♥ Mi Corazón es Tuyo #119, ♥ Lunes 1/5/15 ♥: Out in the Night

Dispensing with refritos...

La Costeña: Hisabruja tried insulting Yolanda once more about having the gall to try to intimidate her and said she would deny everything but Yolanda wouldn't back down. She asked Hisabitch whether she really thought Fernando wouldn't demand a DNA test when the baby was born. That stopped her long enough for Yolanda to head for the door to say she would then bring her suitcases back to the apartment. As in previous situations, Hisababy had a tantrum as soon as Yolanda was out the door.

If I had had anything to say about this she wouldn't be having a baby. She's barely an adult herself,” said Hera.

With a little effort we could make sure she doesn't raise him,” said Zeus. “We need to meet with the others later.”

Lascuráin Mansion: Sebastián was teaching Sarai some rap moves and she seemed to be getting it. Fernando came home and watched them for a few seconds until they noticed him. He praised them and noted that Sarai was finally smiling. “Como una princesa.” (Is it me or does anyone else have a problem with this “princess” thing?) She hugged him as though he were her own father. Sebas explained that they signed up for a dance competition but it was going to cost something, which Fernando doesn't have a problem with.
He watched them for a few moments before going upstairs.

Angel's Office: Angel told Ana how much he wanted a family. Children were what his life is all about, as she could see. He explained that his ex, Magda, resisted having children at first because of how important her career was to her. They argued about it for a few years and he accidentally found out that she had had an abortion without telling him.

Lascuráin Mansion: Fernando observed Soledad helping Luz with her homework and Luz was as happy as though Soledad were her actual abuela.
He silently went down the hall to the girls' bedroom to find Alicia crying over her unanswered texts to Pablo. She didn't want to talk about it but finally told him.

Angel's Office: Ana told the boys they would have to leave, which made them a little upset that their play had been interrupted. Angel thanked her for her understanding. He told her to watch for swelling and wrote a prescription just in case, also saying there might be a slight fever. She got up to leave and prompted the boys to say goodbye. He made a comment about their almost being related as he and Ana are sort of related through Soledad and that the boys are virtually Ana's kids. He held both their right hands in his as they shook. They laughed as Ana made the boys put the toys back and then led them out of the office. Angel sat down at his desk and said to himself that it was really easy to fall in love with Ana.

Mother, we have to do something for him,” said Eros. “He's a good man and he deserves to find the right woman.”

I know, son,” said Aphrodite. “Ana is the sort of woman he needs, but her heart is spoken for. I saw to that a while ago.”

You did? When?”

I started searching a year ago. Estefania asked me to. And because she approved Ana, her choice will be respected.”

I never imagined you would acquiesce to that.”

Even we must change with the times.”

Unknown Location: Nando, Fanny, and León got Edith to calm down and finally convinced her to report this crime. Gabriel could be charged with attempted murder. Edith thanked them for being true friends.

Bruja Central: Yolanda returned with her suitcases; Ramona was happy. Yolanda told her to put away the suitcases and get her a margarita, the latter of which took priority. Ramona hugged and kissed Yolanda as though she were her own mother before cheerfully going off to the kitchen to make margaritas.

La Costeña: Isabruja sat at her desk leafing through a book on poisonous plants, landing on one that worked on the central nervous system. Her cell phone rang and it was Alicia bringing her problems to her.
She faked her sympathy well enough for no adult to mistake what she was really thinking. As Alicia came downstairs and passed her dancing brother and potential cuñada Hisababble asked about the noise. Alicia told her that Sebas and Sarai were preparing for a dance competition. She walked into the kitchen just as she was telling her that Pablo had disappeared. Manuela heard this.

Poison is Queen!” yelled Apollo. “Who is she planning to kill?”

I don't know,” said Hermes. “It could be anyone, but I think Yolanda is safe for the moment. Surely she couldn't be so stupid as to try this with a live-in maid left to talk about what's been going on.”

True. So it's either Enrique or Ana. Especially when she realizes that Angel wants Ana.”

Den in His Parents' House: Pablo was communicating on a tablet with someone and making sure “all is ready” for something he was planning for later.
“Alicia, I can't wait,” he said to himself. Something about this is weird.

That Night

Bruja Central: Yolanda was watching the news on television while Isabrat went to the website of Sebastián's school to get information about the dance competition.
She smiled evilly as she remembered the last nasty confrontation with Sebastián when she blamed him for the divorce, finally saying to herself that she was going to destroy his dreams. She was just loud enough for Yolanda to hear something. She asked “Did you say something, Chabela?” which Isabitch reacted to by closing the laptop and calling for poor Ramona whom she now expected to act as a telephone wire.
“Tell that woman I am not talking to her,” she demanded. Ramona looked like she knew there was a greater hell to come as this escalated to Isabrat pulling out the connection from the cable box to the monitor to kill the sound of the TV.
Ramona watched helplessly as Yolanda began to cry in a way that could only have been for show.

Lascuráin Mansion: Nando opened the door to Edith, who then showed and demonstrated the air horn she bought against the day that Gabriel would come after her again.

The loud noise attracted everyone's attention and within seconds the entire family was in the parlour. The twins were particularly interested, the mischief brewing again in their quick little brains. Finally Edith and Nando decided upstairs to watch The Big Bang on his computer. Before they got to the stairs Fernando asked if she knew where Fanny was.

Edith's Abode: Hallmark stock went up with all the hearts all over the room. Fanny entered to find mylar heart balloons, love notes, lit candles, and the endless flower petals.
As she looked around León arrived with two sweet desserts. The usual ensuing actions....

Lascuráin Mansion: Ana was looking for the video while explaining it to Soledad. She was scared to death that Fernando would see it and would never forgive her. Of course,

Fernando arrived at the closed door just in time to catch the second half of that sentence. Soledad looked at the video with a “Qué barbaridad!” as Fernando knocked. As soon as he identified himself Ana close the laptop and shoved it under her pillow.

She crossed herself with Soledad's help and got up to open the door. She addressed him as “Señor,” which he thought they had gotten past. He then asked her if she knew where Fanny was and she answered that she was possibly at the mercy house. The answer seemed correct and he was about to leave. She called him back and for a moment looked as though she was going to finally spill the truth about Chicago. However, she backed off again. She felt bad, dishonest, and guilty for hiding this truth, but was deathly afraid of what would happen.
She started to cry. Soledad tried to assure her that everything would be alright.

I know!” said Hermes. “Why don't we just destroy that club? Then Ana would never have to explain this.”

Nice try, bro, but that video is still out there,” said Apollo. “It could have gone viral before even we knew about it. The internet makes mortals impossible to control.”

Edith's Abode: León put on some music and began slow-dancing with Fanny. Etc.

Bruja Central: Yolanda tried to make up with her brat, asking why she put her out in the street, crying as she did so. Isabitch finally told her “You never loved me, Mother” and started talking about her criticisms and insults and lack of any expression of affection. “Didn't your mother ever love you?” she finally asked. Yolanda replied that her mother always hit her. “So why did I have to suffer for that?” asked Hissabela.
“You don't have to pay for that, daughter,” Yolanda said, “But neither should you have put me out in the street.”

You think there will be any progress here?” asked Hera.

I don't know. We have to wait and see.” said Athena.

Lascuráin Mansion: Bruno served Fernando his tea while talking about how all seems well with everyone else how is he? Fernando replied that he was happy, but Bruno didn't agree. “Something is missing” he said. Fernando replied that it was Ana. He wasn't sure that Ana loved him. Bruno was sure she did, saying Ana was the most straightforward woman he knew.

Ana would not have agreed with him had she heard this conversation. She cried as she told her mother that she backed off every time Fernando got closer because of the lies and subterfuges. Soledad understood and asked what Ana was going to do about this. Since it was close to Christmas, Ana finally swore to Soledad and to Jesus that she would tell Fernando in the new year.

Outside in the hall the twins moved their remote-controlled car into Nando's room with its mounted camera until it was slightly beyond the foot of the bed. Nando and Edith were fully clothed but asleep on the bed. The twins entered the room and found the air horn.

One grabbed it and stood in front of the nightstand. And blew it. Nando got up with a start, the twins laughed, and Nando chased them around the room, down the stairs, and toward the kitchen as the slick little dudes ran to Bruno as he came out. Siete followed quite calmly as though he merely wanted to watch. Nando accused his little brothers of cowardice for going to Bruno for protection. Before this could turn into something worse music began outside.
Everyone stopped what he was doing and came out or down to the parlour. It was a girl band singing Alicia and Pablo's song.

Alicia ran out onto the balcony with Sarai and Luz and looked down to find Pablo staring up as the three girls played and sang.
Fernando came out of the library as Ana and Soledad came down the stairs. At his questions Ana opened the door and looked out, the twins on either side of her.

The boys ran back to announce that Pablo was outside. Fernando, ever the paranoid father, wanted to go out to do something about this but Ana prevented him doing so. Sebastián came down the stairs, excited. He recognized the band. Everyone began grooving to the music except Fernando and while that was happening the twins got another idea.
They were in and out of the kitchen with a large red bucket before any of the others noticed and ran up the stairs.

The song ended and each of the girl musicians briefly hugged Pablo before leaving.

Alicia thanked him and blew kisses down. Two “te amos” later he threw a vine up to the balcony do Alicia could tie it in position. Sarai watched silently. She was impressed.

Pablo began climbing the vine and.... the twins arrived and Alex dumped the cold water on Pablo, causing him to fall from the first floor level onto the ground on his back. Alicia yelled at Guille when she saw him pick up a water balloon and the two began pelting poor Pablo with them. Poor kid got soaked as Alicia ran inside.

Were you in the delivery room when they were born?” asked Apollo. “Never mind; that was a dumb question. Of course you were.”

Hermes laughed. “Even we need to be amused. But don't worry; when they're Nando's age they are going to be so handsome they won't have to do these kinds of things anymore. They're going to have more girlfriends than they have time for. And they won't even need Eros' help.”

A few minutes later Bruno was there with toga-sized towels and Pablo was sneezing. Ana told him she was going to find some dry clothes for him and ran up the stairs. Fernando (to his discredit) was not inclined to punish the twins for this because the household was supposed to be asleep. Soledad excused herself to go to bed, Fernando directed Bruno to get some cold pills, and Pablo and Alicia sat down on the couch.

Edith's Place: Whatever happened after the slow dance, Fanny was happily packing up the things she wanted to take home. However, León told her there was something he hadn't told her. He started to talk about Laura.

Lascuráin Mansion: Ana got Fernando to accompany her to the kitchen while Pablo explained that his brother knew the band. A brief kiss... or three.

In the kitchen Fernando asked Ana why he wouldn't forgive her.

Comments:
Oh shoot, I forgot about that stupid Laura chasing Leon. If he fesses up will miss short dress fess up about Lenin too?

Watching it right now. Those three serenading girls are the ones in the theme song minus that beefcake guy Axel who Pablo substituted.

Thanks, Urban, for great recap of a great episode.

The "princesa" thing doesn"t bother me. It just seems to be patt of the larger "mi reina", "mi rey", "mamacita" thing: Just a cultural thing.

I enjoyed:

Sebastián and Saraí practicing for the dance competition. They looked like two regular kids trying to put something together.

The twins and the airhorn, the bucket of water and water balloons.

The "serenata" and Ana trying to keep Fernando under control so Alivia could enjoy it and not have it cut short.

I was happy that Ana finally has a time set to tell Fernando the truth. I was disappointed at first that she was going to use Xmas as an excuse until she explained how bad the last kids Xmas had been with the death of their mother and she did not want to risk spoiling it for them.

UA--thanks so much for the juicy recap and screen shots. Always a pleasure to read.

Can we please vote Pablo off the island? What 15 year old girl would really be swooning over him? Whatever happened to that cute guy that was the leader of the hip hop group Sebas kept trying to crash? Seems like he and Alicia exchanged looks at least once, back at the beginning.

Will we ever get Manuela and Bruno back together? Is Sarai at the mansion as a permanent resident? What happened to the Enrique storyline?

J in Oregon

Haven't read the recap yet but will because I'm sure it's brilliant but I just need to know if anybody else feels disturbed by the fact that the kids in this TN are getting more action than the actual romantic leads? I mean Fanny and Leon trying to get it on (him telling her he misses her body?!), Nando and Edith haven't been intimate but he was with Xime and he and Edith kiss more than Ana and DF have. Then there's Alicia and Pablo and their sloppy kisses (totally agree with you J in Oregon) and now Sebastian and Sarai (him falling on top of her). I like watching this TN but this is really bothering me, it just doesn't seem right to see kids from 19 below dealing with adult issues.

Ok rant over, on to the recap before bed :)

ITA let's vote, but make it for them to kick Johnny off the island. Pablo is just annoying, but Johnny is everything wrapped in an ugly frog suit.
I just know the writers will throw Johnny at Jens. Not a spoiler, just a guess.

I agree, Victoria.

Johnny is being thrown at Jen; note the shot in the opening credits that show a triangle of Johnny, Jen, and Nick.

Pablo is a dweeb. He's obviously well-connected to be able to bring a known band to serenade Alicia, but I agree that this gesture is over the top for a boy that age. What he needs is to lose that awful-sounding laugh and to get some sense of style going.

If the twins were his age I could see them being able to pull off a scene like this. Sorry if this sounds looksist, but it would be more believable.

Osorio is going to turn this novela inside out before it comes to an end. We'll probably see characters kicked back and forth from one partner to another before everything settles out in the last 10 minutes of the show!

I just read another newsflash that Osorio plans alternate endings with social media interaction. . .....please no! Can't these guys just pick a good ending and stick with it? Remember "Teresa" -- 3 different endings to choose from!

They have finally gotten Soledad into the mansion after more than 100+ episodes. That took long enough.

But for now, I am so disgusted with Don Nico, I hope he just stays in Europe. There is no excuse for the way he treated and stomped on Jennifer (her feelings that is) and worse, she is now vulnerable to goof ball, dimwit Johnny.

Gran Estreno de Kate del Castillo next week

Excellent work UA. Loved every minute.

The adult leads have barely touched each other and their most intimate chat happened in the jail cell with an audience. Ana & Diego were far more physically intimate than she and Fernando and I suspect the same between she and Angel.

Wow, Ana has no boundaries. Asking Angel intimate details of his life and relationship with his ex. Great for her to have a plan B, I guess.

So, Fernando will not be blind sided something amiss. He intuitively knew some barrier there and now heard Ana is hiding something from him.

I don't understand why Ana isn't discussing, with Soledad, an exit strategy from the club, unless she has no intention of leaving.

Kirby, Leon telling Fanny about Laura will be used as justification by Fanny for her flirtation. I love Fanny, and understand crushes while in a relationships do happen, but she could shut it down and won't. I kept thinking Lenin would text her while she was with Leon. Well, he probably did but her phone was off.

We're they trying to get me to be sympathetic toward Yolanda & Isabela with the disclosure Yolanda was beaten as a child? Didn't work. Also, cannot get my head around Isabela still being employed and have access to those kids.

How in the world does a 16 year old boy get a pop group, a stage & those outdoor heaters set up without anyone else knowing? Does he perform magic too?

Tofie, I suspect that Ana's contract year isn't up yet. By my calculations it should be over when Isabrat's baby is born, but if it was extended due to additional debt, there may be no exit strategy without involving lawyers and police.

He also reset her debt to the full amount way back. Illegal, but he's gotten away with a lot.

Therefore, unless Soledad has the money to free Ana from this bondage, there is no exit. Remember that Diego tried to buy Ana's way out and Dorofeo wouldn't take his money.

And I agree that this new disclosure about Yolanda's mother beating her doesn't make me any more sympathetic. I'm also not sure that Isabrat is telling the full truth about Yolanda verbally abusing her. If that were truly the case, why didn't she send her packing long before this?

Thanks, Urban and Olympians, for the excellent recap!

Urban - For Americans, at least, calling a girl princessa conjures up fairytale stereotypes: helplessness, possessing above-average beauty, needing rescue by a prince (with a vine), confinement in towers(balcony), uselessness for anything except loving and living for a prince. So, yeah, the princessa theme bothers me.

Does blowing a horn THAT loud around a dog, who has extremely sensitive ears, bother anyone else? My poor dogs (2) and cats (2) went berserk when my smoke-alarm battery got low and the alarm beeped intermittently. I felt sorry for Siete.

I really enjoy Ana and Soledad's interactions. They actually resemble each other, don't they?

I had to chuckle at the scene in Edith's apartment. It appeared Leon spent hours and mucho dinero decorating, so he and Fannys could kiss and have one silly dance? I'm certain he planned for much more than that! (Did you notice the rose petals remained undisturbed on the bed?) And then she started to disassemble the decorations and prepare for her departure. He looked really disturbed at the end when he broached the topic of Laura, but I think it was because he expected much more intimacy from Fanny.

That bugged me, too. Why were those rose petals on the bed if they were going to get it on?

We never saw Edith's place before this, so did anyone else realize that it was likely the same set as Leon's previous place?

And it did bother me about the air horn near Siete. Poor baby.

I think leon's place had a very tiny bed, Edith's bed seemed to be at least a double/full size if not queen size and the room seemed much bigger... but that only takes pulling the camera away... so the set is the same even though they wanted the rooms to look different.

what I loved and at the same time gave me the 'calm before the storm' feeling was Fernando arriving home and being happy for Sebastian's dancing with Sarai, then smiling at seeing Soledad helping Luz as caring and lovingly as Ana does, then being a great supportive dad for Alicia ... and then when the serenade came in, he was the jealous outraged dad but Ana's tap dancing and then her argument that it was a 'modern' serenade and that it was just Pablo's way to show his love for Alicia and that Alicia was happy, and that they (Ana and Fernando) should enable OUR kids to be happy...

Most of all Ana telling her mom that she did not want to make it a hurtful christmas for the kids by spilling the beans and letting all he__ break loose by then, and promising Jesus and Soledad that she would tell Fernando the whole truth on or around Jan 2nd...
anyone want to bet that Isa or someone will make all he__ break loose maybe not before new year but before ANa has a chance to package it in her own way??

yikes!! but at least we are watching samples of what life after the storm could be there.

I don't want Gustavo to come back, don't we remember that he used to treat Fanny nasty and if i remember correctly he cheated on her and this is why they broke up??

Great recap, UA, btw. sorry i did not say it earlier.

it was funny how when Alicia tried to get the twins in trouble Fernando said that the twins were not to blame, that it was HIS low resistance (to viruses) that was causing Pablo to sneeze just by being wet and cold... LOL!! all of a sudden Fernando enables the twins pranks??
each twin had a red bucket. one ahd water, the other had the water filled ballons... and one balloon hit Pablo right THERE! LOL

also Ana noted that Pablo and Nando were about the same size so she head up to borrow clothes from Nando.. btw that sweatshirt thing Pablo wore later was HIDEOUS!!

Pablo said that his brother knew the band Kai so his brother helped arranging it.

Lili:
I just need to know if anybody else feels disturbed by the fact that the kids in this TN are getting more action than the actual romantic leads?
yeah i feel the same way... but just be patient.

Thanks Urban. Especially enjoyed our commentary from the Olympus group. Let's hope they do get moving on a few developments.

I am heartily going to agree on being a little frustrated that the kids are having these experiences knowing full well that Osorio claims he is aiming this at a younger audience as well. That serenade last night was the last straw for me. If that was Nando spending the money to do it to someone, I would back off. But an under 16 year old?? Wonderful lesson...money talks? Maybe that's the draw for Alicia? (Still think he's meant to be a young version of Johny--and we're supposed to be endeared to him because of that).

As for the whole money speaks: Leon. He finally has a good job and is making headway and he blows it on a bunch of stuff for a whatever that was last night for Fanny. Really?? So again, we show that that you need to spend bucks to impress your girl. THAT bothers me. At least Nando so far is about support and caring and not going for the showy stuff. So far....

Don't like the princess stuff, but this is hallmark of Osorio TN's with the young girls. I don't like this idea period of everyone, including kids, having to be hooked up with someone to be happy or cool, but he always does that and likes to make his female characters come off as damsels in distress, aka princesses.

I'm sorry--I've had it with the twins. I had twins...no way, no how is that funny or acceptable anymore. I know it's for the show, but it's wrong. As they age, do their pranks get more serious or nasty? Fer was dead wrong to not punish them.
Oh, Ana. So I'm guessing we have her "confession" pushed out what, two weeks or so? Lot could happen. And Fer, if we are past her calling him Boss or Senor, can she stop wearing a uniform? Just wondering....

Angel needs a hug...I'll volunteer

Daisynjay

Urban,

Wonderful! Is this the first time that the goddesses have mentioned their interaction with Fanny Sr., or did I miss something? Brilliant touch.

My favorite parts were small things that made me smile. I liked the interaction between Soledad and Ana when Soledad did the little good luck routine, putting her finger behind her own ear instead of Ana's. Clearly, for all of her years in prison, Soledad remains a "lady" compared to our girl of the streets, Ana.

I also enjoyed the three girls -- Sarai, Alicia and Luz -- swaying to the music on the balcony. Nice touch.

I couldn't agree more about the kids in this novel playing roles that are far too advanced in the romance area.

The Sarai connection remains a mystery. I was trying to establish a time line while Angel talked with Ana about his marriage. My cable kept going in and out with the weather. My theory was that Magda, his wife, lied about the abortion, wanting to get out of the relationship. (I borrowed this silly plot from another novel!) She went on to have the baby after marrying someone else. But I couldn't figure out whether the timeline worked given that Sarai must be about 10 or 11.

Gracias Urban

I must remember to ask my doc about his love life during my next visit.

Variopinta... LOL good one!! and even more so since this is the pediatrician of the clones, not Ana's doc... P-L-EEEEZZZZ!!!

Thanks for the wonderful recap!

Isa trying to ruin Sebs dance competition is ridiculous. For someone with a full time, prestigious job, and a baby on the way, she needs to get a life!

Tired of Fanny, Leon, Nando and Edith. Still love the twins, even when they are being totally bad. Miss Luz.

I wonder if Isa will look up dance on her tablet, like Sebs did, and find out about Ana's dancing that way?

I remember another blogger saying once "be wary if specific times are given". Ana giving a specific day of when she tells Fer doesn't bode well.

Exactly, Carvivlie... this is why Ana giving Jesus and her mom a specific time frame made me nervous.

Mati, that was the first time the gods mentioned Fanny, Sr. Let's see what develops from here.

One of the things I'd been thinking about since Televisa no longer produces novelas for children and teens is how they deploy the actors of those ages. Who are barely allowed to be children.

Luz and the twins are allowed to be kids 90% of the time while Sebas and Alicia are being accelerated so that they're where Nando should be. I think this series airs at 6:30PM in Mexico so it needs to be somewhat kid-friendly. We're getting it at 8PM because of the adult stars.

I’m not understanding this animosity towards Johnny. He’s a character that has evolved. The old Johnny wouldn’t have moved out of the house when Jen moved back in after Nico left. His “come ons” to Jenny are love struck looks, compliments and food. Seems to me he’s treating her better than Nico is at the moment. Do I like the character? Not particularly. But I don't despise him. I find him kind of boring. I definitely don’t want to see him with Jen. My first choice would be for Nico and her to reconcile and if that didn’t happen, for her to hook up with Angel. Angel wants children and she can possibly give him one through surrogacy, plus there shouldn’t be a problem with them adopting.

I think the “princessa” thing is cute. I think it was to show Sarai that she is wanted and loved in that household. I feel like it would be the same as us calling our kids “honey” or “sweetheart”.

Been meaning to mention this: one of the twins is taller. Not sure which one yet. When I figure it out I’ll be able to tell them apart—when they’re standing together.

UA-thanks for the recap and letting us know that Aphrodite was working with Estefania to bring Ana to her family.

Nanette

How long do we take it that Sarai has been with the family? I lose track with this clan. I wonder because it seems in all this time, neither parent has surfaced to see or check on her. Maybe it's not in the budget to hire someone to make a call or show up and speak a few lines as a parent, but it's almost heartless to realize she sort of has become abandoned. No wonder she's warming to Fer and the hugs.

Question will be when her selfish parents decide she can come "home" to whichever wins her...or maybe it will be like Robo where Nadia and Adolfo's parents went off to Europe never to be heard from again. I can see her staying with the family, but kind of that gives me sort of a weird vibe if she stays to grow up with the family and at the same time is sweet on Sebas. Okey dokey then.

ITA with those of you who feel the twins' pranks have gone too far. I would have scolded and disciplined my children if they drenched their sibling's visiting friend. Furthermore, these kids caused Pablo to fall on his back from a considerable height. They could have caused some serious damage.

So, Edith's amigos convinced her to report Gabri-hell's activities to the police, but first Fanny and Leon go to Edith's apartment for romance and Edith and Nando need to watch The Big Bang Theory? What?! Maybe they'll get around to reporting him tomorrow.

I feel the same way about Jonny as you do Nanette. He has grown I think and is being a really good friend to Jen at the moment. I would like to see him won over by Dana. She is actually trying to help him by finding dirt on Doro.

Alex was the one with the water pail last night, but I couldn't tell which was taller.

Of course, that could still change. I wonder how old these two kids are. The characters are supposed to be 8 years old but to me the boys look between 6 and 7.

Must correct the comment above; it airs at 8:25 in Mexico. I must need more caffeine.

Carvivlie: Dana or Edna.

One of the twins has a freckle or could be a scar on the upper part of his cheek, under his right eye,. And I finally heard him called Guille so now I know the difference.

I can do without those two little shitpots Pablo and Alicia trying to act like grownups. The worse part of it is Ana going along with it.

And that Sebas still can't dance. And his little girlfriend is as bad as he is.

What with all that??

Ann-NYC

OMG you guys heard about Polo Morin's (Nando) nude photo scandal right? All I have to say about it (right now) is DAMN this boy is well-endowed phallus-wise.

And for those who haven't noticed, penis size although jokingly has mentioned before on this blog LOL (there was a joke about that towards Patricio in an HEFDM recap.

And who could forget tofie's one-liner towards La Gata

Pablo- impotent and having a little pee pee is not the same thing

My feelings about Johnny is that he is just not necessary, yet. Good guy, but why is he here? Probably to save someone from sth. Maybe Edith?

I'm afraid I would be charged with child abuse dealing with the shenanigans of the twins, funny for us, not funny for their victims. In the non-novela world, it could be a huge problem as they mature.

Pls introduce Jen to Angel, I'm sure we are going there. Don't she & Nico have to get a divorce? Uh oh, I think it might be, adios Nico.

I also thought Ana was waaaaay out of line in her selfish "interrogation" of Angel. Sheezo woman put your panties back on, there are kids in the room hoochie.

Yaa. That is actually a real band called KAAY made up of the three girls with sometimes the boy also. They obviously do the theme song.

Polo Morin is adorable, I realized that when Edith came into his room & woke him up, no glasses, rumpled hair, so cute. He is lucky that his looks can change so drastically.
I got to the X site, the site said gaymas. It did not show his face attached to the other body parts.

I saw that photo when I went looking for other photos of him. I wonder if he took heat from TPTB at Televisa over this or whether someone else posted it before it went viral.

You can't be too careful these days.

You can't be too careful & it's the young people that don't seem to realize that, that stuff can follow you forever.

One of my favorite advice columnists recently got a letter from the mother of a young woman who has porn out there and who (could this be real?) wanted to apply to law school next year.

She will never be accepted at any decent one and if she is, nobody will take her seriously after finding those videos and photos.

He's all around amazing. He's my 5th telenovio.

I am warming up to Pablo. He is a sweet boy. I am beginning to care about how their relationship will progress. He was very sweet to set up such a special surprise for Alicia. I am rooting for these two.
-Noelia

Law school will be the last place to keep someone out because of past porn activity.

There's no moral turpitude clause in law. All the ethics are directed toward putting the clients' interest first, but except not sleeping with a client, (or the judge, juror, witness,or, probably, opposing counsel) where it might affect representation, not much about sexual morality in it.

Don't know what someone with porn background who graduated in top of the class at a top school might face in the way of hurdles to get a job, but unless she's at the top of the top, it won't be an issue.

If she's bright enough to finish at the top of the class, she's probably got a story about overcoming adversity or maybe one about conducting experiential sociological research or something.
