Mi Corazon Es Tuyo #94, Forgiveness

Ana and Fernando are checking on the sleeping children before they turn in themselves. They open the door to Alicia and Luz’s room and see Alicia on the phone with Isabela talking about skipping school and meeting Pablo.

Fernando has a fit, rightfully so, and asks some questions. Alicia tells him that the boy turned out to be her own age. That doesn’t make things better for Alicia. She’s to have no phone, no tablet, and no internet, and no Briana since she’s her accomplice. Ana offers to make Fernando tea to help him sleep.

Natalia tells Diego that she loves him. He wants to know when that started. She tells him that she realized she loved him when she saw him when they were both back in Mexico, and after the accident, the thought of losing him confirmed it.

Jonny at the club talking with Dana. He doesn’t want her to put herself in danger trying to dig up dirt on Doroteo in order to help him. She want’s to anyway. She tells him that she suspects that the apartment building he owns is how he’s laundering money.

Fernando wants to give Nando some advice before going to bed. He doesn’t want Nando to wile away his time mooning for Ximena while she’s away. If their love is meant to be, when she comes back they will know then, but don’t just stay in your room working on the computer and homework without having fun too. Love doesn't just come knocking at the door, you need to go out. Just then, Ana knocks on the door and Nando loses it over the coincidence, Ana doesn’t get it, and Fernando is a bit embarrassed. Ana tells him that she made the tea a bit weak to keep him from sleepwalking, says goodnight guapo, Fernando says gracias, Ana corrects him and says that she’s talking to Nando and leaves. Nando certainly enjoyed the humor of the events. Now Edith knocks, not realizing that Fernando is there, but Fernando reminded her of the rule he stated yesterday that there wasn’t to be anything going on in Nando’s room between them. She quickly says that she just wanted to borrow a book, but leaves before getting it. Now Fernando has fun with Nando about the knock on the door/love comes knocking, but Nando is quick to deny anything is going on with Edith.

Isa is knocking/ringing the door bell of a neighbor who is having a loud party. A guy answers, she asks if he is Ramona’s brother, ( I don’t get the joke, I assume Ramona has hair just like this guys), and he flirts with her. She threatens to call the police if he doesn’t lower the volume.

Ana brings the tea to Fernando’s room. She knocks, no answer and lets herself in. He’s asleep on the bed in his clothes. (What if she lets herself in and he’s naked on the bed? Although that would have made for some great must see TV, I would never have just come in like she did.) She takes off his shoes, (unfortunately that’s all) and puts a cover over him.

Later that night, Fernando wakes up, sees the tea that Ana left and gets into bed properly. As the night goes on, Luz comes in and gets into bed, then the twins, and then eventually Sebastian.

The next day at the office, León tells Enrique that he needs to take his son to school. I think they pulled an all nighter. Enrique shouts to him to just go, and after he leaves, he says to himself that he can’t fail, he can’t fail, why is it so difficult to rise above Fernando Lascuráin? and throws the report in anger.

Jenny wakes up in the hospital in Nico’s room to see that Nico isn’t there. He’s in Diego’s room. He meets Natalia.

We cut to Ana’s mother entering a diner, and Beto, the guy who works with her on her productions, must be the owner of the diner. (this is the first time I’ve seen this actor playing a good guy) She’s feeling sad about her daughter and is having a difficult time getting past her past. He tells her that what happened happened many years ago, and she had to leave her daughter, but no, she says that she’s a murderer, a murderer! And she can’t ever get past that. Has she been mulling around like this for the past 30 years?

Ana has gotten dressed and goes to wake up the children and sees they are all not in their beds. She finds them all in bed with Fernando. She wakes them, then fun ensues by the way of a pillow fight. Ana and Fernando almost kiss.

Now the back story on Soledad. Finally! She broke the skull of a criminal with a brick. She did it to protect her daughter, true, but she ended up losing her daughter anyway.

Ana wakes Alicia who wants her phone. No, Dad took it away. Alicia says it’s not fair since Pablo turned out to be her own age. Well, Ana’s very bad advice is to have Pablo meet Fernando to see for himself that he’s a nice boy. All I can say is WOW.

Pablo rings Alicia, Fernando answers because he has her phone, and Pablo hangs up. Alicia wants to know why he’s using her phone, and he told her Pablo called. She’s overjoyed and wants to talk to him. Fernando is firm that she can’t have it back because she skipped school. So it seems that he’s more upset about missing school instead of finding a boy on the internet. She asks him if he is willing to meet Pablo.

Edith comes into the kitchen where all the kids are having breakfast and she scares the twins away. They tease her about her vampire looks and Seb asks if she wants blood for breakfast. She laughs with them.

Nico is talking to Diego. He knows he was drunk and got into an accident, but why? He should know that alcohol doesn’t solve anything. He almost died twice, and if they lost him, does he know how it would affect his nephews and his father who just had open heart surgery? Diego is very repentant.

Ana convinces Fernando to call Pablo to ask to meet him.

Ana is visiting Diego. How is he feeling? His hands hurt a lot, they are operating tomorrow and both hands are completely destroyed. Ana wants him to have faith that he will recover the use fully. Then they finally get to the discussion about their relationship. She tells him that she tried to love him, that she needed time to see if it could happen  but it just didn’t. He’s finally ready to accept that she will never love him. She doesn’t have anything to be sorry for, it was his fault for reading too much into it from the beginning.

Thanks, Cathyx! Great recap. I think in the scene with Fernando and Nando Dad says something like "Love won't just come knocking at your door," and then Ana literally comes knocking. The whole scene was really enjoyable.

Denise

Tks Cathyx

Anyone know who plays Edith? I can't find her on any of the cast lists. I think she is going to scrub up well.

Pablo is played by the boy that was the young Eduardo (FC) in MEPS.

Edith is Bea Ranero.

I didn't watch Wednesday's episode where Pablo laughed so much, so I didn't know what it was like. But there was a scene with him remembering when he met Alicia and I heard the laugh. I would run for the hills if I were her. Who could stand that for very long?

I agree Cathyx, when I saw that scene I asked my mom, what's wrong with him?! I thought it was some kind of tick or seizure he was having. And did they have to make him so repulsive to look at? I don't think the actor is actually ugly but the zits? The hair? I think I would have preferred for Alicia's Internet date to be a creepy old man and for Alicia to see him from far away then realize her mistake and learn a lesson.

Excellent recap by the way! Very concise, I find myself tuning out when silly things are happening then I end up missing important things. Thank you.

Thanks so much cathyx

I thought Juan wanted to know if Dana was gonna or will have to sleep with Doroteo and he didn't want her to go that far.

Edna pops up at Jenny & Ana's apartment out of the blue.

So we have to see Juan cooking, clowning, repairing things around the house when he's not at the hospital ogling Jenny, disrespecting Jenny's marriage or fending off two hot women still wanting him. What else?

Funniest part for me was Ricky realizing he ain't no Fernando. Boo Hoo being CEO is hard.

Thanks Cathyx for great recap!

-A vote for Edith to keep her makeup the way it is. What a great way to weed out the people who want to judge based on first appearances (like Laura) vs getting to know a person.

-Did Edna say that she knows how and likes to cook? Does this mean she will be the new Manuela? Is Manuela gone for good?

-It's very refreshing that there are crucifixes in so many scenes and that there is a lot of praying--the PC police in U.S. would never allow that.

-So Reekey pulled a gun on Leon, threatened his kid, destroyed his Mom's business, and now he and Leon are pulling all-nighters running the company? What's up with that?

Denise, I just went back and rewatched that scene between Fernando and Nando. You are correct, and I will change the recap. Thanks.

cathyx, thanks for the great recap.

Denise, count me in on liking the knocking coincidence. It was my favorite part.

I know that Ana will not tell Fernando about her dancing job but it would be nice to get it out in the open now rather than causing a crisis later on. But, hey, I guess that is not how these plots go.

Otherwise, not much to say. Felt like we were marking time or in a holding pattern with this episode.

Jarifa

Good work, Cathyx.

Did you see Por Siempre Mi Amor? Jose Montini (the actor who plays Beto) played a Jeeves-type butler in that series (who -- like Bruno -- might also have been a virgin). There were a bunch of funny scenes between him and a servant from another household.

Fernando was completely in the right in his discipline of Alicia. However, he should set a time limit or goal for this action; it doesn't seem right for it to be indefinite.

UA, I didn't see that TN.
My thoughts with regard to Alicia's punishment wasn't that it was too harsh, it's that he seems to be more bothered that she skipped school, which is bad, than by the fact that she was searching online for a boyfriend. And to then be ok with the boy because he turns out to be her age and probably a nice boy is almost like rewarding her bad behavior.

I'd be up for her having chaperoned dates for the time being. However, there does need to be a "detention" for a while.

Not to mention keeping her away from Isabruja. Loved seeing her realize she's about to start gaining weight.

Even in his new job I still find Jonny annoying. I can't stand his antics.

And I agree with you all in the treatment of Alicia. Looking for a date online could be dangerous
especially being done on the sneak.

Not a spoiler but I'll bet Nando will be bowled over with Edith sans makeup (if you call it that).

Ann-NYC

Belated Thank Yous!

I have dearly missed joining in on the convos with my MCET Caraymates. A major move (and all of the baggage, real and otherwise)and long work hours have kept me from joining in on the great discussions. I'm dead beat tired when I come home and fall asleep halfway through MCET.

Still without a DVR and no time to catch anything on Hulu Plus has me also missing the other shows.

Urban, Eli, cathyx, marta, Adriana, and Jardinera thank you so very much for the wonderful recaps. Urban, the View from Mt. Olympus is a fantastic idea which I immensely enjoy! I do get to read the recaps and noted that there is concern re Jardinera and her family. I hope that someone can update us and also hope that this is nothing serious for Jardinera.

I would say that, for the most part, I've enjoyed this TN with one exception and that is JOHNNY. He is not funny. There is nothing attractive about him. Is this guy such a fave actor in Mexico that he warrants so much attention?

He is NO Rene Casados, but so many scenes seem to revolve around this Bozo which I just don't understand.

I'm not really a fan of child actors, but I love this cast of children. The twins are going to be very handsome young men and little Luz will steal everyone's heart.

Pablo Montero's character has been a whiny crybaby lately and not interesting to watch. The guy is easy on the eyes, but he looks like a slob sometimes. Why, I wonder?

Nico and his insecurity about Jennys has been a bit irritating as well. Give it up, Nico!

The mother daughter relationship between Isabruja and her goofy mother is "interesting".

I liked Manuela, but her crying was a bit much. I wonder if she will come back.

Why does Anna yell so much? Is this something new or did she always do this? She always yells when the doorbell rings. Why?

Jorge Salinas is a doll and I love looking at his eyes (when I can keep my own eyes open!)

Nanette and Susanlynn thank you so much for your kind words. I have missed both of you, too. I was thinking of you the other day, Susanlynn and wonder how your daughter is doing. I suspect your are in the midst of really bad weather these days. Nanette, you film historian you, hope all is well in your neck of the woods.

The Thanksgiving holiday brought a much needed break. Things resume as normal on Monday, but I will be reading and watching with you even though I won't be commenting much.

I am thankful for all of you! Tofie, keep those one liners coming!

Fatima, A Crackpot Theorist

Edna will look great w/o the makeup but tattoos are forever.

We all know Fer will go crazy when he finds out about Ana, although it won't be for the right reasons. It will be all about him being betrayed, whine, whine. Now with Jonny installed at the house, and Edna, the centerfold, about to enter the house to be the cook as it seems, Ana (in bondage to Chicago) has brought with her some very questionable folks. Even Jen as wonderful as she is continues to work at Chicago with the evil Doreteo, whom we have seen in the past, is capable of any kind of crime. Would I want these people around my children? No way. Who knows what the cat (or Siete) will drag in.

And why does everyone congregate in the bedrooms? Should teenage kids meet their opposite sex friends there?

And will Leon be the secret CEO of the company until Fer can rightfully reclaim it. Leon will become vice pres ??

Whoops, Edith will look good w/o makeup.

I enjoy your recap,i love watching novel's,my children pick with me ,because i am not Spanish i told them if i catch the novella when it first come on i can get a clue of what happening and by their face expression.

Anon 7:13 you make some good points of which I agree. One being a house full of people closely affiliated with a scumbag, Doreteo.

Ana knows full well the kind of guy he is, (so does Jenny & the clown Juan) yet does nothing to protect Fernando & his family from the guy except dance more for no compensation. Doreteo will take advantage of Fernando with a sucker punch and that, I think, is the reason he should get rid of her and refuse to ever see her again when he finds out.

If she really is a mother to those kids and loved Fernando more than erotic dancing she would cut that part of her life off (or at least change clubs) with Fernando's assistance if necessary. Bottom line, Ana, Jenny & Juan prefer that life enough to put up with a really bad boss because it isn't for the money.

The only person that is going after Doreteo is Dana and she is alone. Also, haven't heard any confirmation Jenny paid Doreteo for the money Ana borrowed from him.

That scene is a critical omission by the writers. It also just occurred to me that paying this guy off might not be easy. If Jennifer were to hand him a checque he might not cash it and if cash he might refuse to sign anything or hand over a receipt as proof of payment.

Someone will have to get proof he's done something the police would be willing to arrest him for.

"If she really is a mother to those kids and loved Fernando more than erotic dancing she would cut that part of her life off (or at least change clubs) with Fernando's assistance if necessary. Bottom line, Ana, Jenny & Juan prefer that life enough to put up with a really bad boss because it isn't for the money."

Excellent point, tofie and one I hadn't pondered. The Ana we see in the house and the Ana we see at Chicago almost seem like diametrically opposed personalities. Interesting.

Fatima

Just as a person can not turn away divorce papers that are served in order to remain married, a person can not turn away payment to remain in debt. They can and should take him to court.

Good luck with that. While Ana could get him served with papers it still wouldn't be on the eve of the court appearance. He could still threaten to harm Fernando or the kids in the interim.

I think she puts Fernando and the kids in more harm by not alerting them to the potential danger. She's bizarrely enabling Doreteo because she refuses to stop erotic dancing at that club.

Maybe Doroteo can get a job at the mansion too.

"The Ana we see in the house and the Ana we see at Chicago almost seem like diametrically opposed personalities. Interesting."

It seems they are, particularly knowing the pimp she works for. Her problem is, her life with the kids has not influenced her night life unless someone is in hospital. Her night life has come looking for her at the mansion and she freaks and lies to Fernando. She is more honest with Doreteo. If she fiercely defended her fantasy life with Fernando & the kids with as much finesse and deception as she defends her "dancing" she'd be clear already. She's like her friend Jenny, when given an out, declines.

So, is Fernando so self centered that he doesn't see what is happening around him or is he really that naive?

tofie, you are right. Ana has allowed one very shady and potentially dangerous character to come into the mansion. For that reason alone, Fernando could (in real life) tell Ana to take a hike. I think any reasonable man would give that serious consideration.

Fernando is not a dumb man. I wish that the writers didn't make him look so dumb.

Fatima

I don't think Fernando naive or dumb but where it concerns Ana he is love blind and would never believe she would betray him. Big surprise for him coming.

I held Fernando to the same standard and he put his children at risk marrying a woman he didn't know for his own ego.

Laughing, laughing, laughing

cathyx what job can Doroteo have? Personal trainer?

Personal trainer? ha, a little too out of shape for that. Maybe he can be the substitute nanny while Ana is dancing.

Doroteo is a good disciplinarian and time out or grounded means something, ask Juan. Fernando would also keep his hands off the nanny, I suspect.

I know I have missed a lot, but I asked earlier and will ask again, is the actor playing Johnny really that popular in Mexico that he is getting so much air time on this TN?

Fatima

Fatima, we've been wondering the same thing throughout this TN. No one with any knowledge of Mexican TV or Actors has chimed in.

Fatima: I keep wondering that, and others on this site have pondered aloud from time to time "why is the Johnny character given so much air-time?"
Off topic: I asked a friend from Guatemala--she said she doesn't know about his popularity in Mexico, but apparently the actor's personality in real life is very similar to Johnny's.

J in Oregon

J in Oregon and cathyx,

Thank you so much! Gosh, if this is the way the actor is in real life, he would drive me bonkers. He is SO irritating! He is not funny, either. Of course, I simply may not "get" his brand of comedy.

Fatima

I thought I posted this before but Adrian Uribe is a popular comedian in Mexico who has starred on sketch comedy shows like La Hora Pico. He also was one on Bailando Por Un Sueno where he did very well.

I have not been around much, Urban, hence my questions and probably why I missed your posts re this actor. thanks. :)

Fatima

The Jonny character had really served his usefulness and wasn't missed when he was locked up by Doroteo's goons but for some reason recently he gets a third of the air time & romantic entanglements dedicated to him. We have Soledad to introduce but where they gonna put her, Jonny sucks the oxygen out of the room.

I still don't understand why they didn't give him his own show instead of cramming him down my throat. I was fooled and thought this show was about Ana, Fernando & the kids. Someone pointed out he is listed third in the intro credits so I wasn't paying attention to his importance.

Adrian Uribe made an appearance on the Latin Grammy Awards. He is starting to grow on me. I just can't stand the "johnny" character. So, I am blaming the writers and not the actor for "johnny".

Jarifa

Thanks Cathyx. Late to the party with a busy weekend and putting up the Christmas décor today. Think I need a vacation to recover from my vacation.

So many great comments, and tofie, I'm with you in the concern I have on Ana not either trying to distance herself from the nightclub considering it is run by gangsters, or just come clean. How could she not realize what Doro has the potential of doing. Did she forget about Johny's kidnapping? Sorry, I love her, but that bugs me greatly since kids are involved.

And how many people work at this company that Leon is the one working with Eeky? Only thing I can determine is that Eeky needs to not let on to anyone he has no clue what he's doing and the company is going south. The only person he can "trust" is Leon to help him since he thinks he's threatened him enough that he'll keep his mouth shut.

Anyone want to guess that when Pablo shows up at the house, he and Johny become best buddies? Excuse me, I need to go hit my head against the wall.

Daisynjay

The short answer is "Yes, Adrian Uribe is that popular." So I fully believe we are stuck with him for the duration.

In addition to the shows UA mentioned, not only did Uribe do well on Bailando, he has become the host, and was granted leave from that program because Mexican TV thought it was *that important* to have him on hand to do his comedic turn during the World Cup broadcasts.

I think his latest work is on something called Hotel Todo Incluido

If you check out the homepage, you will find four pictures of Adrian in his four leading roles. I've seen bits where he is either playing a woman or perhaps a flamboyantly, that is stereotypically, gay chambermaid and a Bell Boy/clerk, and he's apparently also the hotel's owner and at has least one other character.

It must be something of a hit, since episodes are broadcast on Uni at 1 in the afternoon, 7 in the evening on Saturdays, and 2 in the morning Sundays.

http://www.televisa.com/programas-tv/todo-incluido/

As for Doroteo.

Yep, not good that folks from that circle are congregating at the mansion. I don't think I'm being classist here, these folks aren't just poorer economically, but involved in a particularly nasty aspect of the underclass.

They've been careful to portray Ana as solely a dancer as such, and apparently Nico was the first customer Jennifer saw outside the club, but the presence of the goons who roughed up Johnny and hints of money laundering make it unlikely that Doroteo is a simply a purveyor of more-or-less artistic, purely visual, entertainment.

Doroteo is not the sort who is likely to sit quietly while Ana sues him.

I do think Ana has very good reasons to be afraid of Doroteo, and even to believe that he has the sort of power that can get to her even though she is living with the Lascurains. I don't think she feels a true part of that world, and believes the threat is to her alone, that the others will be protected by their status and position in society. She has seen him beat up Johnny and fawn over his wealthy patrons. It would generally be bad for business for Doroteo to get tarred with letting the goons loose on his clientele.

But if Doroteo isn't just a simple businessman, neither is he some sort of Al Capone, a criminal boss with the entire D.F. police force in his pocket.

He probably does have dangerous associates in addition to his "own" muscle who took care of Johnny, and some arrangement with a few relevant police officials to ensure the smooth operation of whatever his sidelines may be. But Chicago itself is portrayed as a reasonably high profile establishment just respectable enough to attract affluent businessmen. But if we recall the club run by Reuben in the last strip club a Jorge Salinas character was involved with (the place from Que Bonito Amor where he was given the "Johnny" treatment in a back room), even the tame Chicago takes on a darker tone.

Unfortunately (at least given their current situation), Fernando and Nico seem to have built their business legitimately, and haven't needed to learn to convert their business success and wealth into the sorts of quasi-corrupt influence and informal power that would equip them to deal with a Doroteo.

Contining..

I think Ana would sense that lack of worldliness, and I think that is one of the reasons she is trying to keep her two worlds apart.

Sure she has some fear that Fernando would have a problem with her night job, especially at first, but since he was there as a customer to be in a position to see Lana, he doesn't exactly have very firm footing on any moral high ground.

But whether she is keeping the secret because she thinks she's protecting Fer from Doroteo by keeping silent or for other reasons I think she's wrong: If alerted to the problem, I suspect the Lascurains could move into action pretty quickly and call on the sorts of lawyers and "private investigators" and security companies that make a living manning the gates for the privileged.

By keeping him in ignorance, I think she increases the chances of a "surprise attack." And with Doroteo now connected with Yomama, and by extension Isabella, things can only go down hill.

Chris in FL

Thank you, Cathyx, I managed to catch up by reading your recap, since I'm far behind on actually watching.

Tofie, I agree with your comments 100% (and everyone else's who came after you). This was one of my pet peeves last week, too, why is Ana allowing all these shady characters around the kids?
And she might have that contract and Doro has her in his hands, but what is Jenny's excuse??? Seriously!!! She is married to a rich guy, who knows about her job and is willing to help her improve herslef and yet, she insists on working as a waitress because she wants to be independent?
This is just stupid and reckless, nobody shoudl ever want to wprk in a place like that willingly.

I don't see Alicia' Internet dating debacle as such an awful thing. Yeah, there are a lot of predators out there, but also a lot of nice, regular people. I think she should have been allowed to meet the guy, with a chaperone around - why not her sister, Fanny - not a grown-up, but not a child, either? Or have him come at the house, meet his parents, I don't know, anything but a definite NO. Forbidding her to do stuff will only make her want it more and rebel.

Chris, I think you're right. Ana is a bit naive about keeping these two worlds separate and she should definitely take the risk of disclosure. Nicolas would serve as a voice of reason if Fernando goes off the deep end (which he will at first) and Ana should definitely tell Fernando that she was Lola.

BTW, since "Lana" is a slang word for dinero, she would never have chosen that name. "Lola" sounds sexy (for whatever reason).

Thanks for the great recap, cathyx...
I caught Fernando's line when he wake up and grabbed Ana by instinct toward his face and said 'there is no better way to wake up in the morning...' and when Ana started grabbing the kids to get ready for school, Fernando suggested that they get 'revenge' on Ana and the kids gladly agreed... that is when the pillow fight ensued... and at the end of it Fernando tackled Ana and put her at the bottom of the human pile in the bed (she was laughing/smiling)... great scene indeed.

I believe when Doroteo came to the Lasc house, when Ana pulled him outside to talk, he did threaten her to tell Fernando and hinted to her that something could happen to them like had happened to Johnny, so Ana's fear is real and reasonable. what is not reasonable is her refusal to just tell Fernando the whole story and see if he can help her get out of the bind she is in. Fernando will be especially mad when he finds out Diego tried to get her out of her debt because she told him about it, but she never trusted Fernando with the same info.

That's a great point, Marta. But it is no surprise that Ana would trust Diego with that information over Fernando.

Diego is a lot more tolerant of human failings, weaknesses, and other such things. He has a greater understanding of Ana's situation than Fernando could possibly have because his worldview is larger. Neither Fernando nor Diego grew up in a state of want; they had loving parents although Nick was a more distant father than Fernando is now trying to be. They had no idea what it's like to grow up in an orphanage and have a limited future.

Fernando got his business degree and dutifully took over the family company when he was ready, as first-borns are expected to do. Diego took to the road and wandered the world. He's seen things that neither Fernando nor Nick have seen. He wasn't looking for what Fernando has, other than Ana.

He may be still mourning the loss of his own mother because I think he sees her in Ana, who seems very much like Estefania, Sr.

UA, I totally agree with you. and in fact, that difference in the context and the 'life' that each brother has seen/experienced is a major determining factor in how they handle the discovery of Ana's second job... Diego is much more tolerant, even though his very first initial (first minutes) was to 'tell' on her to Fernando... but once he got to investigate the nist of why she was in that situation, he totally saw her side and became her accomplice in the 'secret'.

At this point, I think if we see Fer get bent out of shape learning of Ana's dancing, part of that will ring very false to me. He knows Jen is actively employed there and she's married to his father (I"m sure this was reported in the society pages?), he's accepted some of the friends of his kids such as Edith, and as we have pointed out, he allowed Johny to be hired in his home.

Personally, I think he's built Ana into this sweet innocent who is more like Maria in the Sound of Music than Charity Valentine in Sweet Charity. Learning she not only works at Chicago, but pole dances (which he has seen) is going to implode that image at first. Does it have anything to do with her as a person, nope. But it will burst his bubble...she won't look so good "on paper" anymore. Fer has to be brought around to accept flaws in people.

Missing your comments/thoughts so much. Not to mention your keeping tally of Crackpot Theories.

I've "yelled" our for you several times.

Hope the problems with the move, long work hours, etc. are subsiding.

ITA re JS his eyes, smile, facial expressions. He is one handsome dude.

JS his eyes, smile, facial expressions. He is one handsome dude.

that i have to agree with 1000%% much more handsome than Fer Colunga... ok throw tomatoes my way if you want... but it is mho.

Martaivett:
Plus JS is aging so much better than the others, particularly FC.

Lookout for my important request to follow after Urban's recap tonight.

I love JS' decisive look.

I actually love his looks in general, his puppy love look and his laughter...
btw he has HUGE hands, if noone has noticed... (and rocks in a suit)(no, better in business suit than mariachi suit, but looks great in sports(tweed) jacket with polo)

Love JS and if Ana doesn't snap him up real quick I'll take him.

So would I. In a New York Minute.

Victoria, AMIGA!!

I have seen your "shout outs" and have SO appreciated them. On a lunch break now and broke a rule and quickly came to read comments. I've missed you, too. :))

marta, with you on JS. I love looking at the guy. Pablo seems kind of "washed out" in this TN next to Jorge. Don't know why, as he looked pretty dashing in the Charro suit. I wish he would deal with his 5 o'clock shadow.

Also agree with you re FC. I think he's had too much sun and it is now taking it's toll. He used to be my heart throb, but I would snap up Jorge in a minute!

Ok...better get going.

Fatima

Pablo Montero actually has a fair complexion; I've had the privilege to meet him and he is gorgeous in person.

Of course on both occasions he had shaved and he had his "charro" haircut and wardrobe. That makes him look like a fairy tale prince.

i think we have a giant table at the patio of foristas drooling for JS/Fernando... even when we want to smack him up the side of Fernando's head more times than not.

I've been drooling for a long time over JS. I will open a bottle of m best red wine for him.

Urban
You lucky girl you.!!!!

You've met Pablo Montero and Alejandro Fernandez!

I'm so jealous. Am I'm leaving off any other famous people from your list of acquaintances?
