3/18 Tue Hasta el Fin del Mundo – Zona Peligrosa! Zona Peligrosa!
Depa de Irais – No means no
Matias is all hot and bothered
with Joveth and he's all over her. “¡Zona Peligrosa! ¡Zona Peligrosa!” she
warns. Dimwit apparently doesn't realize
this means no and asks if he can stay.
She says of course not. “Well,
that's because you've never had an extreme experience with the Master
Chocolatier!” Seriously? He continues
kissing her and has her down on the couch, momentarily. Joveth pushes him away telling him this can't
be, she hasn't even talked to Irais.
This can't be right. Matias
argues Irais is surely asleep by now.
“Come on, my Goddess of the Disco.
I want to kiss you, and caress you without limits, without
censure!” She tells him not to take
advantage of an inebriated woman. He
says he's not taking advantage, he's just letting the love flow. Here comes Irais to the rescue, in rollers
and wearing a face mask. “AHEM” Matias
and Joveth hurriedly pull apart and he leaves.
Irais is understandably angry and starts in on Joveth about finding a
job to share costs. Joveth, as usual,
just makes lame excuses. She starts to
say she and Matias aren't......but Irais doesn't want to hear it. “I'm not saying this only because of
Matias. Your little boyfriend won't be
able to keep up with you.” Joveth is
dismayed and becomes frantic to learn Matias may be a pobretón (poor)! Irais
suggests she ask him directly.
Juancho's Depa - Velcro's Holding, but for how long?
Dani and Lucas are on the
bed. No, not like that! She's sitting and he's reclining, crying in
her lap about his Mom issues. “Out of
nowhere, my mother reappears. I had
given her up for dead. Everything came
back to me all at once. All those times
I asked myself if it was my fault she had left.
All those times I'd wished she could be with me. When I was a kid, I'd envy Oliver when I saw
him with his mother. She'd give him
kisses and say sweet things to him. Even
though my Abue did the same for me, I still wished my mother would return. But I couldn't keep waiting for her. I was sure she'd never return. All that rage and the pain of all those
memories is what drove me to that stinkin' bar.” Looking at Dani, Lucas continues, “I can't
believe that something so beautiful could come out of something so awful.” When Dani nervously says he must be talking
about their successful concert, he tells her he's referring to their
friendship. He is grateful she didn't
leave him to his luck at that bar. She
tells him she couldn't leave him there because she has and always will have a
great affection for him. Lucas realizes
he owes her big time. She's someone
special. Someone he never should have
let go. His pride took over and he acted
like a complete idiot. “This love is the
purest and most beautiful I've ever had.
I hurts me so much that I let you go over something that didn't even
matter. Not that it matters now because everything is so different but please
forgive me Dani. You can count on my
affection always because even though it's awful to admit it now, you are still
the love of my life.” …....and he leans
in for the kiss.........and she kisses back.
¡Zona Peligrosa! ¡Zona Peligrosa! They continue snogging as the camera moves to
the goldfish who apparently see all the action that Viewerville isn't
allowed.
Meanwhile at Chava's, Marisol
suddenly sits up in bed. Has she had a
premonition? She wanders over to Chava's
bedroom where Matias is still up. She
tells him she can't sleep cuz she's worried about Lucas. She proceeds to tell him about the Prodigal
Mom.
Back at Juancho's, our princess
has come to her senses. “This isn't
right. I've got a boyfriend!” The fish are saved! Lucas apologizes. Lucas confesses he's ravaged by jealousy
whenever he sees her with Ollie. It's
because he still lurves her! He regrets
his relationship with Marisol. He should
have forgiven Dani and everything would be so cool. They'd be so happy. Dani is crying. She thought he loved Marisol. He admits Marisol is “super linda” with him
and he won't deny he likes her, but it doesn't come close to what he feels for
Dani. There's nothing to be done about
that now that she's in love with Oliver.
“Well, if we're gonna be honest,” begins Dani, “I only went with Oliver
because I thought you didn't feel anything for me (sniff). I'll never feel for
Oliver what I feel for you, Lucas.” ¿Neta?
¡Neta! They realize they've both been a pair of dummies. She leans her head on his towel covered leg (¡Zona Peligrosa!), and we end the
scene seeing them through the fish tank.
We go back to Chava's and Matias
assures Marisol that Lucas will be just fine.
He's probably out there getting a good drunk on.
Back at Juancho's, the scene
opens with them both lying on the bed but on top of the covers and Dani still
has all her clothes on. And he's managed
to keep his towel wrapped around his waist.
They both feel bad about Oliver and Marisol. Lucas only knows that he wants to hold her
and love her and cover her with kisses until dawn. Dani wants the same but she's scared. Lucas understands but even though they care
very much for Marisol and Oliver, they're not in love with them. Dani feels they must tell them how they
really feel – that they're in lurve.
Lucas says they can't deny a love that's never left. He lurves her and needs her. He wants to kiss her and tell
her........ruh-roh the dress is falls to the floor! Zona
Peligrosa be damned!
Casa de Ripoll
Fausto tells Alexa that Paolo
will be able to help her quite a bit in this chapter of her life. She admits he seems to think he can make a
star out of her. She's doesn’t how she made
such an impression on him. Fausto
wouldn't be surprised if she were to fall in love with him. Alexa tells him to stop that. Her love for Armando can't be stopped so
easily. Fausto asks about Paolo – is he
married, single, what? Alexa confirms
he's single and ready to mingle.
Tribal Council
Sofia and Chava approach their
hut. Goodness, not even a door. Really hon, where's the resort? No dialogue, just smooching.
Back at Juancho's
Post lovemaking, Lucas and Dani
continue to enjoy their lurve. They have
to tell Olli and Marisol. Blah, blah.
Blah. They have to know, etc. etc. They're probably gonna be mad but they have
to end it without hurting them. They
come up with a great plan. Break it off
and wait before they officially reunite.
Oh brother.
She worries Juancho might show
up. They get dressed and discuss, again,
how to tell Oliver and Marisol. They
wish each other luck.
Tribal Council
A grass shack with candles
burning, hmmm. Finally, Chava speaks,
“this moment is magical. I never thought
it possible to have you in my arms. My
love for you is greater than the ocean.”
Sofia responds, “how can I say how much I appreciate the infinite
moments of happiness I've lived by your side.”
They gaze into each other's eyes, then kiss. He steers her toward the bed, then....
Casa de Ripoll
Fausto catches Dani finally
coming home. She tells him she's been
with Lucas! Yes, Lucas! And he lurves her! She tells him that she and Lucas still love
each other. The thing with Oliver wasn't
real. Fausto is exaxperated. She tells him the story about Lucas and his Prodigal
Mom.
Fausto is worried this will all
end up like a Greek tragedy. She doesn't
want to hurt Ollie but she will try to let him down easy. She tells him about their plan to break it off
with Ollie and Mar and then pretend to “reunite” later. Fausto is really worried. He's sure the Olli/Lucas friendship will not
withstand this.
Casa de Miguelina
Poor Abue is on her knees praying
when Lucas finally arrives. She's been
so worried. To end it all, that woman Rosa
showed up! She tells him how Rosa had
shown up a few weeks ago and she asked Rosa to leave without revealing who she
really is to Lucas. Abue didn't want him
to suffer. He apologizes for running off
but the depression and the liquor got the best of him. She tells him that's not the right way to
handle things, especially because of that woman. ¡Basta! He doesn't want to hear anything more about
that woman.
Back at the Love Shack
More smooching. A hand grasping the sheets.
Full moon, then morning. Seagulls calling, a kiss. Lovely setting at the beach. Chava wishes they could do this every
day. Sofia would like to stay like this
forever with only the sea, the beach, and the sky as witnesses. Chava likes that, her, the sea, the beach,
and the sky. What else could he ask for?
Smoochies. I like him better when he’s
not talking.
Casa Ripoll
Dani, in her own room, calls
Lucas who's been thinking of her. She
feels really badly about Ollie/Mar. They
don't deserve this. She doesn't regret
it but worries how Ollie will react.
He's been so nice. And Marisol
with Lucas. They'll understand, they'll
get over it, etc. etc. I love you. No,
I love you!
Casa de Miguelina
ruh-roh! Marisol comes by looking for Lucas. She was so worried. Miguelina invites her for breakfast then
leaves them alone to go out for tortillas.
Marisol tells Lucas she's here to console him and doesn’t notice the
guilty look on his face.
Penthouse de Perdición
Ollie gets a call from Dani and
immediately tries to make plans with her.
Geronimo walks in and ends up inviting Dani and the entire Ripoll clan
to breakfast. Dani tells him Alexa's out
and Sofia's at Playa Enramada with Chava.
Great, now Gerry knows where Sofia is.
Since breakfast plans are nixed, Ollie agreed to meet her after the gym. Gerry asks Ollie about his mom. She's called and left messages but Ollie
hasn't responded. Gerry reminds him to
keep his distance if he really wants to help her.
Casa de Isadora
Isadora once again tries to reach
Ollie to apologize. Morgana advises her
not to keep calling. Isadora can't
understand how this happened when she didn't drink anything with alcohol. Morgana blames it on the bar, saying one can
never trust those places. She's heard
they mix what's left over in the glasses from other patrons (eeeeewww). Isadora tells her to shut up, this is gross. I agree.
Casa de Irma
Aracely daydreams about the day
she raped Chava when he was drunk, even though he was calling out to
Sofia. Irma interrupts her daydream,
telling her she only has to powder her cake with sugar and she's off to Armando's. She knows exactly what she's doing. When an opportunity presents itself, she's
ready to fight for what's rightfully hers.
“Not like some other dummies, who refuse to fight.”
Penthouse de Perdición
Ollie takes off to the gym. Geronimo calls for his plane to be
readied. He's in search for a
woman.
Los Primazos
When asked how his date was last
night, Pato tells Renzi that no one can do for him what Silvana did. Renzi tells him he needs to end that sick
dependency. He needs to forget about
Silvana and it will be best for everyone involved.
Casa Ripoll
Alexa jumps into Dani's bed, full
of exuberance, congratulating her on the band's performance last night. In contrast, her evening was disastrous. She tells Dani about the breakup with
Armie. Dani is pleased and thinks it's
for the best. Alexa hopes she can
survive this. She doesn't want to lose
Armie . She doesn't want to lose what
she feels for him. Dani understands and
goes on and on about never ending love; love that withstands any
obstacles. She tells Alexa about Lucas
and their reunion.
What she feels for Ollie doesn't
even compare to what she feels for Lucas!
She's over the moon! And Alexa is
very supportive. They discuss telling
Oliver, not to mention telling Grrrreta!
Eek!
Isadora is on the phone with
Greta, apologizing for her drunken behavior.
Greta is very gracious, saying she should see this as a cry for
attention. Isadora is determined to get
help. Once Greta's off the phone, Iker
comes in with her smoothie and the paper.
When Greta opens the paper, guess who is on the front page! None other than our little starlet and the
internationally known Paolo in a story about their new movie! Tan-tan-TAN!
Greta is furious! She confronts Fausto and asks if he knew
about this. He can only confess that he
did and that he lied about Alexa meeting Paolo in Europe. Greta storms out of the room.
Armando's Depa
Armie's making pancakes for their
breakfast when Irma shows up with her “panque”.
She certainly hopes he doesn’t mind her stopping by.
Love Shack
They've moved their smooching to
the beach and then they romp off into the surf.
No, really. That’s how tonight’s
episode ends.
Avance
Gerry invites the Tortolitos over to his yacht for breakfast.

Well, Joveth gave me a great line. Zona Peligrosa! And as you can see, I used it quite a bit. Tonight's episode was all about the kids, my least favorite storylines so I was forced to watch. Velcro finally gave out! Now we're gonna have to deal with all the angst about telling OllieMar the bad news.
I really miss Pato, Renzi, Silvana and all their hijinx. I even miss Irma's craziness. Gotta bring back the crazy, please?

Paquita- Thanks again for another fantastic recap. Lots of hanky lanky tonight, and of course Dani and Lucas did just what we all expected. Hope they changed Juancho's sheets afterwards.
What I wasn't expecting was for them to be so honest with each other about their feelings and to make a plan to break things off with their novios. Steve- I think it's pretty obvious that neither Oli nor Mari will take the breakup well. And they sure as heck won't be happy when they find out Dani and Lucas are back together.

I’m feeling a bit sorry for Chava and Sophia. The writers give them such inane lines of love.
Glad Dani and Lucas are back together (under cover). I think Ollie would take it better if they told him directly. But Marisol, no way is she going to take this well under any circumstances.

Niecie- I think the writers have set things up for Oli to take things badly because he just fervently defended Lucas and their friendship to his father. And Peralta warned him that Lucas would eventually betray his friendship. Lucas just proved Peralta right.
Vivi, Ollie is basically a nice guy. I hate to see Peralta proven right. Lucas is a nitwit not to at least face Ollie directly.
@Vivi, couldn't agree more. The writers seem to telegraph these things pretty obviously. Ollie defending Lucas vehemently like that telegraphed this fall. I wonder if he will join his father to now help take down the company because of this.

I sure hope no men get the idea from this that their citified, non-granola girlfriend, would be thrilled to be in a hut on the beach with no screens, no doors, no windows, no AC, and no shower. OK. Beautiful location, but the other stuff becomes important after a few hours too.

Amen, Kirby. Although in most real life cases, it's guys who seem to think roughing it is romantic and fun. A few years ago, my girlfriends and I put a stop to the annual camping trips our guy friends/boyfriends/husbands liked so much, and bumped it up to cabining. Nice cabins with indoor bathrooms and kitchens and great views of nature. Sleeping in a tent and peeing in the woods stops being cute and fun after a certain point.
I love nature as long as I have a cabin. I've been camping. Loved the campfire, the stars, the quiet. But for sleeping and when "nature calls" I prefer a cabin with a bathroom please.
Oh Marisol is going to be beyond pissed. I think she'll turn into a mini-Irma! WBB is over for sure. Seems all the Ripoll sisters get a hankering for someone else's man. An argument can be made for each situation of course but there you go.

Technically, Lucas was Dani's man first, and Marisol had a hankering for him and went after him with all she had, until she found him at a weak moment when he was being pissy with Dani. Dani's just taking back what was hers-- a man she never wanted to end things with. He was the stupid dope who broke up with her because she's rich and then refused to "forgive" her and take her back. This makes it different from the situation where Aracely cheated on/dumped Chava, and took off to another part of the country for years. She willingly gave him up, and now acts like Sofia is taking what's hers.
Well, if you're gonna get all technical, you're absolutely right. But I'm sure Marisol won't see it that way and we already know Aracely doesn't see it that way. Really, crazy Irma is the only one who has a legitimate gripe against Alexa.
And poor Oliver. He's such a nice guy. He's so cool that I bet he takes it like a man. Dani's loss.

Vivi, I agree with Peralta that Lucas will always break your heart at the right time.

Even old dumbass Chava sees the dinner on Peralta's yacht for what it is. We will just call them dumb and dumber. So dumb has no interest on going to the yacht but of course dumber talks him into it. Thankfully ole Chava is teflon coated and nothing sticks, so maybe he will still be alive next week and maybe, just maybe dumber will begin to see through Peralta. Does a guy flat ass refuse and look like an insecure twerp, or agree and hope she will see what it is all really about?
Oh. And if Irma and Araceli could make a baby together would it's name be Marisol?
