Que Te Perdone Dios Capitulo 85- The Life-counseling Club opens its door's - Highlights
Schoolwork has been a dime and it's getting late around here so i will put up the highlights :
- Diego has been injured badly as his wounds mark the name "Satan" all over the place ( I mean seriously the slash and brash scene was extremely violent, Faust just can't get the Karma of Dios any sooner). Fortunately the fast & furious Max & Abi arrive at the scene. Abi would like to report to the only god-forsaken authority available in town , Barragan but Diego refused. Max brought the soon - to- be - retired Mel ( But not before Mel thought Max came to him for Lucio's salvation) for help & Diego slips to Mel that the one who made holy turkeys out of him was none other than Faust. Diego promises that he shall become the jury- judge- executioner against the Feisty Reptile!
- Renata has just shared her life haunting experience with Helena& Simona shocked to all ears as Ren mutters at last " Abi's NOT my goddaughter, she's my daughter for Christ's sake! " Of course our two lovely women just about experienced the same things in their lives so they decide to focus on consoling Ren instead of raising barrels & flags, good friends i must say . Ren informs Ele & Sim that her dad was nothing but short of an ogre who has caused her daunting pain cause she profoundly loved a peon but the peon is now dead as bonkers ( I don't know why Ele & Sim are complaining , least they don't have to pay child support to anyone well atleast not yet. They are not in the same lucky category as Malaria who only lives to extort ) We also don't have shortage of mother of the year speeches in this episode in order to make Ren feel better ( I admit some speeches almost moved me to tears but no action is getting old fast and i truly hate the fact that Ren's still blind .) Also later on a bench in a church Ren counsels Ele to meet some love too , Barragan is the perfect candidate but Ele refuses because the calamity of their pasts would only serve to doom them. She also learns that Pab was Bar's son, responding with pity
- Pat went to look for Ren at the hacienda but Faust invited him to take a drink instead to have a little conversation. I don't remember correctly but i think Faust was quite gleeful at the thought of Pat boinking his wife ( This romance is tearing my mind , just give us a real love story already. It's like we have close to no happy couples in this novela cause endless depression , unrequited love , money- hoeing, lying & pretending must be the motto of life in this mugroso town seriously the most happy person in this novela is Meliton who is Pro Herbalife yet doesn't smoke weed) . FACT : This town lacks Jesus!
- Curiously Mat & Tomas ( Without his holy dress he is quite hot i must say) observe Domingo obviously getting healed straight away playing football. Mat tells that Tomas was right on the fact that Mat is denouncing all of the morals Ele taught him which includes trying to divorce DianaConda in vain. But he is too blinded in love he says , Abi's love is his only salvation. Mat enlightens that Tom couldn't possibly understand since Tom never experienced love as a whole. Mat decides to play some football while Tom gets a visit from the lighting bolted Ximena ( I found this song quite fitting for Ximena, anyone agree ? ) and we receive a little romance foreshadowing as Tom apologizes for ignoring her but he actually wanted to meet her. Xi wants them to become friend's but i kinda doubt she knows Tom's a priest. Meanwhile Mat's won the little football game and Pat comes to greet but Xi sees him so she goes away , like a lighting bolt ( Least Mat's shiny head is good for something, he should join Barcelona should our souls find penance ) . Mat was about to talk to Xi but she's already gone. Pat tells Tom that Xi only lives to make his life as torturous as an ant's life .
- Julian and Stupid Tony have a little spat at Cougar's place. Julian begins irritating him for his alcoholism but Tony threatens to leak intel that Daddy Dearest was a trailed criminal at it finest. Interestingly , Julian orders coffee instead of Tony's pleading tequila ( When Fabian Robles tell's you to stop, you better stop!) . The sisters come and Julian informs them of their new supposed exporter ( Exporter of dirt maybe) . The scene is obviously uncomfortable for Efgenia cause she has to support Tony's smirking presence so Julian gives Tony money to have some fun at the cantina but he rejects and leaks intel of the new casino. The sisters condemn the owner for his sins unknown to them that THEY are damning themselves ! ( By the way i really started to hate Tony a lot, before he was a good charming boy whom i felt bad for but now he is just an annoying little twat which sort of reminds me of Big Brother twerps)
- Elena on the way home with Mat is thinking about what Ren told her ( The mysterious facts in which Diego came on the world a year later than Mat and that his mom's name was Isabel, Vic's daughter) . She also has flashbacks of Young Fausto rejecting her for a campecina. Mat tries to break her silence and Ele tells him that she has been thinking on the words his father uttered at her but since Mat has been doing the same thing with Diana, he might as well support his father's actions !
- Max comes home and thinks it was Lucio who beat up Diego but after countless screams , Luc utters that it was Faust who did it. Max demands that they leave the hacienda ASAP but Luc refuses since this is his job, his dream life and his "brother" Faust that he is leaving. Max accepts his decision but on the condition that he never harms the people he is protecting. Luc wonders why his ideology changed & Max responds that as long as he lives , he will protect the ones he loves the most .( You're like 40 episodes too late bro!)
- There was some scene with Lucio& Diana nearly having a romance scene but Mat comes so Diana makes Lucio squirrel right where he came from and this Dumb is not Nuts, just Dumb . Diana begins the day with fresh jealousy just like all other days in the week like a juice ain't more healthy but Mat escorts her somewhere where i don't remember , perhaps to bugger off for good. Also Mat told Pat before that he's not sleeping with Di anymore in the same bed
- Abi goes to war with Fausto face to face demanding patiently to not make Diego, Ben nor Mel leave their current position cause even if Fausto is administrating her tierras , Abi is still in charge of the decisions made. Faust agrees to all of her proposals just to further his sick machinations. He also agrees to stop barricading access to the river. The final scene of the episode includes Faust's sick invitation to Abi for breakfast as a consequence of his generous behavior the previous night . She apologizes to him for her rash demeanor but she likes him but Faust doesn't mind , in fact he adores her rebellious personality to face their obstacles without frenzy. " We are so much alike" utter both Einsteins ughhh.

No problem Anon as long as you found it enjoyable. This schoolwork is kind of driving me nuts alongside the new unforgivable schedules we are getting in a few of weeks.)
Pertaining the episode i was annoyed at Tony very much and Pat should have just shoved Faust from where he came from immediatly , i cannot get how he can be friends with someone who made death threats to him not a while ago.
I like on how Ren, Ele and Sim made their alliance. They are three women who suffered a lot but i hope their friendship cures their wounds and helps them fight back.

I actually watched this episode. Was happy to see Ren unburdening herself with the two nicest ladies in town, who both had similar secrets.

Renata is getting a ton of mileage out of her story. She has now unburdened herself with Dr. Pat, Com. Barragan, Padre Tomas, Helena, and Simona. Did I forget anybody? The more people she tells without telling Abi, the worse it gets. I thought it was interesting that they were showing the worst possible outcome with Simona. It justifies Helena and Renata's fears, and at the same time shows how wrong they are for continuing to lie. People definitely get pissed when you do this to them.
I am watching the show Lost on DVD, and every time somebody turns around, somebody in that tiny group is keeping something from somebody else "for their own good," "because they can't handle it," "they'll panic." I told my husband that if he ever doesn't want to tell me something, to at least own the reason, e.g. "I don't want to hear your reaction," "I want to handle this alone," "I'm not interested in your input." I'll probably still be pissed, but slightly less so than if it were done 'for my own good.' Keeping the other person in the dark is a control issue that the one in the dark resents.
Macaria planted the idea that Abi marry Max for sympathy and to get some money. Somebody in our forum hoped that doesn't happen, but I felt like a door to it was opened last night. Hopefully it won't be walked through.
I was underwhelmed with Diego's physique during his bout with the bad guys. Very doughy. As much as I can't stand the Mat character, he does have a hard body. He started to drone on to Padrecito at the playground, though.
In general, I am continuing to watch this novela in order to see it through to the end, but just not getting much enjoyment out of it like when it started. I used to like Fausto and Lucio, but Fausto has become a farce of himself, and is utterly ridiculous in his pursuit of a young girl who thinks he's her father (although he doesn't know that). Lucio is just worried about Max and killing people. Haven't had any character depth in a while. I was never a big fan of Renata and she hasn't won me over with her endless spinelessness.
Anyway, sorry to be such a downer! Thanks for listening! I can't watch tonight, or may just catch the end, but I'll see you tomorrow night.

The funny thing about Ferdinando (Diego) is that he used to be a hard body. He was super buff in En Nombre del Amor. It makes me wonder if he's cut back on the body sculpting for a reason.
Good thing Renata has gain more allies, but she could just tell Abi the truth she is strong enough to handle it. I also can't believe Fausto is still hung up on Abi, so creepy. Thanks Countx, hope your school year ends great.

Count, Thank you for your time and effort on this very interesting recap. You pointed out a very sad fact, that there are no happy couples in this entire town. Even Sombra has two loving couples, (Lola's grandparents & the Lagos). I think Ren bff's are going to encourage and give Ren much needed push to tell Abigail the truth already. Tn4ever said it perfectly, it is a control issue. It is patronizing to make oneself the judge of withholding very important information for "someone's own good.). Look at all the "good" (I say this dripping w heavy sarcasm) that Vicenta's refusal to tell Diego anything has caused him. At Bruno's gravesite, she was talking to Bruno and smiling and saying that although everyone believed he was Diego's dad, that only
both of them knew he wasn't. She could have at least set everyone totally straight on that!! She allowed everyone to be mislead and Poor Diego has paid dearly, especially getting flogged by FARTO!! I used to be amused
at his manipulations, now I HATE him forever.
So yes, ITA that people that withhold something from you, own up to it and have the guts to say
the real motivation instead of the lame "for your own good." It makes to sick to even see Abi think he us Mr Wonderful. I think Abi and Matt belong together, they are both dumb and boring. I think your bullet recap was stupendous and enough to give as a recap. Sometimes one's schedule is so filled, that recapping is a bonus.
personally, I would more than happy with the recaps for this Novela being all in bullets. The Spanish is easy to understand, not like MCET with all the slang and SN's screaming.
I hope there is some serious fallout from Mac's anonymous letter to Mateo. To bad he will probably have to wait until the twins are born to do a DNA test since doing one now might endanger them.
