What a two faced hypocrite Art is. Out of one side of his mouth he is encouraging Bruno to side with love and then still wants to cover his ears when Isa's name is mentioned.
Lucero and Cuca live another day.
Sooooo Dante has the tapes of the apartment. I think that his anvil's descent had begun.
Marisela when do you have time to practice medicine when you spend your time thinking of ways to have Art to yourself?
Ara, you ran when you heard that your "backstabbing girl friend" got shot but was very indifferent when you heard about Isa's accident.
Ally is a wonderful mother and Uriel is lucky to have her.
I'm glad that Fab is awakening from his dream of a marriage with Sucia and not only is he asking questions, he's waiting for the answers.
I'm still laughing at Duck down.

Excellent point about Ara's reaction to Dafne.
 

Aranza and Art would be happy if Isabel ends up getting killed off.

Their uppityism has gone way too far to the point of evil: see Rowan Pope & B316 on Scandal.

Still wouldn't surprise me if Art and Aranza would desecrate Miguel's grave because he's a reminder of Isabel.

 

Thanks so much for your recap Sara. And for the laugh about Madam. What a nice trip down memory land and yes there is a resemblance between her and Zen.

Your duck down was priceless and at this point I don't if there can be a large enough anvil for Feo.

I heard part of Art's rant about Isa and he is so dead to me. He needs to marry evil doc. Love the suggestion that Isa and Gabi raise their kids on an island without Art, Ara, or Bruno.

Sara, I burst out laughing at “Am I the only one who thinks Zenaida looks like Madame?” That was priceless.

"Dante decides to save a compromising video of Sucia and FeVier..."just in case FeVier decides to play dirty." (Methinks thou hast signed thine death warrant.)" was among my many favorites. The title was great and it was an excellent summary.

I felt badly for Daphne. Not a nice person but not deserving of getting shot in the back. I hope she recovers.

Karen, I don't think Art can get more odious. Several current TNs feature galans that leave a lot to be desired. Art has crossed the line for me as well and he is dead to me also. Not even trying to find out what happened to Isa is reprehensible. Ditto for his daughter.

Feo does have some sick fascination with Isa. Can the thinking characters (Gaby, Andrea and Mau) come together and rescue Isa in time? I fervently hope so.

While the past few episodes haven't been sweetness and light, now is not the time to bring in the "levity" of A Balth/Zen storyline. We could have used this a few weeks ago with the unabated depressing episodes. At least now, we know the ending is coming...

I do care who Dan ends up with but am still too worried about Isa to give that much thought now.

Anon, I can easily see Art and Maricela getting married.

Isabel and Gabi leave Mexico FOR GOOD and never come back.

Dan and Ilena looking more like they're a couple at this point. As for Mari, you snooze, you LOSE 😄.

Big question is whether Daphne survives ? I'm thinking 50-50.

Dafne Duck hasn't been a very nice person but a bullet in the back? She didn't deserve that. Poor lady, I felt sorry for her. A lot more sorry than I am feeling
for Art. I'm pretty tolerant. people make mistakes. I stuck with Maricruz even after all of the dumb mistakes that she made. Her strong point was that she had a good heart. Octavio kept going back and forth and often times he didn't even know which direction to go. I gave him a pass, poor guy
only had one brain cell and half the time it didn't work. Art??? Well Art does have a brain. I have been giving him the benefit of the doubt but am really loosing my patience with him. Yes
he found his wife in the arms of another man but would not even hear her out. Also the video clearly shows that she had been drugged and was out of it. 10+ years down the drain just like that? Art, you're loosing me and I have more patience than most on the Caray blog. I'm beginning to think that you really do deserve the Witch Doctor. Isabel just may be too good for you.

I agree, it's too late for a zany maid/butler relationship and I don't care anyway.

Art is beyond help. Sometimes I wonder if Isabel had to spoon-feed him at dinner all those years. If/when Isabel recovers her memory I hope she kicks him to the curb and then runs over him.


 

I don't think the writers should be playing cupid any longer, their track record so far is abysmal. There is only one couple that seem to have a mutual respect for each other and have each others back, Mau & Andy. Maybe you count Ileanas' parents but I just don't know.

I know Esteban doesn't love The Duck but that poor thing was telling him she loved him with a bullet in her back and he said nothing. Not blaming him but even if she lives won't last. Bruno still sniffing around Gabi after being with Ally 6 years and just adopting a kid. Gabi hooked up with the only available guy not a biker and not collecting social security that impregnates her but had killed his wife. Aranza loves Javier who possesses Isabel who loves Art (go figure) and Art loves Art, who loves Art ad infinitum who has an ex with a boy band like obsession for Art who love Art ad infinitum. Osvi cheats on his wife and has a son who's aunt shot his uncle who was the sugar daddy of the woman he married and she a cold blooded killer who has some weird friends with benefits relationship with Fernando. Ileana loves Dan who loves Mari who loves him but he wants Borlas to take her because they may be related but Borlas and Mari look like and act like brother and sister. Ok, Ok we got Osvi and Tita but they're just killing time and the budding romance between Gil and Agatha is all smiles and kisses but wait till their first big fight and the General bust her back to buck private.

Dafne has not been nice, it's true. I'm not sure she deserves a gunshot, though. Maybe she'll come out of this with just a scar and a better attitude. They did say they were calling her parents. Maybe she'll make up with them? Sweet, but at the same time that's filler.
 

Sara, I just want you to know my neighbors and family really believe I've lost it this time. Been doing my thang working in the garden and Duck Down runs through my head and start snickering then a belly laugh, happens couple times an hour. Your fault

Yesterday was Easter Sunday. After I woke up, I was thinking if Dafne and Este would go to the Easter church services together?
Silly me, it's only a movie and the characters are not real yet in many ways you think about them and somehow relate to them. Even if the characters were real, there
would be no Easter service for Dafne. The Duck went down, shot in the back by paid assassin's. The bullet wasn't meant for her but because of fear, she jumped into Este's arms and ended up with the bullet that was meant for him. I guess that someone was bound to get it but yet I feel sorry for her. Dafne was not a bad girl/women, she was just looking for happiness in her life,
happiness that she had never had
and was desperately looking/hoping for. I hope that she pulls through but the writers might have other ideas. If the Duck were to be eliminated the door would swing wide open for Aranza and the BonBon. I don't blame Dafne one bit for trying to win him, who wouldn't?
Will the Duck pull through? I can't wait for tonight, must see tv.

gringo, you noted many of the same thoughts and feelings I've been having about Daphne the past few days.

Yes, she isn't the nicest, kindest person and has instigated trouble and been deceitful. That said, she far from deserved "shot in the back by paid assassin's". Yes. Totally agree.

If Ara does end up with Esteban after all of the cruel (yes, at this point her failure to care about Isa after told she was in an accident qualifies for that) things she is done, yet if Daphne ends up maimed or killed, justice will not be served.

I can and will forgive Daphne (unless she survives and goes totally off the rails). I could but will not forgive Ara or Art.
