Bela_Ep_47 Bella's Excellent Adventure: or how to kill beasts by doing everything but.

Cris points the gun and lowers it. Carlos asks what she is doing and she tells him she is just watching him since she has always thought he looked so sweet while he sleeps. She especially likes the dead visual.

Bela looks at the info on Cris and finds the pic of Carlos.

Emi and her sex carpet chatting in bed. He tells Emi to calm down…she feels so embarrassed because of her mother. Eman tells her that everyone knows that her mother liked alcohol. Emi thinks the beasts can't stand her, but Eman tells her she is exaggerating. Emi knows that her mother made a fool of herself but her mother has reason to say what she did. Eman tells her that the associates wouldn't turn against their own and she should think of all that they have done for her.

JP and Bela look to be patching things up with clothes on the floor. A Woman has needs. Headed to the bathtub again? Bela stops and; she can’t get into it and asks JP to forgive her. JP walks away without a score.

Mike and Hector chatting. Hector tells Mike that the nightmares haunt him; so Mike tells him that he needs to get help. There are people that help those that have been in the military to overcome what torments them. Hector wonders if Mike has already talked to one of those people and told them what they did to those women and children. Mike tells them they were at war, but Hector tells them that they still killed them. Hector wonders how MIke got over his girlfriend and if Pene helped him forget her.

Pickle woke up drunk it seems. Still having it out with Emi, who is making her case to a crying hysterical Pickle. Put her back in the jar Em. Pickle is quite sour and tells Emi that she will never get into her business again. Emi tells her that she is sick of her being drunk all the time. When she was with her father, she was always drunk and she understood because she was in a bad situation with Armando. But now why is she getting drunk? Is she that miserable? Emi asks where she was when she was in her presentations, where was she when her father died? Where was she when Felipe died? She has always been alone. Pickle wants to know what she has to do so that Emi can forgive her. Emi tells her it's too late. Pickle says that, yes, she can. Emi tells her not to butt into her decisions and that she doesn't want to see her again until she is completely rehabilitated. If she doesn't shape up, she will never see her again.

JP has finished forgiving Bela and is back at work. Andevil still has on the same clothes, so he was not gone long. Simon goes and insults Andevil but she won't be provoked. JP then comes for her and as they leave Andrea asks how long they will be in Colombia. After JP tells her that they will be there for at least two days…more if need be… and that they will start in Cartago, Andrea tells him that is where she and Ant were from.

 

Part 2 Columbia is just around the corner

Cris and her young handsome employee, Lucy's husband Jorge, who she gives a nice watch. Chris wants to try some jewelry on Lucy's husband. She asks him if he is happy in his marriage. Jorge says yes and tells her he needs to take his daughter to school, but Chris tells Lucy to take her daughter. After Lucy leaves, Chris asks how he can raise a child that isn't his, and Jorge replies that he considers the child his daughter. Jorge wonders why she is asking so many questions. Chris just wants to know about her employees; so he can just relax.

JP and Andevil still at the police station. A very bitchy little Queen of the Universe calls. JP shows Andrea a pic of Chris and asks if she knows her? Andrea says yes but she was very quiet and kept to herself. JP tells her she will be giving them info on Ant and his other associates also. Just then Bela calls asking why he took her file. JP tells her he knows La Joyera is next. He can’t believe she is continuing after all that has happened. Bela tells him that she is set on getting all the beast…she has changed her strategy now.

B-team were talking in the bat cave, Bela tells them that Jorge is the head of security for the jewelry store. She met him and he appeared to be a good person. Pene tells her that he is married to the maid and Mike adds that they all live together...with Chris. Mike then shows her a pic of Carlos and tells her that he provides all the funds for the jewelry store.


Mike and Pene find Hector in the boxing ring with his wrists slit. They call Simon. Mike tries to figure out why Hector did what he did. Pene tells him that Hector was bad off when he arrived and reminds Mike that he tried to help him since he got there. Simon tells him it wasn't his fault. So...where did that story go?

Already in Columbia, (a suburb of CDMX?) JP and Sue talk. Sue told him not to tell Bela anything. JP wants to know how she knows that he told Bela so Sue tells him that Bela called her but she told her that JP loved her. JP then tells Sue that he brought someone with him to talk to her.

Little cat fight in Columbia as Andevil and JP visit Sue. Sue is upset and says Andrea is a snake. Andevil tells her she tried to warn her several times, but Sue still thinks she belongs in jail.

Chris asks if there is anything going on at the jewelry store, Jorge says no; so Chris tells him to be ready at 6 in the morning so they can check on it.
 

Part 3 a happy (almost) reunion

Ale and Yami show up also and are sooo hoppy to see Sue. Andevil, not so much. Ale and Andevil are happy to see each other, Yami and Sue seem to be a bit hesitant to forgive Andevil. Yami asks what Andrea is doing there; so JP tells her she is there to help. Ale hugs her. Andrea tell Ale that she is glad she escaped…she just hoped that they all could have escaped. Yami questions what Andevil said, so Ale tells her that she tried to tell her that Andevil was trying to help them but she didn’t believe her. Andrea asks for forgiveness because she tried to help them many times but it was out of her hands. Ale says that Andrea was also a victim…she remembers that Ant would always tell her that she owed her life to him. Andrea leaves.

So JP, like the whipped puppy doggie he is, has to call home and check in with his master, the Queen of the Universe. No, wait, sorry, Queen called him to be sure he is not banging any of the four girls. Bela asks how things are going. She asks if they had enough money for separate rooms. (Ha, the REAL reason Queen called) JP tells her not to start. She asks if they were able to talk to the girls. JP says yes and Sue told him she had called her. Bela admits she did. After he asks what she got out of it, Bela tells hm she is still trying to process the info. JP tells her to rest well.

Mike and Pene lying in the ring like a dog and cat with his head resting on her back. Mike can't sleep. Pene wonders if he is having more nightmares. Mike tells her he is ok and will try to sleep. Pene tells him they should go to the house to sleep; the gym is not a place to sleep.

Andevil comes to JP's room, and apologizes for the hour. Andrea wants to know how her Mother is. JP thought she didn't want to see her, but Andrea just wants to know how she is doing. JP tells her that when they finish tomorrow, he will go with her. When Andrea hugs him giving him a full boob press hug before leaving he doesn't seem to mind.

Next day—

Cris and Jorge in her car, him driving. Chris asks Jorge when he exercises since he works all day. Jorge doesn't understand why she asks. Chris tells him to answer so he tells her after the little girl goes to sleep. After Chris comments that Lucy certainly doesn’t have the body of someone who exercises, she adds that she knows Lucy is older than he is and that the day will come when Lucy will become a burden for him. Jorge just hopes that he and Lucy can grow old together and take care of each other. Chris tells him that he will see what it will be like when Lucy grows old and he has to take care of her.

 

Part 4 A trip into Bizzarro Land with Cris

JP is with the girls showing them pictures of prominent men. Andrea doesn’t recognize the one he is showing her. Yami recalls all the horrible things the disgusting men did to them. After Yami recognizes one of the men, Andrea gives them the name, Vicente Roldan, who owns a chain of barber shops.


Bela at Joy Jewelry store. Bela goes to the jewelry store and asks for the owner. Girl says she'll be out and will be back in the afternoon. Bela says she'll be back later. She will be investing a lot of money in jewelry and wants to deal with the owner

Chris calls the associates from her car and tells them Eman wants them to have lunch with him Pickle and Emi so that Pickle can know that they are acting in good faith by returning part of the casino to Emi. Senator wonders why Eman is so scared of Pickle; so Chris reminds them that the daughter, Emi is now the owner of the shares that they had planned to give to Eman.

Bela then talking to Carlos who wants to know if they know each other. Bela tells him he doesn’t know her, but she knows he is the founder of Fancy Diamonds. After Carlos tell her that was so many years ago, Carlos asks for her name but she says that is not important. Bela then comments that his wife is fortunate to have him and it is too bad he doesn’t treat him well. Carlos is suspicious and asks why she wants to have this discussion that is out of the blue. Bela leaves suddenly.

JP with the girls in Columbia. JP shows them beast pictures and asks if they know any of those people. Girls say no. Andrea recognizes the Senator. JP asks if he has had anything to do with the bordelllo. Andrea says no. He shows another pic and they don't recognize him either.

Cris and Jorge in some cave, Chris tells Jorge to leave her alone. She has an effigy doll she is killing. YIKES. Sets a picture of Carlos on fire. Chanting some ritual voodoo,mombo jumbo stuff.

JP and Andrea go looking for her mother. JP wonders if she thinks her mother is still in that building. JP asks if he should go in, Andrea says no. Andrea will go in by herself; so JP tells her that if she doesn't come out in 5 min he'll go in for her. Andrea goes into some bar and finds her mother who tells her she is so big and pretty. Her mother prays every night to see her. Andrea cringes when her mother gets close to her, but the mom tells her she won't do anything to her.

At the meeting with Eman and the beasts, Pickle is alone with Emi and tells her that she doesn't understand what is going on. She thought they were going to talk and resolve their differences. Pickle asks know who else is going to be there. Emi tells her she needs to be in all her five senses…so she shouldn't drink. When Pickle demands to know who will be there…she just doesn’t want Eman to be there. Emi tells her the owners of the casino. Later, Ignacio tells Emi to go ahead and let her mother drink; it will relax her. Senator says that if Pickle is willing to sit there in a civil way and tell them why she called them murderers he is willing to listen.

At Joy Jewelry, the salesgirl tells Chris that there was a client who wanted to talk to her personally. Chris tells her she doesn't deal with clients…only the very important ones. Bela shows up. Bela assures Chris that she has enough money. Chris wants to know why she has never seen her before and thinks she has another motive for being there. Why is she there…she doesn't want her eating up her time. When Chris threatens to call the popo. Bela tells her to go ahead so she can tell them the type of person she is. Way to go Queen.


 

Part 5 Evil Mothers will not go away

Andevil's mother (Momdevil) calls the man who she sold Andevil to… so he can have what she promised him so many years ago. They have captured Andevil and have her tied.

Andrea's mother talks to her customer he can come for Andevil whenever he wants. The mom is happy that she just made a deal. JP calls out for Andrea. After JP goes in, the mom threatens him with a broken bottle. She asks Andrea who he is, a boyfriend or a client. She threatens to cut JP and throw him in the river.

My favorites included “She especially likes the dead visual”. “Pickle is quite sour” and “A very bitchy little Queen of the Universe calls”.

“Hector wonders how MIke got over his girlfriend and if Pene helped him forget her”. No. And yes.

“So...where did that story go?” Exactly Kirby. Color me confused with Hector’s appearance and very sudden suicide attempt. What was the point? Could it possibly be it wasn’t self -inflicted and that this was a staged warning? “The things people go through during wartime rips up the soul”. Well said Nina.

“Mike and Pene lying in the ring like a dog and cat with his head resting on her back”. Perfect description of my favorite scene of the night. I can tell you if that man had his head on my back, I would have not gotten up in haste as Pene did. I would have given him a very, very warm hug and some comfort. ”.Pene and Mike can certainly cut off the warmth when they want, and they do it all too frequently. Simon come lately was purely annoying. Zilch chemistry, zilch personality. Adios.

It wasn’t exactly a sweet sorority reunion was it? Yami looked shocked during the entire time with Andevil and I cannot blame her. Suzi was not as angry as I thought she would be but her disdain was clear. Give Andevil credit – that was the lion’s den for certain.

Chris is trying to spew her venomous poison into Jorge’s cute ears to no avail. Jorge is very hawt. I have a question. Were Carlos and Lucy actually kissing when Cris saw them or did I imagine that?

“Emi knows that her mother made a fool of herself but her mother has reason to say what she did”. Then how can she join the group when she suspects the truth? Is there a germinating seed of suspicion, a plan in its infancy going on in that childlike brain?

I didn’t realize that the heinous beast was Ande’s mother. How on earth could any mother hate their child that much?? Speechless.

Alex, there was one scene (can’t remember which) where I also wondered if shearing was occurring.

I'm sticking with my Bold Prediction of Carlos NOT surviving the week.

 

Diana, I thought the same thing, that Cris caught a glimpse of Lucy kissing Carlos, but I think it was Lucy and her husband, Jorge that she saw. This is crucial, and I am going back and watch it again.

This episode was all disjointed and chopped up, I wonder if Looney Vision DID start some of their foolishness.

The room has big double pocket doors on two walls facing each other. L and J were just outside one set of double doors which were open a few inches. Then in the next scene, Carlos comes in the opposite set of doors. It looks like he was the one she saw, but I was completely wrong on that one. Oh well, I'm comfortable with not being perfect. :-)
 

I think Andevil was a bit on the arrogant side with the girls. Sure, she said she tried to help them, blah, blah, blah, who wouldn't say something like that? But for many years she lives the life of luxury while those girls or their predecessors were slaves of the worst kind. I am far from forgiving her yet. That surely was a happy reunion with Momdevil wasn't it?

WOW, some people are just pure evil through and through. If a worn out old hooker with a broken whiskey bottle is any match for shrimpy little JP, I give up. He and Bela do deserve each other. How about one of Bela's sideways karate kicks to the broken bottle.? Game Over !

Another transitional episode where not much happened. I hope we transition to something with more action. The only action here was JP vs Momdevil. When JP saves Andrea it will reinforce her crush on him. JP being kept cold by Bela, will Andrea warm him up?

Bela, maybe because of bad mood over JP, is not pretending to be nice with Chris. I wonder what the new tactic is.
 

Ahhh, so it was Jorge she was kissing! Thanks Kirby. That nugget is really important.

Cris was steamed not cause Lucy was kissing HER husband but HER OWN husband. What a vitrolic little tart.

And I am sure Cris is sensing that Carlos has Lucy in mind when the will is changed. In any event, she wants total decimation for that family. I fervently hope that doesn't happen.

Andevil has no excuse for what she did. And, I don't like her. At all. Yet, I seem to have a soft spot for her. Completely inexplicable.

I'm really disappointed with the "lead" couple. I like Osvaldo but I don't know if they are just not giving him enough to do, if he's too rather emotionless for me or if he is just wimpy and allows Bella to lead him around by the nose. Bella's a killer - a new and unwelcome label for someone we are supposed to be rooting for.

Good Morning, Patio! Kirby, you did one HOA job in piecing this jigsawed episode together. WOW! Alex, maybe it was LooneyV's hatchet that they brought out!

NiNa, the man who Andevil's mom sold her to is Don Asdrubal (anyone remember that name from Doble Vida? Oh my heart goes pitter-patter when I remember Hotbun...sigh). Anywho, this man is supposed to be old and disgusting; so it's definitely not the Senator. And I agree that Andevil's mom is really, really bad! What was that list called...the one about evil moms? She would probably be on the top of that one! I cannot believe how quickly the mother subdued Andevil. It had to have been within 5 minutes because JP said that if Andevil didn't come out in 5 min he was going in after her.

Diana, "Simon come lately.." LOL luv it! Yes he was quite late and distasteful! And about Emi, "Then how can she join the group when she suspects the truth? I think the only plan Emi has is to get back what she believes belongs to her family...and she wants POWER...at whatever cost. Eman knows it and is taking advantage of that power- and money-hungry little witch who he probably intends use her until he doesn't need her anymore; ten throw her to the wolves.

Sometime back, it was speculated that Eman probably knows Bela's plan and is doing nothing to stop her so that she can kill off all the other beasts. When that happens, Emi will be sole owner of the casino and any other assets that the beasts have...and Eman will then have it ALL!

Now why on earth would Emi think that taking her mother to dinner to meet the beasts IN PUBLIC is a good idea??? Senseless! That is a fiasco in the making...did Eman plan it that way to finally get Emi permanently away from her mother. Is he planning on having Pickle overdose so he can be rid of her since she is so set against him?

Kirby, Ditto on your "Where did that come from" list. I am totally stumped as to why we met Hector. , NiNa said, "Mike's at the End of his rope and,he is not alright." Are they really going to make him totally loose it? Maybe they are....and that way Pene can help him and they will see how much they really love each other???? If it is, that sure is an extreme way for the writer's to do that!

Now someone please enlighten me...how did Bela know that Cris treats Carlos so badly? Is it public knowledge? And now Bela's new strategy is to confront the beasts without a disguise?? Wow, how smart...NOT!

And yes, Emi wants money and power. She doesn't realize brain power is needed to attain real power. It would just be so much more interesting if she were percolating some type, any type of plan rather than greedily grasping.

I'm sure you are right in that Em is planning something and I suspect it's not rehab for poor Pickle.

Something HAS to bring Mike and Pene together. She and Mike have more heat simply by being in each other's presence than she and Simon in the most compromising situation.+

And I forgot to mention that I truly had to turn my head away when Em was lounging in bed with Emi. I can recommend a very good mower for Em's chest. And BTW, please continue up to your face to rid it of its beyond 5 o'clock shadow. Blech.

I have no idea how Bella knew about Cris and Carlos. If her aim was to come across as a spoiled brat during her meeting with Cris, she succeeded admirably. If she intended to come acdross as a rich, spoiled brat - I'm not convinced.

Good morning all! Great job Kirby once again.

I’m on the same page with everyone on here today, what the hell was the reason for introducing Hector? To give Mike a story and show us what his weaknesses are? If so I guess that makes sense and it would explain why he’s been hiding in the shadows and not doing much of anything. Maybe he’s affected by the wounds of war and mentally he cannot see himself killing anyone else.

As for Bella choosing to not go under a different look or identity when confronting Cris, I would say that’s good news. I hope it means Cris will be taken out very quickly and maybe her reign wont last long as Ant’s did. I could see her falling to Bela by the end of the week (Friday). Of all the beasts so far, she’s the most boring and her storyline doesn’t interest me. I think someone here said if earlier and is spot on about their prediction....Bela is so más with JP that she’s going to use all that anger and energy and take it out on Cris without caring about her identity being revealed.

And to the anon who said they’re disappointed with JPs character. Remember, the reason he comes off emotionless and at times, very soft, is because he grew up being abused by his corrupt father who tried to force him to be a criminal, then he had a drunk careless mother and a crazy brat of a sister. The experience he’s had to live with for all his life has haunted and impacted him forever and that’s why he chooses to be so loyal and straight to the law and does everything by the book. He is 100% innocent and clean man! Lol

I'd put money they know what these three look like too. Well, JP and Emi are a shoo-in, and Bela? I'd put money they have her number too. Even the Queen of the Universe can't just walk around pursuing her hobby in broad daylight like Charles Bronson or the Terminator.

So, is hector dead? I assumed he was, we didn't see him being frantically loaded into an ambulance. Simon, Mike and Pene seemed pretty nonchalant about things when it was over. Like: "Fork, Mike, what a mess in the ring! You have any more secret friends who might be dropping by?" "Well, I gotta get back to work, take it easy Mike, Luv ya Pene. Bye."

Here’s an interesting question I have.

Eman doesn’t actually know yet that JP and Bella broke up and that Bela feels betrayed by him right? What is going to happen when he finds this out? Will he care that his god daughter feels hurt by JP and go after him or confront him since JP did the same to him when he got together with Emília? Hmm.

Also does Bella go so far as to telling Eman that JP slept with 2 Columbia girls at Ants secret place as he was undercover helping them, and that’s why she had to break up with him? If she tells him that, Eman is going to lose it. Especially when he finds out one of the girls was Susie and that JP is with her right now in Columbia.
 

Kirby, I agree about the beasts knowing about JP and Emi....and what they look like, but none of them have mentioned Bela; so I'm not sure they even have an inkling about her.

Lucas, I sure hope that your prediction that La Joyera is going to be taken out quickly is correct, but I'm wondering how. Will she say the wrong curse and curse herself....pins stuck all around her neck like a choker? A rough diamond piercing the heart that she supposedly has? Or will she gag in Carlos's poop? Also, you said, "Eman is going to lose it. Especially when he finds out one of the girls was Susie and that JP is with her right now in Columbia." You bring up a good point, but let me expand on it. JP is interrogating the girls in Colombia which is outside of his jurisdiction. So where is the Director of Interpol while all this is happening? Shouldn't he be doing some facilitating between the two law enforcement agencies instead of facilitating his way into bed with a young piranha in training? Eh? Eh? Ehhh?

Oh and Kirby, I'm assuming Hector died too. I think they wold have shown Mike at the hospital with him if he had survived.
 

Things just keep popping into my head...so how did JP end up with Bela's file on Cris? The last time we saw it, she was looking at it in the batcave. The only time we saw JP was when he entered her house, shed his clothes, got turned down by Bela and he left. To my recollection, JP has no knowledge about the batcave.
 

Lucas, I know JP has had a terrible past. I do think though that a brooding, fiery galan is a lot more interesting than an introspective and quiet one. The actor emotes well, he just isn't getting a chance here :)

Thank you, kirby. I have not been able to watch this show for awhile, so I appreciate the recaps. I guess I will never know what Hector looked like if he is already gone.

Gee, now ,the writers have decided to add voodoo in a cave. Will they jump the shark next week?

So , both Chris and Carlos are interested in the help. I hope I get to see hotJorge before the writers get rid of him.

Andrea has really become an important character. She seems to be in more scenes than Bella. Maybe Esmeralda got injured or was on vaca. hit

Talk about bad moms...Em has drunk as a skunk Pickle, but Andrea has a mother who wants to sell her . No brunch for these moms on Mothers',Day!

Dang, Hector is gone already? Didn't see that coming. I figured there'd be a whole story arc with him and Mike and flashbacks.

Love that Susi and Yami gave Andevil the cold shoulder. When JP first showed up to take down Ant, Andevil did all she could to help Ant. She was first jealous Ant was going to hook up with Bella and then jealous of Pene too. Andevil is bad news.

Wow, tonight I get to watch JP duking it out with Andevil's aging, boozy prostitute mom? Will JP have any of Bella's kung fu fighting chops? Inquiring minds want to know.
 

Episode 48, Part 1: Bela Exposed

JP grabs Andevil’s mom and takes the bottle away as Andevil asks how she can do this to her. The mother tells her she is her daughter and she can do with her whatever she wants. Andevil tells her mother to look at her...she has grown up and is fine.

Jorge tells Bela that they will have to call the police. Cris tells Jorge that won’t happen because he is the one that will throw Bela out. Bela tells Cris that she just wants to talk to her and warns Jorge not to treat her the way he doesn’t want Sarita, his little girl, treated. Cris again asks what Bela wants, so Bela repeats that she just wants to talk to her. Jorge tries to grab Bela, but quickly regrets it when she takes him down and kicks him. When Cris asks who she is, Bela tells her that telling her her name will facilitate things, and in that case she will tell her…she is Isabela Leon. Drum roll?

In Colombia, one of the girls is holding a knife up as the mother tells JP that this is between her and her daughter. JP tells her that whatever they need to say to each other will have to be some other day because he and Andevil have to leave. The mother tells JP he can leave, but Andevil will stay. Andevil tells her mother tha if she wants to talk, she is willing to do so, but she should untie her. Andevil reminds her mother of the talks they used to have. (Like maybe Jeffrey Dahmer and a fresh head or foot or heart?) Just then, JP tells them that time is up and tells the girl to lower the knife. After the mother motions to the girl to drop the knife, JP unties Andevil. His deflower points basket is overflowing.

At the jewelry store, Cris tells Bela that her name tells her nothing; so Bela tells her not to worry because she will refresh her memory. Bela reminds Cris about the meeting…that man was her father and she agreed to have him killed. Cris says she is a decent woman, but Bela repeats that she was in on the decision and she agreed. Cris tells her to let it go. Bela tells her that she will tell her the sad story of how they killed her father, Chris says she has her confused with someone else.

Senator tells Pickle that they held Armando in high esteem; they were good friends…how can she think that they would harm him like that. Emi informs Pickle of the agreement her father made with the associates; so Ig and Senator agree and confirm it...Armando agreed to the terms. Ignacio then assures Pickle that they had nothing to do with what happened to her husband. Senator asks how she can think that they would do anything against anyone…they would never kill anyone. Pickle may be pickled, but she still doesn’t buy it.

Bela tells Cris that it must be difficult to look into the eyes of the daughter of the man she had killed. Cris tells her to leave. (I'm kinda busy, I need to kill my own kid’s Father now, so leave, will you?)

Ignacio explains to Pickle that they have all agreed that what was done wasn’t fair so they are going to return 25% of the casino to them. They are giving them more than they gave Armando. They toast. Pickle's down with the toast, but that's all.

 

Episode 48, Part 2: Bela Exposed

In Colombia, Andrea is still hurting, but she still wants to continue working. Ale tells JP that while they were gone, they drew three more sketched. JP looks at the sketches and praises them for a job well done. When the girls ask if he recognizes the men, JP tells them he does.

Bella names Castor, Norman, Colombiano, and some others. When Cris says she doesn’t recognize the names, Bela laughs that she doesn’t remember her own associates. The popo then arrive. Coincidentally, Bella innocently waltzes out, er, leaves.

Andrea tells JP that she is grateful for how he has taken care of her…no one has ever done that for her. So, HOW grateful are you Devil Girl?

Eman gives Emi her doc that she is an official member of the club signed by the associates. Emi luurves him. Violins play and Emi wets her pants...not really, but she really looks like she did. Eman laughs at her reaction. Oh Noes!! Eman asks her to marry him. Emi cries and is speechless…for once!

Cris is now alone at home and reads her cards. She needs to take care of herself from Isabela Leon…that woman has evidence against her. She should finish her off before Bela gets to her. As she sees a card and freaks, Bela points a gun to her head and tells her she will soon be dead. Cris goes for the phone but it’s disconnected. She looks around but Bela has what she was looking for. Cris asks what she wants; so Bela tells her that she just wants to finish the convo they started. So she brought an interpreter for her, Mr. Glock.

Eman points out that Emi hasn’t answered. Emi tells him she is very nervous…she needs air. Eman tells her he had never felt like this about anyone. He knows he is not young…he is double her age but that should not deny him the right he has to want to spend the rest of his days with her. Emi still doesn’t answer; so Eman tells her to take her time. Emi thanks him for understanding her…and for everything.
'Specially that carpet ride.?

Pene reminds Mike of the first time they drank together. Mike says he doesn’t remember so he tells Pene to remind him. Pene tells him to forget it. Pene then tells him that she got to know him that night that they drank. Mike wonders if she is afraid to get to know him again. If these two ever do manage to get together, I hopeo there is a defribillator close at hand.

Carlos struggles to walk. Cris asks Isabela if that is all she wants? Bela says yes, but Cris doesn’t believe her since even the phone is disconnected. Bela asks if she is afraid of death…everyone is going to eventually die. Cris and Bela are surprised when Carlos opens the door so Cris quickly changes her demeanor as Bela hides behind the door. When Carlos asks why she is up. Cris replies that she is reading her cards and tells him to go and wait for her. After Carlos leaves, Bela tells her to close the door.

 

Episode 48, Part 3: Bela Exposed

Eman tells Emi that the guys are congratulating him and they don’t know that she rejected him. When Eman reminds her that she didn’t accept, Emi asks him why he gave her time then. Eman invites her to his apartment for a drink but Emi has another idea.

Bela tells Cris that if she believes in all that voodoo crap then she believes in the afterlife. She then asks Cris if she believes in divine justice.

Bela taunts Cris with the gun. Cris wonders if she expects her to pay for her parent’s death. Bela tells her to choose three cards to determine her future. Cris shows the first card; so Bela tells her she will have nightmares, anguish… Cris wonders if she now is into fortune telling and knowing people’s sins. After Cris turns the second card, Bela says that she will have problems with the law…she will be investigated and they will find out all about her misdeeds. Cris thinks Bela won’t kill her since she hasn’t done it yet. Cris tries to grab Bela, but Bela easily overpowers her. Cris denies having done anything to hurt Bela. Bela, however, tells Cris to turn the third card. Cris turns it and Bela tells her she will end up buried in the grave she has dug for herself…when she is there gasping for air, she will regret all the suffering she has caused.

Lucy and Jorge are in bed talking. Lucy thinks it’s time they get their own home so they can have privacy. Lucy knows they don’t pay rent, but it’s not right that the lady of the house expects them to be on call 24 hours.

Cris storms into Lucy and Jorge’s bedroom. She yells at Jorge for not being aware of what is happening in her house. Oh Noes, not another threesome!?

JP tells Andevil that he has talked to Jamachi?? who has agreed that she needs to be protected. They can do the rest from Mexico. So she needs to gather her things and meet him in the lobby in 15 min. SPLAT!...she hits him like a windshield hitting a bug. She throws herself onto him as she thanks him and they land in bed they have a moment, but Andevil regains her composure and excuses herself.

Eman and Emi are in the meeting room getting it on, but Eman notices the camera on the ceiling. He goes to the security office and tells the guard to show him the camera to the meeting room. The guard tells him that the camera has been disconnected for several years as per the associates’ request. When Eman asks if there are recordings from the past, the guard says “no.”

Mike and Pene trying to get it on FINALLY! Pene tells him to go ahead and do it. Mike thanks her for being there for him and making him feel like he is not alone. He likes it that she is there. He wants her to be there always…and keep him in line. Pene smiles and tells him she can also spank him just like his mother used to. Shoot, freaky didn't work, Pen, try something else.

Mike has a nightmare about the war. He shouts out as he wakes up.

Eman is at Cris's house and asks how the woman was able to come in if she has an alarm. Cris doesn’t know…she just came in. When Eman asks if Cris can identify her, Cris tells him she knows exactly who it is...Isabela Leon... she came to accuse her of taking part in her father's death. Eman tells her that Bela has no proof, but Cris tells him that she knew a lot of details about the meeting they had. Eman then is dismayed that his goddaughter knows that he agreed to have her father killed.

 

Episode 48, Part 4: Bela Exposed

Pene tells Bela that it would have been better to have gone in without letting Cris know who she is. Bela thinks this is a better since things went sour that last time and JP ended up in bed with Sue. She knows there will be consequences…Pene reminds her that Eman is friends with Cris. Bela is aware and thinks Cris is probably telling Eman everything right now.

Eman wonders where Bela got that info. Cris tells him Bela knows everything. Eman thinks Bela got it from JP since Armando liked to take JP everywhere with him. Eman then remembers that Armando took JP with him when they had the meeting. I hear bells again....

Lucy tells Jorge that now more than ever they need to find their own home. She and her daughter need him with them.

Carlos goes to look for Cris again as Eman and Cris discuss how JP and Bela are novios. JP might know all the truth and how he may have involved Bela. Cris thinks JP turned to the law to come after them; and Eman wonders why JP didn’t enter into the meeting if his father had told him everything. Cris thinks JP may also blame them for his father’s death. Carlos approaches and asks if Cris will take long; so Eman gets up to leave and tells Cris they will continue their business the next day.

JP gets home to find a very pickled pickle. Pickle can’t deal with everything...his sister accepted the 25% of the casino that should have been his father’s

JP asks if Emi is there. Pickle says yes. Just then Bela calls and JP tells her he is back because there was a problem with Andevil’s mother and she was in danger. When Bela makes some comment, JP tells Bela not to start with her jealousy. Bela thinks it’s strange that Andevil has agreed to cooperate with the feds. Is it just my TV or is Bela bright green these days?

Emi and JP argue about her association with those people and her acceptance of the money. Emi admits that she is much more like her father than she realized. She tells them not to worry because she will be leaving home. Pickle wonders if she is going to marry that man.

Bela is approaching Interpol, but stops on the steps as she recognizes Cris leaving, but Cris does not notice her. Inside, Eman tells his secretary that he doesn’t really know Cris. Bela arrives and asks if Cris is his friend. Eman denies it, but Bela wonders if Cris came to blab on her and reminds him that Cris was just leaving; so Eman tells her that Cris just came to ask for a favor. Eman tells Bela that Cris just found out that she existed recently and asks why Cris would know about her …Bela tells him that she was one of the ones who had her father killed.

Emi cries that she wants to live her life with Eman. She is tired of trying to get their respect. She is going to marry Eman.

Eman asks if Bela has evidence…she can’t be accusing people without proof. Eman then asks why she has this vendetta on her mind; so Bela tells him that she has the evidence…she can show it to him if he accompanies her.

Simon and crew go into a bar and arrest a man for taking part in white slavery. Andrea is there and tells him she knows exactly who he is. They confiscate everything.

A man is watching and videotaping a woman and child as Simon and crew walk up to arrest him. Andevil watches, and nods her verification that this is the correct man also.

Bela and Eman arrive at the club; so Eman wants to know what they are doing there. Bela tells him that in that club lies the answer to everything. When they get to the meeting room, Eman again asks what they are doing there; so Bela tells him she will demonstrate that what she says is true. Bela tells him that this is where the decision was made to kill her father. Bela tells him where each of the associates sat.

 

Wow, so the gloves come off. This changes everything, and I'm not certain for the better. All because some other trinket got in The Queen's maybe boyfriend's pants?. On the clock. On duty. "um, undercover" for what it is worth. With an audience. And he told her. And has been cut off ever since. Somebody got told once that the only one she could really cut off was herself. End of convo.

My butt hurts from sitting on this fence so long about Andevil. She is evil, for sure, but seeing that lunatic, satanic mother of hers, and seeing her out on the roundup sure starts her redemption. STARTS.

How much more is Bela going to need to reveal before she buys a vowel about her Padrino Eman? How many more clues does she need? Does she already know and is setting him up, or she has a death wish since Susie got some of her private nookie?

Thank You RGV. These rapid fire episodes are a handful, with one critical scene right on top of another. You need the commercials to just catch your breath. Thanks

By far one of the best episodes of the novela, and this one moved so quickly and very unexpectedly too. What more can you ask for? This will be a favorite of mine!

I’m so happy to know La Joyera’s time is almost up, as I predicted yesterday, and have wanted from the beginning, she deserves a quick death, as we need to move on to real juicy stuff which we’re most certainly almost at with Eman, JP, and Bella.

I think Bella has all suspicions in the world about Eman already. She’s made it fairly obvious; my question is how did she make her judgement call so quickly and what else did she discover that made her not trust Eman all of a sudden? Anyway I’m happy to know he’s finally on her radar!

Now it’s make or break time for JP. Will he man the eff up and realize Eman is an accomplice with the other beasts and that his sister being given all this money and power is the most obvious clue that he hasn’t realized? Wake up JP, the ball is in your hand! His whole family is about to be in danger now that Eman has caught on to him and knows he may be responsible for the proof JP has.

Didn’t I say yesterday too that EMAN and Bella haven’t talked about JP yet since the break up? Boy am I good with following stories....now he is the main subject for Eman as I knew that was coming!
 

Mike and Penelope cannot afford to be playing romance right now, their girl needs help! And all the beasts are about to reign hell on JP now that they suspect of him having all the proof against them and that being the reason JPs mother believe they killed her husband too. They believe he’s orchestrated the entire plan....man oh man! They see it as his vengeance. What does Eman have in mind now???
 

Bruh, bella doesn't not suspect anything from Emanuel, she would not have done everything she just did. Complete opposite actually, she trusts him

While JP has been frolicking in Columbia with several of his recent bedmates, he has become dangerously out of touch with what has been occurring back home. Will Bella share her late night antics with him? Will she tell him about giving Em a tour of the court that decided her father's fate? JP can't help if he isn't aware. He is highly suspicious of Eman already and the fact he is with Emi only adds fuel to the fire.

For the life of me, I can't understand why Bella revealed herself to Cris. It seems she wants to toy with her like a kitten with a mouse.

And I agree Anon, I don't think Bella realizes who Eman is. At this moment. If so, she certainly has me fooled. While it's a safe bet Bella will survive to the end, this puts Eman in a prickly predicament. How long will he allow Bella to inch closer to the truth? His love for his "Godchild","child" or whatever the case will only go so far. He has masterfully manipulated the chess board and he can't have it crashing down.

I believe Mike called Pene hermana last night. Yup, nothing gets the seductive juices going like being called a sister. Sigh.

Since I have not been watching this as closely or regularly as I might, can anyone explain what Mike does except live at the gym, keep the home fires burning , train the women and brood over Penélope? They seem to have wasted his character.
 

Diana, yes. We usually have White Ibis birds here. They are so abundant they were called swamp chickens, as they were a diet staple here long ago. These are black instead, and hardly ever seen, especially in groups like this.

Pene is going to have to get Bella and JP to hold Mike down for her just to get a sloppy kiss.
Note to Pene: Sometimes girls try a different hairdo or a short skirt. Deep down inside, there is still a DOG in there somewhere.

Bela is pretty tough, she handed big Jorge his ass on a silver platter. But that doesn't count.

Look at how these people work. Armando was more or less snipered. You just hide, or drive up and fripping SHOOT them. Her Father, almost the same, and a highly skilled law enforcement agent on top of that with the force behind him.

If Eman gives the word, a few assassins will be brought in and work 24/7 on that one task, Kill Bela. They will be like the Terminator, relentless. Her only defense would be to know who they are and kill them first. Both, or all three or four, however many are sent.

I think Bela is skating on some pretty thin ice. Actually it appears it is not quite frozen yet and she thinks she can just walk on it. :-)

I think mike is the most boring character is the whole story along with simon and probably also Emilia . I think even the actor that plays mike isn't doing the best of jobs but the character does the same things so ya can't blame him that much but now he's starting to get more introduction into his character after like basically 50 episodes. The show has many things going on at the same time, wedding of emi and eman coming soon I'm guessing, bella telling eman, jp and Bella taking a break, Andevil, la joyera. Like bro it's so rushed
 

As for Eman he'll probably try to protect Bella for now but at one point he's going to have to agree in getting rid of her but he's going to know that more people know the truth so he's pretty much trapped for now but he'll most likely get out of it like always. I feel like pickle is going to have a more important role later on with finding out who Emanuel is in reality, she knows more than everyone thinks but her alcohol problems make it seem like she's crazy.
 

There's a chance that I am seeing something that is not there, but here goes: TNs are built on almost imperceptible clues and nuances. Last night when Bela went to visit Eman. she had a whole different face. Heavier makeup, and it actually made her look a little older I thought. I noticed it as she stood out front, and again when she was face to face with Eman.

The makeup, hair and every--thing about these women in TNs are precisely set, and I couldn't help but think something was up. She also wore a more modern business looking dress, rather than her Susy Schoolgirl outfit and her backpack from Ramon.

Both Penny and Andrea were giving signs to their guys to go for it. Neither did. Penny's signs were billboard size.

Bela was pretty friendly in her call to JP, called him "mi amor."

Emi's mother and brother disapproved her marrying Eman. That sealed it! She is marrying him!
 

Steve: Great question. I will go with option B. I think what Bella wants to accomplish with Eman is to get him to prove once and for all that he’s on her side and he isn’t one of the bad guys, so in order to do this, she will convince him to kill off Cristina or to Bella, he’s just as guilty as Cris is.

Also Eman would kill her off to cover himself and throw off Bella so that she no longer finds him suspicious.

I might suggest that if Penny's signs were billboard size, Andevil's were skyscraper worthy. Penny wasn't subtle but Andrea throwing herself on top of JP with a near wardrobe malfunction was just about as agressive as you can get without succeeding!

In regards to Andevil, I just can't bring myself to allow for any redemption. She is smart and quite cunning. Anything "good" that she does, I perceive as a ploy to mislead those who are after her and to get what she ultimately wants...JP. Something drastic will have to happen before I change my mind about her...and that hasn't happened...yet.

She is playing him. I really think she wants Eman to prove himself to her as you indicated above, but I also think that deep down, she knows he's the total opposite. IMO the critical nail driven into that box was when Eman defended the associates and called them honorable people. She first saw Eman with Horacio, heard him talk to Madame BBB, and he defended the associates during her conversation with him about how he helped Emi get the job at the casino. Bela has been too smart all along not to at least have doubts about Eman and find a way to prove her suspicions.

Jarifa, ITA that Mike's character is totally wasted and your "house mother" describes him perfectly, but like Diana, I am SO disappointed I didn't have a house mom like that.

Bela is getting creepy. Making Cristina turn over cards, pointing out to Eman just where each Beast sat. I don't understand why she has gone so public and so bold.

Maybe they have something better upcoming for Mike, but for now he's just beefcake with Bela's occasional "Sí, señor." a little decoration on the cake.

She changed her tactic so that no one would have be in danger or be obligated to do something they don't want to just like JP with Susi.

I feel like Emanuel will help bella out so she doesn't suspect and it's better for him as if anyone who can incriminate him is gone, he'll be safe. However, when she finds out who he really is I feel like it will be a trap because he will use what Bella has done against her as she's done a ton of a illegal stuff lmao.

I also doubt that she's playing with Emanuel, she wouldn't be able to take such a betrayal from the man that has been like a second father to her all of these years. She wouldn't be able to bear looking him in the eyes and yea she coped with it with the other bestias but she already knew how evil they actually were so she prepared but with Emanuel it's completely different. As well as how she acts with him, she doesn't act as if she suspects of him at all, she acts like she has been all throughout the whole show.

If Univision does push for Season 2, we might see a new Leading Guy for Bella.

 

Lucas: I wouldn't be shocked if Emanuel has JP whacked including Marine Mike & Penelope because the Beasts will know where they currently live.

The Beasts are going to be around for awhile longer IF Univision gets Season 2.

 

i doubt it would get a second season, i think it would be pointless as the only thing that maybe could happen is that emanuel's true identity isn't revealed and even then it would be pretty boring. I think that this a type of show that can only go on for one season.
btw who are ur guys favorite characters/actors in this show, for me i like emanuel the best cuz i think the actor does a really good job of portraying both sides of this character very well

Bela_Ep_49 It's Smackdown night and I got smacked down


Bela and Eman still at the club meeting room and Eman wants to know where she got the info. Bela says that is irrelevant,,,she has proof.

Carlos and Lucy and Carlos want some info and Lucy tells him it's faster on the internet but he wants to do it the old fashioned way

Pene has a NO LUUURVE hangover then receives the call from Carlos that he needs a nurse. Mike enters and she puts her arms on him as he asks for her help;

JP is still apologizing to Bela. This time she appears to be a bit more accepting. What ? Does she have a room-sized bed? JP wonders if she really confronted Cris knowing that Eman would find out. Bela tells him that was the plan. She had to tell him that JP was the one twho old her. He assumed that Armando mentioned it to JP in one of his conversations. Bela tells JP that nothing will happen to Cristina.

M&M in his office like farm animals and an actual farm animal calls. Cristina. Emi thanks Eman for leaving things aside for her. He tells her to take off the ring because people wil think she is going to marry him. Emi tells him that they can go ahead and think that because that is what she is going to do,,...marry him. Eman didn't answer Cris' call so she calls Jorge to gather all the men because Eman can't control himself. Bitch.

JP and Bela's pillow talk continues. She probably thinks she can tell if he has had any action lately by doing this soon after he gets back. Bela asks when he will finish working with Andrea he says when they finish the case . Bela assumes he will be with her all the time then, but JP tells her not all the time. Bela asks if he would have had sex with Andrea if she had been in Susy's pace..she knows he likes her. JP tells her he loves her that's all the answer she needs, no one else matters.

Cris calls again and Eman answers now that he has time. Cris asks if he talked to his goddaughter. He says no and he doesn't want her to exaggerate things or tell the other associates. It's something insignificant. It's the best to resolve the situation. He will take care of the situation. Cris agrees but does not agree that she shouldn't tell Ignatio or Senator.

Mike and Bela in the ring when Eman calls and a bunch of guys walk in menacingly. It is Jorge and a few helpers .Eman yells at Bela and asks why Mike went to visit Cris's store. Bela denies it.

Bela asks Jorge if he can't defend himsel...he had to bring his little friends. There must be six or eight, and Mike and Bela are making mincemeat of them, then they back against the wall to better defend themselves. Mike is holding his forehead or eye, and it looks like there are still hooligans waiting to take their turn. There are just too many. There are bad guys laying all over the floor, but there is almost a line of baddies waiting as backup..

Pene the “nurse” gives Carlos his pill. Cris comes and says she looks very young. She takes her picture.
 

Part 2

JP, Pickle, and Emi and Pickle looks through some letters. JP asks what she doing. She is looking for some type of proof that Eman is not who he says he is. JP tells her that if they tell Emi not to do something she will do it. Emi comes in and agrees. JP insinuates that she is marrying him for interests in getting ahead. Emi assures him that she is getting married because she loves him. JP tells her that they will not accept her getting involved with the associates. They will not keep her from marrying Eman, but she has to leave the association. JP tells that is the way it is. Emi tells him those are her shares. She asks if he thinks they killled their father..he is like his -their mother. JP tells her they killed Bela's parents..there is proof. Emi asks to see the proof.


They finally gang up on Bela and Mike and beat the stew out of them. One has Bela around the neck from behind, same with Mike. Mike is ganged up on and badly beaten. Many of them have over the head masks, but another one or two show up like that with the black over the head masks and help Bela and Mike. As it is now not so lopsided, the bad guys and the mystery guys leave. It is just Jorge and looks like on e helper, Bela and Mike who is barely conscious. He took the brunt of it and the lead pipes too.
Bela asks Jorge if he need a gun...he can't use his fists? She dares him to kill her. Bela tells him he can't. What will his daughter thinks when her father is in jail for being a murderer. Sher then uses one of her Mooooves and knocks him OUT. When he comes to SHE has the gun. Bela tells the few men who are left to get out. Jorge tells her he was just folllowing orders. He asks if she is going to turn him in, but Bela tell him to go to his boss and tell her that she will face the consequences now. As the fight is going on Cris has some necklace or something in her hand making a curse, as best I could tell. Then when the fight went sour for Jorge, she acted like the voodoo necklace had hurt her hand.

JP asks his Sister what Eman thinks. Emi says Eman is cool. JP asks how it can be cool if they stole their money. Emi explains the arrangement of the associates. JP wants to know what she will do with the money. She say she will provide for the family since no one else wil do it. JP asks what she was lacking? She had a house and clothes...everything she needed.

Pene is driving Mike to the (I hopeo) hospital. He was worked over with a metal pipe among other things and is almost gone. Pene tells him to keep his eyes open. He tells her something about his head.

Jorge shows back up at Cris' and tells her they got beat up. She asks if Bela and her man overtook all of them. He tells her there was someone who arrived and helped them. He fought like they did. Jorge tells Cris that Bela doesn't seem the type to call the popo, she will take revenge instead. Cris tells him Bela won't be abel to handle her. Bitch

Bela is on the phone now with Eman, who can't believe Cris wolud do that. Eman asks her to forgive him. He was worried what she would do to Cris and never thought Cris would go after her. Eman tells her to report her but Bela refuses. 'Vengence is Mine', said the Queen.

Mike is thankfully, in the hospital and Bela goes to see him. He wants to get out because things are more dangerous than they thought. That woman is dangerous and he has to protect them. Well, then maybe a little checklist: Lock the doors, carry a gun, maybe some pepper spray.

 

Par 3 The day the Pickle became the UnPickle

Pickle is at the kitchen sink pouring alcohol down the drain. She is white as a sheet. (So am I) Emi comes into the kitchen and wonders why Pickle is pouring out all the liquor. Pickle tell her this is the first day she did not drink..she needs to stop drinking. Emi tells her she shouldn't do it for them, she should do it for herself. Pickle tells her that's it will be difficult but she will do it. Emi will meet a new Pickle..a pretty one...almost as pretty as Emi. Emi thanks her.

Eman and Cris are on the phone now. She is a bit pissed, but Eman is laughing. Cris sends Eman Pene's pic. Eman asks who she is . Cris tells him she is the new nurse and she doesn't trust her. Eman laughs that Bela accomplished what she was after ...Cris is now paranoid. Eman tells her that the girl is not associated with Bela. Thank You Dirtbag

JP tells Bela that things are not right since she is so jealous of Andrea, though he loves only her, his love is not enough. Ohhh, standard “I'm dumping your looney ass' code words. They write songs about that.
So Bela proves to him that he is right by going on and on showing just how flakey she is. Bela asks about Emi owning part of the casino. JP tells her he can't do anything about it. JP wants the video but Bela doesn't want to give it to him. Bela wonders what Emi will feel when she see what kind of man her father was if she sees the video. JP thinks Bela is just making excuses so as not to give him the video. They argue.. JP tells her she just wants to do things her way...she doesn't;'t want to help Emi. Bela wants to find another way to help Ei. Like help her by NOT helping her?

The UnPickle visits Emi at the casino. Emi is surprised to see Pickle looking so much better. She tells Pickle she is busy and can't talk to her. Pickle just wants to ask a favor. She wants to review some files. Oh Boy, we knew she would be a force to be reckoned with sober. She was a friggin' hurricane drunk!

JP goes directly from his attempted brainwashing by Bela to work with Andevil. JP tells Andrea that when they finish tracking down all the men she will work for him. He tells her he is going after Cris and won't tell her why unless she agrees to work for him so she agrees. Is she qualified? Was she looking for a job? Does she have a resume? Can she pass a background check and be given a security clearance? How's her credit? Can she pass the physical? Nevermind, it is a TN.

Pene and Carlos. Pene looks good as a blonde, and I like Carlos too. What is he doing with Cris the vulture? Pene gave Carlos something that came for his wife but he tells her to give it to Lucy. He then asks if she has a bf. She says no. He tells her that she will find out that having someone, whether good or bad, is better than being alone... she will need the company Carlos asks if pene does not like his wife; so Pene tells him that Cris reminds her of her father's wife who treated her father the way Cris treats him. She would tell her father but her father never listened to her and one day the woman left and took all his money...which eventually killed him.

Eman in the room with Mike in the hospital. He tells Mike that he hopes this is enough to make him stop encouraging Bela’s crazy ideas. If Mike really loves Bela, he should support her, not be a witness to her misfortunes. Mike tells him that he is talking to the wrong person. If Eman has something to say to Bela, then he should go talk to her. Eman demands to know what plans Bela has; Mike shouldn’t continue being her accomplice. Eman knows that the gym is just a front.; Bela came with one main goal…to get rid of her parent’s assassins. When Eman asks Mike to confirm, Mike remains quiet. Eman tells Mike that he can procrastinate as much as he wants, but in the end, he will tell him what he wants to know


 

Part 4 Oh Noes, Oh yesses

Lucy gives Cris a package that was brought for her. Cris quickly takes the package, opens it to find a thumb drive, and goes into a room by herself…where she watches the video of the meeting where they made the decision to kill Bela’s father. As she watches, Carlos opens the door, and she gets up quickly and asks why he came in without knocking. After Carlos tells her that this is his house too and he can go wherever he wants, Cris reminds him about her privacy, then asks for his nurse. Carlos replies that the nurse asked for time to go see her mother. Cris is dismayed that the nurse is already asking for time off. Carlos then asks what she received in the box, but Cris tells him it’s nothing important. He asks why she locked herself up then; so Cris tells him she didn’t want to see his face. After she asks him when he will realize that she is fed up with living with an old man…it’s what she wanted least from life, Carlos tells her that she either needs to accept living the rest of her life with him or she can sign the divorce papers.


Bela goes to JP's work and tells him that she sent La Joyera the part of the video where Cris agrees to have her father killed. She did it as a defense strategy because of the attack the previous day. JP sarcastically tells her that was brilliant since now Cris will alert Ignacio and the Senator…and they will go after her. Bela insists that nothing will happen to her because she warned Cris that if something happens to her, the video will be made public. JP tells her that they won’t let her near them…she has shown all her cards. Bela reminds him that she made him a promise…the one that will go after the beasts will be him (JP).

JP curses that she wouldn’t give him the video, but she sent it to Cris. He tells Bela that she should have given it to him so he could have locked up the three remaining beasts. Bela tells him that is not the only way to send them to jail…they are criminals and have other crimes. JP thinks he was stupid to have given her the video and not made a copy of it. He regrets playing her game and letting her do whatever she wanted. Bela is grateful that he gave her the video and everything else he has done for her. She assures him that he is not stupid; he will send them to jail and she will help him.

Cris calls Eman in a panic and tells him they have a serious problem...there is a video of the meeting where they made the big decision to kill Enricke Leon .

Eman is still with Mike when his phone rings. It is Cris telling him about the video she received.

Things just keep getting weirder by the day.

They don't lock the gym? They are on a mission to kill, literally kill, Very Bad People™ and they don't think to lock the gym???

Jorge goes with bad guy help and they have guns and lead pipes, and nobody gets killed? How many times is Jorge going to get beat up by Bela anyway?

And then... I don't remember what it was because about this time my beanie overheated and exploded. When I came to the show was over.

To me, this entire episode’s theme smacked of revenge. Bella taunting and threatening Cris as a result of JP’s “cheating”; Jorge, who was shamed and stung that a girl got the best of him in their initial meeting trying to even the score and finally 'Vengence is Mine', said the Queen”. Sigh.

I saw and heard no signs of breaking and entering. Therefore, Comeback obviously has an open door policy. Folks can stroll in at their leisure. No bars here. Huh??? It’s not hard to figure out “maybe a little checklist: Lock the doors, carry a gun, maybe some pepper spray” said it all Kirby.

I had my beanie on with that new Gorilla Tape (Duck Tape on steroids) and it tore loose last night when Bela was the perp and Cris knew it and she whipped Jorge's ass like getting her nails done..

Then a mob shows up and beats poor old Mike half to death and her makeup is not even messed up.

She almost got Pene killed too in that bathtub debacle.

Unfortunately, we are seeing Bela gradually morphing into someone who is succumbing to the cancer she originally sought to eradicate.
 

And 'Who was that masked man?" The mystery guy/person who showed in costume and assisted Bela? The likely suspect is Eman, but we haven't been shown the fighting side of him, so It is hard to really suspect him, as Jorge told Cris the intruder "Fought like them", meaning an expert MMA style, I assume.
 

Kirby: This is foreshadowing a deadly end for Marine Mike & Penelope.

Now that Emanuel knows who they are.... this does NOT look good.
 

But Steve, if Emanuel's ultimate goal is to own it all as the others have died off one by one, Mike and Pene are safe so long as that process is ongoing.

Only after Eman is the last beast standing and it is his turn to stop wasting air will he want to kill them. Then we will see Armagaeddon as Eman mounts his last stand and must decide between death for himself or death of his Goddaughter Bela.

This episode was likely two episodes cut and stitched into one. We did not see Pen's interview and hiring with Carlos. We did not see what Mike did in the morning in the jewelry store that got Chris upset and Jorge mentioned. We did not see how the masked helper appeared. I am pretty sure it was Penny. We did not see how she took off her mask, was worried about Mike, loaded him into the car to go to the hospital. There was some conversation with Ric about hiring Andrea that was cut.
 

O/T : for a dark comedic romp, may I recommend Netflix’s “La casa de las flores” (The House of Flowers) starring Verónica Castro and Aislinn Derbez. It is a limited series with 13 episodes. It makes me laugh and that is a good thing. 😊
 

Thanks Lucio, I was waiting to see your take on what happened last night. I noticed most of those but didn't have time to think about them at the time. This show does a lot of that even without LooneyVision cutting and splicing so I never know.

Good Morning, Patiooo!! Kirby, thanks again for filling in all the gaps for me. Can you believe it? I was so worried about a missing hen that I actually thought the episode ended when Pene told Carlos about her "father." So after that scene I wnet out to take a quick look for teh hen and teh show was still on and guess what? I thought there was a second episode showing...LOL at myself after I kicked myself when I saw that I hadn't bothered to look at the clock...aging is the pits a tell ya!

Well, everyone has already brought up all the questionable events last night. I rewatched the fighting scene just now and it definitely was Pene who came in and helped Mike and Bela...she even called out to Mike when she first got there...so thanks Lucio for pointing that out. And thanks for pointing out all the scenes that were probably sliced from the show. How horrible that LooneyV is doing that. They are taking a lot from a good show amd making it looks so badly directed...no wonder so many beanies were flying off and exploding last night.

Well, I might finally be able to watch this show tonight. We are just home from vacation with family. Yesterday was our anniversary , and we spent it traveling...a four hour drive (#,treestreestreesblueberries 🌲🌲🌲🌲)..,a two hour wait for our ,1and1\2_hour flight...followed by a two hour drive home. 10.30pm ok zzz zzz

Good afternoon all.

Last night’s episode was a train wreck. Now they are really getting sloppy by rushing things and skipping scenes. And they have ruined Mike’s character completely. Now Eman is controlling him as he’s helpless resting in a hospital bed? Mike has to at least go down fighting and swinging, not laying down like a crippled puppet! I sure hope he’s not at his end so soon.

And Isabella is getting more and more annoying and unbearable to watch as each episode goes by, she is literally giving JP every reason to leave her and go to a comforting and warming Andrea who’s a lot calmer and introverted like JP is. Now she’s gonna work for him???? This is all JP has wanted to do with Bella, but couldn’t get her to....having Andrea please him??? Only makes him happy!

Eman is becoming unpredictable. I no longer have any idea what he’s up to or what’s on his mind; he could turn on Cristina OR he could start doing damage to Operation Bella after finding out she has a video of them.

Emmanuel has this certain way of standing. He stood that way in the video and he frequently stands that way in his office, looking out of his window. If Bella would walk in on him, with his back to her in that same stance, his haircut, and his voice, she should be able to put it all together ... but I know that's asking too much of this particular prota.
 

Hey Anon, you just made me think of something interesting with that point that you brought up about Emmanuel and the way he stands.

The only other person who I can think of that can confirm that it’s Emmanuel in the video is Emília. She is his girlfriend afterall by now she recognizes how he stands, sits, walks, talks, AND not to mention that they were both in that conference room together where the decision to kill Enrique was made. And she saw him looking clearly straight up at the camera.

This video somehow needs to get to Emília. Maybe she is the one who ends up exposing him after all. This explains why JP wants Emília to watch it, not only so she can find out who these beasts really are, but also to see if she can reveal to JP who the shadow is as she works with these people now.
 

The only other scenario I can think of....

What if Cristina sends Eman the file of the video through her computer and Emília or Emilia’s mother ends up getting access to his computer randomly one night as they search through it, and find this video on his computer? BOOM!
