Rob sure knows how to stir the pot!

Paco and Paloma meet, (at their secret park bench) he spills, JJ saw them and Nat knows he has a lover, he says they need to end this madness or run away, it's Paloma this time that says nothing.

Horatio and Sere return from Cancun, she has been cold to him, but they have done well for the business, Nat is happy, and as Nat takes Horatio away Sere asks Anita about JJ, he's baby sitting, they moved in together, with a delayed smile.

Nat flirts with Horatio, kisses him, but he backs off, I can't do this now, I'm in love with someone else, she's embarrassed but he listens to her, she knows Paco has a lover but she doesn't know how to handle it.

Rob is treating Aurora and JJ real nice, offers to get Emilio's meds, but Aurora sends JJ, when he returns he rings the bell, he can't find his keys.

Leo comes home, en femme, Cris is drunk, after a heart attack Meche says, with Dimas in between they get him to leave, but only after Leo tells him he is still alive and not afraid of him anymore.

Rob zooms in on Sara who is living it up, a $5000 dollar spa treatment, French champagne, oh but it has been good for you, Rob throws in, Sara behind her hat and shades says your wife was right, you are an abuser, when Rob keeps at her she starts screaming for help, and he scrambles away over the chairs.

Rob calls JJ to check on Emilio, Aurora is at a tasting with Horatio, bye, and Sere appears, drunk, upset, JJ talks her into spending the night rather than drive, we'll talk in the morning, when Aurora gets home she wakes JJ, asks why Sere is sleeping in Emilio's room, oh ok, and they check on him, but Sere is up and has given Emilio his meds, was very careful about it, so Aurora and JJ are off to bed, and Rob is standing in the dark hallway, later we see him in Emilio's room, playing with the meds while Sere sleeps.

the next morning Emilio is sick, they rush him to the hospital, Rob is there too, the doc says he was over medicated, (perfect) Rob jumps on JJ, oh but the blame has gone to Sere.

Negron has gone to see the hungover Cris, (get me some coffee Dolores), Meche wants a divorce, Cris blows it off, she can't walk without my help.

Nat visits Paloma, asks who Paco's lover is, Paloma won't answer those kind of questions about her boss.

Aurora is mad at JJ for Emilio, "every time I trust you something bad happens". (this will probably be on everyone's tombstone)

Sara is leaving the hotel only to pick up a message from her fiancé, what?, it's from Rob with proof showing JJ and Aurora are drugging his son, Sara comes to him, he has asked Negron (not quite the only lawyer in town) to get him full custody of his son, and on a knee asks Sara to marry him, ring and all.

Sere had made a big order for a guy named Duran for a major festival, but no one else knew and the order didn't ship, happy day for Anita as she gives JJ the news, who brings Sere into the office, Nat says none of the other orders she got are any good because he will badmouth us, so Sere gives up, is going on vacation, nope, JJ fires her.

Sangre 53 2/2

Cris has Leo come see him, didn't expect him to be dressed like a clown, offers to buy out his shares but (always the conditions) Leo has to leave NAPA forever, Leo will give him an answer when he has one.

Susan has asked Cris and Meche to her office, Cris says the divorce isn't going to happen, Meche says he will not separate her from her daughters, then Susan walks in, they searched a loan sharks office and this is what they found, she dumps her stolen jewelry on her desk, lots of good memories here, like the ring Cris gave her for their silver anniversary.

JJ has left some food for Aurora, calls and asks if she has forgiven him, yep, she wants him to stop by and share, he's at the front door on his cell, they kiss.

Meche comes by to bring some clothes to Cris, he thinks she is giving in, she lets him know the divorce is going to happen.

Paco is jogging alone, stops to chat with Doris, they are very friendly, Nat is watching from afar.

Rob and Sara spent the night together, Negron appears at the door, hmm, problems, didn't get all this but Cris has spent some of the money using Sara's name which has alerted the IRS and big trouble coming, no, no, Rob won't let them take Sara to jail, he will go, Negron suggests she leave the country till the case with Cris is cleared up, no, no, Rob can not be without her, but it's looking like the only solution, no, no, not until we are married Sara blurts out.. HA!

Sangre

Donde esta Luis? His wife is also stirring the pot and he's nowhere to be found. Poor Nat is on the prowl looking for Paco's other woman ...unfortunately she trusts Paloma.

So Aurora completely forgot the games Rob played with her keys When he was torturing her. Not even a security system?

Rob taking chances with his son's health was the worst. Sara's starting to act like Aurora and forgive his abuse. I'm guessing another phony/con artist marry them.

deb, I'm running out of adjectives: magnificent, superb, terrific, wonderful, marvellous, extraordinary--take your pick. They all apply.

I'm enjoying Sara, especially when she's outfoxing Roberto. Yes, he found her (one point for him), but she knows how to get rid of him. She says Aurora was right, he's an abuser, a RAPIST, and all she'd have to do is scream that he's attacking her and he'd go right to jail, without passing Go or collecting $200. And then she does start to scream. He hightails it out of there, and she immediately switches to fanning herself and explaining that it's so hot in the sun. Nicely done! I also enjoyed her "I'm not going anywhere until we're married," though I think Spanish Student is right, Rob is likely to find someone to perform a phony marriage. And Sara may be emotionally needy enough to be fooled. I hope not, but....

I still want to see Leo emerge as the hero(ine).

Sangre

If Sara continues to outfox Rob she'll certainly make my day. It says something that she finally empathized with Aurora.

Serena may be the perfect person to help Cris with the winery right now, and perhaps she and Aurora will control it in the end. Serena deserves a break and a piece of the pie. I hope Paloma and Leo leave napa and live freely somewhere else.

I am so tired of seeing Roberto successfully manipulate everyone. I hope we don't have to wait until the last episode to see his fall!
Maybe one of Dolores kids can find the tablet or Leo/a find something on the computer!
How stupid of Juanjo not to suspect that Roberto took his keys!!
I have little hope for Paco and Serena's relationship as they disrespected those who trusted them!

Marido en Alquiler

Steve, the protagonist is played by Sonya Smith. Others are Juan Soler, Maritza Rodriguez, and Kimberly Dos Ramos who was Grace in Vino el Amor. The TN just started this week. It’s about a woman, Griselda (S Smith) who is a handyman (woman) who is raising her three children on her own because her husband disappeared during a fishing trip. She has two sons, a daughter and a grandson who live with her. One of the sons, Antonio, is studying to be a plastic surgeon and is dating Patricia (K Dos Ramos) who is the daughter of Reinaldo ( J Soler) and Teresa (M Rodríguez) who are well-to-do. Antonio has hidden the fact that he comes from a “poor” family and is ashamed of his mother...and has straight out told her to her face. Griselda’s other son and daughter are much more humble and supportive of their mother.

Ultimos capitulos

Can anyone translate Juanjo's quote, "cuidate de las aguas mansas porque de la brava me encarga yo"? I'm guessing it has something to fo with not being too trusting...which means he's not taking his own advice.

Spanish Student

Sangre

Spanish Student, I too wondered about that. I went to WordReference.com and found some somewhat helpful discussions. I think the grandmother's advice is akin to "look out for wolves in sheep's clothing." That's not a translation, but I think it boils down to that. She's saying "be careful of seemingly still/tame waters -- I can take care of the obvious dangers, but be careful of the hidden ones." Roberto may look as if he has reformed, but appearances can be deceptive.

Sangre

Spanish Student, I'm not sure why you say that Juanjo isn't heeding his grandmother's advice. He's warning Aurora not to trust Roberto, even though he seems polite and well behaved and has brought them a wedding present. Indeed, Juanjo even asks in semi-jest, "Is there a bomb hidden among the bottles?" I don't think Juanjo trusts Roberto. Actually, the person he shouldn't trust seems to be himself. Perhaps I misunderstood what happened, but it looked to me as if he ignored Aurora's warning not to take too many pain pills.

Sangre 54 1/2

Negron is talking to Rob, Cris wants the money to buy Leo's shares, he'll find out, big trouble, ok, we'll tell him Sara took it all, but we need to get rid of her, Negron has made arrangements to leave the country, tells Rob to do the same, Rob thinks he is getting closer to making things work with Aurora, Negron tells him to forget it.

Nat follows Paco and Doris to her place, Paloma and Sere are inside as well where Paco learns JJ fired her, Doris and Paloma head to the store to get some wine and run into Nat who accuses Doris of being with Paco, Doris calls her crazy and leaves, Paloma tells Nat that Doris is not sleeping with Paco, they went there to talk to Sere.

(it was a surprise to some that JJ fired Sere and later there is a conversation between Paco and JJ to fix it)

the 20th is Aurora's birthday, their wedding day, and JJ bought tickets to Ushuaia.

Leo excepts Cris' offer, but Cris can't find Negron to get the money, Rob later tells him he is in Hawaii.

Rob is visiting Emilio and bad mouths JJ to Meche, spills that Cris is going to get the dirty money from his friends account, give it to Leo, then turn him in.

Sofi meets a nice guy through her friend Laura, they hit it off, later when Leo drops by to see her, he is there, Leo excuses himself and leaves.

Paloma meets Paco, they call it quits (again) no matter what movies say, no one dies of a broken heart, says Paco, JJ lets Aurora see them together.

Aurora and JJ round up the Montiel gang and announce their wedding.

Aurora speaks with Paloma, Paloma explains she went after Paco, but it's over.

Paco talks to Natalia, yep, and she wants details, it was a year, who?, Paco won't say, he says he realizes he wants this marriage more than ever, it will never happen again, Nat gets up and walks away.

Sere wants to see JJ and Aurora, doodling Anita gives her the news, they have taken some time off, they're getting married.

Aurora goes to see Rob, tells him about the wedding, somehow he holds it together enough to congratulate her, it was expected, right? (does Aurora look worried)

Rob hustles Sara in her wedding dress to the chapel, she says it's bad luck to see her in her dress, and once there Rob explains he didn't have time to invite anyone, the Notary bobbles through the ceremony and later Rob pays him off, he's the same guy he hired earlier to be the Austrailian boss.

with Aurora, JJ runs into a guy that knew him in prison, JJ gets him to bug off.

Sangre 54 2/2

we see Rob then hustling Sara off to her far away destination, Rob has gotten her a new pre-paid phone so she can call him, as the taxi pulls away showered in I love yous, off comes the wedding ring.

days later...

Rob, with a swollen jaw and toothache, stopped by bringing Aurora and JJ a wedding present since he has not been invited, we thought it best, when she shows JJ the present he asks if it is a bomb, Aurora comments on how nice Rob has been and JJ says it's the quiet ones you have to watch out for, then JJ takes his pills (??) not too many Aurora warns.

Dimas finds Cris drinking in the morning, gets him his pills, Cris laments all his hard work was for nothing, Dimas later reports back to Meche, who states it was his decision and her daughters are what's most important to her he spills about Leo accepting the offer.

Aurora is off to the spa, drops Emilio at Meche's, but later asks JJ to pick him up.

Susan has a BFF chat with Nat, he CHOSE you, fight for your love, like the warrior you are.

JJ runs into Rob at Meche's, Rob wishes him the best, Meche gives little Emilio a necklace from his uncle Emilio.

hmm, JJ stops in front of Aurora's ?? but a couple of guys ask for directions, Sonoma was it, they drive off, JJ gets back in his car and heads off too, (are the writers telling us all?)

(in Senora Acero they used a real drug Scopolamine, "it’s one that criminals use to erase your memory and renders you incapable of exercising your free will." it was used on tourists to clean out their bank accounts, and they wouldn't have a clue)

an hour later JJ awakes, all fuzzy in an alley, surrounded by hookers.

Sara calls Rob who just had his tooth pulled and is waiting for his pills.

the wedding is all set at Aurora's house, but where is JJ, somehow Aurora arrives where JJ is, where is Emilio? Aurora is frantic!...

Sangre

Muchísimas gracias, deb, for another great recap. I noticed that Dolores saw Sara in her wedding gown being hastened into the car by Roberto. I wonder whether Dolores's having seen this will turn out to be important. If the plan that Negron and Roberto are hatching depends on blaming Sara for stealing Crisanto's money, Roberto probably won't want Crisanto to know that he and Sara just got married.

It looks as if Spanish Student was right about the phony wedding. The "notary" had an almost painful American accent, though I guess since they were in California, that wasn't so unusual. But it seemed painfully obvious that he had never conducted a wedding before. If Sara weren't so happy about the wedding, she might have become a bit suspicious. (I was amused that he was the same guy whom Rob hired to pretend to be the Australian Mr. Newton. His accent then wasn't at all Australian, but it didn't have to be to fool Crisanto.)

I'm simply not on team Juanjo. Obviously, he's a lot better than Roberto, but he's too undisciplined and immature. He seems to have hurt his shoulder when he shoved the ex-con who approached him, and he's taking pills for shoulder pain. Fine. But in spite of Aurora's warning, he takes too many. Gimme a break! Come to think of it, is there any man in this novela below the age of 60 who is decent and mature?

Sangre

Deb, thanks again!!! And thank you and Juanita for explaining JJs quote. As well as the drug info. Something must've happened though...how could Rob have such an elaborate scheme prepared on the same day that JJ takes too many pills.

Juanita, I'm probably still stuck on Juanjo leaving his keys near the same man who played mind games with his wife by stealing her keys. Or perhaps I should be more angry at Aurora. Either way they should have erred on the side of caution.

And to answer your question - Luis is a decent guy...unfortunately he was only given a one-word line the entire episode - "congrats" to JJ and Aurora.. His vengeful wife, who wears crop tops in the workplace, is more valuable as a troublemaker. I was really hoping there'd be more dirt on her than just her loose lips.

What do the writers have in mind by introducing a new character from jail? Didn't he tell Juanjo, "you owe me"?

Rob is stuck on discrediting JJ. It always cracks me up when the antagonist points out everyone else's flaws. Didn't he just have a police ankle bracelet removed and anger management therapy. JJs crime in episode 1 was not intentional but one of negligence...which unfortunately happened again at the end of last night's episode.

Sara was smart enough to bring her entire coven and a photographer to the sham wedding. And Delores witnessed the couple en route. How long do we have to wait before she tells what she knows?

Donde esta Emilito...or I guess the better question is who did Rob pay to kidnap and babysit.

So many new players/crimes on top of the old ones...that unfortunately won't unravel until the last 2 episodes.

Juanita:

Nope!!

I m fed the F@#$% UP with this darn show ..IT WAS THE 'Weird' ROBERT SHOW...

The other males were flawed.. and the hero Juan Jose was a goofball!!

JJ,If he had stayed involved with the jail ,brothers, Vatos/homeboys and had a life.. I would have had more respect for this character...

I would have seen his motivations as a man.. and his relationship to the real world..

We also did not see these people's childhood , why were they tight.??..what was wild pothead..teenager hood..like..EMILIO, WHO THE HECK WERE YOU ? REALLY!!..

.... their childhood with Crisp, and Mercedes,Paco,Natalia...
there was not enough back story...!!

EXCUSE ME..!!!...if Paco knew Paloma as a child...THAT IS CREEPY..borderline pedophile!!!!!!!!!!

It was the: Cray -Cray, Roberto story...I would give money to have seen his childhood!!

JJ ,just did NOT develop as a real SEXY /STUD, man for me, he was like smoke..I could NOT ,grasp his substance...no real inner core.

If he had scenes, wherein, we were exposed to his inner dialog / thoughts .. moral compass .. something..IT WOULD HAVE HELPED..A LOT..!!!!

However ,I understand CRISANTO .COMPLETELY!!..The writers ,let you read him like a book..

This was the Crisanto story as well..God ,everybody knows this man!! ,he is the male- chauv.-pig-.trope..

....for good measure of equity, we did have the NATALIA story... she was somewhat fleshed out ...or I just brought all my women /vibe/sisterhood united... to it..worked for me..!!!

SANGRE

DEB:
THANK a bunch.. your recaps ,help me start my day...and organize my thoughts!!

because this is madness!!

Sorry Susan, BUT..Paco has been screwing a girl that they helped raise/rear..since childhood?!?!?

Paloma was like another ..'child of the household' and another daughter to them, a child, they knew since she was a baby OR SMALL CHILD..YUCK...??!!

... when did he start seeing that girl-child ,being at an age ,when he think ,it WOULD BE OK to consider and could have sex with her ,a girl that may dated his sons...???...this sh@#$%t has to cross Natalia's mind!!

Paloma, get over your daddy issues.. But Paco is the adult here ,so the error falls on him!!

CAN YOU SEE PACO PLACING HIS FEET UNDER MERCEDES AND CRISANATO TABLE ... JOINING THE FAMILY..TO CALL THEM DAD/MOM..

GET THE HECK OUTTA HERE!!

TOO MUCH!! MERCEDES IS GOING TO GO TO JAIL!!it will KILL CRIS!!

Sangre:
I don't think Juanjo took more pills. The writers are misleading us. I think something happened when Juanjo went over to help the lost tourists, a set up. Not sure what but Juanjo was drugged by Roberto in some way!
Bella

Sangre

Bella, that was my original thought which is why I blamed Rob. But I think he did take more pills. If JJ didn't touch the map, what could have happened that wouldn't have affected the two guys in the car. Plus Rob drugged his own son into a deep sleep. I agree that the writers intentionally left that part out.

Spanish Student

Sangre

wow, great comments all!

I sure missed a couple of things, I didn't know where the ladies at Sara's wedding came from, and didn't know why Juanjo was taking pills, and the ending left me as fuzzy and confused as Juanjo.

and I guess Rob has been unable to raise the money to pay his hitman.

in the beginning Juanjo, Sere, and Paloma had Rob pegged for what he was, and later, Susan started an investigation on him, but so far no one has stepped up to the plate, I'm waiting to see who saves the day.

the basic story is about Emilio's death and Cris' desire for revenge, Meche backing him, and Natalia pushing back, when Roberto comes along, but the younger generation of the families have never split.

hmm, so it seems the only resolution here would be the disclosure of Rob tampering with the truck that killed Emilio, as it seems Rob is pretty much off the hook for everything else, except for what Sara knows, right?

Sangre

@Spanish Student: Ah, yes, Luis. He does seem to be a decent man. I guess in my mind he's been so overshadowed by his perra wife that I forgot about him. Thanks for reminding me.

Sangre

@deb: Yes, I think you're right, the key event in the novela's plot is Emilio's death and its aftermath, especially Crisanto's bitterness toward Juanjo. So surely the novela's resolution has to center on Rob's having tampered with the brakes. But there's really a triple whammy for Crisanto. He not only 1) blamed the wrong person, 2) he hired and for quite a while embraced the person who was really culpable--AND 3)that person robbed him blind. So I think Sara is going to have to play a big role in the Reveal. And perhaps Leo as well. At least I hope so.

Sangre: And Delores will play a role. I think Riberto's killing of Wilber will come to light somehow.
Spanish Student: Is it possible Roberto had someone put some powder drug on the steering wheel of Juanjo's car while he was talking to the lost tourists?
Bella

Sangre 55

Where is Emilio?

Aurora is frantic, Susan arrives, Meche arrives and attacks JJ, maybe Rob has him but no one knows where he is, ah, Meche leads them to the hospital where Rob had his tooth pulled.

earlier Cris is drinking when the police arrive looking for Rob so he gets the news.

they find a shoe, Susan sends for a dog, JJ is arrested for DUI, and everyone moves to the station, where Rob clobbers JJ while he is cuffed, Susan questions all, including who would not want them to marry, beside Rob, Sere's name is mentioned by Aurora, Susan questions her who clicks that Aurora thought she would have done it, that tears it for Serena.

JJ's drug test comes back negative, Susan apologizes, JJ says you have known me all my life, that's why I doubted you, Susan says, ok they work oh what happened, ah, Aurora's place has cameras, Ernesto is on it.

(wow, they showed the credits tonight!)

the videos show a third guy in the back seat of the car, but who?

Susan has alerted all the stations in the area and set up checkpoints, urges everyone to go home, and they relocate to Aurora's, Cris too, Rob is hanging close to Aurora, when released JJ arrives, I was drugged, Rob and Cris are at him, Dimas holding them off, Aurora tells JJ to leave.

Ernesto finds the other car, brings in the two guys, their testimonies are not contradicting, there were no prints of Emilio in the car, they look innocent, something is not right, Susan wants all tested for Scopolamine, Devil's Breath, yep, and the map was laced with it.

papa Paco comforts JJ who thinks he is cursed, he knows their love is strong, but who would do this, Rob?, and reminds JJ of his enemies when in prison, ah.

Susan arrives at Aurora's to clue her in on bugging the phones in case it's a kidnapping (Rob seems to be around for any news) Aurora tips her that one of the prostitutes was nervous and could have seen something, later Aurora goes looking for her, Rob tagging along, but they are spotted by Ernesto who says they shouldn't be there, then the prostitutes show up, he grabs them, and Belkis will say nothing so Susan holds her.

Cris is at the house, asks Meche for some coffee, she points out the pot to him, Paco has called Paloma for news, she says she needs him so much, Meche hears, just a friend Paloma says.

Leo organizes a search by the LBGT community, Sofi shows with her new friend, they are holding hands.

Belkis wants some coffee, Susan isn't giving her any food or water till she talks, ok, behind the hunks car was a moving van, and when it went by she heard the cry of a young child, Ernesto is on it.

Susan shows Rob and Aurora pics of the local criminals, they don't recognize any, but JJ squeezes in and tells of Fedelio (from Ivan's gang in prison) who they ran into, Susan checks his record, he was in jail for child molestation.

Aurora finds Fedelio, he points out a dumpster, inside a dead Emilio, nope, just a dream.

Susan alerts her checkpoints with a pic of Fedelio, hmm, his prints weren't on the map or shoe, hmm, half of these cases end up dead, hmm, and if not solved in 48 hours, most never are.

Aurora goes to her mom's place, Rob is at the office, (did everyone forget he has the passwords) the searches have been stopped because they have a suspect.

Aurora hasn't slept but can't sit still, she goes to the spot they saw Fedelio, JJ is already there, he comforts her, Fedelio drives by...

Sangre

this was a little out of sequence but JJ wasn't released until after the Scopolamine test, and then, did he arrive at Auroras.

sorry about the Scopolamine spoiler, I really didn't know.
https://www.drugs.com/illicit/devils-breath.html

if Rob did it, who would he trust with Emilio?

Sangre:Rob doesn't care about his son. He already put Emilito's life in danger once by adding a drug to his medicine. Roberto would sacrifice Emilioito in a flash if it would remove Juanjo from the picture and he could have, even a grieving Aurora, for himself!
I'm waiting for Delores to spill the beans about Sara's marriage. There are even pics to prove it. When is Sara going to discover that the wedding was fake? I'm ready for some discoveries!!

Sangre

Thanks VERY much, deb, for another wonderful recap. I guess I was wrong about Juanjo carelessly taking too many pills. Bella got it right when she said that something happened when Juanjo went over to give directions to people in the car.

So Juanjo tells Aurora that the tests have proved that he was drugged, and what does she do? She tells him to leave. Huh?

I was impressed that Sofi's new boyfriend offers his support to Leo. I'm also impressed that Leo is now really out to everyone and is dressing as a woman all the time.

Frankly, the whole business of drugging not just Juanjo but also the two guys in the car and stealing Emilito strikes me as too complicated and contrived for Fidelio to have carried out. I don't doubt that he's guilty, but the plan seems too far-fetched. And though Rob certainly had the motivation and the deviousness to have concocted something like this, I doubt he knew Fidelio and I especially doubt that he would have chosen a child molester to steal Emilito.

Sangre:

Thanks, Deb!

Although in this show the people that touched the map with scopolamine got affected by it instantly, Wikipedia says that's pretty much impossible, you need a much higher dose, and it takes a while to get into your system when just touching it. But since this is a telenovela, why not?

I do think Roberto is behind all of this. I agree with anonymous that he doesn't care about his son, he just wants to get Aurora back. And it seems to be working. BTW, I know it's unlikely, but waaay back at the start of the show, I thought maybe Emilito is actually JJ's son, because I think Aurora did sleep with him shortly before her marriage. But I could be totally wrong about this.

I would not be surprised if Roberto did check out people in jail with JJ, found Fidelio, and made a deal with him to do this whole thing. The biggest coup for Rob would be if he could end up "rescuing" Emilito, maybe then Aurora WOULD take him back. But how in the world could that happen? No idea, but the writers are very clever.

Sangre

Juanita - yes, the secrets behind Emelio's death, which started a war between 2 close families, must be revealed. Something has to bring Cris and Juanjo together...and that should be Roberto.

Susan asked Aurora if she noticed anything odd about Rob the last time she saw him. She said - no, he brought us a gift...he was nice to me. Hmm

Juanjo tells Paco that the drugging and kidnapping seems designed to keep him and Aurora apart. Hmm...now who could that be? Rob?Next scene Rob takes the moral high road and puts Cris in check when he blames Aurora. Really, isn't he still blackmailing Cris. Is everyone so blind they're taking moral advice from Rob? He didn't receive one look of distrust.

Leo has his lgbtq friends help with the search, but he didn't seem too happy with Sofi and her new beau. Sofi's probably the best bff on the show.

Rob went to work and tried to calm Aurora by phone. Again...not normal for a father whose toddler has been missing for 24 hours. Certainly not typical of raging Roberto.

When Fidelio walked away he told Juanjo that he owed him. If he has Emelito, why wouldn't he contact them with a ransom, and why would he just drive by, making eye contact. Just doesn't seem like he was something to hide. He could be helping Rob or maybe he's just a distraction...from Rob.
