Que Te Perdone Dios: Discussion Page
Labels: que-te
- Mat demands a divorce. Diana says she'll NEVER divorce him and will tie him up in red tape for decades if he tries. She demands Fausto give her money to fight Mat legally. Fausto just wants them BOTH out of his house. Diana points out that if he helps her hang on to Mat, Mat won't be in Fausto's way in his quest to get into Abi's shorts.
- Diana convinced Helena that Abi is the real problem and the only reason Mateo is insisting on divorcing her and abandoning his babies. Helena falls for it hook, line and sinker, because she doesn't want her son to become like his deadbeat dad (Fausto).
- Helena and Diana go to Renata's house and confront Abi. Abi basically says nothing and lets them rant at her. Diana asks point blank if something happened between Abi and Mat in Mexico City. Abi really doesn't answer. Fausto has been listening, and comes in to defend Abi. Renata also joins the fray and she and Fausto stand side by side of Abi defending her. Helena calls Fausto out for his hypocrisy, and they both start accusing each other of being responsible for his brother's death. Mac overhears, just as Mat and Pat walk in and ask what's going on. Mac gleefully tells Mat his mother and uncle were blaming each other for his father's death. Everyone cools down and starts hiding the truth. Ren tells Mat that Mac heard wrong.
- Nothing gets resolved in the argument about Mat, Abi, Diana and the divorce. Abi tells them all that very soon this will be resolved and she won't be a problem (her upcoming secret marriage to Diego).
- Menawhile, Padre frets about marrying Abi to her supposed uncle Diego. He meets with Vicenta who tells him Diego is not Bruno's son, but tells him the real story. The audience does not get to hear what she ways, until the end when she says that if Diego knew the truth of what happened, this could end in him killing somebody (his real bio dad?). Padre will keep his mouth shut, per the confessional rules.
- Unfortunately, Connie still doesn't know the truth, and is still worried about Abi marrying her uncle. She also gets on Renata's case about telling Abi the truth already. She speaks for the audience when she points out that she didn't abandon Abi, so it isn't the same as the situation she outlined for Abi, where Abi said she's never forgive. Connie also points out how each lie will only make things so much worse when Abi learns the truth. Renata just simply says that Abi CAN'T learn the truth. What she needs to do is get rid of Mac, somehow.
- Mac and Ren argue, and Mac plays with her by moving around. Then when Ren leaves her room, Mac searches Ren's drawers for, and finds, some sort of document. (Didn't see the last episodes, so someone else can probably explain what this was.)
- Ren added another lie to the pile of b.s. fed to Abi and tells her that her daughter died when she was still a baby, and Mac was just told that she gave the baby away.
- Ximena and Daniela hang out with each other, being all evil and crazy and stuff. Ximena tells Daniela how she did her a "favor" by telling Pat that she both loves him and hates him. Now Daniela can continue to be as nice to him as she wants, and Ximena can continue to be a beyotch to him.
- Ren tells Pat that she met "Ximena." She was really nice, really sweet, and still LOVES Pat. She also helped get Simona out of jail. Pat doesn't believe it, since each time he's seen (real) Ximena, she's been nothing but hateful to him.
- Lucio takes Mat to the local hospital for leukemia treatment. Pat takes them to the specialist, who lays out the options for treatment, including a round of chemo. Lucio is not happy to hear that the cure might make him sicker than the actual disease.
Ugh i hate Elena's stupidity so much, Diana truly got her on a hook! I wonder how long Diana's hocus pocus is gonna last.
Too bad nothing was actually revealed during the confrontation, only tantrums .
Ximena is a real bad hoe but i think she still has some hots for Pat, now both of the sisters can get messy with Pat considering he'll think Xi's got bipolar.
I also liked when Renata was like "I was with Abigail the entire time" and Fausto was like "Except the night you were having dinner with Patricio" and Patricio was like "Well it was actually TWO nights."
I too hate that so much truth is buried and bruised , cause when its all out we will have to deal with literally 4 same plotlines ( One for Mat, One for Diego, One for Abi ) . I know family secrets are supposed to be one of the main points of this novela but i am slowly getting annoyed of it. And i am just too anxious for Ren to get her sight back, just take the damn operation. I suppose with the neurosurgery conference mini plot they are setting the terrain for Ren's 2nd operation.
Could the document Macaria found be the deed to Abi's hacienda? Abi gave it to Renata for safe-keeping, though I don't know what Macaria would want with it. I don't remember anything in the last couple of episodes about any documents.
As to what Macaria now wants with it? No clue. I'm only assuming it's the deed, as I don't remember any other legal looking documents she may have been looking for.

Macaria did find and steal the deed (escrituras) to Enramada. I don't quite understand how stealing the deed gives her ownership of the property but she seems to think so.
Max has chronic lymphocytic leukemia. It is a disease of older adults which generally progresses very slowly and responds quickly to treatment initially. The patients I've had who had this all lived for quite a long time in remissions though all ultimately died from a relapse. It'll be interesting to see how Max does.

My theory about Diego is still that he's Fausto's son (and Mat's brother). After Vicenta's tearful and fearful confession about how Diego will react to whatever the truth is, I'm now also convinced that his mother was raped and that's how she became pregnant. I can see how Vic would think that would incite violence in Diego.
I think I prefer your theory more. however since that makes Mateo and Diego brothers, I don't see why the priest would now object so vehemently to Diego marrying Abigail since they would not be related.

Doesn't Ximena/Daniela look fabulous and elegant in her outfits? I wonder if she or the costumers selects her clothes?

Carlos, I gather from your comment today and another you made in the past that you are a doctor. What an interesting perspective you can provide for us. Thank you!
The Pablo theory is fascinating. Chronologically it is possible, as long as Pablo is a few years older than Ren, or if he's another 14 year old father like Julio. But I have always assumed it is Fausto, too, and that would seem to better explain Vic's fear of diego's violence. But maybe he would want to kill Renata for stealing Pablo away.
Who will find out who their daddy is first? Abi (daddy and mommy), Mateo or Diego?
Well yes, I think that Laisha Wilkins has a very special unique beauty (I freely admit that she reminds me of an old flame) and that she is an extremely talented and gifted actress. She manages to bring a dimension to often less than admirable characters causing one to care about her even while despising many of her undesirable traits. She is also an extremely sensual and sensuous actresses who is able to express this without resorting to overt obscene devices.
"Can anyone tell me why all the women look so anaemic."
What exactly do you mean by this? Anemia for me is a specific medical diagnosis manifested by pallor caused by lack of red blood cells. Though I haven't noticed a lot of pallor in the TN women I would love to address this with you if you are referring to something more general such as a lack of robustness or something else.
By the way, I'm genuinely enjoying both Macaria and Fausto in their respective roles. His portrayal of an amoral world-weary aging lecher and her portrayal of an equally amoral obsessed fading beauty are maddeningly delicious.

Pablo is way too young to be Diego's dad, i thought he was in his 20's , atleast thats what his appearence looked like.
