Enamorandome de Ramon #82: Confessions of Love & Plenty of Threats

Porfirio tells the doctor that he is in his hands and will proceed with whatever plan of treatment he chooses.

Andrea and Jorge at hugging by field in the garden close to the main house. Andrea is quiet, and Jorge asks her about her thoughts. Andrea smiles big and confesses that she never thought she would own a vegetable farm but now she does and she’s excited about decorating the main house. Jorge thinks it looks beautiful even without the renovations and they can come and stay in the house on weekends and watch the sunrise and sunset. He tells her it will be like paradise, but she tells him that paradise is being in his arms. They kiss passionately as the farm employee, Esteban, watches.

Adalgiza and Benito look at Fredesvinda as she readies breakfast. They think it’s strange she is walking around like nothing happened, but they hope there are no graver consequences. They go over to her and think she looks great and Fredesvinda agrees because she woke up full of energy. They explain that she looks very good despite being struck by lighting but Fredesvinda doesn’t remember. Either way, she is still on this earth because she has a mission in life that she has not completed though she has no idea what mission it could be. She then sits down to eat as Benito and Adalgiza stare.

Porfirio goes to visit Margarita at home and she welcomes him. They sit on the couch and Margarita asks him how his weekend trip went because he looks tired, so he must’ve had a fun time. Porfirio confesses that he didn’t sleep well and then asks about Roxana. Margarita tells him the good news but looks him over and asks if that is the only reason he came over. Porfirio confesses that it’s not and tells her that he thought a lot about their relationship and he hates that they are distant. Margarita does too, as he is very important to her, and Porfirio nods. He then grows quiet and Margarita asks him to talk to her. Porfirio tells her that he values their friendship and Margarita nods before hugging him tight.

Juana arrives at the restaurant to meet Julio and finds that he has ordered wine. He tells her that the occasion makes wine necessary and then pours two cups, so they can toast to this special day. Juana doesn’t drink though and asks him what is so special about today. Julio chugs the cup and then takes out a ring. Juana is shocked, and he asks her to be his wife. Juana doesn’t know what to say but Julio begs her to say yes and she does. He puts the ring on her finger and confesses that he never thought fate would bring them together but here they are. He then apologizes for being so distant but that is how he is though he loves her. Juana nods but wants to know when he will tell his family, because they won’t be happy. Julio will tell them as soon as possible, including Hortensia, because she is the person that makes him happy and they will have to accept it.

Ramon brings Sofia back home and she tells him she had a great time at the movie and laughed a lot. She then asks him if he wants to come up, but Ramon prefers to see her tomorrow. He goes in to kiss her goodbye, but she grabs his collar slightly and begs him to stay. He tells her that he is tired and prefers to sleep. Sofia relents, and he leaves but she knows he is lying and slams the door of her apartment building shut when she goes inside.

In her apartment, Andrea and Jorge discuss Juana and Julio. Jorge is okay with it, but he did find it strange that his father would fall for Andrea’s nanny, at first. Andrea nods and then Jorge realizes that Juana will be late, and they can have some time to themselves. He kisses her, and Andrea pushes him back, as Juana can come back early, but Jorge proposes they go to her room and he will hide if Juana comes. Andrea smiles and they go.

Ramon arrives home to find Valente already in bed. He asks if he stayed home all day, but he went on a road trip to a nearby town. He then asks Ramon what he did, and Ramon tells her that he went to the movies with Sofia but didn’t stay with her tonight because she’s been extremely possessive lately. He tells Valente about the truck debacle and Valente tells him that possessive women are the worst. Ramon is disappointed though because Sofia seemed so understanding, now she’s become so needy that it’s annoying. Valente wishes he could at least get one girl to look at him the way Sofia does at Ramon. He thinks he will get an eyelash extender, so he can bat his eyes and see what happens. Ramon throws a pillow at him and tells him to quit joking.

The next day, Benito goes to the kitchen to find Fredesvinda eating a pile of food. He warns her that she will get fat if she keeps eating like this but Fredesvinda reiterates that she’s hungry all the time. Benito then bids her goodbye and goes as Adalgiza comes and does the same. Fredesvinda notices Adalgiza forgot her sweater and grabs it but receives a vision. She whispers that she saw Adalgiza with a man as Adalgiza comes back. Fredesvinda demands to know who the man in her vision is and describes him as Adalgiza’s eyes grow wide. She tells Fredesvinda then that she’s mistaken and quietly storms off.

Dalia runs into the dining room in a hurry as her boss gets mad when she’s late and Ramon jokes that the boss is the worse. Valente asks her to wait for him and Ramon, so they can go, and she smiles before nodding but asks them to be quick.

Andrea finds Juana in the kitchen and asks her how her date with Julio went. Juana smiles and holds up the engagement ring, much to Andrea’s surprise. She congratulates her and asks Juana when the wedding is. Juana doesn’t know but she insists on calling Julio, “Don Julio,” much to Andrea’s annoyance. She reminds Juana that he will be her husband and she needs to learn to speak to him informally. Juana feels strange about it, but she slightly nods as Andrea asks when Julio will ask for her hand. Juana tells her that he will have to let his family know first and Andrea smiles before cheering that there is going to be a wedding.

Everyone comes out of Dalia’s house to find Guero waiting for Dalia to walk her to work. Valente looks slightly dejected, but he still greets Guero with a smile. He then tells Ramon that the lovebirds probably want to be alone, but Dalia reminds him that he promised to walk her and she’s lucky to have to gentlemen at her side. As Dalia walks off with an arm draped around her two beaus, Ramon walks behind them, smiling.

In her room, Rebeca injects Hortensia, who immediately starts convulsing. She calls Francisco and chides him for lying to her because now Hortensia will die. Francisco tells her to calm down because he is on his way. She hangs up and apologizes to Hortensia because she never meant to hurt her.

Juana calls Andrea to tell her that she, Jorge, and Esteban are picking up the truck and taking it to the farm. Andrea thanks her and promises to call later to talk before hanging up. She then goes to tell Fabiola the good news and confesses that she is happy to have invested her money in the farm. Fabiola confesses that she’s not so sure about her investment but, when Andrea presses her for more details, Fabiola shakes her head and goes to welcome a client.

Francisco looks Hortensia over but finds that she has stabilized. Rebeca is still freaking out because this is not what he promised but Francisco tells her that they will be more reactions like the one she just had, so she better get used to it.

Fredesvinda goes to visit Adalgiza at the mall in front of the mausoleum. Adalgiza is shocked as she never told her aunt where she was going to be but Fredesvinda thinks fate took her there. She then twitches her eye and tells Adalgiza that something is going to happen at the mall. Just then, two police officers run past and radio other units that there is a robbery in progress. Fredesvinda tells Adalgiza that she knew something would happen and it did. Adalgiza is speechless.

Esteban looks over the truck and tells Jorge that it looks and ride well. Jorge is happy to hear it but then receives a call and steps away. Esteban tells Juana that he seems like a great man and Juana nods. He then tells her that he understands why Andrea would fall for him, but Juana frowns and reveals that Jorge and Andrea are cousins. Esteban thought they ere dating, since they are always together, but lets the conversation drop when Jorge comes back. They big Esteban good\bye and go off as Esteban remembers that he saw Andrea and Jorge kissing.

Fabiola and Andrea decide it’s time to go to lunch but, much to Fabiola’s annoyance, they run into Ramon on the way to the restaurant. Andrea tells Ramon that Juana finally got the truck and jokes that she will tell him if the truck has any trouble. Ramon laughs and offers to help any way he can as Fabiola tells him that they must go now as they are hungry. He asks where they are going and immediately deduces that they are going to the restaurant he once took Fabiola. He tells Andrea that they will eat very good there and Andrea asks if he wants to go with them. Ramon already got the sandwiches for lunch, so he bids them goodbye then and goes. Fabiola chides Andrea for inviting Ramon and asks that she hang out with him on her own time and away from her. Fabiola storms off then as Andrea follows.

Margarita calls Antonio to see if they can see each other for lunch but Antonio promised to take Diego to the movies since he’s been cooped up all day at the shop. Margarita understands, especially after the park incident, and tells him that they will see each other later, whenever possible. She hangs up after a quick “I love you” and then receives a text from Porfirio, who invites her to dinner that night to talk. Margarita accepts.

In her office, Sofia and Ramon eat their sandwiches when Sofia confesses that she thought he should’ve stayed with her last night and thinks he should move in since he will be more comfortable. Ramon reiterates that moving in together is a big step and he’s not ready for it. Sofia reminds him that he lived with Fabiola before and the fact that they would be together if Fabiola hadn’t appeared. Ramon reminds her that she left him, heartbroken, and he found someone who made him happy. Sofia reminds him that Fabiola is married now and Ramon grows quiet. He then tells her that he lost his appetite and goes back to work. Once alone, Sofia chides herself for her hurtful comments.

Juana is cleaning the apartment when Luisa arrives and asks for some WD40. Juana puts her left hand on her forehead and tries to remember where it is, but Luisa sees the ring and Juana smiles. She explains that Julio asked her to marry him and Luisa hugs her while jumping up and down. She asks Juana if Ramon knows but Juana shakes her head and tells her that she will go see him tonight to tell him. Luisa thinks Julio should do like Finito and have a big engagement party at restaurant, but Juana wants something simple. Luisa offers to prepare a dinner at her house and asks Juana to call Julio. Juana doesn’t want to but Luisa calls Julio personally and invites him to dinner at her house tonight.

Sofia goes to Ramon and tells him that she is going to the bank and won’t be bank so he will need to lock up. Ramon nods and she walks away in a huff. Valente asks him what happened, and Ramon confesses that Sofia is angry because he doesn’t want to move in with her. Valente shrugs and asks him why he doesn’t want to move in with her. Ramon explains that living together is like being married and, therefore, a big commitment that he is not ready for, especially because his relationship with Sofia is on the rocks. Valente nods but wonders if he thought things over that much with Fabiola. Ramon confesses that he didn’t think anything over with Fabiola and Valente explains that he doesn’t love Sofia and that is why he is having a hard time committing to her. Ramon silently nods, sad.

At the casino, Osvaldo is losing at roulette, so he goes to leave but sees Ofelia at one of the slot machines. He goes to her and demands to know what happened that those men beat him up. Ofelia begs him to keep moving or they will kill him. Osvaldo demands to know why, and Ofelia reveals that her husband is a powerful narco, Rogelio Sanchez “El Chivo.” Osvaldo is surprised, and Ofelia walks away from him as Osvaldo wonders how he got in so deep.

Antonio and Diego come out of the office and say goodbye to Andrea as they are going to the movies. Diego invites her, but she tells him that she still has work and they leave. Once alone, Andrea stands up to put something on the bulletin board when Jorge comes up behind her, gives her a hug, and tells her that she looks hot in that outfit. Andrea pushes him off slightly as Fabiola is still in her office, but Jorge doesn’t care. He goes to hug her again and they begin to laugh as Fabiola comes out of her office and reprimands them for laughing so loud as the shop is a place of business. She then chides Andrea for putting forth a bad example, but Jorge confesses that it was his fault and he prefers to go. Once he’s left, Fabiola hopes that she didn’t take her comments the wrong way, but Andrea agrees that they must set a good example. Fabiola smiles and then tells her to get back to work before going back to her office.

As Lucho and Poncho look over Fabiola’s car, Lucho assumes the problem is with the computer and asks Lucho to retrieve their scanner so they can check it. He explains that the tech took it on an outside job and won’t have it back till tomorrow. Lucho will have to let Fabiola know that her car won’t be ready till tomorrow then, but Poncho suggests he go ask Ramon for his. Lucho nods and goes off to find Ramon in the shop. Ramon greets him happily and Lucho asks him for his scanner. Ramon offers to bring it to him as he has it back as one of his mechanics took it on an outside job as well. Lucho thanks him and goes back to MedFer.

From the car, Jorge calls Andrea to ask her how things went. Andrea tells him that Fabiola didn’t suspect anything, but they must be more careful. Jorge agrees and then they agree to go to a movie that night. They say their I love you’d and hang up.

Luisa arrives home with groceries and asks Dalia if she can help her make dinner for Juana’s engagement party that night. Luisa offered because Juana was just going to tell Ramon like it was nothing. Dalia thinks she did the right thing as it’s not everyday someone gets married. She then begins to unpack the groceries as Luisa calls Finite.

That night, Andrea bids Fabiola goodbye as she’s going to the movies with Jorge. Fabiola is going to send an email and then leave in a taxi. Andrea nods and goes.

At a restaurant, Porfirio thanks Margarita for accepting his offer to go to dinner. Margarita jokes that she had to since he’s paying but then smiles and confesses that she missed being with him, as friend, like they were before. Porfirio wonders if Antonio is bothered by the fact that she accepted but Margarita explains that he must take care of Diego and, since Roxana has poisoned the kid against her, she can’t see Antonio while Diego’s around. Porfirio thought she got along well with Diego, but Margarita explains that she did but that’s in the past. Margarita then asks if there is anyone new in his life and Porfirio confesses that he’s wary of any new relationship after Veronica. He then apologizes for all the misunderstandings and his behavior during that time because of Veronica. Margarita tells her it’s in the past, but she hopes his next girlfriend is not a witch. Porfirio reveals that he will never fall in love again but, when Margarita presses him for details, he asks about Hortensia to change the conversation. Margarita fills him in on the current health of her mother.

Ramon calls out to Lucho from the shop’s fence and he asks him to come and bring him the scanner. Ramon obliges and confesses that he didn’t want to run into Fabiola but Lucho tells him that everyone left. He then asks Ramon if he can help him look over Fabiola’s car and he will invite him to dinner later. Ramon happily agrees.

Fabiola arrives home but finds that she left her cell phone at the shop. She asks the taxi driver to take her back to the shop and he obliges.

Ramon and Lucho look over the car but can’t seem to find what is wrong. Lucho looks at the scanner but nothing has come up and they both hope it’s something small and not the actual computer, which would be costly to repair. Lucho receives a call then from his wife, who tells him that his kid fell, and they are taking him to the clinic. He hangs up and tells Ramon that they will continue working on the car tomorrow, but Ramon offers to stay and lock up. Lucho thanks him and goes off.

In his office, Julio dreads the fact that he must go to Luisa’s house for the engagement party but, to keep Juana happy so she gives him access to the money, he will face the situation and go. He thinks she should maybe get a bottle of champagne but laughs it off and settles on some cheap cider instead.

Fabiola arrives at the shop and grabs her cell phone. She then calls out to Lucho and explains what happened but doesn’t realize that it’s Ramon. As she asks him how the car repair is going, Ramon stands up and reveals himself. Fabiola demands to know what he’s doing there, and Ramon explains to him what happened with Lucho and her car. Fabiola chides him for helping as she doesn’t want his help or to owe him anything. Ramon grows quiet but then asks her why she hates him so much when all he’s done is love her. Fabiola shakes her head and tells him that she doesn’t understand his love. Ramon nods but kisses her, softly, before moving away. They look at each other and neither runs away from their feelings as Ramon kisses her again and they wrap their arms around each other. After a few moments, Fabiola pushes him away and begs him not to do this to her, but Ramon declares that he loves her, and he knows she loves him, no matter what she says. He tells her to stop being with someone she doesn’t love and be with him, happy, as they should be. She doesn’t answer but Ramon tells her not to lie because her lips prove that she hasn’t stopped loving him. Fabiola is quiet, and Ramon asks her to say something, anything.

Margarita and Porfirio are having a nice time when Margarita begins to choke. Porfirio tries to help her out, but Antonio and Diego arrive then and see them. Antonio approaches them and demands Porfirio stop trying to take advantage of the situation. Margarita begins to breath normally and tells Antonio that Porfirio was only trying to help but he doesn’t believe her. Diego begs Antonio to leave but he isn’t moving until Porfirio confesses that he’s always loved Margarita and wants to be with her. Margarita tells him there is, nothing to discuss and she is leaving if he isn’t. Antonio grabs her and tells him that he is leaving with him then, but Porfirio demands Antonio let her go. Antonio hits Porfirio in the nose with his elbow by mistake and he begins to bleed as Margarita calls him a savage. Antonio tries to go help but security comes and take him away ad Diego cries after his father. Porfirio looks at Margarita and goes to the bathroom to clean himself up as Margarita wonders who she should go help.

Ramon reveals that there is not one second of the day when he doesn’t think about her. He reiterates that they are destined to be together and she needs her total him what to do to prove that they are destined to be together. Fabiola begins to cry and begs him to please leave her be. Ramon relents, for now, but he promises not to give up on her because he loves her as much she loves him. As he walks away, Fabiola breaks down crying.

Sofia comes back to the shop and sees Ramon coming out of MedFer. She barrels toward him at full speed as Ramon tries to cross the street. He sees her and jumps on the sidewalk as Sofia comes to a full stop in front of him. She demands to know what he was doing in MedFer, but Ramon demands to know why she almost ran him over.

Fabiola goes to her office and continues to cry, finally admitting to herself that she loves Ramon. She then receives a call from Francisco, who asks if she is still in the shop. Fabiola tries to fight back the tears and tells him she forgot her cell phone, so she came back. He offers to go pick her up, much to Fabiola’s dismay.

Ramon explains that Lucho asked him to help him repair Fabiola’s car as a favor, but Sofia thinks Fabiola asked him personally and he came running like he always does. Ramon tells her that he’s tired of all her reprimands and jealousy, but Sofia reiterates that Fabiola is to blame for all their troubles. She can’t believe she was so stupid to come back and apologize for her actions that afternoon and he doesn’t care. She knows Fabiola is only trying to break them up, but Ramon tells her that the problem is her attitude and it’s better if they break up. Sofia is speechless.

Margarita offers to take Porfirio to the doctor because Antonio probably broke his nose, but Porfirio prefers to talk tomorrow. When a bathroom attendant comes and asks Margarita to vacate the men’s bathroom she nods and then begs Porfirio to let her take him to the doctor. He tells her he is fine, and she leaves as he tries to get his nose bleed under control.

Sofia can’t believe Fabiola is getting between them, but Ramon explains that she only has herself to blame. Sofia curses the day she bought the shop in front of MedFer because she only brought him closer to Fabiola. He demands she calm down, but Sofia grabs him and tells him that he must realize they are meant to be. Ramon pushes her off and reiterates that they are not working as a couple. At that, Sofia calms down and realizes that she can’t force Ramon to be with her but their shop, RamSo, will always unite them and he won’t get rid of her that easily. Ramon is shocked.

Diego and Antonio wait outside of the restaurant for Margarita, despite Diego’s protests, because he must clear somethings up with her. Margarita comes out but doesn’t want to talk to Antonio right now. Antonio confesses that he let his jealousy got the best of him and then inquires about Porfirio. Margarita tells him that he’s in the bathroom, trying to get the nose bleed under control, but she wants to talk tomorrow, not now. As Antonio tries to stop Margarita, Andrea and Jorge walk toward them, together, and quickly let go of each other. Andrea asks them what the problem is, and Margarita tells her that Antonio has punched Porfirio in the face and she doesn’t want to see him. Diego runs to Jorge and begs him to take him away as he doesn’t want to be with Margarita. Margarita, exasperated at this point, walks off and Andrea tells Antonio to leave her be, for now. She then offers to go with Margarita as Antonio wonders how he can make things right.

Ramon tells Sofia that she will not blackmail him with the shop because it’s her's completely, if she wants it. He also tells her that she can forget any sort of partnership between them and tries to leave but Sofia stops him as Fabiola comes out of MedFer and Francisco arrives. They all look at each other and Sofia tells Francisco that he should take care of his wife because she uses any opportunity to get close to Ramon. After an awkward moment, Francisco grabs Fabiola’s arm and pushes her into his car. He slams the door shut and demands Ramon keep his distance from his wife. He gets in the car and speeds off as Ramon tells Sofia that she really has lost it. Sofia tells him that all she does is for him, but Ramon doesn’t want anything from her and reiterates that, whatever they had, is over. He storms off as Sofia looks at him, willing lasers to come out of her eyes…

Enamorandome de Ramon #83: Kissing Cousins & Disgusting Husbands

Ramon, finally sick and tired of Sofia’s possessive and obsessive attitude, breaks all ties with her, as his girlfriend and business partner. Sofia watches him walk away but doesn’t say one word.

At Luisa’s, Finito congratulates Juana on her recent engagement and tells her that love was the beginning of all creation and the base of all humanity. Juana thinks his poetry is beauty, but he tells her that he is simply quoting a poet he loves. Julio arrives then, and everyone welcomes him. Julio thanks Luisa for setting up the engagement party and hands her the bottle of cider he bought. Juana then introduces Finito and Valente but not Dalia since they already know each other. Julio shakes their hands, but he can’t look anymore uncomfortable.

In her car, Margarita is fuming because Antonio behaved like a brute when Porfirio only wanted to help her when she was choking. Andrea had no idea her uncle could be like that and Margarita reiterates that Porfirio is just her friend and Antonio should’ve listened to her explanation before attacking him. She then tells Andrea that it would be the same thing if she would’ve attacked her and Jorge for holding hands instead of waiting for an explanation. Andrea acts like she had no idea she held Jorge’s hand and asks Margarita about Porfirio. She explains that he’s another stubborn man who refused to let her take him to the doctor. She then declares that men call women complicated but they are the complicated ones. Andrea is silent, happy to have the attention back on Margarita instead of herself.

Luisa offers Julio a drink as they wait for Ramon, but he doesn’t want anything. Juana then wonders why Ramon is taking so long to get home but realizes that, since no one told him she was coming, he may have gone somewhere else. Julio is annoyed that he would ask her to come for no reason and everyone is shocked at his dismissive tone. He quickly states that he hopes all of Luisa’s hard work doesn’t go to waste and Juana slightly smiles. She then asks Valente to call him, but Ramon arrives then, seeing everyone gathered, and asks them what all the commotion is for. Juana stands up with Julio and tells him that Julio has something to tell him. Julio clears his throat and tells Ramon that he and Juana are engaged and they would like his blessing. Ramon is speechless.

Francisco and Fabiola arrive home and demands to know if everything Sofia said was true. Fabiola confesses that it is but Lucho was the one who asked him to fix her car, not her. Francisco doesn’t believe her as she has plenty of mechanics at her disposal and probably wanted to see him, right under his nose. She tries to leave so he can calm down, but Francisco grabs her shoulders and begins to shake her. He knows she’s lying and knows that she continues to sleep with Ramon, making him look like a fool. Fabiola begs him to let her go because he’s scaring her, but Francisco won’t and declares that no one will laugh at him anymore because she is his and only his and he will do with her as he pleases. He pushes Fabiola down on the couch and begins to rip her shirt open as she screams and begs for him to stop.

Ramon wonders when the wedding will take place and Julio tells him that they will wait for Hortensia to be better. Juana explains the situation with Hortensia and Julio declares that he loves Juana and will do anything to make her happy. Ramon smiles wife and tells Juana that, if she’s happy, he’s happy and he wishes her all the best. Juana confesses that she never thought she’d be in love, especially at this point in her life and with a man as refined and dignified as Julio, but Ramon declares that Julio is the lucky one to get such an amazing woman as a wife. He warns Julio to make Juana happy and then gives her a big hug. Everyone claps for the happy couple and Ramon gives Juana his blessing.

Sometime later, Francisco gets his disgusting, soulless body off Fabiola and begins to get dressed as she cries on the couch. He tells her that it’s her fault he had to force her to have sex with him, and he’s sorry, but what else could he do after they tell him she’s sneaking around behind his back. Fabiola stands up and tries to keep her ripped shirt together as Francisco advises her to be a better wife and then he won’t have to force himself on her again (cause he’s a pig and can’t control himself). He tries to approach her, but she demands that he never touch her again and runs to the bedroom in tears. Once alone, Francisco can’t seem to understand what the problem is (of course not).

In her apartment, Sofia keeps taking shots of tequila and thinking of ways to retain Ramon at her side. She declares that Ramon is hers and no one else’s, and surely not Fabiola’s. She takes another shot and stews.

In her room, Andrea calls Jorge to inform him of what happened with Porfirio and Antonio. She reveals that Antonio was so mad that he didn’t notice they were holding hands, but Margarita did. Either way, she didn’t think much of it. Jorge thanks his lucky stars and Andrea asks if he would ever do something like Antonio did. Jorge confesses that he did get jealous when he saw her with Santiago, but he would never do something like that.

Fabiola, who has showered Francisco off her skin, cries in her bed and punches the pillow, cursing herself for ever marrying a man like him. Outside the door, Francisco begs her to let him in and forgive him (because it’s been an hour or so, right, so she should just let it go). Fabiola screams for him to leave her alone and Francisco sighs heavily.

In her apartment, Margarita tries to get in touch with Porfirio but only gets his voicemail. She leaves him a message because she’s worried and then hangs up as Antonio calls her. He begs her to forgive him but his jealous got the better of him. He then reminds her that Roxana left him very hurt, but Margarita declares that she isn’t Roxana and, if anything, she’s more disappointed in this new side of him she just discovered. Antonio begs her for another chance and asks her to meet him at his apartment tomorrow morning, after he’s dropped off Diego at school. Margarita agrees and hangs up.

Ramon and Valente go inside their room and Ramon slams his jacket down on the bed. Valente assumes he’s angry about Juana’s engagement, but Ramon shakes his head and reveals that he broke up with Sofia. Valente asks for details and Ramon tells her the whole story at MedFer. He also confesses that he and Fabiola kissed, and he felt the love she still feels for him, but she asked him to leave her alone regardless. Valente then asks about the shop, but Ramon reminds him that Sofia put all the money so it’s hers and he will find a new job soon enough.

The next day, Sofia, who fell asleep on the couch after her binge, wakes up when her phone rings. It’s a police officer, who informs her that the credit cards they stole from her when she was kidnapped were just used. Sofia is shocked.

In her room, Fabiola packs a bag and tries to leave when Francisco comes and demands to know where she’s going. Fabiola cringes slightly but declares she is leaving. As she tries to go, Francisco grabs her arm and reminds her that he is her husband. Fabiola declares that he is a rapist and tries to move past him, but Francisco won’t let her go. She manages to break free and runs to the door, but he stops her. Fabiola asks if he is going to lock her up in her room and Francisco begs her to forgive him. Fabiola tells him she can’t because he raped her. Francisco doesn’t think he did because he’s her husband, but Fabiola reminds him that he forced himself on her and that is rape. Francisco wonders if she felt anything but Fabiola only felt disgust and pity, for herself. Francisco begs her to be quiet and explains that he just needed to poccess her, at least for a moment, because he’s been waiting for months for a scrap a love and she wouldn’t budge. Fabiola tells him that she will never forget what he did, and Francisco proposes that she stay, and he won’t touch her until she asks him to. Fabiola can't stand the sight of him any longer and tries to leave when Francisco grabs her again and asks if she’s going back to Ramon because he already left her once and will do so again. Francisco then wonders if she will tell Ramon the truth, namely, the fact that he raped her because she never slept with him because their marriage is a sham. He lets her go then and tells her that he doesn’t deserve this because he’s suffered through all her rejections, like a fool, and she repays him by leaving. Fabiola looks at him then but doesn’t say anything. She turns around, opens the door, and runs out.

Andrea goes to the elevator and presses the down button as Jorge comes and hugs her from behind. Andrea smiles but warns him to be more careful. He tells her that he can’t help but want to kiss her and he does as the elevator doors open and Margarita sees them. She demands to know the meaning of what she saw because they are first cousins and Jorge and Andrea declare that they’ve loved each other since forever and they are tired of hiding their feelings. Margarita can’t believe they would do this, especially since they have the same blood, and Juana comes out of the apartment to ask them what is happening. Margarita reveals that Jorge and Andrea are in love and Juana, shocked, asks Andrea if it’s true. Andrea nods and Margarita demands to know if she knew and hid it from the family. Juana didn’t and tells the youngsters that they can’t be together. She and Margarita scream that it’s an abomination as Antonio hears the commotion and runs downstairs. Margarita chides Juana for allowing this to happen, but Juana argues that she had no reason to believe anything out of the ordinary was happening. Andrea begs them to stop arguing because she and Jorge are in love and they are going to be together, no matter what. Antonio overhears her and demands to know what she is talking about. Margarita informs him of the situation and Antonio is shocked as well.

Sofia calls Ramon from her cell but he doesn’t answer. She then calls her office at Rams from her house phone and Ramon answers. He tells her that he only came to pick up his things and offers to give Dalia the phone, but Sofia stops him and explains that she received a call form the police because someone tried to use the credit cards she gave the man that kidnapped them. Ramon realizes that the man didn’t die like they thought, and Sofia tells him that they must go see the ATM footage at the station to see if they can identify the guy. Ramon considers this.

Julio is having breakfast when Osvaldo comes and tells him that he’s going to MedFer to start learning about his position. Julio then asks him how he’s feeling, and Osvaldo declares that he’s moving around, and things seem to be going back to normal. Antonio then knocks on the door and tells Julio that Margarita caught Jorge and Andrea kissing. Both Julio and Osvaldo are shocked, well Osvaldo is more amused than anything, and Antonio tells Julio that they are at Juana’s waiting for him. They go off.

Ramon crosses the street to greet Lucho and asks him how his son is. Lucho tells him that he’s better and didn’t even fracture anything. He then thanks Ramon for his help but Ramon explains that Fabiola came back and saw him, so he didn’t have to time to check anything. Lucho laments that he got stuck in the middle for helping him, but Ramon asks him not to worry and to return the scanner whenever he’s finished. He then tells him that he must go to the police station to identify the person is who possibly kidnapped him. Lucho wishes him luck and Ramon gets in the taxi that arrived for him.

Moments later, Fabiola arrives in a taxi herself and looks over at RamSo. She remembers Ramon’s kiss and his words last night, tearing up. She goes to cross the street when Lucho approaches her and apologizes for asking Ramon for his help last night. Fabiola tells him not to worry and asks if Ramon is in his shop. Lucho tells her that he just left and Fabiola thanks him before going to the office.

Julio can’t believe Jorge seduced his own cousin, but Jorge and Andrea declare that they love each other and the love between them happened gradually. Antonio can’t believe this is happening, but Jorge declares that they are not going to stop being together. Margarita, exasperated, can’t believe they would do this, and right under their nose. Andrea explains that they have thought about their feelings, and even tried to be with other people, but their love is too great, and they can’t forget each other. Jorge declares that he won’t stop loving Andrea and that’s final. Julio wonders if he should tell Jorge the truth but decides against it. Antonio asks Julio to say something, but Julio declares that they have made their decision. Andrea goes to pack her things because she will be with Jorge, no matter what they say, as Margarita asks Juana to convince Andrea to leave Jorge. Jorge then tries to go home to pack but Julio tells him that he is leaving with the clothes on his back if he thinks he’s such a man to be with his cousin. Jorge tells him that it won’t stop him from being with the woman he loves.

In Andrea's room, Juana tries to talk some sense into Andrea by telling her that she is turning her back on her family, but Andrea doesn’t want to be part of the family if she can’t be with Jorge. After all, the only sin she committed was loving her cousin. Juana reminds her that their love is forbidden but Andrea doesn’t think anyone could prevent love. Juana also reminds her that she and Jorge can’t have children and Andrea nods, but she loves Jorge and there’s nothing they can do. Juana realizes that Jorge is why she didn’t go to Chile and Andrea nods. She explains that, no matter the distance, she was going to love Jorge and it was no use denying it. Juana wonders where she and Jorge are going to live, and Andrea tells her anywhere before begging Juana for a hug as she doesn’t want to leave being mad at her. Juana hugs her, tight.

Jorge waits for Andrea, who comes back at that moment, grabs his hand and leaves with him. Once alone, Antonio reiterates that they need to do something, but Julio thinks they will come back when they see how hard life is. Antonio asks Juana if she knows where they went but Juana shakes her head. He asks Juana to tell them as soon as she knows as Andrea will likely call her soon. He and Margarita then leave as Julio tries to console Juana, who can’t believe she never noticed what was happening and was even happy to see Jorge and Andrea so close. Julio reiterates that they will come back soon enough but Juana reminds him that Andrea has money though Julio warns her to not give her one, red cent.

Antonio and Margarita arrive at his apartment. He wonders if Andrea’s parents would’ve supported her, but Margarita doubts it as they are first cousins and the bloodline is too close. Antonio hopes the cousins will separate soon and then asks Margarita if she forgives him. Margarita tells him that he behaved like a brute, especially with Porfirio, who is only her friend and is helping them with Roxana’s case. Antonio wonders if Porfirio said anything but she shakes her head though she would leave the case if he did anything like that to her. Antonio tells her that he will apologize to Porfirio and Margarita nods as she answers a phone call from the detective on Roxana’s case. He tells her that Roxana is going before a judge, who will reconsider the charges, and Margarita thanks him before hanging up. She tells Antonio the good news and reminds him that they have Porfirio to thank for this.

Juana tells Julio that she can’t deny Andrea her money, but Julio explains that it is only until she comes to her senses and realizes she is making a mistake. Juana nods, understanding, and then Julio warns her to remain steadfast and he will call her later. He leaves then as Juana considers if she’s doing the right thing.

Sofia and Ramon meet with the detective, who explains that her cards were used about 100 miles from where they told the police they were kidnapped. Sofia wonders why the kidnapper waited so long and Ramon assumes it could be something else. The detective then shows them the video of Dario at the ATM and they recognize him. The detective explains that they will send the photo to all their stations and, should the kidnapper have any priors they will find him. Sofia tells the detective that her father was likely involving in their kidnapping and they should look at his known associates. Ramon still finds it strange that he waited so long to use the cards, they even thought he was dead, but Sofia knows her father’s men are resourceful. Either way, the detective will investigate and keep them informed. They then bid the detective goodbye and leave.

Fredesvinda is baking a cake as Adalgiza looks on and wonders why she hasn’t mentioned her and Benito’s relationship anymore. Fredesvinda then asks her for something and Adalgiza brushes up against her when she goes to get it, triggering a vision. Fredesvinda asks her about what she meant about Benito and Adalgiza is shocked as she didn’t say his name out loud, only thought about him. Fredesvinda thinks that her newfound powers have something to do with the lightning strike and asks Adalgiza to think about something to see if she can guess what it is. Adalgiza obliges but Fredesvinda doesn’t hear anything and Adalgiza proposes they try tonight because she’s late for work. Once alone, Fredesvinda wonders if she’s going crazy.

Osvaldo arrives at Fabiola’s office and tells her that he’s ready to work. Fabiola looks like she’s going to be sick and tells Osvaldo so. Osvaldo thinks she’s going to feel worse and tells her about what happened with Jorge and Margarita. Fabiola strands up immediately, floored, and receives a call from Juana, who needs to tell her something. Fabiola already knows and confesses that she suspected something was afoot, sometimes, but she thought nothing of it. Juana confesses that no one suspecting this was happening but now everyone in the family knows though Jorge and Andrea refused to leave each other and left on their own. She then tells Fabiola that Julio suggested she not give them any money for the time being, so they can come back when the money runs out. Fabiola is unsure of how to proceed but offers to call Andrea to talk to her. Once she hangs up, she tells Osvaldo what happened with Julio, but Osvaldo thinks they are making too big a deal. He suggests they leave them, as they are not the first cousins to be together, until the passion dies out and they leave each other. Fabiola doesn’t want to argue and prefers they get back to work. She instructs him to go find Lucho, so he can show him how things are done in the shop. Osvaldo goes off and Fabiola sighs deeply. She wonders when the trouble in their family will be over.

Sofia and Ramon arrive at her office and she can’t believe that he insists on leaving when their kidnapper just reappeared. She asks if he is going to leave her alone, but Ramon doesn’t think one thing has to do with the other. He will check on with the police on the situation but that doesn’t mean they have to be together. Sofia reiterates that they could be, if not for Fabiola, but Ramon is tired of her jealousy. Sofia screams that his actions make her feel insecure, but Ramon is not getting back with her. She is too possessive, and he will not allow her to dictate his life any longer. He then tells her that he will find someone to replace him, so he can leave, and they will only talk about their kidnapping case. He storms off and Sofia declares that he won’t be free of her so easily.

Osvaldo finds Lucho and tells him that he started at MedFer today and Fabiola asked him to learn the ropes with him. Lucho can’t right now, as he’s behind on his repairs, but asks Rule to help Osvaldo. Rulo nods and asks Osvaldo to come with him.

Francisco calls Rebeca and asks her to wake up Hortensia to see if their plan for her memory lapse worked. He instructs her to reinject her if she remembers anything compromising and tell anyone who’s near that she’s unwell. They make a date to see each other later and hang up. Rebeca then tells Hortensia that she will wake her up but hopes she doesn’t remember anything, for her own good.

Rulo shows Osvaldo around the shop and he seems to be paying close attention but reveals that he thought it was going to be easier to learn the difficulties of the shop. Rulo offers to help him with whatever he needs. Osvaldo thanks him and then asks for more details on Dalia’s job description. Rulo explains that she kept control of the supplies and opened and closed orders for clients, nothing of the ordinary. He thinks Osvaldo will pick things up soon enough and Osvaldo then asks him how the work is organized. Rulo explains that Lucho assigns it based on their strengths and weakness but the main thing is to make sure it’s done quickly and that the clients are satisfied.

Luisa goes to visit Juana to bring her some tamales, but Juana isn’t paying attention to her. Juana then reveals what happened with Jorge and Andrea and Luisa reveals that she knew something was up but wasn’t sure. She suggests they don’t stand in their way, because it will make things worse, but Juana doesn’t know if she should listen to Julio and cut Andrea off. Luisa is unsure, but she doesn’t think they did anything wrong. Juana reminds her that they are first cousins, but Luisa thinks they are not the first. Juana nods and Luísa asks if she is going to stay in the apartment, alone. Juana is unsure about that too, so Luisa suggests they eat so they can think better.

Andrea and Jorge arrive at the farm’s main house and look around. It’s not much to look at now but they begin to make plans to tidy up and make it livable. Jorge smiles and kisses her as Esteban walks in and clears his throat. Andrea greets him and tells him that they will be staying in the house now and need some cleaning supplest. He tells them that the supplies are in the small warehouse and they can ask him for anything else they need. They nod, and he leaves as Andrea and Jorge count the money they have on their person. It’s only $4, 200 pesos, until they sell their harvest. Jorge declares that he will be satisfied with her kisses, for now, and Andrea smiles.

Valente finds Ramon at the shop and asks him how it went with the police. Ramon tells him, but he finds it strange that the kidnapper would wait so long to take out the money. He confesses that he thought he was dead and Sofia thinks it was one of her father’s men. He then tells Valente that he will stay until he finds a replacement, but Valente is not sure she will let him go so easily. Ramon tells him that she will have to because their relationship will never work.

Andrea and Jorge put a mattress on their bed as Andrea receives a call from Fabiola but doesn’t answer. She tells Jorge that she doesn’t feel like hearing reproaches right now and Jorge nods before asking her to go to the store with him because he’s starving. Andrea smiles and reminds him that he was satisfied with her kisses, but Jorge shrugs and they go.

As Juana cooks dinner for one, she receives a call from Esteban, who asks if he helps Jorge and Andrea with the farm as they are staying in the main house. Juana tells him yes, as she is the owner, and thanks him before hanging up. She then calls Fabiola to tell her that Andrea and Jorge are safe, and Fabiola is glad to hear it. They hang up and Juana declares that she is hungry now that she has news about Andrea and Jorge.

Jorge and Andrea, bags in hand, walk through the plaza and wonder what they are going to do about money as they nearly wasted all they had on food, clothes for Jorge, and covers for the bed. Andrea hates that she must worry about money, especially since her parents left her so much, and tells Jorge that she is going to ask Juana for he money. Jorge doesn’t think Juana will give it to her, but Andrea reminds him that she gave Fabiola her money, so she can do the same for them. Jorge nods and they kiss.

In her office, Sofia calls the maximum-security prison where her father is being held and asks about the process to visit an inmate. The guard explains that the inmate’s lawyer will have to begin the process and it can take a couple of days. She thanks him and hangs up, pondering her next movie…
