Lo Imperdonable #92 Wed 9/23/15 An Attempted Murder and A Chase in the Jungle All on a Bed of Roses

Lo Nuevo
Manny continues his assault on Pablo's lifeless body. He drags Pablo out the front door.

Casa SanTelmo
Marty and Vero are in the midst of the afterglow of their love-making session. He promises to love her every instant that he is alive. Vero doesn't want anything or anyone to separate them again. He promises to protect her and their privacy as he should always have done. Vero says that she knows their love will light the way, but that if she ever gets impatient, and wants to open up old wounds, to hold her and never let go. He promises to do just that.

Mexico City
At the hospital (the only one in El D.F.), Salma and Jorge have a heart to heart in the cafe. Salma was young and innocent. She gave herself (sexually) to a man who seduced her with lies and when he got what he wanted he left. She later realized she was pregnant. Jorge asks if that man was her cousin. She says that no, her cousin Roberto only took advantage of the fact that she was pregnant because his wife could not have children. They took advantage of her post partum depression and stole Salma's baby when she was 2 months old.

In Ginny's hospital room she is nagging to herself, and the patio, about why she has to be sick now. She blames her illness on worrying about Mati talking up a storm. She needs to get rid of Mati, or she's going to be in a world of trouble. She doesn't know if her heart will resist everything she needs to do. If things keep going wrong, she is in danger of getting worse. But she can't be negative. She needs to think that her situation will get better. In the meantime she will use her illness to her advantage. She's going to make Vero look like a liar. She's going to make her pay.

Back at the café Jorge asks why Salma didn't press charges against her cousin. She says because they had already registered Ginny, and she could not prove that the baby was hers. Jorge wants to know why she didn't tell him that Ginny was her daughter from the beginning. She thought he would reject her if he knew the truth. She's always loved him and was afraid of losing him. Jorge wants to know when she plans on telling Ginny the truth. Salma does not think it's necessary; Ginny would not understand. Jorge does not plan on being Salma's accomplice, and advises her to tell Ginny the truth. She agrees to do so, but doesn't think it's the right moment because of Ginny's health. Jorge realizes he lived this whole time in Salma's lie. He had always thought that Salma never knew what it was like to be pregnant and have a child. Salma says she's sorry she lied.  Jorge says that he is even more sorry, because lies end up separating couples, and inevitably that is what will happen with them. He doesn't know if he can forgive her. He tells her to go see her daughter and leaves the hospital café. Left alone Salma says she doesn't need Jorge's forgiveness. She just wants him to stop questioning her. She will never tell Ginny the truth. Ginny would hate her if she knew that Salma sold her.

Pueblo Nuevo - Hotel
Emi is setting the table for a romantic dinner with Vero. He says he needs to separate Vero from Marty. He can't leave any opportunities open for Marty to get Vero back, as the patio sees that the happy couple is at it again on their bed of roses.

In Blanquita's room, Gramps tells her and Polo that they are going to have to obey him if they want to see AP again. Gramps wants to know who told Pablo about the baby. They have no idea. Gramps thinks it was Blanquita that spilled the frijoles. She says that AP did not want Pablo to find out because it would cause problems. Gramps orders everyone to say that AP is not preggers. Reymunda says it's no use. Pablo knows that AP is carrying his child, and besides, it's true. Gramps insists that they deny the truth. Blanquita says that would be lying and her father doesn't like for them to lie. Gramps tells her that her father is the last person to be giving lessons about morality. Joaquin is at home thinking that he needs to recover his family. He needs to convince Reymunda that it's all a misunderstanding.

Casa SanTelmo
As Vero and Marty sleep, Nanciyaga makes her way in and is in disbelief to find her patron with la mujer blanca. The look on her face is of betrayal. Marty sees her, quickly puts his pants on, and takes her into another room, while Vero is left sleeping.  He wants to know why Nanciyaga is there. She says he is hurting her. She doesn't know how much she has hurt him, says Marty. He doesn't want her to ever come in his house again. Nanci sees rage in her patron's eyes. Marty says it's not only rage, but anger, deception, and pain. How could she keep the truth from him? Why didn't she tell him that Vero was not guilty of Dimi's death. Nanci says that there were dark clouds full of confusion, and the stars were not aligned. She was going to tell him the truth when mujer blanca came. Why? Why didn't she tell him the truth, he wants to know. He tells her that he hates her, and to never get near him or Vero ever again. He never wants to see her again. He tells her to leave. Nanci insists that he needs to hear from her mouth why she kept quiet. She says she loves her patron with the strength of a "pantera". And with that same strength she is willing to fight for his love. He tells her that what she is saying is absurd and impossible. He wants Nanci to stay away from them, to leave them in peace, and to not hurt them anymore. He does not want to see her again, and wants her to leave. Nanci warns him that mujer blanca to going to disappear, and cause him great pain in his heart and soul. He tells her to shut up and leave; she is lying. She says "la verdad aunque no la diga no deja de existir." In other words, hiding the truth doesn't keep it from existing. She repeats that mujer blanca is going to disappear as Vero stares at her from the doorway. Vero walks in and wants to know why Nanci is saying this. Isn't the hurt that she caused them enough to not want to keep poisoning their relationship with lies. Nanci insists she is not lying and that there is a lot of pain in her patrons future and that it's mujer blanca's fault. Vero tells her to shut up; to understand that she is not going to separate them. Give up! Leave them in peace and leave. Nanci yells, annoyingly, that she only wants to protect her patron. Marty asks Nanci to protect him from her, herself! Vero tells Nanci to get it through her thick and stubborn skull that she and Marty love each other, and always will. Vero tells her to leave and never come back. She either leaves on her own, or Vero will throw her out. Nanci says that only her patron can throw her out; her ears are deaf to mujer blanca's words. Marty tells Nanci that she has left him no other option. He orders her to leave. He tells her to get out and never come back. He takes her by the arm to the front door, and tells her for everyone's good, don't ever come back. She wants to know how he can be so cruel; he is making her heart bleed. He turns to Vero then turns to Nanci and says can't you understand? (I already have a woman). Nanci says she will leave but the bad vibe will stay. They will remember the echo of Nanci's words with tears in their eyes. She FINALLY leaves and Vero declares that Nanci is crazy. Vero knows it wasn't easy for Marty to do that, but she feels that now more than ever they need to defend their love. He says he's sorry she had to go through that; for her he is willing to do anything. He recalls the convo they had about having children together. Vero doesn't want one, but lots of children with Marty. She wants to be filled with happiness and love. Marty is dying to have children (and be a father) with Vero. Smoochies...

Julio is at confession with the Padresito. He's tired of being a coward and for not killing Manny and Gramps. Padre can't believe what Julio is saying. Julio promised to keep quiet but he has to tell the Padre that AP is pregnant and that her life is at risk in the hands of Manny and Gramps. Julio knows he is doing wrong in breaking his silence and telling the Padre about AP, but he needs to save her and he wants the Padre's help. Julio wants him to talk to Gramps. Blanquita and Polo know that AP is locked up too. The Padresito can't make any promises because he can't tell anyone what Julio has told him in confession, but he is going to think of how he can help.

AP, still in her cell, feels in her heart that something bad is happening, but she can't pinpoint what it is. She yells out for help. She prays to the Virgen for help.

At the bar (Purgaturio?) a woman comes in looking for someone named Poncho. Ramon comes to her rescue, thinking she has been looking for him and wants a kiss. He offers her a kiss and gets a slap.

Mexico City
Maggie leaves Mati's bedside to get something to eat. She runs into Jorge in the hallway. They talk about Ginny and her illness. Jorge now believes that Dr. Dan and Ginny were lovers.  Jorge tells Maggie that Aaron killed his brother and called Vero from jail. Maggie says Aaron will always be dangerous. She doesn't even want to think what will happen if he gets out of jail. Jorge says not to worry. He will make sure that Aaron spends the rest of his life behind bars. Maggie thanks him. Her appetite is gone now, but Jorge urges her not to let Aaron affect her. He accompanies her to get a bite to eat.

During Jorge and Maggie's conversation, Ginny has made her way to Mati's room. While Mati sleeps, Ginny grabs a pillow and walks toward the bed. She is about to cover Mati's face with the pillow when there is a knock at the door. Ginny hides in the corner behind the door as a nurse walks in to give Mati her medication. Oh man, that was a close one.

Ginny runs back to her room and jumps into bed. Salma surprises Ginny when she comes out of the bathroom. When Salma asks where she is coming from, she says she went to look for the doctor. Salma feels Ginny is hiding something from her. Ginny can't believe that her tita doesn't believe her.  Salma tells her to stop playing the victim. She has had a hard enough time defending her to Jorge. Ginny claims she is the victim and plays the guilt card. Salma wants the truth. Was Ginny Dr. Dan's lover? Ginny swears on her dead mother that they were never lovers.

At a bar in the city, Dr. Dan swears that Ginny will pay. She never showed up with the money she promised. He is going to call Salma to tell her exactly what kind of person Ginny really is.

Mina Escondida
Out in the jungle Nanciyaga brings out the shells. They tell her that the danger still exists for her patron even though he refuses to listen. She asks the shells to let her protect her patron, to not let la mujer blanca be the owner to patron's heart. She swears she will be the only owner to her patrons heart. That she will be in his desires, his head, and his heart like a burning arrow full of fire.

Casa SanTelmo
Marty gives Vero a tour of the house and she loves it. She wants to stay there already, but Marty says he wants to go to the hotel because he needs a bed. The floor of petals is hard on his back. She agrees because she has something to do at the hotel. She tells him to trust her and he says that he will never doubt her again. Kisses. As they prepare to leave for the hotel, Vero talks about the tender side of Marty that she wants to get to know better. She wants that Marty to be the father of her children. He is dying to have a family with her and can't wait to see their children running around the house. He lovingly begs for five more minutes before they have to leave. Hugs and kisses.

Blanquita and Polo are locked in a room. Polo is upset and wants to see AP. He is sure that she is locked up somewhere too. Blanquita doesn't understand her mother. Isn't a love between a husband and wife supposed to be strong? Polo doesn't want to loose his father.  Meanwhile, Gaby has come to say good bye to Joaquin at his house. She is crying and tells him that he was a great friend.  She hopes he can forgive her one day. He says he has nothing to forgive her for. On her way out she "drops" her hankie on the floor, unnoticed by Joaquin. Hmmm...

AP, still locked up, is sweating away when Manny stops by to bring her dinner. He makes fun of her and her crying. She tells him he doesn't have a heart. He tells her that Pablo told him the same thing. She wants to know if Pablo is in town. He says he WAS here, but he kept his promise that if he came back he would kill him. We see a body in the middle of a field in the jungle. While eating, Manny tells AP that he always keeps his promises. AP screams that she hates Manny. She will never forgive him. She throws some food in his face and runs off (the cell door was open). A chase in the jungle ensues.

While in Ginny's room, Salma gets a call from Dr. Dan. Ginny looks worried. Dr. Dan tells Salma about a recording he has that will tell her what kind of person Ginny really is. Ginny fakes being out of breath to get Salma off the phone. But she isn't totally fooled. She wants to know why Ginny looked so worried and what recording Dr. Dan has of her. Dr. Dan himself realizes that Salma won't believe him because she is blinded by Ginny. He is going to have to show the recording to Vero or Marty.  In the hospital room, Ginny cries that everyone is against her and she doesn't deserve it. She doesn't know anything about a recording. She was being blackmailed by Dr. Dan. Salma is confused and wants to know what else Ginny is hiding. Ginny cries that she wants to die. She blames Vero for everything and says that Vero is accusing her of throwing Mati down the stairs. Ginny just wants to die.

The chase in the jungle is now between AP, Manny and Julio. It goes on for a while until we see that AP dropped her purse. Julio finds it.

Blanquita and Polo, still locked up,  pray that their parents will reconcile.

Reymunda goes to talk things out with Joaquin. He swears that Gaby and him are only friends and he never cheated. Reymunda thinks Gaby wanted to take advantage that Joaquin was alone. They start arguing when Joaquin defends Gaby. During the fight Reymunda sees the hankie that Gaby left dropped. Reymunda gets upset.

In the jungle Julio calls out to AP and she hears him, but so does Manny.

At the hotel, Emi is putting the final touches on the romantic dinner he has planned for Vero. Marty strolls in with Vero and they start making out in the lobby just as Emi walks in and sees them.

End of Episode.

Thank you so much, AuntyAnn, for a spectacular, detailed and action-packed recap.

So are the writers determined to thin the herd? Is Pablo really dead? I keep hoping against hope that he is not.

Was it just my imagination, or did Salma actually thought-bubble that she had SOLD Ginny and that's why no one could ever know the truth?

Things are looking very dark right now. ay ay ay!

And what HAVE they done with Onyx?

AuntyAnn this was a fabulous recap of last night. Thank you so much. I loved the title. It was perfect for this episode.

So Salma was seduced then dumped by a man after he got what he wanted with her. Ooh who could that be? Aaron maybe?

Marty and Vero need a lock on that door and do they need to learn to use it. Nanci sure had some nerve walking in uninvited. How would she even know they were there?

Speaking about Nanci, she has lost it. Was she trying to do a love spell or what when she was all alone in the dark outdoors?

Poor Pablo. I hope someone finds him. He really should have gone with someone when he went to the Goat House Of Horrors.

AP is free. Please oh please writers let Julio find her and take her to safety. Don't let that pyschopath Manny find her. And speaking about Manny anyone else disappointed that that the soup was boiling hot when AP threw it at his face?

More on Salma.. there is definitely more story in her past I think.

And Julio .. Why not tell the Padre out of confession what you know so he could help. Although there is not much Padre could do.

I was afraid for Mati when I saw Virginia with the pillow. Glad the nurse came and saved Mati's life. Magda needs to stay with her 24/7 and not leave her sight.

Slama opening her eyes for a few seconds about Virginia came all of a sudden, no? I am glad it happened because even though Virginia weaseled herself out the situation the seed of doubt has been planted.

NovelaMaven,

She kind of mumbled the line but it did appear like she said that she had sold (vendi) Virginia although it also sounded that she had said that she had lied (menti) and that's why Virginia would not forgive her. The CCs did say that she had sold her.

I guess we'll know soon enough what she meant but it would a nice twist if it turns out that she did sell Virginia.

I'm wondering about Onix as well. Where could he be? Will we have to call PETA?

Meant to say:

And speaking about Manny anyone else disappointed that that the soup was NOT boiling hot when AP threw it at his face?

Wow. Lots of revelations last night. And we're seeing a much tougher Salma. Yes, I also heard that she "sold" her little daughter, and rather enjoyed her salty "I don't need YOUR pardon, Jorge." I know we're supposed to like him and hate her, but he's been a little self-righteous during this marriage-unraveling period.

Seems like the writers are messing with all the characters...making them more malevolent or more whiney than ever. I'm finding all the on-steroids-drama to be a bit wearying, but needs must. Too bad our much victimized Ana Perla still has on her city girl shoes as she stumbles through the undergrowth in the dark. And poor Pablo. I'm guessing he'll resurrect. And poor Julio will die in a fight with malignant Manual. But who knows? I figured Matilde was a goner but she's still breathing.

Thanks as always for a beautifully detailed recap, Aunty Ann. And I love your blog name. Sounds so cosy. I always imagine the aroma of apple pie, cinnamon and nutmeg when I read it. Get your apron on, girl!

Wonderful recap! I missed this one last night.

Anon208: I too agree that Vero caved in so easily. Also, the fact that she said something about "if I bring up the past hurts, hug me and don't let me go" drives me crazy. Like saying, I give you a free pass to continue to not listen to my wants and stalk and force yourself on me.

I hate it when I dislike the galan and I can't help but dislike Marty. Same as in Robo and I disliked Alejandro.

Pablo can't be dead, or gosh, I really hope he isn't. Please Julio kill Manny and then go find yourself a nice girl!

Emi and Nanci definitely need to run into each other to forget about Vero and Marty.

Salma selling Ginny doesn't surprise me as we now know Ginny takes right after her mom. I do wonder how Ginny will react. She will probably just guilt Salma for all of her money.

I'm really surprised by the turnaround of Dr. Dan's character. Remember when he told Ginny he refused to hurt Vero because it went against his oath? Him not helping Alfredo seemed to go against character, as well as him trying to murder Marty. I didn't think it was in him to go that far.

Thank you for the wonderful recap AuntyAnn. I didn't understand half of what went on between Jorge and Salma so you're recap was a big help!

How stupid are these people? Salma's not going to tell Ginny, after Jorge said he would if she doesn't? Maybe when he tells Ginny Salma will be all "No, No! I'm the victim here, he's just trying to hurt me by spreading lies about me!" or maybe she'll try to kill Jorge to keep the truth a secret. Then we'll REALLY know that she's Vsnakes mommy.

I hate the out of control Goat family plot line right now. Raymunda is despicable, maybe as bad as OG or Manuel for allowing her children to be abused by them. I hope Joaquin takes the kids back to the city and that by the time Raymunda has realized her errors he is DONE with her.

Re Vero and Marty, I'm still trying to figure out if the mine lie early on (or the "hey everybody please do me a solid and lie to my wife for me") is going to come back to haunt him, or is that in the category of "I married you for revenge."

I think the next step for NanciG is boiled bunny. Sheesh!

Thank you again Aunty Ann!
Rebecca

From yesterday---I'm out on the West Coast and when I read the posts that went back and forth, it was too late to comment. Nina didn't post a spoiler. I saw the Nanciyaga scene that was mentioned. I don't remember if it came at the very end of the episode or in the advances but if a tv was turned on, that short scene was in there. Also, anyone that had Univision on for any length of time saw the Nanciyaga scene in Lo Imperdonable commercials. It was aired several times and so, no spoiler had occurred.

A short word on advances---Advances are great and give us something to look forward to. Sometimes the preview monkeys play with us and that's ok. They give us something to talk about---either right or wrong and should NEVER be banned.

A great recap as always---Always? Yes I know that you are a rookie but great as always just seems to fit your style.

Anon208---You beat me to it. I had the same thought last night about the confessional curtain. Shouldn't it had been closed? Catholics please respond. The only thing that I could think of at the time was that in a small town church, the rules may at times be lax.

So Salma sold Ginny. No wonder she will never tell Ginny the truth.

And speaking of Ginny/V-snake---She blames Vero for everything. What else is new?

So Vero and Marty are going to be apart--separated. The snails have spoken.

NovelaMaven---Onyx is out in the field chasing rabbits. Don't worry about him, he's fine which is more than I can say about Ana Perla and Pablo.

Mauricio---Call PETA? NEVER! Those crazies don't even want people ridding horses. Vero would not be happy for sure. Anyway, Onyx is as happy as a dog could be, I'm sure.

I was holding my breath when V-snake went for the old novella pillow/hospital act.
Thank God Mati is still alive.

must see tv

AuntyAnn thanks sooo much for the fantastic recap!!!! It was so detailed that I enjoyed reading it.

This Martin and Vero scene is one of best so far! I love seeing them together. I hope Vero does get pregnant, I would love to see Martin's expression. I didn't think they would get back together until towards the end of the TN. I thought Vero would date Emi.

Speaking of Emi, I do feel sad for him when he was preparing for dinner. He deserves someone that will love him. He has been so good to Vero but she will never love him. I do like Emi.

I HATE Nanci!!! She should just leave Martin alone. She should get it through her head that Martin will never want her. I can't believe she came to the house!!! I really can't stand her no respect at all.

A wild thought---Each night in the shows opening we see a bloody knife and a bloody
Manuel lying in Ana Perla's lap apparently dead. Pablo is there a few feet away looking shocked. Could it be that Pablo had just come on the scene after Manuel had been killed by Julio who isn't shown in the brief scene? Could it be--that Televisa is fooling us yet again?

the gringo

Thank you so much, AuntyAnn, for your terrific and detailed recap! I too love the title. It's absolutely perfect.

Gringo, you may be onto something re: Manuel lying in Ana Perla's lap in the introduction scenes. I so hope you're right.

When Manuel was in the cave with AP cutting whatever that was (a melon?) with that large knife, I was thinking now if only she could get that knife away from him. Then she had the perfect opportunity after she threw the tea in his face and he dropped it, and I'm thinking, "Grab it! Stab him! It's self defense," but does she do that? Of course not...ugh!

As for Salma, her initial conversation with Virginia after she saw her coming back to her hospital bed leads me to believe that she's known all along that Ginny has been playing "la víctima." I also understood the dialog to mean that Salma sold her. Doubt she'll tell Ginny that one.

Nanciyaga...she's really obsessed, and it looked to me in the avanzas that she's with Marty and giving him something to drink, which leads me to believe that he'll come out of that believing he's in love with Nanciyaga. Not a spoiler. Just in the avanzas, and my supposition. I really can't stand her right now.

I guess it's just my crazy take on things, but when people like Emi, Julio, and Nanciyaga love someone who is clearly in love with someone else and insist on trying to tear the lovers apart, it's just downright selfish and does not speak to me as true love. Alas, that's the soul of TNs, so not surprising:)

AuntyAnn, thank you for the recap, it was so good that you saved me from having to sit through the episode, for that, I am eternally grateful!

Now about the previews: Personally, I don't care for discussions on the previews because I feel that it's rude not only to the recapper- whose comments section is now taken up by discussions of an episode that has NOT AIRED and for the next recapper who the following night will have to recap an episode that has already been discussed the previous day! At that point why even bother? Is it too much to ask that we only discuss what happened in the episode that was just seen, like, you can't chill out and wait for 24 hours till the next episode is aired and a recap is posted?

I only speak for myself here, but yeah,I don't like discussions of upcoming episodes because simply put I think it steals two recappers thunder and it also leads to confusion because as we saw yesterday not EVERYONE catches the previews.

Good Afternoon Everyone,
So glad everyone enjoyed the recap. I just finished making some edits, including that Salma indeed sold Ginny! Geez, and we wondered where Ginny gets her mean streak. Also, please let me know if I missed anything so I can add it to the recap.

I hope that AP is able to get away from Manny. I too wanted her to somehow hurt Manny before getting out of the cell, but I guess it's not in her nature.

I want Nanci to GO AWAY! He's NOT INTO YOU! No matter how many times you roll the shells or make magic potions. He will never love you Nanci. Get it through your thick jungle skull. And I did see those avances, and I did not like what Nanci did.

I feel sorry for Emi. He is very insistant on wanting to take Vero away from Marty, but it's not as annoying as Nanciyaga. I think Emi is a good guy who deserves someone who loves him, and Vero is not that person. She only has love for him like a brother.

I love seeing Vero and Marty together. They have great chemistry.

Someone needs to hire round the clock security for Mati. As long as Ginny's around, her life is in danger.

Sorry I won't have time to individually thank everyone today. I am extremely busy at work. But I will try to check in from time to time.

Hasta Pronto!

Thanks for another stellar informative recap, AuntyAnn. In such a short time I've come to eagerly look forward to your unique and distinctive entertaining and informative recaps. You're a treasure.

Does anyone else find it extremely hypocritical that Martín of all people was scolding Nanciyaga for her lies and deception? Besides, I think we've already established that Nanciyaga never lies. Whenever he previously asked Nanciyaga pointblank if Verónica is the bad woman something always interrupted before she could answer. Nanciyaga said that Verónica will disappear... I'm sure that we can count on it. As gringo said:

"The snails have spoken."

Judy,

"I know we're supposed to like him and hate her, but he's been a little self-righteous..."

Actually, as far as I'm concerned, Jorge's sanctimony is downright annoying and disgusting. Whatever happened to that loving older couple that this show began with?

NovelaMaven,

"And what HAVE they done with Onyx?"

I want to see proof that onyx is alive and well... Now.

Carlos

Princess,
I see where you're coming from about the avances. It can be confusing, especially if you did not see the avances because Uni cut them out.

p.s. does it bother you that I call you Princess without the Juju?

So many compliments today! Thank you to all the commenters on the patio.

AuntyAnn- not at all!

I was so confused yesterday because I really thought I failed to recap a pretty big part of the episode!

Carlos---Good point about Nanciyaga--Marty, lies and deception.

the gringo

I must admit I like seeing the advances and discussing what is coming next and speculating. It builds momentum for the next episode. I don't see how this is a disservice to the recappers. I've never seen a recapped show that wasn't commented on because of the previous episodes advances and discussion. I truly value the work the recappers provide each night. I think it dampers the excitement of all of us if we can't have a full discussion of what we've seen. I do recognize that not all of us may see the same things though. I haven't seen advances for this show in awhile. I don't know if Televisa is not showing them on TWC or what. But I don't fault those that have seen advances from discussing. I only ask that no spoilers are given from people who have watched future episodes.

Gringo- my point is and will always be that one should respect the recappers and focus the discussion on the episode we have just seen, why should *I* or anyone else work 2,3 or four hours on a recap when the feedback i get back will be minimal because someone just *had* to discuss my episode ahead of time?

Now, I'm going to make this one easy. No one on Sombra censored anyone. People were asked to acknowledge the hard work the recappers do and in response at least one jerk went out of his/her way to call a recapper a "Nazi" and that's where the line was drawn, anyone who feels having a comment deleted is the same AS BEING KILLED or that the person deleting the comment is the same as a NAZI deserves to have his/her comments deleted. It is one thing to disagree with a recapper or fellow patio peeps, it's another to call someone something so vile.

Princess JuJu---I do agree that we should respect the recappers and their hard work.
I believe that I as well as everyone else does that. I also agree with Carvivlie's comment above that discussing all elements add excitement and momentum for the upcoming show---I don't see that as rude or disrespectful to recappers.

As far as La Sombra---I was surprised to read what you had wrote. I had not seen the comment that you mentioned---Yes, of course comments like that should be removed. I had no Idea about that. the censorship that I was talking about was that it was announced that not one word about any advances would be allowed and would be removed if written. That is when I left La Sombra.

I might add that I was VERY GLAD that no such rule was enacted on Lo Imperdonable.

Since you have strong feelings about discussing anything that is coming up, I will not mention anything on any of your recaps. If I forget, remind me please. I appreciate all of the Caray recappers and don't wish to be rude but once again, I think that it adds to the discussion, not takes away from it.

the gringo

Gringo- you would be surprised at the amount of abusive comments that Kat has to remove, that Nazi comment was actually tame in comparison to some of the other things that get posted but that not everyone sees.

Thank you for being willing to avoid posting about the previews on my recaps :)

Also, I want you to stop and think a second before you use the word "censorship"- read up on North Korea and what those people have to put up with- that my friend is censorship, being asked not to discuss previews is nothing compared to that.

(Ok, let me try this again. It's not easy to be judicious and selective in my moderation when there are some really great comments and feedback mixed in with outright rudeness and troll feeding.

1. The issue of whether avances are a valid topic of discussion is up to the individual recappers and/or teams. If someone mentions avances in the recap, that's probably a good sign it's ok to talk about them. If they don't include the avances, either don't mention them or ask first.

2. If you are asked not to discuss them, that does not constitute "censorship" nor is it in any way polite to say so. Nor is it in any way polite to dredge up a complaint about a recapping team that is not currently present.

3. I think this is a very apt illustration of exactly how this kind of discussion takes away from the recap at hand, for which *I* apologize, AuntyAnn. You did not deserve to have your recap ignored like this and I should have caught it sooner and put a stop to it.

If there's anything else, come yell at me via email. The other people hanging out here don't deserve to have their good time spoiled by a complaint that's really directed at me.)

5ft Latina,
No worries, and no need for apologies. Sometimes things need to be discussed, and this may be the only place to do it for some.

In regard to the confessional question.

As far as I know, a curtain is not needed for confession. I remember going to confession and being face to face with the priest. I think it is "tradition" to have something, whether it be a screen or curtain, between the confessor and priest, but it is not necessary. Of course this may also depend on the parish. I think I may do some research to make sure. I will get back to you all if I find out something.

Hasta Pronto!

I don't really like the turnaround of Dr. Dan's character either. I liked that he was friends with Veronica before. I'm not so sure that he was originally supposed to turn out to be a bad guy - I feel like his character was rewritten towards the end when the ratings started to drop...
