Episode 40, Part 1: Drowning in Their Troubles


Vero tells Sue they need to talk. Sue shows her the pic and tells Vero that all those were Ant’s playmates. He probably got rid of them when he got tired of them. Vero thinks the girls went on to pursue their careers, but Sue shows her the newspaper with the article about the nine missing girls. Vero tells her that isn’t going to happen to her. When Sue tells her that this is serious, Vero tells her that is just one more reason to go back home. Sue can stay. Sue thinks they need to take advantage of the situation. They are already in Mexico, so Sue wants to stay and go elsewhere to model. So we understand, Models are somehow not needed in Columbia...? …and everyone has heard about the Mexican Model shortage.


Emi and the beasts are at the restaurant. Senator tells Emi that he worries that her bro is without a job, but Emi doesn’t take the bait. Eman interrupts and reminds them that they are there to welcome her into the association. Senator apologizes for what happened previously; (Like we killed your Papa, it was a clerical error, OK) and Cafetero hopes there are no hard feelings… everything was just business. Emi tells them she understands (You mean, understands that he is still dead?) and appreciates what they have just said because the past few years have been difficult. She has always wondered what kind of people would leave a widow and her children on the streets. She thanks them for returning what is hers and is thankful for being allowed into such a special association. They toast to Emi.


Yami tries to make JP comfortable with some whiskey. JP tells her that they have spent a long time looking for them…for her and the other 8 Colombianas. They know that they came to work for Ant and then disappeared. When he tells her he is an undercover cop, she starts kissing him and whispers that there is a camera in the cross. JP excuses himself and goes to the restroom. Meanwhile, Ant talks to Delivery guy and guy tells him that the photo they sent him is Jessica. JP is shirtless…deserving of half a RAWWRR…and pretends to be cozying up to Yami as Ant watches.


Vero refuses to stay in this country with someone who doesn’t cover her back. Sue doesn’t care and throws her necklace into the pool; so Vero tries to retrieve it. Vero tells her she will always be her cousin….though she has turned in to someone without scruples. After Sue retorts that she went to bed with Ant, Vero retrieves the necklace; so Sue wants it back. They argue and struggle until Vero falls into the pool in an attempt to get the necklace.


Ant calls Andrea and tells her that Isabela and Jessica are the same person. Andevil asks if he has any idea who she really is. She then asks Ant to ask JP what he thinks, but Ant tells her he is busy. Andevil assumes he is at the second house. After Ant confirms, he mentions that the other associates are meeting with Emi right now. Ant needs to find out what JP is really up to. As he watches JP and Yami, he mumbles that after this, JP won’t be able to leave him. Meanwhile, JP gives Yami a chip and whispers that she needs to use it and get a phone so they can track the location.


Sue is freaking out because Vero is unconscious. Those two Einsteins should have never been left unsupervised. One can't swim and the other does not know CPR. The maid runs for help as Sue cries and tells Vero to please respond. She's not breathing, Sue; you have to do that to answer.

Andevil calls Emi and tells her that they should go dancing. Emi tells her she can’t because she has a BF; so Andevil tells her maybe she can go out with them and Emi can introduce her to one of her friends or a brother. Emi tells her that she has a brother, but he has a GF. Andevil then gets Emi to tell her that her brother has a girlfriend named Isabela. When Emi wonders why all the questions, Andevil tells her she is just curious. Like the capricious curiosity NASA has about....Mars. Emi tells Andevil that she will be bored with her brother; she may as well give up on him.
 

Episode 40, Part 2: Drowning in Their Troubles

Bela arrives and Mike is glad she is there because he was worried. He hopes they close the case soon so everyone can be safe. Bela tells Mike that they think that JP is the one who needs to win over Andevil Simon wonders just how easy that will be. Dress him up like a tiger?

Pascual arrives to help with Vero; he starts CPR.

Yami and JP are finishing up and putting on a show for Ant. JP then leaves and goes to Ant who gives him a small envelope...it is proof that JP was there and what he did. And will use it in case he needs to. If Ant falls, JP will fall too.

Maid calls Andevil and tells her that Vero drowned; Pascual is trying to revive her. Andevil tells her to stay calm, Vero won’t die. Sue grabs the phone in a panic and Andevil tells her to stay calm. She will send an ambulance; and she is on her way over.

JP tells Ant that it isn’t he who he has to worry about. Ant tells JP that Jessica/Isabela is the only one who has been able to get close to the Colombiana who escaped. Ant tells him that the girls don’t know where this place is, and if they were to find it, their happiness would end. JP then tells Ant that if there is an investigation, he has nothing to worry about.

Simon and Bela talk as they wait to go talk to Ric. Simon thinks that the good thing is that they know that the girls are alive. Bela has no idea what she will tell Ric. They enter and Ric tells Simon to close the door, but not to sit down…he can stand (in the corner?). Ric starts to scold Bela…what was she thinking? He then turns on Simon and chides him for involving Bela, but Bela tells him Simon didn’t involve her, she wanted to help. Ric gives a rundown of all that Bela has been implicated in. Bela tries to explain how she was not really responsible for any of the deaths. She tells him it was her fault that the Madame kidnapped her. She admits being up to her neck in the Colombiano case. Ric asks if she knows anything that could help them find the girls, but Bela has no clue. Ric then states that they need the girls so they can testify against Ant. Simon points out that if they arrest Ant for drug trafficking now, they may never get him for what he did to the girls. Ric tells Bela to stay out of the investigation. How did that work out the first twelve times you told her?

Ant goes to JP who is trying to look around and figure out where they are; so Ant tells him not to waste his time…he won’t be able to locate the place. JP asks Ant when he is going to trust him; so Ant tells him that he knows almost as much as Andevil. JP then wonders what it feels like to always know that someone might take him out. Ant tells him that the more difficult things are to take him down, the better for him.

Eman asks Emi what she thought about her new associates. She thinks they are snakes and they can’t be trusted. Eman mentions that she hasn’t even met the Colombiano….he is dangerous. Hmmm takes one to know one.

Andevil arrives and Sue is still in a panic...she couldn’t do anything. Vero is dead. Andevil tells her to calm down; it was an accident. She then tells Sue to go change clothes.

Ant wonders why JP never agreed to help his father and now he is working for him. JP tells him that his father never threatened him…with him he never knows what will happen.

As Yami whispers and tries to memorize the number JP gave her, another girl wonders why she is talking to herself. Yami tells her she was praying and asks the girl if she has ever seen a cell phone there. The girl tells her that would be a miracle because that is what she has been waiting for.
 

Episode 40, Part 3: Drowning in Their Troubles

JP and Ant arrive at Ant’s house. As Ant tells him to follow up on Isabela, Andevil comes out and tells him she was waiting for him because she needs to talk to him. Ant tells her he is with JP and not to interrupt since JP has just proven that he is a real Quintero. After JP leaves, Andevil tells Ant that Vero is dead. Ant runs to Sue and asks her if she killed Vero, but Sue tells him it was an accident. Ant, however, tells her that drowning someone is a homicide. He yells that everything was perfect and now she ruined everything. Sue retorts that it is his fault for wanting all three to be together. Ant pins her down and threatens her with throwing her out and blaming her for Vero’s death.

JP goes and asks a stranger for his phone. He calls Simon and tells him that Ant took him to the place where the girls are, but he was blindfolded and doesn’t know where it is. They need to meet ASAP. The stranger must wonder how much this call to Russia or somewhere is costing him.

Ant chides Andevil for not being there…this is what happens when she isn’t there to keep an eye on things. When he asks what she was doing, she tells him she was watching out for his back, but Ant retorts that he didn’t ask her to do that…that is why he hired JP. Sue, who is still crying and hysterical, wants to go back to Colombia; but Ant tells her they will help her. He pushes her to the car; so Sue wants to know where they are taking her and her cousin. Ant only responds that they are taking care of things. As Sue is being put into the car, Andevil begs Ant to do things right since this was an accident…she pleads with him that he shouldn’t make Sue disappear, but Ant tells her there is nothing to tie him to the girls. If the police come, they might start asking about the other girls again. After Ant pushes Sue into the car with Vero’s body, Andevil asks him not to involve JP in this. Wait? What? Did she hear us?

Bela and Pene are talking. Pene is glad nothing bad happened to her. After Mike tells Bela that Andevil figured out that Pene stole some merchandise, Pene asks if Bela has heard from JP, but Bela hasn’t been able to reach him. Heh, heh, doing some undercover work.

JP, Simon, and Ric meet. JP tells them about the 9 girls. When Ric asks how he is going to free them if he doesn’t know where the place is, JP responds that he needs to get the Colombiano to trust him enough to tell him where the place is.

Ant talks to Eman who wonders why he is calling him. Ant needs a favor, but he needs to talk to him in person. After he hangs up, Sue asks if Ant is going to make them both disappear.

JP tells Ric that he gave one of the girls a chip from his phone; she just needs to get it into a phone so they can track it.

Andevil is in Ant;s office and finds the video Ant made of JP. She inserts it into a computer.

Ant arrives at Eman’s house. He tells Eman he needs to help him make a Colombiana girl commit suicide…and cover up everything so he won’t be implicated.

Oh, no! The braids are back.

I feel like this is unnecessarily complicated lately. All I want to know is who is going to leave the tiger cage open when Ant is all by his lonesome . . .
 

Rgv Chick, this was stellar.

"Drowning in Their Troubles" was perfect and "Heh, heh, doing some undercover work".

"Sue cries and tells Vero to please respond. She's not breathing, Sue; you have to do that to answer". Truly!

These poor girls (Vero and Sue) did a 360 since we first met them. From loyal, stalwart friends to teasing, taunting, jealousy ridden and power hungry,ending in tragedy. The utter look of terror on Sue's face was difficult to watch.

Whatever IS Mike doing while Andevil is capturing evidence out in the open in the clear light of day?? Isn't her car conspicuous??

"Andevil then gets Emi to tell her that her brother has a girlfriend named Isabela". How few pieces are left for this girl to assemble.

"Bela tells him Simon didn’t involve her, she wanted to help". Help??? Bella dear you were/are the catalyst for all of this. No need for the innocent doe eyed look. You are obviously fooling Ric, but certainly not us.

I forgot about Cafetero...

So Emi confronted the beasts and said all is forgiven. I don't believe her. Again, if we hadn't seen her broken heart when Em dumped her, I really would think that she is playing all of the beasts, particularly Em. She is perfectly non-expressive so it's hard to think if the still waters are running deep or not....

Why did JP's blindfold not obscure his vision? It was hazy but he could definitely see (?)

I think there are 80 episodes which means we are only halfway through. "I feel like this is unnecessarily complicated lately" said it all Jarifa. As dear Carlos used to say "Next!".

Note to JP: Yeah scribble it in her crotch, NOBODY will be looking there.

So now Sue pretty much knows she is a goner. Why don't these people ever manage to jump out of a moving car in town where there are loads of people, even if they are going to get banged up a little? Sue appeared to be a factor of ten smarter than Veronica, which still isn't saying much, so will she just sit demurely in the back seat on her ride to some deserted dirt road by a ravine?

I was truly surprised at Andevil's pleas to Ant to not harm Sue and not involve JP. There is that glimmer of hope again. Did she truly not expect him to kill Sue? Is she not totally aware of his evil ways? I suppose maybe she draws the line somewhere, but then asking him to not involve JP seemed so personal. I am surprised Ant didn't pick up on that.

I think the patio is much kinder than I. Andevil absolutely knows what is going on. I don't believe for a moment Andevil had any pity for Sue. And yes, her "concern" for JP was very personal. I suppose most have a "weak" spot, so maybe Sue is hers. It's certainly NOT Isabel or Pene whom she is tracking with vengeance.

So this same group of people killed/had killed both Bela and Emi's Fathers. One has made it her life mission to kill them all, and the other is all forgiven? Is this because Emi still has Pickle and JP? Is Emi a lot smarter than we have given her credit for?

Wouldn't it be perfect for her to been fooling Eman all along and turn the tables on him? And maybe rat him out to JP? Would Bela ever even believe JP and Emi though?

OK I know I sound like "Mommy, why are Cheerios round?"

I don't know if she recognized Simon with Bela and made the connection with JP. If she did, she knows Isabela is associated with Simon, JP's fiend in the Federal Police.
JP's girlfriend's name is Isabela (this can't be a coincidence.)
I think she pretty much has JP in her hands.

One reason she asked Ant not to involve JP could be because she has all that info and knows JP cannot be trusted.

I think I have seen this. Now Andrea will send the video to Bela, kidnap JP, wait until Bela marries Francisco in a week and then... Oh wait, this is a different TN.

One has to think Emmanuel won’t accept Ant’s Request of helping him kill Susie, without getting information from him about JP since Em found out from the other beasts that JP is working with Ant. Furthermore, I think Ant will be dumb enough to trust Em so much to the point where he even tells Em he’s hunting for Isabella to kill her.

This will likely fuel Em as we all know he’s her God father and instead he kills Ant? Just a wild guess, but one way or another Em is going to get JP in trouble and I think he will even try framing him for the cause of Ant’s or Susie’s death.
 

All signs lead to a bad result for JP. He’s clearly going to be a victim of set up by the beasts as they will all say he played a role in a death of Ant and was involved. From the video taping of him having sex with one of the sex slaves, to working with Ant and not going under a different name, he’s taken the bigger risk. I think even Bella was smarter this time around. He’s made a major mistake.

Diana, I don’t believe a word Emi says either…and Kirby, I would really be blown over if Emi turned out to outsmart Eman…I just can’t see that.

And, yes, I have read that there are 80 episodes...so we still have 5 beasts and their followers to be taken down or out. Now how is it that JP and Bela haven't figured out that Eman is the most dangerous beast? They haven't even thought about the man whose face they couldn't see. Wouldn't Bela be trying to find that out during her interactions with the beasts?

Diana. I'm still with you on Andevil....she is devious and hard hearted. She does everything to ultimately get what she wants.

Steve, Veronica joins the body count. And don't forget the two Colombian goons that Bela killed with her own hands. Actually she only killed one with her own hands. The other got shot by his buddy, but he was probably too scared to tell Ant that when he reported back.

Lucas, welcome!! Thank you for sharing your very insightful thoughts. Geez, if Ant tells Em he's gunning for Isabela, he's a goner. And you are also spot on about JP being in quite a predicament. The only good thing is that Ric is now involved and knows exactly what JP is doing.
 

I think JP is slowly putting together the pieces with Eman. He asked Ant about Em, as he has his suspicions, and even disagreed with Bella when she said she wants to get Em involved for help with the case of the Colombian girls.

What has become obvious is that Em and JP are figuring each other out slowly after their confrontation over Emília. They are no longer looking to get along and this is where it will get dangerous for JP. He’s going to suffer some punishment from Em and the beasts because of this. Remember, Em wants to know why he was let go from job as an Federal Agent.
 

Thank you! I look forward to posting here more often. I think Ant will definitely get pressured by Eman to confess everything he’s been up to. Ant has never been too fond of Em, and Em knows that. So he’s likely already been kicked out from the Beasts gang as Em said he was ok with Ant being left out from the vote over Emília. It benefits him anyway as he can take over Ants ownership part of the casino and etc. Tonight has to be the end for Ant...been going on too long now.

And yes JP is at risk here...I see him doing some potential jail time or he will suffer a huge injury.
 

80 episodes total and too many beasts to go unless there is a multiple kill-off at some point. I wonder if they are toying with a second season à la La piloto and Mi marido tiene familia. Since we are seeing the novela first, nowhere to go for more info.

Thank you, Chickie. I knew the word "undercover" would be in your recap. Gee, none OF our patio guesses were correct on what JP was going to do when was in the room with the blonde. He opted to rumble around under the sheets. ..followed by polite chitchat. "You're great!" " No, you are. " "We 're great!" "It was great." We knew Big Brother would be watching! Hiding that tiny camera under the cross has probably sealed Creepy's fate as meow mix. #sorrynotsorry

Whenever I see Emi in a meeting with Eman and the Beasts (,good name for a heavy metal band) , it looks like Take Your Daughter to Work Day.

Poor Mike. All he does is stay home alone. What was the point of bringing in a Marine if he never gets to do Marine kickboxing stuff?
 

P.s. I think that nosy rosy Andrea has transferred her devotion from Pantonio to JP and will die saving him from PAnty\,the tiger\,himself.

To those wondering about Military Mike’s lack of contribution,

I think they’re saving him for the toughest beast there is, which is of course Emanuel. If you remember in one of the very early chapters, he had a brief confrontation with Em when Em broke into Isabela’s home and he questioned Penelope with force to find out who she was. Mike and Em were so close to fighting and then Em threatened him with a gun.

This was a small tease of another meeting between the two later on, as we all know Mike can easily kick his ass. Perhaps he will be the one that kills Em, or Em kills him and it’ll be up to JP.


 

Lucas, hmmmm....Could Bella end up killing Eman since he is her godfather and went along with having her father killed? Or perhaps Emi will be the one to ultimately kill Eman. I think one of those two will avenge their fathers' deaths. That would be poetic justice. Or maybe it will JP since his father is responsible for Bella's parents' deaths. But then......I am not usually correct in my guesses.
 

Great discussion and good points being made. There a so many ways this could go. I’m just wondering how Emi and JP will find out that Eman killed their father. Will Rman be so arrogant...and stupid...as to confess it to Emi thinking that she is so loyal to him that she will understand why he did it just as she said she understood why the other beasts took everything from her family?

Susanlynn, your idea about Emi killing Eman makes sense too...like I said so many possibilities!

Lucas, you may very well be right about Mike. I’m looking forward to seeing him kick some ass; and if her kicks Eman down to the fires of hell, I’ll certainly be cheering for him.
 

Definitely do not believe Emília’s character is that important enough in this whole story to be the one that kills Eman. She’ll definitely find out all his secrets and truths; but then ultimately he will kill her because of that, in order to stop her.

Emanuel is an interesting conflicted psychopath, on one hand he is Isabela’s Godfather and wants to protect her, unfortunately for him he went so far with protecting her that he wanted vengeance for his God daughter’s parents’ death, that he killed JP and Emilia’s father as he knew he was responsible.

What we haven’t discovered yet is what’s his obsession with protecting Isabella so much if he is one of the beasts? I think he personally is more of an enemy and a threat to the Quintero Family as it looks like he’s out to antagonize and destroy them all.


Maybe we will find out soon what the deal with Bella is. Does she hold some kind of power that only he is aware of?

Chickie...yes, there were no witnesses when Eman killed Armando, so he would have to confess. There are still beasts alive who can identify Eman as a beast. Bella will go berserk when she finds that out.

Lucas, awhile ago someone here thought that Eman might be Bella's biological father . I hope not.

I started thinking of that possibility that Eman is her father. Because this weird loving obsession he has with her is weird. It would make sense, he already had another secret child coming with Bella’s best friend until he killed her. So Bella might be another one if his secret and bastard children. The question then becomes....was she adopted by Enrique and his wife at birth?

This would be painful to watch, I hope not!

Ant must've trafficked hundreds of women over the years so it's strange that he's got only one old newspaper story about 10 missing women. He should have a whole scrapbook of missing women news clippings.

I was expecting JP to use sound to try to piece together where he was, like a church bell, a train whistle, etc. But nope, he comes up with nothing.

The cousins became very annoying, but it was sad to see Susy rolling Vera's body like a wheel to try to revive her.
 

OK, so there is no other TNreason for Aunt Creepy to make the video of JP other than for Bela to see it.

So will she believe him when he tells her he was actually up in there writing down the number for Interpol Witness Protection Linea Caliente?

Rgv Chickie, do you ever rent out your goats?

It seems that a large herd of goats got loose in Boise, Idaho, and went to town on people's lawns, rose bushes, whatever. They had been placed in an area where they were set to eating the overgrowth.

This being the "dog days of summer" for news, it has been in the news quite a bit; just do a search on "Boise goats" for lots of stories. The one that speculated about a plot for world domination did seem a bit over the top, though.

Anyway, a day when goats on a binge makes the news is a day when maybe we can worry a bit less about incoming missiles or a new pandemic, so a good day.

The Columbia girls are preparing for a ride in the country. Ant asks Eman for help with this unexpected hiccup in his daily routine. You know, prissing around in his Victoria's Secret robe, taunting a hungry tiger, preening his little beard, fogging his personal space with Lysol Fresh Linen scent, enslaving beautiful gullible young women. Or maybe it is Black Flag in that can. ? ?

The 'Photographer' Pascual is keeping Sue in the car at gunpoint while Ant goes in to beg for Eman's help. Sue is sure they are palnning on taking her out into the country and burying her with her cousin. He tells her she watches too many movies.

Andevil looks at the JP tape takes a deep breath and removes the cd

Eman with Ant and asks Eman to help him. Eman says it would take too much money moving around conspicuously. Why doesn't he just feed her to the tiger? Eman asks if there is anything like a contract they need to worry about. Ant says no. Eman tells Ant he wants him to fire JP asap. Ant tells him he doesn´t know how much he has done to train him. Eman tells him JP is straight he would never to anything illegal. Ant tells him he already has JP.

Emi and Bela talk while Bela waits for JP. Emi tells Bela that she quit Interpol. Now she works at her (former) father´s casino. Bela asks if the casino was passed to the associates. Emi tells her that Eman and his contacts got them to give her back her father´s percentage.

Ant and Pascual disposing of the body as Sue looks on with a huge rope around her wrists. Sue asks what they are going to with her cousin. Ant tells her they are removing anything that cold identify her. She asks for a drink. Sue, not Vero. She reassures him that it was an accident. She asks for her cousnin´s necklace..it was special to both of them.

JP finally arrrives. Bela tells him she missed him. He reciprocates. Bela smells perfume. He admits that they took him where the girls are. It was Ant's idea and he was testing him He wanted him to taste the service. Bela is not happy

Mike sees the kid Andevil sent to their house and recognizes him

JP is trying to do some damage control with the guiltless queen of the universe Bela JP tells Bela she needs to trust him he wouldn´t do anything. Bela trusts him. JP tells her that Ant made a video. JP admits that they were both naked but nothing happened. JP tells her that she, more than anyone, knows how things are done. He tells her he loves her and thinks about her all the time. NOTHING happened. Bela then tells JP that she wants him to go after Andrea to win her over.

At the Columbian funeral Sue is not taking it well. Sue wants to say good bye. She kneels over Vero and asks forgiveness. Well, Sue, you have Ant all to yourself for the next 4..3..2..1.., Oops never mind, time's up.

Meanwhile back in Columbia Vero's Mom is in front of the news cameras. Vero´s mom tells the press that Vero never drank. she was such a good girl. Then the cops say that they were just tourists but they went to work for PantyMX. Back in CDMX Ant then tells the press that his company is clear and he sends condolences to the famiy.
 

Part 2

Ant is giving a press conference about the two missing Columbian girls who worked at Panties.
Ant understands the mom's pain but she can forget about accusing him without proof. He has never hired any Colombians for his company. He has never heard he names of those girls. They should look elsewhere cuz they will find nothing with him

RIc tells Simon they should have watched the girls closer. But he has an idea.

Eman also on TV Eman tells the press that the Colombian govt hasn't asked for help in the death of Vero or disappearance of Sue. He insists that they look at the toxicology reports…they clearly show that Vero had high levels of alcohol. They ask about Sue but Eman tells them not to be exaggerating and talking about a disappearance when Sue has only been missing for a few hours.

Bela doesn't believe that Vero died the way they say she did. She then wonders about Sue and Mike tells her they still have time to help her.

Sue is in the hotel tied to a bed and a goon comes in and she gets an injection. Probably Heroine.

Pene and Andevil in the factory Pene tells her she didn't want to return because she was ashamed. She is sorry and he has told JP that it won't happen agiain. Andevil tells her it certainly won't happen again because she is fired. Pene pleads but Andevil doesn't believe people change and tells her to leave.

Ant and JP having a heated discussion. Ant tell JP he doesn't know where Sue is. JP doesn't believe him, he is not stupid. JP wonders if that is why Andevil urgently needed to talk to him. JP demands that he tell him. After Ant refuses JP quits. Ant loses it and starts yelling at JP . Ant tried to do his little condescending hand on JP's shoulder and JP knocked it away. OH man the tiger is getting hungry.

Emi and Eman at his orifice. Emi needs to meet Ant since he is all over the news. Eman tells her they are judging him wrong. Eman tells her that he knows what kind of people those assoc are.

Andevil on the phone with Ant in a panic, both are, really. Ant tells Andevil that he fired JP. Andevil is upset and Ant reminds her that is what she was wanting. He mentions that Emi wants to meet hm. and brings up Isabela and Jess and hopes that Emi can give him some good info.

Mike and Bela have found the kid Andevil sent to their house in a beef sandwich stand. He describes Andevil to them. Mike asks the kid if he sells creams and the kid denies it. Mike reminds him that he went to his house to sell cream. MIke threatens to call the cops so the kid spills his guts. The kid describes the lady and says she lady had a strange accent. Bela knows its Andrea .

Pene arrives and tells Bela that And fired her. Mike tells Pen that Andevil is smart and is already looking for Bela. Bela adds that he knows who she is and where she lives. Pene think JP would have known, but Bela figures that JP was not aware of what Andevil was doing.

Andevil tells the security not to let Lil/Pen in. Nevermind...Oops..Simon and the Calvary arrive with a search warrant. Ta Dah...!
 

Part 3

JP and Ric in a ….bar. Imagine that ….Drinking? Ric thinks that things are getting out of hand. They are remembering a discussion they had long ago when JP still worked for Ric and asked him to listen to him with an open mind. In the flashback, JP tells RIc that he wants to prove that the cases of Castor, Norman, Horacio, and Madame are related. He goes on to tell Ric that those four along with some others are part of a web and he wants to infiltrate them…they are his father’s ex-associates…and there is someone who wants to see them fall hard. Ric tells him this needs to be resolved quickly. JP tells him that the way to bring down Ant is through Andrea. Ric needs to know who it is that wants all these people taken down. There is already one person dead and another missing. JP insists that he can get Ant.

Simon and company boxing up merchadise as Andevil looks on. In the factory, the feds are searching and Andevil tells them they will find nothing. She complains that they are destroying her merchandise and she and the others need to get to work. The feds continue their search and still find nothing, Simon tells And that her boss uses the merchandise for illegal purposes. Simon asks for her bra but she doesn't wear one.

Ant is out back talking to the tiger as though it gives a flying shit. All it sees is a big smelly talking box of Meow Mix. He tells it that he is the only one he trusts' He asks the tiger if he should trust JP. He made a promise and he is a man of his word. Even Tony smells bullshit.

JP and Bela walking and Bela and JP discuss how Vero might have been killed. She asks JP if he trusts Andevil. She is not sure about Andevil because she helped Ale but then she works for and protects Ant. Bela then tells JP that Andevil is checking her out. JP tells her that is why she needs to get out of the operation. He adds that he needs to get back in with Ant. Bela then asks if he likes Andevil. He thinks she is pretty but he loves Bela. Good Answer.

So Ric and Simon have Andevil down town. Simon interrogates Andevil. When Ric enters Andevil tells them they can't do this because she has done nothing. Ric says she is Ant's accomplice. Andevil is soooo smug, almost like daring them to try to find something.

Ant comes home to and empty house and is not Happy so he calls Andevil. Andevil's phone rings. Ric sees that it is Ant, so Simon answers and asks if he wants to talk to Andevil. If so, then he needs to tell him what happened to Vero and Sue. Ant denies having anything to do with the girls and insists on talking to Andevil but Simon tells him to tell him about his illegal export business.

Mike and Pene checking in to a hotel. Pene thinks they are exaggerating things with moving out because Andevil has found where they live. MIke tells her they have to do this especially since Andevil now has her eyes on them. Mike thinks the feds are doing a good job. MIke wants to know why she brought towels in that backpack the size of a Toyota. We want to know how many BEDS ? ?

One of the girls is with Sue now. She sings to Sue and tells her to listen to her or they will come back and drug her. She needs to stay calm. Sue asks to be untied but the girl can't. She is there to explain to her what she will have to be doing. Sue recognizes her as one of the models for PantyMX. The girl would like to tell her she is happy to meet her, but she isn't .

I heard about the goat story yesterday too. The announcer I heard say that the stunt really got the homeowners' goats. "What a great place to hang out. Goats, and birds, and squirrels, and a little yoga". Perfect Andy!

Thanks. I couldn't help but notice how slappably arrogant and smug Andrea was last night. These two Police want to know where the NINE sex slaves are imprisoned, and she is checking her manicure, and drumming her nails on the table..

For me, even with her looks, which pale compared to almost any random one of the captives, notwithstanding, she would have to do something unimaginable to my little brain to redeem herself. Grrrrrr

I am glad Bela kept her cool when JP told her his undercover story. She was struggling.
 

Lucio, that "pretends he fired him" had me and I believe most of the patio fooled. I even noticed that he told the bed girl he IS an undercover cop. Since this was before the interaction with Ric, I took n ote that JP (I thought) was not telling her the actual truth, thinking he was actually a undercover FORMER cop.

Wow, you have to be pretty sharp and pay attention to get this show.

Andy, Are you ready to bale on Andrea yet? I'm just a hetero female, but in my book whatever outward prettiness she has -- that definitely does not outclass Bella -- is soured by her ugliness within.

Bella annoys me yet again by interfering when Mike was interrogating the kid Andrea paid to snoop. Bella, does Mike interrupt you while you're working? Mike wasn't going to hurt that kid - not much anyway.

Lucio, I too like how well Bella took JP's news that he had to get nekkid with one of Ant's sex workers but did nothing. Isn't this the same sex worker that is with Sue now?

JudyB, I miss your visits. Hope everything is okay and you return soon. The story is quite sordid right now. The only thing uplifting is how all the good guys, even Ric, are working together now and (mostly) sharing info.

Diana, "Andevil was sourly smug during the interrogation" Yes she was...she is becoming more hateful and shows so many signs of being a sociopath. ANd she really was "slappably arrogant and smug." when she told Ric and Simon that if they were waiting for her to say something against Ant, they would all be there until they grow roots." She has that uncanny attitude but can pour on the sugar quite quickly.

Susanlynn, I think Andevil got rid of the evidence right after she fired Pene. She got some scissors and started cutting into a bra; so maybe even the dogs wouldn't have sniffed out the drugs. BUT if they searched to whole place, they should have found the bras Andevil cut into.

Anywho, so Ric is back on the fence again because he is actually helping JP. Now is his threat to Simon about turning in his resignation after the case is closed for reals?

So Emi NEEDS to meet Ant just because he has been in the news about the two missing girls, huh? QTH does she think she can do? And when Eman tells her there is no evidence against him, she is surprised that he is defending Ant and figures out that he is making this bunch of beasts look like saints because that is obviously what he is doing now. What a look Eman gave her! Me thinks Lucas is right...Eman is going to kill her for knowing too much. Arrivaderchi, Emi!!

Niecie, not a chance. Dressed in bed sheets Andrea outclasses Bela by a huge margin just based on looks. Throw in the fact that Andrea is wicked smart while Bela seems to be not quite as alert as a brain-craving zombie... well, no real contest.

But, yeah, our perspectives are different. I root for any good-looking girl vampires over the good guy in a vampire movie; I would throw him and his stupid wooden stakes under the bus anytime.

I'm as shallow as they come, and not ashamed of it.

It was zipped slobberingly low in front, and to show her that it was not working on him, Antonio zipped it all the way up, turned and left.

We seem to be convinced as if of one mind that Antonio has outlived his usefulness. There seem to be quite a few ideas around as to how we will be rid of him. including:

1. Tony the Tiger kills him for sport or as a meal.
2. When Ant becomes a threat to Bela, Mr. Rotary Club himself, Eman does him in to protect her.
3. The Feds have enough to arrest him, but he dies at their hands escaping
4. ANDREA sees him as a liability and kills him, as he actually worked for HER anyway.
5. 'The Girls' get loose somehow, and in a civic minded moment kill him.
6. A tussel breaks out between Ant and Mike, and Mike bitch slaps him and inadvertently kills him and doesn't notice.
 

7. He slaps Andrea and Andy kills him.
