. Everyone EXCEPT Aimee has seen how Juan and Regina care for each other. Aimee thinks she's going to swoop in and take Regina's man (again). But I think this time, Aimee's gonna get a fight from Regina.

Sue, thanks for the recap and thanks to Jeri for posting a discussion spot.
Two sweet reunions for us to savor--Juan and Regina and Juan finally getting to meet his madre.

When Phillipe was punished with the pail of milk poured over him, I had to laugh at how he tasted it as it dripped down his face.

After Leo and Aimee had their quarrel, Leo's slow and defeated struggle to climb the stairs was great acting. Her pride and dreams are crashing in around her now.
La Paloma

Thanks to Sue/Jeri for getting the recap up. I missed the first 10 minutes and appreciated the fill in you did! This version may not follow the original all that well but it's been very interesting and fun despite that. I am going to miss Juan's gorgeous locks from here on out. Am overly ready for Regi and Juan to consumate the marriage. Way overdue.

Thanks for a great recap, Sue! Also gracias to all the other recappers. :) I sat down and caught up on like 2-3 weeks of CS from all of your fabulous recaps! Muchas, muchas gracias. you all are amazing. =]

Thank you Sue! Great first recap!!

I was wondering how they were going to tell Juan his mother was alive. It was a good choice to allow MdR do it. Juan actually listened to her and now won't be running off on a vengeance streak.

I too thought the acting was wonderful, especially when Juan was struggling to understand what MdR was telling him.

Seems Renato is determined to break every glass object in the finca. Grow up dude.

It was amazing the speed that Aimless went from sarcastically saying, "Poor little Regina, you don't have Renato, you don't have Juan" to screaming "That damn Regina gets everything!" I wish I could feel sorry for her... but I don't. Suck it up bitch.

My hubby thinks Aimless should just get a bag of money and leave. She has no allies at the finca. I think she's poking the bear. Her little rant about Renato to Leo was a big mistake. You have no idea what Leo's capable of Aimless. If I were you, I'd lock my bedroom door.

I hope Juan and Regina posted a big "Do Not Disturb" sign outside their cabana. Either that or a Rottweiler. It's time for some loving...

Thank you Jeri for posting this for me. You are the best!
Thank you all for your kind words. This Friday I might stay up to watch the episode and do the recap. Thne later on in the day catch up with the rest of the week.

I think MDR's days in this earth are numbered. She told Jimena and the other ladies that after finding her son she can die in peace. She even told Juan that she is ready to go met with Juan Senior. Her life has been very sad and tragic. No punishment would be big enough for Leo and Fed. But Leo is the winner. She has been by far the worse of the two. But it seems her penance just started by way of Aimee telling her about Renato. I wonder when if ever would they find out about the "pregnancy."
I wish Regina grows a spine and start to defend herself from her sister.

It seems the only thing Phillipe is half good at is to fake being a French man.

Thanks for the recap, Sue! I'm glad we had you to step in.

I am so glad Juan finally got to meet MdR. That has just gone on for far too long. I expect she doesn't have much time left, either - I'm almost wondering if it's going to happen when Juan takes her to see his father's grave.

They way Doctorcito was eyeing Rod and Leo makes me think he may be starting to put two and two together about the night of Juan's birth and the mysterious death of the elder Miranda. Those were some pretty serious accusations Juan was laying at the trial, too - you'd think if those were taken into account for the verdict, there'd be some investigation into them now.

I think Celia's a masochist.

I think Celia's just dumb - or hoping Aimee will finally pay her off. Maybe she should take a lesson from Magda and Rosenda.

Juan and Regiie run in their new home kissing and hugging. I wish Renato and Aimee could see this.

Juan and Regina should absolutely invite Aimee and Renato over for dinner. It's just the neighbourly thing to do!

Phillipe needs to teach dance somewhere. He's good at that, or maitre d somewhere at a restaurant. Why won't he leave that silly town and go to some other city to start over?

Mad Marley, that's just too good! I broke out laughing at your statement on Juan and Regina inviting Renato and Aimee over for dinner. You'd have Renato lusting after Regina and Aimee lusting after Juan. Wonder what the main course would be? Oh yeah, Renato and Aimee can eat crow!!!!!!

Thanks so much Jeri and Sue. So much happened Friday and I was dying to know what was said. The idea that Juan's mother is dying, jut as he finds her, reminds me of Fernndo C in his novela (I forgot the name); however hs mother was in bed dying when he saw her. I don't understand why the writers can't let the moms live a little bit, to see their sons marry and finally have a little time on this earth that is not depressing and traumatic. Just a little bit of a life. before they die.

It seems the only thing Phillipe is half good at is to fake being a French man.

Sue, LOL! Maybe Phillipe should teach French as a second language... I do love this character though. I hope he ends up in a good spot.

I did find one short preview for Monday:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RIDEqKYswaA&feature=related

In the previous episode was Leo telling Renato (prior to the verdict), that he had an obligation to his baby mama and forgetting about Regina? If that is the case, Leo would wish for her son the same awful, loveless life that her husband Don Noel has endured.

I adore the pure goodness of Don Noel's character. I hope that something beautiful happens for this character.

Also, the finca being divided between Juan and Renato, do Leo, Rod, MDR, Regina, and Aimee have no stake in the property at all being MDOs.

Thanks for any clarification.

Bernadette

Sue, I really enjoyed your recap and all it's details. Thanks for all the work involved. And Jeri, thanks for the mini-recap, photo and being team leader. And Juan looks so fine with and without long hair. Love him in the blue shirt.

Aren't we in ultimas semanas? So it's time for some luvin' between our leads, me thinks. Things should really start rolling now... when and what happens when Rod learns that Leo hid MdR all these years, when will Fully learn about and revenge those deceiving him, when and how will Jimena be revealed as Angela, what will happen to Aimee and Renato (kill each other?) and the most important question...where is Arcadio? I sorta miss the hulk.

GinCA

It sounds like the finca was always Leo's and MdR's, but they were orphaned and Rod was the trustee of the property.

I guess technically the finca was still Leona's (with everyone except Juan & Regina believe she is dead) but she turned it over to Renato.

Since the finca ownership was 50/50 and since Leona turned over her 50% to Renato, MdR's 50% belongs to Juan b/c he is her sole heir.

Not only does Juan now own 50% of the finca, he also got his 100% of Senor Aldama's fortune back. Aimee did the calculations in her head and knows that Juan is probably worth twice as much as Renato. She's planning to leave Renato and take up with Juan. That's why she was so bold to tell Leo that she doesn't want Renato and he can kick rocks.

Aimee is the only one who DOES NOT KNOW that Juan is in love with Regina and vice versa. She thinks all she has to do is wiggle her butt and heave her bosoms at Juan and he will ditch Regina with the quickness. She figures it's a win/win for everyone: she'll gets the cash and hot sex with Juan, and Renato gets to have his precious Regina.

Aimee is going to be chewing a lot of fans when she sees for herself that Juan and Regina are in love.

Its not it's. Duh, I always do that.

GinCA

Anonoymous @6:41

Thanks for the property clarification.

I must have missed Aimee calculating in her head about Juan's fortune.

Looking forward to the look on her face when she sees the lovebirds.

Denied!

Bernadette

Aimee had done the calculations before when Juan was revealed as "Juan Aldama, heir to Sen. Aldama's fortune" earlier. She had packed her bags and was ready to run away with him when she found out Juan lost everything (she was eavesdropping on Noel discussing the situation with somebody). That's when she wrote the note and had Celia run it to Juan, but it was intercepted by Arcadio and given to Renato.

When Renato came back from the trial he was drinking, throwing barware and moaning about not only does Juan get 50% of the finca, he got all his other money back, too. Right after Renato stormed out that's when Aimee told Leo she didn't care about Renato. I speculate she figured out that Juan once again is worth more money than Renato so she and Juan can skip town with the cash and leave Regina and Renato in the dust.

Otherwise, I don't see why she would be so mouthy to Leo b/c Leo and Renato could have her tossed out into the streets with nothing and Noel and Rodrigo would back them up.

Is Phillip hanging around Veracruz because of his concern for Lulu and also because he is expecting Marlene and Rosenda w/baby to return? Marlene is the closest thing he has to a relative.

I just want to mention that it's not for sure that María del Rosario is terminally ill.

It was a supposition I included with the photo and the earlier list of events posted yesterday morning that her sudden cough indicated a case of Televisa instant tuberculosis. I'm sure you know the strain.

If anyone is collecting the pictures, here is a link to:

Regina and Juan happy at the cottage

So, for those hoping Juan's mother does not die, below is the list I included earlier; not a done deal. See what you think.

And although I like mad bess's idea of the white dove coming for her, it would still be nice to hang around and see some of her Juan de Dios's grandkids. Would it kill them to let her do that?

Earlier list of events.
-------------
Phillip now tries farming as a profession and milks it for all it's worth, to the farmer's disgust.

Before the crowd leaves the courtroom, the judge announces that the finca will be divided into two equal parts, between Juan and Renato. All the previously confiscated property is returned to Juan.

Renato gets drunk again at home over his losses and informs Aimee that Juan owns half of the finca. She pokes him about losing Regina and his jealousy and threatens she'll lose the baby and that he'll be sorry if he doesn't stop.

Clemencia fills Regina in about the continued existence of María del Rosario and takes her to visit her aunt and Juan's mother. Clemencia makes her promise to keep it a secret, especially from Leonarda.

Colibri joins in congratulating Juan at the courthouse and tells him to go to the rocks on the beach to find someone important. Noel informs Juan they have made a cottage for him and Regina at Paradise. They avoid news of Remigio at this point.

Regina goes to meet María del Rosario at Jacinta's beach shack, and the two women take an instant liking for each other, despite Regina being Rodrigo's daughter.

María del Rosario tells Regina about her imprisonment and the evil done to her by Rodrigo and Leonarda. Regina tells of her love for Juan.

María del Rosario has developed a bad cough; I'm thinking she has tuberculosis.

Leaving the trial, townsfolk hurl insults at Rodrigo and Leonarda, calling them murderers, as they approach their carriage. Rodrigo curses Juan for it.

Juan and his mother have a joyful, wrenching, tearful meeting on the beach; and he finds out the truth about his parents.

María del Rosario is amazingly coherent; but again, she has that suspicious tubercular cough.

She forces Juan to swear he will not wreak vengeance on her sister, in order for her to reveal the information of her captivity.

At home at the finca Aimee and Leonarda have an argument where Aimee tells her she doesn't care about her son; she feels free finally that she doesn't have to fake that anymore.

Juan and Regina go to live at their new cottage at Paradise and are deliriously happy!

Jeri: Thanks for the clarification. I wondered also if it wasn't because Aimee heard he'd gotten his fortune back. She was screaming about it to Leonarda I think. I had to watch on YouTube as I forgot to record it and they had the first segment left out of the group of scenes.

I don't think Aimee will ever understand that Juan and Regina truly love each other. It's not something she can wrap that pea-sized brain around.

My money's on Regina!

Does anyone besides me think that Clemencia and Pedro would make a good couple?

About the look Dr. Pablo gave Leo and Rod: He's always had his suspicions about what happened to his uncle, but now with Juan's accusations, he is very much starting to believe Leo and Rod had a hand in his uncle's death. In addition, he believes they have tried to kill his fiance and their (yes, their) baby twice and him once. He has plenty of good reasons to keep a suspicious eye on them. As far as he knows, Rosi and the baby are still in danger and have to stay in hiding with his relatives.

Vivi that's exactly what I thought too. Dr. Pablo knows Rod and Leo are capable of murder and I think he suspects them in the death of his uncle as well as in the attempts on Rosenda and himself. He's probably keeping an eye on them not only because of that, but also because he treated MdR and knows that she was lucky and got away. Maybe he suspects they'll try to kill her if they find out about her.

Hello, team salvaje, greetings from the beautiful, insanely turqouise-blue Croatian seaside! :)

Thank you very much for the recap, Sue!

Juan looks great with short hair, doesn't he.
I loved the reunion scene with MDR.

Thank you Sue for the wonderful and entertaining recap. Thank you Jeri for posting it.

Juan doesn't have to lift a finger to seek vengeance on the family -- Aimee and Renato are doing a pretty good job of it themselves.

Jody :)

Loved the recap Sue. Thanks so much for filling in. Haven't had time to read all the comments yet so I'll be back later. Juan cut his hair? Oh no! Say it isn't so.

I'm stuck at home today because of power outages in the office and have the tele on. Just now catching a new novela, El Fantasma de Elena, with Elizabeth Gutierez (Rosenda) in the lead. How in the heck did she go from being pregnant, having a baby, and back in short shorts wearing form so fast?! Looks like an interesting novela though- ghosts of past wives, supernatural mystery (very Rebecca like). I won't record it, but I'd watch it on a sick day at home.
