Foul and Lucio are in the cantina as usual when Efrain comes to borrow Lucio. The two exit while Fausto gives the camera a snide and overall cold face. The two walk outside and run into Marxellino who thinks Lucio has been arrested. Luci clears up that he and Ef are just going to talk and no one has been arrested. Busybody Marx mentions propaganda and asks to know what is going to be discussed. Ef says it's classified info and walks off. Marx says to Lucio, "No lo pierdas de vista." Lucio tips his hat off to Marx.
(You had me committed, this jacket is strait.)
Mat begs Abi not to marry Diego if and since she isn't in love with him. Abi delcares that she will fall in love with him although it may not be the same kind of love she felt for Mateo himself.
(We knocked back some wine, I cried on her blouse.)
Mac is whining in Renata's presence as usual and Renata looks past that to the fact Mac is in good health.
(One thing and another then we boned on the couch.)
Max is at the cantina and needs to talk with his father AND Fausto later. Subsequently, Marx worriedly mentions to Fausto about Ef and Lucio. Fausto (calm at first) says that he turned Ef into his socio, then (angrily) grabs Marx by the shirt asking him how he could betray him. I guess Marx had a good enough excuse because DaniEste, oops, Foul moves on and talks with El Rubio, oops, Julian and they walk out.
(Doc says there's promise, this medicine's great!)
Mandy tries to reason with Mac which fails and results in a hasty-worded exit on Mac's behalf.
(It makes me feel better though I can't ejaculate.)
Julio and Fausto are playing cards and discuss making a front for a clandestine casino (Casino Clandestino.)
(Does this mean, we can get back together?)
Diana is in her room when Mac comes in and DieBitch commands Mac to put a necklace (from Fausto) on her (how Mac resisted wringing her neck IDK.) DieBitch just keeps rubbing it in that Fausto is hers and not Mac's. She then obligates a spit shine on her Woman's Size 3 Boots and keeps making Mac feel like nothing. She then makes a big clothing mess Mac will have to pick up after and iron.
(Not too shabby toots, might wanna try a mix next time though.)
Fausto smokes that Cuban some more and says Julian Montero is a fraud; Julio Montero is a fugitive who escaped jail years ago and came to town with incognito on the brain. Foul approves and so does Julian. They continue their card game (7 Kings!)
(Shoot for something higher like CEO extortion, hell, those guys are loaded!)
Vicenta has packed up for Ren who is on the way to (visit CutieCheekiePat) her Braille classes when Fausto has waltzed in and decides to cut off Ren's day-trip. He sends Vicenta to the kitchen and then makes out with Renata in front of Mac who has waltzed in (and must be done spit-shining DieBitch's tootsies.)

Thanks CS for the recap. I thought Abi owned a ranch? why is she putting up with all that nonsense at La animales? She can just take her god mother with her. Helena acts like she owns En...whatever. The selfishness of Mateo is unbelievable. Wants to have his cake and eat it too. Fuasto is not creepy at all! Abi is a child, how is he going to sleep with all the women in that household? so proud of grandma. she should have squeezed harder when she gave him the scarf treatment.

Thanks Corazon! I watched this for the first time in a few weeks last night.
I cannot believe that Ren is actually allowing her three time rapist husband to woo her! Blech!
It looks like Abi still thinks Fausto is her daddy, while he has other intentions on the brain. Blech!
Multiple people think Abi is marrying her uncle and are doing nothing about it. Blech!
Well, at least Ren now realizes Mac is a lying heffa. That makes me happy.

I felt kind of sorry for Macaria. That happens with me, I usually root for the underdog, at least when they're getting kicked when down. Honestly, I don't know why Mac didn't stand up to Diana more. It would just be her word against Di's if Di even bothered to "tell" on her. Mac probably believes Di is better than her due to class, even though they behave the same.
Julio's underground casino seems pretty silly. How many high rollers can there be in this pueblito, and who is going to be the enforcer?
I hope Lucio and Fausto have their stories straight re Pablo's death. I guess Fausto supposedly wasn't even there so whatever Lucio says goes. The description of Pablo's death was cruel and it was understandable why Barragan felt so bad.
Speaking of Barragan, I'm not sure why he is angry with Ren. Did he think that Ren just used Pablo and cast him away? Well, she said she loved him and that seemed to take Barragan by surprise.
ITA with all who think Mateo is way out of line, and Abi as well. They are still in denial that they can't be together, perhaps.
Some of the lesser stories have been neglected lately, hopefully we will get an update on Motor, et. al. this evening.

Thanks Corazon for the recap, I have yet to watch this episode, but it's good that Renata has an idea of how big of a liar Marcaria is. Mateo still needs a wake up call
