I only saw the last few minutes, but it was clear to me that Fausto was behind the fire, and that he just totally duped stupid Abi into sharing ownership of the ranch with him. Didn't know he started the episode duping Renata into believing him about Diana. Abi and Renata are dopes.

Poor Diego! It wasn't very smart of him to kidnap Dom from a government facility and then hide him in his grandma's house. He should have found somewhere else. Mel's place perhaps.

Fausto is running a really long con with Abi. Now they are going to be socios, working side by side to rebuild the Enramada? Phase one was completed by acting like a good guy around the house, and now this must be phase two, her really getting to know him as they work together. This is going to be his last hurrah, because he doesn't have enough years of life left to woo anybody else on this schedule. And he is hugely miscalculating something: Abi feels close to him because she believes he is her dad, not because she is interested in him as a potential new boyfriend. He burns down her place to start phase two. All for a throw away night together that he hopes to get with her. Ridiculous.

The whole platonic sleeping together between Mat and Abi makes no sense, and I can't believe they have gotten away with it twice. Last night Mat slept in his shoes and jacket. How on earth could you get refreshing sleep like that?

I hope the Max/Teodora situation can be resolved. Last we saw, Motor was pretty revved up (sorry!) about getting back at Lucio.

Why did Ximena act so surprised about the jewels? Couldn't she figure out that it was obviously done on Daniela's watch, and make more discreet inquiries of Porfiro to get the details? People are going to think Xi-ela has early Alzheimer's, they way they don't "remember" so many things from one week to the next. And Daniela told Porfis not to mention it again anyway!

Well, it didn't take long for those lab results to come back, and for Fausto to rub it in Ren's face that Diego is not her brothrr. But I am sure that Ren will do what she can to help Diego. I just hate that she thinks that Fau will help Diego, NOT!

I hope that Fausto's anvil is slow and painful.

I am liking Max. I was surprised, but happy to see him punch Lucio the other day, when he found out about the rape. Max seems to have genuine feelings for Teo, but he needs to get away from his father. Lucio is nothing but bad news. I was so afraid for Domingo when Lucio was holding him. Lucio wouldn't blink an eye before hurting Dom,, just as he didn't think twice before killing Freddy. Lucio's anvil should be as bad or worse than Fausto's.

Thank you Countx, i really can't figure out if the people in this novella lose their brain cells or don't use them at all, because Abi, Renata, Elena e.t.c have been played by Fausto so many times and can't figure out he is a perpetual liar and just crazy evil and manipulative.The fact that Abi still believes Fausto is her Dad is puzzling, but not strange considering the fact she has been lied to about virtually everything and she just believes it. Poor Diego no matter how desperate that was a very bad idea, i hope he is reunited with Domingo soon. Also wishing that the Max and Teodara conflict will be resolved soon. Mateo is courting the devil by sleeping in the same room with Abi while he is still married to Diana, bad idea.
 

Thank you Countx, .I can't remember seeing a Novela where all the good guys get shit thrown in their face over and over and the bad guys are the ones throwing it in fist fulls.

There isn't an ounce of equality at all.

Maybe if they had cast someone other than SG, the novela might be doing better. Plus I wish they had opened the storyline up to other lines instead of the sick Fausto /Abigail line.


Will Abigail be able to marry Diego now?

 

Victoria, i dont think SG is that bad. In my opinion his acting is the best in the show followed by Lucio ,Diego and Macaria. The main problem for me is the lack of protangoist resistanse just like you said since the villians keep winning the game. Mac wasted a great chance of destroying Faust with revealing herself as the Anonimo, she should have kept herself hidden and work from the shadows.Instead she just used it as a threat plot and we all know that Faust is not moved by threats, he makes the threatening part. SG , Fernando Valencia & Sabine is the main reason why i began watching and recapping this show because they are one of my favorite actors

Ren should have more resistance for a man who assaulted her THREE times without remorse nor guilt and she should have been operated ages ago. My bet is that they try to see the good in everything and this will be their downfall.
 

Thank you Countx, the villians have been winning every round, i thinks it about time the good guys wised up and stop letting themselves be played around. The Abi and Fausto story line also needs to stop downright disgusting
