Lo Imperdonable #106 Tue 10/13/15 Blanquita Takes Center Stage And Danna Garcia Enters Stage Left.
Hi all. I'm filling in for Princess Juju who is busy with work. I don't have much time this morning to write a full recap so this will have to be highlights / bullet points. Luckily, not that much happened last night and it was rather disappointing given that we are so close to the end. I have always liked Blanquita and she's a sweetheart but last night felt like "The Blanquita Show" with so much focus on her character. Honestly, I felt that time was wasted on her when we could be moving things along. Oh well, we'll just have to go with the flow with what the monkey writers give us.
Annnd now .. it's time for bullet points!
- Manny flashes back to his
nauseatingheated make out session with Virginia the previous night. He laments that The Gold Scam was an epic fail and vows to make Remigio pay. I'd hate to be in Rem's shoes.
- Marty has been worried sick about Veronica who returns home very late. She doesn't tell him where she's been, but she does tell him that she wants to love him and that in order to have peace she'll have show that Virginia has lied and is a murderer. How will she do this? Well, he'll know that tomorrow night. As for tonight .. let the smooches began.
- Virginia has regained consciousness after keeling over when she found out that Mommie Dearest had sold her. Now she tries to emotionally blackmail the two dolts in the room with her a.k.a Emi and Jorge by telling them that what would make her truly relax would be if they'd press charges against Veronica for leaking their private corporate info. Jorge let's her know that it has all been cleared up and Veronica proved her innocence. Virginia now tries to lay the blame on Nico and Berta. Jorge's brain miraculously begins to work again and he questions her about her possible involvement in the whole thing. Virginia is offended and whines that Jorge never loved her not even after finding out that she is Salma's (the woman who he has always loved) daughter. Jorge replies with a "Oh, so now she's YOUR mother, when it's convenient for you!".
- Oooh what nice PJ's. Magda and Botel sporting their PJ's let Veronica and Marty know that they're getting married tomorrow. Happiness all around.
- Chelas is looking at the disguise that Aaron has chosen and thinks that no one will recognize him. Aaron is determined to show everyone just who he is.
- Marty and Vero have a date night and have a little din din at some restaurant.
- Pablo informs Mariana that he's all set to return home. He has even spoken with his new boss who has given him his permission to leave. Pablo leaves to pack and Mariana stays behind determined more than ever to have Pablo all for herself.
- *Waterworks* Meanwhile, Ana Perla weeps. She let's us know that she has to escape from her new jail.
- Manny is such a good little Christian that he decides to umm pay his respects. Yes, that's right pay his respects to his deceased Grandpa. He visits Gramps' grave and let's him know that he was absolved for having murdered him. Now he'll be able to live in peace with no guilt. He further decides to pay his respects by ramming that green stick that Gramps loved so much into the dirt where Gramps is buried. *thunder noise* and with that thunder we know that we are looking into the face of pure evil.
- What the... Manny has magically made it home so fast. Now he's "sorting through" Gramps things and finds a wad of documents. This can't be good.
- Raymunda's not too keen on the idea that Blanquita's new BF is an outsider. Luckily, Joaquin and Blanquita are able to change her mind. Raymunda will allow Blanquita to go to the city but she'll be taking her so she can meet this Arturo guy.
- Virginia saves her butt and let's Jorge know that she said what she said because well it's a fact that Salma is her Mommie Dearest whether she likes it or not. She points out that Jorge has not been able to forgive Salma either and says that she (Virginia) has more reasons to feel even worse than him about the whole thing. She cries and says that Salma had the obligation of letting her know that she was her daughter but instead had her as an adopted daughter. She whines that she had every right to be seen as her daughter and says that she's a true member of the family. Unlike Veronica. Now Emi questions her about her reasons for not being a part of the Veronica fan club and Virginia replies that she has many many many reasons. But why even bother talking when she always ends up losing. She whines that Emi and Jorge believed Veronica even though the info was leaked from her (Veronica's) email. An email that she (Virginia) had no access to. She whines some more about their treatment of her. Oooh lookie there ... she has made Jorge cry! Jorge sympathizes with Virginia now and tells her to calm down. He doesn't want anything bad to happen to her. He agrees that he'll believe in her but she'll have to show him that she deserves his trust. She eventually agrees to rest and when the two bozos have left the room she lets out her true colors and tells us on The Patio that if she's able to snatch Manny then she won't have to put up with those imbeciles anymore. She'll be Mrs. Richie Rich.
- Manny has been looking through the wad of documents and has found one with which he'll be able to get back at Joaquin with. What the... this can't be good!
- Blanquita promises her mother that she'll take care of herself and not just for her and for her dad but also for herself because she has a lot of plans. She asks her mother to let her show them that she's responsible. She's not a little girl anymore. Raymunda tells her that for her she'll always be a little girl and accepts that the reason she disapproved before was because she was not prepared for her to take this step. Blanquita promises her mother that she'll make her proud. Hugs.
- The two fools known as Emi and Jorge chat some more. Emi is confused and isn't sure if they were really mistaken with Virginia. Jorge realizes that he's responsible for how Virginia turned out because he accepted to be her father and because of something that Salma told him. He doesn't tell Emi what it is (but he let's us on The Patio know that he's referring to when Salma told him to watch out for Virginia). Emi tells Jorge that he's been thinking and it perhaps it was Nicolas who leaked the info because summing up all the info (including Nicolas' reasons for leaving) all fingers point to him. Emi now tells his dad that Nicolas left with Salma. Jorge is impactado with the news.
- The next morning, Veronica has planned a surprise and Marty will help her out with it. Marty asks her if she's sure about what she's about to do at the PC offices and Veronica replies that she is. Well, then Marty is behind her all the way.
- The brainless father and son chat some. Now Jorge's the one who is confused and says that finding out about Nicolas and Salma left him anonadado (stunned). Jorge realizes that he was married to a perfect stranger and admits to feeling lost for the first time in his life and doesn't know how to make up for his errors. He laments not having paid more attention to educating and taking care of his family which has now been disintegrated. He has lost Salma, Veronica, and Virginia. He doesn't know anymore if he has ever had his family close or if they have really loved him. Emi consoles him. Virginia who has been overhearing makes her presence known and let's them know that she could not help in hearing the last part of what he was saying. She tells Jorge that he's still doubting her and her feelings and says that the best thing would be if she left the mansion for good.
- Blanquita, Raymunda, and Polo are at the market where Arturo has his vegetable stand. Blanquita whispers something into Raymunda's ear. Raymunda pretends to be a customer looking for flowers in a vegetable stand. Arturo now sees Blanquita and he calls her "Princess".
- Botel and Magdalena get married in a nice civil ceremony. Veronica and Marty are the only ones that are present. Annnd .. Botel is looking handsome in a nice suit .. so he does have decent clothes and not just plaid in his closet.
- Arturo thinking that Raymunda is some everyday customer ignores her to talk to Blanquita. When he finds out that Raymunda is Blanquita's mother he realizes that he has put his foot in his mouth and tries to make a good second impression.
- We find out that Magdalena and Botel can't have a religious wedding ceremony because Magdalena married Aaron in the church. Oh snap .. I suppose this means that Aaron will have to bite the dust. Marty tells Magdalena and Botel about a surprise that Veronica has prepared for them.
- The airhead (Jorge) convinces Virginia to stay by telling her that they could start over again with a clean slate free of lies. That being cleared up, father and son leave for work. Virginia is all smiles because she now has both father and son on her side and admits that in the end what Salma did benefited her.
- Don Manuel is pissed because his miners haven't found more gold yet. He asks Juancho if he has seen Remigio. Juancho hasn't seen him. Manny kicks Juancho out out of the office and realizes that he wouldn't have to be looking for more gold if Rem hadn't failed him. He vows to make Rem pay dearly when he finds him.
- More Blanquita. Arturo tells Raymunda that he has good intentions with Blanquita and promises Raymunda that he'll take good care of Blanquita. Sassy little Polo tells Arturo "you better or else..." LOL. Raymunda thanks Arturo and tells him that she's leaving in his hands one of her treasures and asks him to love and respect Blanquita and to not make her suffer.
- Manny searches for Rem.
- Ana Perla's new
tyrantboss is not pleased with the ironing Ana Perla did on one of her blouses. Ana Perla tries to stand up for herself but gets shushed. Now she'll have to iron all thecrappyclothes again. Ana Perla thinks her boss is nuts - LOL. The nutty boss tells Ana Perla she better get things right this time or she won't get anything to eat. Before heading out the door, she tells Ana Perla that the housework better be done by time she gets back. Oh, and she must do an impeccable job. Die. Nutty Boss. Die.
- Arturo has brought Blanquita to live in the same vecindad where he lives. You know the one with the two criminals running around. One of which Arturo knows. Nice way to be taking care of your princess, buddy. Arturo will help her get a place to live there.
- Manny has found Rem and makes him dance by shooting at him while hiding. Manny shows his face and pretends to want to make peace with him. Rem falls for it and doesn't notice when Manny pulls out his knife and stabs him in the side. Rem falls to the ground and Manny finishes him off by whacking him with the green stick.
- We now find Marty helping Veronica pack her things in her office at the PC offices. Veronica is sure about what she is about to do because it's the best thing that she can do. Lic. Espinosa shows up and breaks the bad news that Aaron has been freed.
- Hey, who's that homeless guy near the PC offices. Could it be? .. Nah .. but it sure looks him like him .. hmmm .. wait a minute it is him. Aaron dressed in homeless man attire sits outside the PC offices begging for money. We see as Claudia passes by him and returns to leave some money in his can. Say what?! Claudia giving to the poor. Aaron thoughtbubbles that he'll wait there until he sees Veronica.
- Veronica hasn't taken the news that her daddy is a free man well. Marty tries to calm her down. Veronica is worried about Magdalena.
- Magdalena and Botel arrive at Marty's place and find the nice surprise that Veronica has prepared for them. The surprise is a romantic lunch or dinner.
- Even more Blanquita. Arturo was able to get a Blanquita a place to live at the vecindad. It's not the prettiest place ever but Blanquita is determined to pretty up the place. And hopefully she'll have more taste in interior design than Ana Perla.
- Ana Perla tries to pick the lock on the door to escape. But fails to look around and see if the nutty boss has a phone so she can call for help.
- With everything that happened, the European client has cancelled the contract to buy Veronica's jewelry collection. There's nothing Emi and Jorge can do about it because if they sue it could affect them.
- Daniel calls up Virginia and lets her know that he'll be meeting Veronica to sell her the dirt he has on her (Virginia). Virginia thought they would be accomplices. He tells her that they will be. He has to see her to tell her his plan regarding Veronica.
- Veronica informs Jorge and Emi that she no longer wants to work for the Prado Castelo offices.
- Manny has a toast with OG. He says that Rem has paid and vows to make everyone who humiliated him pay as well. There is a knock on the door. It's Pablo. Pablo orders Manny to tell him what he did with Ana Perla.
- Ana Perla has no luck picking the lock. As luck would have, or maybe not, Arturo is doing a veggie delivery nearby and mistakenly rings the doorbell to the house where Ana Perla is being kept prisoner. Ana Perla tries to get his attention by banging on the window and calling for help. But while Arturo appears to hear something he does not see Ana Perla. Eventually, a woman opens the door to the house next door, and we find out that she's the one that asked for a veggie delivery.
- Jorge thinks Veronica is taking things to the extreme. Veronica tells him that this will be temporary and she'll be back when she shows him who the person was that sent the email. Emi tells Veronica that it is all in the past. Veronica tells Jorge that she'll still supervise her collection but Jorge tells her it won't be necessary anymore. The European client has cancelled the contract. Veronica thinks that no one will be interested in her collection after what happened. Annnd then we hear a woman's voice telling Veronica that she's mistaken because she and her family are very interested in her collection. That woman is the character played Danna Garcia who makes her grand entrance in a stunning blue dress. Annd we end with reactions all around and with the woman giving Marty a look of interest.

Well, last night wasn't as good as I expected, but hey we ended with Danna Garcia making her grand entrance in a stunning blue dress which I loved. I'm looking forward to seeing just what role she'll be playing in all of this.

WOW!!! You're good Mauricio. Bullet points? It seemed like a full and complete recap to me but what else would us patio peeps think when one of the "A" Team is on the case. We have gotten nothing but the best from the Lo Imperdonable "A" Team recappers.

NovelaMaven, I too was concerned with Pablo's arrival to Manny's place. Last time he was there he was beaten to a pulp. And now Manny is armed with a gun and knife and that deadly green stick. I get a chuckle at seeing him running around town carrying it. It's like those psychopaths that take things that belonged to their victim. I think this is an example of it.
I had read that Danna Garcia was joining the cast but wasn't sure when she would make her grand entrance. I was so happy to see her at the end of the episode. I hadn't thought that she could be in cahoots with Daniel. She could be since she has appeared just when Daniel is planning something against Veronica and has now enlisted Virginia to help him out.

They are so easily manipulated. In a way it's funny watching them being fooled time after time. Boy will they be surprised when they both realize how wrong they have been.
Yes, Mariana is obsessed. Don't see why she doesn't just move on and go back to Paris where she was safe and sound and free from Virginia's vegeance. She is just asking for it.

kim, I'm so glad you mentioned the burn on Manny's arm. It is starting to get weird, like some kind of demon stigmata. That was no ordinary candle!

I agree. It'd also be fitting since Padre told him that if he didn't keep his vow to do no more harm then he'd be condemning his soul to hell.
