Amor Bravío #125 (Uni 120) Tue 2/12/13 Lola Hissadora: “I always get what I aim for! And your heart and soul is what I caaaaaaaame for!”
Labels: bravio
Ok, well don't tell me cuz this is a spoiler free zone, but still! can't wait for tmo's epi!!
yes, i knew that. i knew perfectly well what dan meant & that it also means "wife", but u know that i'm a dan hater, so everything he does or says, i will hate on no matter what. i just don't like him. even when he's trying to be a "gentlemen", i roll my eyes at him. & i'm glad that i wasn't the only one who bashed at dan for his behavior in yesterday's hospital scene at the waiting room. "you don't need anyone's support but mine" - i just wanted to slap his face like dona barbara did to "santos" luzardo! (twice!) seriously, i would not take crap from any man EVERRRR!!! & lol at some other comments from yesterday defending him, saying that "u gotta give him credit for behaving like a grown man" & "dan is not a hot-headed guy" - YEAH RIGHT!!! clearly, u guys aren't paying attention to the show. like the time he fought the raper, bullied alonso, & shouted at abe - that's not being a hot-head? & in response to the "intimacy" part also from yesterday, about not necessarily referring to the physical part of a relationship...yes, i knew that as well. but i don't buy it. ever since he couldn't hold back the first time they did it, i just don't buy that his love for her is "pure". 'cuz also the way he said it, like it had double-meaning & cami knew it as well. i just wish that she would just dump him already & move on with her life 'cuz she doesn't deserve this crap. see, cami, this is why u should've listened to ur brain & never had forgiven dan.

Por supuesto El Diablo had to be the last to find out and the avances make it obvious that he's going on the warpath. If Iago has any brain cells at all he will enter a monastery... in Tibet. Cayetano will disown him over this, I'm sure.
Dante will undoubtedly take this time to pursue Miriam; I wonder how Abe will react if he succeeds.
My questions for the day:
How old is Isadora and can she still get pregnant?
Will Dante pull a "Mariano" and declare his love for Maid Miriam (love that tongue in cheek ref Paquita!)?
Does Ileana really like Yago? They seem to have a like-hate relationship. But I guess she likes that, especially if it is attached to $$. Would she still like him if he wasn't rich? Isa might make him a poor boy very soon.
Will someone tell Dan about his hermanita Luzma? Is that why he left the table in the avances? If so, Miriam may wonder how he is so close to everyone there.
Will someone tell Dan about hermanita Natalia? Both Dan and Dio have their own baby-mama dramas, so the dialog of the confrontations with Yago would be interesting.
I suppose that when Eleuterio call Rofolfo "mano," it's equivalent to saying "bro" or "bruh" as they say around the way.
Netgirl, Aggie told Dan about Natalia already. But why didn't Luzma tell New Girl to call Pablo for her? And we also know now that New Girl is the secretary for Mariano at La Buenaventura.
Not sure what the hold up is over the divorce. Rocio already signed the papers. Too bad she didn't have the stroke before she did.
According to Salomon Morales, who outed her past to Alonso, she was never pregnant in her life. I think he said something to the effect that she wasn't able to become pregnant. Not likely that she ever would be at this point.
Dante revealing he loves Miriam... probably, but that won't happen for a while, I'm sure.
I don't think Ileana really likes Iago. She knows he's an idiot. He would be a "catch" only because he's from a rich family and once was a matador (His cowardice about everything else makes me question how long he was in the ring). I can picture her married to him, though; they'd cheat on each other like some titled couple from two centuries ago. As long as they both were discreet and any children she has were his I don't think they'd have too many problems.
Dan now knows about Natalia from Gussie; I'm sure he already knows that Iago is a loser.
Great point, Cathyx. No matter what happens with Hissadora, though, I think Mariano will end up taking care of his mother.
I hope he has substantial assets in his name.
That Isa is quite the manipulator and, as Dio said in the preview to Iago, I think Cayetonto's days are numbered indeed.
Cathy - I think we are supposed to believe that NG stayed by Luzma's side until the doctor gave word about her condition. The Albarran family, especially Mariano and Pablo, is certainly having the WORST week EVER!
I hope that Mariano VERY QUICKLY tells Cayetano what Eleutorio overheard between Dio and Hissadora. But what are the odds of that happening in time? Or that Cayetansordo will even listen? Sigh.
Well, things do look very promising between Dante and Miriam. Frankly, given the warmth between them, and Teresa's strong desire for Mariano, it's hard to believe that at this point in the TN, Dante would wind up with Teresa and Miriam with Mariano...though it's true that he did say Miriam was encantadora. Hmmmm....
Well, one thing is clear. Dio is Dio. He learns that his hija is pregnant and what is his first response? "That's all I needed!"
It never occurred to me as I watched last night's episode that Luzma's life might be in danger. I think all the concern on everyone's face was for the baby. At least I hope so! BirdBrain New Girl does not at all seem like a fitting replacement for Luzma.
I STILL don't get Bratgirl! Yago can't stand her so I don't understand how she thinks she'll ever nab him.
I think Pab/Luz have been too important to the story to have Luz killed off. And even though in the beginning I was wishing for a miscarriage, when Luz was given the news it was all I could do not to cry for her.
And Luz did ask NG to call Pab, right before the doc came in to relay the bad news.
I hope Nat's brain keeps firing on the current positive neurons b/c I can't stand her weepiness any longer. Kudos to Amanda, the bestest mom in the world! And give that Os a big ol kiss already!
I was so happy to see Nat finally see the light and decide she could be "mucha mama" for her baby, without the jerk. Of course, it looks like Dio is going to stick his big nose in and force Yago to take responsibility (marry Nat?). The question is, will Nat buy a sudden turnaround on Yago's part?
I was glad that Eleuterio pointed out to Rod that he could have likely gotten himself into the same mess as Yago by having unprotected sex with a woman he doesn't love or even care about. Pot meet kettle. Yago's a jerk, but you can't blame him for not wanting to marry Nat. Take responsibility for his child- yes. Marry his regular booty call- no.
No way will the writers kill off Luzma. I'm sad for her, but kind of relieved she can make a fresh start without the weight of knowing her baby is out there being raised by other people, or struggling further with the thought of raising the baby herself.
The Albarrans continue in their downward spiral. Oh dear. The hits just keep on coming.
cathyx, I agree completely that Cayo isn’t a bad guy and I am glad to see him stand by Rocio. Forty years is a long time and they did seem to function well together before the Isa-shit started to fly. Even about Pablo marrying Luzma, they seemed to agree to disagree. I was also glad to hear Mariano say that his dad’s recent impulsiveness was out of character. That was my impression, so it was good to hear it stated. Cayo should know better than to completely shut down all of his family’s comments about someone so new in his life. One principle that serves me well is to pay attention – a lot of attention – to anything I hear repeatedly from more than one source. I thought he was wiser. Unfortunately, it’s his sons who will pay for his foolishness.
I am hoping that Nat has truly seen the light about Yago and will turn him down when Dio, Cayo, whoever, try to make him marry her. (I can hope, can’t I?) I am also hoping that the tables for her and Rodo will be turned. She will see the light about him and fall for him, but he will be convinced that she could ever love him. BratGirl could also still get in the middle of this and claim to be preggers. All of a sudden, we are looking at a new theme of loveless marriages.
Has Dante said that he is still in love with Miriam? I know he said he was initially, but I thought he said he had gotten over it when he saw her with Dan and how in love they were. He was best man at their wedding. I think the Dante-Miriam thing is a red herring.
Dante seemed to me to want Dan to stay with Miriam. It’s interesting how the various parties are taking sides, mainly based on self-interest. Dante’s seems not to be doing that, but he knows how the two of them were together and is loyal to that. Rafa seems a bit that way, too, but since he knows Cam better and he’s got Vivi rooting for Cam, he may be in the undecided category. Teresa’s motives are plain as day, and of course she spelled them out for Dante (and us). Ana has clearly taken a side based on self-interest, too.
So now Miriam, the uninvited and unwelcome houseguest with entourage, is inviting another guest (Dante) to stay indefinitely? Unlike her, he was an invited guest, but he was only planning to stay for a short while, and she seems to think it is her place to invite him to stay longer. Could she be more clueless? I really am not seeing her ‘charm’; I’d call that behavior boorish.
I rather like NewGirl, now that I’ve seen a bit more of her. She seems to be a well-intentioned airhead with a poor sense of direction, not a home wrecker.
They cannot kill off Luzma. What has she done to deserve that? Have we been prepared for that in any way? I think the baby is going to conveniently go away, but not Luzma. I thought I heard her mention Pablo a couple of times.
One of the doctors in the Hospital Privado de Metepec was the private detective in the Amores Verdaderos episode last night. What a coink-i-dink seeing him in both novelas. He has a good agent!
TN4ever
We have two criminal fathers in this story: One who raped and impregnated his niece and the other who "married" under a false identity and whose wife got out when the getting was still good. The former is likely to blame Luzma for this and the latter will blame Iago and make him pay... one way or another.
Admit I’m glad Luzma’s baby drama will be over. But I'm worried that she’ll feel guilty about it even though she's not at fault and get depressed.
Can't stand Ileana and Yago, but they do have chemistry. Surprised they haven’t had hate sex by now. UA, I can see their union just as you described it.
Don't love Dan, but put me in the group that doesn't think he's a hot head. You can still lose your temper and not be a hot head.
Is NG the new secretary? Don't remember that happening on camera.
I'm with Loriloo re: Nat's crying. I get it, and it's normal, but I'm also running out of patience with it. I guess we have to remember that for us it's been days, but for her it's only been a day or two.
Karen: Thanks for the Up/Down info. I think I'll watch the original first, but I'm glad to know when I get around to the new version, it won't be a scene-by-scene repeat.
Nanette
Wouldn't it be out of character for Pablo to turn to NG if Luz pushes him away? Of course, that doesn't mean NG won't try, but I can't see him taking her up on it. However, though she doesn't seem the type, she could lie to Luz about a relationship with P. If they go the route that NG is a threat to Pablo/Luz, I'm going with Luz misunderstanding (like she did at the beginning with Ileana). She's more mature now, but she's going to be very emotionally vulnerable after the baby dies. Here's hoping NG is meant to be in Yago's sphere.
One reason why LyzMa won't die she hasn't consumate her wedding with Pablito yet -- I think Pablo deserves to taste the gooddies before his true love is tragically taken away from him ...
Myo-
Cayetonto wouldn't believe Mariano if he told him about Dionisio & Isadora plotting to snatch Buenaventura even though he knows Isadora was trying to snatch LMQ when she really didn't have a valid claim to it.
Augustina needs to be smacked for the disrespectful way she keeps talking about Natalia. I'm seriously cheering for Dionisio to put her in her place for disrespecting his daughter like that.
Poor Luzma.
Natalia cannot believe that Yago used her for sex and is now tossing her away like a used Kleenex. Even him saying I DON'T WANT U is not getting through to her. Poor girl.
Quite frankly Miriam has more of a right to have say so in who comes and goes from La Malquerida than Augustina does.
My comment for today is about Poor Cayetansordo. No, he's not all bad, he's just old fashioned and that makes him a relic in today's day. Pablo and Yago have both pointed it out.
Carolina--I always read your comments very carefully, sometimes twice. I agree with you 90% of the time. We definitely agree regarding the Caye-Rocio-Isa relationship, but you said it in two sentences!!
I think Caye and Rocio were typical of a couple married for over 40 years with adult children living in the house. He has his role and she has hers and the twain only meet for family meals and festivals. They were getting along fine until Isadora stepped in and we all know why she did. Her constant attention to Caye as a man turned his head and Rocio sensed it right away. The more she protested and held it up to his face, the more he denied, dug in and turned to Isa. Isa took advantage of it all.
If Isa hadn't been in the picture, I doubt he would have strayed. He'd just have continued to be the pillar of the family, respected in the community, successful rancher, but lacking an exciting love life.
Dan and Camila are facing some rough times ahead. Dan voicing out loud his love for Maid Miriam while Mariano telling Cam that maybe she's the one who should take charge of making the decision, especially if it seems they will have to wait around indefinitely before they can tell MM what's what. This will put them at odds with each other for sure. It grabbed me when Dan told Dante that he hoped Camila loved him as much as he loved her.
This might make it easier for Dan to renounce Camila if Camila decides to step aside for the good of "the family," especially as she knows how Dan feels about the baby.
I liked Carolina's observation that there are folks within the Scooby Doo Gang that are taking sides on who Dan chooses.
Myo-
Then when Dan & Cam got possession back and Natalia wouldn't be coming to work at MQ (because of Dio still being there), they decided to call NG back.
She seems to have very serious issues seeing her daughter as a sexual being. I'm not sure this is entirely because her own morals are out of date, either.
Makes me think of the passage in Gone With The Wind which talked about visits lasting months. The author gave this reason: Houses were large, servants numerous, and the feeding of several extra mouths a minor matter in that land of plenty.
I have some thoughts on Augustina & sex but I have to reformulate them later.
NG for Rodolfo. Any takers?
Thank goodness Dan had the decency to tell Augustonta that he AND CAMILA had invited Dante during HIS boda ...
Myo-
Augustina has no rights over the house. Period. So Miriam doesn't have to ask her permission for anything.
Yes, it would be nice to ask Camila if she can invite Dante to stay but the fact is Miriam doesn't have to...she's the wife of the guy who owns half of the property. It would be courteous to ask Camila but Miriam doesn't need Camila's PERMISSION to ask Dante to stay at the ranch. If Miriam asked anyone's "permission" it would be Daniel's, not Camila's and certainly not Augustina's.
I know we're ticked that Miriam has come back on the scene but Miriam hasn't done anything wrong, and people are wishing for her death and she needs to tiptoe around Camila & Augustina. No! This is a lady who hasn't done anything wrong except be in the wrong place at the wrong time and now she's supposed to just slink away into the good night so Dan and Camila can have their happy ending.
I for one am getting impatient for things to move along. I'm beginning to share Dionysio's mindset:
Natalia's pregnancy
Rocio's stroke
Luzma's placental abruption
That’s all I needed!
Carlos
What is making this worse is that Camila had removed herself from the hacienda when she wanted to avoid Alonso before the divorce and didn't reclaim her proper place there afterward. She allowed Augustina and El Diablo to move into the master bedroom, which compounds the problem.
I'm shocked that Viviana and Rafael haven't pointed this out to her.
If Miriam wants to claim ownership and declare herself senora of LMQ more power to her and I’ll even cheer her on. However, until she’s done so; she and her people are there as guests and should behave as such.
Myo-
What I do have a problem with is Dan lying again to so-called protect someone...which I don't believe for one single minute. I think he's divided in his feelings, and he doesn't give enough credit to the strong women in his life; for example, Camila, and now Miriam, to know the truth.
And I'm not even going to get started on Abe because for me he is truly responsible for this disaster, and he just wants his happy ending so he can continue to look like the honorable police chief and loving brother he is not.
Had he known he would have probably gone to Mexico alone to tell Daniel that he expunged his arrest record and he would therefore be free to live his life. He might not have told him that Miriam was still alive and we could have a sequel that takes place 20 years later when baby Agatha takes a trip to Mexico and accidentally finds her dad. But, seriously...
What needs to happen now is for Abe to think the next step as to why El Diablo withheld this essential piece of information. It's not just a general issue of natural suspicion. I realize that some things are happening off-camera in this tale, but it is important for Abe to know that El Diablo has dishonorable intentions toward Camila and at this stage it doesn't matter who tells him.
Thinking about this:
If I come to a house that my husband owns, and my husband and I have always shared everything (both legally, and emotionally), then I would expect that our rule of "mi casa es su casa (or tu casa in this case)" applies.
If I buy a house in another country, and my husband comes to the house, given how we govern our marriage, I would expect him to assume that it is our house. If my husband inherits a house, it is our house. If I inherit a house, it is our house. Maybe it depends on where and how you live.
Now with half ownership, there would need to be some respect shown to the other owner. However, I do agree that "Fair Maid Miriam" is indeed part of this ownership picture. If she and Daniel divorce, she could take half (or whatever the law says).
In any case, I've had enough of Auggie and was happy that Dan told her he and Cam had not yet decided if he was leaving.
BTW I thought it was a good plot point of the writers to have Abe explain to Dan that Dio did not tell him that Dan married again. Of course because Dio wanted Abe to bring Miri to break up Dan/Cam. I hope there is no anvil waiting for Abe. I kinda like him... except for the lying of course...
And, yes, Dio is partly responsible for this mess. I guess I just got used to him being a part of practically every disaster in this TN. It's a given that he's usually involved.
While that would only make sense to us and to Daniel, it should make a difference to Abe because it points to El Diablo's long-term plan.
He did promise to bring him down and he owes that assistance to Daniel. He is sincere in his intent to make good on it.
BTW, I don't know much about inheritance law outside the US, but in the US an inheritance belongs only to the person named in the will. If you inherit a million dollars your spouse does not automatically share it because it is not a marital asset.
"Not a Dan Fan" has given me the courage to mention my list of "I'm not a fan of" characters.
First, Pablo and Luzma, they have had too much screen time for what they have to offer. Always the perfect sugary lovers. Well when I sit down to watch a tn after a long hard day at work, that's not the type of boring stuff I'm looking for. I don't wish her to die, but I hope she recovers from the miscarriage and goes away for a few episodes.
Second, Ana, sweet, darling little trouble making grown woman Ana. She needs playmates/girl friends her own age. I could understand her "slips of the tongue" if she were 5 or 6 years old, but at 11 she knows exactly what she's doing and has everyone in viewerville thinking she's so cute and innocent.
Miriam, again too clueless and sweet. The fact that everything out of her mouth is something about how strong her love for Dan is and her clinging behavior without getting any warm responses from Dan is very annoying. I can't wait for her to find out the truth so that she can move on, anyplace, with anyone (since viewerville thinks you need a man to be whole), just go!!
It feels good to voice an opinion that I know goes against the grain of most viewers. Only anon's have the guts to do it. When someone does slam you for voicing your opinion it doesn't feel personal as it would if I used a name.
I think one may be legally entitled to ownership of a home and still be perfectly boorish to the residents of the home. Isadora had legal claim to the MQ until Al’s new will was found, yet I think we can all agree that she set some sort of world record for boorishness. Personally, I have experienced this when selling real estate. There’s legality and then there is civility. They are two completely different things.
This is not the same as a married couple buying the place at all. The people who are losing the ranch are not choosing to part with it. Dan was the only person named in the will. He inherited it from a stranger and anyone who was not sensitive to the feelings of the family of that stranger, who naturally are shocked and unhappy about it, would be pretty darn insensitive. And that is exactly what we have in MM.
MM’s legal ownership or claims to the ranch are tenuous, anyhow. Miriam is not half owner just because her husband is. That’s not even true in the US except for the states with common property laws, and I really doubt Mexico, being a lot more patriarchic than the US, has common property laws. Augustina would inherit the half of the ranch that Camila owns if Camila died. But unlike Daniel, she has told anyone that she plans to cede ownership to anyone (except Pablo, who has declined it). If Dan died before he ceded ownership, since he has told a number of people that he plans to cede ownership to Camila, if MM were try to claim half of the MQ (which I don’t think she would), Camila could easily contest it.
Camila has put her mother in charge of the household. She has not given any sign that she thinks that is a problem for her; I think she is happy with the arrangement. Her mother is much more interested in running the household and being the hostess. Camila also invited Augustina and Dio to use the master bedroom and she hasn’t shown any sign that it is a problem for her, either. The poor girl has enough real problems. Let’s not create any more for her.
Renata, I am starting to edge towards your position regarding Dan needing to spend more time with MM to make up his freaking mind or to screw up his freaking courage. I don’t welcome her, and I still fault Camila for opening that door for him and for not fighting for her man from the get go, but she seems almost to be having second thoughts about the high maintenance pretty boy, too. Ana’s point about how happy her dad would be with her seemed to get through to her, though she still is in love with Dan. The simplicity of happiness is appealing to us all, I think.
Marta, I agree that Abe’s interest in the outcome is very self-serving. I do think he loves his sister. And I do think he thought he had evidence against Dan until MM woke up and backed up Dan’s version of events. I do not forgive his lie to Dan about MM being dead, though.
He has a tendency to yell when he is frustrated or angry (too many times to list, but including at his mother in an early episode) and has slammed or punched things with his fist in frustration a few times.
This is a different culture, where emotions are expressed differently. It is a tv show that is in the business of selling drama. But if a man in my life behaved that way, it would not be okay with me - no way, no how, no excuses, no matter how deserving the other guy was, or how provoking the situation was, or no ANYTHING . And if it is okay with you, I would respectfully suggest that you educate yourself about domestic violence and its early warning signs.
Anon@05:41: “It feels good to voice an opinion that I know goes against the grain of most viewers. Only anon's have the guts to do it.” Ahem. Beg pardon?
I believe that Anons are hiding in the shadows where it is safe to hurl invective. We step out of the shadows by signing a name, any name and sticking to it; then we move up to choosing an identity and signing up in Google; then maybe even choosing an avatar to further self-identify.
It's really much more fun to know whom you are talking to. We are a friendly community of telenovela followers who encourage opinions, different or not, open debates and back and forths without it getting personally ugly. I've never noticed anyone with a name holding back.
That's my opinion.
Camila probably didn't think it through, but by giving her mother dominion over the household and allowing her and El Diablo to have the master suite, she gave them the delusion of full authority. While having the largest suite may not matter to Camila, it does encourage an attitude of entitlement in many people.
Augustina should be informed about invitations extended to houseguests, but she has no authority over who stays or who goes, especially with regard to the current situation. She is making it worse with her interference, which she is too bloody stupid to understand. That's currently to El Diablo's advantage.
Guaranteed if I were in Camila's situation I would have sent her and the devil packing long ago.
Marta, Daniel's fingerprints were on the gun and there were no witnesses to Julian's break-in or the struggle. I'm not even sure that anyone saw him run out of the building. He wore gloves so that he left no fingerprints on the gun.
However, one has to wonder whether there were fingerprints on the remaining bullets in the gun. I'm inclined to think there weren't, so the circumstantial evidence against Daniel was only just strong enough so Abe could have an excuse to suspect him. Whether it was sufficient for an arrest warrant is another matter.
Suspects might be presumed guilty, not innocent. The police might not need much evidence to hold someone indefinitely. Suspects might not have the right to a jury trial or even to be present at their own trial. Again, I don't know the particulars of Chile, but I have watched enough episodes of "Locked Up Abroad" and known enough people from various other countries to know it is pretty likely that a lot of the rules and rights are very different.
Given that, the way that Dan was treated might not have been solely due to Abe or his corruption or persecution of Dan; it may have been just how the system operates most of the time.
That said, I don't see how Caray Caray could continue on as successfully as it has if everyone simply lobed in their random thoughts about the show each day.
The recappers provide us with these recaps as a labor of love, and having participated as one of the recappers in the past, I didn't do it in order to elicit random anonymous thoughts about the TN I was recapping. I cared about what Judy, Sylvia, Vivi, Hombre, Emelia, Mike....... (well you get the idea) ...thought about the show and what I had to say about it.
I have some idea about the personalities of UA, Nanette, Carolina, Anita...... and I come here to read the recap and see what these personalities think about it. I have not noted any shyness by these folks to express strong and even unpopular opinions. What I do note is a mutual respect and good manners.
I have seen great points made by anonymous commenters and if commenting anonymously suits you then I encourage you to join us often, though I doubt that anyone would bother to drop by if we all remained anonymous.
Carlos
UA, you're right. They were in Chile. You might need less to arrest someone and lock them up for murder; but then do you have to torture your prisoner by telling him lies, that his wife and child are dead, especially when you're the guy's brother-in-law? I don't know how I'll ever get past this....haha.
I am a fan of Locked Up Abroad though they can be a bit too intense. Here's a much more realistic portrayal of a Chilean prison and escape from it. Check out the prison conditions.

Anon- Carlos is an example of one of our recappers/commenters who is never afraid to voice an unpopular opinion (usually in favor of the villainesses) and yet remains beloved by all-- or most. :)
Carolina- I do not remember Dan EVER yelling at his mom, and I have a pretty good memory. We saw he in two scenes-- him purchasing his wedding suit and at the wedding. Those were certainly happy moments. The vase breaking over the head of Al was Luzma protecting Camila. Dan did scuffle with him when Al caught him recuperating in Cami's bedroom and was trying to rush out to tattle on him. I have no sympathy for either Al or Leo for getting beat up by Dan for raping or attempting to rape the women important to him. Nor did I feel the least bit sorry when he gave Abe a few hard shoves, the man who threw him in jail, lied about his wife and child being dead, and screwed up his life. Sorry. Not seeing a problem with this. Dan can't help that he's a big guy. So what! Those guys shouldn't have abused the power they had (to rape women and throw him in jail unjustly).
What irritates me now about Dan is his so-called "protection" of woman by keeping secrets. Oh, right. This is TN land:)
Updates on the sidebar recappers (although there are many more recappers than are in the photos on the sidebar)—most of us take breaks after recapping. It can be really exhausting to recap another show right after doing one or two, so many of us take breaks for a few months or more. All of the following are either currently recapping, recapped recently, or are still regular commenters:
Me (Vivi), Jardinera, Melinama, Julie, Jean, Judy, 5 Ft. (aka Kat), Julia, Hombre de Misterio (hangs out mostly on the Telemundo y Mas feed), PB (Paquita), Sylvia (often sailing around the world with little e-mail access, Cheryl (often travelling through LatAm with little e-mail access).
I do think you are right that it is the same vase that Luzma cracked over Alonso's head. Kind of a handy knicknack to have around, it seems.
I don't feel sorry for the guys Dan beat up, either. But I don't excuse his violent behavior. Nope. Nada. Never.
Come to think of it, I think our Danny Boy got a little physical with some of the EMT guys at one of the many encounters he has had with them, as well.
Wow, that's a pretty strong stereotype for all anons. Carlos said he had seen some good comments from anons.
Carolina as far as you not responding to anon's that's all well and good. When I write something I'm not necessarily looking for your opinion or judgement. I'm just expressing an opinion. Get used to anons, we're here to stay!!
I think it's interesting that at the beginning of this tn some of us were noting that Daniel was too wooden, lacking expression, just standing around looking good and now some of us see him as explosive and overreacting. It is a tn after all. Some exaggerated contrast has to be made between someone who is calm and even tempered most of the time and when he/she is agitated, angry or frustrated. Camila has had some explosive moments, too.
