Romelia going to be the scapegoat for Lucho then considering JL blames her for everything. We suspected it would be Diego. Could still be.
Where on earth are they going with Diego character. Is it to be completely clueless? Stop Braulio / Lucho and save Regina? Or is it to be so dumb he gets killed off when the big confrontation happens.
Either way this was a fantastic episode! Alta GODDESS slayed.
I think a big heavy hint was dropped tonight that confirmed the show definitely would want a season 3!
SpanProf: They did kill off Monica & Isabel in the most gruesome ways: Monica got blown to bits while Isabel got stabbed.
LMFAO Diego getting played by Lucho.
Regina GIRL come through for us and end this madness!!!
WOW the writers really did Felina dirty tonight!! WTF LMAO
Regina finally working her social game and managing to survive thug Braulio for now.
Lucho pushing his tongue down Diego throat to keep his love. Stop being D*ckmatised Diego. He cannot be that good. That aside I really enjoy their scenes from the actors and think it should have been explored more earlier instead of the dreadful Isabella Lucho storyline "romance". They make a good team in a twisted way and its what I wanted to see from this Telenovela.
Alta GODDESS going to slay and clean up these next few episodes. Tomorrow is the big one.
Tom: Let's see if Altagracia & her crew rescue Regina.
SpanProf: Diego trying to man up by standing up to Psycho Braulio. I still don't think Regina will be among the living.
YES YES TO ALL YES..
I AGREE WITHEVERY BODY!!
Diego is one of the worst gay weak and pathetic trope, they ever had..but I quess we had to se the S/M homo/ erotic again and how they are inherent psychopaths..[where is the aphabet community on this mess]
Regina..really you walked right into this on.. she can die preggies?? maybe they cliff hang until...??
Felina, son what was he? a Taechi3000 [rappr?snitch] knock off...Interpol aint crap.. Felina.. you wnt thru all that for a junkie c...I feel bad for you///
Braulio.. really??!!
karen you gots the goods on Romelia...your nieces are a pair JL is the right fit..you can grow up as the bitc#$%hes you are..apple don't fall far from rotten apple tree..
HALIMACANDY on the QICKTIP/QT. and the Swift Tip....at the J.O.B.
I quite like the gay storyline with Lucho / Diego. We all know its heading for a spectacular trainwreck but that's what makes it great. The actors / characters have amazing chemistry far more than any other couple they got on the show ATM. That kiss scene was probably more passionate than what we seen in the last 30 episodes.
Alta / JL were the last passionate pairing. The rest have been dull.
My problem though is with Telemundo if you're going to do a gay storyline have the balls to air the gay sex scenes. Instead we get just 2 kisses (pretty sure tomorrow the relationship ends) / a seduction rave scene / Diego closing the door to a naked Lucho in implied sex.
Shows that Telenovelas still got problems with LGBT romances on screen.
Just to add to the above.
Leo (Actor of Diego) confirmed last night that Telemundo did indeed cut out passionate scenes with Lucho / Diego.
Still shows they're scared of Homophobic reaction from Latin audience.
Poor Diego, lookin’ for love (and acceptance) in all the wrong places. I had hoped he would be happy with Lidya but they blew that apart just to have him psychologically abused by Lucho! Lucho is masterful and Diego is so desperate, it’s a tragic match.
Tom, interesting but not surprising about the cut scenes. That being said, sometimes less is more. I thought the “Diego closing the door scene” had meaning and was well done. They could have done some cutting of the seemingly endless minutes of AG’s sexcapades with JL and Leon. This novela is all about the brutality and not about the romance. Right off the bat they destroyed the only loving couple—Monica and Saul.
So Felina’s son was resurrected only to be killed off again! How could the writers give her a son like him? Clearly he took after his idiot father.
SpanProf, the Regina abduction happened quickly, starting immediately before a commercial break and ending immediately after returning. Very easy to miss. Agree with you about Matamoros and the housekeeper.

If they make a season 3 they NEED Lucho / Diego / Braulio alive judging by the last half of this season IMO.
This drama tonight was hilarious and such a cluster fck! They're the only reason to watch now aside from Alta.
Regina getting told home truths by Lucho LMAO
Lucho captured
Tom: I'm wondering if Leon & Karen will arrest Romelia, Braulio & the rest of the bloodthirsty psychos ?
SpanProf: I'm afraid Regina will lose the baby & ultimately her life. Safe to say we're NOT getting a happy ending here.
dondi,
the actor who played Bali Bey, is starring in the current "Kurulus: Osman" (Osman decedents went on to establish the Ottoman Empire) with some episodes in English on youtube.
I may check this out but my hands are pretty full with Hurrem.
Coming late to the party, I don't have much to add to what's been said. Dondi, I agree with you that they could have shortened the sex scenes with AG. I found them remarkably blah, especially those with Leon. And I also agree that the novela is really about brutality and not about romance. That may be part of what has turned me off. No matter who is left alive at the end of this mess, I know I won't be back for a season 3.
I did notice one thing that no one seems to have commented on. Diego seems slowly to be growing a pair. He confronted Lucho and told him he wants to help Regina escape. And later, he tells Braulio "you're mixing personal with business. You taught me that that's not a good thing."
Just three more days!!
