Caray, Caray!

From Friday:
Alexa tells Armando that she's moving in with him.
Fausto and Lupe' take Greta to the Shaman in the Woods.
Sofia tells Chava that it's over between them. She and Chava cry and cry and cry and sob and cry some more.

Monday's Episode:
Chava leaves Sofia's office after giving her the bombshell news that Araceli is pregnant after raping him. The pregnancy would never have happened if the drunken Chava hadn't been picturing Sofia in his mind while Araceli was stealing his Team from the Inseam. Sofia drops to the floor and sobs. Sad music plays.

The TV y Novela Awards are coming up. I didn't mind kissing Pedro, but kissing Zepeda is just gross. I'd better win something.

Chava walks in slow motion across the Ripoll lobby and tries to squeeze a few tears from his eyes.

My dog got run over...sadder... I lost my Teddy Bear ...sadder...sadder. I know! I just ran out of Extenze! That's soooo sad.

Alexa has decided that she is moving in today! Armie seems kind of hesitant since he's only got a table, a mattress and a broken lamp in his apartment. Alexa assures him that plastic plates don't scare her and she's totally willing to be poor. They can work and struggle and buy all new stuff just as long as they can be together. She runs off to tell Sofia and Dani about her decision.

Iker goes to the bad side of the 'hood to meet up with his drug dealer/assassin connection. Iker grabs the guy by the throat and pushes him up against the wall. He demands his money back for the failed hit on Lucas.

Don't try to tell me I need a receipt. And I'm not completing your website survey either.

Alexa finds Sofia still crying on the floor of her office. Sofia sobs that she lost the best thing she ever had. Her relationship with Salvador is o-v-e-r. Alexa can't believe Sofia and Salvador would break up because they've spent hour after hour droning on to anyone who will listen about how much they adore each other. Sofia wails that her sister Araceli is preggers and Salvador is the father.


You really believe she "took advantage of him" while he was "drunk"?  You're dumber than I am.

In the machine area of the factory, Armie happily tells Chava that he's a free man and now he and Alexa are going to live together. Armie, are you listening to what you are saying? Sheesh... Armie notices that Chava isn't his usual annoying self and asks what's wrong. Chava sadly says he's not free anymore. He just got a life sentence because Paco's other daughter Attica Araceli - the one nobody loves - is pregnant and he's the father! Now it's Armie's turn to look stunned.

You're kidding me. You do know how this happens, right? Storks and cabbage patches are just stories.

Alexa is sure that that damned Araceli planned this whole thing to take Chava away from Sofia. Araceli is Sofia's enemy and she could be lying. Is Sofia sure Araceli is really pregnant and that it's Chava's kid? Sofia explains and says she can't stay with Chava, not with a child involved. Dani comes into the office just in time to hear about the baby. Alexa fills her in and Dani agrees, Sofia can't date her own nephew's father! Alexa urges Sofia to fight for her man.

Iker demands his money back and pulls a knife. One of the other thugs has come up and he kicks the knife from Iker's hand. Both of them start beating him. Iker gets knocked to the ground and they continue to kick him when he's down.

Dani thinks that Sofia is brave to sacrifice her love for Chava to Araceli and her child. Sofia is just doing what's right. Both sisters assure Sofia that she can count on them anytime. Sofia asks them to leave her alone. As Dani and Alexa leave, Paco comes in to find Sofia sobbing. He is very concerned, hugs her and asks why she is crying.

Chava gets overly dramatic and pounds his fist on the door of a machine. He doesn't want to live without love! He would just like to die! Armie tells Chava to man up. After all, Irma was a scheming, conniving, lying, cheating bitch who trapped Armie with a pregnancy. But it turned out pretty well because Nandito is the greatest happiness in Armie's life. Nandito is his reason to live. The same thing could happen with this child. Chava wipes away his fake tears.

Sofia tells Paco that his other daughter Araceli - the one nobody loves - trapped the man they both love with a pregnancy. Paco doesn't understand how Araceli could let this happen. Yes, he actually said that. Sofia announces that they all have to face the consequences and do what's best for the child. She's ended things with Chava so Araceli and her kid can have him.

Alexa tells Dani that she's moving in with Armie. Dani is afraid that Greta is going to flip out but Alexa says she's already handled that; Greta knows but Sofia doesn't. If Dani can catch Sofia between work and heartbreak, would she mind telling Sofia that Alexa has flown the coop?

Fausto and Lupe' sit outside the Shaman's house. Fausto is worried about Greta. Lupe' suggests that Fausto get a spiritual cleansing from the Shaman. Fausto refuses. If he needs to be cleansed, he'd rather take a shower! Meanwhile, in the house the Shaman is dusting off Greta, and chasing the evil spirit of Octavio Ripoll away with fire.

A little Pledge and a feather duster and you'll be good as new!

The hottest evening Greta has had in years.

Paco asks if Sofia is sure she is okay. Sofia assures him that she will be. She just needs to remember that Ripoll is her life, her reality now. She will concentrate on her customers and work hard to pay back what she owes Peralta.

Chava arrives at Irma's. She accuses him of trying to rid himself of the mother of his child. He asks to talk to Araceli. She calls out, "Araceli! Your child's father is here!" Araceli and Chava barely get a few words out when Paco arrives. He tells Araceli that he'll do whatever he can to support her so she isn't alone. Araceli cries in his arms. The sympathy is short lived. Paco knows what happened. "You shouldn't have gone so far knowing what Chava felt for Sofia."

Back in the office, Sofia daydreams about her Survivor beach hut camp out with Chava. Noemi interrupts with a call from Peralta. He wants Sofia to go to dinner with him and a potential client. Sofia tries to beg off, then decides to go. She asks Noemi to get the time and place and to tell Peralta that Sofia will meet him there.

Paco tells Araceli that she is to blame for this whole mess. He talked to Sofia about what happened. Chava assures them both that he is willing to give the child his name and take responsibility for him. But he won't marry Araceli. He is in love with Sofia and he refuses to live in a fake marriage. That isn't enough for Araceli. The only thing she will accept is that Chava marry her, have a family, and stay by her side. She jumps to her feet, "If you don't give me what I want, forget about your kid!" Chava gets up to leave and Paco tells him that he's sorry that Sofia and Chava broke up.

At the factory, Marisol stuffs the clothes that Pato bought her into her work locker. Irais catches her and notices that it's all spendy stuff. How can Marisol afford this? She whispers that Pato bought the clothes for her because he believes in her.

Irma confronts Paco and accuses him of favoring Sofia over Araceli. She demands that he force Chava to be with Araceli and her child. Paco looks at her cooly, "You mean the same way you forced Armando to be with you when you were expecting Nandito?"
Irma snaps back, "That's not the same thing!"
"Of course it's the same! How did that work out for you Irma? Were you happy?"



Armando was deliriously happy right up until he realized he wasn't!

Irma is furious. Araceli shouldn't be forced to be a single mother and face this alone. Paco protests that Araceli won't be alone because she has him. Irma digs at him, "A child needs a father NOT a grandfather!" Paco realizes he is trying to reason with a lunatic and leaves. Irma sneers, "How dare he say I forced Armando to be with me!"

Alexa and Paolo do a movie scene. There is some strange pounding noise in the background. Paolo compliments her acting and she attributes it to her excitement over moving in with Armie. Paolo tells her good luck with that, she's going to need it because actor/non-actor relationships never work out. At least none of his did. When her relationship with Armie ends, Paolo will be waiting.

Marisol is going to pay Pato back for all the clothes. Irais thinks that Pato is angling for some other form of payback. Marisol is sure that Pato is a getting a bad rap, he's really a good guy. Marisol asks to keep her new duds at Irais' place so Lupe' doesn't get suspicious.

Iker comes back to the Ripoll house all beaten up. He gives Aurora some lame excuse about getting into a fight with the storekeeper who short changed him.

Fuzzy Tavarres calls Pato to see if he knows Renzi's whereabouts. Pato says he hasn't heard from Renzi at all. After Tavarees hangs up Pato laughs that Renzi is "far away and well protected". Tavarres gets a call that Manjarres' body has been found in a crappy bar up north. He tells Chava and Armie about the body and that none of the documents that were found with Manjarres connect Pato to Renzi's real estate operation. The police will continue to guard Irma and Nandito.

The Shaman finishes up with Greta. She claims that she feels good, almost weightless. The Shaman assures Greta that the evil spirit that is trying to harm her will be gone very soon just like most of her dignity.

Marisol goes into Pato's office to thank him for the clothes. She tries to give him a peck on the cheek but he turns his head and she nearly kisses his lips. She leaves somewhat embarrassed. Pato gloats and ridicules her.

Dani and Lucas drive home. Chava arrives at home and thinks about Sofia.

Sofia and Peralta wait in the restaurant to meet the prospective client. Peralta advises Sofia to smile because her smile is the best tool she has to negotiate with. Peralta gets a fake call from his friend. He tells Sofia that the guy can't make it, but he's still interested in doing business with Ripoll. Peralta wants to order dinner but Sofia refuses. He notices that something is wrong and offers to help. Sofia tells Peralta that it's personal, she just wants to go. He asks, "Something with Salvador?" Sofia starts to cry and blurts outs, "My relationship with Salvador is over!"
