Now on to tonight's mediocre episode.

Menage e trois I
Armie finishes Nandito's bedtime story, he texts Alexa, asking if he can call.  Before he can get through, she gets call from Paolo, telling her he sent her photos of the accessories he picked out and  director wants to start filming tomorrow.  He offers to pick her up for the shoot but she tells him she'll meet him there.  This gets her thinking Armando may have a point in suspecting Paolo has the hots for her.

Menage e trois II
Jobeth finds Irais bawling in her room.  She's brought her some aspirin for her “headache”.  Irais accuses Jobeth of using her, making her spend tons of money for two dinners, only to find her, Jobeth, making out with Matias.  Jobeth defends herself, saying it was spontaneous and that really, Matias isn't into Irais.  Irais cries, saying she realizes Jobeth is the pretty one.  Why, she's so upset, she's fogged up her glasses and has to take them off!  LOL!!  She finally gets angry and shoves Jobeth out of her room so she can continue her crying in peace.



Casa de Paco
Aracely is packed and ready to walk out.  Paco tries unsuccessfully to reason with her about his need to build a relationship with Sofia.  Aracely tells him she's leaving the road clear for him to do just that.  He'll be too busy with Sofia to miss her.  Booo-hoooo-hooooo

Casa de Chava
Chava and Lupe boo-hoo over that worthless Javier.  Marisol shuffles in, saying she didn't sleep all night, worried about the concert.  She hasn't a thing to wear!  Chava has a surprise for her – a new dress he was saving for her birthday.

Casa de Ripoll
Dani is just as nervous as Marisol about the Wonder Bread Band concert.  Alexa comes in saying she's got to help style Dani for the concert before rushing off to the filmshoot.  Dani objects but Alexa insists she urgently needs a new “luke”, at least for the concert.  I'm seeing something in feathers.

Casa de Las Locas
Aracely arrives on Irma's doorstep.  Irma reminds her she had warned her Sofia would steal away her dad's affection.  She also reminds Aracely she has ample ammunition for retaliation.  For now, Aracely just wants to put some distance between herself and Sofia.  She tells Irma about her heart to heart with Lupe, reminding her that she's the one who left the relationship with Chava, leaving the way clear for “that tipa”.  Irma doesn't want to hear this nonsense.  Aracely shouldn't allow them to turn the tables on her, or as Irma put, turn the tortilla.  I love it.  Sofia always knew Aracely still loved Chava.  Aracely is the one who fought for what is hers while Sofia kept him dangling with her indecision.  She played her cards right and that's how she won over Chava.  He's just another one of her whims.  She'll soon tire of him and dump him.  Aracely's got to take action now!  Aracely begs her to stop with the discussion and adding lemon to  her wounds.  She repeats she wants to distance herself from the whole thing and give her father the opportunity (to get to know Sofia).

Peralta Penthouse de Perdicion
Unlike Alexa and Dani, Ollie slept well but got up early to review the Wonder Bread Band songlist.  Dad tells him he has a friend who owns a well known club where the “who's who” hangs out.  He's agreed to give WBB a break.  Ollie just needs to call him to set a date.  He doesn't want Ollie to perform at this low-life club.  He's sure Ollie's friends would enjoy that much more.  Ollie can't do that.  Everything's already arranged with Cuco's club.  The posters and flyers have already been sent out.  He suggests Dad can participate by arranging for lighting or a better sound system.  Oh, and by the way, he's invited Mom.  She's promised that she's been attending rehab.  He's looking forward to sharing this day with both his parents.  Dad keeps up the Supportive Dad act and says he's behind Ollie in whatever he wants, but he's not pleased that Isadora has managed to get herself back in with their son.

Casa de Miguelina
Miguelina is really excited for Lucas and is looking forward to the concert and wishes him luck.

Casa de Ripoll
Fausto is singing at the stove.  He tells Iker he's so excited about the WBB concert, but nothing should be mentioned to Greta about it.  He would've preferred Dani had mentioned it.  This house can't sustain another lie.  He starts to blab about Greta's lies, but thinks better about it and just says Greta is in a position to understand her daughter's actions.  He tells Iker he wouldn't miss the concert for anything.  He becomes flustered when Iker asks if he can join him.  Of course he can.

In her room, Greta is contemplating Octavio's ring.  She doesn't understand how it turned up in her dress.  She throws it into her bedside table.  Dani comes in and struggles to tell her about  WBB and the concert at Lugar de Cuco.  Greta reluctantly agrees, saying as long as its just a passing fancy.  Neta.  Dani invites her but warns her the place isn't exactly what she's used to and Lucas is part of the band.  Greta grimaces.

Penthouse de Perdicion
Peralta chastises Morgana for allowing Isadora to communicate with Ollie.  He tells her that Isadora got herself invited to WBB's concert which is being held at a deadbeat bar.  Since Morgana's failed at keeping Isadora from Ollie, he now insists she make sure Isadora attends that concert.  Morgana's all, “wait, what?”  Peralta explains he wants Oliver to see for himself at this bar that Isadora is incapable of staying away from booze.  Morgana understands.  She's on it.    

Lugar de Cuco – don't mess with La Tigre Abuela
Rosa schools Cuco on  how to prepare for a concert, including selling tickets.  This will help them determine the attendance.  Cuco's amazed at her efficiency and surprised that she had the foresight to have tickets printed.  He jokes that he shouldn't have to share in the proceeds since he's letting them perform at his bar.  She's confident everything will go well for her “Luquitas”.  “Ningun Luquitas!” charges Miguelina as she comes around the back wall of the bar. Cuco quickly positions himself between Rosa and Tigre Abuela.  Abuela continues, “I asked you to leave but you're still here!”  Rosa explains she's got nothing to return to in El Norte.  “Well, you've got nothing here, either,” replies Miguelina, “I know you contacted Lucas!”  Rosa says this was her way of getting closer to her son.  Cuco tries to calm them down, telling Miguelina so many years have passed.  “That's right,” says Miguelina, “It's been many years for her to show up now.  You'd best stay out of this, Cuco.”  Rosa asks him to step aside and tries to speak directly to Miguelina, explaining she's trying to win over Lucas by being the mother she never was.  “No,” agrees Miguelina, “That bus left the station a long time ago.  Luquitas already has a mother, and that would be me.  So if you'd like to do something good for Luquitas, go back  to where you came from and scram!  No one needs you here!”  Rosa refuses to leave without speaking with her son.  Miguelina warns her, “If you dare to speak to him to tell him you're his mother, you'll have to answer to me.  I will never permit you near him nor will I allow him to accept you, ever!  For him you're dead.......and buried.”  Miguelina storms out.  Well said, grandma!  Rosa breaks down in tears.  Waaaaaah

Casa Ripoll - snoozefest
Dani explains Marisol is also in the band, explaining Marisol is now Lucas' girlfriend.  Dani explains how the band was formed:  Ollie and Lucas were friends, they've discovered they have similar interests, formed a band, invited Dani and Marisol to join them, etc. etc.  blah, blah, blah....ZZZZZzzzzzz   She would understand if Greta doesn't want to attend because of Lucas.  But Greta really wants to go, so long as Dani has assured her she and Lucas are no longer an item.  Oh, jinkies!

Casa de Chava – Time filler!!
Marisol tries on her dress.  She and Lupe disagree on the appropriate length.....time filler galore!

Casa Ripoll – more time filler!!
Alexa and Sofia go over different outfits for Dani.  Ostras!  More time filler.
Sofia tells Dani to pick out whatever she wants.  Dani fills her in on her discussion with mums.

Depa de Irais
Jobeth lies and says Matias threw himself at her.  She swears she'll dump Matias if Irais wants her to.  Irais says this won't be necessary but insists that Jobeth get a job if she plans on staying there.  Jobeth gets a call from Matias.  She tells him Irais saw them smooching and is really upset.  Matias is considering this the beginning of a relationship, a noviazgo.  Jobeth is clearly not that into him.

Casa de Chava – yep, another filler
Chava takes a water bottle shower while everyone yells at him to hurry.  Really? They had to include this?  I'd rather see another commercial on “Hot Pants”.

Casa de Ripoll
Dani invites Iker to the concert and finishes by giving him a peck on the cheek which he relishes.

He gets a call from the fugitive Silvana and this blogger can only hope this episode will at last have some story in it.  She's chillaxing at a resort, drink in hand.  She's curious about how Sofia took the news of her resignation.  So far as Iker/Christian heard, Sofia understands Silvana's reasons.  He reports Sofia and Dani will take over Silvana's responsibilities.  She's not real happy to hear this.

She had hoped her resignation would have caused some problems for the Ripoll sisters.  More importantly, she wonders if Patricio (who, by the way, as the main villain in this story, has yet to make an appearance in this episode) misses her, misses her caresses.  Although it would be impossible for him to know that, Christian feels it was best for her to leave.  Well, she's not happy.  She's feels like she's in exile (destierro).  She wants Christian to keep her abreast of all the goings on.  Oh!  And don't forget to finish off that damned witch!  He tells her the Ripoll sisters now know the identity of  Sofia's bio-daddy.  This makes Silvana happy, thinking they must hate Greta.  Not so fast, chica.   She's been forgiven.  He reports that he's still giving her the placebo and has now started gaslighting her.  Greta doesn't know if she's misplaced things or if it's a sign from beyond.  She tells him to keep up the good work and keep Greta guessing so she won't have a moment's rest.  “At least until we finish her off,” says Christian

Casa de Chava – you guessed it, another filler, mostly
Yeesh – now Chava gets in on the discussion of the length of Marisol's dress.  EGADS!!!

An anguished Paco comes by and tells Lupe about Aracely's decision to move out because of Sofia.  Chava has overheard and Paco tearfully explains Aracely refuses to accept Sofia and has backed him up against the wall and has now moved out.  Chava is impactado.

Empressa Ripoll
Matias tries to explain to Irais about his feelings (of lack thereof) toward her.  He wants to maintain their friendship.  She confesses the dinners were all fake.  As for his relationship with Jobeth, she couldcare less!

Oficina de Sofia
Pato finally shows up, with only 5 minuetes remaining.  Sofia's moved back into her office.  She explains Greta has decided to stop spying on her and support her in her decisions.  She explains she and Dani will assume Silvana's responsibilities.  Pato assumes Sofia plans to speak to the board about having him fired.  She shocks him by telling him she still needs him.  Pato is muy impactado.

Casa de las Locas
Irma tells Aracely that if she doesn't want to take her advice and sue over the theft of her father's formulas, that's her business.  She should then forget about her dad and focus her attention to Irma and her situation with Nandito.  She wants Aracely to convince the judge that Nandito belongs with his mother so that Armie can't take him to his apartment.  Aracely sees no harm in allowing Nandito to spend a few nights with his father.  Irma doesn't want to allow Nandito to enjoy spending time with his father.

Chava arrives to speak with Aracely.

Oficina de Sofia
Sofia explains she's had a heart to heart with her mother.  Everything's now resolved regarding her father and they've agreed to respect each others opinion.  If Greta wants Patricio to stay on at Ripoll, Sofia is ready to accept that.  It only makes sense, what with all the issues facing Ripoll especially now that Sivlana has left.  Patricio begins to explain that he never had sex with that woman, Silvana......but Sofia interrupts him, saying she has no interest in knowing and really doesn't care what happened between them.  She respects Silvana's decision to leave and is grateful she hasn't asked for any compensation because she has no idea how she'd pay her anyway.  She explains he will remain but the conditions are the same.  She will review all his decisions.  He can begin by helping Oliver, who is very intelligent.  She reminds him their relationship is strictly professional.  He's here only because it's in the best interest of the company.  Pato understands and says he plans to follow her instructions to the letter.

Casa de Las Locas
Chava explans his relationship with Irma right now is very tricky.  He'd prefer if he and Aracely could take their conversation outside.  Irma could care less that he doesn't want to come inside.  She just wants Aracely to make it clear he needs to return her son ASAP.

Outside, Chava lectures Aracely on her behavior toward Paco and himself.  She's angry that he doesn't even try to understand how she feels upon learning such a horrible truth.  He explains if he's been distant it's because of her attitude about his relationship with Sofia.  He complains that she asks him to understand her feelings yet it doesn't seem to matter to her how he feels.  The Aracely he once knew not only would have understood he's in love but also would have been happy for him.  He doesn't want to believe that Aracely no longer exists.  “So because 'stupid Aracely' no longer exists, you want to end our friendship,” she responds.  He doesn't understand how they can be friends when she dislikes (tirria) his girlfriend so much.  Aracely has been less than pleasant whenever Sofia has tried to be friendly.  He asks, “Is there really no part of you that wants to get to know her?”  “What for,” asks Aracely. “I already know how she is.”  Chava disagrees.  Aracely doesn't know the real Sofia.  Sure, Sofia can be closed off and be every bit the professional Octavio groomed her to be; but she's every bit as fragile as Aracely.  Sofia needs Paco's affection but Aracely's standing in the way.  Aracely denies this.  On the contrary, she left her father's house to leave the way open for his “distinguished” progeny.  Chava points out this is precisely the attitude he was referring to.  On the one hand, she leaves the way open for Sofia to get close to Paco.  But by staying away she takes away a piece of his heart.  That's not right. Paco adores Aracely.  How could she be so cruel?  She shouldn't ask a father to choose between his two daughters.  Aracely is steadfast in her stubbornness, insisting that in this situation, Paco should have thought of her first.  “But as  you can see, he doesn't care what I feel.”  Chava is sure Aracely has been what is most important to Paco.  “Now that he knows he has another daughter, it's only right that she takes her place.  It's now your role to understand this.  Your anger and your jealousy only serve to make him suffer.  If what you want is to make the man who has loved you all  your life suffer, then you've succeeded.”  Aracely responds irrationally, of course.  She says, “How can I stop my love for you, Chava.  How could I stop hating Sofia when all I can think is that if it weren't for her coming into your life, I'd be with you  this very moment!”
