ECDLP #109

- Alfredo thinks Rebeca is lying. She tells him to get a paternity test done then he’ll see that she is telling the truth.
- Rebeca assures Alfredo that Ricardo’s death was accidental and that it’ll be his fault if Nora, his daughter, goes to jail.
- Lucia goes to Roman seeking guidance on how to help Nora. He tells her that she is the last person who can help Nora. No one can help Nora if she doesn’t want to be helped. He asks Lucia not to go looking for him again.
- Rebeca assures Nora that nothing will happen to her, Nora realizes that Daniela was right in saying that Rebeca and Alfredo are lovers.
- Normita berates Nazario for not telling her about Vinicio being involved in Trini’s death.
- Sara apologizes to Clara for taking Magdalena to apartment to confront her.
- One of the detectives goes to the factory to inform Amador about Ricardo’s death. Lucia overhears and says she knows Ricardo’s daughter and prefers to break the news herself.
- Sara confirms that Benito has Guillain Barre syndrome and explains that treatment will be long and costly. Clara says a family member will help her pay.
- Lucia explains to the detective that while Leti doesn’t share Ricardo’s last name she is his daughter. The detective gives her his business card.
- Sara explains to Sara the instructions for Benito’s treatment. Lucia calls Sara to break the news about Ricardo.
- Daniela skulks around Marcelo’s apartment and finds plot gun.
- Marcelo looks for support from Milagros in his wedding to Lucia. She knows someone in that family was involved in Federico’s death.
- Lucia and Sara break the news to Leti about Ricardo’s death. Leti doesn’t believe it.
- Lucia tells Sergio that Ricardo’s death is being treated as a murder. She gives him the detective’s business card so he can find out more given he’s a lawyer.
- Mario learns that he’s sterile. The doctor encourages him to get a second opinion if he wants.
- Amador tells Rebeca about Ricardo’s death. She “assumes” he was murdered because of who he was. On his way out, Nora watches him from the bottom of the stairs.
- Nazario invites Normita to dinner and she accepts.
- Nora is worried that the police are now involved. Rebeca tells her she’s going to see Alfredo and won’t be gone long.
- Mario tells Samuel that he found out that he can’t have kids. He feels guilty. Samuel encourages him to tell Magdalena.
- Sara tells Leti they’re waiting for the autopsy on Ricardo and that Sergio is handling it. Leti wants his burial to be in Puebla. She says he was a good father to her in a short time.
- Lucia tries to get Nora to say why she hurt herself again. She tells her that she can trust her.
- Rebeca tells Alfredo that Alonso didn’t know anything before he died and Nora doesn’t know either. Nora spent her life trying to gain Alonso’s affection.
- Alfredo says he’ll do the paternity test. Rebeca says she’ll find a way to get Nora’s DNA.
- Mario tells Magdalena he’ll likely get the test results the next day. Mags thinks he’s hiding something.
- Sara calls and informs Magdalena about Ricardo’s death.
- Lucia tells Marcelo about Ricardo’s death. He tells her he needs to talk to the person he’s looking for.
- Mario tells Magdalena that Sergio just informed him about Ricardo’s death. Magdalena has mixed feelings about it.
- Lalo comforts Teresa.
- Sergio tells Rodrigo that he’s worried about telling Leti the truth if it’s confirmed that Ricardo was murdered. He asks him about Daniela.
- Marcelo finds Aída. She tells him that his parents weren’t together when she met Cristobal. He wants fit know how his father died. Aída’s friend encourages her to tell Marcelo everything, including how Milagros’ second husband was involved in Cristobal’s death.

ECDLP #110

- Aída tries to shut up her friend. Marcelo says he knows that his mother is hiding something in regards to his dad’s death.
- Aída says she only knows that Cristobal died of a heart attack and that Milagros’ second husband, who was a doctor, signed the death certificate. Aída’s friend also mentions that Federico’s father was friends with Cristobal.
- Teresa tells Lucia she will file a police report against Vinicio. Lucia offers to accompany her to the police station.
- The detectives discover that there was a bank transfer between Ricardo and Rebeca before Ricardo’s death.
- Aída’s friend says Marcelo deserves to know everything. Aída argues she doesn’t have the proof that Marcelo wants.
- Leti, Sara, Sergio, Lucia, Mario, Magdalena and Amador attend Ricardo’s funeral.
- Daniela says out loud to herself that she’s not interested in anyone but Marcelo. She almost removes plot gun from her drawer.
- Sara and Sergio confess to Leti that according to the autopsy, Ricardo was likely murdered and the police are investigating.
- While brushing Nora’s hair, Rebeca pulls some strands out. Lucia comes in and says the police are there to speak to Rebeca.
- The detectives ask Rebeca about the money she transferred to Ricardo. She says Ric was bothering her but she didn’t kill him. She has an alibi. They say they found Nora’s phone number in Ricardo’s contacts.
- Brigida finds Amador drinking.She tells him she made an appointment with the notary. He refuses to follow through with his end of their deal and further puts himself in evidence for Ligia’s death by grabbing Brigida by the neck and asking if she wants to end up like Ligia.
- Rebeca asks Nora how Ricardo got her phone number. She doesn’t think Nora will be interrogated. She thinks Daniela will be interrogated as she had a relationship with Ricardo after Marcelo dumped her
- Rebeca notes how women do desperate things. Nora comments that Marcelo’s brother was also desperate since he killed himself over a woman.
- When she is out of the room, Rebeca collects Nora’s hair from the hairbrush.
- Daniela calls Marcelo to say goodbye and says she can’t live without him. A gunshot is heard before the line goes dead.
- Marcelo calls the landline and tells the maid to call Alfredo and try to get into Daniela’s room.
- Sara asks Alfredo if he saw Ricardo two nights before because Ricardo died and Alf was planning to see him that very night. Alf says that just because Sara suggested he go see Ric doesn’t mean he actually did.
- Clara calls Rebeca to tell her about Benito starting treatment. Rebeca will bring her the money.
- Marcelo is confused about how Daniela got a gun and Milagros tells him that it’s his father’s gun that was in his apartment. She’ll get rid of the gun herself if Marcelo doesn’t.
- Marcelo tells Milagros he needs to talk to her about something but until the next day.
- Rebeca gives Clara the money. Rebeca tries to say she truly wants to help Clara with her son and that she’s not blackmailing her.
- Lucia and Teresa see them talking on the street. Tere confesses to Lucia that Clara was present the day Adriana died. Lucia knows her. They won’t mention anything about what they just saw.
- Aída calls Milagros to tell her that Marcelo went to see her and if he goes again she’ll tell him everything next time.
- Rebeca takes Alfredo Nora’s hair sample and he says he’ll go the next day to get the test done. He tells her that someone went to see him to ask if he was at Ricardo’s apartment when Ric died. He says that Nora wanted info about Reb.
- Alfredo says that once he confirms that Nora is his daughter he might want to get close to her. Rebeca warns him not to.
- Marcelo and Lucia agree to meet at the courthouse the next day. Nora overhears.
- Milagros berates Marcelo for going to see Aída. She asks him if he wants to hear that she killed his father. He says yes and she slaps him. It’s Milly’s word against Aída’s. Marcelo will have his father’s body exhumed. And if Cristobal didn’t die of a heart attack, Marc will never forgive his mother.
 

ECDLP #111

- When Marcelo says he’ll never forgive Milagros if she was involved in his father’s death he also mentions Federico’s father, Ramiro.
- Milagros is confused as to why and Marcelo says that Federico’s father signed the death certificate. Marc says that if the exhumation brings up something new he’ll have no doubt that Ramiro was Milagros’ accomplice.
- Marcelo thinks it’s suspicious that Milagros married Ramiro so quickly after Cristobal’s death. Milagros flat out refuses to have Cristobal’s body exhumed. Marcelo doesn’t back down.
- Lucia asks Rebeca why she met up with Clara at the park. Rebeca claims it was a coincidence and that Clara wanted to assure her that she had nothing to do with Trini’s death.
- Lucia thinks the situation is strange and reminds Rebeca that Clara told her (L) not to trust her (Reb).
- Nora tells Rebeca that Lucia and Marcelo are planning to wed. Rebeca says she’ll find a way to stop the wedding but Nora doesn’t think she’ll achieve anything. Nora thinks she’s undeserving of good things in her life. She doesn’t think she’ll ever forget that she killed someone.
- Leti and Sara wonder if Rebeca was capable of killing Ricardo.
- Milagros returns home and takes plot gun out of her purse and locks it in a drawer.
- Marcelo goes to see Daniela. She whines about needing him by her side and says now she knows how Federico felt. Marcelo warns her not to do anything stupid again. She kicks him out.
- Marcelo runs into Alfredo on his way out. He tells him what happened with Daniela. Alf tells him not to return.
- A mailman delivers an envelope to Casa Gaxiola
- Daniela tells Alfredo she doesn’t think he would’ve cared what happened to her. He wonders if she’s blackmailing Marcelo. He asks her where the gun is and she says Milagros took it.
- At hearing this Alfredo wonders if the suicide attempt was Milagros’ idea. Daniela says she’s desperate and won’t let Marcelo dump her again. Alfredo says he should send her to a psychiatrist “like…”… he doesn’t finish the sentence.
- Alf prohibits Daniela from seeing Marcelo again.
- Milagros goes to see Aída. She warns her to stay away from Marcelo.
- Magdalena asks Sara how Leti is doing. Sara theorizes that Rebeca killed Ricardo. Magdalena is offended.
- Tere gives Nora the envelope that was delivered. It’s addressed to her.
- Lucia is dressing for the civil wedding ceremony. Rebeca asks if she cares how Nora feels. Rebeca warns her that if Nora does something stupid again Lucia will lament it.
- Nora opens the envelope to see a photo of young Rebeca. The same one Ric had shown her previously. She freaks out and yells for Rebeca. Lucia watches from the second story balcony.
- Rebeca says that Ricardo must’ve sent the photo before he died. She says that she and Nora have the same destiny. Nora rips up the photo.
- Rebeca prohibits Lucia from going to check on Nora and blames her for Nora’s current state. Lucia leaves to meet up with Marcelo.
- Alfredo goes to see Milagros. He tells her to not visit Daniela anymore. If Milagros wants to manipulate someone, she should look elsewhere
- Nora has left the house and is walking around town still looking nervous.
- Marcelo asks Rafaela to look for the gun. Milagros listens on the other line.
- Lalo and Nazario talk about Clara. They leave for the courthouse.
- Sara gives Lucia the medical certificates she needs for the civil ceremony. Lucia confides that she’s worried about Nora.
- Rebeca drives around looking for Nora.
- Nora goes to Roman’s office and gets Roman’s home address. When she arrives she confesses to him that she killed someone and needs help.
- Lucia gets stuck in traffic and calls Marcelo. Roman calls her and tells her that there’s a problem with Nora.
- Lucia calls Marcelo telling him that she won’t make it.
