Sara, like I mentioned before, I'm glad Eugenia is not around to see both Aranza and Art become hateful people.

Look what happened on Scandal last night: Fitz won a 2nd term by selling his soul to Olivia's father.

 

Then again, if Eugenia was around, we'd have no show LOL
 

I would love to see Eugenia come to Art and Ara in a dream and tell them Isa was her hand-picked agent on earth; that Isa was purposely put in their lives to help them...but then they screwed up and now Eugenia says to hell with them. Literally.
 

I'm sticking with my prediction of Isabel staying single and leaving Mexico for good.

Gaby should just forget about Bruno, who's a whimp just like Art.

Who's going to get killed off next?
 

Tablet jefa, thanks for the sensational recap. I thought the title was perfect. You filled in all of the gaps I had on most of the dialog - thank you!

Always enjoy your insight: "(Tita stop wasting your time with this brat and spend it with the kids that love you and want to learn from you)" and humor: "Mari visits Cuca. They squeal over each other's beauty" was my favorite.

Isa has good intuition. But for some inexplicable reason, she ignores it! It is painfully obvious she realizes she had no hand in decorating that hideous hideway. While I am trying to put myself in her place (amnesia and not a clue as to what Feo is), she needs to follow her gut instinct.

Gaby is the hero of this tale. As was stated yesterday, if not for her, who would be looking for her?? Art is now dead to me and I wish the storyline would drop both him and Ara.

When Bruno and Ally adopted, I thought that was it, they are going to stay together. Not a bad idea as I like them (albeit Ally more than Bruno) although think they would be better suited with others. With this wrapping up, I can't see how and why Bruno and Gaby would end up together at this late date. I can't figure out if this storyline is dead or is going to change rapidly.

I could not determine how Sonia really felt about Fab. At times she seemed to care but at others, she would be doing her famous eye roll and muttering. Last night it seemed she did say she loved him (to herself), am I wrong?

Of course, it's far too late for any redemption for her. I'm thinking (speculating, no spoiler) Gaby and Fab might end up together.

I couldn't quite tell who gets shot in the preview but am very anxious.

There is no redemption for Sucia. Was going to go into detail about it but will do so in the weekend topic.

The amnesia plot twist is so old I wish they'd think of something else. Was that all they could think of with 17 hours left?

Big question is whether Sonia's involvement in the deaths of Eugenia, The Padre, etc., will ever be revealed for everyone to know ?

 

ldasemsThanks for the recap. It looked like Dafne in Este's arms taking a bullet for him. Never saw that coming. If that is Daffy's anvil, I can only imagine the big ones coming for Sonie and Fer.
CD, I hope you are right about Isa being single and leaving Mexico for a better life because she has spent her time in hell.
I still believe the best anvil for Art and Ara is that he marry the witch doctor. They would both walk the straight and narrow or suffer the consequences of the witch which would be swift and severe cause she don't play!
 

I know it's not going to happen, but I want so badly for Gabi and Isa to end up together, leaving all the losers in their lives behind. It could be like the vacation they had at the beginning, except they'll both have their babies.
 

Forgot to mention this earlier but who else thinks that FeVier will stop payment on those checks?

CD, I'm not sure how Sonia's horrid deeds will be revealed especially Eugenia's death. I hardly think she would admit it so not sure if this will come to light.

Anon, I thought it was Dafne that got shot but didn't want to say anything because it was so quick, I thought I might have been wrong and it was Ara. Yes, that was/is totally unexpected.

I hope Televisa reads this blog. I'm sure they've shot the finale already but we can get so creative when pondering the fates of the villains.
 

UA, first thing I thought was those checks aren't worth the paper they are printed on. Who would even accept payment in a traceable check?
 

People who don't know better. Which amazes me because with all her grifting and the fact that she knows FeVier best of anyone else, Sonia should know better.

Thank you all- I was falling asleep and watching this episode so I hope that I didn't miss or mix anything up.
I'm not sure of the ending but Isa's pregnancy sure puts a spin in the mix.
I just don't know how Isa will regain her full memory in such a short time.
Sara- I like the dream idea.

Sara---I love your dream episode of Eugenia. I miss her, she was so warm,sweet and charming in the first few episodes. But, would a dream be enough for Art and Ara?
I'm not sure that even a dream would be enough to help them.
I was not up with Art marrying the Witch Doctor but am starting to seriously consider it. Maybe they deserve each other.

Tofie---You must report hush money for tax purposes. That's so funny. Now I really want to try some of that Florida water.


Why would Javier write a check to be used as hush money and then stop payment on it? ---And who was the check for anyway, Lucero or Sonia? I mean if it goes to Lucero to keep her silent, then what was the payoff for Sonia?

People are talking about the advances so I replayed them in slow motion. It doesn't make sense
because it looks like the bad guys had no reason to shoot. At first I thought that Este had been shot but a couple of frames later it looks like Dafne id hurt.
She appears to be falling backward
with her mouth open, maybe screaming with pain. BonBon has a look of disbelief on his face and that's all that they show. Dafne hasn't been the nicest person but I hate to see her get murdered. However, if that is the case, the door will be open for an Aranza and BonBon reunion and marriage in the end.
In the advances it looks like Isa has escaped. Must see tv.

Wasted time with Zen and Balty? Yes but I like seeing Jose Montini
in a role other than the bad guy.
I like his facial expressions.

Speaking of facial expressions and great acting, I thought that both Susana And Dominika were excellent in their roles last night.

I think Fab is going to dump Sonia. She needs a Sugar Daddy so she's never going to let Feo go. Lucero is the only one who knows all the secrets, I can't see Feo letting her live. Remember how he "paid the bill" to the plastic surgeons? He'll probably try to pay her off the same way. But... the truth must come out about Eugenia and the Padre and we know Sonia isn't about to confess, Lucero won't die.

Feo is obsessed with Isabel. Did you notice him smelling her hair? His plans have gone from revenge to delusions of "Happily Ever After".

Go ahead Art. Please, please, please divorce Isabel and marry Dr. Evil. You deserve each other and Aranza could use an actual wicked stepmother.

Gabi and Bruno are over forever. She now knows she was right in the first place. He's a weak-in-the-knees Mama's boy.

I agree with the idea that this should end with Isa and Gabi living on a Caribbean Island with their kids. Sandy beaches, blue skies, iced drinks, happy kids, no Art, no Aranza, no Bruno.


 

gringo, I loved Dominika last night and hands down has made Sonia my favorite character. The conversation with Fab with dinner on the table and the one with Fernando at the coffee house.

If Fernando really wants a happily ever after he had better kill both Sonia and her buddy. Cashing checks got him busted last time so if he really wanted to settle up should have brought real franklins.
 

Feo gave Sonia a check for her and one for Lucero.

As for the avances, Feo wants Esteban dead, so that's why there doesn't seem to be a reason for them to shoot.
 

Thanks, TJ. great title. This novela has been quite a ride. I cannot wait to see the anvils fall. In the end, what you give out comes back to you. I believe this is true in real life, too.

Gringo - I like the Balthazar character but the story line is a little silly. I guess it is serving as a distraction to us.
