4/8/15 #164 Hasta el Fin del Mundo – Chava is now fused to Sofia’s side; it’ll take a miracle to dislodge him!

We relive Renzi’s final moments and I don’t mind seeing him die again.

Renzi Realty
Chava has taken over the questioning of an employee and Tavarez doesn’t seem to mind.  Employee had no idea Renzi was into illegal doings.  Tavarez warns him he could be looking at a few years in the slammer if it turns out he’s an accomplice.  Employee nervously agrees to cooperate but he really doesn’t know anything.  He just knows Renzi left and he looked very anxious.  Chava takes this to mean his suspicions are confirmed.  There was something rotten going on in this company.   Tevarez seems to think this confirms his theory Renzi was behind the violence in the hood.  Really? On what evidence? Oh, and Chava adds the sabotage at the factory and his races.  Renzi was surely trying to take advantage of everyone in the hood.  Irma found out about it and that’s why Renzi tried to kill her.  ok, but where’s the evidence?  Chava insists Patricio’s hands are dirty as well.  Chava is sure Pato knew what Renzi did to Irma.  In fact, he’s sure Patricio could tell them where to find Renzi, Jimmy Hoffa, and the Mayan gold.  Tevarez will continue with his investigation and will review all the computers.  He’s sure they’ll get a lot of new information.  “Investigation Scmestigation,” Chava says.  Tevares must listen to him and interrogate Patricio.  Surely he’s the key to capturing his cousin.  Tevares is looking at him as though thinking, “Gee, why didn’t I think about this before?”

Wolf is stalking his prey
Marisol is out walking when Pato drives up, “Hey Marisol, wanna lift?”  She wisely says no thank you and continues walking.  Of course, Pato isn’t likely to give up that easy.  He tells her he has a surprise for her and it would be to her benefit to get in.  She hesitates and he asks if she trust him, or what?  So, he counts down...una….dos…Marisol gives in and runs to the car.  Dumb bunny.

Soon, they arrive at a snooty salon.  Since she wouldn’t let him pay for her English classes, he’s going to give her a makeover to enhance her beauty.  He asks them to give Marisol a new “luke”, a modern cut to highlight her gorgeous features.  Marisol is grabbing onto her hair and resists but Pato continues.  She protests but the stylists are already working on her.  Patricio tells her to relax and just enjoy it.  She yells at him as he walks out not to leave her there.  I’ve got an idea Mari – why don’t you just get up and leave?  No way would a young girl allow anyone to cut her hair against her will.

Empresa Ripoll – Nothing happening here, just a lot of time filler.
Sofia tells Dani Renzi isn’t just a fraud, he’s also an assassin and Chava suspects Patricio is his accomplice!  Must be true then, if Chava said it.  Dani’s worked with Patricio and has never considered him to be the criminal type.  Sofia shushes her and tells her the investigations will reveal all but for now there is a warrant out for Renzi.  Dani puts two and two together and just as we heard umpteen times, if Manjarro helped Renzi to send Irma flying, then he obviously helped with the sabotage at Ripoll.  Right-o says Sofia, Renzi had always wanted to take over the neighborhood, including the factory.

Casa de Ripoll
Paolo and Alexa return.  He’s really excited the film is coming along really well.  He’s also happy they’re getting along so well, and he’s not talking just about their acting.  Alexa reminds him she’s spoken for.  Oh yeah, the guy with a wife and child that doesn’t make her happy?  Of course he remembers. He feels she’s settling for very little, “On the other hand, when you’re with me, you have fun, you’re learning (about acting) and you don’t want to admit that you’re starting to feel something special.”  He goes in for a kiss but she stops him.  Paolo stops but is pleased to see he’s getting somewhere.  He suggests they take off somewhere.  She laughs and teases that he’s terrible.  Grrreta walks in and remembers him.  He’s the guy who’s working on that “little film” with her daughter.  Alexa tries to stop her but Greta reminds her that as a mom, it’s her job to stop Alexa from making mistakes.  Alexa isn’t too pleased about discussing this in front of Paolo.  Paolo defends Alexa, natch, and says her time is being well spent working on an important project.  With all sincerity, he believes she’s a great actress and he’s worked with actresses all over the world.  Oh Grrrrrreta, why are you so mean.  She tells Paolo that instead of helping Alexa, he’s causing her harm by encouraging her into thinking she’ll become a grand actress.  Paolo invites her to the set so she can see Alexa’s marvelous talent for herself.  Alexa thinks this is a great idea.  Paolo excuses himself and Grrrrrreta is left with her nose stuck in the air.

As all of Viewerville guessed, Irma wins custody of Nandito due to the extenuating circumstances surrounding her near death.  Irma is overjoyed and Armie is speechless.

Empresa Ripoll
Chava gives Sofia a rundown of what happened over at Renzi Realty.  Investigation, computer analysis, etc., etc.  Sofia is sure they’ll capture Renzi and Manjarrez.  Chava repeats his suspicions of Patricio.  He’s sure of it.  Once Tevarez gets a hold of him, Chava’s sure Pato will sing.  Sofia thinks that’s why she hasn’t seen him around the factory.  Chava sees this as sign he may have flown the coop.  Chava is also sure Pato had a hand in getting Manjarrez to commit the sabotage at the factory.  Sofia thinks Chava’s suspicions are well founded (?) but she can’t boot Pato out of the company without any proof.  She’s counting on Tavarez to find the evidence proving Patricio’s guilt.  She checks with Noemi who hasn’t seen Patricio since lunch and can’t reach him via cell.  Sofia tells her not to bother tracking him down.  Chava is sure he’s on the run.

Peralta’s Office – Renzi sleeps with the fishes
Aldo returns and tells Geronimo he won’t be seeing Renzi anymore.  Gerry is pleased to hear this but there’s still a loose string and he wants Aldo to take care of it immediately.  Aldo’s on it!

Irma thanks the judge profusely.  She knew that, as a woman, the judge would understand Irma’s situation as a mother whose son was in danger.  The judge admits that is what convinced her.  Armando speaks up, saying he wants to make arrangements for visitation.  Irma slyly looks at him.  She’s scary when she does that.  She tells him, oh so sweetly, that she’s sure they can come up with an agreement that is beneficial to “their” son.  The judge then dismisses everyone.
Outside the judge’s office, Irma approaches Armando and tells him he shouldn’t think she’ll keep him and Nandito apart.  She doesn’t resent him trying to win custody in order to keep her away from Nandito.  Not at all.  Armando says he was mistaken about her.  He’s now sure his son will be safe with her and well cared for.  She’s so happy to hear him say that (downcast eyes).  For now maybe it would be best to forget about the horrible past and be friends again.  And then who knows?  Armando heaves a heavy sigh.  She says that Nandito is what is important and he agrees to abide by whatever she decides.  Well, she’s fine if he wants to continue seeing Nandito .  And just like the judge said, they should come to an agreement on what they should do for Nandito, right?  Armando agrees and thanks her for everything she did for Nandito.

Armando would like to be the one to tell Nandito about the judge’s decision.  She agrees but thinks it might be best if they told him together.  Armando agrees and will get Nandito from school.  Irma invites him to go ahead and stay for dinner as long as he’s there.  He’ll think about it.  She starts to cry and tells him it hurts her so much that they’re separated but her door is always open to him.  In the end, their son will unite them FOR-E-VER and they’re going to have to learn to get along, for his sake.  They need to co-exist like mature adults.  Armando swears he’ll do his part.  Irma says she will as well.  This whole time Armando has a Sad Sack look on his face and Irma looks as humble as can be.

Aracely walks up and tells them the security detail ordered by Tevarez is already at the house.  Armando will accompany them home so he won’t worry.  Irma thanks him for worrying about her.  “You’re the mother of my son and I will always be there whenever you need me.  Don’t forget it, Irma.”  Oh, I’m sure she won’t.

Empresa Ripoll
Chava is still there and now he and Sofia are talking over coffee.  Guess the job at the garage is forgotten until he needs the owner’s help.  Tevarez told him they found evidence among Renzi’s papers of a major construction project in the neighborhood.  Sofia adds that such a project would require lots of money -- Money that Renzi and Patricio do not have.  Chava understands and figures the money had to come from somewhere and was obviously laundered to avoid detection.  What if Renzi Realty was only a money laundering front?  Sofia considers this and says Renzi would have definitely been protecting someone else.  Chava thinks this is something Tevarez will have to find out.  On another note, he still feels bad that he thought of Irma as a blackmailing, crazy banshee when in reality she remained silent in order to protect his godson.

Snooty Salon
Marisol is gets her hair cut and highlighted, a mani-pedi, a facial, makeup, the works!

Casa de Miguelina
Oliver appears at the door and Miguelina is not pleased to see him!  He’s there to tell Lucas he had nothing to do with the beating.  He doesn’t like what people are thinking of him.  Migue admits she also thought Ollie was responsible because Lucas got Dani back.  Oliver makes it very clear that Lucas didn’t take anything away from him.  His relationship with Dani simply didn’t work.  Lucas, still aching, appears and Miguelina lets Ollie in.  Ollie finds it ironic that he’s suspected when it’s Lucas who has the criminal past.  Migue defends her grandson, saying he’s changed.  Lucas respectfully asks his Abue to butt out.  Ollie tells Lucas he has nothing against him but wouldn’t be surprised to learn the one responsible turns out to be one of Lucas’ Mafioso friends.  Nanay, Lucas hasn’t been around that for awhile.  Ollie could care less but he is not going to stand by while Lucas accuses him of committing such a cowardly act.  Lucas says he never blamed him, neta.  Oliver angrily suggests Lucas find out who is responsible.  He storms out.  My, Dulliver has been replaced by Oliverymanly

Pygmalion - Marisol’s new “luke”
Pato arrives just in time to ogle his “prey”.  He thinks she’s just precious!  Thankfully, they only cut off a little of the length.  She looks at the bill and freaks at the cost.  Pato of course will pay.  She insists.  She’s not comfortable with him paying.  He tells her to consider it a payment to celebrate her future promotion.

Silvana’s Hideway
Christian has arrived and Silvana his hanging on to him for dear life, crying uncontrollably.  She tells him the bad news – all of it.  She’ll never be a mother!!!!  She recalls that at the time of her miscarriage, the hospital told her she wouldn’t have problems conceiving.  She refuses to listen to Christian’s words of encouragement.  She knows she’ll never know the joy of motherhood.  She’s all dried up!  waaaaaah  She doesn’t want to consider other alternatives.  She wanted to have a child with Patricio, form a family like the one she never had.  It was her dream that now no longer exists.  It doesn’t exist, it doesn’t exist, it doesn’t exist!  waaaaaaaaah

Empresa Ripoll
Yup, Chava’s still there. He tells Sofia about Senor Brito’s offer.  She’s happy for him and happy he’ll be able to dedicate himself to something he truly loves.  He agrees but says he’s not ready to leave the garage.  He has to put in double the effort (yeah, like leaving at the drop of a hat).  She’s so proud of him.  smoochies.  A call comes through from Patricio who tells her he’ll be there soon.

Back at the solon, Patricio offers give Marisol a lift to the factory.  She’s suspicious of him and his kindness.  He repeats that he believes in her and her potential.  He knows she can accomplish whatever she wants so long as she puts all those bad experiences behind her.  As they turn to leave, Marisol realizes she does feel really happy.  She’ll never forget what he’s done for her.

Casa de Irma
Irma and Aracely talk about the security detail outside her door.  Irma only hopes they catch Renzi soon because Aracely has no idea what this man is capable of.  Aracely thinks it would be a good idea for Armando to continue to pick up Nandito and even consider giving up the Tae Kwon Do classes for now.  Irma plans on asking Armie to spend as much time as possible with Nandito, and with her.  Aracely warns her not to abuse Armando’s good intentions.  Irma also shouldn’t assume he’s gonna spend all his time here protecting her from Renzi.  Irma thinks that would be best until Renzi’s in jail, no?  Aracely assures her they all admire her sacrifices but let’s face it, Irma and Armando are no longer a couple.  The judge finalized the separation and now it’s time for Irma and Armando to rebuild the lives, individually.  Irma disagrees, “My life continues to be all about him.  My love continues for him even though a judge has said it’s over! I will never stop fighting to get him back.  You’ll see.  My papuyo’s feelings for me will be return one day.  He now sees me in a new light.  He values me.  My understanding and affection will bring him closer and closer to me.  The door will always be open to him whenever he wants to see his son and one day, you’ll see, he won’t leave.”  Spoken like a true slasher.

Date with a Yeti
SadSack Armando meanwhile waits for his lady love, Alexa at a restaurant.  She arrives, disguised as a Yeti to avoid detection.  She’s talking a mile a minute, asking him what happened.  She imagines the judge decided in his favor, no?  Sadly, no, he says.  Irma was granted custody.  Alexa is impactada.

Empresa Ripoll
Pato drops Marisol outside so no one will see them drive up together.  It’s best to avoid gossipy speculation.  She agrees.  She reaches over to peck him on the cheek before she steps out.  Ay, muchacha!  He grins as she walks away and rubs the lipstick off his cheek, “Poor naquita (slur defining poor low class), you’re going to end up hopelessly in love with me.”

Silvana’s Hideaway
Christian is caring for his sister and gives her something to help her relax.  This is a nightmare for Silvana. She has no hope for anything now.  She doesn’t want him to call Patricio.  He’ll figure out she was trying to get preggers and will probably be angry.

Date with a Yeti
Alexa can’t believe the news, vale.  Armando explains the judge’s original sentence was in his favor but rescinded it upon learning Irma’s extreme circumstances.  He hopes she’ll understand he’s not going to fight the woman who went through such a dark time defending his son.  He now sees Irma as the best of all mothers.  Alexa doesn’t like this one bit.

Alexa feels her experience with the abusive Alan doesn’t begin to compare to Irma’s attempted murder.  Armando is feeling really guilty about all the times he called Irma a liar and blackmailer, all the time not knowing that in reality she was suffering in silence.  Alexa tells him he shouldn’t beat himself up over it, he had no way of knowing.  But Armando says he can appreciate everything Irma went through for both him and Nandito.

Empresa Ripoll
You guessed it!  Chava’s still there.  Tevarez has dropped by to say Chava’s suspicions of Renzi and his company were correct.  Sofia urgently wants to know if Patricio is in any way involved.  Patricio knocks, enters, and seems surprised to see Tevarez standing there. Sofia tells him he’s there to speak with Patricio.  Chava, of course, has to stick his two cents in sarcastically saying Patricio may be of some help to the comandante.

Tevarez tells Patricio they found a few irregularities in Renzi’s Realty.  For example, one of the partners is dead and another hadn’t even realized he had signed papers making him a partner.  Patricio was under the impression Renzi’s Realty was on the up and up.  Chava shouts from the other side of the room not to act as though he didn’t know all along.  Patricio tries to ignore him and assures the comandante there must be a mistake.  Chava continues chiding him, saying his cousin Renzi’s mistake was in trying to kill Irma.  He tells Patricio, everyone now knows it was Renzi and Manjarrez who pushed her off the roof.  Patricio tells Tevarez he insists there must be a mistake.  His cousin is not a criminal.  Who’s accusing him?  Tevarez explains Irma herself accused him and there is now a warrant out for Renzi’s arrest.  He wants Patricio to come to the delegación to discuss it further.  Patricio agrees to cooperate fully in order to straighten everything out.  Chava jumps in again, “You know where your cousin is.  It would be best to tell the police now.”  Patricio ignores him like I’m trying to and tells Sofia he doesn’t know how long he’ll be gone.  She tells him to take his time.  As Tevarez leaves with Patricio, Chava gets all macho and acts as though he’s gonna, I dunno, jump him?  Anyway, after they leave, Sofia remarks on what a disagreeable situation this is.  Chava assures her this will all be over soon and things will return back to normal.

Dani comes across the new, improved Marisol and comments on her new “luke”.  Actually, her hair is shorter than when she left the Snooty Salon.  Cute.  Oliver comes by and also comments how cute she looks.  Marisol cattily remarks it would do others some good to dress up now and then, looking straight at Dani.  Oliver rudely asks if Lucas is planning to take the whole week off just because he got beat up?  This is news to Marisol.  He fills her in, including how he has been blamed but his conscience is clean.  After he leaves, Dani assures Marisol Lucas is fine despite his injuries.  Marisol also wonders if Lucas might have been involved in something shady. Meow!  Marisol just asked because now that he has a rich girlfriend with expensive taste, it wouldn’t be surprising if Lucas started taking things that weren’t his. Dani refuses to take the bait.  They’re coworkers and need to keep the peace.  Now that she mentions it, Marisol advises her that she’s finished the prepa and has begun taking English classes.  She tells Dani as head of HR that she is interesting in becoming an executive secretary.  Dani thinks that is a good idea although Marisol is lacking in experience.  Not skipping a beat, Marisol points out that Dani learned on the job.  Dani admits it and says she’ll see what she can do.  Marisol sends her regards to Lucas.   Score one for Marisol!

Casa de Miguelina
Rosa plays nursemaid to her son.  They continue to bond.  blah, blah, blah.

Lunch with a Yeti
Alexa reminds Armando that he wasn’t the only one who was wrong about Irma but they shouldn’t forget Irma’s other rantings, like accusing Alexa of assault and turning Nandito against her.  Armando rationalizes that Irma was in desperate times and the issue with Nandito was as a result of them telling him about their relationship.  He tells her Irma has agreed to work out an agreement for visitation without any quarrels.  He has to accept that Irma put Nandito’s safety above everything else and though it pains him to accept it, she deserves custody more than he does.  Alexa doesn’t see it that way but if that’s how he sees it, fine.  Now he shares the good news – the separation is now official.  He’s a free man.  smoochies.  How long has she waited to hear this happy news!  He explains Nandito doesn’t know yet.  He and Irma are planning to tell him together.  He had always envisioned the three of them together but now sees things differently.  Alexas says that what counts is that he and Irma share custody on the best terms possible.   He rushes off, back to work.

Empressa Ripoll – Seriously, Chava is getting annoying
OMG – Chava’s still there and appears to have been fused to Sofia’s hip!  They’ve just told Dani about Patricio but she can’t believe it, neta?  Sofia asks Dani to be discreet.

Abarrotes -  time filler
Migue tells Lupe about Lucas’ beating.  No one knows who it is but Migue continues to blame Oliver.  Lupe leaves Miguel in charge to run an errand.

Empresa Ripoll
Chava has managed to surgically remove himself from Sofia long enough to bring a torta to Armando in the workshop.  Armando is the only one of this pair who seems to work on a regular basis.  They talk about the case and then Chava tells him the good news about the sponsorship for their racing team.  Bro Hug!

Delegación – Pato under a heat lamp
Patricio admits Renzi at one time mentioned a project he was interested in regarding the neighborhood but not in great detail.  As for the irregularities in the partnership, Patricio was never interested in who the partners are or where the money comes from.  Patricio denies having anything to do with that realty company.  He also says Renzi is not a criminal and could not have committed that crime against Irma.  He thinks Irma’s looking for some kind of vengeance.  She used to work for Renzi and was fired for negligence.  When Tavarez points out he just said he never new details about the realty, Patricio says Renzi mentioned it only because she was married to Armando, an employee at Empresa Ripoll.  Tevarez suspects that if Renzi were innocent, he wouldn’t be on the run.  He also suspects he had Irma under surveillance.  Patricio insists he has no idea where to find Renzi.  He’s already given them Renzi’s address and information.   Tevarez wants to see Patricio’s phone to see if he’s been contacted by Renzi.

Casa Ripoll – Looney Tunes timefiller, complete with Looney Tunes music
Fausto is surprised to see Lupe and asks if she wants an audience with Her Majesty. I’m not making that up.  He actually said “audience”.  Lupe realizes she and Greta aren’t exactly bff’s but Greta was so kind to call her with condolences that Lupe now wants to repay that kindness.  She’s here to help Greta get rid of Octavio’s presence.

Greta overhears Lupe talking to Fausto talking about people who have managed to rid themselves of restless spirits and insists on knowing what’s up.  Fausto doesn’t believe in all this talk about ghosts and considers it all a patraña (tall story).  Lupe believes that some souls return because they can’t rest.  Greta says no one believed her; said she was hallucinated and thought she was crazy.  Well, Irma knows of a chamán (Shaman) who can come help Greta.  Greta doesn’t believe in chamáns or in witchcraft.  Besides, she’s already had a Mass said for Octavio.  Fausto thanks Lupe but doesn’t believe they’ll need the assistance of a chamán.  Very well, Lupe tells them they’re on their own.  If Greta is happy to have Octavio hanging about, so be it.  Lupe leaves in a huff.

Casa de Miguelina
Juancho sits with Lucas and tells him he’s never seen the van used by the assailants in the hood.  They must be from another neighborhood.  Lucas asks him to keep an eye out for the van and take down the license plate number.

Empressa Ripoll
Chava, yes he’s still there.  I know!  Anyway, he tells Sofia he’ll check with Tavares to see if he got anything out of Patricio.  He tells her that as soon as this is all over, the good times will start.  It’ll be a new beginning for her and her father.  “And for Chocolates Ripoll,” she says.  Smoochies

Ruh-roh – Urrutia from the bank is there and he has bad news.  Not only did the bank not accept Sofia’s proposal but he’s brought along and Orden de Embargo (seizure).  tan-tan-TAN!!

Grrrrr, Chava is on my last nerve! He's so annoying. I swear, if he were my boyfriend, I'd be so embarrassed. "Ok, honey, next time the cop is here, don't say anything alright?" I guess the writers are trying to make him look all protective of Sofia but he comes across like a meathead. IMO

There's a lot still left to happen and I was hoping I'd get the scene where Aracely tells him about her "happy news". Well, at least I got Renzi's death. I'm still chuckling over him being so happy thinking of Cabo.

Great job, Paquita, The recap was fantastic! So true your comment about young ladies and their hair.

So happy

To see Renzi dead and gone and that the thug has been sent out to take care of the loose end.

Tavares is on the case: 1. starting to trip Patricio up in his recounting of his relationahip with Renzi. 2.making Patricio sweat asking for his cell phone.

Lupe and Miguelina are working at Paco's store.

Lupe came by to offer Greta help thinking she had changed and then seeing that Greta had not changed at all.

The bank has refused the offer per Peralta's request and there is an order for seizure of Chocolate Ripoll because that means the plot is MOVING.

Jarifa

When Patricio kept denying that he knew anything about Renzi's illegal operations and overall evil ways, why didn't anyone bring up Cipriano Fuentes which is a direct link and proof that he is up to his ears in this whole thing? The very fact that Patricio gave Greta the name Cipriano Fuentes and admits openly that he did and that the deceased guy's name was used on the documents for the shady front of a real estate agency ties him to everything. Why did no one mention that to him and back him against a wall? Does Tavares not know about the Cipriano Fuentes/Patricio connection? I can't recall what he knows exactly..just that he would know the name from the real estate documents.

I don't get how the custody hearing went from Armando gets full custody to Irma gets full custody instead of going with shared after the reveal that Irma had been protecting her son and didn't jump off the roof. Yes, she showed the mama bear in her but she also DID try to kill herself with pills before and filed a false assault charge on Alexa by beating herself up and I'm pretty sure Alexa took legal action so there would be a record of that. Plus, all the other psycho things Irma has done like show up at Ripoll to put a beatdown on Alexa.

Nice and understanding Irma won't last once she finds out that Alexa/Armando are kind of back together and she'll be using visits with the kid to blackmail him into being with her or at least, not being with Alexa in no time..or at least that's my take on it.

Paquita, great recap and I am totally in agreement about too much Chava. Pedro's Chava was sweet and endearing, DZ's Chava is like skunk odor. He's everywhere, smelling up everything.

Linda, I think Tavarres does know about the Cipriano Fuentes thing. I think there was some talk about there being a illegality with a dead man named as a partner/owner of the real estate agency. Anyone else remember that far back?

Surely people working in HR at Ripoll could tell the people that Patricio fast tracked the hiring of the saboteur Manjarezz.

I meant tell the police, not "tell the people".

Thanks for the recap, Paq!

DAni is pathetic. You're going to promote a girl who beat your a**, tells everyone in the company you're a ho, and is continueing to disrespect you and your boyfriend?? She needs to grow a set and take charge. If she had any sense she would've shut down Marisol right then.

I think Chava was way over the top today. The chief should've told him to stay out of it and let him do his job.

I actually like Lucas and Rosa bonding scenes. Great acting between them two.

I guess the only thing that's going to shut Chava up is Arecily's announcement. Why are they making us wait?

Is the loose end Patricio or Irma? Can't wait to find out. I'm thinking Irma because Patricio's anvil is coming from Silvana I think.

Love it Paquita!

"Must be true then, if Chava said it."

The reason no connection has been made yet about Cipriano Fuentes is Salvador hasn't thought of it yet.

Salvador 2.0 is repulsive and a know it all bully.

I love it when Patricio is all cool under fire but always steps in it and then that oh, crap look. Gimme that phone.

The grooming of Marisol and the wolf licking his chops. What happens when Salvador gets his head out of Sofia's butt and questions her new look. Loved calling out one of the princesses, their on the job training perk.

Gosh, I get it already, Irma played her hand well so lets move on.

I haven't been much of a Lucas fan but like his bonding with his mama stuff.

Oh no, how did this happen, the bank wanting to seize the factory and Araceli had nothing to do with it, why hasn't Salvador been at the bank threatening them. Hurry, growl at that bad ole banker man Chava.

My thoughts
1.) Irma will still use every dirty trick to keep Armando (who's being PLAYED by her fake sympathy act again).

2.) Patrick will continue to manipulate Marisol just like Victor Newman of Young & The Restless has done to everyone else!

3.) Chava still with the police chief LOL: he's becoming incompetent. I can't wait until Araceli drops the preggers bomb on his ***.

4.) Manjarrez is likely the next LOOSE END to get whacked. I'm sensing it.

5.) Alexa & Paolo going to be together for awhile. Likely until the Gran Final!

6.) Nandito (uppity, brat, who's on my nerves) & Irma DESERVE EACH OTHER!

7.) Greta turning down Lupe's offer of getting rid of spirits? LOL.

8.) Silvana needs psychological help. She should've listened to Cristian.

9.) Have a feeling Cristian is going to send thugs after Dani to satisfy his fantasy!

Paquita, great recap - thank you.

"Grrrrrreta is left with her nose stuck in the air", "On another note, he still feels bad that he thought of Irma as a blackmailing, crazy banshee when in reality she remained silent in order to protect his godson" and "My, Dulliver has been replaced by Oliverymanly!" were among my favorites.

Not sure how the connection will be made from Renzi to Peralta - who seems to have covered his tracks.

So now Peralta plans to step in and perhaps save the day with Sophia as the bargaining chip?

Bryan, I also like the Rosa/Lucas bonding.

Diana

Diana, Peralta will likely keep winning as the good guys are incompetent!

According to Stevey, this is ending in Mexico on April 19. They were on capítulo 180 on April 3. So, we will be topping out around 190 capítulos. The end is in sight! Mid May! Great because maybe there will be ACTION from now till the end. Sure hope so.

Jarifa

xInt - Tavares definitely knows about Cirpiano Fuentes as far as him being a dead guy being named on the real estate documents but my question is whether he knows that Patricio used that same name to trick Sofia into thinking he was her true father? THAT is what will undeniably tie Patricio to the shady, illegal dealing of his cousin, Renzi and prove that he is up to his neck in everything. No one brought it up when Patricio kept feigning naivety. I think that Sofia/Salvador didn't bring it up because they didn't want to show Patricio their hand and tell him that they know that he's connected somehow but Tavares would have no reason to keep quiet which is what confused me.

Jarifa, more time for Peralta & his cronies to wreak havoc!

If Captain Tavares looks at Patprick's phone he will see Renzi's last call to Pato. A. Shows Patprick is lying
B. Shows how closely they worked together.
C. Then there is the Silvana bomb already with the fuse lit.
I want to see Sofia realizing that Patprick Silv and Peralta are truly evil.

Kirby, I'm expecting Peralta to wreak havoc & upping the ante!

I give up---my comments vanish.
the gringo

Gringo...That one stuck. :')

Must be solar flares or something. My TV and phone are both disobedient today Gringo.

Bryan: I Totally Agree about Dani...she is just sickeningly nice or naive or maybe both. If I were the HR director chick I'd have Marisol fired. Then I'd write shit about her personal hygiene on the men's restroom walls in Ollivers handwriting.

Is Peralta still chasing Sofia? If he is it would be a perfect time to swoop in and save Ripoff about the time Araceli is discovered to be 6 months preg by you know who. Well at least it SEEMS like 6 months ago. :-)
Buttttt...to save Ripoff to impress and win Sofia is at odds with Peraltas plan to bulldoze Ripoff Chocs...ohhh I just will have to watch I suppose.

Well looks like blogspot ate mine too. Anyway Marisol's brother Jorge is the announcer for Genomma Labs Silka for athletes foot. Small Hasta world huh?

Kirby: Araceli is likely going to handcuffing Chava for child support payments most likely. 18 years, 18 years (Kanye West "Gold-digger" song).

Gringo: I do see a scenario where Peralta saves Ripoli at the last minute & having Sofia all to himself because she's well.. incompetent.

Dani needs to GROW A SPINE & punch Marisol in the face or fire her butt.

Marisol's anvil is coming & I'll be cheering Patrick on all the way!
