Llena de Amor #3 Wed 8/11/10
Otherwise, here is a place to discuss.

Anyway, I really enjoyed last night's show, though during about the first third it looked like the captions were being done live, and a lot of stuff was left out, so I missed some things.
Maximo, the General, is Emiliano's uncle. He hates Fedra and loves Marianela. Emanuel followed Mari into the General's room trying to apologize to her, then Fedra followed both of them because they must not be together, and the General threw her out, or rather, threatened to shoot. The family seems to all accept that the General really will shoot, so this was taken seriously.
Emanuel and Marianela were talking, and Em leaned in close and Mari had a little fantasy that he kissed her (she was sitting on a flowered swing in the fantasy) and said she tasted like chocolate, but in real life he just said she smelled like chocolate. Later, they were talking out on the lawn, and nasty Kristel and Mauricio came along and teased them and turned the sprinklers on them.
The kids apparently hang out at some club with a pool. Two girls there have massive crushes on Axel. Axel is very awkward and uncomfortable with this attention. He overheard Kristel telling her friends about Marianela and plotting against her and he's not happy about it, but he doesn't seem to know what to do.
Huge uproar in the Mexico City airport. A hostage situation; guy with a gun, everyone on the floor. Ilitia was freaking out, and Brandon was also there and clamped his hand over her mouth and dragged her into the men's room so the gunman wouldn't shoot them. She thought he wanted money or was going to rape her and couldn't get it through her thick skull that he just wanted her to shut up. He tied her to the urinal with his belt and gagged her with her own hosiery. Later, Brandon got the gun away from the other guy and saved the day. His buddy (can't remember his name, other cop played by Ricardo Margaleff) was there.
Netty was giving acting lessons and accidentally let on to her students that she is smitten with Emiliano. They teased her.
That's all I remember.
There was something involved an office and casting models but I wasn't really paying attention during that part and I'm not sure whose business it is or what was going on.
Then he gets out his gun ( a gun in a airport?) and goes out, hides in the indent, then confidently walks up behind the madman, kicks his gun away, and puts him under arrest.
Her mama is desperately looking for her, and he tells her she’s in the mens’ room. The paparazzi follow, and snap away at her while she tries to hide behind Brandon’s cop friend who has showed up. The humiliation!
Emanual is such a sweetie. I love watching him with Mari and even with his sister Gretel. certainly shows more compassion than the poor girl's own mother. Man, could Freda be any more uncaring? Anvil, get ready to drop.
Well, we had to deal with Armando's (Brandon's) veins a-popping again, but at least he's now a good guy, so it was a bit easier to take. Could Ilitia be any more dense to shut up-it's a hostage situation stupid!
This poolside club group is going to be hard to bear. (I don't count Axel). Little less screen time with their mean tirades and snarky comments is fine by me. More Netty and her gang!
It was great fun, that airport gunman scene (I loved how they made comedy out of something that would be terrifying in real life). I especially liked when the other cop arrived, and Ilitia was hiding from the press behind him. The two of them were such fun as Rocky and Valeria in Guapos; it's nice that they are acting together again.
For those of you who are thinking you might put your toe in the waters, this is the perfect opporrunity to give recapping a try - a short commitment.
The airport scene was hilarious. I noticed that Arnoldo our favorite germophobe (Gancho) was with the SWAT team and wearing gloves. I wonder if this was a nod to his former incarnation since Arnie wore gloves a good bit of the time.
Daisynjay, I'm with you on the pool scenes. Enough already! Somehow I fear we're going to endure a lot of those.
