I've been catching bits of this and I must say that I like the chemistry between Can and Sanem. Unfortunately, I'm missing so many important details.

Lucio, why is Sanem supposed to keep Can from getting close to Asu?

Rgv Chick, Arsu is the face of candy company's campaign. Whoever signs Arsu gets company's account. Aylin is also trying to get Arsu. Emre is helping Aylin in any way he can, so he is using Sanem to prevent Can from signing Arsu. Unfortunately (or fortunately) for Sanem, that means she is spending more time with Can, her crush grows, but also she digs a bigger hole for herself with all the lies.

There is a lot of music in this TN. Music is playing almost all the time, setting up mood. And the title song and the theme of Sanem and Can is lovely.

Finally I got to watch.

Running Commentary

The priest tries to help Lola as she flees after being blamed for trying to drown the baby. She tells him that she doesn't want to end up like Cándida who was killed by Marcia. Now that the priest has heard that Marcia killed Cándida by an independent third source, does that not free him from the sanctity of the confessional? Evidently Marcia thinks it doesn’t but what does she know. I hope the priest knows!

Yay! Mari has finally been treated to the true story of what happened to her parents and her true identity courtesy of Iván. I sure hope Iván kills Atilio off.

Yay! Mari confronted Atilio. He tried to make himself look oh so good in spite of being a murderer.

Yay! Iggy confirms that Atilio killed Mari’s parents.

Isidro is sure thowin’ those bones a lot.

Looks like Carol does room service.

Highlight: El Cumache, in the mood for sexual assault, gets hit where it hurts and beat with a broom by the poor maid.

Risky spinal surgery for Atilio! He may not live! Would Mariana and Iggy be so lucky??? Nope, he survives.

Lola finds Marcia’s fake pregnancy belly and keeps it. She shows up at Isidro’s and they go to see the police. Lola is arrested.

Marcia is willing to join forces with Iván against Atilio. Carol tells her what she wants to hear: Iván also has it out for Iggy, too. Marcia offers to forge Atilio’s signature, she has done it before. Marcia discovers Atilio has been in contact with a doctor and that Atilio is in serious condition after a surgery.

Iggy sees how Atilio manipulates Mari. He reminds her Atilio is her parents’ murderer. He can’t believe she doesn’t want justice. She insists on staying at hospital anyway.

Iván wants to take advantage of Atilio’s condition and give him a big surprise by taking everything he has. Marcia signs a bunch of blank documents to be used as Iván sees fit.

Marcia reassures Atilio they are a team as always.

Bad news for Atilio: the surgery was not a success. He won’t walk ever again! Mari is all over him . ICK!

Iggy talks to lawyer about miner’s rights on Lugo-Navarro land. Rocky times on the property. Iggy confronts Iván about taking farm equipment that isn’t his.

Iggy thinks that the whole Lola incident with the baby was an accident. He gets her out as long as Isidro watches over her.

Marcia is upset when she finds her false pregnancy belly is missing, uh oh. She is even more upset when she hears Lola took it but denies she knows anything about it in front of Isidro.

Iggy is sick of hearing about Atilio and Mari’s complaints.

Iván pays Atilio a visit in his suite to let him know he no longer owns the hotel. He is only getting what is owed to him. He reveals his identity.

Lola steals the just once again! Loved watching her go back and forth and finally crawling under the table to hide. And I was so hoping that she would put on that fake pregnancy belly and walk out wearing it so that Lucrecia and others could see it. Maybe then they would believe her.

I'm going to end up throwing something and damaging my TV. How can Mariana be so gullible?! She really believes what Atlio told her abou tnot being the one who shot at her parents??? After all he has done and the lies he has told, how can she even go to him to ask for an explanation!? She really expects him to be honest? There isn't one iota of her brain that is functioning.

I'm not convinced that Atilio will never walk again. I'm wondering if he faked not feeling anything to keep Mariana at his side.

RgvChick, very perceptive. I wouldn’t put it past Atilio to do anything to keep Mariana hanging around. From one novela to another, these leading ladies. are even lacking in plain old common sense. Nothing in the noggin’.
