Corazon Indomable Cap. 34 6-27-13 -- Carola’s Skunked, Lucia’s Punked, and Octavio’s in a Funk

There were lots of little backstory  bits tucked into this episode, to help those viewers catch up who didn’t watch from the beginning.   It just now hit me, Teobaldo  has two outfits—navy shirt /white pants and white shirt/navy pants.  He must never take a day off, because he’s never out of uniform.
Some scenes are combined and may be out of sequence.

Isla Dorada Progress Report
MariAle phones Don Ale.  He’s feeling better. Things with her are going well, she has money from Emir Karim, a $5,000 client tip.  DA warns her to be careful with him, he could be dangerous. Should she put the money in DA’s account or save it?  He says it’s her money, keep it.
She feels that she’s the owner of the world and of her fate. When she arrived at his house, she was dirty mess of a girl, now, thanks to his training and counsels, she’s a complete woman who will pay him back as a true daughter would.
DA asks how much longer is she staying on the island?   She’s staying a while longer, is thinking of renting a little tourist place instead of the hotel.  He thinks a good idea, let him know when she moves. How is Solita? She misses her sister and MA says she’ll bring Soli to the island.

Another Robbery, Blame Da Skunk
The safe in Carola’s office is empty, all money is gone. When Teo answers the alarm, she asks “Is this how you watch the casino? Who is this Zorillo/skunk thief!"  Teo says it could be a client, an employee.  Carola insists no one knew the combo to the safe except her. Teo said an experienced thief could crack it.
Raiza comes rushing in the office, where the investigators found no prints on the safe except Carola’s. The Inspector says they’ll be sure to trap the Zorillo and when they do, they’ll make him return all the money.  They’ll need to question all the employees in the casino.
Teo goes home to Areceli washing the dishes and tells her about robbery. She thinks El Zorillo knows Teo guards the casino and is fearful for him. Teo is not afraid and thanks her for her concern. He then moves on to warn her about men who will deceive her, whether   Eduardo or others.
MariAle goes to office, where Carola tells her all the money was taken from the safe and that Don Ale will have to share in the losses. MA doesn’t agree, since Caro’s responsible for finances. Carola says no, she’s been very careful.  MA is sure Carola has sent false reports to DA. An angry Carola calls her a damn liar. MA leaves office and sees Teo in the hallway. She asks if he thought Carola was involved in the robbery, but he says no. She mentions her move to a small house, and she may need a favor from Teo.  (Is he the chosen escort for Solita?)

A Moment in the Friendly Skies
Speaking of silver tongued deceiving devils, Octavio and Ed are in their airplane.  Octavio recalls MA slapping him.  Ed asks about MC.  No this time Oblivio’s afraid he’s falling in love with MariAle. Ed claims Tav likes feisty women who mistreat him.

Wuz’ Happenin’ with Solita moment.
Solita is on the lawn at DA’s house, with a sign language tutor and Tobias, both learning sign language.  Later, Tobias tells Solita she’s going to stay with MA on the island, with the monkey (changuito) going too. A delighted Solita hugs Tobias. The monkey turns the page of a booklet on the table; he and Tobi are both secretly relieved at the impending separation.

We Wanted a Pie Cart Loaded with Karma, But We’ll Take What We Can Get
In another update, we see Lucia, the Devil Queen of the Hacienda, suffering a little trick of Mother Nature’s.  Her labor pains have started, so she calls for Awfelia. When she says she can’t take the pain, the loyal servant suggests she walk it off and helps her from the bed. Lucia sends Awfe running to get Miguel and we see and hear her continuing misery as she awaits assistance. Miguel comes, loads her (screaming and moaning) into the jeep to take her to the hospital.
Our more vindictive viewers are cheering each pain, wishing she were giving birth in the muck of  the stables, attended only by Ewwsebio and Awfelia (“I don’t know nuthin’ about birthin’ no babies, Senora!”  “Here, Senora, try a swig of tequila, por supuesto.” THWAAK!) However, she safely gives birth in a clean hospital, attended by a real doctor. Miguel and Awfelia are pleased to welcome a baby boy, the Narvaez heir.

Countryside Catch-up Moment
Jose Antonio and Santa meet on the road in the countryside. They share the news of the Narvaez birth and rehash MC’s journey to the capital. Santa has business in the DF and thinks she will look for MC while she’s there.  JA says to give his greetings to his friend.

Pre-Natal Care Moment
MariAle is visiting her ob/gyn on the mainland. Overall, things are fine, but she should eat well, take care of herself, remove her girdle and change to maternity clothes. The birth should be in about 8 weeks.

Danger for MariAle
Back on the island, the real estate agent shows MA her new house and gives her the keys. She mentions the Arab prince is the main stockholder of the real estate firm that owns this villa and others. He invests here and spends here. This gives MA pause, but she claims not to know the Emir. (That’s all she needs—he gained access to her hotel room and now she can’t be sure her house is safe.)  Later, MA packs her clothes for the move, thinking of her revenge on Octavio.
Raiza tells Carola there’s no way to get MA to leave the island, unless they give her a bad scare with a mugging and beating.  Carola says she will handle it. (Raiza uses the term “susto”, which was discussed on Caray, Caray in connection with an earlier TN.  Here is the Wikipedia entry--  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Susto). Raiza has no clue that MA’s past history has left her fearless.  She won’t scare her but she might make her really angry.
Carola calls Teo to her office to tell him MariAle is a spy and it will be his job to make her leave the island. She says MA is dangerous and asks if he is still loyal to her. Teo says he’s not a thug, and if he agrees to assist, it is with a doubtful look.
The Emir is strolling and talking with his assistant, wondering if MA knows he owns her house.  She’s a fighter who gives Karim energy, but he will win in the end.
MariAle arrives on deck and Raiza stops her to pay a condescending compliment on her colorful caftan.  MA wonders if the Emir will like it and Raiza suggests he likes clothing that shows a woman’s assets. (He may prefer clothing that falls to the floor.) Raiza asks “Who are you? Have you always been so confident?”  MA says no, but she likes the way she is now.
Carola and Teo go another round in her office.  Teo thinks she shouldn’t take any of Don Ale’s share of the profits: he’s the owner and deserves her loyalty.  Carola reminds the guard how much he owes her, but he ripostes that he’s worked it all off.  She can fire him if she wants, but she can’t count on him to mug anyone! With a sarcastic “permiso”, he leaves.
A post script to this plot comes as Don Alejandro reads another email from MariAle aloud to Tobias. She mentions money earned from the Emir’s private party, the baby is due in 8 weeks, and she looks forward to having Solita with her. They discuss her strength to combat Carola. MA is brave and admirable, but Don Ale wouldn’t want his daughter to have a heart filled with revenge and anger. Tobias mentions DA needs to live for his daughter and grandchild, earning a puzzled look from DA.

Super Mari Works Part-Time, too
Social worker MariAle goes to visit Areceli, who is angry with MA’s interference in her love life. MA explains Ed has no good intentions, so she told Teo. He’s the only one who could protect the witless naïve girl. Areceli tells her to leave, but then MA explains she was once in Areceli’s position. A man made her suffer, but there was no one to help her. She only wants to save another young girl and Areceli seems to pay attention as MA leaves.

Octavio Checks on the Home Place
Octavio returns from his flight and reads a telegram from Miguel, announcing the exciting birth of their son. With several days off, he decides to go for a visit, see the baby and check on MC.
Lucia cuddles her baby on the couch and says he looks like Miguel.  Octavio surprises her when he appears, saying he didn’t have time to call.  Tav holds his sobrino and asks what happened with the house for MC.  Lucia beats around the bush, says Miguel is taking care of that business. Lots of artificial smiles from her, as she tries to distract him by offering something to eat. He says he wants to go see MariCruz.
Lucia tells her brother-in-law not to go see MariCruz just yet, she might not be at home. Wait for Miguel to get home and go together, so his brother can fill him in. She explains everything had to wait on the birth of the baby.

Octavio won’t wait; he rushes to the stable demanding a horse and interrupting Ewwsebio at cocktail hour. When he says he’s looking for MC, Eww looks at him like he’s crazy.  Miguel arrives soon and Lucia tells him to run after Octavio. Miguel can’t believe Lucia wouldn’t update Tav, but he runs to the stable and rides hard after his brother.
Lucia comes to the stables where she berates Ewwsebio for drinking and throws his bottle at the wall. He needs to stay sharp so he won’t tell anything that would hurt them, like . . .  you, know, that they were responsible for Ramiro’s death. He understands, he nods.
Miguel catches up with Octavio at edge of the slope overlooking the burned shack. Tav turns to his brother, sure that he’s finished the new home for MC and her family. “Where is it?” Miguel solemnly says there was nothing they could do. Oblivio begins to see that something bad happened. “Who died? Was it MariCruz?”  “No, her grandfather.”  Tav says, “Well, he was old . . . “  Then Miguel explains the fire at the shack, that burned or asphyxiated are the operative terms for abuelo.  Miguel will repay Tav the money he sent.
A horrified Oblivio says “Dios Mio! No wonder it’s like that!” He runs down the hill, trips and goes sprawling at the bottom. He runs to the ruins and sits in the ashes, crying out “Where is MariCruz!”  The answer—She left. She’s gone forever.

Tomorrow—Did MariCruz go to Mexico City from the rancho?
MareAlejandra is attacked at home by a masked figure.

Love your recap La Paloma. Once my head stopped imploding from a few of the new facts thrown in our face, I had time to enjoy a few good things.

Yeah, Solita is getting her lessons finally and can start communicating. Apparently we have to wait for her to hook back up with Mari before some of her secrets are revealed, but it's a start. Tobias didn't seem to mind the hug, think he's rather attached to the two women now.

And DonA is looking better so hopefully that means he stays around much longer than we first thought. The whole TN would suit me, but we'll have to see.

Lucia is a hoot--makeup in tact, albeit some sweat, and man, right back to her girlish figure, heavily made up face and product filled hair. I had a brief Lady Violet moment ( bow to Downton) watching her with the baby and thinking--oh this must be her hour a day to bond. Doubt very much this nutjob is changing diapers.
Oh, and yes, the male heir!! Of course, once daddy is done, there won't be anything to inherit, but hey.
Now Tav needs the brain cells to fire - Mari is gone from the Hacienda. HELLO?!?!?!
Sorry to admit this, but I'm a bit bored with having Teo showing up constantly with every plot point on the casino end. Now we may have him with Solita? ARGHHHH

Daisynjay

Oh--and forgot to add--MariAle is due in 8 weeks? I mean, what is with these TN's and the slim and trim pregnant women? Betcha that baby will show up as an 8 pound wonder ( and betcha it's a boy--let the future swap stories possibilities begin. And if Solita has a boy--yikes.)Shutting down the beanie rant now.

Daisy

If Octavio goes back to the island and still has doubts about MA being MC....
I don't think a beanie would be enough, I need to buy myself a firefighter helmet, to protect my brain from all the head banging I'll be doing in the next few episodes.

And MA is 7 months pregnant? Really? No swollen legs, rounded face...I know some women don't gane that much weight but this is such a stretch...

I think they should have waited for her to give birth and only after that take her to the island... more time for learning stuff, the baby safely cared for by Don Ale...

Anyway, you just know that MA will give birth today and tomorrow she'll be ready to wear a bathing suit and go in full seduction mood with Octavio.

Throw away your beanies, guys, buy a helmet...we're gonna need them.

Wonderful job Paloma!

"Our more vindictive viewers are cheering each pain, wishing she were giving birth in the muck of the stables, attended only by Ewwsebio and Awfelia (“I don’t know nuthin’ about birthin’ no babies, Senora!” “Here, Senora, try a swig of tequila, por supuesto.” THWAAK!) "
I'm one of those and proud of it! She should've had a 36-38hours painful delivery and never getting her figure back! OOPS I forgot, she never gained any weight, not puffy, hasn't had swollen ankles etc... I want a pregnancy like that!

Aj, aj MariAle you need to find a property not owned by the emir, Imagine if he's getting inside your hotel room what he's gonna do if you rent a flat which is his property??! I dare not even imagine!

MA is only 8 weeks away from giving birth? Wow the other day she way wearing such a form fitting dress, where is the baby bump? Why they keep throwing such pregnancies to our face?? Mrs. Meija give it a try and show us some believable background at that!
At least Solita is learing the sign language, will she let the ppl. around her the truth she's gone through?

“Who died? Was it MariCruz?” “No, her grandfather.” Tav says, “Well, he was old . . . “ I was sceaming at the TV!!! How can you be such a coldhearted bum?

Tav now you need to pay close attention!
On one hand MC's shack burned down, Aubelo died, MC gone from the hacienda nobody knows where with her sister and the monkey.
On the other hand you have a beautiful, sophisticated and VERY-VERY vengeful woman who can't stand the sight of you, gives you the cold shoulder and looks exactly like her? Hmn, hmn, why do you think she's so condescending to you? Any ideas? I guess not..

Wonderful recap Paloma!

I just about fell over when the doc told MC that she will give birth in 8 weeks. I would have been more inclined to believe this two episodes ago when they started having MC/MA were short, but flowing dresses that did not cling to her. But this episode, she was back to wearing form fitting dresses and we're told she's 7 months pregnant! The wardrobe people need to be kicked in the backside, or I need to adjust my beanie.

In any case, I would prefer that Solita stay with Don Ale and Tobi and continue her lessons and pre-natal care. I hope that she has also been learning to read and write, otherwise she and MC will be communicating just as ineffectively as before, since MC hasn't been taking sign language lessons. Is she going to keep Solita locked up in the house all day so that Tav doesn't see her and learn the truth? I don't think that's fair. At least in D.F. she has the HUGE house and grounds, and she can go out with Justa, Tobi and Ale, and has visits from her private tutor. Will MC continue Solita's education on the island?

If Octavio can’t at least gain 100% certainty that Maricruz 2.0 (the girl with the deaf sister and monkey in the boarding house in D.F., who they nearly hit) is MC 1.0, now that he knows she left Tamaulipas, then he is beyond an idiot. I will cut him some slack for not being sure MC 3.0 (sophisticated Mari) is his MC.

Excellent recap, La Paloma.

Ahhhh....I no longer have to bite my tongue. Every time I read a comment asking how MC could possibly learn so much in just a couple of weeks, I had to hold back from saying: "It hasn't been weeks, it's been MONTHS. She just has an INVISIBLE pregnancy." I agree she could have had the baby first, then gone to the island. But guess what? They did the same thing on La Venganza and Marimar - both featured invisible pregnancies. Also, I should note that I have a neighbor who I see fairly pregnancy, but it wasn't until I went to a recent block party that I found out she was 7 months pregnant. She had the tiniest, tiniest bump ever, and from behind you couldn't tell AT ALL that she was pregnant. So, just saying....I'll just suspend my disbelief and enjoy the ride.

ooops...."fairly frequently", not "fairly pregnancy." hahahahah

Latina- I would have totally let it slide if she hadn't been wearing that gorgeous form-fitting sea foam green dress this episode. There are for sure women who have very small baby bumps and little weight gain elsewhere on their body, who don't look pregnant while wearing loose tops (lucky devils!). A cousin of mine who I saw just two months before she gave birth, and no one knew she was pregnant, is like that. But NO 7 month pregnant woman looks like that in a curve-hugging dress! I bet Kim Kardshian would kill to know MC's secret. LOL!

Tks mucho La Paloma,

Actually I thought Lucia was constipated when she was having contractions.

!Qué emoción! Oblivio throwing himself on the ruins, too bad they weren't still smoldering.

At least Solita is getting some help. Looking forward to she & the mono coming to La Dorada, where the mono will definitely add some brain matter.

Wait for another call of the blood when Solita meets Aracely, just wait!

OK, The Emir owns the house, guess there is no way that MC/MA just couldn't decline the deal!

Can this thing get any dumber, have faith, yes it can!!

What novela was the pie cart in?

I'm surprised that we are now on #34 and no one has commented yet about the fact that the "mansion" and the "casino" are so obviously the same set. They just change the banister on the stairs.

@Vivi - Well, the doc did tell MariAle to stop using a girdle. She must have been using some heavy duty Spanx, though I doubt that would have helped Kim Kardashian much. She sure packed on the weight EVERYWHERE.

@Vivi - speaking of gorgeous dresses, I think someone should keep a running count of how many dresses and pairs of shoes MariAle wears throughout the entire novela. I just wish Mrs. Mejia were a little better at budgeting - spend a little less on dresses, and a little more on purses, because she sure repeats those a lot. (Same goes with the mix of real houses and fake sets - if Mrs. Mejia spent a little less getting the most opulent real houses, she could spend a little more on improved set designs. The fake sets look a little too fake sometimes.) Rant over.

As I can remember the Marimar, at least there they used some loose, floating dresses which were clasped on the shoulder so it was more beleivable to hide her pregnancy.

I also had a friend who gained so little extra weight that you couldn't tell she was pregnant from behind and didn't show much from the front either.
At the last month she looked like she swallowed a ball because only her stomach bumped out nothing more.

But even that couldn't be hide behind a gridle so much that she could have fit into spandex..

La Paloma-I just loved this recap. Perfect snark, perfectly concise wrap-up of pertinent details. Most importantly, you confirmed what I thought I heard--MC/MA IS 7 MONTHS PREGNANT?! I just about fell off my couch.

Loved your observation about Teo, too.

LatinainMD-one thing I have noticed is that whenever she is alone, MC/MA is barefoot. I like that little detail. She may be sophisticated and educated now, but she still hates shoes ;-)

I am going to start paying closer attention the the casion/mansion set.

The thing Mrs. Mejia should have spent her budget on, is writers.

I loved MA's off-white dress with the vertical black trim. She seemed a little thicker in the waist, but no baby bump.

MA's purse! She even carried it with her evening wear a couple nights ago. Does it hold her weapon, all her money, what?

Such an easy pregnancy and she has energy to spare! Where are the frequent rest room visits and other discomforts?

Variopinta, I think the pie cart is a generic vehicle for payback, because it's been mentioned on C,C for ages. Someone please correct as to its origin. You're right about spending money on writers.

LatinaInMD, glad you pointed out the similarity of mansion and casino. I'll have to study the backgrounds more closely.

I don't know what brand girdle MA is wearing but I could sure use it. Can't believe she is supposed to be due in 8 weeks. And I'm with Daisynjay, I'm tired of Teo and his dual personality. They need to hire some other people on that ship or incorporate Tony more.

Also, Don Ale seems to be missing MC quite a bit. I think she needs to go back and visit with her Papa.

I was so distracted by Teo's wardrobe malfunction I could barely concentrate on the story line. His hump kept sifting and peeking out of the neck of his shirt. So thank you so much for the excellent recap.

La Paloma, thanks for the great recap. I've only missed a few episodes but it seems like several months have gone by. You just never know with telenovela time.

At least the changuito will also get a change of scenery with Solita.

I will have to keep my eyes open for the dual use set and for the shifting hump.

Jarifa

The shufting hump was very funny and I noticed it too. I was trying to figure out if the white padding is separate, or if it's sewn/stuffed into the sailor collar. I dont' know why they just didn't have him hunch over and be done with it, instead of adding padding.

Gees- maybe Teo's pads are the missing pregnancy pads. Not meant to be used for a hunchback character...budget got chewed up with all Lucia's maxi dresses and Mari's evening wear.

Daisynjay, that is so funny. That's why MC didn't have a baby bump. It was in Teo's shirt.lol

I want MC's hotel suite (except for the atrocious security). If I was staying in a place like that I wouldn't dream of moving out. I like the way she appeared to be enjoying the various spaces, sitting and reading on the stairs or on various ledges here and there.

And speaking of places I was so glad to see Solita not just learning sign language, but also outside finally. If I remember correctly, she went straight from a single scene downstairs at Don Ale's house to having all her scenes in her and MC's bedroom, and it was making me claustrophobic just to watch. It looks like a beautiful place to walk around (and I think both Solita and MC should have been getting acquainted with the horses).

Good stuff.

Never saw the original and I bailed on Marimar because I couldn't stand Thalia's stupid little-girl voice, but I can see why this stuff is happening now: If the baby were born first and at abuelo's mansion it wouldn't be in danger. And not necessarily from Lucia, either.

Totally agree that Lucia never assumes diaper duty. Nor should she be trusted with bathing the baby.

Octavio has the lowest IQ of any lead I've ever seen.

great recap La Paloma, loved the title!

Just as shocked as all of ya'll about being 7 months along. Curious to see how people are going to find out she's expecting and I wonder if tonight's attack will affect her pregnancy?

Vivi, thought the same thing about solita going with MC. Solita would be the big neon sign that says MC and MariAle are the same person. Is she going to hide her away or reveal the truth?

Daisynjay, haha loved your comment about lucia and her baby. 'Oh this must be her hour a day to bond' She seems the type.

I know that many of ya'll are iffy on Teo, but can't help but like him, especially when he snarks back at carola and raiza. Don't think he would let anyone play him.

UA, for me the lowest IQ would have to go to gabrial soto's character leads. Usually they drive me up a wall! (But will admit only seen him in 2 leads)

jlk

UtahDesert- We also saw Solita outside on Don Ale's lawn playing with the monkey (he really liked the lawn chair), and other times heard she was outside playing with him, or had gone to the market with Justa the maid.

La Paloma, thank you---I loved your detailed recap.
Gone With the Wind, so funny.---I
don't know nuthin' about birthin'
no babies senora.
another funny line---He rushes to the stables demanding a horse and
interupting EWW-sebio at cocktale hour. With that guy, every hour is cocktale hour isn't it?

Adriana Noel---MC gives birth today
and a bathing suit and seduction tomorrow. Adriana, you forgot one very important thing---Superwoman.

Irisz79---Any ideas? I guess not.
The answer is brain cell problems.

The Emier's building? Bad choice.
trouble ahead I suspect.

I wonder if they will have an airplane emergency and Octavio saves the plane an all of the passengers---He's a hero, bad brain
cells and all. Well, it's just a thought.
the gringo

LatinaInMD I don't think we can count how many dresses MC uses since she's MA now, but you are right about the purse and she uses a lot less different shoes than dresses, especially 2 pairs of cream colored high heels one with a open nose and one without.

Teo's shirt looked ridiculous!
There were times it looked as the whole stuffing came out of under it and wadding in his neck.

Considering how much she hated shoes, I don't think she'll ever become a shoe collector. But she did always like pretty dresses. Less purses means less times you have to move your stuff from one purse to another. Such a pain. How often have I left something important in the purse I left at home and just switched over!

I thought the doc said she'd start SHOWING more in 8 weeks. At least we understand how she was able to learn algebra and accounting so quickly. But I want that girdle. Don't think spanx could work that kind of magic.

Did MC also pick up sign language along with everything else? Hope so for Solita's sake. But YEAH, education for her!

Kelly

What if Aricely is the thief? It's not likely but wouldn't that make her so much more interesting?

Kelly

thanks, Paloma. Gee, Mari is 7 months pregnant ? Really ? Where is the bump ? unbelievable.

I guess I'm skipping a few scenes here and there. But I certainly did enjoy the cheese today, with Octavio's big scene. And Miguel looking so incredibly awkward and guilty throughout. (I swear that Rene Strickler also managed to squeeze a little bit of wonder at Octavio's naivete into his facial expressions. Yeah, sure, the first thought you would have at seeing your wife's family's shack lying there in blackened ruins would be, "Oh gee, their new house must be ready!")

La Paloma, you did a wonderful job and I love all your comments. I agreed with them all.

Kelly, interesting theory. I think it's Carola. Really, how many people have a key to everything? And the new, smarter, savvier MC seems to suspect her too.

With all of the money he is storing and the fact that he doesn't seemed concerned about the robber, and who dislikes Raiza enough to steal her jewels AND leave a note to stick it in, how can it not be Teo? I mean I guess the writers are making it obvious in order to set us up for the true culprit...but other than Tony, who else works there that is a possibility? Unless it is a new character on the way. Maybe MA with her new found skills will crack the case! ;)

" Maybe MA with her new found skills will crack the case! ;)"

Cool! I love Nancy Drew mysteries!! :-)

Also loved your recap, La Paloma. My favorite line was about Octavio "interrupting Ewwsebio at cocktail hour."

I'm so glad to see that they're teaching Solita sign language and that someone else (Tobias) is learning it. I wonder if Tobias will accompany Solita to the island.

I'm also wondering whether some of Teo's expressions are winks or facial tics. I think the intruder in the ski mask winked at MariAle in the advances.

I like Teo's sailor outfit. I had one just like it, but with a skirt, in 3rd grade!

Do we know who stole the money from the safe? Does Teo know the combination of the safe? When she left to visit Don Ale, she put Teo in charge of the casino. Imagine, Teo as CEO of the Casino even for one night. Hedge your bets folks.

Paloma: lots of great snark in this one! I got to wondering where that bump was also! A girdle? You got to be kidding!

Just think, all of MC/MA's clothes fit in that one magic suitcase.

Not sure Oblivio would recognize MC sitting between Solita & the mono.

I would rather have my pilot drunk than that imbécil.

I think the thief is that nice looking guy, don't know his name, that works there. He must be in cahoots with Raiza, since Carola was really surprised by the missing casino money.

Thanks for your recap La Paloma!
