UA: I know MEPS was. That’s the only one I watch on Uni so I don’t know if QT and LDV were. I didn’t check.
 

They were pre-empted on Wednesday, January 20th.

I am getting the biggest kick out of the mayor. Alexis Ayala sure loves his job.

So now there are two women in the same "family" in love with the priest with the fashy haircut? Good heavens, aren't there any strapping farmhands around?

Luisa tried to wake Padre Gabe but heard Artemio come in.

Valeria tried to get the kidnappers to release Remi. They scared both of them forcing her to promise her silence, then left.

Luisa offered to get Art some comidas, but he said he had to pack for a business trip to meet with the governor. She said she would pack his bag despite his insult to her intelligence about women not understanding politics. He said he would be back the next day. The kidnappers called him re Valeria and he was out the door.

Valeria and Remi returned to the ranch where Sabina tried to start something. Valeria and Remi went inside and Sabina tried to come on to Lionel....who would screw anything with boobs and a pulse. Sabina made sure he saw her half dressed by leaving the door aar while applying lotion to her lags.

Valeria and Remi started talking about what happened when Mateo came in looking for his mother. Valeria said she was not there and Mateo left. Remi implied that he had no current love life and then started taling about his fantasies about ranch hands. Valeria told him he should recover by going back to the city “And leave you alone here?” he asked. Friend-hug, followed by him teasing her about Mateo.

Sabina tried to get Lionel to go to the mass with her. She got more aggressive but...he was saved by Angelita,who entered just in time.

Art got on someone's case about Valeria... in front of the Inspector who had interviewed Valeria (which means he is also corrupt).

Valeria tried to get Lionel to go to the mass [She doesn't know about his nightmare from the previous episode].

Luisa still couldn't wake Padre Gabe.

In the church Sandy began to notice Mateo looking at Valeria. Everyone wondered where Padre G was. Lorenzo cae out to the altar and began the prayer. Minerva, Sabina, and Lionel took offense.

Magdalena entered the saloon and talked with Esmeralda; she is Art's faux business trip.

Mateo tried to stop Lorenzo and get him to say where Padre G was. Lionel gt angry, Lorenzo get scared and ran, still praying. Mateo ran after him (somebody hand him a butterfly net) and tried to get him to calm down and finally seemed to.

Tirso came after Magda who was not receptuve. Esmeralda intervened and warned him about Art. He left after she threatened to ban him. She then warned Magda about Tirso.

Everyone left the church, still wondering about Padre G. Sandy tried to get Valeria to admit to something at the pension because of the dress. Valeria said Remi came to bring her some clothes.

Padre G was still out like a llight on Luisa and Art's bed. She tried to get Mateo to take him out but the whole town would see this and talk. The Inspector came to the door.

Art called the saloon looking for Magda; Camelia said she left, looking sick.

The Look was exchanged outside by Val and Mateo, so Remi teased her again.

The Inspector had a bite to eat and left. Berenice arrived because Padre G ha been seen entering. Luisa finally git her to leave.

NIGHT

Lionel and Minerva went to the ransom drop-point. The corpse-nappers pulled up and showed their weapons. Lionel got out of the car and demanded to see the body.

Padre G was still unconcious. Luisa staerted taking off his shoes (obviously wishing it were more than that.)

The criminals took a carpet-wrapped body out of their VW bus. A vile odor assaulted all nostrils. The criminals know about the safe that nobody can open.

Magda had hidden in the back of the saloon. She told Esmeralda she couldn't take it anymore. Esme told her all was well ahorita, but Magda would have to leave town and change her name for this to be really over.

Lionel offered the safe (???) saying his mother knew where it was.

NEXT DAY

Val saw Matt in the church, saying she had to explain. A kiss is pending the opening lines of today's episode.

Not that I will do this daily; hoping others will also step up.

I have been wondering whether there is another son of Don Patricio yet to be discovered. Does anyone know Lorenzo's backstory? I didn't notice anything having been said so far.

Danilo Carrera looks more and more like the young Eduardo Yanez ever time. It's the hair and the wardrobe and to some extent the smile.

I really missed the architecture and interior design in these types of stories. The saloon is delightfully retro.
 

UA, I think you're an episode ahead. QT13 is today. But thanks for the mind-candy. ;}

Good Morning Caray Caray family. Here's my short recap on yesterday's episode:

1.) Dirty Cop got whacked by Lucio during a fight over the gun.

2.) Jacinto rescues Nagging Gardenia at the last minute, knocking Lucio out with a shovel.

3.) Gardenia reveals she has the driver's license of Eduardo Juarez..... she scolds both Jacinto & Mags.

4.) Jacinto & Mags are forced to tell the truth that Franco is Eduardo.

5.) Meanwhile over at Casa Santorro: Uptempo music is blaring while Franco is exercising & lifting weights, the muscles are super large (the ladies of Caray Caray are excited).

6.) Over at the Elizalde Mansion, Jackass #2 Camilo is a pervert watching Aurora changing into her pajamas.

7.) Psycho Barbara leaves poor Tomasa there helpless as Lucio points a gun at Tomasa's head, poor girl needs all the help.

8.) Psycho Barbara smiles evily while looking at the mirror.

9.) Lucio still pointing the gun at Tomasa's head. Psycho Barbara shows him some jewelry.

10.) Over at Casa Santorro, Steve & Eduardo/Franco talk about strategy when they're greeted by Erika, who gets excited about some party on the mamsion grounds.

11.) Franco is uncomfortable with the possibility of seeing Dumb Fernanda at the PowerMilk party festivities.

12.) Gardenia shows up & calls out Franco as Eduardo Juarez, which pisses him off. This nagging girl is going to ruin Eduardo/Franco's revenge mission against Psycho Barbara.

Yes, Urban, I'm watching most days. May have a conflicting appointment or something, but try to keep up. I have the characters mostly sorted out, but need to go find a summary somewhere.
I think Esmeralda may be my favorite character so far. I always enjoy Alexis Ayala (sp?) Mateo is a sweetie and easy on the eyes.
Love the hacienda setting.
