Geronimo is worried Silvana will rat out Patricio and him to
the authorities. She’s a loose
cannon. She swears she’d never do
that. She pledges her allegiance to him
and asks him to allow her to return.
Welllll, Gerry’s not so sure about that.
She and her brother have caused him an awful lot of headaches
lately. Silvana, feeling his hands
closing around her throat pleads for mercy and asks for the honor of working
for him. She’d do whatever he asks. Well, ok, he’s gonna allow her to
return. Silvana just about bows and
scrapes, thanking him profusely. For her
first assignment, he wants her to speak with Cristian and warn him her life is
in danger if he talks.

Paco hands Sofia the ransom money collected from the
employees, many of whom gave up part of their paycheck. Some, like Lucas, gave their full paycheck. Dani is touched by the gesture and very
grateful, neta. Thankfully, it wasn’t needed and Sofia is going to seek Noemi’s
help in giving it back. She plans to reward
them once the company is back on its feet.
Taller de Don Manuel
Don Manuel uses this rare opportunity that Chava is in to
tell him Don Brito is renting floor space in the shop for Chava’s racing
team. Chava is glad to get some good
news for a change. He’ll call Brito for
the deets. He assures Don Manuel he
plans to continue working there, sometimes, if nothing else comes up.

Ripol, the seduction continues…..
Eeeeeeew, Pactrick tells Marisol her work is
impeccable. He says this as his eyes
linger over her breasts. ack! She’s humbled by his compliments and he tells
her she needs to build up her self-confidence, etc., etc. By the way, he wonders if maybe she can stay
late to help him review some……cotizaciones
(quotes). He’s really close, up in her
face. She nervously accepts, then leaves
as he grins lasciviously. RUN, MARISOL,
RUN!!!
Elsewhere Alexa and Armando (Armexa?) continue their
PDA. She just stopped by for a quick PDA
after dropping off Dani. He tells her
about dropping the bomba on Irma about their living arrangement. He’s done with the secrets. Now he just needs to tell Nandito. Alexa asks how Irma took the news. Well, whaddya think. We’re talking Irma here. It could’ve been better. Alexa takes this as good news and is glad
Irma knows.

Grrrreta is on the phone with Pato. Greta has to hand it to Chava. He’s never shied away from danger when it
comes to protecting her daughters. Pato’s
less impressed. He sees it as yet
another opportunity for Chava to come off being the hero. Greta understands Sofia’s disappointment with
the end of the relationship but Greta feels it’s for the best. Patricio is sure Sovia will end up with Chava
again, especially after his heroic act.
Greta doesn’t think Sofia should return to Chava. Sofia gave up this love for Aracely’s sake,
as well as that of her child. Pato: huh?
It’s now Greta’s turn to drop a bomb.
She tells Pato Aracely’s expecting Chava’s child. tan-tan-TAN!

Matias talks to Irais about Ho-veth’s rejection. He’s just happy to be working with the genius
that is Paco. But after work, his mind
goes back to Ho-veth. Irais shares that
Ho-veth took off to Miami without so much as a Gracias for all the time she
stayed at Irais’ and all the free meals.
Matias babbles on about Ho-veth and how he got used to the clubbing they
did. Jughead finally asks Irais what
she’s doing tonight.
In Sofia’s office, Pato tells Sofia he’s been brought up to
date on the Dani fracas by Greta. Sofia
is aggravated to hear Greta still confides in him. Pato also informs her Greta told him about
The Breakup, which aggravates her further.
She plans to ask Greta to exclude her from her conversations with
Pato. Patricio twists the knife,
taunting her about her decision to dump him in order to go after a man who
impregnated her sister! ¡Y Olé! But, she’s no longer part of his life so
he’ll excuse himself and leave. Sofia
pretends to study some spreadsheets and doesn’t react until he shuts the door
behind him.
Outside, somewhere in the neighborhood, Lupe meets up with
Cuco and returns the can used to collect donations for Dani’s ransom. She’s returning it to him since the money was
collected at his joint and wasn’t needed after all. According to Lupe, he kept a list of all the
donors (didn’t look that way to me, but oh well). She rushes off, literally leaving him holding
the bag can.

Patricio doesn’t waste any time calling his beloved to tell
her the news about 1) Chava’s baby-mama-drama, and 2) The Breakup. Silvana is quick to realize that idiot Sofia
must have taken the high road and sacrificed her love for the sake of her
sister, who surely hates her. He asks
for details on her visit to la delegación, but she doesn’t want to discuss it over
phone. She’ll tell him later. He lets her know he’ll be “working”
late. He’s not happy to learn she’s
returned to her apartment. Patricio is
frantic at the thought of Peralta’s reaction to this news. She repeats they need to talk. She’ll text him with the time and place.
Gerry visits Sofia in her office. He feigns relief at the good news of Dani’s
safe return. Sofia repeats her
appreciation for all his help during this nightmare. He assures her he’s always available to help
her. He’s surprised she didn’t take him
up on his offer to use his security team and avoid putting Chava and his friend
in danger. She repeats she didn’t want
to risk angering the kidnappers who had warned her not to involve police or
security forces. He repeats he’s glad
everything turned out well. She’s afraid
the nightmare isn’t quite over yet.
Turns out the “brains” behind the kidnapping is the brother of one of
her ex-employees and confessed he gained employment at Casa Ripoll with the
intention of killing Greta. It’s
complicated. The kidnapper is somehow
convinced Greta is responsible for his mother’s suicide. According to the police, his sister is not
connected to his quest for vengeance. Gerry acts as though he’s interested but
he’s heard all he needs to save Silvana’s life…….for now.
Gerry only wishes he could take away anything that’s
bothering her. He knows how much she
loves Chava and how it must hurt to be apart from him. She stupidly admits to this man who she
really doesn’t know that, well, that she feels as though she’s lost her joy of
life. She pouts. He understands and that’s why he’s sorry the
life has separated her from Chava FOR-E-VER!!
He had a chance to speak with Chava last night. Chava told him the reason for The
Breakup. Sofia’s surprised Chava would
discuss The Breakup with Gerry. Gerry is
of the opinion that regardless of how much she loves him, what Chava did was a betrayal
(canallada) and she should feel
duped. He’s sorry to say this (HA!) but he doesn’t understand how a man
who claims to have loved her above all things ended up involved (involucrar) with another woman. She protests and says the situation is not as
he thinks. In a way, Sofia blames
herself for the baby-mama-drama situation because she doubted Chava’s love and
rejected him. “It was during that lapse
that he, er, had pillow talk with……”
Gerry finishes her sentence, “with that other woman.” Anyway, Sofia tearfully explains she had to
sacrifice herself and break up with Chava, for the good of that baby. It’s also for that reason that she and Chava
could never be together. Gerry tenderly
puts his arm around her as she cries.
bwa-ha-ha.
She apologizes for her sentimental outburst. No worry, he tells her. He’s happy she sees him as a friend and is
hopeful he can be there as a refuge during moments such as these. She thanks him for his understanding but she
needs to get on with her life and meet her commitments. He doesn’t see how she can work with a broken
heart. Her only solace is that Chava
will be there caring for her sister during her pregnancy. “Your sister?” he gasps. Wow, this is just like a Telenovela! Sofia explains they’re half-sisters, with the
same father. Boy, Gerry now fully understands
her sacrifice. Not wanting to go into
too many details (but does anyway),
she’s happy Aracely is now living at Chava’s and maybe, sob, with time, sob, Aracely
and Chava end up together.
waaaaaaah. Gerry tells her she’s
a unique, formidable woman and therefore doubts Chava will ever stop fighting
for her. She’s worried about that and
doesn’t know how to make Chava understand there can never be anything between
them. Gerry see’s his chance and jumps
on it, taking both her hands and saying, “Sofia, use me so Chava will forget
you.” Sofia’s look: huh?
Gerry explains the only way to get Chava to stay away is to
convince him there is another man and he’s offering to be the “other man”. Sofia makes it very clear she’d never
considered seeing him. Gerry tells her
not to misunderstand; it would just be a front. Sofia doesn’t like lies. It’s simple, he explains. They don’t actually have to date but she can tell Chava they are and that she’s
seeing (Gerry) him in a new light. This
will convince Chava she’s decided to go on with her life. Sofia doesn’t think it’s such a hot idea but
agrees to think about it. Gerry leaves
and Sofia looks as though she thinks, “QTH?”
Taller de Don Manuel
Chava’s still there!
Who’d blame him, considering what’s waiting for him at home. Armando shows up, bringing more parts. Chava gives him the good news about Brito and
the setup of the racing team here at Don Manuel’s shop. Bro-hug, but the celebration is
short-lived. Chava is sad because he
can’t share this good news with his güerita,
especially now that Sofia knows the baby-mama is living at the Lupe Hostel for Wayward
Rejected Lovers.
Chava’s frustrated.
He just can’t accept Sofia’s rejection!
Armando suggests he be patient and maybe once the baby arrives, things
will change. Chava can’t wait that
long. This love is all-consuming, it’s
killing him! Armando insists Chava give
it time. Sofia may come around and
realize there is a future for them.
Chava’s afraid that Sofia will forget him in the meantime, begin a new
life, and maybe this great love of theirs will cease to exist! He doesn’t want to lose her. Huge sigh.
On Location --- Ay

Kissing scene.
Directors calls “Cut!” and calls for makeup. Alexa is jogging away from the scene when
Irma appears out of nowhere and grabs Alexa by the hair! “¡Condenada!
¡Suripanta! (floozy) How dare you
take away my husband! Desgraciada! Aaaaaragh, I hate you!” Irma eventually gets Alexa on the ground and
continues slapping her as Alexa screams for help. Paolo runs to her rescue while a woman seems
to have captured every slap on her phone.
Irma has gone over to the loca side, again!
It takes Paolo and the director to pull Irma off Alexa! Irma is not going quietly, “You couldn’t wait to go live with my man! You are a Zorra desgraciada (disgraceful
ho)! QuitaMaridos (husband taker)!
No matter what you do, you’ll always be the lover, the other one, LA
OTRA! I am Armando’s only woman, the
only one. You hear me? Let me go!”
They do, and the purse-swinging Irma charges Alexa but the director
catches her and calls for security, who drags Irma away screaming, “¡Maldita! ¡Mil Veces Maldita!”
AAAAAAARRRRGH! There are a lot of
cameras now, catching Irma in full fury.
Alexa tells Paolo she’s ok, just frightened. The director demands to know who that woman
is and Alexa, now crying, explains she’s her bf’s ex. Now the TN version of TMZ are in her face
asking, “Alexa, who is that woman and why did she call you ‘Zorra, quita maridos’?” and “How long
have you been seeing a married man?”
Director steps in and shoves them away.
Alexa seeks solace in Paolo’s arms.
And now it’s Irma’s time in front of the TMZ crew. “She set eyes on my husband ever since he
became her chauffeur. She sleazed
herself right in and, as everyone knows, my husband is muy güapo. She would come to my
Papuyo’s house and now, thanks to her, he doesn’t want to have anything to do
with me or my son. sniff.”
Alexa later tries to apologize to Guillermo, the director
who look close to tears himself. This
couldn’t have happened at a worse time,
with all the press there. This is going
to cause a whole lot of bad publicity.
He warns her that this is the last time he’ll permit her personal life
to interfere with his film and stomps off.

forget about each other. She confirms
she knows about the baby and that Aracely is now living with Lupe. Lupe assures her Chava was not involved in
the living arrangement. Lupe just saw
how Aracely was not doing well physically as well as emotionally. Aracely needs a lot of affection and still
holds a grudge against her father and feels Sofia is his favorite. Sofia denies this is true and has tried so
many times to prove it to Aracely. Well,
as the grandmother, Lupe feels it is her duty to provide assistance to
Aracely. Sofia is grateful for her
attention to Aracely but Lupe feels guilty about it since Sofia is the one who
lost the most. Sofia hopes Aracely will
find the same love and affection at Lupe’s that she found herself. She asks Lupe to please take care of her

Princess Sofia comes by to speak with her sister but is met
by the Ice Queen. “I have no issues

say what you have to say then leave.”
Sofia explains she’s wanted to come by ever since she found out about
the pregnancy to say she understands Aracely’s situation. “Don’t be such a hypocrite, Sofia. Don’t come here with your lies of how you
‘sacrificed’ yourself for my happiness. The truth is you hate me because of
this pregnancy. Let’s be real.” Sofia persists, saying she doesn’t hate her
and would never wish her harm. “Oh,
please,” Aracaely spews, “You’re trying to move me with your good deeds (obra

another woman conceived a child with the man you love!” Sofia doesn’t deny the news hurt her. She never would have expected it. Aracely sarcastically mentions this must have
changed Sofia’s plans with Chava. Sofia
admits it did but that’s why she ended it with Chava. So he could be by Aracely’s side. Aracely continues her rant, taking no
prisoners, “Don’t put on the martyr act only seeking out everyone else’s
happiness!” Sofia says Aracely has no
idea how this hurts her; having to confront this reality; the sadness she feels
over lost dreams. “Oh shut up already,” screams Aracely. “Why do you hate me so much?” asks
Sofia. “All I’ve ever done is try to get
close to you and do what’s right?” That
did it. Get the Violins ready cuz
Aracely’s getting on the Pity Party Express once again. “All you’ve ever done is take everything I’ve ever loved in my life. Chava could have been happy with me if you
hadn’t come along. My father would be by
my side if you weren’t his daughter. You
destroyed my life Sofia!”
waaaaaaaah. Sofia doesn’t know
how Aracely can say that when it was Aracely who……but Aracely doesn’t let her
finish. “Don’t try to change things around!
The only one here who doesn’t belong is you! You’ve hurt me so much and you keep on doing
so. The love Chava feels for you and the
hope he has of winning you back? That’s
what’s keeping him from me! He will
never give me what our child needs *sob*.
He will never give me a home while you are in his heart. *sob*Neither I, or my child, have a future
with him.”
Sofia tells Aracely she’s done everything possible so that
Chava would understand their relationship is over, impossible. Aracely smirks, “All that’s left now is for
you to say you asked Chava marry me!”
“Nope,” says Sofia, “that decision is up to him.” Aracely is still smirking, saying Sofia’s
only done this to look good in Chava’s eyes, to keep him more obsessed with her
than ever. Sofia realizes nothing she
says will change Aracely’s opinion of her, “It hurts that you doubt my wish for
your happiness and that of your child’s.
You’re my sister. I mean it from
my heart when I say that I want you to form a family and a home.” “Basta!” shouts Aracely, “Stop faking,
Sofia!” Sofia says it now doesn’t matter
if Aracely doesn’t believe her, she’s done what she’s had to. “And now?” demands Aracely, “you want my
gratitude?” Sofia says she just wants to
be fair. “Seriously?” asks Aracely, “You
think rejecting Chava will leave the way clear for me? No, while your presence continues to
overshadow his heart, I have no chance with him. Therefore, your sacrifice was for
nothing!” Sofia says she is truly
sorry. There’s nothing else she can do. That’s all she came here to say and even though
Aracely won’t believe it, she prays for Aracely and that baby she’s
carrying. She tells Aracely to take care
and finally leaves.

Tweren’t nothing. It’s one’s duty

couldn’t stand by when she was in the hands of that varmint.” Ollie also tells him he made sure Dani knew
he, Ollie, didn’t pressure his dad to act, that dad did it all because of his
friendship with Sofia. Geronimo lays the
foundation. “I hold the Ripoll in very
high esteem. What if our families were
to get closer?” Ollie has the “Wait,
what?” head tilt. Gerry continues, “What
would you think if Sofia and I were to get married?” Now Ollie has the “QTH?” look. Gerry goes on and counts the many ways Sofia
is super-cool and the ideal wife for him.
Ollie reminds him Sofia is hopelessly in love with Chava but Gerry
sloughs it off. “Pffffft! That relationship is over! She told me herself!” Ollie isn’t convinced this changes
things. This doesn’t mean Sofia will
accept him. Well, if business has taught
Gerry anything, it’s taught him to answer when opportunity knocks; to create a fortune
where ashes once lay. He’s convinced
Sofia will end up being his wife. Now
Ollie has that raised eyebrows, “Oh, really?” look.
Battling Bickersons
Patricio is unconvinced they can live together. It’s impossible! When one enters the syndicate, what one does

Nandito’s confused.
Armando just got through telling him that Alexa’s his gf and now he’s
saying she’s moving in with him? QTH dad!
Número Uno needs time to absorb big news like
this. Nandito asks the big question: Do novios live together? Armando’s stumped. “It happens sometimes when two people love
each other. Sometimes they want to see
how they’d get along if they see each other every day, sharing everything
until, well, how should I say this…..until they decide if they want to be
together forever.” Nandito asks if this
is like playing at being married. (They
called it “shacking up” in my day) “Something like that,” says Armie. “What’s important here is that Alexa and I
are now a couple. She’s always happy to
see you and that’s why we’re going to have you over to stay with us a whole
lot! We’re gonna have a good ol’ time,
the three of us. You’ll see!” Nandito asks the million peso question, “Does
my mom know?” oh man, Armando keeps stepping in it, “Yeah, I told her but she
didn’t take well. But she’ll get over it
and realize that I have to live my life, right?
But what’s most important to me is you.
Well? Whaddya think? Are you ok
with Alexa living with me?” Nandito
agrees because Armando is the best papito in the world. yeah,

Huruacán Irma Rests, for

Speak of the devil, Irma is criticizing Aracely and saying
Sofia is surely lying through her teeth.
Aracely repeats what Sofia said about sisterly love and how she cares about
Aracely and the baby. Sofia’s done everything
she can to get Chava out of her life.
Irma’s not buying it. If that
were true Chava would have proposed marriage.
Irma rants: “All the Ripoll are a
bunch of liars and cuscas (my
translators says – flirt, tart, hooker, whore – take your pick) and that’s why
I went and gave Alexa a zarandeado (abuse
publically) so she’d get it out of her head to be living with my Papuyo, cuz he’s my Papuyo, eh?” Oh she’s
still a bit angry, you think?
Aracely’s taken aback.
“How could you?” Irma: “And I suppose I was just going to sit back,
knowing that suripanta has moved into my Papuyo’s apartment?” Aracely says what we’re all thinking, “Ay,
Irma.” But Irma’s proud of herself,
“There I was, pulling out her hair, when two security goons dragged me
away. (huge sigh) The good thing is
there was some press coverage and they saw everything. Hopefully they’ll fire that cusca roba-maridos!” Aracely warns her. She should be more careful. She just got through the custody battle over
Nandito. Her actions could cause legal
problems. Irma: “Nothing holds me back. I even talked with some of the reporters and
I dragged Alexa Ripoll through the mud!
That vieja isn’t gonna have it easy with me. I’m gonna put a lot of rocks along her path
and I’m also gonna tell everyone that the trashy (pacotilla) actress is a zorra!”

Lupe and Aracely are just the picture of domesticity as they

Oh, and by the way, maybe they can start construction on the baby’s room? Chava thinks it’s a bit soon to be thinking
of that, no? He kicks back to watch the
Tele and catches Irma describing the blow by blow on the news. Aracely admits Irma mentioned it but never
imagined it was this bad. Chava
empathizes with his compadre and hopes he hasn’t seen this.
Too late. Over at Armando’s, he’s livid! He can’t believe Alexa didn’t tell him about

problems. Well, he’s gonna put a stop to
this! Alexa does what she does
best. Cry. She knows Irma hates her and will continue to
make her life miserable. waaaaaaah.
Back at Chava’s, Lupe’s of the opinion that Aracely’s
cousin’s got a few screws loose. Chava
says Irma doesn’t understand that Armando is a free man and can do whatever he
wants with his life. I’m sure Chava is hoping Aracely gets the hint.
And Armando had thought the bad times were over. While they’re talking, Lupe tells them
Marisol will be late coming home from the office. Chava’s ears have finally picked something up
and decides to act all brotherly, saying it isn’t right for a young girl to be
out alone at night (lest there be predatory wolves de dos patas).
The Wolf Bares his Teeth!
Marisol is in Patricio’s office. He’s poured them each a glass of wine. She confesses she doesn’t drink after what
happened to her dad. He convinces her,
of course, saying it’s just a glass of wine and she needs to relax. She takes a drink and tries to leave. He tells her to stay a little while
longer. Everyone’s gone and they can
kiss without interruption. He starts
to kiss her and she nervously pushes him away, fearing someone may come
in. He doesn’t stop, saying he’s left
word not to interrupt them. She keeps
resisting him but he persists, saying he can’t stop thinking of her, etc.
etc. She starts to giggle. Effects
of the wine? Maybe. Anyway, she
can’t believe someone as successful and handsome as he would notice her. She keeps resisting him and wants to
talk. She wants to know what made him
notice her? He keeps telling her sweet
nothings and she keeps giggling. Oh
no! He goes for the buttons and tells
her he wants to demonstrate just how much he likes her. She’s definitely feeling the effects of the
wine. No, he wouldn’t! He
couldn’t! Guess we’ll find out
tomorrow!
