What Swims In The Sewer Stays In The Sewer.....

 3 yrs. Ago: Carolina avoids an embarrassing showdown with Raquel by racing out of the bedroom and bumping into Raquel.  Damian escapes down that back stairs.  Caro later realizes she’s lost her earring on the bed and texts Dam to look for it and find it or their jig is up.  Raq accidentally steps on it but Dam distracts her long enough and they argue together so that she forgets to look on the floor for what she stepped on.  She goes to take a shower before a lunch date with Gabriel and her hubby.  Dam locates it afterward and pockets it.  He joins Raq and Gaby for lunch.

 Caro gets home and Santi comes in after griping and yelling about Dam and her going behind his back with the kids, all because Dam gave Lola a job and he doesn’t want the kids or his wife working.  “—WE are those kids’ parents, not the Beckers!  I am tired of his/their meddling with my family and in my bed!” Caro doesn’t quite know what to make of that last comment.  Santi uses Caro’s phone to call Dam and angrily tells him they have to talk and soon.

 Laura chats up Juan and sizes him up pretty quickly as a dangerous predator.  Afterward, Laura has Lola come to her house.  She warns Lola that Juan is a psychopath and is dangerous.  She asks Lola if he was the one who beat her.

 Andres bribes an attendant at the rehabilitation center where Cinthia is being treated.  He is allowed into the room and, as soon as he realizes she’s practically comatose, tries molesting her.  (Yes, if we hadn't already guessed, Andy has a very difficult time keepin' in his pants.)  Suddenly she attacks him and the orderlies pull Sin off him and chase him out of the hospital room as they begin to put her into restraints.

 Nacho accidentally puts a hole into a main water pipe during lunch hour.  Dam is called away from the lunch to take a call.  Gaby and Raq are left at the table and begin an argument because Gaby invites her and Dam to a foursome’s group of “eh-swingers”.  Gab’s hubby, Cristian, had walked out and catches/overhears Dam speaking to Caro and perhaps overhearing Dam call Caro, mi amor.  Gaby’s guy promises not to tell anybody.  Dam just stares at him.  

  Raquel walks out of the restaurant, totally insulted by Gaby’s “invitation” and the idea that they were now doing foursomes with Caro and Santi.  However, it’s not before reaming her out about how and when she ever got the impression she and Dam were anything but straight!

 Later we see Dam's gone to the office and listens to Andres complain about Santi’s incompetent workers.  Andy’s told to can it.  Caro gets hold of Dam and mentions the tantrum Santi pulled on her about Dam’s giving Lola a job.  Dam thought it was that the affair’d been found out.  Santi tells Dam after the water leak's been stopped that he wants Dam to stay out of his daughter's affairs and Caro's.

 Sin runs into Mia and tries to warn her that her granny has left her and her mom without a cent.  All the cards are frozen.  There’s no money coming in.  This affects her too, she tells Mia.  Mia tells her to talk to the hand cuz the (frowny) face ain’t listenin’.

 Godoy gives Antonio and update on their information. They don't have any leads on the gun, other than it was a 9 mm. But they’ve got blood traces for DNA on the shovel and on Carolina's body that match. The traces on the shovel belong to Damian Becker. Godoy stresses they need to find the car they saw on the surveillance camera at the toll booth. He then tells Antonio that the murderer may have hit Damian with the shovel, either in or out of the car and that's why there were traces on Carolina's body. Then he adds a little bombshell--the DNA might not belong to Damian exclusively, it might also be a near relative's. They have an aha moment. It could be Andres. He mentions that he’s certain the kid Caro didn’t abort was Becker’s.

      Damian and Raquel return home after their aborted dinner with Gabriela and Cristian. She was silent all the way home and Dam is pissed. Raq finally opens up. She wants the truth. Was it Dam who gave Gaby the idea they might be eh-swingers? Did something happen between the two of them? He scoffs at the insinuation then deftly diverts the attention away from himself engaging in anything physical with Gaby. They end up laughing over the idea that Raq would want to trade partners to be with Cristian.

      Raq has gone to the Legato offices and is speaking to Andres. He tells her she'll never lack for anything. She tells him she only wants her due. The conversation doesn't go his way and he assaults her and tries to kiss her and gets quite violent. She fights him, but it's unclear if she got away.

     Nando later goes to Santiago to tell him about the aborted abortion. Based on the time frame, Nando thinks that child is Benji.  Santi is incredulous, “What are you telling me—you mean Benjamin could be Damian’s son?”  Godoy informs Santi that it was Dam that went with Caro to the abortion nurse.
