"MEPS" Episode 126 (Part XXX):
377.) Psycho Barbara is still on her winning streak as she is delighting at Dumbass Santiago & Gullible Aurora breaking up due to him getting all uppity over finding out Gullible Aurora was having sex with someone. Now Psycho Barbara gets to have her biological daughter & upcoming grandkid all to herself.

378.) Las Animas: Franco returns home & we get to listen to the annoying sidekick/BFF Steve Norton, Jr., who informs Franco & the audience watching all across the globe, about his situation with Venus Garcia/Lovely Norton.

379.) Franco has news of his own: Psycho Barbara called Don Artemio Bravo, who has agreed to meet with both Franco & our conniving sociopath. Steve, Jr., is shocked, stunned about this development.

Both Franco & Steve, Jr., discuss the following: Artemio, Ana Gregoria, Soledad including the links with the Elizalde Family & Pyscho Barbara, etc.,

380.) Over at Colegio Buena Esperanza: Gullible Aurora speaking with Mother Superior about the blowup with Dumbass Santiago earlier in the day OMG: Fast Forward!

381.) In the meantime at the penthouse apartment in the Suburbs of Mexico City: we get an eyeful of Jackass #2 Camilo & Natasha getting their freak on.

382.) Grupo Lactos: Redhead & Nagging Gardenia discuss the situation regarding seeing Nagging Gardenia kissing Franco at Las Animas; Florecita FINALLY shows up to inform Redhead that Sr. Villasana has arrived & wants to speak with Redhead. She tells Florecita to have him wait in the parking garage.

383.) While that's going on, we see Pyscho Barbara & Franco driving to Bravo HQ; she gives him specific rules & advice on dealing with Artemio: he's so dangerous & powerful that they have to be on guard at all times 24/7. She even gives him rules on how to act around the Ultimate Psychopath so that they can attempt to gain his trust with them, in order to rescue Liliana.

384.) Grupo Lactos: Over at the parking garage: Villasana hands Redhead files with valid proof & information regarding Mooching Damian's crimes. He explains to Redhead about the trial, evidence & other information, which points to Mooching Damian being the kingpin thief; Redhead also finds out the key witness is no other than Psycho Barbara Greco!

385.) Mooching Damian having lunch with Mommy Gallardo: OMG: I'll pass & fast forward on this mess too!

386.) Over at the Elizalde Mansion: Priscila is crocheting something with yellow yarn; we also see Tomasa carrying a baby crib with all the lace & fabric decorating including a big red bow.

387.) We get to see the face-to-face showdown between Franco Santorro & Don Artemio Bravo inside one of the fancy offices at Bravo HQ.

388.) Redhead once again reminds her DUMBASS kid brother that you cannot trust anything that EVIL StepMommy says. When the Dumbass nags why not, that's when Redhead FINALLY yells that their EVIL StepMommy is the reason why their sister, Liliana has been stuck in Miraflores Mental Institution for 20+ years for a crime she never committed & that Psycho Barbara was the one, who whacked Buji Montserrat.

389.) Over at Bravo HQ: Both Franco & Psycho Barbara are listening while Artemio explains the specific conditions for Franco having to ask for permission in order to visit Liliana at Bravo Mansion; Artemio also informs them that Liliana will NEVER leave Bravo Mansion anytime soon, except when he says so or until he dies.

 

QT #80 Part 1 of 3

Sandy threw away the test wand and became annoyed when Uriel's office told her he was not available.

Carlo came to the hacienda to talk to Sabina about her meeting with Esmeralda, which had gone badly. She encouraged him to try again for a reconciliation.

Matt encouraged Dalia prior to hearing Judge Barreto's decision. He entered and rendered it, which was that the responsibility was to be shared equally between Dalia and Leonel. Second, any dispute would be settled in property court. Thirdly, that this judgement was in keeping with that area's estate law. Leo's lawyer showed amazing restraint at hearing all this.

Carlo went to see Esme to try to clear up the misunderstanding about the night in the cabin. She did not take him back.

Aaron was seen taking a swig from his pet flask. Flavio got on his case about it.

Magdalena begged Victor to let her call Valeria just to hear her voice, not even to talk to her. Victor told her they couldn't risk it. He told her that he had to go to Santa Rita that day and she was afraid to be alone. She was bored and had cabin fever. He told her it would not be much longer.

Valeria was frustrated at her inability to contact Remi.

Victor and Cipriano left the safe house. Magda had not locked the door behind him. Servando arrived – probably on schedule – and entered, aiming a pistol at Magda. He ordered her to shut up, then closed in, overlarge pistol in hand [overcompensating for another phallic item?]. He grabbed her throat with his other hand, saying they were going to have a good time.

Aaron went to the hacienda and to Dalia's room despite Corina's efforts to prevent him doing so. He was drunk and she was disgusted about that. He said he could not remain silent any longer and continued that Mateo could be Esme's son. Dalia was momentarily speechless.

Surem prayed by a tree when Matt appeared. He told Matt that he had to see Val on a life and death matter.

Dalia became upset, Aaron told her that Esme's baby ha not died, so Matt could be her son.

Matt asked Surem what the urgency was. The man thought of Remi and decided to keep his word, saying he would only talk to Val. He then walked away.

Dalia asked how this could be and how Aaron could keep this secret for so long. “I trusted you!” she shouted, finally asking whose corpse had been in the grave Esme had been visited for all those years. Aaron cried and Dalia began calling him a monster. He agreed, saying he couldn't look in the mirror anymore. He told her t calm down. She would not, saying God would not forgive this. She cried, finally shouting between choking on her tears to leave. He complied.
 

QT #80 Part 2 of 3

Servando frog-marched Magda up to the attic bedroom and shoved her onto the bed while demanding that she shut up. He closed in, grabbed her throat again, and said he had waited a long time for this. She started to cry and he closed in further and climbed on top of her. He was going for her neck when Victor appeared at the top of the stairs shouting “Let go of her!” Servando go up and raised his arms. However, he had not dropped the gun, which did not allow enough time for Magda to get off the bed, which was in the corner. Servando grabbed her from behind and held the gun close to her neck and shoulder while aiming it at Victor. Victor closed in slowly as Servando moved until his back was to the stairs. He cocked the pistol and Magda closed her eyes as he moved the muzzle closer to her face. Then he shoved her at Victor, turned and ran down the stairs. Magda sat on the bed and cried as Victor chased his quarry outside. He shot at Servando four times but he was too far away.

At the end of the cornfield Cipriano held Justino at gunpoint. He had driven the red pickup truck from La Noria.

Leo got up from another roll in the sheets with Sandy. As he ressed he said he'd love to see Victor's face at that moment. Sandy asked why and he said “It's nothing.” He then told her to hurry up and she called him a pig. He reminded her that this tryst was at her request. She did not appreciate that.

Val was trying to reach Leo, who had not answered his cell. Matt arrived to tell her about Surem. Just as he explained that the man did not explain the urgency Leo arrived [along with our hope that someone can detect cheap perfume on him]. He said he was late due to campaign matters. He took her suitcase and said he would wait in the car. Chacho brought Berenice's suitcase and Val told Matt she was running late and would have to deal with this later. He understood and told her to take care of herself.

Victor questioned Justino who claimed to know nothing. Victor asked how Leo was involved. Again, “I know nothing.” Artemio was present for this and he began to interfere. Victor let Justino go and told Art he believed that Leo was behind this, stating that the motive was to silence Magda. Art became agitated, telling him “Your certainty is not proof!” He told Victor to leave Leo alone. He didn't give a damn about Servando. He asked when Magda was returning to La Noria; Victor said he did not know. Art realized then that Victor did not trust him.

Juanito confronted Facundo in the café and it became a fight. Camila tried to break it up and was hit by accident. Two male customers separated the guy sand one took Juan out of the café.

Art went to see Eva intending to discuss Berenice, but Eva told him they needed to talk about Sandy. He thought Sandy was a model daughter, naming her virtues. Eva backed off [probably as a strategy] until he said “If it's something serious I have to know; I'm her father.” Eva finally told him she was sure Sandy wasn't pregnant and only said she was to get Matt to marry her.

Camila and Facundo tended to their injuries. He definitely has it bad for her.

Dalia talked to Don Patricio's photo, asking how Aaron could keep such a secret.

 

QT #80 Part 3 of 3

Matt told Esme about the dream he had about looking for his mother. He said he would always love Dalia but needed to know “who had abandoned me like a dog.” Esme told him not to think like that and that he was lucky to have had Dalia for a mother.

Victor told Magda he was taking her to Santa Rita to his aunt's place until Servando was caught. What happened proved Leo's involvement in his eyes, so it would only take getting Servando to implicate him. He assured her that his aunt was good and very discreet.

Leo and Val arrived at another former property of Don Patricio's. She talked about texting Remi and getting no response which was not like him. He told her to concentrate on her meeting at Avon. She opened her suitcase so she could bathe and dress for it. After she closed the bathroom door he took out Remi's cell for another fake message about meeting at six.

Sandy arrived at Art's office and ge got straight to the point. She admitted having lied about being pregnant, saying that Matt was about to break up with her and this was the only way to prevent it. Since Val arrived he had changed and she was sure Matt was in love with her. She wasn't about to lose him after all those years, especially now because of his inheritance. Art told her this was too big a risk and what if someone found out? She said that will never happen [Bingo square here]. He was the only person she had told so she begged him to tell no one. He didn't like this, but agreed to keep quiet. He warned her that this would be disastrous if discovered. He looked genuinely concerned when he hugged her.

Leo was watching futból when Val came out of the bathroom talking about the conflict of the meetings. He pleaded ignorance and/or confusion. She was to go to the more important one. She went back into the bathroom and Leo took a call from his lawyer who told him about Judge Barreto's decision. Leo was displeased but said he would have to call him later. He ended the call and went out.

Luisa called Vicente, saying she felt out of place. He asked why she doesn't come back. She ended the call.

Meanwhile back at Vicente's place two guys pulled up in a car and began unloading boxes to put inside the property.

Esme write a letter to Carlo explaining why she ended their relationship, but then she tore it up.

Carlo explained the situation to Matt who told him about Vals' suspicion that Sandy was not pregnant.

 

ECDLP #26

- Sara says she ordered pregnancy test when Nora’s hormone levels came out high. Nora doesn’t want her to tell Alonso or Rebeca.
- Nora calls Rodrigo but he says it’s a wrong number.
- Rebeca scolds Teresa for letting Magdalena visit. Lucia interjects that Magdalena is allowed to visit whenever she wants.
- Lucia doesn’t like to see that Rebeca hates her own sister. Lucia denies hating Nora. Rebeca wonders if Lucia would forgive Nora for anything. Lucia says yes.
- Nora goes to Casa Zúñiga. Brigida tells her that Rodrigo got a job working with Mario.
- Alonso invites Marcelo to dinner again but Marcelo turns down the invitation because his mom is in town. Normita asks Alonso about Nazario.
- Lalo visits Nazario. He’s still upset that no one told him sooner about the fire. Nazario asks if he’s sure Lalo locked the storeroom. Lalo mentions everyone who has a key to the storeroom which includes Amador.
- Nora confronts Rodrigo as he’s leaving work. She gives him the news and tells him she doesn’t want to have the baby. He tells her he needs time to think of something. Ligia sees them talking.
- Lucia tells Alonso about Magdalena visiting. She doesn’t want problems with Rebeca. He thinks Lucia should discuss the production catalog with Marcelo.
- Marcelo finds out that his landlord gave Milagros the address of Casa Gaxiola. Marcelo confronts her about it.
- Leti tells Sara that she is currently job hunting. Sara asks her if she knows if Nora is dating someone.
- Brigida asks Amador about how his day back at work went. Brigida tells Rodrigo that Nora came looking for him.
- Milagros calls Daniela. She encourages her to return to MX to win Marcelo back. Marcelo overhears and kicks Milagros out of his apartment.
- Rafaela wonders what Milagros has done.
- Amador asks Rodrigo what’s wrong and if it has something to do with Nora. Rodrigo avoids telling Amador the truth for the time being.
- Nora lies to Rebeca and says she went to hang out with Gloria. Nora tells Rebeca that she won’t go in to do an ultrasound even though it was already part of the tests she needed to have done.
- Rafaela doesn’t like that Milagros and Marcelo aren’t on good terms. She promises they will leave the next morning.
- Nazario complains to Alonso about being bedridden. He wants to know more about how the fire started. Then he asks about Amador returning to work at the factory.
- At the factory, Normita tells Marcelo that Lucia is waiting for him. He asks L about his mom going to see her. Lucia says his mom thinks they’re together. He says his mom wants to see him married and with children. She leaves him the production catalog to look over.
- Milagros refuses to leave Marcelo’s apartment.
- Nora calls Rodrigo. They agree that no one can know yet,
- Rebeca goes to see Sara. She tells her about Nora not wanting to do the rest of the medical tests including the ultrasound. Rebeca wants to know the results of the other tests but Sara doesn’t want to say anything yet.
- Magdalena goes for volunteer work at the hospital and runs into Sara. Sara asks her about Nazario. She then asks her about Nora.
- Teresa tells Lucia that Nora isn’t feeling well. She finds the paper with the pregnancy test results on Nora’s bed. Nora tries to take it away from her. Lucia asks Nora who the father of her unborn baby is.

I am having trouble figuring out whether Rebecca is really aware of Nora's mental illness or if she simply denies the problem to others. She is definitely gaslighting Lucia, who should have answered her with another question about forgiving her sister.

As stupid and delusional as Brigida is she was right some episodes ago when she suggested that Rodrigo take time in Europe. That way he wouldn't continue being Nora's victim. What I can't figure out is why she prefers Nora to Lucia.

Finally, Milagros is gross in her treatment of all others, including Marcelo
 

QT # 80

Hi, Urban. This has been an odd week with the soccer interruptions.
Capitulo # 79 is the one I watched on Thursday, and # 80 is the one I watched today, Friday.

You did a fabulous recap, loaded with details. Since you already covered the epi broadcast on May 7, I'm thanking you for covering Friday and excusing myself from re-writing one. I hope this is ok with you. As I was taking notes, I was saying "wait, I read this late last night."

392.) Over at the penthouse apartment of Jackass #2 Camilo: we see Jackass #2 Camilo & Lovely again. Fast Forward!

393.) Meanwhile at Creepy Vlad's crappy apartment: Creepy Vlad getting scolded by Priscila over something stupid again.

Jackass #1 Anibal shows up. He sees Priscila inside the apartment & tells his wife to sit back down & flaunts that arrogant ego.

394.) Bravo HQ: Franco & Liliana meet again face-to-face. She tells him about the diary of Ana Gregoria. He reads the diary & figures out Ana Gregoria & Soledad are sisters, which means Eduardo/Franco & Artemio are COUSINS.

395.) Just as Franco is reading the diary, Artemio shows up & gives him the intimidating stare as Liliana is freaking out again.

396.) Grupo Lactos: Nagging Gardenia is at the receptionist desk talking with Redhead over something I couldn't handle.

397.) More of the gossip cousins Florecita & Nagging Gardenia gossiping about Franco Santorro is really Eduardo Juarez.

398.) No appearance from Steve, Jr., Silvestre or Martina today. Bummer!

399.) Back at Bravo HQ inside Artemio's office: more of the face-to-face meeting between Franco, Artemio & Psycho Barbara. The discussion is about Franco requesting to see more of Liliana.

400.) The music gets more dramatic as Franco & Artemio shake hands in front of Psycho Barbara. Something tells me Franco's plan will blow up in his face because both Artemio & Psycho Barbara are going to find out Franco is Eduardo Juarez.

401.) Colegio Buena Esperanza: I see Gullible Aurora is still an idiot NOT telling the truth, etc., I'm going to press that fast forward button.

402.) In the meantime at Creepy Vlad's crappy apartment: Creepy Vlad sits there doing nothing while Jackass #1 Anibal flaunts the ultimate Jackassery humiliating Priscila, who tearfully admits Creepy Vlad is the Baby Daddy of the kid she's carrying.
 

ECDLP #27

- Nora tries to say that the pregnancy test is Gloria’s. Lucia doesn’t believe her.
- Rebeca walks in but both Nora and Lucia lie about what they were talking about.
- Mario calls Ligia into his office and expresses his dissatisfaction with Rodrigo’s work. He warns Ligia to keep her distance from Rodrigo.
- Nora finds out that Rebeca went to see Sara. They don’t want Alonso to know anything yet.
- Lalo thinks someone returned to the factory and opened the door to the storeroom. Marcelo is surprised to learn that Amador also has a key to the factory. He warns Lalo to keep quiet about his theory.
- Alonso tells Amador that he wants to hire a night guard. Alonso will ask Marcelo to look into hiring someone.
- Lucia is on her way out of the house to visit Nazario when Gloria shows up. Lucia tells her that she hopes things work out favorably. Gloria doesn’t know what she’s talking about.
- Nora comes down the stairs and leads Gloria outside.
- Marcelo asks Alonso if he can go see Lucia at the house to discuss the production catalog. Alonso extends another dinner invitation.
- Alonso asks Marcelo if it’s true that he and Lucia are involved. Marcelo says it’s a rumor.
- Gloria wants to know if it’s true that Nora and Sergio broke up. She wants to know if Nora is involved with someone else. Nora says yes but doesn’t say who. Nora gets a phone call and leaves.
- Nazario tells Lucia that a girl like her will be fine being close to a guy like Marcelo.
- Marcelo finds Milagros still in his apartment. She wanted a proper goodbye but asks for forgiveness. He wants to keep distance but she says he’s her only son left and wants to be closer. She wants to start over and Marcelo relents. He just wants her to respect him.
- Nora tells Rodrigo she doesn’t want anyone to know about her pregnancy until the problem is “solved”.
- Alonso wants to know why Nora didn’t do the ultrasound. He tells Rebeca that Marcelo is coming over for dinner. He asks her if she thinks Marcelo is interested in Lucia. Rebeca isn’t in agreement that Lucia and Marcelo potentially pursue a relationship.
- Lucia asks Leti if she knows anything about her father
- Leti says that when she was younger she found a letter that she thinks her dad wrote to her mom. The letter was signed “Ricardo”. Magdalena overhears this and asks Leti if she knows the man’s full name. Leti doesn’t know.
- Magdalena wonders if Sara told Leti more about her dad. Magdalena realizes she overstepped and apologizes to Leti. Magdalena reminds Lucia that her old boyfriend who jilted her was named Ricardo. Lucia thinks it’s just a coincidence.
- Marcelo tells Rafaela that he’s having dinner at his boss’ house but not to tell Milagros.
- Milagros purchases a phone card at a pharmacy and calls Daniela
- Lucia asks Nora about Gloria. Nora tells Lucia that Gloria knows what she’s doing and to butt out.
- Magdalena tells Sara that she heard Lucia and Leti talking about Leti’s dad. Sara wonders if Magdalena knew what happened to Ricardo Marquez. Mags says no. Sara says she doesn’t know what happened to Leti’s father.
- Brigida visits Rebeca. She tells her that Nora went looking for Rodrigo. Rebeca claims that Lucia is still in love with Rodrigo and she’s not interested in Marcelo.
- Nora claims to Rebeca that she’s still worried about Rodrigo telling Sergio everything. Rebeca hopes she isn’t lying. She tells Nora that Marcelo is coming over for dinner and to work with Lucia. She warns her to behave. Nora doesn’t want to see Marcelo’s face.
- Brigida wonders if Lucia isn’t involved with Marcelo why then did Rodrigo say he saw them kissing. Amador thinks eventually Lucia and Marcelo will have some kind of relationship.
- Mario picks up Magdalena for their coffee outing.
- Marcelo praises Lucia for her work on the catalog. He wants to help her forget Rodrigo. They kiss. Rebeca sees them.
