Fatima--It is on from 3-4 pm EDT on Uni. I've done a rough abstract and left it on Las Proximas (see sidebar). It has the delicious Cristian de la Fuente.

I only had a chance to watch the last 40 min. of the first epi, although I DVR'd it to watch Tue &n Wed later. I may decide to pass on it. Too caught up in the Tangled Web woven by Reina De Corazones.

 

What are the online viewing options for Quiero Amarte? If DVR isn't an option, is it feasible to watch the whole series via uvideos on univision.com? Are there any issues to be aware of? Are there alternate sources? What are the benefits of registration? Any costs (spam, etc?)

BIG thank you for the abstract of the series. I will see if I can find it on Hulu Plus as I am minus a DVR. For Christian de La Fuente, I could get very interested. :))

I should have probably started Reina, but it conflicted with the time spot on Uni. Now, it is way too late to get into that one.

Anon@2:57, Hulu Plus is an option, but it costs around $7 or so for a monthly subscription. You won't find it on Hulu, I'm pretty sure. You would have to go to Uvideos to see if it is running there. The only downside to that are the endless commercial breaks for the same commercial.

I have no idea re You Tube.

Have now watched the next two episodes. I'm a little disappointed in Cristian's role as Max. What have they done to him? He was soooo totally put together in Amor Bravio, but now he's scruffy, uncombed hair and unshaven and TOTALLY in PINK!!!! (and shades of Royero's red pants in AV).

After getting a look at Constanza and comparing her to Amaya, he's going to be in a quandry with two gorgeous brunettes in his head.

Seems that Quiero Amarte is an Amor Bravio reunion without Silvia Navarro (boohoo).

How ironic is it that despicable Tio Leoncio is now Max's upstanding, straight-arrow dad.

So, who is the elder brother? Is it Max? Cesar looks at leat 10 years older than Max.
 

I've seen Karyme Lozano in the Pro-Life videos on YouTube recently.
 

Anita- I too found the irony that Jose Elias Moreno took a role that's a total 180 from the sick bastard he played last time.

I'm DVRing it, because the cast and that gorgeous setting appeals to me a lot.
 

I like this TN so far but I’m missing so much because I don’t understand Spanish that much. I’m really missing the English closed captions. Do both Amaya and Mauro think Amaya’s mother is alive?
 

Bluejean--Yes, they both have a sense she is alive, after Monday's episode. It's Godmother who knows the secret, it seems, she spilled the beans to Mariana, her daughter, but has forbidden her to say anything to Amaya--to protect her! (How many times have we heard characters say that to delay plot resolution.)

What I don't get is if Amaya is the natural daughter of Mauro and Gorgeous Max is also the son of Mauro--one of these two can't be if Max and Amaya are to be together in the end.

My bet is Gorgeous Max is the result of a dalliance of Evil Mother. He is the oldest isn't he? Cesar looks ten years older.

I'll try to get up a list of the characters and the story line so far. (I got a couple of things wrong in Las Proximas.)

Regrettably, I'll be away for three weeks in October and will want to catch up when I return, but please, please, don't let this keep you from commenting regularly.
