At a glance

A closer look
Lucio is on the prowl, gun in hand. Selma is his unsuspecting prey. He ponders on the potential of love as a powerful but at times destructive weapon that can convert one into the worst version of oneself.
Lucio corners Selma in her dressing room (camerino) and, at gunpoint, he explains to her that this is not personal. He has nothing against her but she is the key to destroying Camilo. Lucio wants Camilo and Fidel to kill each other over Selma’s death. He asks her to forgive him and shoots her in the heart. The crimson stain on her chest widens and stands out against the impeccable white of her dress, making her look like a slaughtered dove. She falls to her knees, with a shocked expression on her face then keels over to the side. Lucio thought-bubbles that many people say they’d do anything for love but very few are actually disposed to become the worst version of themselves in order not to lose the person they love.

Lucio can’t exit Selma’s dressing room because he hears Camilo coming up the stairs, so he goes into hiding. Camilo finds Selma drawing her last breath and asks her who shot her, but she dies before denouncing Lucio. Fidel and his purple jacket appear out of nowhere, armed and maddened by grief, ready to kill Camilo for Selma’s death. Camilo says that he didn’t do it, that he came to look for his daughter. He ends up fatally shooting Fidel just as Julia walks into her mother’s dressing room. Julia witnesses Camilo’s murder of her biological father and she assumes that he killed her mother too. He tries to defend himself, to explain to Julia that he is innocent of Selma’s murder and that he only shot Fidel in self-defense. Hernán pulls Camilo away because Yago, Abel and Teo are in the premises. They’re fashionably late as usual but they arrive guns blazing. The trio encounters Julia wailing next to her parents’ inanimate bodies. Ximena materializes out of nowhere to witness the scene. Shock, horror and tears abound in this tragic tableau. Yago finds Camilo’s customary gold coin next to Selma’s body and, still reeling from the blow, heads towards the door, repeating in a low and mechanical voice: “I’m gonna kill him. I’m gonna kill him. I’m gonna kill him.” Abel and Teo urge him to calm down. If Yago turns up at the enemy’s lair in his current state, the dead one is going to be him, not Camilo.
At Casa Michell’s cuartel/command center, Camilo is looking for someone to blame. Hernán and Lucio both deny they had anything to do with Selma’s death. Lucio suggests they interrogate the entire crew. “And who’s going to interrogate the two of you?” asks Camilo. He orders them to leave. In the orchid garden, Hernán is nervous because he knows his boss won’t rest until he finds the guilty party. Lucio reassures Hernán that they did the right thing because the truce was a huge risk for the two of them. No worries, affirms Lucio, they’ll give Camilo his scapegoat (chivo expiatorio). Lucio should know, of course. He’s an expert in finding fall guys.
In a clinic, a female doctor tells Katia that she passed her message to Teo. Katia thanks her because that phone call saved lives today.
Back in the dressing room, Abel consoles Julia while Yago cries over the bodies of Selma and Fidel. Their story should not have ended like this, according to Yago. These two deserved to be happy and in peace, together with their daughter and grandchild. Teo exhorts Yago to leave right now because the place is not safe. Yago joins the lifeless hands of Selma and Fidel together.
Back at Michell’s cuartel, Lucio has a culprit for his boss and a voice recording to prove it. It’s Hernán! Hernán witnesses the exchange. His eyes are bulging out with murderous rage, shooting sparks at Lucio. Hernán retires discreetly and, on his way out of Casa Michell, he kills one of the bodyguards who told him the boss is looking for him. He spares the other one because he needs him to carry a message back to Lucio: “Tell Lucio Sarquis I’m coming after him!”
The defeated Avengers Squad is at Abel’s place. Julia is staying with Ximena tonight. Abel tells the boys that Julia told him that Camilo told her that Salma was already dead when he got to her dressing room. Yago wants to know what the doctor who called on behalf of Katia told Teo exactly. Teo tells Yago that the doctor told him that Katia told her to tell Teo that Camilo said he was going to kill them all. This is too much tittle-tattle, so Teo decides to go talk to Katia directly and Yago decides to probe Sara for more details. Abel vows that Selma and Fidel’s murder will be avenged.
Yago retires to his chambers. Ximena is there too. Wasn’t she supposed to keep Julia company? Anyhoo, Yago thanks her for accompanying him and apologizes for putting her life at risk. He contemplates her for a moment then tells her that she reminds him of Ámbar. Oh, how flattering! She reminds him of the woman who loved him unrequitedly, put his needs before hers, was cynically used by him in his little revenge games and ended up brutally murdered because of his recklessness. Run, little artiste, run!
Back at Michell’s cuartel, Camilo enquires whether the hunt for Hernán is going as instructed. He also warns Lucio that there will be retaliation (represalia) from the Avengers Squad as well as from Hernán. Camilo leaves. The pistol-whipped bodyguard hobbles in to give Lucio Hernán’s parting message, but he adds his little grain of salt: “He (Hernán) said that he is coming after you and that nothing will save you this time (de esta no te salvas)!”
Back at Yago’s chambers, Ximena wants to know why Camilo and Fidel were mortal enemies. Yago gives her the low-down on their decades-long feud: It was all out of love. They first fought for Selma then for Julia but they both ended up losing everything. Ximena laments that Julia lost her biological parents so soon after reuniting with them. Yago says that, given the circumstances, he will understand if Ximena decides to walk out the door and never come back again. She doesn’t run for her life, the fool! She lets her hormones take over and assures Yago that she won’t leave him, especially now. She says she luurves him. He says he luurves her too. The way he luurved Ámbar I presume. She gives him a little peck on the lips and takes her leave to let him rest. Viewers are already keeping their eyes peeled for the grand opening of Bar Ximena.
Teo visits Katia at the clinic and announces the terrible news. She flips out and tells him that she’s the one who should have died. Teo isn’t following so Katia informs him that Lucio and Hernán kidnapped her and injected her with heroin. She also confesses that she lost control and ended up giving them the whereabouts of Fidel’s cuartel.
It seems that Yago dispatched Ximena just so he could run to Sara and cry over the death of his Godfather. The truce is over and Yago is determined to kill Camilo. Sara tells him he must calm down, sleep, get some rest and have a clear head to ponder the next step. He instructs her to find out whether Camilo acted alone or Lucio was in on it.
At Casa Michell, Sara finds Camilo sobbing and drinking in his bedroom. ¡Ay, qué ternurita! Isn’t he just adorable in his lavender jammies? He recounts what happened with Selma and Fidel. Hernán, that maldito traitor, did this to frame him! And now Julia thinks Camilo murdered her biological parents! He continues weeping in Sara’s arms as she tries to console him and process the information he’s just given her.
The next morning, Yago visits Casa Guerrero. Melina is happy to see him. She thinks he is there because the issue with his father’s contract has been resolved. Jonás will be making 250 chairs! Yay! Yago is not there to jubilate over chairs, he is there to ruin his mother’s good mood and the happy chair news. Melina tries to console her son who bemoans the fact that only good people die, while the baddies continue to live without paying for their evil transgressions. I wouldn’t categorize Fidel as a bona fide good person but hey, who am I to judge? Of the dead, speak no evil. Yago announces his intentions to avenge the death of his mentors and benefactors. Melina is worried that her son is going to resort to violence yet again.
At Casa Sarquis, Sara quizzes Lucio over what happened with the Yampolskis. She pretends that Camilo told her Hernán wasn’t guilty of Selma’s murder to gauge Lucio’s reaction. Lucio is adamant that he had nothing to do with it! He is not a murderer! What happened with Tomás was a one-time fluke to protect Mati. Lucio vows to protect Sara too. He’ll protect her from Camilo, even though it kills him that she sleeps in the bed of that assassin every night. He also warns Sara that the only woman that ever mattered to Camilo is Selma, and look how she ended up: Murdered by Camilo.
The Yampolskis’ funeral is underway and Ximena didn’t even have the decency to wear black. Katia is able to attend the funeral as well and she is inconsolable. The Rabbi officiating at the funeral advises the mourners to express their grief but to not allow it to overtake their lives, because constant sorrow is worse than death. He also conveys a sentiment that particularly applies to Fidel. “Death is better than a life filled with heartache and eternal rest is better than continuous illness”. Fidel was sick in more ways than one. Sick with violence, paranoia, resentment, hatred, guilt and the haunting memory of his murdered young children.
Talk about bad timing and unbelievable chutzpah! Camilo shows up at the funeral to explain to Julia that he didn’t kill Selma. Julia retorts that she saw him kill Fidel and she will never forgive him for murdering her father. “I want you dead!” she screams in his face repeatedly before having a malaise and starting to bleed. She is rushed to hospital by Abel. Katia tells Yago she’ll go her own way. Teo pulls her aside to express his concern that she’ll fall off the wagon if she is on her own and out of the clinic. She assures him that she will be fine and that she needs to do “this” alone, but never specifies what she means by “this”.
At Casa Michell, Camilo confides to Sara what happened at the funeral. He is wounded that his daughter wants him dead and he is worried she might lose her baby because of him. Sara tries to console him by saying that it was Julia’s grief talking. She also suggests they bring forward the date of their wedding, then go far away where they can start a new life and a new family together.
Abel takes Julia home. The doctor said she must rest. Abel reassures her that their baby will be fine and they will all be one happy family. He is prepared to do anything for Julia, anything that will make her feel better. She wants him to kill Camilo. She says she once saved Camilo’s life only to have him murder her parents. She doesn't owe Camilo anything but he owes her everything and she wants him to pay what he owes her with his life.
Sara reports back to Yago that Camilo told her that Hernán was the one who killed Selma but Lucio assured her that it was Camilo himself who pulled the trigger. However, Camilo is devastated and inconsolable over Selma’s death. He is consumed by regret for having killed her, and more so now that Julia is at risk of losing her baby. Yago informs Sara that Julia and the baby are fine. Yago wants to speed the plan up but Sara reminds him that Camilo hides things from her. Yago decides that, since Lucio has Camilo’s trust and is privvy to more information, they should recruit him. Yago also asks whether Camilo accepted Sara’s offer to get married sooner. “He fell for it hook, line and sinker (¡Cayó redondito!)! Right now, I’m the only thing he has left!” smirks Sara.
Lucio enters his building. Hernán sneaks up behind him, totally undetected, but fails to ambush him in the elevator. Hernán waits for the elevator to come down and gets whacked on the head with a fire extinguisher several times by none other than Katia. Lucio walks into his penthouse completely oblivious to the toupeed menace that was about to end his life. Upon consulting his security camera feed, he sees that Hernán was following right behind him. However, Lucio doesn’t watch beyond the moment where Hernán was waiting for the elevator to come down. Lucio draws his gun and starts navigating the corridors. He spots Hernán’s bloodied head on the floor, sticking out of the elevator door. He calls his security detail to warn them that he discovered a dead body and to order them to seal off all the access points. Katia intercepts him and brandishes her gun in his face. He assures her that he was only following orders from Camilo. The bodyguards intervene but Katia manages to escape.
Yago informs Abel of his intentions to recruit Lucio. Abel is skeptical: The compañere cannot be trusted and Sara is the worst. Yago says they have no option: They need Lucio.
At Casa Michell, Camilo offers Lucio a drink to calm his nerves after suffering back-to-back murder attempts and assures him that he’ll beef up security. Lucio receives a text message from Sara: “I need to see you”.
Lucio rushes to the roof of the dilapidated building where the compañeres liked to hang out in the old days, before the casino robbery. Yago and Abel are there and Sara lines up with them to show where her loyalty lies, at the moment. Yago offers Lucio to join them to finish off Camilo. “You guys took me out of the game. Forget it!” replies Lucio before starting to walk away. Abel draws his gun and points it at Lucio’s back: “Hey, compañere! Turn around if you know what’s good for you! You have to accept that you too have a debt with Omar”. Abel tilts his head sideways towards Yago when he pronounces the name Omar. “What are you talking about?” asks not-so-lucid Lucio.

Thank you so much for posting the Rabbi's quotes. I was VERY impressed with his service, by the way. I was happy that he expressed the concept of "dying with dignity". --- so to speak. He had another important line after tthe one about "continued sadness is worse than death ( i agree) . Does anyone remember the line? I already deleted show. I love that photo of the three of them and thought your mahjong quote was quite funny! Why dont the 3 of them just kill Lucio then and there and afterwards Camilo? I guess they cant because there are a few more episodes to complete the ximena and katia and sara stories. I still have suspicions about Sara. Apparently she has QUITE the impressive theatrical background but i think that stupid smile was wrong for the part.

So much carnage yesterday, and it's still not done. I was surprised about Selma too, i thought for sure Julia would be dead instead, then all the old people can feel sorry about the stupid back and forth they've been doing all these years.
If I were Ximena, I would never take Yago back. She will ALWAYS be second to Sara. No way would I sign up for that.

Lucio should be grateful Katia got to Hernan first but I'm sorely disappointed. I hated the ending with the group going to Lucio. With Hernan dead, Lucio is free of Selmas death. If Cam goes down, he'll be free of Ambars too. Looks like he is about to learn the truth about Yago. I'm curious to see how he'll react. He has gone so far over to the darkside that it probably won't affect him too much.
I just read an article with Angelique Boyer where she said Uni was cutting a lot of scenes and that Mexico would get a better version than the US bec they wouldn't be cutting it. The article then talked to the producer of Yago who said Uni cut out a character that then showed up much later and she didn't make sense to the audience, bec they didn't know the back story. I'm thinking she is talking about Ximena bec she seemed to appear out of nowhere.

I still have no idea how Sara ended up getting engaged to Camilo and helping Yago or how Lucio is navigating this situation. Hopefully, I should be all caught up by the end of next week. Ah no problem Nandicta:) And it's so funny of you to mention Mahjong. I used to be obsessed with it and played it for hours and hours, even more than dominoes. It can be relaxing but yet quite a tense game especially if you play it on the little screen and with a time limit!

I can't believe Lucio has gotten away with all his double dealing and triple dealing. I also think he's too far gone to really care that Yago is Omar. He's out to destroy anyone and everyone, so that he can get the prize- Sara and Matias. If anything, finding out that Yago is Omar makes him even a bigger threat to that goal.

I was disappointed that Julia would ask Abel to kill Camilo. She's no better than him then. And not having a care that Abel would have to do such dirty work is also disturbing. That apple didn't fall far from the tree.

Cathyx- I'm thinking that Julia was just speaking from her anger and grief in the moment, and will soon regret having asked Abel to kill Camilo. I think he realized that, because he wasn't quick to jump up and say he'll do it for her. I think he knows she wouldn't be able to live with herself if she were behind the death of the man she always knew as her father.
Let's hope so Vivi. But they all are on the bandwagon to kill Camilo, and it's Lucio's main goal to see that he gets killed too, so I'll be surprised that he ends up alive by the end.
I learned something really odd: In California Yago comes on a 3AM! So if I post on it right after I watch (favorite time to post on a telenovela), it is a spoiler shud someone drop in from the left coast here. As to the complaints about Univision (which I have seen a number of, not just here), my defense of Univision has been that I think they want to have a broadcast that the whole family can watch; thus they cut scenes, as many adults feel awkward watching soft porn telenovelas with their children. Perhaps they are not so careful with UniMas, the stepchild (or whatever) system. It may be that Yago was moved off Univision because it is so extremely gory.
I have toyed with 2 ideas about Yago: 1) that the writer(s) are very creative and thus do strange & unexpected things with the plot, 2) that Yago is an extreme of contrived plot. My wife favored #1, but stopped watching because of the extreme brutality. Now I was trained as an EMT, so I can watch about anything gory, having steeled myself to not let it bother me, though when I was a young man, a bit of blood might make me go dizzy & like to faint.
So along the contrived plot line, methinks Kat's murder of Hernan about takes the cake; she chose a fire extinguisher as her (Mr Green done it in the Conservatory with the lead pipe), bludgeoning the lad to death on his pumpkin head, tho she had to reach up high to do it whilst he was enjoying the bonks. Then I don't know how she got back from him to bonk him the 3rd time, making mush of his brains. I don't know why they didn't have a baking soda shower gush out of it. If she had begun by spraying him in the face, it would have been more believable -- I seen to remember Orphan Annie spraying an attacker with a fire extinguisher, then pushing him down an elevator shaft. They could have given it a 3 Stooges touch with the traditional chimes of N B C -- does NBC still use them? Now if she had used a tazer that would have been interesting; maybe Hernan would have begged for more. Anyone vote for a hand grenade (toss it in the elevator just as the door is closing, then the bottom falls out & down goes what's left of Hernan into a basement where there are 1000 rats. LOL. Or maybe he is left hanging on to the steel elevator cable, when Kat pulls out a spray can of WD-40.
And BTW, if Kat wants to whack someone, why would she first of all jaw at the guy instead of just pulling the gato? Very unprofessional.

Then they had Camilo outdraw Fidel, who for some reason was too stupid and (methinks) used a single action semi-auto pistol, which requires racking the slide first before you can shoot it, instead of having him carry a "double action" with a round in the chamber, which is safe to carry that way because the first trigger pull is long & a bit stiff. Fidel is sposed to be skilled at his criminal craft -- double action requires no prelimnary rack & cocking to shoot.
Now as a former EMT let me advise you all that if you find someone shot or injured, you do not grab the body & shake it (as in telenovelas) -- neither do you wallow on the body & blubber over it. You call 911 at once.
So what shall we say, the plot is going to hell in a handbasket. Will this end like Hamlet, a complete tragedy with only dead bodies on the state? Will they do the old corny bad-girl-redeems-herself by taking the bullet for the hero, as if we had a hero? Will the last scene show Mama & Papa visiting a graveyard with 20 bodies from this show all lined up neatly in rows in tombs? Going around with daisies, putting each one on a tomb: 1 potato, 2 potato, 3 potato, 4 . . . 5 potato, 6 potato, 7 potato more.

Then they had Camilo outdraw Fidel, who for some reason was too stupid and (methinks) used a single action semi-auto pistol, which requires racking the slide first before you can shoot it, instead of having him carry a "double action" with a round in the chamber, which is safe to carry that way because the first trigger pull is long & a bit stiff. Fidel is sposed to be skilled at his criminal craft -- double action requires no prelimnary rack & cocking to shoot.
Now as a former EMT let me advise you all that if you find someone shot or injured, you do not grab the body & shake it (as in telenovelas) -- neither do you wallow on the body & blubber over it. You call 911 at once.
So what shall we say, the plot is going to hell in a handbasket. Will this end like Hamlet, a complete tragedy with only dead bodies on the state? Will they do the old corny bad-girl-redeems-herself by taking the bullet for the hero, as if we had a hero? Will the last scene show Mama & Papa visiting a graveyard with 20 bodies from this show all lined up neatly in rows in tombs? Going around with daisies, putting each one on a tomb: 1 potato, 2 potato, 3 potato, 4 . . . 5 potato, 6 potato, 7 potato more.

Enoch- You should write to the writers of most television shows and movies to give them tips on the best way for people to kill or get killed. However, I think Hollywood (and telenovela-land) will always purposely get it wrong to up the drama factor. ;-)

So Luscious doesn't know about Yagomar. I haven't been watching the show very closely; missed Mon-Tue this week. U reckon they will do a ghostly bit like in El Cuerpo DD where Salvador kind of ghostly turned back in to Don (Jose? was it) the old geezer who stole the cuerpo? Then Salvador/geezer confronted the antagonist who had plotted to kill him & smooch the young chick bride with the old goat gone. They had a kind of surrealistic ghostly scene where the villain could not shoot Salvador in the bodega, but ended up blubbering insane. So will we see Lucio go out of his gizzard at Omargo? No . . . no . . . no . . . backing up off of the same building where Camilo intimidated the guy into jumping (post-trada of the show). aaaa aaaa aaaa!
Looks like the only 2 women that Yago cud end up with (unless he dies) are Sara & Ximena -- can't see Julia or Kat. Of course they cud bring a new cat out of the bag. As to Univision being bought by NetFlix, did you know that Univision bought Gawker (against which Hulk Hogan won a big lawsuit)? This seems interesting in view of Univision's commendable cutting of telenovelas in hopes that the whole family can see them. You reckon that Univision will present the Hulk Hogan adultery tape with parts censored? LOL -- then we can read protests about their cutting the Gawker video.

Thank you so much for posting the Rabbi's quotes. I was VERY impressed with his service, by the way. I was happy that he expressed the concept of "dying with dignity". --- so to speak. He had another important line after tthe one about "continued sadness is worse than death ( i agree) . Does anyone remember the line? I already deleted show. I love that photo of the three of them and thought your mahjong quote was quite funny! Why dont the 3 of them just kill Lucio then and there and afterwards Camilo? I guess they cant because there are a few more episodes to complete the ximena and katia and sara stories. I still have suspicions about Sara. Apparently she has QUITE the impressive theatrical background but i think that stupid smile was wrong for the part.

Well Amo, you refer to "that stupid smile." I don't know if the smile is the actress's idea or the director's. Cud we think of it as the smile of a tarnished angel? How long was she a happy little girl before her scoundrel papa destroyed her sense of self-esteem? Do you know the song "Tarnished Angel"? "Tho she once were a halo, now she wears a tarnished smile." One thing which stands out as unique to me in this series is how the writer(s) examine the past of villains to explain why they became villains. & it generally beings with bad things done to the villains when they were children.
Speaking of smiling, from what I have seen of Catherine SinAndChokey's acting: she puts on an incongruous smile when her papel is sad.

Good to have you back Nandicta as you always highlight the memorable quotes of the episode in Spanish. I dutifully write them down in the hopes that one day my own Spanish will improve.
"The crimson stain on her chest widens and stands out against the impeccable white of her dress, making her look like a slaughtered dove."
A beautiful and vivid description of a heartbreaking scene. This is a story that just leaves you raw and bleeding after every episode. I certainly understand why it would not be a 7 or 8 pm show, but I would think the 10 pm slot would be safe.
Plus I am often shocked at the gory scenes they choose to show on the 5 pm news shows. Latino sensitivity to gore seems to be different than the Anglo-Saxon one. Ditto for cleavage for female newscasters.
But I digress. Excellent recap and very grateful for the vocabulary and wise, memorable lines.

Thanks for the always great recap Nandicta. We are coming down to the wire. I'm curious what will be Lucio's fate. It's either death or jail. I still think that Ximena is wasting her time with a man that doesn't deny loving another woman. Even when he says he's not going to be together with Sara, it doesn't stop him from having sex with her. But at least Ximena is going in with her eyes wide open.

Before Yago wraps up, I wish to thank search and everyone of the recappers for their dedication to recapping this novelas that has travelled the world of TV channels, Timeslots, and Air Times.
There is something wrong with Univision and their stupid ways. They only seem to want to air the "dipsh*t typical novelas and don't want to stretch the edge of entertainment, not with sexual graphic scenes (TVA) or narco_narco_narcos. An example is EHDLS which had an impressive cast, beautiful location, multiple sets, and wonderfully addicting dialogue.
Please accept my sincere thanks for giving us your timely, talented recaps.

(And was it Lucio who left the coin? Where'd he get it? Or are those things easy enough to get a hold of?)
I was annoyed with Katia for waving her gun in Lucio's face instead of just shooting him. Just like a few weeks ago, when Fidel ambushed Camilo at the spa, he could have just shot him instead of wasting time gloating. I wonder if real killers do that.
I am curious how Lucio will react to the Yago/Omar news. I agree with those who don't think this is going to help Yago. I think he will just try to take everything away from him again.
Enoch, interesting speculation that Univision is trying to sanitize the shows for family viewing. Most of the dramas are about horrible things: murder, blackmail, adultery, fraud. That's not family fare as I understand it. I hope Univision doesn't seriously think that snipping a bad word, exposed butt or gunshot wound here or there will make the TNs more family-friendly.

Julie- There seems to have been another door out. If you look at the scene with Lucio hiding again, you'll see that he slips out and doesn't stay in the same place. It was too dark to tell if there was another door behind the screen, but it seems so.

To answer your question, the title is from Dusty Springfield's "Windmills of Your Mind" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qKV9bK-CBXo). The song begins like this: "Round, like a circle in a spiral, like a wheel within a wheel. Never ending or beginning, on an ever-spinning reel". I hadn't watched the show for over 2 weeks and I discovered in this episode that:
- Yago and Sara are back together,
- Fidel loses it all once again, right at the moment when he was happiest (it mirrors the tragedy of the murder of his two boys and the kidnapping of his littl girl, twenty-something years ago, again just when he was happiest with his family and the woman he loves),
- Lucio betrays his closest allies once again,
- Yago is engaged in another revenge triggered by a personal tragedy supposedly caused by Camilo (casino heist and Ámbar's murder was Camilo's doing).
- Camilo loses the love(s) of his life once again (both Selma and Julia),
- Yago is stringing along yet another naive girl way too young for him (Ximena),
- Katia is back in the throes of addiction again,
- the once inseparable foursome (Yago, Sara, Abel and Lucio) is about to get together and present a (more-or-less) united front.
There were too many things were going back to square one, too many déjà vu's. I don't know, that's how it felt to me anyway. The lyrics of the song popped into my head and that's what inspired this title.

How eternal rest for his soul is better than the life he led, a life filled with sickness, in its various aspects. In any case, here is the rest of the Rabbi's quote: "Dado que la muerte es un descanso, deja su recuerdo descansar y consuélate cuando el alma parta. Porque la muerte es mejor que vida llena de penas, y el descanso eterno mejor que la enfermedad continua. Amen." Hi, Nandicta. I wouldn't describe Ximena as a "naive girl," nor would I say that Yago is stringing her along. He has pretty much had to beg her to stay with him all along. And she doesn't remind me of Ambar at all.
I also wouldn't say that Sara and Yago are "back together," though I wouldn't mind if they were a little farther apart. He's admitted that he can't stop loving her, and clearly he cannot keep his hands off of her, but he also hates her. I realize that's a recipe for getting back together, but still, I wouldn't say they're back together yet. He's still trying to hold her off. Sort of.
But, you can decide after you catch up...

Wow, I'm such a Dusty Springfield fan!!! I've always loved "Windmills of Your Mind"! I have all her albums (CDs now). Unless it's acoustical, today's music is just too synthesized for me. There are a lot of great singers today but nobody I know can match DS's soulful voice.

I've had problems keeping up due to my schedule in recent weeks but I think Lucio will really lose it when he learns that Yago is Omar. He may try to take away the last important thing to Yago, which is Matias.
