Papá a Toda Madre, Episode 58, 4/9/2018: Dead (Wo)Man Walking…and Talking…and Possibly Stalking… OR Night (Day) of the Living Dead

Alt Title: Chicken Soup for the BUSTED Soul!

At the Carbajal fortress (that can easily be invaded by a tribble), Renée explains to Noel that she grew up in a house that was her mother’s; and when her mother died, she thought it would be hers, but it turned out that the house is not under her name. When Noel tells her he doesn’t understand anything she is saying, he demands to know who the he** her mother is; so Renée blurts out, “Catalina Sanchez!” After Noel stumbles backwards and remains quiet, Renée questions why he remained quiet and if he knew her mother…
                                                                        Could it be?????
(So Renee, realizing this is going sideways fast, wishes she had brought Wookiee with her and makes small talk: So...you ever know Catalina Sanchez?) Noel tells her that she knows where the door is and not to get close. When Renée persists and asks if he knows Don Noel, Noel ( wonders if he should take out his saber but...) responds that if she doesn’t leave, he will call the police; so Renée apologizes and runs out. After she leaves, Noel uncovers his head and looks as if he saw a ghost. (Maybe the Ghost of Bunny Hopping Past? Wait, what the Dickens am I thinking? Or was he thinking, “May the Farce Be with You?”)

At his home, Jorge is talking on the phone and asking the person that if they know of a job to let him know; he really needs it. After he hangs up, he crosses out the name off of a list and sighs deeply. Just then, Kika arrives and tells Jorge that if Georgy Boy doesn’t go to see his goddess then his goddess will come see him. She complains that he stood her up as Jorge quickly closes the door and checks the curtains. He wonders if anyone saw her because he doesn’t want them to start gossiping. (Homeland Security has nothing on this, Boy!) Kika tells him not to worry because no one was around and the kids are at school. She starts wooing him and tells him not to think that she came to see him; she just happened to pass by and saw his car; so she knew he was home. When she asks him if he shouldn’t be at work, Jorge stutters several yes’s and no’s before he finally lies and tells her that he sometimes brings his work home because there are less distractions and can concentrate better. When Kika continues to tease him, Jorge starts to give in, but then tells her he can’t…he really wants to, but he can’t. It’s too early (????????????????? WHAT? And you will turn into a.......if it's before...when?) and he has many things to do; and she as many thing to do too since she is an executive (yes, she really wants to do some executing, Georgy Boy!). After Kika continues to seduce him and tells him that even executives make time for pleasure, she notices how tense he is and starts to give him a massage which clearly gets him riled up. He gets away from her and tells her he needs a second. After he asks for forgiveness from God because he is a big sinner, he darts back to her and kisses her passionately… (Wow he got an answer from above fast; EBay, take note)

As Renée walks away from Noel’s house, she calls Rafa but he doesn’t answer; so she leaves a message that something strange just happened. She needs to talk to someone about her troubles with her father, her house…and that would be him; though she knows he’s upset with her, she hopes that someday they can talk like they used to in the past. After she hangs up, Renée gets a call from Diana, the teacher/counselor, because she needs to see her…right now, if possible.
At Veronica’s home, Toño and Mau are folding the laundry as they discuss a new business (looking for the free and clear, but nothing in sight :-). Mau suggests that they set up the office at his house; and Toño can help out with the logistics. Toño likes the idea and will conduct a systems study to see what software would be best for them. Mau is going to talk to Jorge to get his opinion; they can then all meet together to alk about it. After Mau leaves, Esperanza comes in and compliments Toño on the housework he has done. Toño sits her down and offers her coffee; so Esperanza wonders what it is that he wants. Toño just wants to ask her a question…by any chance, doesn she happen to have a stash hidden away for emergencies? After he tells her that it isn’t for him, but for a cooperative business he is thinking about, Esperanza wonders if he is dreaming. She tells him to at least wait until she dies to see what inheritance he will get, but he shouldn’t get his hopes up too high. After Toño gives up and starts to leave with the laundry, Esperanza reminds him to get her coffee and complains that the table is dirty.
At Jorge’s house, Jorge and Kika are getting into it on the couch when Mau rings the doorbell and calls out to Georgy. Jorge panics and lowers Kika’s head so she can’t be seen through the window…(If he had Spock's Cloaking Function gun he would have used it on poor Kika!)

As Mau keeps calling out…Giovanni…Gilberto...Gamil, Jorge whispers “Jorge! My name is Jorge!” and tells Kika to keep quiet and wait. Jorge then crawls to the window to look outside until he sees Mau leave. When he goes back to Kika, Kika thinks it’s time that Mau know about their relationship, but Jorge rejects the idea…because their relationship is of no importance…it’s a hit and run (Slam, bam, thank you, ma’am, kinda thing). Kika sarcastically agrees that their relationship is worth nothing…casual sex, but Jorge doesn’t see her anger. When Jorge asks if she is not upset with what he just said, Kika assures him that she isn’t (but we know different). He suggests that they call it quits for the day, so Kika gets up to leave, but Jorge calls her back (he already asked for forgiveness so why not??) and wants to tell her something…he grabs her and kisses her fiercely as he leads her to his bedroom. Kika suddenly stops and asks if that was the bedroom he shared with his Ex. When Jorge confirms that it is, Kika wants to do away with all the bad vibes…they will exorcise it by making love there…oh but wait! They aren’t going to make love, they are going to have sex…cold…this is just carnal; Jorge shouldn’t bring in any emotions. They start their sex, but Kika stops again to make sure that Jorge is not feeling any emotions..and then she stops again to remind him that this is of no importance; it’s like two strangers. Jorge agrees…he is a man; this is what men do! They have sex…like savages…animals…carnivores! They get at it again, but this time it’s Jorge who stops for a minute because he’s getting dizzy. He then tells Kika that he feels like a big sinner because he has never just had sex; he would make love because he had feelings. Kika is frustrated and can’t understand him; he is about to spoil this moment. She suggests that they play some music and tells him to relax. She starts a sexy dance as Jorge prays; so Kika tells him to take advantage before the kids get home from school. Jorge loses all restraint and lifts Kika; and they fall on to the bed. Kika yells out his name and says she knew he had it in him! (Where?)
At the repair shop, Nerón tells Pablo and his other worker that is the way women are. They want to be begged to; and men have to be pleading with them…until they give in (please, Pablo, record this and send it to Flor!). What isn’t clear to him is if he can go back home; or if he has to stay and sleep at the repair shop. Pablo tell hims not to worry; he can make space for him and they can both sleep there…it’s not that bad there. Nerón agrees, but adds that he has to go back home to get some of his things. Pablo suggests that after they close, Nerón can go get his things and he will set up the cots. Nerón then shares that when he goes back home, he can do something to flatter Flor…a romantic gesture…like a plastic flower so it will last a long time. And he will give her a card and write, “When this flower leaves, so will my love for you.” (The man needs lessons in love!...Maybe get one of those blow up dolls, you might not piss it off for a while, Neron.)  After Pablo and his work buddy laugh, Pablo tells Nerón that he is stubborn because his wife clearly said that she wanted to be alone. Nerón didn’t care for his comment and tells them to get to work! Meanwhile, Flor is at the house struggling to get Milady to sleep. She walks away to go lay Milady down…and doesn’t turn off the stove where she has put some bottles to boil.
At the school, Lili and Valentina bump into each other in the hallway. Valentina wonders why she is using the junior high school bathrooms and not the high school bathrooms; so Lili explains that all she wants to do is sleep and rather than nodding off in the classroom, she comes to the bathroom. When Lili asks if Valentina is going to go tattle to Jorge, Valentina assures her she isn’t a tattletale. Lili hopes not because she has enough with Baldo as her guardian…she doesn’t want Valentina to give Jorge any ideas. Valentina says ‘sorry,’ and adds that this is not happening because of her; it’s because of Pablo. Lili doesn’t give a hoot who does or doesn’t want her seeing Pablo; what she knows for sure is that she doesn’t want to ever see Pablo again…in her life! When Lili tells Valentina that she’s going home, Lili tells her they still have an hour of school left and she doesn’t want Lili going home alone. Lili retorts that Valentina is not her nanny and she shouldn’t care what she does. After Lili walks away and Valentina growls, Baldo comes running down the stairs and asks Valentina if she knows where Lili is because she didn’t show up to class. When Valentina tells him that she skipped class and has just left for home, Baldo thinks Lili went off with Pablo, but Valentina assures him that Lili doesn’t care about Pablo…Lili is on some other wavelength; she didn’t even take her school things. Baldo insists that he will not let Lili leave alone; so he goes for his things to go after Lili. Valentina thinks Baldo is being stubborn…and goes for her things too! (Uh-oh! Home is hot right now…yikes! We are reminded that in TNs, gestation does not progress during Time Warps)
Nerón arrives to his house and sees smoke as he enters. He runs into kitchen that is filled with smoke and starts trying to swish away the smoke with a dishcloth as he starts to cough. He then runs to the bedroom and wakes Florezota who is fast asleep. After he tells her that the bottles she left boiling are now chicharrones (fried pork skins), he goes off to check on Milady.
At Jorge’s house, the kids enter arguing with each other. Lili wants to go back to Tijuana because she’s feeling very sensitive. Valentina tells them to stop arguing; and as she goes to the bathroom, she hears noises. She approaches Jorge’s bedroom door and wonders what’s up with the sexy music. She figures Jorge is in the bedroom and didn’t go to work (Nope! Didn’t go to work, but working up a sweat!). Valentina fears that Jorge will be angry when he finds out that they left school early; so Baldo asks what they should do. Valentina whispers that they should follow her (away from the bedroom). Meanwhile, inside the bedroom, Jorge is shushing Kika…

He even kisses her to shut her up…

Then prays that the door doesn’t open…  (We all know that the only TN doors with working locks are the ones which should NOT have them, like when somebody has been kidnapped and locked in a room.)

At Diana’s office, Diana reminds Renée of the criteria for the grants—the grants were to be awarded to two males and two females. The problem was that when they awarded her the grant, the person assumed that she was a male because of her name. Renée acknowledges that this is not the first time that assumption has been made, but she never imagined this could occur at such a high level…at the university! Diana isn’t sure if the error was made by the person at the university or over at Maryland…they really don’t know what happened. Renée thinks it’s unbelievable and hopes that it’s just a matter of correcting the error…and that the slot is still hers. Diana explains that is where the real problem is; the two female slots are filled and Renée has a male slot. If the university leaves things as they are, a male would lose out; but if they correct the error, one of the three females, including Renée, would lose their slot. After Renée shakes her head and says that she can’t believe this is happening to her, Diana adds that all the projects were excellent and deserving of the grant; the last criteria was the gender of the recipients. Diana doesn’t know how they will resolve this; and Renée still can’t believe that she may loose her slot again.
At Jorge’s house, the kids sit quietly at the bottom of the stairs as Samuel enters and asks what’s wrong with them…they left him alone at school. When Samuel hears and asks about the music, all the others motion that they don’t know…(Alone...sexy music....they're all looking at Sammy...........)

Meanwhile, in a blind panic, Jorge is pushing Kika under the bed…in lieu of shoving her out a window clad only in his best sheet. What is even more unbelievable is that Kika acquiesces with nary a whimper.

After Jorge picks up some clothes and throws himself on the bed covering himself up, the kids open the door and Samuel asks what he’s doing there.

Jorge tells them that he is sick and coughs. He thinks he has a severe cold...and hopes to God that it isn’t influenza. After he sneezes a couple of times, Samuel asks about the music; so Jorge first pretends not to hear the music, then tells them it’s his music…he listens to it when he has a cold. (And BTW, it just sounds better in this ginormous, hideous, pink phone holder) When he gets a cold, he dances on the bed…and then he feels better..and the fever goes away. (Tango Interrupt-US) He then tells them he needs to be alone, so the kids leave. (Well at least as alone as it is going to get with a Kika under the bed.) After Jorge throws back the blanket and checks on Kika who half-way comes out from under the bed, the kids open the door again; so Jorge yells and tells them that he got a cramp on his leg…but he is better now. (To her credit, Kika comes scooting from under the bed as though on Ramon's Mechanic's creeper, only to be promptly retracted again as if by a Big Jorge bungy cord.)
At Diana’s office, Renée doesn’t know what to do; she has been through so much with all this process..and she is starting to think that maybe this just isn’t for her. Diana understands how she feels and tells Renée not to get discouraged. Diana asked her to come so that they could look at options and and think of some strategy together…there has to be a way to fix this problem. When Renée wonders if this is a sign that she shouldn’t leave, Diana can’t believe Renée could be serious since this has been her life-long dream. After Diana tells Renée that she can’t give up this opportunity…and all the time and effort she has dedicated to it, Diana wonders if there isn’t some other reason why Renée has doubts about her trip. Renée thinks that this has nothing to do with her other reasons; if this doesn’t happen, it’s because of something. Diana suggests that things may be resolved quicker if Renée goes to the university, but Renée points out that it’s not as if the university is just around the corner and that she could just go back and forth from Maryland. Renée has everthing jumbled in her head and needs time to think calmly…they should talk later. Diana understands perfectly and tells Renée that she will support her in whatever comes because she believes in her project; in fact the university liked it so much that it might work in her favor. Renée hopes so, thanks Diana, and leaves.
At Jorge’s home, Jorge is still quivering in bed as he tells the kids to go make him some chicken soup...hot and homemade…and some tea with cinnamon and honey. (Anything, Kids, go play on the freeway, just leave me alone long enough to extricate this blonde, babbling tar baby from my bedroom)

He then comments that Lili and Valentina are the women of the house and they should know how to make something delicious; so they should go on to the kithen…then later, the three of them, Samuel not included, will explain to him why they left school early without permission. Lili remarks that she is too tired, but Valentina tells her not to start…they were both told to go. After Lili and Valentina leave, Jorge tells Baldo and Samuel to go to the pharmacy to buy him some medicine…some Vitamin C, couch syrup…after he makes a raspy cough, he adds that they should also get him some pills. Baldo thinks Samuel should go because he has a lot of homework, but Jorge insists that both of them should go….because Samuel is too young and the city is not safe…it is very unsafe, too unsafe! Jorge also tells them not to rush; they should take their time and enjoy the city because it is very pretty…they should take time to see it. (And give me time to dispose of the body.) He then tells them to leave because he is sick and has fever. After they leave, Baldo asks Samuel if he believed Jorge. Samuel assumes Baldo is talking about the unsafeness of the city, but Baldo clarifies that he doesn’t believe Jorge is sick. Meanwhile, in the bedroom, Kika has come out from under the bed again, and now wants to talk...(not a good time Kika) and Jorge tells her to be quiet, but she reproaches him for being a machista and treating his daughters like slaves! He covers her mouth, (We hopeo she has had her shots because it looks like you're about to get bit, Jorge!) but she continues that she has no idea how she ended up with him; he is a lout! Jorge continues to cover her mouth to quiet her until he tells her to calm down, get dressed and leave.  (Kudos to Kika for not bolting from the bedroom in only her underwear, but it appears she has become quite forgiving)

When she shakes her head that she won’t leave, Jorge tells her he’ll stick his finger in her nose, which he does! …and tells her this is finished!  (Watch yourself Big Boy, she could have greeted your kids wearing just a sheet and a smile :-)
At Logatoys, Fabián comments that money could make a dog dance. Falcón agrees that, with money, deals can go much faster. After he congratulates Fabián for the lesson he will give Mauricio, Falcón asks if Fabián isn’t worried about the little girl. When Fabián wonders why he should worry about her, Falcón starts to say that she is his…but hesitates and asks if Fabián isn’t fazed by some paternal instinct. Fabián laughs as he plays at the foosball table and tells Falcón not to distort things; if he has any interest in the child, it is only to use her to hurt Mauricio. (Another serpent is preparing a nice warm place for you, Fab.)
Mauricio goes to pick up Anifer at school and asks how her day went; so she tells him that they were asked to draw a picture of their family. When she shows Mau the picture she drew, he luurves it…though she didn’t get his best side. (She signs her work? How sweet :-) After she points out herself and Renée, Mau asks if there is no else that she wants to include in her family. Anifer wonders if he is referring to the neighbors, but Mau digresses and tells her it is perfect the way it is. After he squats and tells her he is very proud of her, Anifer gives him a big hug. As Mau hugs her, his smile fades as he thinks of the lies hehas told Anifer about her mother.
At the prison, the attorney tells María that today the judge ordered the release of the Mexican citizen, María Cruz. María is confused and asks if the charges were dropped; so the attorney confirms that is what he just said. When María wonders how that could happen, the attorney explains that the public ministry found out that the person who actually commited the crimes she was condemned for was found…so she will be free very soon. María can’t believe she will soon be free, but as the thought sinks in, she smiles broadly…Oh Boy! #1

At Nerón’s house, Flor cries that this had never happened to her. Nerón assures her that everything is fine and nothing bad happened, but Flor knows that if he hadn’t arrived…who knows what would have happened. Nerón then tells her that it is up to her if he should sleep there or at the repair shop. He isn’t trying to take advantage of the situation; it is her decision and he will respect it. Flor is not sure anymore; if it hadn’t been for him…when she can’t continue, Nerón tells her to just say the word, but he doesn’t want to pressure her. Flor finally agrees that he stay, but makes it clear that it won’t mean that things will continue as if nothing happened. Nerón replies that it’ll be as she wishes. Flor cries and as she hugs him tightly, she repeats that she doesn’t know what would have happened if he hadn’t gotten there…but that doesn’t mean anything…

At Veronica’s house, Toño and the kids talk about him being the coach for Neto’s team. Tania tells him that if he can’t do it, some other father can do it, but Toño insists that he can definitely do it. Toño asks Neto if he wants him to be the coach for his team, but Neto is engrossed with his toy and doesn’t listen to him. Just then Veronica arrives and asks the kids how they are. When Toño pointedly asks if she can now leave her job during lunch, Veronica replies that the occasion calls for it. Toño assures her she shouldn’t worry because everything is under control and he is there. Esperanza then comes out and adds that she is there too, but is glad that Veronica could come home after all. When Toño asks Veronica if she told his mother that she was coming home, but not him, Veronica ignores him and asks Esperanza how she can help her. Esperanza responds that she doesn’t need to help since she works hard and can come home…not like others who used to work full-time and passed the time with his buddies. Veronica then remarks that it seems that Toño doesn’t want her coming home for lunch and asks how things are going with his new boss at Logatoys. Toño ignores the question and tells the kids that they need to wash their hands; and he will heat up the food he prepared for them.
At Jorge’s house, Jorge enters the kitchen in his brown bathrobe and asks the girls how things are going. Valentina tells him there wasn’t any chicken soup; so she made noodle soup. When she asks if she should take it to him, Jorge quickly tells her ‘no’ as he holds the door shut. Jorge wants to wait until the tea is ready, but Lili tells him the tea has been ready for quite some time. Jorge doesn’t believe it…because things should be done with much love…not just thrown together. He then tells them to start over and make everything again. After he tells them he’ll be right back and not to move from there, he goes out to look for Kika who is coming out of the bedroom, but then rushes to the bathroom and locks herself in. As Jorge runs into the bathroom door, Lili and Valentina come out with the tea and noodle soup. Jorge goes to them and feels the food and tea, but thinks they are too cold. He orders them to go back and heat every thing up because he likes things hot…steaming hot…so hot that he should get blisters!  (This porridge is too hot, this porridge is too cold, this porridge is just right but I still haven't been able to slip this bimbo past you, so go reheat it again!) When Lili comments that he is insufferable today, Jorge demands respect and orders them back to the kitchen to do everything again and make sure everything is HOT…for their father who is sick… and agonizing! After Lili and Valentina go back to the kitchen, Jorge rushes back to the bathroom door and tells Kika to hurry and get out, but Kika responds that she’d rather die than go out without make-up or fixing her hair. As Jorge pleads with her and warns her that they will be busted, Kika opens the door and kisses him. Jorge huddles over her to hide her and scoots her out the door…and Kika continues to throw kisses at him. As Jorge closes the door, Lili and Valentina come back out with the boiling hot food and tea. After Jorge feels the food, Lili remarks that his mouth has red paint all over it. Jorge doesn’t believe it, but when he wipes his mouth and sees the red lipstick, he yells, “Nooo! It can’t be! My, God! I’m bleeding!” He keeps yelling until he rushes back into his bedroom. Valentina then tells Lili to take him the food because she has to go to the bathroom. (Jorge did you only ask forgiveness for the Bunny work?  Looks like you owe Somebody a slew of Hail Marys as you were not pre-approved for all these additional lies.)
At Mau’s house, Renée, Mau and Anifer are at the table eating. Renée tells Mau and Anifer about the mix-up and how they thought she was a male because of her name. Mau can’t understand how they could remove her from her slot just because she is a woman and wonders if they are following Trump’s bad example. Renée explains that the slots for the females were filled and the ‘gringos’ thought she was a male so they gave her a male slot…and now she doesn’t know what’s going to happen. When Mau suggests that he can lend her his clothes, she not wear make-up and let her moustache grow out, Renée laughs faceciously and Anifer chides him for his jokes. Renée then tells him that she would prefer not to talk about it anymore and asks Mau to tell her about his plan. Mau shares that they are just starting, but they have high hopes. They want to sell throughout the Republic…from north to south. Anifer then reminds Mau that he was going to buy her a small box to keep her mother in; so Mau tells her he will buy the urn as soon as he can and adds that he would have liked to have his mother’s ashes too. Renée suggests that they not talk about those things anymore. They should all cheer up and not be down in the dumps just because she got the bad news. She adds that being with them is the best thing that could happen to her, though the food could be better…and Anifer thinks it’s too salty; so Mau thinks they should just not eat it!
At the prison, her cellmate tells María to get that look off her face; it seems as if someone had died, but it isn’t that way…she is about to get out of there. María knows, but thinks everything is just so strange. The cellmate doesn’t think anything is strange; they just found out that they messed up and she is not guilty of anything. María is still suspicious because she thought she would spend years in jail just like others…before they were found to be innocent. The cellmate responds that she should thank God because she didn’t spend much time there. After the cellmate asks her to write to her, María smiles and tells her she will definitely write to her.
At Mau’s house, Renée enters the kitchen followed by Mau who asks her what she’s going to do about the mastery program. Renée responds that she doesn’t know and didn’t expect this; she is in danger of losing out on the mastery program. Mau now understands why she has been so gloomy since she got back, but Renée adds that is not all. She is embarrassed to tell him, but she would rather he hear it from her…today she broke into Fabián’s house. Mau is flabberghasted and asks why she would do something like that. Renée relies, “Because I’m dumb; I just threw myself in there because I wanted to find something that would help with the thing about my house, but I didn;t find anything…but I did find out that Fabián doesn’t live alone.” When Mau remarks that Fabián has never lived with anyone, Renée assures him that he lives with someone because she ran right into him and he caught her inside the house. Mau still can’t believe what she is saying.  (as he mulls over the possibility he might be forced to actually call Jorge ..'JORGE'... if he needs his help to bail her out.)

At Veronica’s house, everyone eats quietly at the table. Veronica stands up to help Neto, but Toño stops her and they start whispering that Neto will find out soon enough that he will have to go back to the doctor. When Tania asks why they are whispering, Veronica and Toño quickly go back to their seats and tell the kids to continue eating. Esperanza shares that a little birdie told her that Neto is going to be in a football league. When she asks Neto about it, Neto ignores her and asks Vero and Toño why they are hardly ever together anymore. Vero signals to Toño to respond; so he tells Neto that they are just fine, but Esperanza grumbles. Vero then comments that at least they know that Neto is paying attention to them. Toño agrees and tells Neto that is the way he should always be…attentive. Tania then insists that they be honest. She wonders if they don’t like to be together anymore…and she thought things were getting better. Veronica looks at Toño not knowing how to respond, so she announces that she must leave for work (Kirby, what’s that sound chickens make??? :-)…their father can tell them; and if they don’t understand, they can come to her and she can explain.

As she kisses the kids good-bye, Vero reminds Toño to give Neto his meds; so Toño responds that he NEVER forgets. (He just remembers to not do it.)

At Jorge’s house, Valentina is in the bathroom drying her hands when she sees a lipstick. She wonders where that came from (The bunny brought it! Does she notice it being the exact color of her Father's blood?)

At Mau’s kitchen, Mau comments that the man must be an uncle that Fabián is caring for…or something similar. It’s impossible that it be Don Noel; Don Noel is dead...pushing up daisies. Mau thinks that if there were a remote possibility that Noel would be alive, Fabián would never have behaved the way he did with him…he wouldn’t be the dreadful person he is today. When Renée asks if Mau doesn’t think it’s strange that there is a person there in hiding, Mau shrugs and responds that at this point, nothing would surprise him about Fabián…but it definitely cannot be Noel; Mau went to his funeral (but did you check his pulse??). Mau then adds that Noel was a charming man and very supportive of Mau after the fire; he was almost like a father. Renée frowns and tells Mau that this man seemed to be like some type of maquette (which is a sculptor's small preliminary model). She then stops, shakes off the thought of the man she saw (was it Noel or Obi-Wan KeNoelbi?), and tells Mau to just forget it. Mau warns Renée that she should not even get close to that house because Fabián is a dangerous man. He then adds that the man could be an uncle or a roomie. Mau hesitates then adds that the man could even be a…well, they never know, because Fabián would kind of hug him like as if…hmmm…oh well, Mau doesn’t care. The only thing that he cares about is Renée; and if something happens to her in the guy’s house, Mau will die. After Mau insists that Renée promise not to return to that house, she hesitantly does, but crosses her fingers behind her back.

At Fabián’s house, Noel hopes that everything goes as planned…as he asked of Fabián. Fabián thinks things are going well…more or less. It’s not easy to dismantle a company; he needs more time. Noel then tells Fabián that he is planning something else having to do with the cul-de-sac. Fabián is surprised because that cul-de-sac is horrendous…although Bosco liked it so much that he had a house there. Noel responds that he, too, had a house there; though he never lived in it. When Fabián asks who lives there, Noel replies, “ The woman who loved me the most in my life…too bad I didn’t love her very much.” Fabian is in disbelief and asks what Noel is talking about. When Noel responds that he is talking about something that he doesn’t want Fabián to mention again, Fabián walks away in exasperation. (Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding!)

At Nerón’s house, Flor is feeding Milady when Nerón arrives and Ho! Ho! Hos! because Santa Claus forgot to leave something on Christmas Day….chocolate covered cherries which Flor happens to like. Flor looks at the chocolates and starts to get nauseated (uh-oh!). Nerón wonders if she really feels sick or if she’s still angry with him; so Flor assures him she is not feeling well. Nerón takes Milady and carries her as he asks her to say “papa”. When Flor tries to get up, she gets dizzy and sits back down wondering if the earth is shaking. Nerón wonders if she might be pregnant again, but Flor complains that she is seeing double…triple. When she starts to fall back, Nerón grabs her hand to keep her upright and he looks at her with great concern…(Note to Flor, just because you just woke up doesn't mean it is morning)

At Mau’s house, Renée is reviewing Anifer’s homework as Mau is at his laptop. Mau asks Anifer to help him with what he is doing and asks if she knows how to write proposals, make job templates or work plans. When Anifer asks what those are, Mau tells her that it’s too bad she doesn’t know because he was going to offer her a job as his assistant, but she just lost her opportunity! Anifer laughs and tells him he is crazy, but she likes him. After Anifer leaves to put her things in her backpack, Renée sighs deeply and tells Mau that she just came to a decision. She has thought a lot about it (just like she thought about donating the ovum??) and she is sure…she doesn’t want to pursue the master’s program. If there is anything she is sure of, it’s that she doesn’t want to be away from Mau or Anifer. Mau is left speechless…Oh Boy! #2

Comedy relief returns!! Yayyy!!

Georgy and Kika stole the show!! Luuurved all their scenes! This is by far the episode I've enjoyed most up to now.

So Maria is suddenly found to be innocent....betcha Fabian had his hand in that!

I sure hope Flor doesn't have anything serious...

More tomorrow...

Rgv Chick - You are on fire with your recap tonight. Thank you! The Obi-Wan Kenobi screenshot is perfect. And the snark. ;-)

I haven't laughed that much at a telenovela episode since ... .I don't know when! Especially when Georgie stuffed Kika under the bed. Booty call turned into Coitus Interruptus for sure. Jorge is a sex maniac.
Then the lipstick "I'm bleeding!" roflol!!!

Flor ..... I thought pregnancy, too, until she started seeing triple. Fingers crossed for pregnancy and no dreaded diseases.

What's up with Neron and the shop boys drinking with straws out of plastic bags? That liquid looks like pee. Eeew.

Oh Myyyy RGV. What a great recap. And I agree this was by far the most entertaining episode we have seen. Jorge annoys me to death, and Kika has been on my shitlist for a while. But together....Die NO Mite.

Both of them. But especially Kika, she shines in this looney stuff like this. I was watching her facial expressions in the bedroom with Jorge and she is hilarious. And 'scooting' under, no out , no back under the dam bed was like an old I Luuurve Lucy rerun.

Kika had a large part in La Piloto, which was a very serious show where she inadvertently went to work for the narcos and wound up almost killed and then in jail. She was a competent actress there, but she shines in those cray cray skits with Jorgy Boy. It is nice to see that she doesn't consider herself too hot to do the slapstick stuff. But in La Piloto most of her work was far from glamorous.

So does Flor have Prostate cancer now? :-)

I was laughing and clapping when Val spotted the lipstick all over Jorge. "OMG, I'm bleeding"?

And on the sofa, you'd think ISIS was outside the door with some Rocket Propelled Grenades and flame throwers.
Excellent episode and excellent retelling the way they do it in the RGV.

And I'd like to see poor little sweet Valentina finally tell Lil where to go:

Val:”Rat you out to Dad for skipping class? Hardly, because you know what? I don't really give a flip anymore. I tried to welcome you to our family, as surprised as I was, but you have shown nothing but disdain and mistrust toward me and my Brother. Tattle? Nopis, that is what they have report cards, progress reports and parent-teacher meetings for.

I am now just as unenthused about you and your hair from Hell dropping into my life as you are about me dropping into yours. For your information I had nothing to do with your Mother's passing, may she rest in peace. So be mad at somebody else for that one.

You will soon be of age to be considered an adult, which opens up a whole higher plateau of opportunities to make life changing bone headed decisions, far be it from me to stand in your way. In the meantime I am going to try to make something of what I have been given to work with, so mum's the word Sis."

Good Nite

RGV Chickie, thank you for this great recap. The show was especially funny tonight and you covered everything.

"Meanwhile, in a blind panic, Jorge is pushing Kika under the bed... What is even more unbelievable is that Kika acquiesces with nary a whimper." Unbelievable is right! Since when has Kika put up with things like this? This is a brand new Kika. A woman in love (?) and being disrespected yet again. I'm beginning to feel for Kika.

Chickie, at least you got to see a little skin, which you were asking for. I don't know if it was the skin you were hoping for, but it was skin :-)

I hope ol' Toño still has Yolanda's phone number.

I didn't like Flor's getting so seriously dizzy. Hopefully it was just the fumes. Hopefully.

Kirby, I think you're right about Val and Lili. Lili is a bitter pill these days and Val is continually put upon. Time for a little rebellion.

andy

Ah, something else, a vocabulary question. Kika keeps using a word that, to me, sounds like "huérgano", rhymes with "huérfano". I can't find it anywhere and Google translate says "orphan" just like "huérfano". I don't think that's right though.

Anybody know?

tin ear andy

My dogs woke me up :-/

Andy, the word Kika uses is “muergano.” I looked it up when she first used it and it means lout...but the way she uses it, I would say it’s probably used in the way we use a**hole :-)

More later...gonna try to get in at least one more dream...hopeofully a good one...zzzzz

Oh my Rgv Chick, it must be 3 am or earlier out where you are. Yes, Kika uses "muergano" a lot. And it certainly fits with the way hot-to-trot-but-not Jorge is acting. And the present time he is totally unworthy of our indefatigable Kika but hopefully she'll straighten him out soon.

Agree with everyone else that you were on fire with this one. And evidently the episode was flamin' hot funny as well. Looking forward to watching it later.

If I had to pick favorites (out of a gazillion very funny lines) I'd choose the title Chicken Soup for the (Busted) Soul and "May the Farce be with You". But honestly, this was a jewel of comedic writing from beginning to end. You are gifted m'dear.

And agree with Kirby that the actress, who played a sweet naive young woman in la Piloto is terrific as a physical comedy actress. Wonderful to see this side of her.

Doris, the plastic bags with straws is how they drink soft drinks or cold drinks in Mexico. Not in restaurants obviously, but drinks that you buy on the streets. Kind of like how we use paper cups.

Thanks Rgv Chick and Ghost. A real masterpiece!

You hit the ground running RgvChick and never stopped. Hilarious. Fabulous recap and screen shots.

“At the Carbajal fortress (that can easily be invaded by a tribble)”, “ Big Jorge bungy cord)” and “ (looking for the free and clear, but nothing in sight :-)” were excellent but “Tango Interrupt-US” was superb.

I can’t recall seeing a human being more poked, prodded and woman handled. Kika was fortunate she wasn’t physically harmed. Kudos to the actress for embracing the physical comedy. "Jorge rejects the idea…because their relationship is of no importance". The man is a moron.

Kirby, I too underestimated Kika's acting. She surely shines with Jorge!

So, an unexpected pang of guilt? remorese? from Noel regarding Renee's mother. Of course he didn't love her, he is incapable.

So things continue to go south for Renee. But of course she can't actually leave, especially now that Maria is likely to turn up. I agree. Fab had her sprung. For sure.

Very concerned for Flor. Don't think it is a pregnancy. The writers really wouldn't go to a bad place with our talented young mother, would they???

After Noel stumbles backwards and remains quiet, Renée questions why he remained quiet and if he knew her mother…Huh?  Ah, Renee…

doris, thanks for asking the question aqbout the plastic drink bags and for your quick response Judy. I don't recall ever seeing them before this...and was wondering the same thing.

RgvChick and Ghost, you outdid yourselves. Thank you!

Diana

Thank you, RgvChick, for the fantastic recap of such a fun episode. Jorge and Kika have to end up together. Loved it for all of the reasons already mentioned.

With María on the loose, things should even get more interesting. I, too, hope that Flor is not really ill. Maybe she has food poisoning.

AndyBanda - we got to see skin but it was Jorge, who does not have that #Iliveatthegym bod. Does not count. We want Mau! That bod will deliver. R&R might be good sightseeing, too.

JudyB - thank you for the bags explanation. Never saw that in a telenovela before.

Kika & Jorge were deprived of their Afternoon Delight ( https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=wu1UXCdyNo0 ... sheesh, I'm old! ) so maybe they will try again another day? More giggles will ensue? Must See TV.

I don't know much about Catholicism, but I am curious about this confession and forgiveness issue which Jorge appears to use to advantage.

If you tell a baldface lie which neither you, nor any of the recipients have a snowball's chance in hell of believing, do you still need to ask forgivness?

Also Doris: "maybe they will try again another day?" I wouldn't hold my breath. He did stick his finger in her nose, I took that to be the ultimate 'Heave Hoe', though I've not seen that gesture of romantic finality used before. But mixed in with all the other indignities Jorge did to his adoring Kika, who knows.

Kirby - "I don't know much about Catholicism, but I am curious about this confession and forgiveness issue which Jorge appears to use to advantage." Consider it dark humor, parody, irony, eye-rolling humor, whatever. One probably has to have grown up in the Catholic church, like I did, to get the joke.

Kirby: Jorge should've locked the door! Those kids kept barging in like that ROFLOL.

Doris: Jorge & Kika getting their escapade on isn't shocking. How long have they've been getting freaky ?

Pushed under the bed 100% naked with only a bed sheet.

Kirby, what doris said :)

Jarifa, because I'm almost positive Flor isn't pregnant (a bit too much mama drama in the near fainting), food poisitioning is good speculation. I really, really hope it isn't serious.

I think the only word I've ever understood that Flor has uttered is "Milady". Granted, dialog is not my thing, but I just watch her physcial movements when she speaks because it's fruitless trying to comprehend her.

I don't think I mentioned that there were a few times I laughed out loud last night. All of them at Jorge. How can such a stick in the mud make anyone smile, let alone laugh???

Diana

Diana - I was truly laughing out loud a few times, too, at Jorge & Kika.

Food poisoning .... I've had two types (salmonella and e.coli) and never saw double or triple vision, only the bathroom, but there are all types of food poisoning, so what do I know, but not everyone has the same symptoms. I'm not so sure in Flor's case. The fact that she fell asleep and kept saying that she has never done that before makes me wonder if it could be something else.

Oh I understand the incomprehensible sin/forgiveness thing which makes as much sense as the other teaching that our sins are forgiven (and I believe PAID FOR ? before they ever even happen).

What I wonder is if a forgiveness request is even needed for a lie which no creature with three or more brain cells would be expected to believe.

Good Morning, Pati-ohhhh!! Thank you ALL so much ...and Ghost thanks you too! What a fun episode we got to recap...we were really trying to do it justice, but sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words...thus the numerous screen shots :-)

Doris, "Fingers crossed for pregnancy and no dreaded diseases." Crossing my fingers too!

Kirby, "Jorge annoys me to death, and Kika has been on my shitlist for a while. But together....Die NO Mite." High five!! I couldn't have said it better! It would have really been nice to have had these two meet up since the beginning; I think they could have come close to being another Daniela/Gabriel from MMTF.

Jarifa, "With María on the loose, things should even get more interesting." Most definitely...and even further south for Mauricio and Renee.

Andy, ITA with Doris, not enough muscle, skin is not tanned or taut; so I didn't even take a second look LOL

JudyB, is was more like 4:30 when the dogs woke me; so it wasn't too bad...though I couldn't get back to sleep...oh well. It's a very cloudy day with rolling thunder, but very little rain; so I just might make up for the lost sleep :-)

Diana, "Very concerned for Flor. Don't think it is a pregnancy. The writers really wouldn't go to a bad place with our talented young mother, would they???" I sure hope not. Flor deserves a wedding!

Kirby, "What I wonder is if a forgiveness request is even needed for a lie which no creature with three or more brain cells would be expected to believe." It's only "needed" for the person who wants to justify or excuse what he/she is about to do.

Oh and Kirby, I've been wanting to ask...when do Junior's head feathers turn white?

RGV it will be about three and a half years when the change starts. He will have a fully white head and tail shortly after four years

Yeah coinky dinky with Renee's decision to never leave, MC is getting out of jail. What could possibly go wrong?

"What I wonder is if a forgiveness request is even needed for a lie which no creature with three or more brain cells would be expected to believe.". ----- well, yes, that is part of the joke. I always wondered if someone went to confession and confesses a really BIG sin, if the penance would be the same old "say thirty Our Fathers and twenty Hail Marys." 🙄

Kika and Jorge were hilarious yesterday. I really didn't think she would put up with the way he was trying to hide her from Mauricio and then the kids. Maybe it's because they both agreed that they're just a fling? If Jorge had said they were something more, then she'd probably completely flip out. My favorite scene was Jorge's reaction to the lipstick/blood. You'd think he would have locked himself in the bathroom rather than the room!

I agree that someone really needs to tell Lili off. Even Baldo has improved, but she just doesn't want to anything ever. Her supposed pregnancy is no excuse, she's been like that since before. I don't even think she helped out her mom- the fact that she doesn't know how to do anything is telling (unless that's just her excuse to not help out Valentina). The boys shouldn't be off the hook either though.

I wonder if part of the reason Vero wants to medicate Neto is because subconsciously she doesn't want to spend the time home to help him? I haven't paid attention to see if Tono, in place of giving Neto the placebos, is actually spending the time to help his son. It's the least he should do though.

In most of Latin America it's common to see people buying their drinks in those small baggies from street vendors and small convenience stores. It's much more cheaper than buying cans or bottled drinks, but produces so much landfill waste. They package frozen treats the same way too. Some people can't afford to pay for the fancy package.

Maia

The actor playing Jorge evidently won an award for the hilarious job he is doing in this one. Certainly yesterday's episode was a hoot. And could he have looked any worse in that brown robe and dark socks. Agree he's not eye candy, but he makes up for it in enthusiasm and focus. I think Kika is gratified to finally be driving an uptight, repressed guy wild with desire. Her previous conquests were all very "free".

Muergano! Ah, ha! Thank you Chickie! No wonder I couldn't find it, I kept hearing it but I kept hearing it wrong. And it was one of the few things I thought I was hearing OK. Oh, well, such is life :-)

Thanks again, Chickie! And for your comment that "Georgy and Kika stole the show!!" Did they ever! I still laugh whenever I think of Jorge trying to hide Kika under the bed, actually pushing her. And the kids sitting on the stairs, waiting, also made me laugh.

Diana, "I can’t recall seeing a human being more poked, prodded and woman handled. Kika was fortunate she wasn’t physically harmed. Kudos to the actress for embracing the physical comedy." Yes! Unfortunately, "The man [Jorge] is a moron." Also true.

It's always a pleasure to read everybody's comments, they often point out things I didn't pay that much attention to, as well as often make me laugh. And they can be educational as well! Everything from vocabulary, to laundry tips, to the eagle's life cycle.

Doris, I'm sorry you and the other ladies who were hoping for more/better skin were disappointed. I hope you are rewarded soon, but... "R&R might be good sightseeing, too."

That one I'm not too sure about.

:-)

tin ear andy

Rodrigo looks very promising indeed, Doris. Big big biceps. I think we may assume equally muscular thighs. Hmmm...where was I? On the other hand, I will take a pass on Rafa.

Beginning to feel downright sorry for Toño. Vero and Mom are double-teaming him rather mercilessly. But he seems to keep bobbing back up again. Give him points for resiliency.

Oh thank you so much RGV Chick! That was the funniest episode I’ve seen in a long time. I loved the screenshots, especially the Obi-wan Kenobi. (Star Wars nerd here). Oh the screenshots of Kika and Jorge made me just laugh all over again. It was slapstick comedy! I loved the part with the lipstick and how he claimed to be bleeding.

Well Kirby, I guess Noel and Renée did not go out for pizza and beer to celebrate meeting one another. None of this “I am your father” going on with them here. And he definitely represents the dark side of the force.

Doris, you asked about what they were drinking in plastic bags. It’s called “agua fresca” and it is sold that way.

https://munchies.vice.com/en_us/article/4xb5mw/these-plastic-bag-drinks-are-bringing-mexican-summer-to-sheffield

I wonder what is wrong with Flor? I wonder if she has a brain tumor. That would be really sad!

I am still on Toño’s side. It just isn’t right how he is being treated. And then this ADHD thing with Neto. In last night’s episode, it proves to me that Neto does listen. He just doesn’t look like he is listening. Some kids are like that, they can be in deep thought of something else and still be listening to things around them. They tend to be very perceptive.

Wonder what is going to happen now that Maria is alive and getting out of prison. She will be looking for Anifer and since she thinks Fabian’s name is Mauricio Garza-Lopez, things are going to really get sticky!

"I hope ol' Toño still has Yolanda's phone number."

EXACTLY Do everybody a favor.

Save Vero from outright giving him his papers or bringing his replacement home to meet him.

But he always knows where to find her at school.

"I wonder if part of the reason Vero wants to medicate Neto is because subconsciously she doesn't want to spend the time home to help him?" --- Maia, I think you hit the nail on the head.

Andy:
See, without those skin tight clothes and all that makeup, Kika looks like any other healthy young Bow Ornament at the beach. > > >--------------------------------------------------------------------> > >

Andy, definitely one of the R's is nice viewing...HAAWWWTTT! ->->->->->->->
I'd like to hang on those biceps!

Kirby, I like your version of what Val should tell Lili. Lili is just plain lazy and obnoxious; and if she does turn out to be pregnant, OMG, she'll just get worse. ITA agree with Maia, I doubt that Yuriria taught her anything having to do with the house, which really surprises me ...but then being tht they were pretty much abandoned by their father, Yuriria may have wanted to pamper/spoil them. Bad decision, Yuriria!

Maia, "I wonder if part of the reason Vero wants to medicate Neto is because subconsciously she doesn't want to spend the time home to help him?" That could very well be the reason; and in addition to that Vero just doesn't want to be troubled with any problems or home responsibilities. I wanted to slap her when she told the kids that if they didn't understand Tono's explanation to go to her! Really? She refuses to answer their questions or give explanations and expects Tono to do all the explaining. Well, she is the one that wants out of the marriage; so she should take responsibility for her decisions and face the music. Why hasn't it occurred to anyone that Neto's "problem" may be because of the turmoil at home? Prior to the meeting with the principal, Neto had never shown any signs of inattenion...and the parents had never noticed any problems either. ADHD doesn't just occur overnight!

JudyB, thanks for telling us about the award Sergio Mur got; the man really deserves it. Though the character he portrays is despicable with his kids, it must have taken a lot from him to keep a straight face and do all that stuttering...and all the other silly/stupid things he had to do.

Cynthia, I sure hope Flor doesn't have a brain tumor. I'm hoping it;s something mild like maybe she's not eating right because of the problems with Neron...that could surely have caused a fainting spell.

Kirby, thanks for the info on the eagles. Wow! Four years??? Nice to know we can come to the patio for answers...rather than googling it :-)

LOL Kirby! Andy is getting an eyeful!

RGV you can tell the kinds of women he must go out with. It looks to be instructions tattooed on his ribcage. :-)

Kirby, like “No hanging on Biceps” ? LOL

OT: RGV you can also notice that Junior's beak is black. It turns the bright yellow of adulthood about the same time as the head and tail change to white. But the feet are yellow from birth.

This bird is about three and a half or so. The change is underway. The head is a bit ahead of the tail. And there is always a lot of white mixed in on the wings too, which ghoes away after the head and tail are fully white.

This one is about six months older. The head is almost totally white, and it is hard to see, but the beak is no longer black.

And this one is right around five. There are still a few wing feathers which are not fully dark, and the tail is still catching up, but it is a young adult now.

And to think I almost missed hot Rod. Oh my.

“agua fresca” - thank you Cynthia.

Judy and RgvChick, I want to see Sergio in another role. He looks great with longer hair and I think he must have personality hidden under all the crazy clothes and buttoned up manner.

Kirby, not a day goes by I don't learn something from you. Stunning visuals with fascinating facts.

And this blog is free. Incredible!

Diana

I know, I know, you ask a simple 'one word answer' question and you get the syllabus for all things feathered.

Sorry. I'll try to stay on topic. OK, yeah what will Renee do when Maria shows up? :-)

Wow. yeah, thanks for those pictures of Rodrigo. Brightening up my day now that we're back into cloud cover here. And Kirby, thanks for the eagle and the info. Such a great patio we have here.

Chickie, thank you so much for that snappy recap and screencaps.

I also loved all the comments.. Ow, so many comments racing through my brain .

First, I noticed the characters drinking form those bags o'liquid when Neuron first bought the garage.

Second, ew... food poisoning. Bad memories of getting that surprise on NEw Years Eve after dinner at my favorite restaurant....and only one whiskery sour. I felt fine and fell sound asleep , but then I woke up suddenly in the middle of the night and got very sick.... But I never saw double..or triple. So, I do not think Flor has food poisoning. I suspected pregnancy , but I also never saw triple the three times I was pregnant.

Third, Jorny Jorge...what a hipocrite.

Fourth, Neto..daydreaming? Hearing problem? At one point, we thought our older daughter had a hearing loss because when she was focusing on something, you could not get her attention. Later, I read that people who are good in math can focus because of something happening in their frontal lobes that let's them ignore distractions. She graduated first in her class in high school and first in her college class with a double major in math and computer science. I think that Neto needs some more psychological testing .

My, my ladies!!! Getting all cheeky in the middle of the day !!........ I will take a thigh.

"like “No hanging on Biceps” ? LOL"

'Climb at Your Own Risk !" maybe

Pass the Doritos. OK, there are no more? Then hand me the bag so I can turn it inside out and get the crumbs in the corners.

Kirby...wow ..that is quite a photo of Rod. And the tattoo..instructions...teehee. You are assuming reading ability. Meow😈

"like “No hanging on Biceps? " --- LOL indeed. 😉 Twenty years ago there was a little hot dog restaurant/drive thru here iPod the main drag. The cheeky sign out front said, "Big wieners, nice buns." Don't know why today's Patio convo reminded me of that. 😄😄😄

Doris, well, they say that it pays to advertise.😈😈😈

Every time I see one of those tattoos which is more than 'Mom' or USMC, I can't help but think it must be the human equivalent of :

'Place choke lever in full position
press primer bulb eight times
Pull starter handle briskly until engine starts
(or Hell freezes over, whichever occurs first)'

Oh My that hot dog stand would never go these days

It would have the fellas who got SHORT-changed and the fat chicks mad at them.

Doris is autocorrect or Siri playing tricks on you again?

iPod the main drag?

:-)

Maybe Rod's tattoo says, "If you can read tbis, you are too close."

Thanks, Rgv Chick. The show was hilarious last night and your recap is on fire. Caraymates have called out my favorite lines, but here's one more:
Kika yells out his name and says she knew he had it in him! (Where?)

Kika, Jorge, the kids -- too funny. Will Valentina deduce papá had a women stashed in his room? So glad they brought back the comedy. Haven't had a belly laugh in a while.

Kirby, thank you.

Ladies, thank you, it's always nice to know how the other half lives... or fantasizes.

:-)

Oh thank God you are back Andy. I'm drowning in a sea of estrogen here all by myself this afternoon.

Andy.... It is always interesting to see who appeals to whom when it comes to telenovios. Through the years, Diana, Judy, and I often seem to have similar telenovios.

Niecie. Belly Dance music in a room which has heretofore been like a tomb, Lipstick in the bathroom and on Pop's face, erratic, (even for Jorge) behavior, and a claim of sickness in the absence of any verifiable symptoms......Hmmmm. Val's a sharp little girl, but she is constantly distracted by the Tijuana Twins and cooking for and housekeeping for a family of five.

I'm counting on Kika to Rat him out. Like announce on her BoobTube channel that they are a couple. Or, well, maybe she is still gunshy after what she pulled on Mau.

SusanLynn, yeah, like how Andy and I like the same ones too.

ALL of them.

Did you see that snapshot RGV posted? I was expecting him to be holding a goat.

Susanlynn...Loved the "If you can read this, you are too close"

I was thinking "Abandon hope all ye who enter here."...hmmmm...maybe not.

Judy...ah yes, Dante's Inferno. One of the English teachers at the high school where I taught prided herself in being an especially tough AP teacher. One year, a student made a sign with that quote on it and hung it over her classroom door. She never took it down.

Reminds me of a friend who was a much feared law school prof. The students, behind her back, called her the Dragon Lady. She heard about it and had a vanity plate on her car that said Drgn L8D. Thought it was great.

is it just me or does Maria Cruz and the lady that Toño met at the parent's group...i think her name is Yolanda......could they be real-life sisters?? they sound exactly alike! and also look alike...

Let’s make it an even 60...

Anon8:12- I don’t think they are sisters

Fun day at the patio...thank you everyone! Y’all make my days brighter :-)
